About the Role:
Knock is looking for a proven sales leader to own the performance and growth of Knock's Account Executive organization. You will be accountable for delivering the company plan for leads and loan applications across Account Executives, Senior Account Executives, and Wholesale Account Executives. Knock originates the Knock Bridge Loan™, which enables homeowners to use the money tied up in their current home to purchase their next one — buy before you sell. You will choose the partner segments worth pursuing, set the coverage model, own the positioning against every alternative in the market, and sharpen the team that delivers the volume.
What You'll Do:
— Own the AE organization's number — outreach activity, leads, conversion, and loan application volume against the company plan
— Set and defend the team's production standards, and revisit them as the lead mix and product set evolve
— Hire, develop, coach, and hold accountable the Account Executive team
— Own AE onboarding and ramp as a repeatable program with measurable time-to-productivity
— Own org design and the territory and coverage model, and build the AE headcount plan with Finance
— Maintain distinct playbooks for retail lending partners and for the broader lender and agent set, rather than forcing a single motion across both
— Design and evaluate AE compensation plans in partnership with the People team and Finance, grounded in applications generated and modeled against cost of sale
— Deliver an accurate rolling forecast to the leadership team, and run the pipeline and forecast cadence behind it
— Serve as the company's subject matter expert on the Account Executive channel — turning partner and borrower feedback into product, marketing, and lending operations changes, and driving adoption of those changes in the field
What You'll Bring:
— Minimum of 8 years of sales or business development experience in mortgage, real estate, or proptech, including at least 4 years leading sales teams
— Track record of hiring, coaching, and developing sellers into consistent performers
— Demonstrated ownership of a sales number, with a track record of growing lead and application volume while forecasting accurately against plan
— Deep understanding of how to sell into retail lending — how loan officers, team leads, and branch managers make decisions, and what moves them: closing clients stuck in the process, excluding the departing property from DTI, and winning offers with no home sale contingency — and the ability to turn that into the playbooks, training, and coaching the team runs on
— Ability to set the positioning strategy for a Buy Before You Sell product — including the case to lenders that Knock is a bridge to a mortgage they retain — and how the team handles cost, rate, and timing objections from both the lending partner and the borrower
— Command of the competitive landscape, with the judgment to keep Knock's positioning ahead of the alternatives and to equip the team to sell against them
— Experience designing or materially influencing sales compensation plans that drive the right selling behavior
— Strong analytical judgment — comfortable building the model, reading the data, and acting on what it says
— Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to brief leadership and represent Knock externally to partners
— A deep belief in fostering inclusive, equitable practices that reflect Knock's core values
— Proven success in a fully remote, distributed team environment
— Recent lending experience required
— Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience
Physical Requirements:
— Set up and constantly operate a computer
— Communicate and exchange accurate information to others via telephone or internet video applications
— Must be able to travel, including overnight travel at least 4 times per year
— Must be able to lift, carry and push up to 20 lbs
— The candidate must be able to perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation
Compensation:
— Salary range estimate: $165,000.00 - $180,000.00 USD per year
— Eligible for a bonus based on achievement of plan metrics
— Actual earnings may vary based on individual performance
Offer & Employment Terms:
— Total compensation package & benefits determined by company discretion including experience, job level, location, and other factors
— Company reserves the right to amend job description, perks, and benefits at any time
— Bonus and/or commission details provided in offer letter
Why Knock:
— Purpose-driven work improving homeownership journey
— Remote-first flexibility: work from anywhere in the U.S.
— Innovative culture with supportive, growth-oriented environment
— Commitment to inclusion and diverse teams
Additional Information:
— 100% remote work culture
— Top tier medical, dental, & vision benefits starting first day
— Flexible Paid Time Off
— Paid parental leave (12 weeks birthing parent, 6 weeks non-birthing parent)
— $1000 annually for professional development
— Life, AD&D and Disability insurance
— 401K (noncontributory by Knock)
— $75 monthly health & wellness allowance
— Up to $400 monthly coworking space allowance

What you’ll be part of
Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system — and we’re the only proven player doing exactly that. We partner with employers to redesign how healthcare works: applying 550+ proprietary clinical metrics across 80+ specialties to a dataset of 320M+ patients to identify the best-performing doctors, then using compelling incentives to steer members to the care that helps them get healthier, faster.
