Workplace: Remote
The Role
You'll own a mostly greenfield enterprise territory and have a core focus on generating new logos
New business usually starts with a team already running ClickHouse — open source, or a Cloud account someone expensed — until a bill or a security review pushes the conversation up to the platform team and the budget owner. Common triggers: an Elasticsearch or Splunk bill that's hard to defend, a warehouse that can't serve a customer-facing feature fast enough, an AI product querying tens of billions of rows.
What You Will Be Doing
- Own the full sales cycle for both new and existing accounts in your territory — first conversation through security review, procurement, and close, on Cloud commitments and multi-year committed spend.
- Grow your install base by landing new teams and new use cases inside accounts that already buy from us.
- Own renewals and consumption commitments, working with your Solutions Architect and Support to get ahead of usage and churn risk.
- Watch consumption trends across your accounts and engage early when usage flattens or spikes. Both are signals.
- Find and convert existing ClickHouse usage in new accounts. Unmanaged open-source deployments and self-serve Cloud accounts are the highest-yield source of new pipeline in this segment.
- Multi-thread across the data platform team, the budget owner, security, and the executive sponsor rather than relying on a single champion.
- Work with your Solutions Architect through the technical evaluation. They own the technical win, you own the commercial strategy and the close.
- Run the procurement path: security questionnaires, legal redlines, vendor onboarding, and BYOC or private-deployment requirements.
- Give your champion the internal business case — TCO comparison against the incumbent, migration plan, and risk mitigation.
- Map the remaining teams and use cases in each account and build an expansion plan against them.
- Keep Salesforce accurate and submit a forecast leadership can plan against, across both new business and expansion.
- Participate in the developer community in your territory: meetups, conferences, and events.
What You Bring
- 6+ years selling technical infrastructure to enterprise buyers — databases, data platforms, cloud infrastructure, observability, or developer tooling.
- A track record closing complex deals that went through security review, legal, and procurement.
- Enough technical fluency to hold an architecture conversation. You don't need to write SQL, but you should be able to explain why a company moves a workload off Elasticsearch.
- Experience carrying a hybrid quota — new business alongside expansion and renewal — and the discipline to work both rather than defaulting to whichever is easier that quarter.
- Experience with consumption-based or usage-metered commercial models, where revenue moves with usage between contract events.
- Experience selling into developer-led, bottom-up adoption as well as top-down.
- Ability to orchestrate people who don't report to you — Solutions Architects, executive sponsors, partners, product managers.
- Accurate forecasting, including when the number is bad.
PERKS
- Flexible work environment - ClickHouse is a globally distributed company and remote-friendly. We currently operate in over 25 countries.
- Healthcare - Employer contributions towards your healthcare.
- Equity in the company - Every new team member who joins our company receives stock options.
- Time off - Flexible time off in the US, generous entitlement in other countries.

- Global Gatherings – We believe in the power of in-person connection and offer opportunities to engage with colleagues at company-wide offsites.

The Role

- Strong understanding of threat modeling, risk prioritization, and practical security controls across applications, infrastructure, and cloud environments.
- Practical experience using AI tools in security workflows, along with sound judgment about AI-specific risks such as prompt injection, data leakage, excessive tool access, and weak auditability.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills, especially in environments where security needs to move quickly with product and engineering teams.
- Drive and proactivity - everyone here is a builder and executor

About the Job:
At LaunchDarkly, our Product-Led Growth (PLG) motion is evolving rapidly. We are looking for an experienced, highly analytical, and strategic Senior Growth Marketing Analyst to help us decode the digital body language of our prospects and users.
In this role, you will leverage wide-ranging experience across GTM disciplines to help build, optimize, and scale our PLG engines. Reporting to the Principal Growth Marketer or Director of Growth Marketing, you will resolve complex data and operational issues requiring an in-depth evaluation of variable factors mapping user and account signals across channels, establishing the "next best action" for high-value leads, and optimizing conversion pathways. You will act with a high degree of independence to determine methods and procedures on new assignments, collaborating across Marketing, Product, RevOps, and Data engineering teams to drive function-impacting results.
