. These shared values drive our culture, shape our processes, and foster a friendly, rewarding, and diverse environment for every OK-er. OKX is part of OKG, a group that brings the value of Blockchain to users around the world, through our leading products OKX, OKX Wallet, OKLink and more.
About the Opportunity
Join the team building Agentic OKDS—OKG’s design intelligence infrastructure and the operating system between human intent and AI-generated output. You will contribute across three connected capability areas: Foundations, including token architecture for color, spacing, and radius; Components, spanning OKDS core components, business components, and AI-ready architecture; and Templates + AI Tooling, covering template systems, AI transformation infrastructure, and pipeline readiness. Your primary assignment may change based on team needs, while you build the breadth to work effectively across all three. You will combine strong craft with design-engineering judgment to improve reuse, adoption, delivery speed, and implementation quality.
What You’ll Be Doing
Own scoped initiatives across Foundations, Components, or Templates + AI Tooling—from research and reuse validation through specification, release, adoption, and iteration—while contributing effectively across all three areas as priorities change.
Develop and maintain foundation standards and token architecture for color, spacing, radius, themes, modes, and platform variation, ensuring consistency between Figma and implementation.
Design and evolve OKDS core components and reusable business components with clear naming, variants, states, metadata, composition rules, and architecture suitable for designers, engineers, and AI-assisted workflows.
Build reusable template systems and AI-readable guidance, and contribute to tooling infrastructure and validation workflows that improve AI pipeline readiness and production-quality output.
Partner closely with engineers to ensure design intent, platform behavior, component APIs, and accessibility requirements remain aligned across Web, iOS, and Android.
Prototype and improve AI-assisted workflows for template generation, component discovery, variant generation, specification, and quality review—while applying critical human judgment to the output.
Drive adoption with product teams through consultation, enablement, migration support, and feedback loops; treat designers and engineers as users of the platform.
Apply quality acceptance criteria covering interaction states, responsive behavior, accessibility, compliance, and implementation-ready handoff.
Plan and deliver work transparently, manage dependencies, and track outcomes such as reuse, adoption, reduced rework, and faster implementation.
What We Look For In You
Demonstrated experience delivering reusable design-system components, patterns, or foundations in a complex digital-product environment.
Strong Figma capability, including component properties, variables, modes, libraries, and scalable file organization.
Working knowledge across design-system foundations, component architecture, and template systems, including tokens, theming, documentation, versioning, reusable business patterns, and contribution workflows.
Strong craft under ambiguity: able to explore, prototype, test, and refine detailed interaction and visual behavior.
Design-engineering fluency and comfort discussing implementation constraints, states, APIs, and platform differences.
An adoption mindset: you investigate user needs, make standards practical, and follow through until teams can use them successfully.
Practical capability with AI-assisted design and development workflows, plus the judgment to assess tooling, strengthen pipeline readiness, and review generated output for correctness, consistency, and production readiness.
Clear written and verbal communication, constructive collaboration, and the ability to explain system decisions to designers, engineers, and product partners.
Reliable operational ownership: able to scope work, communicate progress and risks, manage dependencies, and deliver with quality.
Product and business awareness, including the ability to connect design-system choices to speed, quality, risk, and reuse.
Working knowledge of accessibility, compliance, responsive behavior, and complete global-state design.

About the Opportunity
Core owns the foundational journeys that define a user's relationship with OKX: account management, identity verification, moving and securing funds, and the risk, compliance, and customer support experiences that sit alongside them. It also covers the internal enterprise tools our support agents, PMs, and operations teams rely on every day to serve customers and run the business. These are among the most consequential surfaces in the product. They determine whether users feel confident enough to trade, whether they trust us with their assets and their data, and whether the teams behind the scenes can resolve issues quickly and well.
AI is central to how Core works and what Core builds. On the product side, we design AI-powered support and assistant experiences that help millions of users get answers and resolve issues in real time. Internally, we are an AI-native team: we use AI to move faster, sharpen our thinking, and raise the quality of what we ship, and we design the AI-native tools our internal teams depend on. If you are excited to design with AI and to shape how AI shows up for both customers and colleagues, this is a place to do it at scale.
As a designer on Core, you'll take ownership of these high-stakes experiences end to end. The problems are genuinely hard. You'll design across markets with fundamentally different regulatory requirements, from newly regulated regions to our established global user base, and your work will need to satisfy strict compliance and security standards while still feeling fast, clear, and reassuring. You'll partner closely with product, engineering, legal, and compliance, shaping requirements early rather than executing them late. This is work where the details carry real weight. If you want to influence how millions of users experience crypto at its most critical moments, and how the teams supporting them get their work done, Core is one of the most impactful places to do it at OKX.
