As a Transaction Monitoring Analyst II, you will be at the front line of defending the ecosystem against financial crime. You will perform deep-dive investigations into merchant and consumer payment patterns to detect potential Money Laundering (ML), Terrorist Financing (TF), and Fraud.
Unlike an entry-level role, an Analyst II handles escalated or complex alerts, identifies emerging typologies, and assists in the refinement of our monitoring rules. You will be responsible for ensuring that suspicious activity is identified, documented, and reported to the relevant authorities (via SARs/STRs) in strict accordance with internal policies and Mauritius/global regulatory requirements.
WHAT YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE
- Investigative Analysis: Perform end-to-end investigations on complex transaction monitoring alerts, utilizing internal data and external OSINT tools to identify suspicious patterns.
- Case Management: Manage a queue of high-priority cases, ensuring thorough documentation of rationales and timely clearance or escalation.
- Reporting: Draft high-quality Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) or Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) for review by the Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO).
- Pattern Recognition: Identify and escalate new financial crime typologies and "red flags" observed during daily monitoring to improve automated detection rules.
- Risk Mitigation: Conduct enhanced due diligence (EDD) on high-risk accounts or merchants triggered by transaction monitoring alerts.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Quality Control (QC), Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) and Product Engineering team to provide feedback on alert quality and system effectiveness.
- Mentorship: Serve as a point of escalation and subject matter expert (SME) for Junior Analysts, providing guidance on complex investigative techniques.
- Compliance Adherence: Ensure all reviews are completed within strict regulatory timelines and internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Law, Criminology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience specifically in AML Transaction Monitoring or Financial Crime Investigations within Fintech or Banking.
- Technical Savvy: Proficiency in using Transaction Monitoring systems (e.g., Napier, Featurespace, or proprietary tools) and data visualization tools.
- Analytical Rigor: Strong ability to "connect the dots" across disparate data points to uncover complex money laundering schemes.
- Communication: Exceptional written communication skills, with a proven ability to write clear, concise, and defensible investigative narratives.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Solid understanding of the Financial Intelligence and Anti-Money Laundering Act (FIAMLA) and global AML/CFT standards (FATF).
- Certification: ACAMS or ICA certification is highly preferred.
- Mindset: A proactive, "investigator" mindset with high attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.

Who We Are
At OKX, we believe that the future will be reshaped by crypto, and ultimately contribute to every individual's freedom.
OKX is a leading crypto exchange, and the developer of OKX Wallet, giving millions access to crypto trading and decentralized crypto applications (dApps). OKX is also a trusted brand by hundreds of large institutions seeking access to crypto markets. We are safe and reliable, backed by our Proof of Reserves.
Across our multiple offices globally, we are united by our core principles:
We Before Me
,
Do the Right Thing
, and
Get Things Done
. These shared values drive our culture, shape our processes, and foster a friendly, rewarding, and diverse environment for every OK-er. OKX is part of OKG, a group that brings the value of Blockchain to users around the world, through our leading products OKX, OKX Wallet, OKLink and more.
About the Opportunity
AI is not a feature at OKX. It is the next fundamental layer of how we serve users, operate at scale, and maintain trust in a regulated, global market.
We are hiring a
Senior Directort of Product, AI & Agent (Chatbot)
to own OKX's full AI product agenda — outward, through a crypto-native AI assistant that transforms how users experience our platform; and inward, through agentic systems that make our operations intelligent, auditable, and scalable. This is a single role with a unified mandate: building the AI layer that defines OKX's next decade.
What You’ll Be Doing
User-Facing AI
Lead the strategy and execution of OKX's conversational AI assistant — an experience that lets users onboard, trade, stay informed, and get support through natural language. You will define what this product is, how it earns user trust, and how it deepens over time.
Operational AI & Agent Systems
Own the agentic AI roadmap for OKX's internal functions — compliance, risk, fraud, and operations. You will identify the highest-leverage workflows, lead their systematic transformation into agent-driven systems, and ensure every output is traceable and regulatorily defensible.
AI Platform
Own the product design of shared infrastructure that powers both mandates — orchestration, evaluation, safety architecture, and the governance layer that makes AI products configurable and auditable across all markets.
What We Look For In You
12+ years in product & tech, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role owning technically complex products at scale
Proven track record shipping conversational AI or agentic AI products — as the owner, not a contributor
Deep familiarity with LLM product architecture: multi-agent systems, RAG, tool use, evaluation, and safety design
Experience operating in regulated environments where auditability and explainability are hard requirements
Strong consumer product instinct alongside operational product rigor
Fluency in financial markets and what it takes to earn user and institutional trust
Executive-level communication in English and Mandarin
Nice-To-Haves
Background in crypto, fintech, or financial services at global scale
Graduate degree in a technical field
Experience with successful Conversational AI or Agentic AI products
Why this role
OKX operates at a scale where the gap between what AI can do and what we have built is still enormous. This role exists to close that gap — on both sides of the platform, simultaneously. If that is the kind of problem you want to own, we want to talk.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
More that we love to tell you along the process!

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving the strategy, growth, and overall health of a book of 8–12 of Ramp’s largest and most strategic customers. You’ll own the long-term relationship and be accountable for maintaining and growing revenue, driving product adoption, and ensuring your customers achieve meaningful business outcomes on Ramp.
You’ll build deep relationships across all levels of your customers’ organizations, from day-to-day operators to C-suite executives, and be skilled at managing complex stakeholder dynamics and product configurations. Internally, you’ll partner closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams at Ramp to strengthen our B2B relationships, coordinate strategic initiatives, and feed structured insights into our product roadmap and internal processes.

- Serve as a Ramp product expert, proactively uncovering workflow gaps and recommending solutions that save customers time and money, while guiding them toward deeper platform adoption
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Design, Engineering, Sales, CSMs, and Solutions to coordinate customer initiatives and deliver tailored, enterprise-grade solutions
- Provide structured feedback to product and leadership teams, translating customer needs and patterns into recommendations that shape Ramp’s Strategic and Enterprise roadmap
- Navigate and align internal and external stakeholders, including C-suite executives, investors, partners, and cross-functional teams
- Use data and analytics to inform your strategy, monitor account performance, and communicate impact and opportunities in a clear, grounded way

- Ability to understand and communicate complex product workflows, integrations, and technical configurations
- High fluency in financial value drivers — able to articulate ROI, payback periods, process modernization, and cost savings