Responsibilities:
Data & Signal Strategy
Audit, track, and categorize 1st-party, 3rd-party (e.g., 6sense, GitHub), and product/marketing signals across target contacts and enterprise accounts.
Evaluate variable factors and intangible data nuances to distinguish technical practitioner actions (e.g., SDK deployment) from broader enterprise intent (e.g., security evaluations).
Partner cross-functionally with Data Engineering and RevOps to clean, enrich, and continuously source high-intent signal data.
Feed signal combinations, recency, and frequency into predictive models to refine lead routing and account prioritization.
Activation Strategy
Use signal combinations to define the right "next best action" for accounts and individual users based on their segment, ICP fit, and stage (e.g., prospect vs. existing customer).
Map and trigger appropriate activation responses ranging from personalized marketing content to white-glove outreach from Product Advocates or automated handoffs to SDRs and Enterprise AEs.
Operational Motion & Cross-Functional Integration
Act as the primary business lead to cross-functionally implement, refine, and maintain activation workflows across Marketing, Product, Sales Ops, and Data teams.
Apply an understanding of the interrelationships between different disciplines to navigate complex cross-team dependencies and drive strategic alignment.
Help define and iterate on sales-facing tools (such as a "single pane of glass" interface) that surface product affinity, app usage, intent signals, and account fit to enable sales execution.
Maintain structured feedback loops with Product Advocates, SDRs, and sales reps to assess lead quality and continuously refine signal logic.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) & Experimentation
Analyze and optimize conversion rates across the end-to-end flow—from initial signal capture to activation, handoff, and pipeline generation.
Independently design and run growth experiments (in-product onboarding adjustments, messaging, routing logic) to maximize engagement and move accounts through the buyer journey.
System Administration & Technical Tooling
Manage technical configuration, tracking setups, and ongoing maintenance for core data and analytics platforms (e.g., GA360/GA4, customer data platforms, product analytics).
Maintain rigorous data flow standards and proper tag/tracking setups across web properties, marketing tools, and product analytics environments.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 8–10 years of related experience in growth marketing, marketing analytics, revenue operations, or PLG strategy within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Cross-Disciplinary Expertise: Deep understanding of B2B SaaS growth tactics, PLG motions, marketing technology stacks, and revenue analytics, with a proven ability to bridge Marketing, Sales Ops, Data, and Product management.
Independent Problem Solving: Proven track record of independently determining methods and procedures on complex, ambiguous assignments requiring evaluation of variable factors.
Technical: Hands-on proficiency with web analytics (GA360/GA4), product analytics (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel), CDPs, SQL, and CRM/automation platforms.

About the position
We're looking for a QA Analyst to join our Quality team and help ensure the quality of Fanatee's mobile game portfolio. You'll work closely with developers, product, and design to catch issues before they reach our players, and help build a more efficient testing process as our games evolve.
What you’ll do
Execute manual and exploratory testing across our game portfolio, covering functional, regression and edge-case scenarios.
Identify, document and report bugs clearly, with reproduction steps, severity and impact, so the dev team can act fast.
Build and maintain test plans and checklists for critical game flows.
Support test automation efforts, contributing to scripts and coverage under guidance from senior QA.
Use AI-assisted QA tools (test case generation, log summarization, bug triage support) to speed up repetitive work, always validating results critically.
Track testing tasks and bugs in our project management tools (Jira/Azure DevOps), keeping status updated.
Collaborate directly with developers to clarify, prioritize and follow up on reported issues.
Test across different devices, OS versions and stores (iOS/Android) to catch platform-specific issues.
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields (or equivalent practical experience) .
Understanding of software testing fundamentals (test cases, regression, exploratory testing).
