Our AI Agent Fin is the highest-performing AI Customer Agent on the market today, enabling businesses to deliver impeccable, always-on customer support across the customer journey, from service, to sales, to ecommerce. Powered by our own AI models, Fin resolves complex customer issues end-to-end across every channel, with minimal set-up and integration. Together with Salesforce, the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success, we're building the future of customer experience. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword, it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing, and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI.
Ready to level up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place. Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
About this role
Our website is one of the most important ways people discover what we offer, understand our value, and decide whether to talk to Sales or start a trial. The Web Growth team owns its roadmap and continuously improves the journey from first impression through to lead capture, demo engagement, signup, and trial start.
You’ll treat the website like a product: understand user intent, find confusion and friction, form strong hypotheses, test them with users and data, and turn what you learn into better experiences.
You’ll be just as comfortable shaping the problem and influencing the roadmap as you are designing the final interaction, prototype, or page.
What you’ll be doing
Experimentation:
Designing and iterating on experiments across landing pages, pricing, signup, and conversion flows to improve engagement, conversion, qualified leads, and trial starts.
Collaboration:
Working with Growth, Self-serve, Brand, Marketing, Product, Data, Research, and Engineering to turn opportunities into clear, buildable experiences.
Data and insight:
Using user insights and funnel data to identify opportunities, define hypotheses, and measure impact.
Product design:
Applying product design thinking to comprehension, navigation, forms, interactive demos, responsiveness, and accessibility.
Prototyping and systems:
Prototyping in Figma and code, using AI tools where useful, and working within shared components and brand systems.
Roadmap ownership:
Bringing ideas to the Web Growth roadmap, not just executing briefs.
Must have experience
Experience:
5+ years in web, product, growth, or a closely related design role, with a strong portfolio of shipped, conversion-focused work.
Growth mindset:
A track record of using design, growth frameworks, conversion rate optimisation, and funnel analysis to improve outcomes such as leads, conversion, trials, activation, or revenue.
Experimentation:
Experience designing and iterating on experiments, including A/B tests or other data-informed approaches. B2B SaaS experience is a plus.
Craft and taste:
Excellent visual and interaction design skills, with a sharp eye for typography, hierarchy, detail, and polish.
Systems and brand:
Comfortable working within an existing design system and brand, while identifying opportunities to extend and improve it.
AI fluency:
Experience using AI in your design practice, including tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Figma Make, or similar. You should be able to explain how AI has changed your workflow and what you have built or shipped with it.
Ownership:
Able to take a brief and run with it. You work independently, make good decisions, ask the right questions, and bring solutions rather than just options.
Who this role is not for
This role is not for you if:
You only want to design campaign or marketing pages from a fixed brief. This role owns the journey from first visit through to lead, demo, signup, or trial.
You care about visual polish but not about comprehension, navigation, forms, interactive demos, or reducing friction.
You don’t want to work with funnel data, user research, experimentation, or the realities of implementation.
You want to focus on brand expression without balancing it with usability, accessibility, performance, and measurable growth.
You need a fixed roadmap and detailed requirements rather than identifying opportunities and shaping what the team should test next.
You’re not interested in working closely with Growth, Marketing, Product, Data, Research, and Engineering to make the website perform better.
What success looks like
You’ll know you’re successful if:
More visitors understand Fin and Intercom, find the right path for their needs, and take the next step with less friction.
You’ve improved meaningful growth outcomes across qualified leads, demo engagement, signups, and trial starts.
Experiments are well designed, clearly measured, and used to inform what the team does next.
You’ve made complex product value easier to understand and act on without relying on extra explanation from Sales or Marketing.
You’ve built strong working relationships with Growth, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Data, Research, Sales, and Customer Success.
You’ve raised the bar for web growth design through thoughtful, high-quality experiences that people trust and want to use.
Interview process
We understand that interviewing for a new role is both time- and energy-consuming. We aim to be thorough, speedy, and transparent in our approach.
You should expect the entire process to take no more than four weeks from start to finish. You’ll meet with members of our team and have the opportunity to validate that Intercom and the role are the right fit for you.
Ready to build something great?
If you’re excited by the opportunity to help existing businesses get more value from a self-serve product, and you have the craft, curiosity, commercial thinking, and autonomy to make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you.

