About GiveDirectly
What if the most effective way to fight poverty was also the simplest: give people money and trust them to decide what they need?
Since 2011, GiveDirectly has proven that idea at scale. We’ve delivered more than $1B in cash directly to 2+ million people living in poverty and crisis across 15 countries, and rigorous research shows the results: healthier kids, stronger businesses, sturdier homes, and more resilient families and local economies. Cash is now widely recognized as one of the most scalable, cost-effective, and dignified forms of aid.
Our ambition goes beyond our own programs. We want cash to become the benchmark for aid, much as the index fund became the benchmark for investing, so that every aid dollar is held to one question:
is this doing more good than giving the money directly to people living in poverty?
We’re growing fast, and this is a rare and important moment to join.
We expect to hit $1B in revenue in 2026 with significant growth forecast for 2027. At the same time we are building a new technology stack and operating model designed for a roughly 10x change in scale, and we are actively pursuing partnerships with major funders to move even more money in bigger ways, to people who need it. We are known for our extensive integration of technology into field processes; our quantitative approach to performance measurement; and our commitment to rigorous, independent, experimental evaluation of our impact, with multiple Randomized Control Trials completed and others in progress.
How we work
Our team spans 20+ countries and 69 languages. Our culture is candid, analytical, and non-hierarchical. We expect high ownership and give people real responsibility early. Our values are central to how we hire, work, and grow, and they are deliberately opinionated:
Recipients first.
Recipients’ preferences come before those of donors or ourselves.
Team next.
We optimize for organizational success, not individual success.
Be proactively candid.
We say what we believe and share information openly.
Create positive energy.
We aim to be a source of energy for colleagues, not a drain.
Think rigorously; act quickly.
We reason from first principles, then act rather than debate.
Know yourself and grow.
We own our imperfections and seek feedback to grow.
Accept reality. Propose solutions.
We focus on what can change and bring solutions, not just problems.
Be productively ambitious.
We take risks for step-change impact, not incremental progress.
If they describe how you like to work and they energize you, this could be a great fit.

Synthesia is the world’s leading AI video platform for business, used by over 90% of the Fortune 100. Founded in 2017, the company is headquartered in London, with offices and teams across Europe and the US.
As AI continues to shape the way we live and work, Synthesia develops products to enhance visual communication and enterprise skill development, helping people work better and stay at the center of successful organizations.
Following our recent Series E funding round, where we raised $200 million, our valuation stands at $4 billion. Our total funding exceeds $530 million from premier investors including Accel, NVentures (Nvidia's VC arm), Kleiner Perkins, GV, and Evantic Capital, alongside the founders and operators of Stripe, Datadog, Miro, and Webflow.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Principal, Product Analytics who loves getting to the bottom of things. You'll do the deep investigative and technical work that explains why users and customers behave the way they do, and turn it into decisions that change the product and the business.
We're building a more proactive data function, and this role is its deep-investigation engine. You'll take ambiguous, high-stakes questions about user behaviour and customer experience and follow them wherever the data leads, across acquisition, activation, usage and the wider customer journey.
You'll work hands-on and independently, partnering with Product Managers, engineering managers and commercial teams, and working alongside a VP of Growth who will set the function's direction and build the team. Your findings will inform experiments, the roadmap and company strategy.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Go looking for what nobody asked about. This is the heart of the role. You'll notice when something looks off in a funnel, a cohort or a metric, disappear into it, and come back with a product issue, a cost leak or an opportunity nobody was looking for. You set much of your own agenda, and you don't wait for a request to start digging.
- Lead deep investigations into user behaviour and customer experience across product and non-product touchpoints, including support, customer success and sales.
- Find where activation breaks. Identify failure points in the user journey, including those that could become productised capabilities.
- Understand acquisition and intent. Dig into acquisition channels, user use cases and what people are actually trying to achieve.
- Do rigorous causal and statistical work. Go beyond correlation with regression, causal analysis and well-designed experiments, and be clear about what the evidence does and doesn't support.
- Build models that drive action. Apply data science to real business problems, such as churn modelling that can trigger real-time product action, and explain clearly how models are applied and what impact they have.
- Analyse unstructured and AI-specific data. Work with agent-user conversations, context layers and evaluation systems alongside structured product data.
- Size opportunities. Produce market opportunity sizing that helps the business prioritise.
- Measure how we build. Partner with engineering managers on organisational productivity metrics.
- Communicate for impact. Translate findings into clear recommendations for product teams, management and executives.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
MUST-HAVES
- Deep product analytics experience across growth and broader product areas, with a record of investigations that changed decisions.
- Data science and modelling experience, and the ability to explain how you applied it and what business impact it had.
- Strong grounding in correlation, regression and causal analysis.
- A proactive approach. You surface insights and shape the agenda rather than working to a brief.
- Genuine curiosity. You notice what looks off and dig until you understand why.
- Clear communication with management and executives about business impact, simplifying complex analysis into actionable recommendations.
PREFERRED
- Experience with unstructured data.
- Experience at an AI-native company, or with the added data complexity AI products bring.
- Understanding of subscription businesses.
- Understanding of the PLG motions in a B2B space.
BONUS POINTS IF YOU'VE…
- Worked on multi-product platforms where upsells, cross-sells and bundling were a key revenue driver.
- Worked alongside qualitative research, connecting the what (data) with the why (qual).
- Done pricing and packaging work: willingness-to-pay, price testing, bundle performance.
-
HOW WE WORK
We optimise for responsibility and freedom.
- No ticket conveyor belt. We run on ownership and a small number of high-impact projects.
- Close collaboration with Product, Engineering, Growth and commercial teams to ship real outcomes.
- A bias toward pragmatic solutions that get used, measured and improved.
WHY JOIN
- Do the hardest, most interesting analytical work in the company, with direct line of sight to product and strategy decisions.
- Work across structured and unstructured data, customer conversations and AI evaluation, at the intersection of product usage, AI and revenue.
- Independence and impact at principal level, without the management overhead.

- ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.
- ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models.
Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you.
HOW WE WORK
- High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.
- Impact not job titles: We don’t have job titles. Instead, it’s about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you.
- AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations.
- Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models.

- Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose.
- Annual team offsite: Each year, we bring your entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia, Italy and Cancún
- Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Corporate Account Manager Lead, you'll lead a team of Account Managers across our highest-velocity, highest-volume post-sales segment. You'll balance people leadership, strategic direction, and hands-on customer impact - driving excellence in post-sales outcomes and ensuring your team consistently delivers measurable value across a large, fast-moving book of accounts.
This is a revenue-critical role at an inflection point: ElevenLabs is scaling fast, and Corporate is where that scale shows up first - more accounts, more velocity, and less room for anything that doesn't repeat well. The decisions you make around segmentation, playbook design, and how AI agents and automation get embedded into everyday AM workflows will define how this motion performs as volume keeps growing. Making ElevenAgents the agent of choice across the Corporate portfolio is a core part of that expansion playbook.
You will:
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Corporate Account Management team, owning team quota performance, retention, expansion, and cross sell goals across a high-volume book of business.
- Drive revenue outcomes as a core mandate - building a team culture where expansions and cross-sells are owned with the same rigor as any quota-carrying sales function.
- Design and implement repeatable, scalable playbooks for renewals, expansion, and adoption that hold up across hundreds of accounts, not just a handful.
- Embed AI agents and automation into AM workflows by default, so the team can manage growing volume without simply adding headcount.
- Champion AI fluency across the team: set expectations, build capability, and create an environment where every AM is actively experimenting with and adopting AI-powered approaches to their work.
- Set strategic direction for how the Corporate segment is structured and staffed as the business scales, partnering closely with RevOps, Comp/Finance, and CX leadership.
- Represent the voice of the customer in leadership discussions, influencing roadmap, tooling, and revenue strategy.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, Customer Success, or post-sales roles within SaaS, ideally with meaningful exposure to high-volume, transactional or corporate-segment books of business.
- Proven track record of owning and exceeding revenue targets (renewals, expansion, NRR/GRR, cross sell), with a clear commercial instinct.
- 2+ years of direct people leadership experience - managing AMs/CSMs, driving team quota, and developing talent through coaching and enablement. Passion for building a high-performance, feedback-driven culture grounded in accountability and customer impact.
- Deep AI fluency: you use AI tools in your own daily workflow, understand what AI agents and automation can do, and are ready to lead a team through a meaningful shift in how work gets designed and executed.
- Strong player-coach mindset: comfortable managing accounts directly while leading others to excel in their own portfolios.
- Expertise in post-sales methodologies and best practices (e.g. success planning, adoption frameworks, ROI storytelling) adapted for a high-volume, scaled motion.
- Strategic operational thinking: able to make sound calls on segmentation, playbook design, and process at scale as account volume grows.
- Strong analytical and operational skills: adept at using data to identify performance trends, optimize workflows, and forecast outcomes across a large book.
- Bonus: Hands-on with tools (ElevenLabs, Salesforce, Gong, Lemlist, Sigma) and capable of improving data quality, visibility, and usage insights across the team.
LOCATION
This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere in the U.S., with the ability to operate between GMT-4 and GMT-7 timezones required. We'd love for you to be based in New York or San Francisco where you can work out of our office, but it's not a requirement.

