ABOUT VOODOO
Voodoo is a consumer tech company founded in Paris in 2013, with one mission: entertain the world. Today we are 1,000 people, generating $1b+ in annual revenue, profitably. Our games and apps have passed 7 billion downloads and reach 200 million+ active users every month, making Voodoo the #3 mobile publisher worldwide in downloads, after Google and Meta. We were backed by Goldman Sachs, Tencent and GBL along the way.
TEAM
The Engineering & Data team builds innovative tech products and platforms to support the impressive growth of their gaming and consumer apps which allow Voodoo to stay at the forefront of the mobile gaming industry.
Helix is our flagship Ad-Network team of around 60 top-tier engineers and data scientists spanning backend, mobile SDKs, data engineering, infrastructure, and AI. Helix has evolved beyond powering Voodoo's own gaming portfolio—our technology is now directly integrated into games from external, third-party publishers worldwide.
Operating across millions of third-party devices in real-time bidding environments creates unique technical challenges around SDK performance, ultra-low latency, and intelligent automation.
Within Helix, you'll join the RTB team, the group that owns the bidder and the services behind it that help it take the optimal bidding decision. Bidder, pricing, models and data are all built in-house, so nothing is out of reach when you want to change how a bid gets made. You will work with expert backend and machine-learning engineers in real-time bidding, on a system that prices ad requests across mobile gaming in real time, at a scale few teams get to work at.
ROLE
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager - Real Time Bidding to join our Engineering & Data team. In this role, you’ll drive product decisions across the full bidding pipeline.
You'll own projects end-to-end: roadmap, trade-offs, shipping, and cross-team contract. You will also:
- Own the roadmap of the bidding pipeline. How we target, price, pace and cap, and what goes live in the bid path and when.
- Own the delivery. Adapt to changes, set clear priorities, communicate effectively
- Own experimentation as a product. Other teams test ideas on the bidder through the framework we build. You make sure they can run the experiments they need, trust the results, and get an answer fast.
- Keep the pieces fitting together. You spot a change in one team that will break another before it reaches production.
- Contribute to the product strategy beyond your scope.
PROFILE (MUST HAVE)
- Experience in programmatic advertising. You have worked on pricing, bidding or auction logic on a DSP, bidder or exchange, you know the pipeline from bid request to win, and you can explain the business impact of your work.
- Analytical mindset. You back decisions with data and understand the statistical basis of pricing and experimentation.
- You own outcomes across teams. When a change in one team is about to break another, you catch it and drive the fix before it ships.
- You use AI tooling daily to write specs, analyse data and prototype, and you move faster because of it.
PROFILE (NICE TO HAVE)
- Mobile user acquisition: app install campaigns, attribution or mediation.
- Experience working with ML or data science teams.
- Supply-side experience: ad exchange or SSP.
- Background in statistics, operations research or economics.
BENEFITS
- Competitive salary based on experience
- Swile Lunch voucher
- Gymlib (100% covered by Voodoo)
- Premium healthcare coverage with SideCare, 100% covered for you and your family
- Wellness activities in our Paris office
- Remote Fridays
Location: Bulgaria, Georgia, Poland, Romania, Uzbekistan

You are:
A confident communicator who can build credibility with restaurant owners and business operators.
Commercially minded, with the ability to understand contracts, financial performance, and business risk.