At Aleph, we're committed to ensuring that all of our customers' and partners' data is protected and that our work complies with data protection legislation across the markets we operate in — including as AI regulation reshapes that landscape. We're looking for an experienced AI Tech and Data Privacy Associate Manager (or Manager, depending on experience), to join our global team and help manage sensitive information, support contract preparation, carry out data protection assessments, and advise on the growing intersection of AI governance and privacy compliance across our global footprint.
What You Will Do
Advise on and support the practical implementation of legal requirements across all AI risk categories (e.g., under the EU AI Act — prohibited, high-risk, limited-risk, and minimal-risk systems), including risk classification, compliance obligations, and coordination with product and tech teams.
Monitor emerging AI regulations more broadly and advise on their intersection with data protection across our markets.
Advise the business on responsible AI governance and internal AI use policies.
Advise, coordinate, and support colleagues across the business on data protection and privacy compliance issues, including in non-EU markets.
Collaborate on internal audits at Aleph Group level in the field of data protection.
Help prepare reports, presentations, and educational materials on data protection, privacy, and AI compliance topics.
Participate in data protection, privacy, and AI-related legal projects.
Promote a strong culture of data protection and responsible AI compliance across Aleph.
Support AI-related technology projects, including API integrations with third-party AI providers, ensuring data protection, IP, and contractual compliance throughout implementation.
Negotiate and draft agreements related to AI/technology procurement (vendor contracts, API and data-sharing agreements, licensing terms), including IP protection, ownership, and indemnification provisions.
Coordinate with product, tech, and other teams to assess IP, confidentiality, and data protection risks before onboarding new AI tools or vendors.
Organize and maintain data protection records and related documentation at a global level.
Support the preparation of contracts with business partners and other legal documents (for example, internal policies) in the field of data protection and GDPR compliance.
Carry out Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) together with the wider team.
Take on other ad hoc legal and compliance-related tasks as needed.
What We Are Looking For
A degree in Law.
Minimum 4–6 years of hands-on experience in data privacy and compliance, with a strong focus on GDPR — this is not an entry-level role.
Solid expertise in data privacy laws and practices, including a deep understanding of GDPR.
Hands-on experience completing legal/compliance requirements for the implementation of AI systems across all risk categories (e.g., under the EU AI Act), including but not limited to high-risk systems — this is a requirement, not just a plus.
Working knowledge of AI-related legal and regulatory frameworks more broadly.
Demonstrated ability to research and apply data privacy requirements in non-EU markets (LATAM, APAC, and/or MEA), given our global operating footprint.
Proficient English communication skills, written and verbal — this is a must.
A tech-oriented mindset, genuine curiosity about how AI and emerging technologies intersect with privacy law, and strong motivation to continuously learn new legal frameworks and compliance tools.
Experience working in a global or regional setting, with the ability to operate confidently outside a single-market (EU-only) focus.
Practical experience negotiating and drafting technology/AI related agreements (vendor contracts, API and data-sharing agreements, licensing terms), including IP protection, ownership, and indemnification provisions.
Why Join Aleph
Shape data protection and AI governance practice at scale: your work will directly protect the trust of Aleph's customers and partners across a global footprint spanning Europe, LATAM, APAC and MEA.
Apply AI compliance expertise at scale: you'll drive real implementation work across the full spectrum of AI risk categories as regulation matures, not just policy-watching.
Build deep expertise fast: exposure to DPIAs, cross-border data transfers, AI risk assessments, and multi-jurisdictional privacy frameworks gives you a faster path to becoming a recognized privacy expert than most single-market roles.
Join a growing, collaborative legal team based in Warsaw that values mentorship and hands-on learning over hierarchy.
In line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive, we are committed to fair and open compensation practices. The minimum gross annual base salary is EUR 39,000, with the final level (Associate Manager or Manager) and offer reflecting your experience, skills, and scope of the role.
In addition to base salary, this role includes a variable component, paid annually.
Why Join Us?
Aleph is a place of many cultures, perspectives, and talents. We support each other, creating an environment of giving and receiving. We value partnership and communication because we believe it takes a group of people to achieve great things. We are energized by our ever-changing industry, our curiosity keeps us learning and seeking out new opportunities.
We stay flexible and adaptable, and believe in moving with the speed of change. We encourage everyone to strive for more, providing our internal talent with growth opportunities and the ability to learn together.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
MISSION
Alan is scaling internationally (800+ employees, 100+ healthcare professionals, 5+ countries) and needs IT Engineers to build and own the internal technology platform every Alaner works on: identity and provisioning, endpoint and SaaS security, the tooling behind our clinics, and the automation that keeps IT from scaling linearly with headcount.
