similar AI productivity tools is highly desirable. We encourage continuous learning and experimentation with AI
to improve efficiency and quality of work.
Experience Required
0–2 years of experience in marketing, internships, or related projects.
No formal degree required. Relevant experience, personal projects, certifications, or a strong portfolio are
equally valued.
Experience using Canva or similar design tools is preferred.
Work Samples
Please include 2–3 examples of work you're proud of. This could include social media posts, presentations,
personal projects, university work, marketing campaigns, or content you've created. Professional experience is
not required — we're interested in your potential, creativity, and attention to detail.

with people, and helping teams stay organized. You're excited to build your marketing career, comfortable using

WHY WORK AT HIGGSFIELD AI?
Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $1B in annual revenue run rate, 25M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands. We're building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn't just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like.
WHAT THIS ROLE MEANS AT HIGGSFIELD
This role owns how Higgsfield measures its product - from the first sign-up to whether people come back.
You are the measurement owner for onboarding, first generation, the paywall, plans and credits, and retention. Product managers ship fast here - your job is to make sure they ship knowing.
You make sure:
- Every product decision has a number attached to it before it ships and after it ships
- Experiments are designed to be readable, and then read honestly - including when the answer is “this didn’t work”
- The events the product emits can be trusted; you own the definition, not just the query
- A PM gets an answer in hours, not next sprint
You are the person who decides what “it worked” means.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Product measurement
- Own the core product metrics: activation, first-generation success, generation depth, free→paid conversion, repeat usage, retention by cohort and segment.
- Define each metric once, write the definition down, and hold the line on it - one definition across dashboards, decks, and Slack.
- Instrument new features before launch, with product and engineering: which events, which properties, what success looks like, when we call it.
- Watch the health of the event stream itself - tracking drift, double counting, missing parameters, naming breakage and find the problem before a decision gets made on top of it.
Experimentation
- Design A/B tests properly: hypothesis, one primary metric, unit of randomization, MDE, sample size, run length, guardrail metrics.
- Read them honestly: significance, peeking, novelty effects, sample-ratio mismatch, segment heterogeneity.
- Separate “we proved this works,” “we proved this doesn’t,” and “we can’t tell from this test” - and say which one out loud.
Product & monetization analysis
- In-product funnel work: onboarding and quiz, first generation, paywall, checkout, plan choice, credit top-ups.
- Pricing and packaging analysis: plan mix, credit consumption, unit economics per generation, margin by feature and by model.
- Feature adoption and its real effect on retention and revenue — separating “users who do X retain better” from “making people do X improves retention.”
- Behavioural segmentation: casual creators vs corporate/B2B, new vs returning, by model and by use case. Mixing them hides everything that matters.
Making it usable
- Build the few dashboards PMs actually open on their own — decision-shaped, not comprehensive.
- Write short readouts a non-analyst can act on. Visualize data for humans, not for other analysts.
- Automate recurring reporting so your hours go to new questions, not refreshes.
- Work in SQL, Python, BigQuery and product analytics tools. We use AI heavily - resourcefulness beats syntax.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for an analyst with opinions.
You should have:
- Strong SQL: window functions, cohorts, funnels and retention on raw event data, without help.
- Python at working level for analysis (pandas, notebooks). Entry level is fine - we use AI heavily.
- Real experimentation experience: you have designed tests, run them, and killed features with the results.
- Statistical honesty: you know what a p-value does and does not entitle you to say, and you have refused to call a flat test a win.
- Understanding of subscription + one-time purchase mechanics: recurring vs one-off revenue, refunds, plan changes, deferred value of unspent credits.
- The instinct to check the instrument before explaining the movement - a surprising number is a claim, not a fact.
- Ownership: you decide what's worth analyzing, you chase the fix, you follow the recommendation to a shipped change.
- Clear written and spoken English, B2+.