What You’ll Be Doing
Own complex, high-stakes journeys end to end across account, assets, compliance, or support, taking them from problem definition to shipped, polished execution.
Design AI-powered experiences, from customer-facing assistant and support flows to AI-native internal tools, thinking through how people and AI work together, and where trust, transparency, and control matter most.
Partner with product, engineering, legal, compliance, and risk to define the real problem, then design solutions that balance regulatory and security requirements with a genuinely good user experience.
Produce the full range of design artifacts as needed: user flows, journey maps, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes, backed by evaluative research.
Work in an AI-native way, using AI to accelerate exploration, prototyping, and decision-making, and helping raise the bar for how the team designs.
Shape the design vision for your area alongside UX Research, UX Writing, and product leadership, and influence the roadmap early rather than delivering to it.
Raise the quality bar through design reviews, critique, and workshops, and bring rigor to ambiguous, high-consequence problems.
What We Look For In You
We hire against a shared set of competencies. Beyond craft, we look for how you think, decide, collaborate, and drive work forward.
Craft and expertise.
Deep design craft with a sharp eye for detail, and up-to-date knowledge of your field. You analyze problems methodically and turn them into simple, effective solutions you can execute end to end.
Judgment in ambiguity.
You cut to the root of a problem, make sound calls even with incomplete information, and find the optimal path rather than the obvious one. Core problems are rarely clean, and good judgment is what keeps users safe.
Business and product sense.
You understand how the business works and where it's heading, and you connect design decisions to strategy, metrics, and real outcomes, not just the screen in front of you.
Collaboration and communication.
You communicate with clarity and precision, build genuine trust with product, engineering, legal, and compliance, and give and seek feedback that raises the whole team's work. Partners see you as a collaborator, not a service function.
Drive and curiosity.
You ask why before you design, stay resilient when problems are hard or ambiguous, and keep pushing your craft and ideas forward. You question the brief rather than just building it.
AI fluency.
Genuine fluency and enthusiasm for AI. You already use AI tools in your own work, and you're excited to design AI-driven experiences, not just adopt the buzzword.
Experience designing complex, multi-step flows, ideally in fintech, crypto, or another regulated or high-trust domain.
3+ years of experience shipping end-to-end design solutions in cross-functional teams at a tech company.
Nice to Haves
Experience designing AI or conversational interfaces, or a track record of using AI to change how you work as a designer.
Interest in designing complex internal tools and operational workflows, not just customer-facing surfaces.
Exposure to data-informed design. You're comfortable interpreting user insights, behavioral data, or A/B test results.
Familiarity with design systems and the ability to scale consistency across platforms.
Prototyping skills to bring ideas to life and communicate transitions or microinteractions.
Experience working across time zones with distributed teams. You know how to stay aligned and communicate with clarity.
A degree in design, HCI, or a related field.

L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development

About the Opportunity
We’re continuously meeting product design talent interested in shaping the future of centralized exchange products at OKX.
Our CEX Product Design team works across
Manual Trading, Trading Strategy, Social & VIP, Growth, and Institutional
products. Depending on your experience, interests, and our current hiring needs, we’ll explore relevant opportunities across different teams and levels.
We design products for complex, fast-moving financial environments. Our work spans high-frequency and high-consideration user journeys, data-dense interfaces, trading and investment decisions, social experiences, and products serving both individual and institutional customers. Designers partner closely with Product, Engineering, Research, Content Design, Data, and other functions from early exploration through delivery and iteration. We care about interaction quality and visual craft, but also expect designers to understand the product deeply, navigate constraints, and influence the decisions that shape the customer experience.
Depending on team needs and your interests, your work may focus on:
Manual Trading
— helping customers discover markets, analyze information, place and manage trades, and understand their positions.
Trading Strategy
— designing tools and workflows that help customers create, discover, evaluate, and manage trading strategies.
Social & VIP
— building differentiated experiences for social trading, communities, creators, and high-value customers.
Growth
— improving acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and cross-product discovery across the customer journey.
Institutional
— designing sophisticated, efficient, and trustworthy products for professional and institutional customers.
What You’ll Be Doing
The scope of the role will vary according to your experience and area of ownership. You may:
Design clear, intuitive, and trustworthy experiences for complex and data-intensive products.
Turn customer insights, product strategy, business goals, and technical constraints into coherent user journeys and detailed interactions.
Work across the end-to-end design process, from problem framing and early exploration to prototyping, delivery, validation, and iteration.
Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and production-ready designs with a high level of interaction and visual craft.
Partner closely with Product and Engineering to evaluate trade-offs, resolve ambiguity, and take work from concept through implementation.