The scope below is what the team owns, not a checklist for one person. You'll be staffed on one or two of these areas at a time, according to your strengths and interests, and it will evolve through time based on company needs and personal appetite.
Staying close to users keeps us building the right things: you'll spend up to 2-3 days a month on IT support, seeing first-hand where friction lives and what's worth automating next.
SCOPE
⚙️ PLATFORM & AUTOMATION
- Own and extend automations on Alan Home, our internal provisioning engine
- Maintain, extend and improve helpdesk automation, SaaS provisioning flows, and onboarding/offboarding pipelines
- Own the meeting room AV and room-booking platform as a product, replicable across offices
🔑 IDENTITY & ACCESS
- Own the IT side of the employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, mobility between jobs and countries) across Google Workspace, SSO/SAML and our SaaS ecosystem.
- Grow our role-based access model: extend it to more tools and refine the permission groups, so access is granted by role rather than case by case
- Make employee lifecycle events reliable, fast and auditable end-to-end
- Own access reviews and least-privilege models; produce and maintain the evidence our auditors rely on
- Own SaaS procurement and license management: vendor relationships, renewals, and cost optimization across our stack
🔒 ENDPOINT & SAAS SECURITY
- Own the Mac fleet in Kandji: enrollment at scale, role-based blueprints, fleet compliance
- Cloudflare WARP, SaaS security controls
- Maintain and strengthen our ISO 27001 certification and drive ACPR and pentest remediation on the endpoint and platform scope
🩺 HEALTH PROFESSIONALS IT
- The IT layer behind Alan's clinics: practitioner tooling, equipment, access
- Role and permission automation for healthcare professionals, and their support and escalation process
🌍 INTERNATIONALISATION
- Make international expansion something IT accelerates, not something it slows down: a repeatable process where every new market (Canada, KSA, Armenia...) launches on our standard stack from day one
- Bring acquired entities onto that same platform
MILESTONES
First 3 months
- Acquire technical knowledge on Alan's platform: Alan Home, Google Workspace/SSO, Kandji, Cloudflare WARP
- Take one project end-to-end and ship a first increment
- Join the IT oncall team as technical escalation
First 6 months
- Own a workstream end-to-end
- Deliver one automation or hardening initiative end-to-end
- Take up documentation and automation on your scope and reduce significantly the bus factor on it
- Mentor IT teammates on your core expertise
First year
- Deliver measurable IT toil reduction on your scope
- Set the technical standards on your domain: how we build, document and review it
- Build strong cross-functional partnerships (Engineering, Security, Workplace, Clinic, People, Audit)
- Contribute to hiring and onboarding new teammates
3 years
- Lead major projects end-to-end across several communities
- Be the reference the team relies on across at least two domains
- Mentor the IT team and beyond, and scale IT without a linear increase in manual work
As the community grows, there is room to take on more responsibility: leading a crew, owning cross-community projects, mentoring, hiring.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Must-have - Technical/hard skills:
- 5+ years in IT engineering, platform, systems or corporate engineering, with real ownership of production-facing systems
- Depth in at least one area (platform & automation, identity, endpoint & security) and demonstrated range beyond it.
- You write code: not necessarily as a full-time software engineer, but Python, APIs and pull requests in a shared repo should feel normal
- Structured problem-solving: diagnoses methodically, asks the right clarifying questions, thinks about failure modes and rollback
- Comfort with regulated environments: health data, ACPR, ISO 27001, HDS
- Automation & AI appetite: uses AI tools smartly to accelerate their own delivery, with an instinct for what should be automated or delegated to AI rather than repeated
Must-have - Behavioral / soft skills:
- Ownership & autonomy: drives topics forward without hand-holding, including when they cross into someone else's perimeter
- Written communication: Alan is written-first; decisions get argued in public documents and challenged by people outside your team
- Pragmatic judgment: balances "perfect" vs. "good enough", decides with incomplete information
- Documentation culture: reduces bus factor through clear documentation and knowledge sharing
Nice-to-have skills / Bonus points if you have:
- Experience with an internal provisioning or IdP-driven automation platform
- Kandji or another MDM at scale
- Cloudflare Zero Trust / WARP, Datadog
- Audit remediation experience (ISO 27001, HDS)
- Multi-country rollouts, or IT integration after an acquisition
- Having mentored, coached or led a (small) crew
- Health or healthtech ecosystem familiarity

Checkout is looking for an experienced financial crime compliance lead to establish, grow, and maintain a global second-line team. This role will oversee the compliance frameworks supporting our rapidly evolving portfolio of mass market products.