Strong attention to detail, able to spot small, non-obvious inconsistencies in gameplay, UI or text.
Good organizational skills to manage multiple test cycles at once.
Programming knowledge (C#) with hands-on experience writing and maintaining automated tests. Not senior-level, but able to build test scripts independently, not just follow a script someone else wrote.
Nice to have
Experience with Unity or mobile game development.
Familiarity with AI-powered testing tools (test case generation, automated regression, visual QA).
Experience with test automation frameworks
Previous QA experience in mobile games or apps.
Comfortable reading English (docs, tools, error logs).
Proactive. Flags risks and suggests process improvements without being asked.
Comfortable with repetitive tasks without losing rigor or focus.
Collaborative, with strong communication skills to work closely with developers under tight release cycles.
Curious and adaptable, comfortable with fast-changing priorities typical of game development.
Genuine interest in mobile games.

About the role
We are looking for a Principal Engineer to help build GitLab Duo Agent Platform, the agentic orchestration layer that runs AI agents and flows across the entire software lifecycle.
Principal Engineers at GitLab are recognized experts across multiple technology domains and represent the senior technical leadership within their organization. In this role you will set technical direction for a significant part of the Agent Platform, working across several teams to turn agentic capabilities into something engineering organizations can actually depend on: predictable, observable, governable, and fast enough to sit in the critical path of real development work.
The Agent Platform is not a single service. It spans agent execution and orchestration, flow definition and event-driven triggering, the AI Catalog through which customers discover and manage agents, model routing and evaluation, and the governance surface that decides which agents may act where and under whose identity. It runs on GitLab.com, GitLab Dedicated, and Self-Managed installations, including deployments that use self-hosted models to meet compliance requirements. You will work on the parts of that system where the hard architectural questions live, and you will do it hands-on.
This role reports into the VP of the AI Engineering organization and works closely with Engineering Managers, Staff Engineers, Product Management, Infrastructure and Security.
What you'll do
Define the technical direction for a significant area of Duo Agent Platform across several teams, and partner with Engineering Managers and Product to turn it into a roadmap with a six-month horizon.
Build the orchestration layer that makes agents and flows reliable: session lifecycle, tool invocation, context assembly, concurrency, retries, timeouts, and failure modes that degrade gracefully instead of stalling a developer's workflow.
Hands on work on driving topics throughout the whole organisation from POC level, architecture to full implementation.
Participate in Incident Management on-call rotation, to help meet availability goals for GitLab.com.
Strong product builder and ownership mentality. Understanding of product strategy, technical strategy, delivering customer value and iteration towards a successful product
Write clear, opinionated design documents, architecture narratives, and decision records that let other teams make aligned decisions. Ensure the architecture holds across multi-tenant GitLab.com, Dedicated, and Self-Managed deployments, including self-hosted model configurations, and respects data governance boundaries in each.
Use the platform on our own work, find where it falls short of what we claim, and feed that back through improvements into the product.
Mentor Staff and Senior Engineers, and raise the bar for experimentation rigor and cross-team collaboration.
Work across the whole platform on different projects, features and teams. This reaches across:
Design the extensibility surface so customers can build custom agents and flows, connect their own tools and internal systems, and bring external agents such as Claude Code and Codex into GitLab workflows without weakening the platform's guarantees.
Drive down the cost and latency of agentic requests, and work with Product on how model selection, routing, and credit consumption behave as usage grows.
Define the evaluation practice for the platform: offline benchmarks and online experiments that measure task completion, correctness, tool-call accuracy, latency, and cost per task, and that catch regressions before customers do.
Build the governance and safety surface with Security and Compliance: policy-driven controls over which agents and models may run where, permission and identity semantics that align to existing roles and group structure, human-in-the-loop checkpoints, traceability of every flow session, and audit that stands up to enterprise review.
Complete Interview Training and participate in hiring for the department as a technical interviewer or panel member.