Use qualitative research, product analytics, experimentation, and market understanding to inform and evaluate design decisions.
Present your work clearly, explain the reasoning behind your decisions, and use feedback to improve the outcome.
Contribute to consistent, scalable experiences across platforms, markets, and product areas.
Help strengthen design quality, collaboration, and customer-centered decision-making across the organization.
At more senior levels, you’ll be expected to define product and design direction, lead ambiguous cross-functional initiatives, influence decisions across teams, and raise the quality of design practice.
What We Look For In You
Experience designing and delivering digital products. We hire across multiple levels, and assess experience according to the scope, complexity, autonomy, and impact demonstrated in your work.
A portfolio that shows how you frame problems, explore alternatives, make decisions, craft interactions, and measure or evaluate outcomes—not only final screens.
Strong product thinking and the ability to connect customer needs with business goals and technical realities.
Strong interaction design and information architecture skills, especially for complex workflows or data-rich interfaces.
A high standard of visual craft and attention to detail.
Experience collaborating closely with Product and Engineering throughout the product development lifecycle.
The ability to communicate clearly, explain your reasoning, and build alignment with cross-functional partners.
Comfort working through ambiguity, changing priorities, and incomplete information.
The ability to take ownership, follow through on details, and help teams turn ideas into shipped experiences.
Genuine interest in learning about centralized exchange products and the customers who use them.
Nice to Haves
Experience designing products in trading, investment, fintech, crypto, or other complex financial domains.
Experience with data-intensive products, professional tools, marketplaces, or high-stakes customer journeys.
Experience using research, experimentation, and product analytics to guide design decisions.
Experience designing for customers across multiple markets, cultures, languages, or regulatory environments.
Experience contributing to or working with a mature design system across platforms.
At senior or staff level, experience mentoring designers, leading cross-team initiatives, or raising design quality beyond your immediate product area.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
More that we love to tell you along the process!

About the Project
Project Hydrus is a scripted and conversational audio data collection project. The recordings produced help build natural, everyday-sounding synthesized voices for conversational AI products — voices that sound like real people talking, not scripted performances.
As Session Director, you'll lead live recording sessions with Voice Contributors, guiding them through scripted scenarios to produce natural, conversational-quality audio. This hands-on role blends creative direction, coaching, and technical audio judgment — making scripted material sound authentic and unscripted, rather than recited, while keeping sessions moving at a natural pace.
What You'll Do
- Direct voice performers through scripted scenarios, coaching for natural, conversational delivery rather than verbatim recitation.
- Build quick scene context for performers (who, where, why) and improvise to fill narrative or dialogue gaps live, keeping sessions flowing naturally.
- Adapt scripted wording for natural phrasing and regional/dialect authenticity as needed.
- Monitor and correct technical audio quality in real time: mic technique, pacing, clarity, and background noise.
- Manage session pacing to meet recording targets without sacrificing performance quality, and maintain organized notes on adjustments and retakes.
- Create a supportive, low-pressure environment for performers, including those with limited prior voice experience.
What We're Looking For
Required
- Native fluency in the required language (with specific dialect), with a strong ear for natural, colloquial phrasing.
- Experience directing, coaching, or producing voice or audio talent (e.g., voice direction, casting direction, audio/podcast production, dubbing/ADR, or theater direction).
- Demonstrated ability to give clear, specific, actionable performance direction.
- Strong working knowledge of basic recording/mic technique (proximity, plosives, room noise, levels).
- Comfortable improvising and adjusting scripted material on the spot.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; able to build rapport quickly with performers of varying experience levels.
Preferred (nice to have, not required)
- Background in improv, theater direction, or acting coaching.
- Experience directing non-professional or first-time voice talent specifically.
- Familiarity with DAWs or recording software (e.g., Pro Tools, Adobe Audition, Reaper) for spot-checking audio quality.
Commitment & Compensation
- Estimated time: Approximately 8 hours calibration, plus supervision across two recording sessions of ~4 hours each per participant
- Work Type - Freelance Remote

Workstream is a mission-driven company building the all-in-one HR, payroll, and hiring platform for managing the hourly workforce. There are 2.7 billion hourly workers, making up 80% of the global workforce, but this market has been heavily underserved by technology and deserves better. Workstream has been purpose-built for the hourly workforce from day one so that these businesses and their employees can thrive.
Our customers include leading brands from multiple sectors, including Burger King, Carl's Jr./Hardee's, IHOP, KFC, and Culvers. We are a high growth series B company and quickly expanding our product portfolio to deliver on our vision. We are backed by legendary VCs and industry experts like Founders Fund, BOND, and Coatue.