This opportunity is a perfect fit if you are excited by the prospect of leveraging the momentum and resources of a global scale-up to support the launch and scale of high velocity products. As products expand and launch, there will be an opportunity to grow your team across multiple regions.
You will be expected to:
- Build the Framework: Establish the global framework for second-line escalations for new products; working closely with relevant regional MLROs to ensure consistency and operational excellence.
- Drive Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Risk, Operations, and Product teams to align compliance requirements with fraud mitigation and user experience goals.
- Monitor Emerging Trends: Maintain a deep understanding of financial crime typologies, regulatory guidance, and emerging industry trends, ensuring these are proactively factored into our control framework and knowledge base.
- Design & Deliver Training: Develop and deliver targeted training to business and compliance teams regarding complex financial crime and fraud risks inherent in high-volume environments.
- Ensure Compliance-by-Design: Partner with our Regulatory Compliance function to integrate compliance requirements early in the product development lifecycle.
- Own Compliance Requirements: Assume central responsibility for mapping and maintaining SDD, CDD, and EDD requirements for our evolving product set, ensuring relevant factors are codified into global minimum standards.
- Strategic Advisory: Directly advise Product and Operations teams on the opportunities and risks associated with automation, AI deployment, and system scale.
- Integrate Risk Assessments: Collaborate closely with regional MLROs to ensure product-specific risk profiles are accurately captured and factored into Business-Wide Risk Assessments.
- Implement Assurance: Collaborate with our Assurance and Internal Controls team to design and execute robust compliance monitoring processes for new product lines.
Experience we are looking for:
- 6+ years of second-line compliance experience in fintech, payments, or banking at scale (neobank/fintech experience strongly preferred).
- Deep expertise in financial crime (AML/CFT/Sanctions/Fraud) risk, with regulatory compliance experience as a strong plus.
- Experience growing and leading a team, with cross-border/global management experience highly desirable.
- Proven track record in architecting frameworks for high-volume environments and working directly with technical/product stakeholders to design solutions.
Personal qualities we look for:
- Confident decision-maker: Ability to quickly assess risks, weigh mitigations, and provide strong, defensible rationale for your decisions.
- Technical fluency: Comfortable working directly with technical leaders to drill down into the configuration of user journeys, systems, and tooling.
- AI-first mindset: Experience deploying AI or automation tools to accelerate compliance processes at scale.
- Strategic thinker: Ability to immerse yourself in fine details while keeping the broader organisational picture in mind.
- Growth-oriented: Relentlessly curious and driven; always learning and spotting opportunities to develop yourself and others.
- Proportionate and Collaborative: An obsession with balancing strong compliance with scalability and user experience, supported by exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Coordinate joint marketing if needed:
Work with partners and the Brand Marketing team on campaigns, promotions, and launches. Set clear goals and agree on how results will be measured.
Improve partnership performance:

Wrike is the most powerful work management platform. Built for teams and organizations looking to collaborate, create, and exceed every day, Wrike brings everyone and all work into a single place to remove complexity, increase productivity, and free people up to focus on their most purposeful work.
Wrike is our people, not a place. As a distributed team, we own our growth, stay globally connected, and rely on the product we build to deliver impactful work alongside brilliant minds. You'll have real ownership over meaningful work, a global team that has your back, and the flexibility to do your best work your way. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
Our vision:
A world where everyone is free to focus on their most purposeful work, together.
About the Role:
You'll own your outcomes, from the strategies you run to the conversations that shape what we build next. Collaborative work management is a $14B category growing at 15% a year, and the competitive set is consolidating fast. Wrike is hiring a Senior Manager, Competitive Intelligence & Positioning to own our company wide competitive program end to end, connecting what's happening in the market to how our GTM teams win deals because of it.
You'll build the single source of competitive truth our field relies on daily, sharpen the "Why Wrike Over Them" narrative for the core platform, and turn competitive analysis into deal level plays that move win rates against our primary competitors.
This is not a research only role. You'll be equally comfortable writing an executive brief for our CEO, building a battlecard, and coaching an AE through a live competitive situation the same afternoon.
