ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Technical Product Marketing Manager who can pick up any Baseten product and explain it clearly to the people who buy it. Baseten sells dedicated inference, Model APIs, training and post-training, and the enterprise platform that ties them together. The work behind each one is the same: understand how the product works, know where it stands against the alternatives, and write about it well enough that an ML engineer trusts it and a buyer acts on it.
We’re hiring for this role across multiple product lines. You’ll work on whichever launch, narrative, or competitive gap matters most at the time, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and the rest of product marketing. It’s a good fit for someone who ramps on technical products quickly and wants to be the person who figures out the story.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Positioning & Technical Narrative
- Own positioning and messaging for Baseten products across inference, Model APIs, training and post-training, and the core platform, written for ML engineers, platform teams, and executive buyers.
- Work closely with Product and Engineering to understand architecture, tradeoffs, and roadmap, and make sure every technical claim is accurate and backed by how the product actually behaves.
- Keep product-level messaging consistent with Baseten’s platform narrative so each product story supports the others.
- Write messaging that is technically credible without getting lost in implementation detail.
Launches & Go-to-Market
- Build and run launch plans for new products and major capabilities, from internal enablement through external announcement.
- Decide what deserves a full launch and what should ship through docs, sales enablement, or targeted customer outreach.
- Create launch assets including messaging briefs, landing pages, technical blog posts, demo storylines, sales decks, one-pagers, and FAQs.
- Partner with Demand Gen, Sales, Solutions, and Customer Marketing to turn product capabilities into campaigns and deal support.
Competitive & Market Insight
- Track the competitive landscape across inference providers, model API companies, hyperscalers, and internal DIY platforms, including pricing, packaging, launches, and messaging.
- Turn that analysis into a clear point of view on where Baseten wins and loses, and use it to sharpen positioning.
- Talk to customers and sellers to understand buying criteria, objections, and deal blockers, and bring what you learn back to Product and Marketing as concrete recommendations.
Sales Enablement
- Build battlecards, competitive talk tracks, objection-handling guides, and product training that sellers actually use.
- Work with Sales and Solutions to find enablement gaps and close them.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 4+ years in product marketing, technical marketing, or developer marketing, with at least 2 of those years marketing to developers or technical buyers at an infrastructure, developer tools, cloud, data, or AI company.
- Strong writing. You can take a dense technical topic and make it clear without oversimplifying it, and you have samples to show.
- Technical fluency. You’re comfortable reading docs, asking engineers specific questions, and getting up to speed on concepts like inference, autoscaling, fine-tuning, and open- vs. closed-weight models.
- Hands-on competitive analysis experience: you’ve compared products in depth, formed a view, and used it to change positioning, messaging, or how a deal was sold.
- A track record of learning unfamiliar products and markets quickly and moving between them.
- Experience launching technical products or capabilities, including deciding what to launch and how.
- Comfortable owning both strategy and execution: landing pages, decks, one-pagers, and written content, not just frameworks.
- Experience at a fast-moving startup, working with multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with AI/ML infrastructure, inference, model serving, or model training and post-training.
- Experience marketing to ML engineers, platform engineers, infrastructure leaders, or technical executives.
- Experience building competitive positioning against cloud providers, inference providers, model API companies, or internal platforms.
- Time in an adjacent role such as solutions engineering, product management, developer relations, technical writing, or industry or equity research covering AI or infrastructure.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status.
We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable law (by example, the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, where applicable).

