We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the role The Discovery team at Anthropic is organized around the north star goal of building an AI scientist – a system capable of solving the long-term reasoning challenges and basic capabilities necessary to push the scientific and technological frontier. We're expanding our work on engineering and the applied sciences. Our goal is to contribute to training Claude to invent, design, and engineer across every discipline and scale, reliably and safely: new manufacturing and experimental techniques, processes, materials, devices, instruments, machines, energy systems, and factories. We want this work to accelerate science and technology and benefit people widely. We're seeking exceptional researchers with deep expertise in one or more of these areas. In this role, you'll work at the intersection of frontier AI and your field, developing rigorous methods to measure and improve Claude's performance on complex engineering and scientific tasks. You'll collaborate closely with researchers, engineers, and partners across Anthropic and industry to build AI systems that can engage in all phases of research and development, and to test Claude's designs against real-world feedback. Key responsibilities Design and implement evaluation methodologies for assessing AI model capabilities relevant to engineering and applied science research and applications Design realistic tasks and training environments, and curate data from your field Develop and validate simulations and computational tools for your field, and calibrate them against real-world data Work with industry partners, manufacturers, and labs to build and test what Claude invents, designs, and engineers, and bring that real-world feedback into evaluation and training Think through how Claude's engineering capabilities can permeate the real world: where they can have the most impact across industry and research, and what it takes to get them adopted Advise the team on which problems, tools, and workflows matter most in your field Collaborate with domain experts and partners to establish benchmarks and gather high-quality data for training Translate between engineering domain knowledge and machine learning objectives Minimum qualifications Deep expertise and hands-on R&D or industry experience in an engineering or applied science discipline, such as mechanical, electrical, materials, chemical, aerospace, structural, industrial, or manufacturing engineering; applied physics; computational simulation Experience with AI or machine learning, whether evaluating and training AI systems or applying these tools in your field Track record of taking work from concept through to a working result, such as a product, process, device, experiment, or tool Hands-on proficiency with the computational design, analysis, or simulation tools used in your field Basic programming proficiency, for example in Python Ability to navigate ambiguity and develop solutions in a rapidly evolving research environment Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, and to explain your field clearly to people outside it Commitment to using AI to accelerate engineering and scientific progress while maintaining high ethical standards Preferred qualifications 5+ years of hands-on R&D or industry experience in an engineering or applied science discipline Ph.D. in an engineering or applied science field, or equivalent industry experience Industry experience in product design and manufacturing, or in developing engineering or scientific simulation software Breadth across more than one discipline, or across several stages of the path from design to production Familiarity with modern AI model training methods Track record of building high-fidelity solvers or simulation engines that were validated against real-world data and used in practice Experience working with manufacturers, vendors, contract research organizations, or academic labs Experience managing data pipelines and working with large-scale technical datasets Publications, patents, or contributions to open-source scientific or engineering software The annual compensation range for this role is listed below. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. Annual Salary: $320,000 — $405,000 USD Logistics Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience Required field of study: A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices. Visa sponsorship: We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this. For roles performing work in California: We will consider for employment all qualified applicants, including those with arrest or conviction records or criminal histories, in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable state and local laws, including the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, the City of Los Angeles’ Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance, the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers, and the California Fair Chance Act. We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification. Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team. Your safety matters to us. To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit anthropic.com/careers directly for confirmed position openings. How we're different We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills. The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences. Come work with us! Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues. Location: Almaty, Kazakhstan Workplace: OnSite WHY WORK AT HIGGSFIELD AI? Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $1B in annual revenue run rate, 30M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands. We're building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn't just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like. THE ROLE Our B2B team in Almaty is growing fast and closes most of the company's enterprise revenue. We are hiring a GTM Recruiter to keep that team growing at the same pace and at the same bar. This is a full-cycle, hands-on recruiting seat for go-to-market roles: Account Executives, Customer Success, Partnerships, Marketing and Solutions roles for the Kazakhstan office, with some searches for our international GTM teams. You report to the B2B Director, run your own desk end to end, and are measured on hires that pass probation, not on activity. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles: kickoff with the hiring manager, sourcing, screening calls, take-home coordination, final rounds, references, offer and close. - Run the first screen yourself: dig into real numbers (quota, attainment, deal sizes), separate personal results from team results, test spoken English, and recommend a clear yes or no with reasons. - Build pipelines of top commercial talent through direct sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, communities, creative outreach), not just inbound. - Keep the process moving at startup speed: same-day feedback, take-home sent the day of a good screen, candidates never waiting on us. - Be the hiring manager's partner: calibrate on profiles weekly, bring market and compensation intelligence, push back when the bar is at risk. - Keep our ATS accurate: stages, feedback, sources and offers up to date so reporting reflects reality. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - A recruiter whose recent work is hiring salespeople or other commercial roles (AE, SDR, account management, business development), with numbers you can state: hires per quarter, time to fill, offer acceptance. - Experience in a fast-growing tech, marketplace, fintech or agency environment where volume and bar both mattered. - Fluent English: you interview English-speaking candidates and work with US-based hiring managers daily. - Sharp judgement on people: you read between the lines of a CV, you notice when a story does not add up, and you can explain your reasoning in two sentences. - Excellent written and spoken communication; candidates and hiring managers should enjoy working with you. - Comfortable with an ATS (Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever), LinkedIn Recruiter and AI assistants in your daily work. - Enthusiasm and commitment for an intense, high-ownership role; you want to be measured on outcomes. HOW WE WORK - On-site in our Almaty office, full time. - Our GTM team works on US hours to stay close to the market and the US team; this role keeps the same schedule. - Competitive salary in USD.
