ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.

The AI orchestration of your wildest imagination.
n8n is the open workflow orchestration platform built for the new era of AI. We give technical teams the freedom of code with the speed of no-code, so they can automate faster, smarter, and without limits. Backed by a fiercely inventive community and 500+ builder-approved integrations, we’re changing the way people bring systems together and scale ideas for impact.
Since our founding in 2019, we’ve grown into a diverse team of over 260 - working across Europe and the US, connected by a shared builder spirit and with our centre of gravity in Berlin. Along the way, we’ve:
- Cultivated a community of more than 650,000 active developers and builders
- Earned 190K+ GitHub stars, making us one of the world’s Top 40 most popular projects
- Backed by top investors, from Sequoia’s first German seed to our SAP's recent strategic investment - bringing us to a $5.2bn valuation
That’s the company we’ve built. Now we’d love to see what you can build. If you’re applying, try n8n out - whether you’re technical or not - and share a screenshot of your first workflow with us. The easiest place to start is here: app.n8n.cloud/register http://app.n8n.cloud/register.
We’re in a defining moment of an incredible journey. Come and build with us.
🎯 Your main goal will be to shape and evolve the core platform architecture that powers n8n — creating scalable, configurable foundations across execution, infrastructure, and frontend platform so 80+ product engineers and our open-source community can build confidently across cloud and self-hosted deployments.
Working across our platform teams, you’ll bring architectural coherence to the systems they jointly own and help us make the right long-term technical decisions as n8n scales:
ARCHITECTURAL DIRECTION ACROSS CORE PLATFORM
- Drive architecture across the two Core Platform teams, ensuring execution, infrastructure, data, and frontend platform systems evolve as a coherent whole rather than independent components.
- Design highly adaptable backend foundations that support different workloads, deployment models, shared product team needs, and future scale without creating unnecessary complexity.
- Partner with the FE platform workstream on core canvas architecture, real-time communication, performance, plugin contracts, and other platform primitives used by product teams.
EXECUTION, DISTRIBUTED SYSTEMS & DATA FOUNDATIONS
- Evolve core subsystems including durable workflow execution and state, orchestration, queue and task distribution, worker management, scheduling, and horizontal scaling.
- Design for correctness and resilience across distributed environments, including failure modes, idempotency, state transitions, tenant isolation, and reliability guarantees.
- Shape our data and persistence architecture, including database scaling, sharding, migration strategies, deployment abstractions, and long-term operational maintainability.
PLATFORM ARCHITECTURE & ENGINEERING ENABLEMENT
- Lead consequential technical decisions through clear proposals and RFCs, making trade-offs explicit and aligning engineers and stakeholders around durable solutions.
- Define stable platform interfaces and abstractions that reduce coupling, support safe migrations, and make the platform easier for feature teams to build on.
- Mentor engineers across all engineering teams through design reviews, pairing, and technical guidance, raising the bar for architecture, system design, and maintainability.
REQUIREMENTS
MUST-HAVES
- 🏗️ Staff-level architectural ownership: You have a track record of leading architecture across multiple systems or teams, including migrations, re-architectures, or foundational platform initiatives with long-term organizational impact.
- 🧠 Systems thinking: You reason deeply about invariants, correctness, failure modes, boundaries, and trade-offs, and you’re comfortable making decisions where there is no obviously perfect solution.
- ⚙️ Configurable systems at scale: You’ve designed highly configurable, adaptable systems that serve multiple use cases or operating modes without becoming brittle or excessively complex.
- 🌐 Distributed systems depth: You’ve designed and operated distributed systems involving concepts such as asynchronous processing, idempotency, state machines, queues, consistency, and resilience.
- 🗄️ Data architecture at scale: You’ve worked on data-intensive systems where persistence, performance, isolation, migrations, and operational reliability were meaningful architectural concerns.
- 🛠️ TypeScript & Node.js depth: You have strong TypeScript experience and have built substantial backend systems with Node.js beyond conventional CRUD applications.
- 🤝 Cross-team technical leadership: You influence through technical judgment, clear communication, RFCs, design reviews, and mentorship, helping multiple teams converge on better solutions without relying on formal authority.
- 🧱 Platform enablement mindset: You care about creating clear contracts, abstractions, and developer experiences that allow other engineers to move faster and more safely.
- 🧹 Long-horizon engineering: You’re energized by modularization, migrations, refactoring, and evolving existing systems while keeping the product and engineering organization moving.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- 🧰 Workflow, orchestration or devtools experience: You’ve worked on workflow engines, orchestration platforms, developer tools, or infrastructure-heavy SaaS products.
- 🖥️ Frontend platform architecture: You’ve worked with architecture-heavy frontend systems such as canvas applications, plugin systems, real-time applications, web workers, or complex rendering environments.
- 🧾 Durable execution patterns: You’ve designed or operated systems using event sourcing, sagas, durable execution, or related state-management patterns.
- 👥 Multi-tenant architecture: You’ve designed systems where tenant isolation, resource management, data boundaries, or noisy-neighbour concerns were important.
- 🌍 Open-source experience: You’ve contributed to or maintained open-source software and understand the additional pressure around public contracts and backward compatibility.
- 📈 Large-scale SaaS exposure: You’ve operated systems at meaningful scale or worked in environments where reliability and architectural decisions had broad customer impact.
- 🧩 Monolith → modular migrations: You’ve decomposed monolithic systems or led incremental architectural migrations without preventing product teams from continuing to ship.
- ☁️ Multi-deployment awareness: You’ve designed products that need to work consistently across both managed cloud and self-hosted environments.
- 🔭 Observability mindset: You think about instrumentation, debugging, incident response, rollout safety, and operability as part of system design rather than an afterthought.
- 🧪 Strong CS grounding: You bring deep knowledge of distributed systems concepts, consistency models, consensus, formal methods, or similarly rigorous approaches to system correctness.
Why join us?
At n8n, you’ll work on the foundations that almost every product experience depends on. You’ll have influence across two Core Platform teams, helping shape how our execution engine, infrastructure, data architecture, and frontend platform evolve together as both our product and engineering organization scale.
This is a Staff role with real architectural leverage: you’ll tackle problems that span team boundaries, evolve systems that already operate at meaningful scale, and create platform capabilities that make 80+ engineers more effective. You’ll do that in a remote-first environment that values autonomy, thoughtful experimentation, and engineers who influence through strong technical judgment rather than hierarchy.
Sound like the kind of platform challenge you want to own?
Apply now — and help us build the future of automation.

Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact. During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the Role
Fivetran and dbt Labs are building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies. We're looking for an engineering manager to lead our Metadata team, which owns the metadata layer of the dbt platform: the discovery API, catalog, lineage, and run history services that let customers understand, trust, and act on what their data is doing.
You'll own technical excellence and delivery of a single team, from evolving high-throughput APIs and data models, to hardening reliability and latency for enterprise and single-tenant customers, to shipping new discovery and catalog capabilities in close partnership with product. You'll set direction, review designs and code, remove roadblocks, and grow the engineers on your team through coaching, feedback, and clear career development.
What You'll Do
Lead and grow a team of software engineers, owning hiring, onboarding, coaching, career development plans, and regular 1:1s and check-ins
Own project delivery for your team against the quarterly plan, and be accountable for the reliability and performance of the services you own (e.g. uptime and latency targets)
Review technical designs and code, and provide feedback grounded in a deep understanding of the Metadata product area and architecture
Drive the team to address technical quality — incidents, bugs, tech debt, and post-mortems — within SLA and metric targets
Partner with product and business stakeholders on planning, and maintain a realistic, prioritized feature and project backlog with a high completion rate
Contextualize and communicate the engineering vision and strategy to your team, and share the team's work and business impact with adjacent teams
Ensure engineering processes (e.g. FDLC) are implemented and consistently followed
Delegate effectively and build autonomy and a positive, high-trust culture within the team
Address performance issues and conflict promptly and fairly
Ensure your team uses AI tooling — IDE assistants like GitHub Copilot, coding agents like Claude Code, and conversational AI — to accelerate development and to author and review SDLC artifacts such as TDDs, PRDs, post-mortems, and test plans
Skills We're Looking For
Experience managing and growing a software engineering team (ideally a customer-facing product development team); including hiring, coaching, and running a full performance and career-development cycle
Strong technical foundation with the ability to review designs and code and make sound architectural trade-offs in a distributed, cloud-based systems environment
Track record of delivering complex projects on schedule while holding the team to high standards of quality, reliability, and performance
Experience owning production services and driving operational health — incident response, on-call practices, tech-debt reduction, and meeting SLAs
Ability to plan and prioritize with product partners, maintain a realistic backlog, and drive high sprint and quarterly completion rates
Communicates clearly and effectively across the team and with adjacent teams and stakeholders; keeps people well informed
Fluent in using AI code assistants, coding agents, and conversational AI (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT) to support the software development lifecycle, and able to establish those practices across a team
Bonus Skills
Experience building or operating metadata, catalog, lineage, or discovery/search systems
Experience with GraphQL APIs and high-throughput, multi-tenant data services
Familiarity with the analytics engineering workflow and the dbt ecosystem
Experience supporting enterprise or single-tenant customers with strict reliability and latency requirements