DIRECTOR, GROUP ACCOUNTING & REPORTING
Role highlights:
- Director, Group Accounting & Reporting
- Location: Espoo, Finland
- Department: Corporate Controlling & Accounting
- Reports to: VP, Global Corporate Controller
- Employment type: Permanent
- Workplace model: Hybrid
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
Why this role matters:
ICEYE is growing fast: new entities, new contracts, new currencies and new people every quarter. The way we close, consolidate and report is being designed now, and this role decides how it will work for the next stage of the company.
You will lead Group Accounting & Reporting and report to the VP, Global Corporate Controller. If you want to build a group reporting function and not only run one, and you have the experience to handle a complex group structure, this is the role for you.
About ICEYE
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world’s largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system.
ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.
Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific.
What you’ll build and lead
- A group close that is fast, repeatable and calm, monthly, quarterly and annually, and that scales with the company.
- Group consolidation, intercompany accounting and eliminations across a growing structure of entities and currencies.
- Group financial statements under IFRS, and the reporting that the CFO, Executive Team, Board and investors rely on.
- Statutory reporting across our global entity footprint, reconciled to group figures.
- The processes, standards and documentation that do not exist yet, built in the right order.
- Our GL team and our outsourced accounting partner, with clear standards and clear ownership.
- A team where people learn, grow and speak up: you coach, delegate and set the example.
- The main relationship with our external auditors on group matters.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Must haves:
- Deep experience with complex group structures: consolidation across many legal entities, currencies and jurisdictions, with intercompany flows and a structure that changes through new entities, acquisitions or restructurings.
- A track record of owning a group close and IFRS reporting end to end [and US GAAP, if needed], and of building or substantially improving it, not only running something mature.
- Comfort starting from a blank page: you can see what is missing, decide what to do first and bring people along.
- Leadership that coaches: you build trust, give clear direction and develop people. Coaching matters as much as technical depth.
- Clear, confident communication with senior stakeholders, including the CFO, Board and investors.
Nice to haves:
- Experience in a scale-up or high-growth company.
- Experience in complex, contract-driven industries, for example revenue recognised over time.
- Experience with ERP and consolidation tools, and with close automation.

2. Hiring manager interview
3. Peer interview

About the Role
Neolytix is looking for an organized and proactive Associate to join our Learning & Development team at our Gurgaon (Udyog Vihar) office. This role owns the complete onboarding and induction experience for new joiners, drives internal policy communication, and supports employee engagement and development initiatives.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with excellent written and spoken English, highly organized, and comfortable working UK-shift hours from the office. You’ll be the face new joiners meet first — so how well people settle in, and how clearly policy and communication land across the company, is yours to own.
Key Responsibilities
Onboarding & Induction
Plan, coordinate, and conduct end-to-end onboarding for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming joining experience.
Design and deliver induction programs covering company culture, policies, tools, and role expectations.
Coordinate with department heads/managers to align onboarding and induction content with teamspecific requirements.
Act as the point of contact for new employees during their initial weeks — addressing queries and ensuring a smooth settling-in.
Policy & Internal Communications
Draft, update, and roll out HR policies — clear, compliant, and easily accessible to all employees.
Prepare and share timely announcements and internal communications (policy updates, events, org changes).
Maintain accurate documentation and records related to onboarding, induction, and policy acknowledgments.
Training Needs & L&D Support
Support the L&D team in organizing training sessions, workshops, and employee-development programs.

Strong presentation and interpersonal skills; able to engage confidently with employees at all levels.
MS Office proficiency (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and comfort drafting policy/communication documents.
Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, dashboards) for tracking onboarding metrics and training reports.
AI-friendly — comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT/Copilot) to speed up content drafting, training material, and reporting.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple onboarding batches/tasks simultaneously.
Preferred
Exposure to or interest in TNA/TNE/TNI methodologies for identifying and evaluating training needs.
Prior experience in a UK-shift, international, or BPO/ITES environment.
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is mandatory and must be completed — candidates currently pursuing or with an incomplete graduation are not eligible.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written English is essential — this is a communication-, presentation-, and policy-drafting-heavy role.
Work mode & shift:
Onsite at Neolytix Office, Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon (work from office; no remote/hybrid). UK shift, 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST. Working days as per company policy.
Notice period:
Immediate joiners or candidates on short notice preferred.
Performance Expectations
You will be measured on clear, role-specific outcomes:
New-joiner onboarding experience / satisfaction scores.
On-time completion of induction batches and policy acknowledgments.
Quality, clarity, and timeliness of policy and internal communications.
TNA/TNI coverage and measurable training-effectiveness (TNE) outcomes.
Why Join Neolytix

