THE ROLE
You'll lead marketing operations and analytics at Cohere. That covers the team, the martech stack, how we measure marketing's contribution to pipeline, and the budget and pipeline numbers marketing plans against. When leadership asks what marketing produced last quarter and what to fund next, the answer starts with your numbers.
The role reports to the VP of Brand. You'll work most closely with the Marketing Chief of Staff and the heads of Growth and Demand and Product Marketing, and every week with Revenue Operations, Sales Operations & Finance. Web operations is part of marketing but doesn't report to this role.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
THE TEAM
You'll manage the marketing operations, automation, and analytics and data operations staff, and hire where you find gaps. Marketing is growing rapidly, so you'll also bring acquired companies' systems and data into our stack.
MEASUREMENT
The attribution methodology is yours, documented and signed off by Marketing, Revenue Operations and Finance. Each quarter you'll present marketing's pipeline contribution to the executive team and say what you'd change. Your analysts do the same for the program teams in Growth and Demand, Events and Product Marketing, showing which campaigns and channels are paying back their spend.
SYSTEMS AND DATA
Marketo, Looker, GA4 and 6sense are yours end to end, along with the campaign and lead side of Salesforce. That includes forms, nurture, lead lifecycle, scoring and routing. Campaign data needs to be structured well enough that analysts don't need workarounds, and target-account data has to reconcile to the governed account list. With Revenue Operations, you'll make sure the data behind marketing's pipeline numbers can't change without a record, so a bulk edit can't quietly rewrite marketing's results. A/B testing on nurture and forms sits with you too, sized so the results can be read.
Over time we want fewer tools and fewer dashboards, with one governed source for each metric.
BUDGET AND PLANNING NUMBERS
You'll own the martech and operations budget and track budget and headcount across marketing. You'll also build the pipeline and capacity models marketing plans against. The Marketing Chief of Staff runs planning and the business reviews and leads the trade-off conversations with your numbers in hand. Marketing and Sales need to count pipeline the same way, every time.
YOUR FIRST YEAR
In the first 90 days, you'll document the attribution methodology and get it signed off by Marketing, Revenue Operations and Finance. By then we should also have an inventory of every reporting surface, each with a named owner, and your order for fixing the data problems you inherit.
By three months, one governed executive dashboard has replaced the competing decks in business reviews, and rebuilt lead routing is in production.
By six months, target-account reporting reconciles to the governed list, and anyone on the team can reproduce quarterly attribution from the documented method, with change control on the data underneath it. The stack is smaller than when you arrived, and some marketing workflows run on agents in production. Annual planning runs on your budget, headcount and pipeline models.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
MUST HAVE
- 10+ years in marketing operations or marketing analytics in B2B or enterprise software, including at least one high-growth company.
- You've managed a marketing operations and analytics team and its martech budget, setting priorities across ops, automation and analytics specialists and hiring to fill gaps.
- Hands-on Marketo and Salesforce experience with lead lifecycle, campaign structure, routing and the sync between the two. You've configured these systems yourself.
- You've owned a multi-touch attribution model end to end and defended its definitions to a CFO or executive team.
- SQL, and enough comfort in a governed BI layer like Looker to check a number yourself before you present it.
- You've run the data side of an account-based motion, including the hygiene that makes a target account list reportable.
- You've worked closely with Revenue Operations and Sales Operations without duplicating their work.
- Experience in enterprise, regulated or public-sector buying environments, including GDPR and CASL as they apply to lead handling.
- You already use AI and automation in your own team's work.
NICE TO HAVE
- Enterprise AI, infrastructure or developer-platform marketing.
- You've built agentic or LLM-based workflows in GTM operations and measured what they saved.
- Product-led funnel instrumentation running alongside a sales-led pipeline.
- You've consolidated an inherited martech stack, or merged systems after an acquisition.

ABOUT YOU
The Xsolla Offerwall puts rewarded offers in front of players inside the games and apps of our publishers. A player opens the wall, picks an offer, completes it, and earns in-game currency. Whether they do depends on what they see: the offer card, the creative, the video, the playable, and the reward moment.
Those units come from several places. Some are native offers we render ourselves. Some arrive as VAST video, HTML or MRAID creatives, or OpenRTB Native assets from demand partners. Each format has its own rules, and each one has to look right in a publisher's game, on a phone, without breaking what the advertiser sent.
You'll own how offerwall ads look and perform. You'll decide which formats we support and how they render. You'll design what the player sees, and turn that into specs engineers can build from. You'll measure whether a change made players more likely to engage, and you'll use AI to make better creative faster than a manual process allows.
ABOUT US

Responsibilities:
Ad experience and creative
Own the look and feel of every ad unit in the offerwall: offer cards, detail pages, video, playables, interstitials, and the reward flow.
Set creative standards for advertisers and publishers: layouts, asset specs, safe areas, aspect ratios, and branding rules.
Balance three groups who want different things: players want a clean experience, publishers want it to match their game, and advertisers want their brand shown properly.
oRTB formats and rendering
Define how we support VAST, HTML and
MRAID
, and OpenRTB Native inside the offerwall, across Web, iOS, Android, and Unity.
Write the requirements for format support: which VAST events we track, which
MRAID
calls we allow, and how Native assets map into our own templates.
