ABOUT US
Ruby Labs is a leading tech company that creates and operates innovative consumer products. We offer a diverse range of opportunities across the health, education, and entertainment industries. Our innovative teams are driving the future of consumer-led products, and we're always looking for passionate individuals to join us. Learn more about our story at: https://rubylabs.com/about-us/
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a highly systematic Senior Creative Producer to own the ad creative engine for one of our core D2C subscription products in the consumer AI category. You will be fully responsible for the full concept-to-performance loop, generating the angles, driving production volume, running structured tests, performing competitor research, and turning creative-level data into the next round of winning concepts.
This is a high-impact role. Your ad creatives will be the primary performance lever: your work moves CTR, CVR, CPA, and ROAS directly, and you are accountable for those numbers alongside the User Acquisition team. The bar is high and so is the upside; performance here is directly and significantly rewarded.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creative Strategy & Concepting
- Own the creative angle strategy: Define which hooks, pains, and value propositions get tested next.
- Develop creative concepts: demo-led ads, UGC-style video, statics, and AI-generated formats.
- Translate product features and capabilities into concrete, scroll-stopping propositions for target audiences.
- Build and maintain a documented library of proven angles, hooks, and creative patterns.
PRODUCTION & TESTING VELOCITY
- Own the creative pipeline across ad networks (Google, YouTube, Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Applovin, etc) shipping new concepts every week.
- Structure systematic A/B testing frameworks, isolate variables, and analyze the results to bring solid conclusions.
- Produce clear creative briefs for designers to execute high-performing concepts aligned with the brand.
PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS & ITERATION
- Own creative-level metrics: hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CVR, CPA, and ROAS.
- Generate testable hypotheses from performance data and retire underperforming angles quickly.
- Identify winning patterns, codify why they work, and scale them into new concept batches.
- Deliver structured creative performance reviews with clear recommendations for the next cycle.
MARKET RESEARCH & COLLABORATION
- Run systematic competitor creative research across ad libraries and creative intelligence tools.
- Track emerging formats, platform policy shifts, and creative trends in the consumer AI category.
- Communicate daily with User Acquisition Managers, taking briefs on which angles need more volume.
QUALIFICATIONS
MUST-HAVE EXPERIENCE
- 4+ years producing performance ad creative for D2C or subscription consumer products
- Proven track record of high-volume output, shipping and live-testing multiple new concepts weekly.
- Deep working knowledge of the major ad network ecosystems (Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, etc).
- Demonstrated fluency with an AI production stack across image, video, voice, and scripting tools.
- Ability to read creative-level performance data independently and act on it without an analyst in the loop.
- Experience building structured creative testing frameworks, not ad-hoc one-off tests.
- Strong portfolio of ads with verifiable performance results. (Applications must include a CV and a portfolio of ad creative you personally produced).
LEADERSHIP ATTRIBUTES
- Systematic operator. You build repeatable creative processes, not one-time wins.
- Fully accountable for performance outcomes, not just delivery of assets.
- Fast and decisive under volume. Comfortable killing your own concepts when data says so.
- Treats User Acquisition as a working partner, not a downstream recipient of files.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
Notion is reimagining how customers adopt, expand, and realize value from software in an AI-native world. As an Outcomes Architect, you’ll be the build-beside partner who helps customers turn ambition into working systems inside Notion. You’ll own workflow adoption, value delivery, and renewal outcomes for a book of named accounts, with a focus on customers that are flat, at-risk, or need a stronger path to measurable impact.
You’ll partner closely with Solutions Consultants on account strategy, expansion qualification, and customer success planning, while directly shaping outcomes that strengthen customer partnerships and contribute to predictable revenue. - Design and deploy workflows that solve specific business problems as a build-beside partner to the customer, translating goals into durable systems in Notion

- Co-define, build, and manage against customer success plans that help every customer achieve their desired objectives and realize measurable value
- Learn Notion’s product and the broader AI ecosystem inside and out so you can be the best build-beside partner for customers navigating new ways of working
- Innovate and iterate on Outcomes Architect programs that retain and grow customers while mitigating churn or contraction risk
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Experience driving customer adoption, value realization, renewals, or expansion within a B2B software environment