• Design expert-level Terminal-Bench cryptography tasks by turning real, paid work from your own experience into challenges that an AI agent must solve end to end.

As Talent Lead, you will be in charge of one of the most visible and impactful functions in the company: hundreds of hires a quarter across Research, Engineering, GTM and Operations, in one of the most competitive talent markets in history. You’ll move Talent from a high-volume recruiting engine to a strategic partner that tells leaders what is achievable, and you’ll rebuild how we hire using the same AI products we make. You'll run the entire Talent team (currently 20 - 30 recruiters, sourcers, and talent operations) across verticals, setting the strategy, building the systems, and staying hands-on where it matters. You'll report directly to the Operations Lead and be a close partner to the People team. This isn't a pure executive role - we want someone who still loves the craft of recruiting and can model what great looks like for the team around them. The right person has done this before at scale - at a company that grew fast and hired harder. Your team will look to you not just for direction, but as someone they can genuinely learn from. This will be an opportunity to shape the direction of Talent at ElevenLabs; where we go, how we get there and who we get there with. If you want to shape the future of the Talent industry by building industry-defining playbooks using the latest technology and AI solutions, whilst building an expert team - this might be your best fit yet. In this role you will: - Lead the full talent function across Research, GTM, Engineering & Product, and G&A hiring - setting strategy, managing team performance, building a recruiter capacity engine, and driving outcomes across all verticals. - Responsible for owning the scope of Talent Operations in partnership with the Talent Operations Lead: ATS (Ashby) configuration, headcount tracking, hiring velocity metrics, and recruiter tooling - ensuring the function runs with precision and minimal friction. - Identify innovative ways of approaching Talent: design the next-gen Talent org structure, envision how Talent processes can be agentified and work with the team to build ElevenLabs products throughout. - Act as a strategic partner to department heads and hiring managers, bringing market intelligence, pipeline health visibility, and honest counsel on what it takes to consistently win the best people in the market. - Build and maintain a strong talent brand through thoughtful candidate experience, community engagement, building a Talent events program and creative sourcing strategies. - Coach and develop a team of recruiters, establishing clear standards for quality of hire, speed, and candidate experience. - Partner with functional leaders across Research, Engineering, GTM, and Operations - acting as a trusted advisor who can challenge, align, and mobilize leaders around talent priorities and workforce strategy. We’re moving quickly on this search. Applications close on 13 November 2026, and we’ll start reviewing right away, so we’d encourage you to apply early. REQUIREMENTS - Proven track record leading large TA functions at high-growth companies, with direct experience filling hundreds of roles per year across multiple functions and geographies. - Hands-on recruiting instincts - comfortable being in the weeds on critical searches, not just managing from a distance. - Strong people leader who builds, develops, and retains recruiting talent. - Sharp on process: able to design and iterate on systems, tooling, and workflows that make a team of 20–30 perform at a high level with AI. - Close collaborator with People, Finance, and business leaders - comfortable operating at the intersection of headcount planning, compensation, and hiring strategy. - Held a high bar for quality of hire while hitting aggressive volume, with the metrics to show it. - Advised founders and executive suite on workforce planning, and changed a plan with your judgment. - Worked with Finance, People and RevOps on headcount planning, capacity modelling, compensation and offer strategy. - Has recruited across the Americas, EMEA and APAC and understands the differences between markets. LOCATION This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere, with the ability to operate from New York or London strongly preferred. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in London, New York, San Francisco, and Warsaw. #LI-Remote We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses.