Work with Engineering on creative QA and rejection rules, so broken or non-compliant creatives get caught before a player sees them.
Design to engineering
Turn ideas into Figma designs and prototypes that engineers can build without guessing.
Write PRDs and acceptance criteria that cover states, edge cases, and device differences, not just the happy path.
Work with our designers on the offerwall's design system, and keep it consistent across publishers and platforms.
Experimentation and performance
Run A/B tests on layouts, creative treatments, and formats, and read the results yourself.
Track the metrics that show whether the ad experience works: CTR, video completion rate, offer start and completion rates,
IPM
, and eCPM.
Turn what you learn into a prioritized roadmap, and explain the tradeoffs to Engineering, Demand, and leadership.
AI in creative and workflow
Find where AI can improve ad units: generating creative variants, adapting assets to new formats, auto-cropping and localization, and checking creative quality.
Use AI tools in your own work: prototyping, writing specs, analyzing test results, and getting from idea to something testable faster.
Cross-functional work
Work with Engineering, Design, Demand, Publisher Success, and Data every week.
Give the Demand team clear creative guidelines they can share with advertisers.
Bring what publishers and advertisers say back into the roadmap, in a form engineers can act on.
Qualifications & Skills:
Around 5 years of product management experience, with a significant part of it in AdTech.
Hands-on experience owning ad design or ad experience: ad units, creative formats, or how ads render in an app or game.
Working knowledge of oRTB ad formats. You know how VAST, HTML and
MRAID
, and OpenRTB Native creatives work, what breaks them, and what the specs allow.
Comfortable with data. You can design an A/B test, read the result, and write SQL or use a BI tool to answer your own questions.
You write clear specs. Engineers should be able to build from what you write without coming back to ask what you meant.
Good visual judgment. You can tell why one layout works and another doesn't, and explain it in terms of player behavior.
Clear communication with engineers, designers, and commercial teams.
Based in Los Angeles or elsewhere in the US, and able to work across US time zones.
Nice to Have:
Experience working with AI. This one matters a lot to us. Show us how you've used AI tools such as Claude, Midjourney, or Figma AI to make ads, prototype products, or get more done. Come ready to show a real example.
Experience with offerwalls, rewarded ads, or rewarded video.
Experience designing in Figma: building prototypes and engineering-ready designs yourself, not just reviewing someone else's.
Experience in mobile gaming or app monetization.
Familiarity with ad SDKs, mediation, and how they render third-party creatives.
What Your Week Looks Like:
A demand partner starts sending VAST wrappers that time out on Android. You look at the VAST chain, work out where it's slow, and agree a timeout and fallback rule with Engineering.
Offer completion rates on one publisher are 30% below the network average. You compare their wall against others, find the reward value is hidden below the fold on smaller phones, and mock up a fix in Figma that afternoon.
An advertiser wants to run a playable in the offerwall. You check what their
MRAID
creative needs, decide what we'll support, and write the spec.
You use an AI image model to generate 20 variants of an offer card's hero image, test four of them, and share the winner and the lift with the team.
Engineering asks how Native title and icon assets should behave when an advertiser sends nothing. You answer the same day, with the rule written into the spec.
How Success Is Measured:
Offerwall engagement improves: higher CTR, offer start rate, and completion rate, backed by test results rather than claims.
The formats we support render correctly across platforms, and creative rejections and rendering bugs go down.
Engineering builds from your specs and designs without long back-and-forth.
Advertisers and publishers have clear creative guidelines, and the Demand team uses them.
AI is part of how the team makes and tests creative, not a side experiment.
Benefits:
We are passionate about fostering a supportive environment for our team, so we prioritize the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our employees and their families through a comprehensive Benefits Program. This includes 100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision plans, unlimited Flexible Time Off, and a personalized career roadmap for each employee. ABOUT NIANTIC SPATIAL
AI has learned from almost everything online, but it still struggles with the physical world, where 99.5% of economic activity happens. It doesn’t know where things are, how spaces fit together, or what changes over time.
That’s one of the biggest unsolved problems in AI, and it’s the one we’re solving at Niantic Spatial. We build spatial AI models and services so people and machines can reason, learn and act safely in the physical world. We turn camera imagery, video, sensor data and archives into accurate, AI-readable representations of real places that robots can train in and machines can use to know exactly where they are.
In physical AI, mistakes have real consequences. That’s why we build AI grounded in measured reality, not guesswork, so the people and machines relying on it can trust it to get things right.
Our team built some of the world’s most widely used maps. Now we’re building something bigger: a living, measured record of the real world that machines can query, learn from and use to understand how places change over time. If you want to help AI understand the world we actually live in, come build with us.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Research Engineer to help develop our Geospatial Visual Localization technologies, which allows people and robots to accurately localize themselves anywhere on the planet.
This is an end-to-end applied research role. You will develop new approaches to open problems alongside our researchers in 3D vision and machine learning, and publish your work at leading conferences. You will help build and train large models on large-scale multi-modal datasets, including our proprietary collection of 30 billion posed images and ship them into production, to be used by people and robots from all over the world.