How we work
Our team spans 20+ countries and 69 languages.

We take play seriously. We’re looking for curious adventurers ready to find their party, fueled by imagination and drive to build what’s never been built before. At Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast, you’ll collaborate with passionate teams to reimagine our iconic brands and create experiences that spark joy, connection, and community through the magic of play. This is your chance to shape legendary play that lasts a lifetime.
QMO is responsible for the quality benchmark that every Hasbro project adheres to — covering requirements through closure — across AI, automation, manual, performance, security, and compatibility testing. The team is transitioning from manual and legacy scripted automation to AI-enhanced testing, involving a move to Playwright and embracing Tosca's agentic AI features.
We're hiring a Lead QA Engineer to lead our transition to AI-enhanced test automation. This is a technical leadership role without formal direct reports. You will develop the automation strategy and directly guide the daily automation and AI efforts of our offshore vendor team. You will advise the technical aspects of our Selenium-to-Playwright migration, the integration of Tosca's AI/agentic features, and test coverage across SAP, P2M, and Hasbro CLM(which is migrating to AWS). We seek someone highly skilled to help build the future of our QA processes!
Key Responsibilities
Develop and lead the technical strategy for AI-enhanced test automation. This reduces dependence on manually written scripts by adopting AI and agentic automation methods, such as Tosca's agentic AI capabilities.
Lead the migration of automation suites from Selenium to Playwright, including framework architecture and standard methodologies.
Manage the daily automation and AI-related activities of our offshore vendor team, determining priorities and evaluating output quality — without formal people-management responsibility.
Take ownership for test case management and regression/defect tracking methods in qTest, ensuring they grow alongside the team's automation-first approach.
Collaborate with SAP and P2M functional teams to integrate automation coverage into their release cycles.
Support QA needs for Hasbro CLM through its migration to AWS, including planning test coverage on the new platform.
Translate business and QA strategy into concrete implementation plans — proactively identifying risk and next steps rather than completing a fixed task list.
Provide updates on automation progress, potential risks, and suggestions to QA leadership.
Required Qualifications
6+ years of QA automation experience, including demonstrated lead-level ownership of automation strategy.
Practical experience with Tricentis Tosca, including building, structuring and maintaining automation scripts
Solid practical experience with Playwright, including firsthand involvement in transitioning automation suites from Selenium.
Demonstrated experience applying AI-augmented automation approaches to reduce manual script authoring — not just traditional record-and-playback or hand-coded scripting.
Experience with qTest for managing test cases and tracking regression/defects.
Testing background across SAP and P2M platforms.
Practical understanding of or direct experience with AWS services.
Experience directing or closely coordinating the work of an offshore vendor QA/automation team.
Proven capability to convert business and test strategy into a detailed action plan, instead of merely finishing assigned tasks — showing solid responsibility and discernment.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
Experience with NeoLoad or a comparable performance testing tool.
Familiarity with Azure (SharePoint Framework, Azure Functions) — Hasbro CLM's current platform ahead of its AWS migration.
Exposure to RMS and CSP platforms.
CI/CD pipeline experience (e.g., GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins).
Scripting/programming proficiency in Selenium, JavaScript/TypeScript or Python.
Experience with security and/or compatibility testing.
Familiarity with Power BI or similar reporting/dashboard tools.
Effective communication abilities, including confidence in updating senior leadership on status and suggestions.