The result is a rare “win win” — better care and lower costs for both members and employers. In just five years, our work has helped over 2.5 million people access higher-quality care and saved $1B in healthcare costs. We recently raised our Series E and have doubled five years running. If you've ever wanted your work to solve a problem that touches every person in this country, this is the opportunity to do exactly that. You'd be joining a team fundamentally reimagining healthcare in the U.S. — and using AI to scale that impact further and faster than anyone else can.
About the role
We are looking for an Email Marketing Manager to join our Demand Generation team and own our email channel end to end. Reporting directly to the VP of Demand Generation, you will build the programs that keep Garner in front of employers and the health insurance brokers who advise them, from first download to booked demo. You will work closely with our Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Sales teams to turn a growing database into qualified pipeline.
What you will do
Own the email channel for our employer and broker audiences, from strategy through send.
Build and run nurture journeys in HubSpot, from first touch through re-engagement.
Build and manage the one-to-one sequences BDRs and sales send after marketing engagements.
Run the email calendar and newsletter, and support webinar and event promotion.
Write email copy that earns attention from benefits leaders and health insurance brokers.
Keep the database healthy through segmentation, suppression, and deliverability standards.
Test, measure, and report on email's contribution to pipeline, and scale what works.
What we're looking for
4+ years of B2B email or lifecycle marketing experience, owning programs end to end.
Proficiency building workflows, segments, and tests in HubSpot or a similar platform.
Strong writing skills, with B2B email samples you wrote yourself.
Comfort reading email and funnel data, from clicks and conversions to pipeline.
Working knowledge of deliverability, list hygiene, and email compliance.
Fluency applying AI to write, test, and scale email programs.
A desire to do work that matters: and to be held to a high standard while doing it. You're energized by a mission with measurable outcomes, not just good intentions. You engage with AI tools as part of how you do your best work, and hold yourself accountable to outcomes that matter beyond your team's metrics.
Please note: we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
What you'll get here:
You’ll work on problems that matter, at a company working to change healthcare at scale. You’ll work at the intersection of AI and systemic healthcare reform, where the problems we solve are as interesting and compelling as the mission.
At Garner, you’ll take on real, ambitious problems with real ownership and autonomy, alongside exceptional, principles-based people who genuinely want you to win. It’s demanding by design. You’ll be challenged to stretch beyond what you thought possible and receive consistent coaching to help you grow and do the best work of your career. This isn't the right fit for everyone, and that's intentional. The people here are driven by what's at stake for real people, and that's what gives our intensity its purpose.
Compensation Transparency:
The target salary range for this position is $125,000 - $140,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including but not limited to: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k) with company match, flexible spending accounts, Teladoc Health and more.

What We’re Building
Honeycomb is a service for the near and present future, defining observability and raising expectations of what developer tools can do! We’re working with well known companies like HelloFresh, Slack, LaunchDarkly, and Vanguard and more across a range of industries. This is an exciting time in our trajectory, we’ve closed Series D funding, scaled past the 200-person mark, and were named to Forbes’ America’s Best Startups of 2022 and 2023!

Who We Are
We come for the impact, and stay for the culture! We’re a talented, opinionated, passionate, fiercely inclusive, and responsible group of bees. We have conviction and we strive to live
our values
every day. We want our people to do what they truly love amongst a team of highly talented (but humble) peers.
How We Work
We are a fully distributed company, which means we believe it is not where you sit, but how you deliver that matters most. We invest in our people and care about how you orient to our culture and processes. At the same time we imbue a lot of trust, autonomy, and accountability from Day 1. #LI-Remote
Little more about the team:
The Storage Team at Honeycomb is the backbone of our platform, responsible for the performance, reliability, and scalability of storing and querying billions of events. We design and own the architecture that powers correct and dependable query results — enabling every product experience from Metrics to Triggers and SLOs. As a senior engineer on Storage, you’ll work on high-impact systems where our customers may never see your code directly, but they’ll rely on it every time they use Honeycomb.