Our team works with heterogeneous captures from phones and other handheld devices, 360 cameras, vehicles, and drones, as well as aerial and satellite imagery, LiDAR, and external geographic data. Your focus will be to improve accuracy and robustness across urban and rural locations, cameras, seasons, weather, and capture quality. The system must remain reliable with noisy GPS, in GPS-denied environments, and with outdated reference maps. Each pose estimate comes with an uncertainty that our customers rely on, and keeping it well calibrated across these conditions is part of the work.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Design, implement, and evaluate novel visual localization algorithms, combining 3D vision and deep learning.
- Train large models on multi-modal data at scale, and build the benchmarks that measure their accuracy and robustness.
- Develop robust solutions for difficult real-world conditions: noisy or denied GPS, changing appearance, varying capture quality, large geographic extents, and imperfect reference maps.
- Work side-by-side with leading researchers in visual localization, 3D computer vision, and mapping, as well as engineering and product teams, to identify the highest-impact problems and turn research into end-to-end solutions that operate at production scale.
- Communicate results clearly through technical writing, design reviews, internal presentations, and publications.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING

- Knowledge of geospatial data and coordinate reference systems.
- Ability to formulate ambiguous real-world problems, choose appropriate mathematical or learning-based tools, and evaluate solutions rigorously.
- Strong Python skills and experience training deep learning models at scale, with libraries such as PyTorch, NumPy, and SciPy.
- Strong software engineering skills, with the ability to turn research prototypes into reliable, scalable, and maintainable systems.
- Experience taking an algorithm from research idea and experimental prototype through evaluation, benchmarking, and deployment on real-world data.
- Clear written and verbal communication and the ability to collaborate across research and engineering disciplines.
NICE TO HAVE
- A PhD in computer vision, robotics, machine learning, photogrammetry, geodesy, remote sensing, or a related field, or equivalent research or industry experience. A PhD is not required.
- A strong publication record or substantial active involvement in the research community, especially at venues such as CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, NeurIPS, ICLR, SIGGRAPH, SIGGRAPH Asia, 3DV, ICRA, RSS, or related conferences and journals.
- Experience with aerial or satellite imagery, GNSS/GPS, IMUs, LiDAR data, geodesy, mapping systems, or large-scale spatial data.
- Evidence of technical leadership, mentorship, or successful cross-functional delivery.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
📍 Paris, on-site
🗓 Early June to end of August 2027
🎓 Students (incl. Polytechnique 2nd-year internship)
⭐ THE PROGRAM ⭐
This summer, for the first time, Alan is bringing in a cohort of interns for a 3-month internship, from June to August. This program is for students whose curriculum includes a summer internship.
This is not a "watch and learn" internship. Past interns and Founders Associates have shipped work that teams still use after they left:
- An AI tool searching the web for fake documents used in insurance fraud. The findings started a fraud-prevention pilot with a major French insurer.
- An automated system approving simple medical claims in one of Alan's international markets, with no manual review.
- An AI agent for sales reps. Cuts prep time before every prospect meeting with a personalized meeting brief and pitch.
- A national health insurance bid. It led to a new local company and its first General Manager hire.
- Launched a new insurance product, from the regulator application to in-app design and customer support. Took the product from idea to a regulator-ready launch.
- A public AI healthcare hackathon co-hosted with Mistral. Brought together top AI builders, with €10K+ in prizes and credits for the winners.
This summer, it's your turn.
⭐ WHAT YOUR SUMMER LOOKS LIKE ⭐
- Weeks 1 & 2 - team sprint: you build a shared project in a mixed squad with other interns. You meet several teams and see how Alan works as a whole.
- June to August - your project: you’ll take full ownership of a project that drives real value, working inside a host team with clear goals and the freedom to decide how to reach them. At the end of August, you demo it to the company.
- All summer - the program: talks and workshops with Alan leaders including the CEO/CTO, weekly coffee chats with Alaners, and a mentor who helps you grow.
You'll join one track, based on your interests, and the projects available across:
- Engineering
- Data & AI
- Product
- Design & Research
- Marketing
- Customer Care
- IT & Operations
And more!
⭐ KEY OUTCOMES ⭐
By the end of August, you will have:
- Shipped a project that a real team uses, and demoed it to the company
- Built with AI, data and code on real problems: shipped AI agents, automations and analyses that go to production
- Worked closely with senior Alaners and Alan's leadership
- Met a cohort of sharp students from top schools in France and abroad
- Gained a 360° view of how a fast-growing company works
Strong interns may be invited back to Alan after graduation, as a Founder Associate or full-time hire.
⭐ PROFILE & COMPETENCIES ⭐
- You build. You code, or build seriously with AI tools, and you have something to show us: a tool, a prototype, a side project, a hackathon project.
- You learn fast. You're comfortable owning a project that isn't fully defined yet, and you figure things out before asking someone to show you.
- Analytical sense. You frame the right questions and break down problems clearly.
- High agency. When something is broken, your first instinct is to fix it.
- Clear writing. At Alan, we work in writing, in English. You need to be fluent.
- Growth mindset. You ask for feedback and use it.
- Available for 3 months, from June to end of August 2027.
⭐ THE PROCESS ⭐
We know you have other offers to weigh, so our process is designed to be efficient:
1. Application (tell us about something you've built)
2. A short call with the team to meet you
3. A technical case
4. Final fit interview
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
International students welcome. If you apply through a university program (Princeton IIP, MIT MISTI, Penn GRIP, Waterloo Co-op), mention it in your application.
