The Head of Partnerships is responsible for the strategic leadership, direction, and management of Bravo Networks' partnership portfolio. Задачи:
— Развитие направления A/B-тестирования: поддержка полного цикла экспериментов от постановки гипотезы до интерпретации результатов в рамках взаимодействия с бизнес-заказчиками.
— Проектирование и развитие внутренней платформы для A/B-тестов как в онлайн, так и оффлайн каналах: хранение метаданных, расчет метрик, логика сегментации, аналитические витрины и инструменты принятия решений.
— Разработка и поддержка data pipelines для сбора, обработки, валидации и мониторинга данных по экспериментам.
— Формирование единого слоя продуктовых и бизнес-метрик, а также правил интерпретации результатов тестов.
— Автоматизация рутинных аналитических задач с помощью LLM и ИИ-агентов: генерация SQL, подготовка отчетов, первичный разбор результатов, контроль качества данных.
— Разработка self-service инструментов для продуктовых и аналитических команд, позволяющих быстрее запускать и разбирать эксперименты.
— Взаимодействие с продуктом, разработкой и аналитиками для внедрения культуры принятия решений на основе экспериментов.
— Подготовка документации, стандартов и best practices по experimentation-направлению.
Требования:
— Опыт работы от 3+ лет, успешные кейсы по запуску и проведению A/B тестов.
— Уверенное владение Python и SQL.
— Практический опыт в продуктовой аналитике, data engineering или разработке внутренних аналитических решений.
— Опыт проведения и анализа A/B-тестов: дизайн эксперимента, выбор метрик, проверка корректности результатов, интерпретация выводов.
— Понимание принципов построения витрин данных, ETL/ELT-процессов, контроля качества данных и мониторинга пайплайнов.
— Умение переводить бизнес- и продуктовые задачи в формализованные аналитические и технические решения.
— Опыт разработки решений, которыми пользуются внутренние команды: аналитики, product managers, разработчики.
— Интерес к автоматизации аналитики и применению LLM/AI-подходов в рабочих процессах. Будет здорово, если имеются навыки построения устойчивых агентских циклов, управления контекстом моделей и памятью.