This is a senior individual contributor role. You won't have direct reports. You'll have a mandate, executive air cover, and the responsibility to influence Sales, Product, Enablement, and Analyst Relations without direct authority.
Your Impact:
The Competitive Program: Build, scale, and maintain a high adoption single source of truth: battlecards, competitor teardowns, and playbooks, with a clear tiering framework that decides which competitors get which depth of coverage. Success is measured by whether the field uses it, not whether it exists.
Core positioning and differentiation: Craft and evolve Wrike's positioning and value messaging framework across target verticals and buyer personas: before and after scenarios, the capabilities buyers must have to get there, our defensible differentiators, and the metrics and proof points that make the claims verifiable. Keep it the single source of truth across Sales, CS, and campaigns, not a parallel doc that competes with what the field already uses.
Deal-Level Wins: Partner with Sales and Revenue Enablement to translate intelligence into tactical plays (trap setting discovery questions, objection handling, displacement plays) and join high stakes competitive evaluations and churn risk calls directly when your expertise can tip the outcome.
The win/loss program. Design and operate win/loss across segments, instrumented via [Salesforce/Clari/Clozd,Klu], with quarterly readouts and recommendations that reach Product and GTM leadership.
Competitive pricing and packaging intelligence. Track and analyze competitor pricing models, packaging shifts, and discounting behavior, and equip Sales to navigate them in negotiation.
Quantified value. Build the business-case layer that makes our differentiation defensible in enterprise deals — ROI models, TCO comparisons, and value realization frameworks Sales can put in front of an economic buyer.
Executive Intel cadence: Establish a recurring intel cadence for GTM and product leadership, analyzing market movements, pricing/packaging shifts, product launches, M&A activity, and analyst coverage.
Analyst and review site influence. Partner with AR on Gartner, Forrester, and IDC submissions, RFIs and RFPs, evaluation criteria, and review site strategy (G2, TrustRadius) so Wrike's differentiators are accurately represented where buyers actually look.
An AI native operating model. Build and optimize AI-powered workflows that scale how intelligence is gathered, synthesized, and distributed — competitor tracking, win/loss sentiment mining from deal notes, teardown analysis, and competitive RFP response.
How You'll Drive Business Value:
You'll own and report on:
Win rate against named primary competitors
Competitive displacement, meaning deals won where an incumbent competitor was in seat
Deal velocity and influenced ACV in competitive opportunities
Field adoption of competitive assets, measured rather than assumed
Your Qualifications:
7+ years in competitive intelligence, product marketing, or strategic GTM in B2B SaaS, with demonstrated success building competitive programs and enablement assets that measurably moved win rates and deal velocity.
Proven ownership of strategic functional initiatives end to end. You set the priorities, you're accountable for the outcomes, and you've done it without a team underneath you.
Demonstrated ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across Sales, Product, Enablement, and Executive Leadership without direct authority.
Exceptional written and verbal communication. You can hold a room of executives and a room of AEs on the same day, and adjust the altitude without losing the point.
Standout Qualities:
Familiarity with enterprise value selling methodologies (Force Management's Command of the Message, MEDDICC/MEDDPICC, Challenger, or similar) and a track record of translating them into messaging, discovery guides, and competitive plays reps will actually use.
Experience in work management, collaboration, knowledge management, or adjacent enterprise SaaS categories.
Hands on with CI and revenue tooling: [Klue, Clozd, Clari, Salesforce, Gemi, Claude, etc ].
Direct experience contributing to major industry research: Gartner Magic Quadrant, Forrester Wave, or equivalent.
Comfort with pricing intelligence, packaging analysis, and contract negotiation dynamics.
Financial literacy. You can pull an insight out of a company's annual filings.
Our Work Style:
You'll report into Product Marketing Management and partner closely with Product Management, Revenue Enablement, Sales, and Executive Leadership as the resident expert on competitive dynamics: strategic advisor to leadership, trusted tactical partner to the field.
We're a collaborative, fast moving team that values transparency, continuous learning, and swift execution. We run on Wrike, so you'll use the product you're positioning every day, which turns out to be one of the better competitive research methods available.