Backgrounds that often do well:
- Product analysts from consumer subscription or PLG products
- Growth/BI analysts who moved into product and stayed
- Early-startup analysts who built product measurement from zero
- Data scientists who got tired of models and want decisions
WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT
This role is not a fit if you:
- Wait for a ticket to tell you what to analyze
- Want to build models more than you want to change decisions
- Need a data engineering team and clean tables to exist before you can start
- Would report a lift you don't believe in because a stakeholder wants it
- Need perfect data before you can say anything useful
- Want predictable 9–5 workdays
HIRING PROCESS
- Screening call (30 min)
- Hiring-manager screen (30 min)
- Business case (1 hour)
- Take-home with real-shaped data (7 days, ~10–12 hours of work)
- Team interview (60 min)
- Paid on-site trial (1 month)
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive base salary in USD, based on your experience, skills, and the scope of the role.
- Equity participation through the company’s stock option program, giving you the opportunity to share in Higgsfield’s long-term growth.
- Relocation support to Almaty for candidates moving from another city or country.
- A highly collaborative, fast-paced environment where you can work directly with experienced leaders and have a meaningful impact on the product and company.
- Opportunities for professional growth, ownership, and career development as the company scales.
- Company-provided equipment, meals, transportation, or other office benefits.

Right now we treat 25M+ people as one user. The same paywall, the same discount, the same lifecycle email, the same retention effort. And we mostly conclude that a campaign worked by looking at what the people we sent it to did next — which is not the same thing.
This role makes the company act per user, and know what that action was worth.
You own both halves of that: the models that decide who we aim at, and the causal reads that say whether it landed. Who is about to leave. Who will come back on their own without us spending anything. Whose decision a discount actually changes. And what a payer is worth over their life, once the discount, the refunds and the compute they consume are all inside the number.
You make sure:
- Discounts and credit vouchers go to the people whose behaviour they change, and nowhere else
- We know who is about to churn early enough to do something about it — and we know whether the something worked
- Lifetime value is a number we can defend by cohort, by plan and by the discount a cohort was acquired on, not one blended average that hides all three
- Every model and every campaign has a holdout behind it, so we can always state what it is worth in money
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Churn, retention & lifecycle propensity
- Build churn and downgrade prediction for subscribers, and repeat-purchase propensity for one-time credit-pack buyers — two different machines, not one model with a flag on it.
- Know the difference between a model that predicts churn and a model that reduces it. AUC earned by detecting users who already stopped using the product is worth nothing.
- Hunt leakage relentlessly. Cancellation-adjacent features will hand you a beautiful offline number and a useless system.
- Pair every score with an intervention and a holdout. The deliverable is a retained user, not a ranked list.
Uplift modelling & offer targeting
- Own incrementality on everything we aim at a user: discounts, credit vouchers, trials, upgrade prompts, win-back campaigns, retention saves.
- Model uplift, not propensity.Targeting the users most likely to convert spends margin on people who were going to convert anyway; the entire value of this work is finding the users whose decision the offer changes.
- Design the randomized holdouts that make uplift trainable and measurable in the first place, and keep them running permanently — including the ones marketing will ask you to switch off.
- Respect the guardrails. An offer model optimizing conversion alone will happily find the accounts that convert at negative gross margin, and it will find the abuse rings first. Margin and abuse signals are constraints on the objective, not a later cleanup.
- Work with Legal on what may be personalized. Personalized pricing and discounting touches consumer-protection and consent rules in several of our markets — you should want that conversation, not route around it.
Lifetime value & payer economics
- Own LTV: cohort-based, censored honestly, stated on contribution margin rather than gross revenue, and split by plan, segment and acquisition discount.
- Model the parts that actually move it — refunds and chargebacks, credit breakage and expiry, plan migration and downgrades, and the compute an unlimited plan consumes.
- Make it a decision input, not a slide: what we can pay for a user, which discount depth pays back, which plan we should stop selling.
- Keep it current and versioned. A stale LTV curve is worse than no curve, because people act on it.
Experimentation & causal measurement
- Design and read the experiments behind pricing, packaging, offers and lifecycle — with the product analytics team, not in parallel to it.
- Reach for the right tool when a clean experiment is impossible: difference-in-differences, matching, switchback and geo tests, synthetic control — and name the assumption each one is buying.
- Separate "users who do X retain better" from "making users do X improves retention." Every time, out loud.
- Kill your own results. A finding that doesn't survive a second look should die at your hands, not in a board deck.
How we ship
- Own the work end to end: framing the decision, features, training, evaluation, the scored audience landing in the tool that sends the offer, monitoring, retraining.