Familiarity with experimentation or feature flagging platforms
A track record of evaluating and managing vendor relationships
A demonstrated ability to develop tech leads and scale hiring at pace

At Linear, we're building the product development system for teams and agents. AI is fundamentally changing how software gets built, and we’re shaping the tools this new era requires.
Founded in 2019, Linear has become the platform of choice for more than 40,000 companies (including OpenAI, Coinbase, and Ramp) to plan, build, and ship their products. Today, our team is distributed across North America, Europe, and Australia, and we’re continuing to grow internationally. What unites us is relentless focus, fast execution, and a deep care for software craftsmanship.
The Data team works across Linear, supporting Product, Engineering, and GTM. We own our data pipelines, warehouse, dashboards, analysis, and integrations with third-party tools. As a small team, we focus on building systems that make data accessible and useful across Linear. We’re looking for someone who wants to help shape how we architect, build, and use data as we grow.
Location & work mode
Linear is a remote-first company, with optional co-working offices in San Francisco, New York, and London. This role is open to candidates based in North America. You can work from anywhere within this region. We value deep focus and async collaboration, with intentional moments to connect in person through team off-sites, optional co-working, and occasional travel.
What you’ll do
- Work across Product and GTM (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance) to turn ambiguous questions and operational needs into useful metrics, models, analyses, and workflows
- Build and maintain dbt models and pipelines that create trusted views of our product, customers, and business
- Design clear, maintainable data models and improve the testing, documentation, performance, and reliability of our data stack
- Build dashboards and self-service reporting in Metabase and Hex, and dig deeper when the answer requires more than a chart
- Operationalize data through reverse ETL and partner with GTM Engineering on the scoring, segmentation, automations, and internal tools that help our teams scale
- Balance fast, pragmatic answers with durable solutions, recognizing when a one-off request should become a reusable model or workflow
- Find ways to leverage emerging tools, LLMs, and coding agents to accelerate development, analysis, testing, and documentation while maintaining a high bar for correctness
What we're looking for
- 8+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data analytics, or data engineering, ideally at a fast-moving software company
- Exceptional SQL and strong hands-on experience with dbt and a modern cloud data warehouse
- Track record of owning data projects end-to-end, from shaping an ambiguous problem to shipping something people rely on
- Strong data modeling judgment: you think clearly about grain, reusable components, interfaces, dependencies, and maintainability without relying on a single prescribed methodology
- Analytical judgment: you know when to answer quickly, when to investigate deeply, and how to turn complex findings into a clear recommendation
- Comfortable moving between technical implementation and business context, from debugging a data model to understanding product adoption or sales efficiency
- High ownership mentality: self-directed, pragmatic, and willing to challenge a request or approach when something does not make sense
- Strong communication skills and experience partnering directly with both technical and non-technical teams
- Comfortable using LLMs and coding agents as part of your day-to-day development workflow
Our tech
This stack reflects the systems you’ll work in. You’re not expected to have experience with everything listed, but you should be comfortable learning quickly and working across the full lifecycle of data.
- Data Warehouse: Snowflake, dbt Cloud
- Dashboards / Analysis: Metabase, Hex
- ETL / rETL: Hevo, Fivetran
- GTM tools: Hubspot, Pocus, Clay
What we offer
We're a small, focused team that cares deeply about the quality of our work and the people we do it with. Here's what you can expect:
- Competitive salary and equity