What you'll bring
8+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years at Staff, Principal level or equivalent senior technical leadership.
Hands-on production experience building on large language models: agent loops, tool calling, context management, retrieval, prompt and model evaluation. Experience shipping this to real users, not only prototyping it.
Strong background in distributed systems, including service decomposition, fault tolerance, observability, and operational resilience under multi-tenant load.
A track record of defining evaluation frameworks and using benchmark and experiment results to make architecture decisions, rather than shipping on intuition.
Experience designing human-in-the-loop controls, safety guardrails, and responsible AI practices for systems that act on a customer's behalf.
Ability to drive alignment across Engineering, Product, Infrastructure, and Security on problems that start out ambiguous.
Experience mentoring senior engineers and shaping technical direction across multiple teams without direct authority.
Comfort working in one or more of Ruby, Go, Python, or TypeScript, and willingness to work across the stack the platform spans.
Excellent written and asynchronous communication, and the ability to work effectively in a fully remote, globally distributed organization.
About the team
The AI engineering organisation is building the product and infrastructure that make GitLab an effective environment for running agents across the software development lifecycle. We’re distributed across the world and partner with teams throughout GitLab to help the GitLab Duo Agent Platform become the backbone of GitLab's AI features. You will report directly to the VP of Engineering for AI and especially work together with all the teams, the engineering management and other principal engineers in the AI department. This is an opportunity to lead a consequential group as AI changes how software is built.

As ClickHouse scales, we're building the technology and operating foundation Finance needs to continue to enable our rapid growth. As part of that work, we're standing up a dedicated Travel & Expense (T&E) function and are looking for a Senior Expense Specialist responsible for maturing the current processes and day-to-day operational excellence.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Audit, Compliance & Risk
- Own expense audit end-to-end
- Build and maintain the SOX-ready control environment for T&E, including documentation, testing support, and sign-off readiness.
- Track and reduce policy non-compliance, turning an untracked risk into a measured, managed one.
Global Policy & Program Ownership
- Enforce one global, regionally compliant T&E policy — including EOR employees — to reduce local tax and audit exposure.
- Centrally administer and optimize the ClickHouse Expense tool, Corporate Card program and system integrations to the HRIS and ERP systems.
Reimbursement & Employee Experience
- Cut international reimbursement cycle time from ~30 days to ~7 through automated routing and clear SLAs.
- Reduce the time employees spend per claim through better tooling, clearer policy, and self-service support.
- Be the primary point of contact for T&E questions, escalations, and edge cases — approval flow issues, policy setup, and offboarding coordination with the People team
Reporting, Enablement & Change Management
- Build spend dashboards, KPI tracking, and executive reporting where none exists today.
- Deliver role-based training and a global T&E champion network, and lead structured change management (ADKAR or similar) to drive adoption of new policy and tools.
- Partner with Accounting to complete the handoff of remaining T&E responsibilities.
WHAT YOU BRING ALONG:
- 4+ years of experience in travel & expense, accounts payable, or finance operations, ideally at a high-growth or Cloud software company with a distributed, multi-entity employee base.
- Hands-on ownership of Expensify, Ramp (or a comparable card/expense platform), and NetSuite integrations — you know what breaks in these systems and how to fix it at the root, not just route the ticket.
- Working knowledge of SOX controls and audit readiness for expense and card programs; experience building or maintaining automated fraud detection a plus.
- Comfort designing policy for a global, multi-entity, multi-employment-type workforce (FTE and EOR, including platforms like Deel), and translating that policy into system configuration.
- A track record of building reporting and KPI visibility from scratch — you don't wait for a dashboard to be handed to you, you build it.
- Experience running training and change management for a process or tool rollout (ADKAR or similar frameworks a plus).
- Ownership mentality: you see a broken process and fix the root cause, not just the ticket in front of you.