- Models ship as batch scores and policy rules into lifecycle tooling, the paywall and pricing — plus the readout that says what they earned. There is no real-time serving stack to babysit.
- Monitor for drift. New model launches, price changes, discount campaigns and seasonality all move the ground under a deployed score.
- Write down what each model is worth, in money, and keep that number current.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience shipping models that changed what the business did to real users— a targeted campaign, a pricing rule, a retention programme. Notebooks and offline benchmarks are not this.
- Depth in at least two of: churn and propensity modelling, uplift & causal ML, LTV and subscription economics, experimentation at scale.
- Genuine causal literacy: randomized holdouts, incrementality, Qini and uplift curves, selection effects, and why a lift measured before-and-after is usually not a lift.
- Strong SQL and Python: cohorts, funnels and retention on raw event data without help; gradient boosting; and the boring parts — feature pipelines, retraining cadence, a scoring job that runs on a schedule and doesn't rot.
- Understanding of subscription plus one-time purchase mechanics: recurring vs one-off revenue, refunds, plan changes, the deferred value of unspent credits, and why revenue and margin disagree about the same customer.
- Commercial judgment: you name the decision and the metric before you pick the model, and you know when the answer is a rule rather than a model.
- Pragmatism. A segment rule shipped this month that lifts retention beats a two-quarter uplift platform. Then you replace the rule.
- Clear written and spoken English, B2+.
Backgrounds that often do well:
- Growth, retention or monetization data scientists from subscription, gaming, fintech or e-commerce — anywhere offers and churn are modelled with real money attached
- CRM and lifecycle data scientists who owned campaign targetingandits incrementality
- Causal inference and uplift specialists who ship policies rather than papers
- Strong product analysts who moved into modelling and kept the decision instinct
WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT
This role is not a fit if you:
- Want to train or fine-tune generative video models — that's what our R&D ML Engineer roles do, and they're open
- Want to own a recommender or a serving stack — ranking is not in this role's scope today
- Would target an offer at the users most likely to buy and call it personalization
- Report a lift from a before-and-after comparison, or from comparing the users you targeted to everyone you didn't
- Optimize AUC and hand the score to someone else to work out what to do with it
- Need clean labelled data, a feature store and an experimentation platform to exist before you can start
- Want predictable 9–5 workdays
HIRING PROCESS
We move fast:
- Screening call (30 min)
- Technical interview & case study (1 hour)
- Practical home task (7 days)

WHY WORK AT HIGGSFIELD AI?
Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $1B in annual revenue run rate, 30M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands.
We're building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn't just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like.
WHAT ORGANIC GROWTH MEANS AT HIGGSFIELD
Organic growth here is the set of channels that convert without media spend: search, AI assistants, and the content ecosystem they pull from. The channel has already brought in $2M in under a month, and conversion keeps climbing.
So this isn't an experiment in the dark. It's a proven channel that nobody has figured out how to scale yet, because the rules are still being written.
Millions of people now ask ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity which tool to use instead of typing it into Google. What those answers say about Higgsfield decides who discovers us and whether they choose us.
An Organic Growth Manager here is a high-agency operator who:
- treats SEO, AEO and GEO as one channel, not three disciplines;
- turns observations into hypotheses, tests them, and scales what moves the number;
- builds systems and automations instead of doing the same research by hand every week;
- moves work through adjacent teams, not just through their own hands;
- owns the line from visibility to sign-ups, not just rankings.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
Visibility across search and AI assistants
- Understand how Higgsfield and competitors appear across Google and across LLMs — and why;
- Map how people actually ask for products in our category, and identify the queries worth winning;
- Find the gaps and the weak spots, including results that currently work against us.
The source ecosystem
- Understand which sites, communities, creators and formats different engines trust and retrieve;
- Shape what information exists about Higgsfield online and how our category gets described;
- Work with content, product and external partners to turn that into things that actually get published.
Measurement and experimentation
- Connect visibility, citations, traffic, sign-ups and revenue — the channel is judged on conversion, not vanity metrics;
- Build lightweight systems (Sheets, APIs, scripts, automation tools) to cut manual work;
- Continuously test new sources, formats and tools as the engines evolve.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We don't require experience in AEO or GEO — almost nobody has it. We care about how you solve unfamiliar problems, and about what you've already delivered somewhere else.