Benefits & Perks:
25 working days of paid vacation

Parental Leave: Fully Paid Maternity / 4 Weeks Paid Paternity
2 Volunteer Days
Medical Insurance (Employees + Dependents)
Life Insurance (Employees)
Provident Fund
Hybrid Working Model
School Allowance (Up to €600/month for school aged kids)

ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
Baseten is growing fast, and how we hire shapes what we become. As our Recruiting Operations Program Manager, you'll find where the recruiting team is losing time or quality, confirm it with data, and build and run the program that fixes it. Some of that work is quick, like a data pull for leadership or an Ashby answer for a recruiter. Some of it spans months and needs executive buy-in.
You'll identify, build and own programs end to end, from redesigning core recruiting processes to building and shipping A-powered tools that change how our recruiters work every day. You'll work across Ashby, Notion, Slack, and Claude, and treat AI as a core part of how recruiting runs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and lead large-scale recruiting programs end to end: secure leadership buy-in, manage timelines across stakeholders, and partner with our Recruiting Operations Data Analyst to use data to decide what to change and how to measure it.
- Break large, ambiguous problems into projects with clearly-structured phases, owners, and deadlines, and drive them through to adoption, not just launch.
- Analyze interview plans, pass-through rates, stage timing, and interviewer load in Ashby, and turn findings into concrete recommendations.
- Support operational asks from recruiters and leadership, and turn repeated asks into self-serve tools or documented answers.
- Build, pilot, and iterate on Claude-powered tools and workflows that solve recurring pain points across the recruiting team.
- Keep recruiting documentation – including interview guides, playbooks, SOPs, and training material – current, monitored, and easy to find.
- Propose and roll out process changes that make recruiting faster and more consistent, including the comms and training that make them stick.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years in recruiting operations, program management, or a related operations role at a fast-growing company.
- Track record of building and running cross-functional projects end to end with clear project management rigor, from securing senior leaders’ buy-in to execution and close-out.
- Comfort pulling, analyzing, and presenting data, and turning it into clear recommendations.
- Clear, concise writing, including for executive audiences.
- Strong prioritization skills, with the ability to balance long-running programs with day-to-day asks.
NICE TO HAVE
- PMP or project management certification a strong plus.
- Hands-on Ashby experience, especially reporting and dashboards, or deep experience with another ATS, including using data and metrics to drive decisions and set priorities.
- Experience building workflows or tools with AI (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar).
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. An overview of this role
Based in Sydney, as a Senior Solutions Architect in GitLab's ANZ team, you'll be a trusted advisor to GitLab prospects and customers in the region, helping them understand how GitLab's AI-powered DevSecOps platform addresses both technical requirements and business objectives across the entire software development lifecycle. You'll guide organisations through their digital transformation journeys, from planning through monitoring, using your technical expertise, understanding of cloud and modern software development practices, and strong customer empathy.
You will partner closely with Account Executives and cross-functional teams, own technical evaluations, including proofs of value and workshops, shape solution architectures, and serve as the voice of the customer back to Product Management. You'll focus on driving successful platform adoption, influencing revenue growth through solution selling, and building long-term, trust-based relationships that showcase GitLab's differentiated position in an AI-driven DevSecOps landscape.
What you'll do
Lead technical discovery, demos, and validation to show how GitLab's AI-powered DevSecOps platform meets customers' technical and business needs across the full lifecycle.
Drive the technical evaluation process as the directly responsible individual, including solution design, proof of concept or proof of value ownership, workshop design, and the technical components of tenders, audits, and value stream assessments.
Collaborate with Account Executives and regional sales teams across ANZ to shape and execute account strategies that support new customer acquisition and expansion.
Build and deepen relationships with technical practitioners and business leaders, guiding them through GitLab-driven transformation and enabling them to become GitLab advocates.
Advise customers on modern software development, continuous integration, continuous deployment, security, and cloud practices, challenging existing approaches to improve return on investment.
Serve as the voice of the customer with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing by sharing feedback, use cases, and competitive insights that inform roadmap and positioning.
Maintain and extend your technical expertise in GitLab, DevSecOps, AI, and related cloud technologies, creating reusable examples, best practice guidance, and technical collateral for customers and partners.
Invest in your own growth and development through ongoing learning, mentorship, and knowledge sharing to continuously improve the impact of the Solutions Architect team.
What you'll bring
Experience engaging with customers in technical pre-sales, consulting, or similar roles, guiding them through solution design and evaluation.
Proficiency with the end-to-end software development lifecycle, including modern DevSecOps practices and continuous integration and continuous deployment workflows.