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About the Role
AI is changing how data practitioners write, debug, and ship dbt code. As
Staff Product Manager
for
Developer Experience
, you will set the strategy for how that change plays out in dbt.
You will own the vision, roadmap, and outcomes for the end-to-end developer workflow: the
Studio IDE
,
Developer Agent
(our AI coding assistant inside dbt Wizard), the
Cloud CLI
, and the
dbt VS Code Extension
. These surfaces are the daily home of tens of thousands of data practitioners, from seasoned analytics engineers to newer practitioners who rely on AI to move faster with confidence.
This is a Staff-level role with broad scope and direct influence on company direction. You will be the key partner to the
Fusion team
, the engine behind dbt’s next-generation compilation and intelligence. You will decide how Fusion’s capabilities become differentiated developer experiences, and you will make sure developer needs shape the Fusion roadmap. The feedback loop between Developer Experience and Fusion is central to how dbt Cloud evolves, and you will be its architect.
We are looking for someone who is both strategic and hands-on: a leader who can define where AI-native developer tooling is going, and who is deeply passionate about
AI agents
and what it takes to build them well.
In This Role, You Will
Set strategy and own the roadmap
Define and own the multi-year vision and roadmap for developer experience across Studio IDE, Developer Agent, Cloud CLI, and the VS Code Extension, and translate it into clear priorities, sequencing, and tradeoffs.
Align developer experience investments with company strategy, product-led growth goals, and the Fusion platform direction. Set success metrics and hold yourself accountable for the outcomes.
Make high-stakes bets on where to invest, what to build, and what not to build, using market insight, customer evidence, and technical judgment.
Lead AI agent product development
Define what a best-in-class AI coding agent looks like for the full range of dbt users. This includes agentic workflows, multi-step task execution, context management, natural language interaction, and guided experiences that meet users where they are.
Shape principles for trust, transparency, control, and evaluation in agentic experiences, so users can rely on the agent for real work.
Track the fast-moving AI development landscape (Copilot, Cursor, Devin, and beyond) and turn it into a differentiated point of view, not just feature parity.
Drive cross-functional execution and influence
Partner with the Fusion team to co-define the boundary between platform and product, agree on API contracts, and keep roadmaps coordinated.
Lead engineering, design, and GTM teams through a predictable shipping cadence, and keep teams aligned on what matters and why.
Influence senior leadership and stakeholders across the company with crisp strategy docs, compelling demos, and clear framing of complex tradeoffs.
Mentor other PMs and raise the bar for product craft, rigor, and technical depth across the organization.
Stay close to users and the market
Build tight feedback loops with the dbt community and enterprise customers, with particular attention to power users and technical practitioners.
Use user research and competitive analysis to ground strategy in evidence and bring a sharp external perspective into planning.
What Success Looks Like
A clear, widely understood developer experience strategy that engineering, design, and leadership are aligned behind.
Developer Agent is recognized as a differentiated, well-regarded AI coding product for data practitioners, not just a feature.
Developer satisfaction and engagement (activation, session depth, feature adoption)
The Fusion partnership runs on shared roadmap visibility, clear contracts, and coordinated launches.
The Cloud CLI is a first-class product that developers actively choose.
You’re a Good Fit If You Have
8+ years of product management experience
, including a track record of owning strategy and roadmap for developer platforms at scale.
Direct experience owning developer environment products
, with an informed point of view on what makes development tools excellent and where modern IDEs fall short.
Hands-on experience with AI agents.
You have built, shipped, or led agentic features (multi-step LLM workflows, tool use, context management, evaluation), and you are passionate about the space. You use AI coding assistants daily and have strong, well-reasoned opinions about what works and what doesn’t.
A history of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and influencing without authority, including across platform and product team boundaries.
A strong technical foundation: you can reason about system architecture, engage deeply with engineers, and contribute to technical decisions.
Experience turning user research and developer feedback into prioritized, well-scoped product work.
Excellent written and verbal communication, from crisp specs to executive-level narratives.
Comfort working asynchronously on a distributed, remote team.
You’ll Have an Edge If You Have
Experience building or shipping AI agent products at the frontier, such as agentic UX, evaluation frameworks, or agent orchestration.
Hands-on experience with dbt or similar SQL-first transformation frameworks.
Familiarity with LSP, tree-sitter, or other IDE infrastructure primitives.
Experience with CLI tooling and developer workflow automation.
Background in open source or strong engagement with developer communities.
Knowledge of modern data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks, Redshift) and the analytics engineering ecosystem.

You’re a Good Fit If You Have
8+ years of product management experience
, including a track record of owning strategy and roadmap for developer platforms at scale.
Direct experience owning developer environment products
, with an informed point of view on what makes development tools excellent and where modern IDEs fall short.