🙌 PERKS & BENEFITS
- Competitive pay: €2,800 gross per month, well above the market rate for internships
- All the tools you need: MacBook Pro, monitor, noise-cancelling headphones
- A coach from day one: like every Alaner. Learn more about our coaching culture https://alan.com/en/blog/discover-alan/a/alan-culture-excellence-through-coaching.
- Transport: commuter benefits
IMPORTANT NOTE: WE HIRE PEOPLE, NOT ROLES.
If you're excited about this opportunity but don't check every box, we'd love to hear from you. Everyone, no matter how underrepresented, should feel free to apply as it can only bring learnings or success.
If you identify yourself as a woman: did you know that research shows women often apply only when meeting 100% of requirements? Remember, this is just a guide, not a checklist.

Hi there, I'm Josh Lipner, Manager, Account Management at TestGorilla. We're excited to share more about the Customer Success Advisor, Renewals role and our team.
ABOUT TESTGORILLA
At TestGorilla, we’re on a mission to place 1 billion people in their dream jobs. To democratize opportunity, we are building the world’s leading skills-based talent discovery platform - one that replaces reliance on resumes with scientific validation of what people can truly do.
Founded as a 100% remote company in 2020, our global team is united by high standards, a lot of heart, and a relentless drive to conquer new technological frontiers. We are AI-fluent builders who care deeply about replacing bias with fairness.
After empowering thousands of companies to hire smarter and faster, we are now unlocking the next phase of our scale-up journey - where you’ll play an instrumental role in creating a world where skills matter most!
ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Customer Success Advisor, Renewals, you'll run the commercial conversations that keep our customers with us. You'll take renewals from first quote to signed order, handle pricing and billing conversations within our pricing and discount framework, and guide customers through plan changes, upgrades and downgrades across our assessment and sourcing products. You'll also take customers through the commercial side of our migration to usage-based pricing: explaining what changes, what it means for their spend, and landing the right plan for them using our migration playbook. When a customer wants to cancel or disputes a charge, you'll work the conversation through our retention and refund guidelines, and bring in your manager when a case sits outside them.
You'll work with AI agents as part of your day. They handle the routine end of renewals and billing: sending notices, preparing standard quotes, gathering account and invoice history, and answering simple plan questions. That frees you to spend your time on the conversations that need a person: negotiating within the framework, handling objections, and resolving the cases that don't fit a standard answer. You'll check their work before it reaches customers, step in when a case needs you, and share what you learn so they get better at the routine work over time.
This is a high-volume role with a commercial edge. You'll run a steady pipeline of renewals and commercial cases across our self-serve and mid-market customers. We're looking for someone who is commercially astute, organised, a great communicator and calm under pressure, and who is excited and able to contribute to our AI journey: automating the repeatable and humanising the exceptional.
RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Uphold TestGorilla's behaviours and foster an inclusive, supportive culture.
- Collaborate effectively with global colleagues across teams and time zones.
- Own renewals from first quote to signed order across our self-serve and mid-market customers, for both our assessment and sourcing products.
- Handle pricing and billing negotiations, upgrades, downgrades and our usage-based pricing migration within our pricing framework and playbooks: quoting, explaining what changes and what it means for the customer's spend, and landing the plan that fits how they use the product.
- Work cancellation and dispute conversations through our retention and refund guidelines, resolving unexpected charges and refund requests with Finance and retaining the customer where we can.
- Work alongside our AI agents, letting them handle the routine end of renewals and billing while you take the negotiations, objections and cases that need a person.
- Train the agents: check what they send before it reaches customers, correct what's wrong, and feed back what you learn so they handle more of the routine work over time.
- Maintain a single source of truth in our agentic customer success platform, with non-negotiable CRM hygiene: every renewal, plan change and dispute logged accurately so the team and the agents work from the same picture.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
We're looking for someone who:
- Is passionate about TestGorilla's mission to help one billion people find their dream jobs.
- Is commercially astute, with experience managing renewals and negotiations at scale in a Customer Success, Renewals, Account Management or Sales role. You can quote, explain a price change, and apply a pricing and discount framework to get to the best outcome. This is a must-have.
- Is AI fluent and has personally built automations or agentic workflows (in n8n, Zapier or similar), with experience working alongside AI agents or automation in a customer-facing role. You can show us what you automated and what it delivered. Using an LLM alone is not enough. This is a minimum requirement.
- Communicates clearly, in writing and on calls, in English and Spanish. Fluency in both is a requirement.
- Is good with customers: you build relationships, stay calm in challenging conversations, de-escalate and retain, and manage a high volume of cases without letting any slip. You treat CRM hygiene as part of the job, not an afterthought.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with high expectations and some ambiguity, and is honest with yourself that this is the kind of place you want to work.
- Learns fast and stays curious: you pick up new tools quickly, ask good questions, check answers rather than accept them, and give and take feedback in the moment.
- Is available for customer calls during US business hours. This is a requirement.
We actively seek diversity and encourage applications from everyone. If you're interested in this role but your experience doesn't perfectly match the description, please still apply. Studies show that women and underrepresented groups can be hesitant to apply unless they meet every requirement. If this role excites you and you're confident you can do the job, we encourage you to apply!