What you’ll do in the role:
Build and deliver high-quality solutions. You will design and implement solutions that power Honeycomb’s query and data storage infrastructure. Whether it’s improving query performance, evolving the Retriever service, or making our storage layer more reliable, you’re eager to jump in and add value where the team needs it most.
Scope and deliver projects independently. You’re comfortable breaking down complex storage and querying problems into achievable steps, surfacing trade-offs, and pulling in teammates when needed. You take ownership end-to-end — from design to production support — reducing toil and ensuring our systems deliver measurable customer and business impact.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners. You’ll work closely with Product Management and other engineering teams to connect technical solutions to product needs, from problem discovery through solution design and delivery. Much of our work is behind the scenes, but it enables every Honeycomb product experience, from Metrics to Triggers and SLOs.
Support our services in production. We believe in owning the software we build. Every engineer on Storage participates in on-call rotations, helps define team KPIs and SLOs, and proactively reduces toil by addressing reliability challenges before they reach customers.
Learn new ways to solve complex problems. As Honeycomb grows, so do the challenges of scaling our systems. You will explore new technologies, data storage techniques, and query optimization strategies to keep performance and reliability strong at scale.
Thrive on collaboration. You enjoy pairing, reviewing code, and offering constructive feedback. You model strong ownership and help your teammates grow, while keeping conversations forward-looking and focused on business value.
What you’ll bring to the role:
Technical leadership in storage and querying. You’ve led the design of patterns and guidelines that improve performance and reliability, and you bring expertise in writing Go along with experience working on high-throughput or complex systems. Prior experience with database engineering is a plus, as is comfort with Kubernetes.
Curiosity and experimentation. You learn by digging in — individually, in pairs, or as a team. You ask questions to better understand complex systems, explore trade-offs, and believe in learning from incidents as a way to improve both technology and practices.
Focus on business outcomes. You tie technical decisions to customer and company impact, weighing whether work is necessary now or later, and considering how projects affect the broader business.
Strength in mentorship and teamwork. You guide engineers through code reviews and help spread knowledge across a team with diverse skillsets so that ownership of critical paths is shared, not siloed.
Resilience in collaboration. You thrive in a senior-heavy team, giving and receiving feedback with grace, and contributing to a culture where tough problems and hard conversations lead to better outcomes.
Execution with impact. You can scope and deliver complex, multi-team projects while balancing production realities, proactively reducing toil, and ensuring systems deliver measurable customer value.
Deep debugging expertise. You’re trusted to diagnose and resolve the toughest production issues across the stack, restoring reliability where others may be stuck.
Influence beyond your team. You multiply impact by sharing knowledge, guiding adoption of new technologies, and driving foundational work that benefits Honeycomb engineering as a whole.

At Aleph, we’re not just part of the digital advertising landscape—we’re shaping its future. Representing the world’s leading platforms, including TikTok, Amazon, Google, and nearly 55 others, we operate in 130+ markets across new and existing geographies.
Our mission is to empower advertisers and brands to unlock the full potential of these platforms' advertising capabilities. By fostering long-lasting partnerships, we create limitless opportunities for people and businesses to advertise effectively at both local and global levels.
With a presence spanning continents, Aleph offers you the chance to be part of a fast-growing, innovative team where your work makes a direct impact. If you’re ambitious, forward-thinking, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, global environment, Aleph is the perfect place to build your career.
We're looking for a proactive, resourceful, and AI-forward Tech & Marketing Operations Specialist to manage our technology projects, keep our learning platforms running seamlessly, and power the marketing engine that brings students to them
This role suits someone with a broad technical fluency who thrives on coordination, troubleshooting, and hands-on building. You don't need to be a professional developer, but you do need to be comfortable using tech tools to design, prototype, and ship real solutions.
The position will be based at the Madrid office with a hybrid work model.
What You’ll Do
Platform & Systems Management
Tech project management:
Manage technology-related projects end to end — defining requirements, building timelines, tracking progress, and identifying improvements that serve broader project goals.
LMS management (WordPress & LearnDash):
Own the day-to-day health of our WordPress-based LMS and LearnDash plugin — user administration, course administration, email flows, bulk imports, new features, configuration, and troubleshooting.
CRM & Marketing Automation (Salesforce & Salesforce Marketing Cloud):
Act as first point of contact for Salesforce and SFMC — build and test journeys, landing pages, and lead magnets; investigate and resolve issues the Operations team can't solve; escalate and follow up when needed.