HOW WE WORK
Decisions in writing. Significant technical decisions are written up as an RFC or ADR that lays out the options and trade-offs. We discuss the document, not a blank whiteboard.
AI is part of everyday engineering. We use AI coding tools for development and review, and we treat configuring them for a codebase as real engineering work.
HOW WE HIRE
Intro call. Your background, your motivation and the role.
Technical interview. Built directly on the What you will own and Required sections above. We won't ask about anything this posting doesn't promise.
Bar raiser. An engineer from outside the hiring team checks that you raise the overall engineering bar.
THE TEAM
You will work alongside product managers, designers, smart contract, backend and frontend engineers, QA and DevOps.
BENEFITS
We are passionate about fostering a supportive environment for our team, so we prioritize the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our employees and their families through a comprehensive Benefits Program. This includes medical, dental, and vision, PTO, and a personalized career roadmap for each employee. By investing in professional development through training and educational opportunities, we ensure that our team thrives both personally and professionally. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Notion is reimagining how customers adopt, expand, and realize value from software in an AI-native world. As an Outcomes Architect, you’ll be the build-beside partner who helps customers turn ambition into working systems inside Notion. You’ll own workflow adoption, value delivery, and renewal outcomes for a book of named accounts, with a focus on customers that are flat, at-risk, or need a stronger path to measurable impact.
You’ll partner closely with Solutions Consultants on account strategy, expansion qualification, and customer success planning, while directly shaping outcomes that strengthen customer partnerships and contribute to predictable revenue. If you’re a builder who loves helping customers solve real business problems—and you want to work at the intersection of AI, productivity, customer value, and revenue impact—this is the role.
This role will be based in Paris. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Drive workflow adoption and value realization for a book of named accounts, ensuring customers expand their use of Notion and as a result, Notion sees high NRR
- Partner closely with the Solutions Consultant on account strategy for expansion and renewal, including owning the renewal opportunity for flat and at-risk customers
- Shape customer outcomes, strengthen executive and team-level partnerships, and contribute directly to predictable revenue through retention, renewal, and expansion impact
- Design and deploy workflows that solve specific business problems as a build-beside partner to the customer, translating goals into durable systems in Notion
- Partner with Solutions Consultants on account strategy, customer planning, and identifying and qualifying expansion opportunities within existing accounts
- Co-define, build, and manage against customer success plans that help every customer achieve their desired objectives and realize measurable value
- Learn Notion’s product and the broader AI ecosystem inside and out so you can be the best build-beside partner for customers navigating new ways of working
- Innovate and iterate on Outcomes Architect programs that retain and grow customers while mitigating churn or contraction risk
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Experience driving customer adoption, value realization, renewals, or expansion within a B2B software environment
- Strong customer-facing discovery instincts, with the ability to understand business problems, map workflows, and translate goals into practical implementation plans
- Technical fluency and genuine comfort building live in software—you can co-design, configure, and troubleshoot with customers in the room
- Commercial awareness and the ability to partner with account owners on renewal risk, expansion potential, and account strategy
- Strong program and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage success plans, timelines, risks, and customer commitments across a book of accounts
- You operate with agency, urgency, and customer empathy, bringing structure to ambiguous problems and helping teams move from ideas to working systems
- You’re obsessed with AI, constantly building with the newest tools and learning new ways of working
- Fluency in English and French
NICE TO HAVES:
- Prior experience in customer success, solutions consulting, implementation, technical account management, or post-sales strategy for productivity, collaboration, or workflow software
- Experience working with flat, at-risk, or complex renewal accounts and helping customers return to a clear value path
- Familiarity with usage-based or consumption-based models and the ability to connect adoption patterns to commercial outcomes
- Experience partnering in a shared account ownership model with sales, solutions, support, or implementation teams
- Experience designing repeatable customer programs, playbooks, or interventions that improve retention, expansion, and adoption at scale.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

Reports to: Manager, Renewals
This is an individual-contributor, tactical role focused on timely, accurate execution rather than strategic decision-making. Solutions and outputs are reviewed by more senior team members and/or the direct manager.
What You’ll Do
Manage an assigned portfolio of customer renewals tracking key dates and driving them to on-time closure.
Have real, consultative conversations with customers throughout the renewal cycle to understand how they're actually using the product and where they're headed next.
Identify and surface expansion opportunities — additional seats, tiers, or modules — that come out of those conversations.
Probe for new use cases and unmet needs within existing accounts, connecting what customers describe to relevant GitLab capabilities they aren't yet using.
Prepare and send renewal quotes, order forms, and related documentation accurately and on schedule, structuring them to reflect any expansion identified.
Prepare and send renewal quotes, order forms, and related documentation accurately and on schedule.

Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to help identify expansion opportunities, resolve blockers and keep renewals moving.
Communicate proactively and transparently with customers and internal stakeholders, adapting to GitLab's communication framework.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the CRM/renewals system for forecasting and reporting.
Prioritize tasks with guidance from more senior team members to drive quality, timely results.
Contribute to team goals by working collaboratively with peer RM’s.
What You’ll Bring
Can execute basic renewal processes independently ("basic knots") and has been introduced to more advanced scenarios ("complex knots") such as multi-year deals, upsell-attached renewals, or non-standard terms.
Developing understanding of GitLab's way of working, values, and high-performance culture.
Awareness of GitLab's remote work best practices.
Growth mindset and sense of ownership — proactively seeks out ways to learn and improve, and takes action rather than waiting for direction.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; comfortable managing many renewals at once.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to follow defined processes and frameworks while flagging exceptions appropriately.
Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback and coaching from senior teammates and manager.
The ability to travel for events such as trainings, team offsites, customer meetings, etc.
About the team

About Scorewarrior.
We're a game developer and publisher from Cyprus with one single game in the 4x strategy genre: Total Battle. We're a one-game company on purpose, because in everything we do, we focus

Let's dive in.
As our Senior 3D Artist you will create video creatives for Total Battle's performance marketing. Your goal will be to turn creative concepts into engaging gameplay videos that attract new players.