- Independence: you troubleshoot issues, ask clarifying questions, and propose solutions rather than escalating every ambiguity.
- Curiosity: you ask why a process exists before you automate it, and you're a lifelong learner when it comes to new systems.
- Follow-through: you see initiatives through to full adoption, not just launch.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The Integrated Supply Chain Manager owns the end-to-end demand-to-delivery cycle for the market, bringing together demand planning/S&OP and logistics/order management into a single point of accountability.
The role supports overall business revenue and profit delivery through rigorous management of demand signals across product and customer channels, and through efficient logistics, fulfilment and order management execution.
The role partners Commercial leadership and works across multi-functional teams — Sales, Marketing, Finance, Logistics and Supply Planning — to assure alignment and sufficiency in the business plans to deliver anticipated demand, while ensuring smooth supply chain operations and best-in-class customer service.
This requires balancing every aspect of the supply chain: managing inventory levels and cost-to-serve, minimizing shortages, and delivering a responsive supply chain through high demand forecast accuracy and OTIF delivery performance, in adherence with global process design and regional/market strategy.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Demand Planning & S&OP
▪ Deliver the Demand Management process: generate a consensus forecast of phased demand at the appropriate planning level on a 12 to 18months horizon, owning enrichment of the forecast to create and publish a consensus.
▪ Execute monthly demand management cycles; co-pilot the commercial leader to drive the Demand Review (DMR) with commercial teams, gain approval of the recommended forecast, and define risks, opportunities and the actions commercial teams will take to drive or influence demand.
▪ Collaborate with statistical modellers on historical data cleansing to ensure data accuracy as a foundation for reliable statistical forecasts, recording all adjustments and assumptions (channel trends, seasonality, promotions).
▪ Analyze multiple variables to shape the demand forecast — shipment/sell-in, POS/sell-out, share, promotional plans, cannibalisation — and collaborate with Sales and Marketing on activity plans and promotional effectiveness.
▪ Own Demand Management KPIs (Mixed Error, Forecast Bias, FVA), leading forecast accuracy improvement plans through root cause analysis and action planning with demand planners, brand and sales teams.
▪ Ensure phased consensus forecast numbers are aligned with financial numbers and proactively communicate demand changes to the regional supply/demand planning organisation, working through service and inventory impacts.
2. Logistics, Fulfilment & Order Management
▪ Formulate, execute and continuously optimise logistics strategy across warehousing, transportation and order fulfilment to ensure On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) delivery.
▪ Oversee day-to-day fulfilment and order management operations — order entry, verification and processing in SAP/ERP — to meet performance, cost-to-serve, warehouse accuracy and inventory turnover targets.
▪ Act as escalation point for customer and sales enquiries on order status, delivery schedules and product availability, partnering with the warehouse and 3PL network to ensure stock availability.
▪ Lead implementation and testing of new order management and logistics systems and process upgrades and maintain SOPs and business continuity/recovery plans.
3. Vendor, Stakeholder & Regional Alignment
▪ Build strong vendor and 3PL partnerships through performance evaluations, service-level negotiations and cost-efficiency initiatives.
▪ Partner with category planners to reconcile brand forecasts with regional plans and collaborate with the regional Demand Planning and Global Supply Chain/Logistics teams to deliver a seamless plan-to-delivery outcome.
▪ Support the market's business planning process in partnership with the local Leadership Team and contribute to product rationalisation and portfolio optimisation.
4. Process & Performance Management
▪ Drive continuous improvement of daily, weekly and monthly routines within the cross-functional operational team (Marketing, Sales, Supply/Demand Planning, Logistics) to optimise end-to-end supply chain performance, service to customer and customer experience.
▪ Drive performance improvement through KPI management — Mixed Error, Forecast Bias, Demand Plan Stability, OTIF, cost-to-serve — challenging local teams and setting targets, supported with clear action plans.
▪ Ensure compliance with the global forecasting calendar, SOX controls, ISO standards and legal/regulatory requirements across order management and logistics operations.