Must-have
- A measurable result you can walk us through. Which metric you moved, by how much, and what part of it was yours;
- You turn data into decisions — and can explain why that decision and not another
- Technically curious: you figure out new tools, systems and data on your own;
- Has built or automated something before, rather than doing the same thing by hand every week;
- Can move work through adjacent teams and external sites, strong cross-functional and partner skills
- Fluent English, and comfortable working with content when needed;
- High ownership: you don't wait for a task list, you understand the goal and figure out how to get there;
Good to have
- Experience in SEO, growth, analytics, content, engineering or automation;
- Familiarity with LLM retrieval, RAG, or technical SEO;
- Your own project, product or business — anything you built without a brief;
- Strong understanding of the GenAI ecosystem.
WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT
- It's not a channel with an existing playbook to execute;
- It's not a role where someone hands you a task list;
- It's not a fit if you prefer strategy over execution, or want predictable 9-to-5 workdays.
THE DEAL
- Competitive salary in USD, reviewed as you grow;
- On-site role in Almaty, Kazakhstan;
- Access to Higgsfield products and the AI tools we use internally;
- Breakfast, lunch and good coffee on us;

In 365 days we shipped 305 releases — roughly five years of work at most companies. New models, features and workflows land every week, and each one has to be explained to millions of users in a way that makes them understand it, want to try it, and remember it.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
- Writing about releases, features and updates for our blog, guides and newsletters;
- Translating product context into language users actually understand;
- Working cross-functionally — inside CX, and with the product and marketing teams;
- Shaping how Higgsfield sounds: the words we use about ourselves, how we're read, how we're remembered.
YOUR MUST HAVES
- English C1+ — the language you think in, not the one you translate into;
- Real craft with text in English and Russian: you write from scratch, edit for different audiences, and feel rhythm. You can write simply and you can write densely. You understand structure and know how words move people;
- A nitpicker, in the best sense: you see a weak sentence and can't leave it. You notice where a paragraph sags, where an analogy doesn't hold, where cutting three words makes it stronger;
- A-player mindset: ownership, speed, taste, and genuine interest in AI;
- Comfort with the pace — releases ship weekly and the writing has to keep up.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience writing for a tech, SaaS or AI product;
- Background in product documentation, developer content or technical writing;
- Familiarity with the GenAI landscape and the tools creators actually use;
- Experience working alongside product teams rather than downstream from them.
THE DEAL
- Competitive salary in USD, reviewed as you grow;
- On-site role in our Almaty office;
- Access to Higgsfield products and the AI tools we use internally;
- Breakfast, lunch and good coffee on us;
- Full-time position with high ownership and growth potential.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.

Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About us
Aave Labs began with a simple question: how do we make financial services like borrowing, saving, and earning more accessible globally?
We built the Aave Protocol, now the world’s largest and most trusted onchain lending market, connecting decentralized finance with individuals, traditional finance, and fintech.
Today, we build trusted, high-quality products that expand access to lending, credit, and savings globally
Our culture
We build trusted products that help people access and discover economic opportunities.
We hold a high bar for quality and craftsmanship. No detail is too small. Trust depends on it.
We’re a global team building products people can actually use, turning complex technology into something simple and reliable.
We stay aligned, move quickly, and think long term, while keeping teams lean and focused on impact.
About the Role
We're hiring a Staff Backend Engineer to build the backend infrastructure behind Aave App, a consumer savings app that makes onchain financial products simple, secure, and intuitive, and the vault products that power it.
The role focuses on the systems between blockchain protocols and the consumer experiences built around them. This includes account and wallet services, transaction orchestration, vault management, monitoring and rebalancing, partner vault integrations, high-reliability blockchain indexing, balances and yield data, funding and withdrawal flows, notifications, and performant, well-documented APIs for mobile and web clients.
You'll own a broad technical area with high ownership and turn ambiguous product goals into reliable production systems. Correctness, security, and operability are critical: the services you build will support customer transactions, sensitive account flows, user funds, and financial data across both onchain and offchain infrastructure.