BONUS SKILLS
While these skills aren't a requirement, we'd be very interested to hear from you if you have:
- Prior familiarity with Chargebee, Zendesk, HubSpot, n8n, Jira or Confluence.
- Experience with usage-based or credit-based SaaS pricing models.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
- Global Team: Join a fully remote, mission-driven team from around the world
- Competitive compensation: Receive a competitive pay ( €31,360 - €38,000 per year) + Share Appreciation Rights (SARs)
- Remote & flexible work: Work from almost anywhere*. Enjoy flexible hours and asynchronous work to balance work and life.
- *Check out the full list of countries we currently hire from here https://docs.google.com/document/d/1bzBZ38P6zt02s96S9OsF8MnM1tq1JccB-g75gcnKpPw/edit?tab=t.0#heading=h.s4l5faueua5w, but note that we're only hiring in the Americas timezones for this role.
- Remote work budget: €1,000 available each year or up to €2,000 from day 1 if you're buying a laptop!
- Growth & development: Invest in yourself and your career with a 3.5% L&D budget and clear growth opportunities
- Stimulating work environment: Tackle new challenges and work with innovative technology in a dynamic setting
- Connect with your team: Join optional fun virtual socials, AMAs with team members and leadership, and regular fun chats. Build a strong sense of community!
- TestGorilla community groups: Join peers to build community and boost opportunities for connection, advocacy, and professional development.
- Parent/Caregiver support: We provide a caregiver-friendly work environment with paid 8-16 week parental leave and tailored return-to-work approaches
- Work-life balance: Our unlimited and flexible time off policy empowers you to take the time you need to recharge and maintain your well-being
INTERESTED?
We believe in using our own product to ensure fair and objective hiring. If this role aligns with your skills and aspirations, we invite you to complete one of our very own assessments. This will give you a firsthand experience of our platform and help us get to know you better. We look forward to hearing from you!
TestGorilla is committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace. We believe that diverse teams are stronger teams, and we encourage applications from people of all backgrounds. We understand that some candidates may experience test anxiety, and we want to assure you that accommodations are available and can be requested prior to sitting our assessments. Your request will not negatively impact your application, as we do not factor this into our review process.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic's global order-to-cash (O2C) function is scaling faster than the processes and systems behind it, across direct enterprise contracts, consumption-based commercial models, and third-party cloud marketplaces. We're looking for a Director, Order-to-Cash Assurance to make sure every order is priced, billed, collected, and recorded correctly, and that we can prove it.
You'll be embedded in the O2C Transformation team, working closely with Order Management, AR & Collections, Revenue Accounting, Billing Engineering, and Go-to-Market. You'll design and run the pricing audits and accuracy measures that show us where we leak revenue or create rework, then fix the root cause at the source. You'll be the compliance advocate for global O2C, helping the business find the compliant way to yes, and often improving a process by removing steps rather than adding them.
You'll thrive here if you treat accuracy and compliance as design problems and as a service to the business. You are firm when the risk is real, flexible when it isn't, and able to explain the difference. If you're energized by ambiguous, high-consequence operational problems at a company at the forefront of AI development, we'd like to hear from you.
Key responsibilities
Design and run recurring audit programs across the O2C lifecycle, including pricing audits, contract-to-invoice accuracy, credits, refunds and concessions, and cash application
Define accuracy metrics with baselines and targets, such as pricing and invoice error rates, first-pass yield, rework volume, and revenue leakage, and report them in a way teams can act on
Trace findings to root cause and work with the owning team on the fix, whether in process, system configuration, or contract and pricing standards
Move measurement from periodic sampling to continuous, system-driven monitoring as volume grows
Partner with Order Management and AR operations as their quality partner, and help GTM, Deal Desk, Sales Operations, and Product understand what accurate and compliant looks like through clear published guidance that shortens the path to yes
Review new processes, process changes, commercial models, and exceptions against policy and control requirements, with clear decision rights, service levels, and rationale that stay consistent across regions, entities, and channels
Build compliance into new products, channels, commercial models, and regions by joining at intake rather than at the end
Own O2C policies, control ownership, and segregation of duties
Partner with Internal Audit, external auditors, Revenue Accounting, Tax, and Legal so audit cycles run smoothly, and resolve findings at the root cause
Perform independent review activities, including month-end close reviews, so operations teams can focus on execution while independence is preserved
Create reusable, pre-approved process patterns and guardrails so teams can move quickly without a bespoke review every time, harmonizing globally and localizing only where statute requires
Work with Billing Engineering, GTM Systems, and Business Technology to build controls and accuracy checks into the systems themselves, so quality scales with volume
Deploy AI and automation for exception detection, reconciliation, anomaly detection, and evidence collection
Minimum qualifications
Hands-on experience designing and running audit, quality, or revenue assurance programs within order-to-cash, billing operations, or quote-to-cash
Working knowledge of revenue recognition (ASC 606) and experience partnering with internal and external auditors
Experience with contracting systems, billing platforms, or ERP systems (for example Salesforce, Stripe, or Workday Financials)
Proficiency with SQL or similar tools for analyzing and testing transactional data
Experience using automation or AI for monitoring, testing, or reporting
Preferred qualifications
10+ years of progressive experience in revenue operations, billing operations, revenue assurance, finance operations, or internal controls within order-to-cash at a public company
A track record of simplifying processes, with concrete examples of steps or controls you removed while improving accuracy or strengthening the control environment
A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Engineering, or a related field
CPA, CIA, CISA, or CRISC certification, or Lean Six Sigma or PMP certification
Experience building or scaling a SOX program, including readiness for public-company reporting requirements
Experience with global, multi-entity operations, including statutory invoicing and tax considerations
Experience serving both B2C and B2B customers, especially with consumption-based and subscription billing models through to collections
Experience working with go-to-market, deal desk, and revenue operations organizations
Strong cross-functional influence and clear communication about issues and decisions
Understanding of AI industry business models and enterprise customer needs
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:

Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
For roles performing work in California:
We will consider for employment all qualified applicants, including those with arrest or conviction records or criminal histories, in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable state and local laws, including the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, the City of Los Angeles’ Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance, the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers, and the California Fair Chance Act.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer who has tested real on-chain products — the contracts and the transactions, not only the web app in front of them. You will own quality for Xsolla's smart wallet on Xsolla ZK, our Ethereum-compatible ZK rollup: the wallet players use to hold, receive and send tokens and in-game items, signing in with the account they already have.
