About Finom
Finom is a European tech startup headquartered in Amsterdam, and we’re on a journey towards revolutionizing the financial landscape for entrepreneurs worldwide. Our mission is to develop an all-in-one financial B2B solution that integrates banking functions, accounting, financial management, and invoicing into a seamless, mobile-first platform.
We recently closed a €115 million Series C equity round (around $133 million), bringing our total funding to approximately $346 million. This significant investment follows a $105 million growth funding round from General Catalyst, a long-term backer since 2021 known for supporting companies like Airbnb, HubSpot, KAYAK, and Stripe.
Finom's platform goes beyond traditional banking, offering invoicing and a growing suite of features, including AI-enabled accounting, aiming to simplify financial management for entrepreneurs. We're actively expanding our reach across key EU markets like Germany, France, the Netherlands, Italy, and Spain.
At Finom, we’re not just redefining the entrepreneurial experience — we’re empowering our employees to make a real difference. Your work matters, and your impact extends far beyond product metrics. We nurture innovation and an inspiring work environment where bold ideas thrive, prioritizing thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and our business as a whole.
Maintaining our start-up spirit, we prioritize thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and, of course, our business.
About The Role
About the role
We are looking for a
Senior Data Analyst, Lifecycle
to own measurement and experimentation for how new customers activate and existing ones stay. The metrics are yours whatever the lever: CRM campaigns, promos and incentives, onboarding changes in the product, and a next best action layer that decides what each customer should see next. You decide what we test, how we test it and what we do with the answer. You also bring your own hypotheses on where the next win is.
What You'll Do
What you'll do
Join activation and retention initiatives before anything is built, whether they come from CRM, growth or product. Define the primary metric, check against historical data whether the effect is detectable at our volumes, and turn solution-shaped requests into problem-shaped ones.
Design and analyse experiments end to end: hypothesis, guardrails, audience split, MDE and power, stopping rule, and a readout that ends in ship, iterate or kill.
Correct for channel and engagement bias (not everyone opens email, and open and click populations are self-selected). When a clean A/B is impossible, use causal inference: diff-in-diff, matching, synthetic control or geo designs.
Bring hypotheses of your own. Launch a few new experiments across onboarding and the customer lifecycle, and turn one-off wins into recurring segmented flows.
Build deliberately simple models: segmentation, propensity, churn and dormancy scoring. They feed audiences, personalisation and incentive targeting. Over time these come together into next best action: for a given customer, which offer, feature nudge or message to send next, through which channel, and whether to send anything at all. You own the logic and the measurement of whether it beats the current rules.
Automate your own recurring work: audience refresh jobs, readout templates, dashboards for Activation, Onboarding and Retention. Ship models the Databricks way (scheduled jobs write tables, tables map into downstream tools such as Braze) and bring engagement data back into the warehouse to close the loop.
What You Bring
What you bring
Strong SQL and Python, and a Git-based warehouse workflow with code review.
Experiment design, statistics and metric design you can defend.
BI experience, Power BI/Tableau or similar.
Stakeholder management and business sense: you can push back, reframe a request and land a recommendation with a non-technical audience.
Curiosity and ownership. You run your area without waiting to be asked.
Nice To Have
Nice to have
Causal inference methods and a clear sense of when each one is valid.
Clustering and segmentation that ends up in use, not in a slide.
Predictive modelling with honest validation. Uplift modelling is a plus.
Braze or a comparable CRM platform: audiences, canvases, native split testing, channel mechanics and their biases.

About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the role:
Agents are becoming first-class users of the internet. They sign in, call APIs, deploy code, and act on behalf of people and teams. That raises questions the web was never designed to answer: Who is this agent? Who does it work for? What is it allowed to do, for how long, and how do we know?
As an engineer on the Agent Auth and Identity team, you'll help answer those questions. You'll build the systems that let agents and people authenticate, delegate access, and act safely across Vercel and the services our customers connect to. This is foundational work: identity and authorization sit underneath everything we ship, and getting them right for agents will shape how modern software gets built.
The scope is intentionally broad. You might spend one quarter designing how credentials are issued and scoped for autonomous agents, and the next building the developer-facing APIs and SDKs that make secure auth feel effortless. You'll own systems end-to-end, from design through long-term operation in production.
We're looking for engineers who care deeply about security and developer experience in equal measure, enjoy working on problems without established playbooks, and want to define how trust works in an agentic world. This is a hybrid role based in San Francisco, in the office on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday.