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

About Eneba
At Eneba, we’re building an open, safe and sustainable marketplace for the gamers of today and tomorrow. Our marketplace supports close to 20m+ active users (and growing fast!), provides a level of trust, safety and market accessibility unparalleled to none. We’re proud of what we’ve accomplished in such a short time and look forward to sharing this journey with you. Join us as we continue to scale, diversify our portfolio, and grow with the evolving community of gamers.
ABOUT THE TEAM
The Risk & Fraud team exists to protect the thing that makes a marketplace work: trust. Every transaction we process depends on us drawing a clean line between genuine players and bad actors, without getting in the way of the good ones.
The work spans both ends of the problem: the day-to-day defense — alert review, chargeback management, and escalations from Customer Support — and the longer game of partnership strategy, fraud program design, KPI ownership, and staying ahead of how fraud evolves. We don't treat fraud as a cost centre — we treat it as a discipline.
ABOUT YOUR ROLE
As the Head of Risk & Fraud, you own the line between trust and loss for the entire business.
You're not refereeing from the stands. You set the fraud strategy across all our products, you lead the team, and you own the decisions that actually move the number — which partners we work with, which models we trust, where we draw the risk line, and what we tell Product when a new feature opens a door we'd rather keep shut. You're the person the stakeholders turn to when the question is "how exposed are we, and what are we doing about it?" and you answer with evidence, not vibes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Owner of the Number: You own the fraud P&L. Payout rate, chargeback rate, approval rate, false-positive rate — across the business, these are yours. You're the one who can explain every movement and who's accountable for the trend line.
- Leader of the Team: You won't just run the team; you'll build a strong second line of leadership beneath you and develop the people in it, so the function stays sharp whether or not you're in the room.
- The Strategy Setter: You own the fraud-reduction roadmap. You decide what we build versus buy, where we invest, and how the multi-product fraud program is designed — then you make sure it actually ships.
- The Partnership Principal: You own the commercial and strategic relationships with our fraud-prevention partners. RFPs, champion-challenger tests, SLAs, and the negotiations themselves sit with you.
- The Cross-functional Bridge: You're the operational partner to Product, Engineering, Finance, and Legal. When the business builds something new, you make sure fraud risk is designed in from the start — not patched in after the first loss.
- The Compliance Anchor: You own our risk-side regulatory and compliance obligations — PSP requirements, KYC, and law-enforcement requests — and make sure we're defensible as we scale across markets.
- The Final Word on Risk: You're the top escalation point for the hardest risk calls, and you represent Risk & Fraud in cross-functional and leadership forums with structure, data, and a clear point of view.
Requirements
-
- A Proven Track Record: You have solid experience in fraud, risk, or financial crime (think 4+ years in a fast-paced or high-growth environment) and have led a team before. What matters most is the scope you've owned — you've been accountable for fraud outcomes end to end, not just clearing queues.
- An Owner of Outcomes: You don't just talk about "reducing fraud" — you have the receipts. You can point to specific times you moved fraud rate, chargeback rate, or approval rate through structural change, and explain the trade-offs you made to get there.
- A Commercial Operator: You've owned partner selection and negotiation, managed budgets and SLAs, and know how to hold a partner accountable to the numbers they promised.
- A Data Native: You have a sixth sense for dashboards. You can look at a metric gap, diagnose the root cause, and make the call without waiting for an analyst to hand you the answer. Comfort in SQL / Databricks-type environments is a strong plus.
- A Builder of Teams: You find genuine satisfaction in developing leaders and building a function that thrives independently. You set clear expectations and you coach.
- Familiar with Our World: Ideally you've spent time in digital marketplaces, e-commerce, payments, or gaming, and you know the failure modes — promo abuse, reseller fraud, account takeover — and the pace of a high-volume digital business.
- Compliance-Fluent: You're comfortable operating against regulatory, PSP, and KYC obligations, and you know where the risk function's responsibility starts and stops.
- A Strong Communicator: Since we operate internationally, your written and spoken English needs to be sharp enough to set strategy, influence executives, and lead a diverse team.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic is scaling compute internationally — growing our footprint in new countries. We're hiring a Country Lead to be the single, accountable owner of our compute strategy in Canada: the person who leads a team of cross-functional experts driving site selection, leasing, energy, financing, government relations and policy, community engagement, construction, and operations. This person will be ultimately responsible for bringing gigawatts of compute online in Canada.
You won't build this alone. The specialist functions — leasing, energy, policy, construction, finance — are hired and managed centrally by functional leads based in San Francisco. Your job is to provide cross-functional leadership over that team in-country: coordinating and driving accountability across workstreams, while representing Anthropic externally with government and industry counterparts in Canada.
This is a high-ambiguity, high-trust role for someone who can bring structure to a fast-growing, cross-functional effort without needing formal authority to do it.
Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end strategy and coordination for Anthropic's compute build-out in Canada, from initial site selection through construction and operations. While each component will be run by subject matter experts, this role will act as the overall leader and coordinator of that team.
Serve as the primary point of accountability for cross-functional workstreams; leasing, financing, energy, government relations/policy, community engagement, construction, and operations.
Provide working leadership to the in-country cross-functional team, driving alignment and unblocking issues.
Represent Anthropic with government officials, utilities, energy providers, and other external stakeholders in Canada.
Build and maintain relationships within the Canadian government and the energy industry to support site, power, and policy outcomes.
Track progress and surface risks across parallel workstreams as the country's compute footprint scales from initial sites to multiple gigawatts.
Translate between Anthropic's global compute priorities and the specific regulatory, political, and market conditions in Canada.
Requirements
Canadian national with established links into government and the energy industry strongly preferred.
Structured thinker with a track record of learning new domains quickly and going deep fast.
Excellent communicator, comfortable representing Anthropic to senior government, utility, and industry stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams without direct line authority.
Hyper-organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to own multiple concurrent workstreams at once.
Comfortable with ambiguity; a problem solver who drives structure into undefined situations.
Background in energy, infrastructure, or a related sector.
Nice to have
Prior experience with large-scale infrastructure or datacenter development.
Existing relationships with Canadian federal or provincial government bodies relevant to energy, land use, or industrial development.
Experience managing or overseeing capital-intensive projects.
Familiarity with the compute, cloud, or datacenter industry.