You'll also work closely with Quant Engineers, who own the financial models, assumptions, and calibration behind vault allocation and rebalancing, and with smart contract engineers, who own onchain integration and enforcement. Backend owns the production systems, data pipelines, and services that run those models.
How you can make an impact:
Design, build, and operate backend services for Aave App across onboarding, funding, savings, vaults, withdrawals, portfolio data, and customer communications
Build vault management, monitoring, and rebalancing systems, including partner vault integrations, and work with Quant Engineers to turn reviewed allocation models into reliable production services
Build transaction-orchestration and high-throughput indexing services that safely prepare, submit, monitor, and reconcile onchain activity across its full lifecycle
Integrate with smart contracts, RPC providers, account infrastructure, payment partners, and other external services, designing for degraded dependencies and partial failure
Lead technical reviews for high-value systems and improve testing, observability, alerting, incident response, and deployment practices across the backend codebase
Work closely with mobile, web, product, design, protocol, smart contract, quant, security, data, and operations teams to deliver coherent consumer experiences
Raise the engineering standard through hands-on delivery, pragmatic architecture, clear documentation, and review that helps other engineers grow
Let's connect if you have:
6+ years of backend engineering experience, including ownership of complex production systems
Strong backend programming skills. Production experience with Rust is highly desirable, but we'll also consider strong systems experience in Go, C++, Zig, or Java
Experience building distributed, event-driven, or data-intensive systems with clear reliability and performance requirements
Strong knowledge of API/GraphQL design, PostgreSQL or another relational database, caching, queues, and observability
Experience with blockchain systems or other financial infrastructure involving real capital, particularly transaction signing, private-key or key-management flows, wallet infrastructure, and onchain transaction lifecycles, is highly desirable
Strong judgement around threat modelling, sensitive data, permissions, and the operational risks of systems handling financial value
Nice to haves:
Experience reading smart contracts and integrating with EVM-compatible networks, smart accounts, account abstraction, bridges, vaults, or DeFi protocols
Experience designing constraint, optimization, solver, or allocation systems
Experience building consumer fintech, savings, wallet, exchange, or payments products at meaningful scale
Experience with cross-chain indexing, large-scale data ingestion, Kafka, ClickHouse, or similar infrastructure
Haven’t quite met all the criteria? Let’s not miss out on the chance to speak. Whilst you might not meet every single requirement, you might bring other, more exciting skills to the companies!
Equal opportunities statement:
Aave Labs celebrates diversity and views each and every team member as a separate individual with their own unique identity. No matter your race, religion, gender, ethnicity, age, disability, sexual orientation or even the wallet you use, we welcome you at Aave Labs. As an equal opportunities employer, we take accountability and believe in everyone's potential to build, create and inspire changes. With a mission to build a diverse workforce, we are proud to foster a working environment in which everyone can feel safe and valued for who they are.

Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re hiring a Finance Operations Analyst to join our Finance team in London. You will run and improve the core operational processes that keep finance moving across our global entities, from supplier onboarding and invoice processing through to payment runs, expenses and reconciliations, and you’ll help us build an automated, well-controlled procure-to-pay process as we scale into manufacturing volumes.
Accounts payable is the core of the role today, but this is deliberately a broad finance operations position rather than a purely transactional one. As the finance function grows, there will be opportunities to take ownership of additional accounting processes, including accounts receivable, reconciliations, month-end close and other areas of the finance function. You’ll help design the processes, not just run them.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Finance Operations
- Process supplier invoices end to end across multiple entities and currencies, including coding, approvals and matching to purchase orders.
- Prepare and execute weekly multi-currency payment runs with clean approvals and a full audit trail.
- Own supplier onboarding and vendor master data, including bank detail verification and compliance checks.
- Administer employee expenses and corporate cards on our spend platform, driving policy adoption and timely receipts.
- Manage supplier statements and queries, and act as the go-to contact for suppliers and internal teams.
Accounting and Close
- Deliver AP cutoff, accruals, aged creditors analysis and supplier statement reconciliations to the monthly close calendar.
- Support bank reconciliations and other month-end close tasks, taking on more ownership as the function develops.
- Work alongside the Senior Group Accountant to ensure operational data feeds cleanly into the group close.
Analysis and Insight
- Produce supplier spend and payment analysis, and AP ageing and working capital reporting to support cash management.