What you'll do:
Design, build, and operate the identity, authentication, and authorization systems that power Vercel and our Customers for both people and agents.
Shape how agents prove who they are, act on behalf of users and teams, and receive scoped, time-bound, auditable access.
Build secure, scalable APIs, services, and SDKs that make auth simple for developers and their agents to adopt.
Work with modern and emerging standards (such as OAuth 2.x, OIDC, and agent-focused protocols) and help influence where they go next.
Lead projects end-to-end: identify opportunities, set technical direction, and deliver improvements in security, reliability, and developer experience.
Participate in the on-call rotation, taking responsibility for the reliability of critical systems.
What you need:
3+ years of experience designing, building, and operating backend systems in production at scale.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, or a comparable backend language and the willingness to work primarily in TypeScript.
Solid understanding of authentication and authorization concepts, such as sessions, tokens, OAuth/OIDC flows, permission models, and secrets management.
A security-minded approach to engineering: you think about threat models, least privilege, and failure modes as part of design, not as an afterthought.
Benefits & Compensation:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow: we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.
The base pay range for this role is $196,000 – $294,000. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. The total compensation package may include benefits, equity-based compensation, and eligibility for a company bonus or variable pay program depending on the role. Your recruiter can share more details during the hiring process.

About Vercel:

Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the Role:
Vercel Connect helps developers give agents and AI-built apps secure access to the data, tools, and events they need—without wrestling with OAuth, credentials, and integration complexity. We’re currently building two things: 1) a platform for managing agent identity, access and permissions and 2) a set of rich connectors for the 1000s of systems (like Linear, Slack, GitHub, Google, etc.) that agents will need to talk to.
We’re solving core problems like agent identity and delegated access, tool approval and standards around making agents aware of changes on 3rd party platforms.
As a senior engineer on this team you'll not only own our APIs, token infrastructure, authorization, SDKs, and more, but work with external companies to make it easier for developers to build agents that integrate with their products. You’ll need to balance both high uptime and fast performance with flexibility to allow for seamless connection to many systems that weren’t designed with agents in mind. If you’re looking for a role that will put you at the center of how agent identity and credentials work, this is it! This is a hybrid role based in San Francisco, in the office on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday.
What You Will Do:
Ship provider integrations end to end — auth flows, token exchange, app registration, and the configuration UI — from generic API-key and OAuth presets through bespoke cases like Snowflake Partner Connect, Slack manager apps, and Microsoft Entra.
Own and improve our infrastructure (uptime, performance, secure storage of credentials and keys) and developer experience for Connect
Work with industry leaders within and outside of Vercel to propose and implement new authentication and authorization protocols for AI era
Build and harden event forwarding — signature verification inbound, project-scoped identity outbound, delivered to the right deployment and environment.
Make Connect the obvious way to give an agent a credential, extending the SDKs , consent-redirect flow, and framework adapters.
Reduce the cost of the next hundred integrations, so most new providers become configuration rather than code.
About You:
6+ years building and operating production backend or full-stack systems, with a track record of owning a service or platform surface rather than a feature.
You deeply understand your users problems and work in a focused manner to address them, leveling up the product you’re working on over time.
Deep, practical understanding of OAuth 2.0/2.1, OIDC, and JWTs — not just wiring up a client library, but reasoning about authorization codes, PKCE, refresh semantics, audience and scope restriction, token exchange, and what each of those actually protects against.
A security instinct for integration code specifically — SSRF and DNS rebinding, confused-deputy and mix-up attacks, redirect-URI validation, webhook signature verification, tenant isolation. You've either found these bugs or fixed them.
Strong TypeScript, and comfort developing backend and frontend components.
Experience integrating with many third-party APIs, an appetite for the reality of it — undocumented behavior, non-compliant OAuth, inconsistent errors — and the judgment to absorb that mess behind a clean abstractions
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.

ABOUT MISTRAL
Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.
We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.
THE ROLE
As an Executive Assistant at Mistral, you will support two senior leaders: our VP, Cloud and our VP, Product. These are distinct teams with their own leadership, stakeholders, and priorities. You will be the operational backbone for both, with stakeholders spanning engineering, product, go-to-market, customers, partners, and investors across France, Europe, and the US.
The role has been created because both organizations are scaling fast and their leaders' time is the scarcest resource. You will own the leaders' calendars, communications, travel, and meeting preparation end to end and go further: coordinating cross-functional initiatives, running leadership rituals, and supporting high-stakes external moments such as customer and partner engagements, roadshows, and board or investor touchpoints.