The work runs on both sides of the chain. On the backend, you will confirm that a wallet address pre-computed from a salt is the address that actually gets deployed. On the frontend, you will follow a signed operation from the client's RPC call through the bundler to finality, and prove it landed, failed or reverted the way it should. You will fork the chain to test against real state, deploy and call contracts from the command line, and turn what you learn into automated suites.
You will work in a small, senior engineering team alongside an external wallet-infrastructure partner. You can tell a defect in our code from one in a partner SDK or in the chain itself — and you bring the evidence to show which. AI coding tools are part of how you work every day, and you set them up so the rest of the team gets the same leverage.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
A consumer smart wallet built on account abstraction, so players can own and use digital items without managing keys or gas themselves.
Integrations with an external wallet-infrastructure partner and with Xsolla's existing player products.
Taking the wallet from testnet to a production launch on an Ethereum-compatible Layer 2.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Own the end-to-end test strategy for the wallet: sign-in, wallet creation, asset display, send and receive, and transaction confirmation on Xsolla
ZK
.
Test account-abstraction flows: UserOperation construction and validation, bundler submission, EntryPoint execution, paymaster-sponsored gas, and session-key and signer behaviour.
Test signing end to end: personal_sign and EIP-712 typed-data requests through the EIP-1193 provider, and signature validation by the wallet contract (ERC-1271), including before the wallet is deployed.
Verify counterfactual deployment: that the address derived with CREATE2 from the factory, salt and init code matches the deployed wallet contract, on a forked or local chain, before it reaches mainnet.
Deploy, call and inspect smart contracts from the command line to set up test state and reproduce defects.
Use chain-forking and simulation tools to test against real network state without real funds, and trace failed transactions to their root cause.
Validate the full transaction lifecycle — broadcast, inclusion, reorgs and finality — and its failure paths: reverts, failed UserOperations, insufficient balance, expired session keys, ownership changing mid-flight, and bundler errors.
Reconcile what players see with on-chain state: indexer balances and
NFT
ownership against contract state, including when the indexer lags or diverges, and the account-to-wallet records behind Xsolla ID.
Test transfers and approvals across ERC-20, ERC-721 and ERC-1155, including partial ERC-1155 quantities and safe transfers into contract wallets.
Write acceptance tests for a partner's wallet SDK and contracts, and report integration defects with the evidence needed to route them to the right owner.
Build and maintain automation: Playwright for wallet UI flows, and scripted on-chain checks in TypeScript that run in CI.
Set up and maintain AI tooling in the test repositories (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor: rules, context, harness) so QA and engineers use it effectively.
Plan and run testnet-to-mainnet release validation, including contract deployment verification and post-deploy smoke checks.
Work with security on signing, key handling and key-export flows, and test for signature replay, typed-data phishing and token approval abuse.
Mentor QA engineers who are new to Web3, and raise on-chain testing practice across teams.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or a related field (or international equivalent).
6+ years in software testing or quality engineering, including 2+ years of hands-on testing on
EVM
-based products.
Web3 libraries and tooling
Hands-on work with viem and wagmi (ethers.js also counts): reading contract state, sending transactions, and decoding events and revert errors from test code.
Deploying and interacting with smart contracts from the command line with Foundry (forge, cast, anvil) or Hardhat; able to read Solidity well enough to know what a contract is meant to do.
Chain forking and simulation with Anvil, Tenderly or similar tools, and tracing a failed transaction from a block explorer or transaction trace down to its revert reason.
On-chain fundamentals
A working model of Ethereum transactions: nonces, gas, receipts, events and logs, reverts, reorgs and finality — including the gap between a sequencer confirmation and L1 finality on a rollup — and how indexers can lag or diverge from chain state.
Token standards: ERC-20, ERC-721 and ERC-1155 mechanics, including approvals and the safe-transfer callbacks a contract wallet must implement to receive NFTs.
How wallet signers work: EOAs, embedded wallets and smart accounts; personal_sign (EIP-191) and typed data (EIP-712); the EIP-1193 provider; signature validation for contract accounts (ERC-1271).