REQUIREMENTS
Domain Knowledge:
▪ Highly skilled in demand planning management and/or logistics/order management (5-7 years+), with strong business acumen and proven managerial skills.
▪ Highly skilled in working with Commercial and Sales teams, with strong business partnering, significant impact & influence.
▪ Experienced in international matrix environments; FMCG or similarly mature inventory-management industry preferred.
▪ Degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management or related discipline; APICs desirable.
▪ Proficient with SAP/SAP B1 (B1/APO), SCM/ERP and WMS platforms, Logility (or equivalent forecasting tool), PowerBI and advanced Excel.
▪ Familiarity with 3PL operations across Asia is an advantage.
▪ Advanced understanding of demand planning and logistics best practices, including forecast periodicity, statistical models, warehousing, transportation and order fulfillment.
Communication Skills
▪ Data Visualization: ability to present data and forecasting/logistics results clearly through visualizations using tools such as PowerBI.
▪ Reporting Skills: competence in generating insights in clear and concise reports.
▪ Collaboration: ability to work effectively in teams and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Technical Skills:
▪ Deep expertise in running the Demand Management process through an Integrated Business Planning framework driving S&OP.
▪ Deep understanding of internal and external drivers of demand volatility, forecast errors and bias, and logistics KPIs (fulfillment rates, cycle times, shipping costs).
▪ Ability to build and maintain forecasting models, operational dashboards, and translate large datasets into demand and logistics strategies.
Abilities & Behaviours
▪ Excellent influencing, stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills; business partnering at the core, with the ability to challenge senior stakeholders and hold tension in S&OP conversations to drive the right outcome.
▪ Sound commercial and financial acumen; can interpret and explain complex statistical information.
▪ Exceptional communication skills, verbal, written, and presentation.
▪ Good understanding of product, brand building, internal process and market/customer environment.
▪ Strong, fact-based decision-making; drives execution, initiates action and follows through to completion.
▪ Continuous improvement mindset – flexible, embraces change, uses various tools and techniques to solve problems.
▪ Thinks and operates in a global context.
▪ Team player and thinker in terms of solutions derived from sound analysis.
▪ Flexible, self-starter with a high degree of independence.
▪ Excellent ability to work and communicate in multi-functional, multi-geography teams with English as the common business language.

Day In The Life
Positioning & Messaging:
Own how we describe Workstream on the website, in decks, and in the first 30 seconds of every sales call. Test our biggest narrative question, restaurant-first vs. the broader frontline-workforce story, with real experiments, not opinions.
Product Launches:
Run end-to-end GTM launches for new products, including our AI assistant for frontline teams and our expanding payroll suite: messaging, launch plan, pricing & packaging input, and post-launch iteration.
Sales Enablement:
Build the battlecards, competitive teardowns, ROI narratives, and customer proof that make AEs win. Listen to calls weekly and update the message when the market talks back.
Customer Proof & Content:
Turn customers like the biggest QSR brands in America into case studies, video stories, and webinars, working hand-in-hand with our content and design team.
Ship With AI:
Use AI agents across research, drafting, and analysis to move at a pace that would have taken a full team a year ago. We expect it, and we'll teach you what we know.
Who You Are
3-10 years in product marketing or a mix of PMM and growth/content roles, ideally in B2B SaaS; what you've shipped matters more to us than your title history.
Founder energy:
you've built something from scratch (a company, a product, a channel) and you bias hard toward action; former founders welcome!
Commercially minded:
you judge your own work by pipeline influenced and deals won, and you actually enjoy talking to sales.
AI-native:
AI tools are already part of how you work every day.
Hungry:
you want more scope than your years "should" allow, and you're willing to earn it in person, in SF, with a team that works hard.
Experience with SMB buyers, hourly/frontline workforces, HR tech, or payroll is a strong plus.