- Identify opportunities to improve payment terms, purchasing controls and process efficiency, and support ad hoc finance reporting and analysis.
Systems and Process
- Use our spend and AP tooling, including its AI features, to drive touchless invoice processing.
- Support the rollout of PO-based purchasing and three-way match as procurement volumes grow.
- Support integrations between our spend tooling and ERP, and document processes and controls clearly as we build them.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 2 to 4 years’ experience in finance operations, accounting or accounts payable, ideally within a fast-growing or multi-entity environment.
- Experience with modern spend and AP platforms (for example Ramp, Payhawk or Tipalti) and ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, Xero or similar).
- Strong controls instincts, including accuracy, segregation of duties and a clean audit trail.
- Comfortable with data and analysis, using spreadsheets and finance systems to spot trends, errors and opportunities.
- Highly organised and process-driven, with the initiative to improve and document as you go.
- Comfortable with high volume and ambiguity in a fast-scaling startup environment.
- Ambition to grow beyond finance operations into broader accounting and finance responsibility.
- An accounting qualification, or being on the journey towards one, is a plus and can be supported.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive equity: stock options with meaningful upside as we scale.
- 30+ paid days off, including 23 days of annual leave, all UK bank holidays, and additional company closure days (including Christmas to New Year shutdown).
- Private healthcare, including virtual and in-person care.
- Free daily breakfast, catered lunch, and snacks in-office.
- Work at the frontier: collaborate daily with world-class engineers, researchers, and product experts building the next generation of AI and humanoid robotics.
- Real ownership: direct access to leadership, meaningful input, and the ability to drive key initiatives from day one.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re hiring a Senior Group Accountant to join our Finance team in London. Reporting to the Global Financial Controller, you will be responsible for monthly and statutory reporting and group consolidation across our global entities, and will help build the reporting, close and audit processes that carry Humanoid from high-growth startup to public-company standards. This is a hands-on role for a technically strong, audit-trained accountant who wants their work to become the foundation of a global finance function.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Reporting, Close and Consolidation
- Run the month-end and year-end close to the group close calendar, including journals, accruals, prepayments, fixed assets and payroll postings, and own full balance sheet reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly management reporting and support the wider reporting pack for internal and external stakeholders, including leadership, investors, lenders and auditors.

- Lead the accounting for inventory and manufacturing costs as we move from R&D and prototypes into production, including standard costing, cost of sales and stock provisioning.
- Support the transition of group reporting from FRS 102 to IFRS.
Statutory Reporting and Audit
- Prepare UK statutory financial statements and support local filings across our other jurisdictions alongside external advisors.
- Own the external audit process end to end, including PBC lists, auditor relationships and technical position papers.
Controls, Systems and Process
- Build and document internal controls as the group scales, ensuring we stay compliant and are ready for the reporting standards expected of a public company.
- Document processes and controls as you build them, and play a central role in our ERP build-out and finance systems integrations.
- Use AI and modern workflow tooling to accelerate the close, automate reconciliation and reporting, and find efficiencies across the function.
- Collaborate end to end across the finance team and the wider business, including tax, FP&A, finance operations, supply chain and people teams, picking up work that falls outside the standard remit as an early-stage company.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- ACA or ACCA qualified (CIMA considered), ideally audit-firm trained, with 4+ years’ relevant post-qualified or equivalent accounting experience across multi-entity, multi-currency groups, ideally including US entities.
- Strong technical knowledge of FRS 102 and IFRS, with experience preparing statutory accounts, drafting technical papers and managing external audits end to end.
- Hands-on close and consolidation experience, comfortable owning journals, reconciliations, intercompany and eliminations rather than only reviewing them.
- Experience with inventory and cost accounting, standard costing or cost centre reporting in a manufacturing, physical goods or high-volume environment.
- A builder’s mindset, with experience in a high-growth environment where process, controls and documentation still need to be created.
- Comfortable in a modern finance stack, using AI and automation to speed up close and reporting; ERP implementation experience (SAP, NetSuite or similar) is a plus.
- Experience in a venture-backed startup or scale-up, ideally hardware, robotics or deep tech, is a plus.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive equity: stock options with meaningful upside as we scale.

About Nebius:
Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.
Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.
Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.
About the role
You own the company's identity provider: who signs in, from where, with which factors, into which applications — and how that access is granted, reviewed, and revoked.
Microsoft Entra ID is the primary identity plane and the center of gravity for the role. Google Workspace, Cloud Identity, and Google Cloud IAM form a secondary domain. Microsoft 365 is in scope for tenant, licensing, and access administration.
You are the escalation point for identity incidents from operations, security, service desk, and application teams — expected to resolve them, not route them onward.
What you'll own
Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365
– Users, dynamic and assigned groups, administrative units, directory roles, service principals, workload identities.
– Conditional Access design and rollout: named locations, client app and platform conditions, session controls, sign-in frequency, break-glass exclusions, report-only staging.
– Authentication methods policy and phishing-resistant factors.
– Application onboarding over SAML 2.0 (NameID, claims mapping, signing certificate rollover, encrypted assertions) and OIDC / OAuth 2.0 (authorization code with PKCE, client credentials, device code).
– App registrations: redirect URIs, permissions, admin consent workflow, secret and certificate lifecycle.
– SCIM 2.0 provisioning: attribute mappings, scoping filters, expression transformations, quarantined jobs, drift reconciliation.
– Tenant consent settings, OAuth grant review, remediation of over-permissioned and stale applications; defensible controls for SaaS without SSO or SCIM support.
– Joiner-mover-leaver as an automated pipeline: provisioning, group-based licensing, revocation with session and refresh token invalidation.
– Least privilege for admin access: scoped role assignments, RBAC, PIM, access reviews, entitlement management access packages.
– Service account and workload identity governance: ownership, credential rotation, permission scoping, decommissioning.
– Microsoft 365 tenant settings, licensing, admin roles; access and permission issues in Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Power Platform.
– Diagnostics from sign-in, audit, and provisioning logs, with diagnostic settings routed to Log Analytics and KQL queries.
– Cross-tenant access settings and B2B external collaboration.
Automation
– PowerShell tooling on the Microsoft Graph PowerShell SDK and Graph REST API: lifecycle, licensing, access reporting, recertification.
– Google-side automation through the Admin SDK Directory API, Cloud Identity API, and gcloud.
– Scheduled and event-driven workflows in Azure Automation Runbooks, Azure Logic Apps, or Power Automate.
– Unattended execution on managed identities and narrowly scoped app registrations, with credential rotation, structured logging, error handling, and retries.
– Automation treated as production code: version control, peer review, documented rollback.
What you'll bring
We care about what you can do, not which products appear on your CV. Concretely, you can:
– Decode a SAML assertion or JWT and pinpoint the failure — audience mismatch, NameID format, expired signing certificate, missing claim — without escalating to the vendor.
– Diagnose a failing SCIM job and tell scoping from attribute mapping, transformation expressions, or target schema.
– Replace a manual lifecycle process with automation that logs, retries, and can be handed to someone else to run.
Experience we expect
– 3+ years administering Microsoft Entra ID in production as a primary responsibility.
– Microsoft 365 tenant: settings, licensing, admin roles, Service Health
– Exchange Online: mailbox permissions, groups, mail flow, SPF/DKIM/DMARC
– Microsoft Defender: threat policies, quarantine, message trace
– Power Platform: environments, DLP connector policies, maker access
– PowerShell: Exchange Online module, Microsoft Graph SDK
– Enterprise applications, app registrations, consent and permission models, automated provisioning.
– Azure Automation Runbooks, Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, or comparable platforms.
– Least privilege, secure administration, change management, and the discipline to leave configurations documented.
– Written and spoken English at B2 or higher.
Nice to haves
– SC-300, MS-102, or SC-401 — or equivalent demonstrable expertise.
– Microsoft Entra ID Governance: entitlement management, lifecycle workflows, Privileged Identity Management.
– Microsoft Purview (DLP, retention, eDiscovery), Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps, or Microsoft Sentinel.
– Google Cloud IAM: projects, roles and policies, service accounts, API access, OAuth credentials.
– Google Cloud workload identity federation, custom roles, organization policy constraints.
– Git, CI/CD practices, Pester, Bicep, or Terraform.
– Access evidence for SOC 2, ISO 27001, or comparable audit cycles.