- Daily meal and coffee stipend on every workday
- Paid co-working space or desk
- Health coverage (based on country requirements)

What unites us is relentless focus, fast execution, and a deep care for software craftsmanship.
Linear is in a unique position—we are profitable, which gives us the flexibility to invest thoughtfully as we grow. We want to build a company that scales well—not just in our product, but in how we run our GTM programs. In this role, you’ll design and evolve the systems and process that power our deal desk process. This person will help build the mechanics behind our sales-led deals: quotes, order forms, pricing, discount approvals, and contract terms. A strong candidate has run quote-to-cash at a SaaS company and can spot where the process is slow, manual, or leaky.
Location & work mode
Linear is a remote-first company, with optional co-working offices in San Francisco, New York, and London. This role is open to candidates based in North America (west coast). We value deep focus and async collaboration, with intentional moments to connect in person through team off-sites, optional co-working, and occasional travel.
What you'll do
- Own the quote-to-order-form workflow: accurate quotes, correct terms, and a clean path from verbal yes to signed and billed
- Build and run the deal approval and discount matrix, so Account Executives know what they can self-serve and what needs sign-off
- Be the single point of contact for deal structuring questions that today land on Account Executives mid-deal
- Partner with Finance and Legal to keep the order-to-cash process clean, controlled, and free of revenue leakage
- Support usage-based and consumption deals as AI billing rolls out, from how they are quoted through the hand-off to billing
- Find and remove manual work: automate what can be automated, document what needs to be documented
- Help us get and stay audit ready by making sure deals are recorded correctly
What we're looking for
- 3-5 years in deal desk, order management, revenue operations, or quote-to-cash, ideally at a high-growth SaaS company
- Strong command of the full quote-to-cash cycle, from pricing and approvals through order form and billing hand-off
- Comfortable building process from scratch: workflows, approval logic, controls, and documentation, without a playbook handed to you
- Sound judgment on the tradeoff between deal speed and control, and on sensitive pricing and deal information
- A clear communicator who can hold a deal conversation with an Account Executive, Finance, and a customer, and have each one walk away with what they need
- Proficiency with CRM and quoting tools; experience with usage-based billing, multi-currency, or CPQ is a strong plus
What we offer
We're a small, focused team that cares deeply about the quality of our work and the people we do it with. Here's what you can expect:
- Competitive salary and equity
- Employee-friendly equity terms including early exercise in the US and extended exercise windows