- Build new gameplay mechanics and logic from scratch within a production cycle of up to 8 working days.
- Develop and write gameplay scenarios based on a concept or mechanic.
- Build and polish scenes, including lighting, composition, animation, and visual design.
- Use your technical skills and new tools to continuously improve the quality and speed of creative production.
You could be a great fit for this position if:
- You have strong hands-on experience with Unreal Engine/Houdini and Blueprints.
- You have a solid 3D foundation, including animation, lighting, composition, basic modelling, and rigging.
- You have experience creating marketing creatives for mobile games and a portfolio to show us.
- You have a basic understanding of game design and can turn an idea into engaging gameplay.
- You're comfortable working independently and figuring things out without a detailed brief.
- You care about the performance of your creatives, not just delivering the final result.
- You're constantly learning and looking for ways to improve your skills and workflow.
- You use AI tools such as Claude Code, Codex, and other GenAI tools in your work.
- You play and love video games.
- Experience with Cocos, Unity, Niagara, or programming languages would be a plus.
Why Scorewarrior?
- Work with a product you love: Total Battle is more than just a job; it's a passion project.
- Join a highly skilled team: We're a nerdy group of talented individuals who love what we do.
- Make a real impact: Your work will directly contribute to bringing new players into Total Battle and getting us closer to that number-one app store spot.
- Stability: Start working with a stable three-year contract with the potential to extend it to infinity and beyond.
- An excellent remuneration package, including a 13th salary.
- Full-coverage relocation for you and your family to Cyprus (Limassol).
- Private health insurance for you and your family members.
- A monthly pre-school, school, and university allowance for employees' children.
- Lunch compensation.
- A sports and fitness allowance.
- Personal development opportunities paid for by the company: professional and language courses, books, etc.
- Bonuses for outstanding results, years worked, getting married, and the birth of a child.
- Monthly office parties and epic annual offsite company birthday and Christmas parties.

платформу оркестрации и исполнения пайплайнов: ежедневный расчёт критичных витрин данных и датасетов, наблюдаемость, восстановление после сбоев, систему тестов витрин и инструменты контроля объектов в рантайме;
развивать инженеров: проводить 1:1, давать обратную связь, формировать индивидуальные планы развития, проводить Performance & Talent Review, работать с мотивацией и результативностью;
определять необходимые компетенции команд, участвовать в найме и онбординге;
делегировать технические направления опытным инженерам и развивать лидеров внутри команд;
обеспечивать прозрачность и предсказуемость разработки: планирование, code review, тестирование, безопасные релизы и мониторинг результата;
организовывать дежурства и Incident & Problem Management: восстановление работы, разбор инцидентов, устранение первопричин и выполнение профилактических действий;
управлять балансом между развитием продуктов, надёжностью, техническим долгом и оперативными запросами;
совместно с продакт-менеджерами и пользователями формировать бэклоги и планы развития команды, связывать квартальные цели с конкретными инженерными изменениями;
оценивать результат через готовность критичных данных, покрытие дата-контрактами и время разрешения DQ-инцидентов;
разделять вклад команды и зависимости от инфраструктуры, источников и владельцев витрин;
прорабатывать архитектуру оркестрации, исполнения, репликации, контроля качества и пересчётов;
принимать решения о развитии существующих сервисов;
обеспечивать корректность зависимостей и повторных запусков, управляемое восстановление, наблюдаемость и безопасность изменений для критичных пайплайнов;
оркестрация и исполнение: собственная разработка компании на Go и Python;
качество и пересчёты: собственная разработка компании на Go и Python;
разработка: SQL, Go, Python, Git, CI/CD, автоматизированные тесты, мониторинг и алерты;
выявить причины задержек на критическом пути регламента, сформировать план изменений в исполнении и автоматическом восстановлении, сократить среднедневное отставание готовности L1;
спроектировать отделимые инстансы графов и регламентов: определить границы изоляции и безопасный план внедрения с проверкой зависимостей и восстановления;
принять систему тестов витрин: закрепить владельцев, сопровождение и развитие проверок на входе, согласовать её связь с рантайм-контролем и DQ;
вместе с BI-функцией определить критичные витрины L1 доменов без BDE, расширить покрытие дата-контрактами и закрепить маршрутизацию обнаруженных нарушений;
связать обнаружение DQ-проблемы, диагностику, исправление и пересчёт данных в понятный процесс, который сокращает время разрешения DQ-инцидентов;
управляли инженерной командой сопоставимого масштаба — примерно 5–10 человек;
отвечали за найм, развитие, обратную связь, результативность и поставку изменений;
умеете вести несколько технических направлений, делегировать задачи опытным инженерам и строить процессы, которые не требуют постоянного ручного контроля руководителя;
имеете опыт разработки и эксплуатации продакшен-сервисов или data-платформ;
умеете организовать работу с инцидентами и довести устранение первопричин до результата;
понимаете распределённые системы, DWH, ETL/ELT, графы зависимостей, оркестрацию, повторные запуски и пересчёты;
различаете надёжность платформы, своевременность расчёта и качество данных, умеете выстраивать работу по каждому направлению;
обладаете технической экспертизой на уровне сеньор-инженера, уверенно работаете с SQL и сервисным кодом;
имеете опыт работы с Python или Go, CI/CD, тестированием и наблюдаемостью;
умеете вместе с продакт-менеджером превращать проблемы пользователей в приоритетный бэклог и измеримые цели;
умеете разрешать конфликты приоритетов и принимать решения при изменении вводных;