System integration:
Serve as the architect making sure LMS, CRM, Marketing Cloud, and Power BI talk to each other correctly — designing and implementing the technical architecture for data flows between platforms, including low-code integrations.
Data integrity & reporting:
Review data integrity across LearnDash, Salesforce, and Power BI; execute queries and build reports/extracts for non-technical stakeholders; handle large-scale data reviews (including million-row datasets) when needed.
Website support:
Provide general technical support for the website and coordinate with relevant resources to resolve issues.
Compliance & security:
Help bring the LMS environment up to the organization's IT and security standards, acting as liaison between the Education team, developers/cloud providers, and Security/Legal/IT.
Marketing Operations & Growth
Campaign execution:
Build, test, and launch email and lifecycle campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud — segmentation, audience building, A/B tests, send scheduling, and deliverability hygiene.
Landing pages & lead capture:
Build and ship landing pages and forms based on designs provided by the internal design team; ensure correct lead routing into Salesforce, field mapping, deduplication, and follow-up automation.
Tracking & attribution:
Own the measurement layer — GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion pixels, UTM taxonomy and enforcement — so that every campaign, source, and channel is measurable end to end.
Lifecycle & retention automation:
Design automated flows across the student lifecycle (onboarding, course progress nudges, re-engagement, certification, upsell) connecting LMS events to CRM and Marketing Cloud triggers.
Martech stack & compliance:
Own the marketing technology stack and its integrations; keep consent management, cookie compliance, and data handling aligned with privacy requirements and company policy.
AI for marketing:
Apply the same builder mindset to marketing — AI-assisted copy and creative variants, campaign localization at scale, automated performance summaries, and audience insight tooling.
Technical Bridge & Coordination
Stakeholder liaison:
Serve as a primary point of contact between internal stakeholders (especially the development team) and business operations, translating business needs into functional technical specifications.
Specification writing & QA:
Write clear technical specs, replicate scenarios, and fully test in QA and production before rollout.
Documentation:
Keep the operations manual and technical documentation current and useful for the team.
Cross-functional project leadership:
Lead multi-month initiatives (e.g., new catalog builds, platform redesigns, global/language expansions, migrations) from scoping through to launch — defining KPIs, coordinating between design/development/vendors, and testing at every step.
AI Development & Innovation
AI builder mindset:
Go beyond being “AI-savvy” — actively explore, prototype, and build AI-powered solutions that improve how the team works and how students learn (e.g., translation tools, automation of repetitive data tasks, AI-assisted reporting).
Tool development:
Design and build practical AI tools and workflows (e.g., custom Gemini/Claude “gems”/assistants, scripts, or low-code automations) to solve real operational bottlenecks — not just use off-the-shelf AI features.
Exploration & evaluation:
Stay current on emerging AI tools and platforms relevant to EdTech operations, and proactively propose where they could create value (efficiency, personalization, translation, content scaling, etc.).
AI project ownership:
Take end-to-end ownership of AI-driven initiatives — from investigating alternatives and setting up integrations, to testing and rolling out to production (as previously done with AI-powered course translation tooling).
Responsible use:
Use AI tools in a way that's compliant with company confidentiality and data-security standards, and only with company-approved systems.
What You Need For This Role
You have a solid, broad understanding of technology and digital platforms, and you're comfortable getting hands-on rather than just directing others.
You have
5+ years
of experience managing Education and Marketing tech projects.
You are genuinely
curious about AI
and see it as a tool to build with, not just a topic to discuss — you've built something with AI before (a workflow, an automation, an integration, a tool).
You bring project management skills with a track record of leading initiatives from scope to delivery.
You're a strong communicator who moves comfortably between technical and non-technical audiences.
You're a proactive problem-solver, able to identify needs and find the right solutions, people, and tools without waiting to be asked.
You understand
marketing funnels
and growth metrics (CPL, CAC, conversion rate, LTV) and can translate them into technical requirements.
Hands-on experience with marketing automation and campaign tooling (Salesforce Marketing Cloud strongly preferred) is highly valued.
Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking setups is a strong plus.