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.
Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
We're looking for a staff software engineer to be a technical leader on our Metadata team, which owns the metadata layer of the dbt platform — the discovery API, catalog, lineage, and run history services that let customers understand, trust, and act on what their data is doing.
As a
Staff Software Engineer
, you'll contribute to the technical direction for the team. You'll own the architecture of major subsystems, lead complex projects that span multiple engineers, and raise the bar for design and code quality across the team. You'll spend your time on the hardest technical problems, and multiply the team through design reviews, coaching, and mentorship.
This is a full-time, fully remote position. We do expect the successful candidate to come to the Oakland, CA office from time to time.
Technologies You'll Use
Python, GraphQL, Postgres, Snowflake, Kafka, Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, GCP, Datadog
What You'll Do
Lead the design and delivery of complex, team-level projects across the Metadata services, coordinating development across multiple engineers
Independently design and develop the architecture of new subsystems, and own team-level subsystems end to end
Use AI tooling and agents — across development and SDLC artifacts such as TDDs, PRDs, post-mortems, and test plans
Review and approve technical designs, ensuring they meet a high quality bar, and identify design deficiencies before they ship
Drive technical initiatives across the team's responsibility areas — discovery API, catalog, lineage, and run history
Set and uphold design, architecture, and coding best practices, and hold teammates accountable for code quality
Coach and mentor engineers, demonstrably improving the quality of code across the team
Write technical specs, document common components, and keep the team accountable for necessary project documentation
Fix and optimize critical parts of the codebase, drive incident follow-through, and advance the reliability and performance of the services you own
Participate periodically in the on-call rotation
Skills We're Looking For
8+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of leading complex, team-scope technical work to completion
Deep expertise designing and owning subsystems in distributed, cloud-based systems
Demonstrated ability to set technical direction for a team and drive multi-engineer initiatives across an area of ownership
Excellent design and architecture judgment; identifies design flaws in existing systems and proposes sound solutions with clear trade-offs
Writes exemplary, well-tested code that serves as a model for others, and reliably estimates and delivers sprint to sprint
Strong track record of raising quality through code review, coaching peers, and enforcing accepted engineering practices
Experience partnering with QE on test strategy and owning operational health — incidents, post-mortems, reliability, and performance
Proficiency in a modern backend or systems language such as Python, Java, C++, or C#
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and managing dev infrastructure
Fluent in using AI code assistants and coding agents to generate and investigate code, and conversational AI (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT) to author, review, and synthesize SDLC artifacts — and able to model those practices for a team
Bonus Skills
Experience in data processing (ETL, ELT) and/or cloud-based data platforms
Experience architecting metadata, catalog, lineage, or discovery/search systems
Experience with GraphQL APIs and high-throughput, multi-tenant data services
Familiarity with the analytics engineering workflow and the dbt ecosystem