Anthropic's infrastructure fleet spans a growing set of clouds, neoclouds, and on-prem sites. Every part of it is expanding rapidly. Capacity Engineering is the team that connects every stage of that growth, from capacity planning to supply management to capacity delivery to utilization. We partner on supply deals, wire telemetry from day zero, own the canonical capacity data layer, and build the planning and enforcement tools every research and product team relies on.
As an Infrastructure Capacity Planner on the Demand Planning team, you'll own the medium-range demand forecast for every resource class we consume: accelerators, CPU, storage, network, and managed services. Your forecast will support sourcing and purchasing, prioritization, efficiency targets, and workload optimization.
Key responsibilities
Build and own the medium-range multi-resource demand forecast: accelerators by chip/interconnect class, CPU by shape, storage by tier and access pattern, egress by path, managed services by SKU — driven by model roadmap, RL/inference growth, eval volume, and retention policy rather than trend lines.
Run the plan-vs-reality loop. Diff planned allocations against observed fleet occupancy weekly, surface unrecorded trades and stale allocations, and drive variance toward zero with our planning-tools and data teams.
Qualify each incoming capacity tranche against the forecast before signature: right shape, region, quarter, and supporting-resource envelope (storage, egress, CPU).
Partner with Finance and cost-efficiency teams to turn the forecast into core drivers covering the large majority (≥80%) of non-accelerator spend, and to aim savings work where waste will appear next.
What you bring
Have done capacity, demand, or supply planning for large-scale technical infrastructure (cloud, HPC, hyperscale, or a large internal platform) and can articulate the difference between a forecast, a plan, and an allocation.
Build the model yourself rather than specifying it for someone else: SQL against a warehouse, Python/pandas or a proper forecasting/optimization stack.
Understand data-center resource classes well to know why storage and egress don't forecast like GPUs, and why a contract's headline chip count is rarely the binding constraint.
Prefer simple, inspectable models to clever opaque ones, and instrument your own forecast error.
Preferred qualifications
Direct experience with cloud or neocloud providers on reserved-capacity onboarding, private offers, or capacity commitments.
Demand planning or forecasting experience for accelerator fleets, including translating research or product roadmaps into resource requirements.
Data center or colocation delivery experience: power and space planning, network turn-up, site acceptance criteria, and vendor management.
Experience with accelerator health and burn-in, collective-communications sanity testing, or fleet-health SLOs, and the ability to define healthy rigorously.
Experience building lifecycle or state-machine services, or systems of record for infrastructure assets.
Experience onboarding a new hardware generation into an existing scheduler and observability stack.
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.

About You
Xsolla is opening a Club in Limassol — a physical hub for the game development community, partners, and the local video-games ecosystem. We are looking for a Club Administrator to take ownership of the venue from the construction phase through to full daily operation.
This is a hands-on, high-autonomy role. In the first phase, you will supervise the build-out and ensure the space is delivered exactly to our design intent. Once the Club opens, you become the person who keeps it running — operations, suppliers, events, compliance, and the day-to-day relationships with the landlord, building management company and local authorities.
If you are organised, comfortable holding contractors and vendors to a standard, and enjoy being the go-to person for a physical space that people care about, this role will suit you.
About Us
Xsolla is a global commerce company with robust tools and services to help developers solve the inherent challenges of the video game industry. This is a
newly created position

Solicit, review and level subcontractor and vendor quotes
Analyze scopes of work, identify exclusions and qualifications, and flag scope gaps before they become change orders
Raise RFIs and process addendums during the bid period
Assemble and submit complete, competitive bid packages within deadline
Build and maintain the company's cost databases, estimating templates and standardized workflows
Conduct post-bid reviews to improve accuracy and margin over time
Your secondary role: project management support
Once you're established in the estimating seat, you'll take on a growing share of this.
Prepare and track submittals
Assemble closeout documentation
Plan management and document control
Support change order pricing and scope adjustments
Requirements
Mechanical Engineering degree

— you have personally priced commercial HVAC scope: ductwork, sheet metal, equipment, piping, and the associated labor