Balancing two executives from different teams takes real judgment: you will arbitrate scheduling conflicts, keep both leaders ahead of commitments, and handle sensitive information with discretion, representing them with professionalism in every interaction. This is a role with real ownership where you will design the processes, dashboards, and ways of working that keep two distinct organizations running smoothly.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Run the VP, Cloud's and VP, Product's calendars and priorities across multiple time zones, arbitrating between competing demands to protect their focus for strategic decisions.
- Prepare briefings, agendas, presentations, and follow-up notes for leadership, board, investor, customer, and partner meetings.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of both leaders, handling email, Slack, and calls with clarity, judgment, and confidentiality.
- Coordinate international and domestic travel for both executives, including itineraries for customer roadshows and executive offsites across Europe and the US.
- Organize internal and external events end to end including team gatherings, client meetings, offsites, and company-wide moments.
- Drive cross-functional projects and initiatives that connect the Cloud and Product organizations with GTM, Engineering, Datacenter, and People & Operations, from planning through follow-through.
- Build and maintain both orgs' operational backbone including documentation, dashboards, shared folders, and tracking of deadlines and deliverables.
- Spot inefficiencies and own process improvements or special projects that raise the bar for how both organizations operate.
SKILLS WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience supporting senior executives (VP level or above) as an Executive Assistant, ideally multiple leaders simultaneously, in tech, infrastructure, or other complex high-growth environments.
- Exceptional communication skills in English and fluency in French is essential.
- Demonstrated judgment in balancing competing priorities across multiple leaders, teams, and time zones with discretion and confidentiality.
- Strong command of Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, plus productivity tools such as Notion and Slack.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset - you anticipate needs, close loops, and take ownership of outcomes without being asked.
- A genuine interest in AI and technical products. You learn quickly and engage credibly with engineers, product managers, customers, and executives.
WHAT WE OFFER
We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and work-life balance. Benefits vary by country and may include healthcare coverage, parental leave, retirement plans, relocation support, wellness programs, meal and transportation allowances, and other location-specific perks.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll join an engineering-led team focused on a fundamental challenge in AI-assisted software development: giving coding agents the right context to work effectively. As a Software Engineer on the Code Context team, you’ll build developer tooling and infrastructure that connects AI agents with the knowledge, systems, and workflows they need. Your work will help every employee across Deliveroo, DoorDash, and Wolt make better use of AI in their day-to-day work.
Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:
Build Developer Tooling:
Design, build, and maintain the infrastructure and tooling that make relevant context accessible to AI coding agents across complex codebases and workflows.
Own Technical Projects:
Independently take technical projects from design through delivery and adoption, evaluating approaches, making sound technical decisions, and measuring their impact. Contribute to the team's technical direction in a fast-moving AI landscape.
Build for Reliability & Scale:
Ensure the systems behind our developer tooling remain reliable, performant, and secure as adoption grows. Use observability, feedback, and real-world usage to identify issues and continuously improve the developer experience.
Collaborate & Influence:
Work closely with engineering teams and stakeholders across Deliveroo, DoorDash, and Wolt to understand their challenges, identify opportunities, and drive adoption of AI-powered tooling.
Support Peers & Grow:
Share technical knowledge, provide constructive feedback, help unblock colleagues, and contribute to engineering interviews and hiring as the team grows.
What You’ll Need to Thrive
Our ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in some of these areas and curiosity to grow in others:
Strong Engineering Fundamentals:
Experience building and operating production systems at scale, with a strong foundation in software architecture and a commitment to writing well-designed, well-tested, and maintainable code.
AI-Native Engineering:
Hands-on experience using AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) throughout the software development lifecycle, with a practical understanding of how agent harnesses manage tools, context, and execution.
Autonomy & Judgement:
You independently solve complex problems, navigate ambiguity, and communicate clearly across teams and time zones. You hold all your work, AI-assisted or otherwise, to high standards of quality and correctness.
Customer-Driven Iteration: You enjoy working directly with the people using your tools, understanding their workflows, gathering feedback, and using data to measure impact and continuously improve the experience.
Dogfooding Mindset:
You actively experiment with AI tools, build solutions to problems you encounter, and have informed opinions about what makes developer tooling good. You're curious about emerging capabilities and eager to put new ideas into practice.