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data. Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
Fivetran + dbt Labs is building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies.
We're looking for a Manager to lead and grow our Customer Solutions Architect (CSA) function within the Field Engineering team in EMEA, driving expansion and retention across our Commercial and Enterprise books. You will manage a team of CSAs responsible for the post-onboarding strategic technical ownership of Fivetran + dbt Lab’s most important customers from initial engagement through ongoing adoption, workload expansion, and long-term revenue growth.
This role sits at the intersection of technical depth, commercial impact and strategic excellence. You will ensure customers realise expanding value from Fivetran + dbt Labs through structured workload-based engagement, foster and evangelise a culture of proactive, data-driven customer ownership across the Revenue Org, and lead initiatives alongside senior stakeholders that continue to mature the CSA function both in-region and globally.
This is a full-time position based remotely out of Ireland. Whilst all Solution Architect positions are remote, we encourage being in the office where possible. Furthermore, our SAs also do their best to be onsite with customers in-person; travel therefore is optional but encouraged.
This position will report into the EMEA Director of Customer Solutions Architecture, working alongside a leadership team that encompasses a Principal CSA.
What You'll Do
As a CSA Manager, you will:
Lead a team of Senior and Lead Customer Solutions Architects across NEMEA, DACH, and France/Benelux, ensuring high-quality post-sales technical ownership across Fivetran + dbt Lab's Enterprise portfolio.
Own accountability for the expansion and retention outcomes across the assigned book, measured on Incremental ARR (iARR), Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and Gross Revenue Retention (GRR), ensuring book coverage, engagement depth, and measurable outcomes across regions and verticals.
Develop and mature the CSA function, formalising methodology, reinforcing operational discipline, and evolving the ways the team operates to scale across the Enterprise segment.
Partner with Sales and Solutions Engineering leadership (RVPs, SE Managers, and their teams) to align the CSA motion with regional GTM priorities, ensuring the Pod (AE / SA / CSA) operates as a single account team rather than three parallel functions.
Oversee half-yearly portfolio planning, including CSA to AE pairings, tier assignments, vertical ownership, and coverage across regional and specialist territories.
Enable team development and growth, providing 1x1 coaching, managing career development plans (CDPs) against the CSA competency framework, and creating an environment where senior, tenured technical ICs continue to grow.
Cultivate the operational and AI-driven stack that sits at the foundation of the CSA role, that gives the team a proactive, data-first view of the book and ensure the team continues to treat it as a differentiator.
Work with partners and other GTM stakeholders to unlock cross-portfolio expansion, particularly with Snowflake, Databricks, dbt and adjacent technology partners.
Have a signal-based mindset for identifying attrition and churn risks, using the platform and holistic data available to you to build plans alongside customer stakeholders for protecting accounts and thus protecting revenue.
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience)
Leadership experience in post-sales technical roles (Customer Solutions Architecture, Technical Account Management, Delivery Solutions Architecture, or equivalent), ideally within SaaS, cloud, or data integration environments.
Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to tie post-sales technical engagement directly to measurable business outcomes (iARR, NRR, GRR).
Technical familiarity with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery), data integration technologies, and modern data stack tooling (including dbt).
Experience managing senior, tenured technical ICs, with the ability to add value beyond individual technical depth by leading through coaching, calibration, and cross-functional advocacy.
Stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing senior cross-functional peers (Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, Partners) and senior customer stakeholders alike.
Data-native management style, comfortable using data and AI tooling in your own practice: pulling your own numbers, using LLMs and agent-based tools to inform decisions, and treating operational tooling as an input to your judgement.
Cross-regional adaptability, comfortable working effectively across different sales cultures, languages and customer profiles within EMEA.
Analytical mindset, with comfort in leveraging metrics to drive accountability and decision-making.
Adaptability and growth orientation, thriving in dynamic environments and helping scale functions globally.
Nice to Have
Knowledge or practical use of Fivetran and/or dbt. If not those tools specifically, then industry equivalents (data integration platforms such as Airbyte, Matillion, Stitch, Talend, Informatica; transformation tooling such as Coalesce, SQLMesh, or similar).

If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.

You’ll own a high-volume portfolio of micro-SMB and micro-MM customers, balancing efficiency and personalization through strong judgment, structured execution, and thoughtful use of scalable motions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, operates with high ownership, and consistently drives customer outcomes.
WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Ensure fast, thorough, and complete implementation by educating customers on Ramp functionality, best practices, and the “why” behind key workflows.
- Confidently navigate and position Ramp’s full product suite, including Cards, Bill Pay, Travel, Treasury, and Accounting integrations, tailoring recommendations to customer workflows and business goals.
- Deeply understand customer workflows, pain points, and blockers, and problem-solve alongside Product, Engineering, and Support when needed.
- Drive revenue by minimizing implementation delays and reinforcing the value of Ramp as a core financial operating system.
- Use customer data, usage signals, and patterns to prioritize outreach, identify risk, and intervene proactively.
- Balance implementation work, follow-ups, proactive outreach, and group onboarding while maintaining a high bar for quality.
- Partner closely with Product to surface customer feedback, identify trends, and influence roadmap priorities.
- Identify opportunities to automate, standardize, and improve onboarding processes, contributing to playbooks, enablement materials, and scalable best practices.
- Act as a multiplier for the team by sharing insights, patterns, and coaching peers through examples and collaboration.
- Help maintain an industry-leading customer experience while operating at high volume and pace.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED

- Experience balancing scale and personalization through group onboarding, automation, and targeted 1:1 engagement.
- Comfort working cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to share feedback, troubleshoot issues, and ideate solutions.
- Data-informed mindset with experience using metrics and signals to guide decisions and assess risk.