Hands-on experience with GitLab or comparable source control, continuous integration and continuous deployment, and collaboration platforms, and the ability to map platform capabilities to customer use cases.
Practical knowledge of cloud computing concepts and related technologies, with the ability to discuss deployment, security, and operations options with technical teams.
Ability to lead technical evaluations such as proofs of concept or proofs of value, contribute to tenders or audits, and design and run workshops or value stream assessments.
Clear technical communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt messages for practitioners through to senior business and technical decision makers.
Skill in building trusted relationships, listening with empathy, and acting as a customer advocate to internal teams such as Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.
Motivation to continuously develop professionally, including learning new technologies, deepening GitLab platform expertise, and applying transferable experience from related fields.
About the team
The Solutions Architect team is part of GitLab's Sales organisation and serves as the technical counterpart to Account Executives, with this role focused on opportunities across ANZ. The team helps customers realise the full value of GitLab's AI-powered DevSecOps platform by advising on architecture, running technical evaluations such as proofs of value, and guiding customers through digital transformation. We work closely with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing, collaborating asynchronously across regions to share best practices, create reusable technical collateral, and act as the voice of the customer. The team is focused on helping customers modernise end-to-end software delivery, adopt GitLab at scale, and navigate a rapidly evolving AI and DevSecOps landscape.

THE ROLE
We’re looking for an IT Operations Engineer to be the face of IT at Baseten: the person who makes technology just work for our team, in the office and remotely. You’ll own day-to-day support, office IT, and new-hire onboarding, and you’ll work alongside our IT Engineers, who design the controls and automation you’ll run and improve.
This is an on-site role based in San Francisco.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be the go-to point of contact for hardware, software, and access issues across a macOS-first fleet, with some Windows.
- Give every new hire a great first day, from a ready-to-go laptop to working accounts, whether they’re in the office or remote.
- Run onboarding, role changes, and offboarding through our automated workflows, and catch the exceptions they don’t cover.
- Keep the office running smoothly: conference rooms and AV, network and Wi-Fi, printers, and walk-up support on office days.
- Support new office buildouts and plan workplace IT as we grow.
- Manage IT assets, and vendor relationships, including stock and shipping for remote teammates.
- Build a self-serve knowledge base and workflows that reduce ticket volume and help people help themselves.
- Find recurring friction and automate it within our AI ITSM (Serval) and existing tools, collaborating with IT Engineering on new integrations as needed
- Handle day-to-day administration of our core SaaS tools within delegated, scoped roles.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years in IT support or IT operations, ideally at a fast-growing company
- Hands-on experience supporting a macOS fleet end to end: troubleshooting login, FileVault, permission, and profile issues; enrolling devices and deploying apps and OS updates through an MDM (e.g. Kandji), including remote lock and wipe; and managing hardware through Apple Business Manager, AppleCare repairs, and reimaging for redeployment
- Hands-on experience administrating Google Workspace, Slack and Zoom
- Experience with conference room, AV, and office network setup and troubleshooting.
- Flexibility to support events in the evening may be occasionally required
- Experience with automation or scripting to streamline repetitive work.
- Excellent communication and a real care for the support experience.
- Strong organization across competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to be in our San Francisco office 5 days a week and lift standard IT equipment.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.

- Maintain an exceptionally high bar for the physical office, noticing and addressing details like rooms that need resetting, missing furniture, broken equipment, and low supplies
- Proactively identify ways to make our spaces more functional, organized, and enjoyable
- Build strong relationships across the office to understand and anticipate team needs
- Partner with the Office Manager with physical office operations, vendors, deliveries, supplies, and other workplace needs
- Support in-office events, including setup, logistics, and resetting spaces afterward
- Respond quickly to workplace needs and own issues through resolution
- Manage mail, packages, and shipping with accuracy

- Exceptionally detail-oriented, with a high quality bar and an instinct for noticing what others miss. Proactive and observant, with a bias toward identifying and solving problems before being asked.
- Highly organized and able to manage changing calendars, constraints, requests, and priorities without dropping details
- Strong judgment and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand context and make thoughtful tradeoffs
- Clear, responsive communicator who reliably keeps people informed and closes loops
- High ownership mentality. When you take something on, others trust that you’ve got it
- Strong relationship builder who gets to know teams and uses that context to anticipate their needs
- Service-oriented and energized by creating an excellent experience for employees and visitors