Grow With Us
We are looking for a
Head of Brand & Product Marketing
to join our team. This is building, not maintaining. You will own how Workstream is positioned, launched, and remembered, at the moment we expand from a vertical SaaS leader into an AI-native platform for the entire frontline workforce. You'll run product marketing, brand, content, and design as one team, report directly to our revenue leadership, and see your work show up in the pipeline within weeks, not quarters.
We are looking for leaders that thrive in a fast-paced environment. Ex-founders thrive here.
Location & Relocation
This is a
4 to 5-days-per-week in-office role at our San Francisco office
. We believe being together is important for building quickly, collaborating closely, and shaping the next chapter of Workstream
We support relocation and visa sponsorship
for the right candidate
Day In The Life
Positioning & Narrative:
Own Workstream's positioning and messaging end to end, including the biggest open strategic question we have: leading with our restaurant dominance vs. the broader frontline-workforce story. You'll test it, not debate it.
Product Launches:
Run GTM launches for a portfolio that now ships AI products (like our AI assistant for frontline teams) alongside hiring, HR, and payroll. Messaging, pricing & packaging input, launch plans, and the enablement that makes Sales dangerous in the first week.
Brand & Content:
Lead our content and design team across the website, case studies, video, webinars, and social. Raise the bar on everything customer-facing, and use AI to produce at a pace a team twice our size couldn't match a year ago.
Working with Sales:
Arm AEs and partnerships with narratives, competitive teardowns, ROI stories, and customer proof. Sit in on deals. Talk to lost prospects. Change the message when the market tells you to.
Team Leadership:
Manage and grow a small, high-output team of product marketers, content marketers, and designers, and be the strongest IC on it when it matters.
Who You Are
Slope over pedigree:
5+ years in B2B marketing with real product marketing depth, but we care more about what you've shipped and how fast you're improving than the logos on your resume.
Management experience
: You have built and led hungry and dynamic marketing teams in the past.
Founder energy:
you've started something (a company, a category, a function from zero) and you default to action; former founders welcome!
A writer and an operator:
you produce sharp positioning yourself, and you build systems so the team produces it without you.
AI-native:
you already use AI agents across your daily work and you'll push the team to do the same.
Commercially ruthless:
you measure marketing in pipeline and revenue, not impressions.
Hungry:
you outwork the market and you want the scope of a VP role earlier than a big company would ever give it to you.
Experience with SMB buyers, hourly/frontline workforces, HR tech, or payroll is a strong plus.
Travel & Location
Willing to relocate to San Francisco; in-office at least 4 days per week
Occasional travel for customer visits, conferences, and team events
What We Offer
Pay directly to your bank account (once a month)
Health Insurance
Flexible PTO
Follow Singapore Holidays
Company-issued device will be provided
Workstream will process CPF and taxes
Experience using AI to automate repetitive and data processing tasks.
Prior exposure to code-based automation workflows (e.g. Python scripts, APIs, Zapier, or similar) - no need to know how to code!
Familiarity with common marketing tools (e.g. HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager)

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
As an office coordinator at Sierra, you will be responsible for creating and operating exceptional workplace environments that enable our teams to do the best work. You will bring the same level of craftsmanship, intensity, and customer obsession to our physical spaces that we bring to the products we build for our customers.
In this role, you will own day-to-day office operations, including the experience across our customer facing spaces at our San Francisco headquarters. You will partner closely with Operations, IT and HR teams to ensure every office runs seamlessly and reflects Sierra’s high standards.
We are looking for a hospitality-minded, detail-oriented person who can effectively prioritize in a fast-paced environment. You should take deep pride in delivering an exceptional experience for employees, candidates, customers, and visitors.
This role is based in San Francisco and is fully onsite five days per week given the hands-on nature of the position.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Oversee the daily operations of our customer-facing spaces.
- Greet guests at reception and foster a warm, welcoming office environment.
- Pick up incoming mail, distribute packages to employees, and coordinate package pickups.
- Maintain the organization and appearance of kitchens, storage rooms, and self-service stations.
- Manage office inventory and assemble gift packages, including baby and customer gifts.
- Support Executive Assistants with meeting logistics, including lunch and coffee setup for customer and internal executive meetings.
- Track CPR and First Aid certifications for office staff and ensure first aid kits and safety equipment are stocked and up to date.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for facilities requests and repairs, partnering with property management as needed.
- Partner with the People team on new hire onboarding logistics, including workspace setup, badge access, and office orientation.
- This is a 6-month contract position that is ineligible for the benefits listed below. The role may be extended or converted to full-time.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- 2–4 years of experience in office coordination, administrative, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
- A commitment to unreasonable hospitality and a willingness to go above and beyond for employees and guests.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing position is preferred.
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.
WHAT WE OFFER