You are comfortable owning both the plumbing and the outcome — not just that the campaign sends, but that it performs.
Experience with WordPress and/or LMS platforms (ideally LearnDash) is a strong plus.
Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce/Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred) and data/BI tools (Power BI) is highly valued.
You're highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple concurrent projects.
You're a self-starter, comfortable working independently.
What Will Make Us Really Love You
You bring a track record of success in a similar role, with hands-on experience.
You’re not afraid to challenge the status quo and bring fresh, out-of-the-box ideas to the table.
You anticipate challenges before they arise and take initiative to find effective solutions.
You have an eye for detail.
You thrive on teamwork but also bring a driven, goal-oriented spirit.
You’re genuinely enthusiastic about advertising, ad-tech, and staying ahead of industry trends.
You have the ability to engage and communicate with internal and external stakeholders in a positive and approachable way.
What You’ll Love About Us
We care about your individuality by giving you freedom to grow and create within the company, regardless of your position
Learn from the best: Our state of the art workshops guarantee the latest insights into digital advertising
Be part of a company with a truly global footprint, working with leading brands, platforms, and publishers across 90+ markets.

Why this role matters
As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you'll own key parts of the cloud platform that keeps ICEYE's satellites talking to Earth. You'll shape how our AWS and Kubernetes environments are designed, secured and operated across ground stations, test environments and end-user platforms. You'll make infrastructure decisions that decide whether engineering ships fast and whether satellite operations stay connected when it matters most.
Who We Are
ICEYE delivers space-based intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities to governments and allied nations. This includes sovereign and turnkey ISR missions leveraging ICEYE's world-leading synthetic aperture radar (SAR) satellite technology, as well as access to data from the world's largest SAR satellite constellation. These capabilities enable partners to detect and respond to critical changes anywhere on Earth with unprecedented speed and accuracy, day or night and in any weather, supported by ultra high-resolution imagery and high-frequency revisits.
As a trusted partner for defense, intelligence, security, and maritime domain awareness, ICEYE's near real-time data creates a tactical advantage for mission-critical operations. Designed for dual use, the platform also serves civil protection and commercial users for natural-catastrophe intelligence, insurance, maritime monitoring including oil-spill detection, and finance, contributing to global security and community resilience.
ICEYE is headquartered in Finland and operates globally across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific. We have more than 900 employees, united by a shared vision: improving life on Earth by becoming the global source of truth in Earth Observation.
Your day-to-day responsibilities
- Own key parts of the AWS and Kubernetes platform behind our ground station and connectivity systems, working alongside another senior DevOps engineer and making explicit architecture trade-offs between reliability, cost and delivery speed
- Drive infrastructure initiatives in your areas from design to delivery, including the dependencies on software teams and ground station vendors
- Evolve our Terraform and deployment setup with reusable patterns that prevent whole classes of configuration and release issues
- Design and harden the network between our cloud environments and ground station sites
- Turn loosely defined operational problems into clear technical plans and working solutions
- Drive platform incidents to resolution, find the root cause, and turn what you learn into lasting reliability improvements
- Share your expertise through reviews, pairing and technical guidance, and help raise the bar on how we build and run infrastructure
What we're looking for
Must haves:
- Experience owning a platform or critical infrastructure area end to end, including its architecture decisions and trade-offs
- Extensive hands-on experience designing and operating production environments on AWS, including IAM, cost management, and security practices such as least privilege and secrets management
- Strong cloud networking skills: VPC design, DNS, routing, security groups, and debugging connectivity across cloud and on-prem environments
- Deep Terraform experience, including designing modules and managing infrastructure at scale
- Experience running Kubernetes in production, including deployments, Helm and troubleshooting
- A track record of resolving production incidents and driving lasting reliability improvements
- Experience designing CI/CD pipelines with tools such as GitHub Actions
Nice to haves:
- Hybrid cloud and on-prem experience
- Scripting or software engineering experience with Python, Bash or Go
- Observability practices, including logging, metrics, alerting and tools such as Grafana
- Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, RDS or MongoDB
- Experience in regulated, defence or security-sensitive environments
Application Process
- Talent Attraction Partner Screen Call
- Hiring Manager interview
- Technical interview
- Values & Fit interview