Practical understanding of account abstraction (ERC-4337): UserOperations, bundlers, the EntryPoint, paymasters, counterfactual deployment and CREATE2 address derivation, and session keys.
Wallet security basics: signature replay and cross-chain replay, phishing via typed-data signing, and token approval abuse — and how to design test cases that catch them.
Testing and automation
Test automation in TypeScript or JavaScript, and UI automation with Playwright or a similar framework.
API testing over REST and JSON-
RPC
, including bundler methods (eth_sendUserOperation, eth_estimateUserOperationGas, eth_getUserOperationReceipt), and basic SQL.
Daily hands-on use of AI coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) for test design, automation and review — generating test cases from specs, analysing logs and transaction traces — including configuring them for a repository.
Ways of working
Able to run complex, high-impact testing with minimal supervision and wide latitude for independent judgment.
Excellent written and spoken English, and proven collaboration in cross-functional teams across time zones.
Preferred
Experience on a wallet, decentralized exchange or
NFT
marketplace.
ZK
Stack and
zk
-rollups: native account abstraction and paymaster flows on zkSync-family chains, and how finality, gas and
EVM
compatibility differ from Ethereum mainnet.
Embedded,
MPC
or white-label wallet SDK integrations.
EIP-7702 delegation, and ERC-6492 signature validation for accounts that are not yet deployed.
Writing on-chain tests in Foundry, including fuzz and invariant tests; familiarity with OpenZeppelin contracts and the ERC-4337 reference implementation.
Consumer-scale or gaming products.
Reading Go.
Load and performance testing of high-volume transaction flows, for example with k6.

Our Global Structure
Deliveroo is now part of DoorDash, bringing together teams with even greater reach, scale, and ambition. Depending on your role, you may collaborate with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt. Together, we’re unlocking new possibilities as one global team.
About the Team
DoorDash’s mission is to grow and empower local economies. By building intelligent, last-mile delivery technology for local cities, DoorDash connects people with the local businesses they care about — helping grow businesses and the communities that support those businesses. At DoorDash, there are three audiences that are at the core of every decision we make - our Consumers, Merchants, and Couriers. The Research team has a direct link to uncover the unmet needs and pain points of each of these audiences. We bring their voices into the business in order to help set the strategic vision for all of DoorDash’s current and future products.
About the Role
We’re looking for a
Principal Researcher
to be a strategic research leader for EMEA, shaping what DoorDash builds next. You’ll combine deep expertise in qualitative and quantitative methods to find the unmet needs, behavioral shifts, and market openings that point to new products and new growth. You’ll work as a peer to senior product, design, engineering, data science, and business leaders, and your work will directly inform roadmaps, investment decisions, and company-level strategy.
This role is built for a seasoned researcher who is equally comfortable in a living room interview, a survey dataset, and a leadership review, and who uses AI as a daily tool to move faster and see further, without giving up the judgment that makes research trustworthy. You’ll also raise the bar for the wider research practice by mentoring researchers, sharing methods, and helping the team define what great looks like in an AI-enabled era.
What You’ll Be Doing
Shape Product Strategy:
Translate deep understanding of Consumers, Merchants, and Couriers into a clear point of view on where DoorDash should play and win. You’ll frame the highest-stakes questions, bring evidence to roadmap and investment debates, and influence decisions at the director and executive level.
Detect New Opportunities:
Proactively identify emerging needs, behavior changes, and white space that point to new products, new verticals, and new growth levers. You’ll size and validate opportunities with a mix of foundational discovery, market and competitive context, and behavioral data, and turn them into concepts teams can act on.
Lead Mixed-Methods Research:
Design and run rigorous research end to end, choosing the right method for the question: ethnography, in-depth interviews, diary studies, and usability testing alongside surveys, conjoint and MaxDiff, segmentation, experiment design, and behavioral and log analysis. You’ll triangulate across sources so the “what,” the “how much,” and the “why” tell one coherent story.
Partner with Data Science and Experimentation:
Work closely with data science and analytics to connect qualitative insight to A/B test design, metrics, and product outcomes, and to explain the “why” behind results. You’ll help teams learn from what worked, what didn’t, and what to test next.
Apply AI to the Research Craft:
Use AI tools and LLMs in your daily workflow for synthesis, analysis, survey and discussion guide design, and scaling qualitative depth, and design human-in-the-loop checks that catch confident but wrong outputs. You’ll help the team identify where AI accelerates research and where it should not be trusted, and contribute to shared prompts, workflows, and standards. You’ll also study how people experience AI-powered features across DoorDash’s products.
Influence and Communicate:
Tell compelling, decision-ready stories that move partners from insight to action. You’ll adapt depth and format to the moment, from a fast directional read that unblocks a team this week to a foundational body of work that anchors a multi-year strategy, and you’ll follow through to see that findings change what gets built.
Lead Through Others:
Serve as a thought partner and mentor to researchers across levels, review and elevate research quality, and help partners run good research on their own where that makes sense. You’ll help set the team’s research agenda, methods, and standards, and contribute to hiring and growing the team.
Operate Across Brands and Regions:
Bring a global lens to your work, partnering across brands, markets, and cultures and adapting approaches to local context so that insights scale beyond a single market.
What We’re Looking For
10+ years of experience in user, market, or product research at a technology company (or equivalent depth), with a track record of leading ambiguous, high-visibility work at staff level or above
Demonstrated impact on product strategy: examples where your research changed a roadmap, unlocked a new product or line of business, or redirected significant investment
Proven ability to detect and shape new product or growth opportunities, from early signal through validated concept
Expert command of both qualitative and quantitative methods, including interviews, ethnography, and usability testing as well as survey design, statistical analysis, and experimentation. Working knowledge of SQL, R, or Python for pulling and analyzing your own data is a plus
Hands-on experience using AI and LLMs in research (for example, synthesis, analysis, prototyping, or scaling qualitative work), with sound instincts about where they help and where they mislead. Experience researching AI-powered products is a plus
Experience in consumer, two-sided or multi-sided marketplace, logistics, commerce, or local services contexts is a plus
Exceptional storytelling and executive presence, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders without authority and build trust across product, design, engineering, data science, and business teams
A bias for speed and pragmatism: comfortable delivering directional insight quickly while knowing when a decision calls for deeper rigor
Experience mentoring or coaching researchers and raising the quality of a research practice
Advanced degree in HCI, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, Economics, Statistics, Survey Methodology, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience

ABOUT ONEPAY
OnePay is the consumer fintech trusted by millions of Americans to make money better.
Our financial system is broken. High fees, low rates, and too few ways to actually grow your money. We’re fixing it. And we’re moving fast.
We’re an all-in-one financial services platform that brings together banking, high-yield savings, credit cards, point-of-sale lending, investing, and crypto in one place. We also partner with employers, HCM providers, gig platforms, and others to deliver embedded financial services to millions of employees and frontline workers.
We’re backed by Walmart, the world’s largest retailer, and Ribbit Capital, one of fintech’s most respected investors, giving us rare scale, distribution, and the opportunity to build something truly category-defining.
But what really sets OnePay apart is how we move. Our customers don’t have time to wait… and neither do we. This place moves fast, and we’re looking for people who are:
- Ready to run
- Hungry and driven by urgency
- Exceptional at what they do, with low ego
- Comfortable operating in motion
THE ROLE
As an AEO/SEO Content Writer at OnePay, you’ll own the words behind our blog and landing pages, turning banking, credit building, investing, and rewards into content that’s clear, accurate, and impossible to bounce from, and that ranks.
This isn’t “write and publish.” You’ll work from keyword and search-intent research, move through a regulated-industry editorial process, and keep iterating based on what performs. You’ll work alongside our in-house SEO Lead and external SEO agency, turning their research and strategy into copy that’s ready to publish and built to win.
If you’ve written for a bank, fintech, or other regulated financial brand and know how to balance compliance, clarity, and conversion, this is your role. You will:
- Write blog posts and landing page copy for OnePay’s core products: banking, credit building, credit cards, investing, crypto, and rewards
- Turn keyword research and search-intent briefs into sharp outlines, then into polished, published copy
- Build landing pages that convert, with clear value props, scannable structure, and calls to action people click
- Partner with SEO and growth to spot content gaps and prioritize topics by traffic and business impact
- Work with Legal and Compliance so every piece is accurate and properly reviewed before it goes live
- Shape and evolve the OnePay voice: approachable, plain-spoken, never jargon-heavy, even when the topic is technical
- Refresh existing content as search performance, products, and regulations change
- Dig into analytics and SEO tools, then use what you learn to make the next brief better
YOU BRING
- 5+ years as an SEO or content writer, with a published portfolio that performs in search
- Experience writing for a fintech, bank, credit union, or other regulated financial company, including compliance review cycles and working directly with Legal and Compliance on approvals
- Strong on-page SEO: keyword research, search intent, internal linking, metadata, and content structure, plus fluency with tools like Ahrefs/Semrush, Google Search Console, and a modern CMS
- Writes conversion-focused landing page copy, not just blog posts that rank, and works from SEO briefs without losing voice or clarity
- Sharp editor with obsessive accuracy on numbers, terms, and disclosures, who can explain credit building, investing basics, BNPL, and rewards simply without dumbing them down
- Curious about where search is headed (AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity), and willing to partner with PR on on-brand, review-ready LinkedIn copy
- Drive and proactivity - everyone here is a builder and executor
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive base salary, stock options, and health benefits from Day 1
- 401(k) plan with company match
- Remote-friendly (US), flexible time off (FTO), and opportunities for growth
- A high-growth, mission-driven, inclusive culture where your work has real impact
STANDARD INTERVIEW PROCESS

What We Do:
Cybercrime is growing, and more businesses are getting hit by threats that used to target only the biggest organizations. That pushes defenders like us to operate at the highest level, and it deepens our need for good people who want to make a meaningful impact.
Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress is a remote-first team working to make enterprise-grade cybersecurity accessible to businesses of all sizes. We work closely with security teams and service providers protecting complex environments, often without the time or headcount to handle it all. That’s why we build our technology in-house and back it with a 24/7 human-led Security Operations Center (SOC). As a result, our platform is never disconnected from the experts who manage it, ensuring our customers' protection.
Huntress now secures more than 6M endpoints and 17M identities worldwide. Those numbers keep growing because more businesses rely on us to help carry the load and operate with more confidence. Every day, you can see that commitment in how we stand with our customers and how we show up for each other.