Workplace: OnSite
Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Robotics Applied Research Lead establishes and leads Humanoid’s AI research and engineering function.
You decide which Physical AI data problems we work on, define how we test them, and stay directly involved in the most important technical work. You connect four areas that often sit apart:
1. Multimodal and embodied data
2. Transformer-based models and how data impacts robot policies
3. Rigorous offline and real-world evaluation of policies
4. Deployment of models in the data ecosystem
This is a player-coach role. In the first year, at least half of your time is direct technical work: designing models and experiments, reviewing or writing code, inspecting data, debugging training, examining failures, and reviewing robot rollouts.
You will also build a small research and engineering team. Add people only when the work requires them.
MANDATE
Turn Humanoid data and technical access into measurable advances in Physical AI systems.
You own the answers, and the evidence, to questions such as:
- Which model families should we train, adapt, or evaluate?
- Which data produces meaningful gains in robot performance?
- What coverage, sensors, annotations, and quality controls do the models require?
- Which offline measurements predict real-world robot performance?
- Where should we adapt existing open models rather than train from scratch?
- What should Humanoid build itself, and what should it reuse or obtain through partners?
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Set the technical direction: Define a focused research and engineering roadmap. Select a small number of high-value bets with clear hypotheses, baselines, milestones, and stop criteria. Decide what we build, adapt, license, or access through partners. Drop work that no longer has a strong case. Likely scope includes vision-language-action models, multimodal Transformers, robot foundation models, action representation, imitation and reinforcement learning, world models, cross-embodiment transfer, data-efficient adaptation, and robot-policy evaluation.
- Own Transformer research and engineering: Design, adapt, train, and evaluate Transformer-based systems for embodied tasks. Make the architecture and training decisions yourself. Start from strong existing models and baselines. Train from scratch only when evidence supports the cost. Build or review the critical code.
- Connect models to data strategy: Define the data needed to train and evaluate the selected models. Specify sensors, modalities, annotations, mixtures, and quality controls. Measure the effect of data quality, diversity, and composition on model behavior. Distinguish data volume from data value. You set technical data requirements; you do not run annotation workforces or field collection.
- Own evaluation: Establish offline and real-world evaluation systems, baselines, held-out conditions, and release gates. Guard against leakage, overfitting, and weak success definitions. Compare offline metrics with real-robot outcomes. A benchmark score alone is not a successful result. The evaluation must support a decision.
- Move work onto physical systems: Take projects from problem definition through training, hardware integration, and real-world testing. Design safe test plans and staged deployment. Analyse failures across data, perception, model, control, hardware, and environment. Validate material claims on physical systems.
- Build a small technical team: Recruit a few complementary researchers and engineers. Lead architecture, experiment, code, and failure reviews. Keep the team focused on validated results, not paper count, benchmark theatre, or headcount.
- Represent the function and own responsible development: Explain the strategy to customers, partners, and investors. Convert customer needs into testable technical requirements. State uncertainty and limits clearly. Define safety constraints, supervision, and rollback paths for physical trials. Require reproducible evidence before making capability or safety claims.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Deep, direct Transformer expertise: This is a hard requirement. You must have personally made material architecture or training decisions in one or more substantial Transformer-based systems, such as vision Transformers, VLMs, VLAs, multimodal foundation models, Decision Transformers, diffusion Transformers, video Transformers, world models, or Transformer-based perception, planning, or control. You should be able to explain, in detail, how you represented inputs and outputs, tokenized data, fused modalities, structured attention and temporal context, chose losses, built the data mixture, distributed and monitored training, diagnosed failures, and what you personally changed and why it affected task performance. Using hosted model APIs, prompting language models, or running an unchanged public training recipe does not meet this requirement.
- Physical AI or embodied-system experience: You have worked on machine learning for a system that perceives or acts in the physical world: robotics, autonomous vehicles, drones, industrial automation, manipulation, mobile robots, humanoids, wearable or egocentric systems, or similar. At least one substantial project progressed beyond an offline dataset into a real or operational physical system. Simulation-only experience is not sufficient unless you also owned credible sim-to-real transfer and physical validation.
- Hands-on technical ability: You write and review high-quality Python. You work directly with PyTorch or an equivalent framework. You can read unfamiliar model and training code, design and debug experiments, inspect failures and rollout traces, work with large multimodal datasets, and make informed decisions about compute, memory, latency, and cost.
- Technical leadership: You have set direction for important technical work: a research or engineering group, a major model or robotics programme, or a cross-functional project you owned. You have hired or mentored researchers or engineers, made architecture and resource decisions, stopped weak work, and taken a result into deployment. A management title is not required. Direct ownership is.
- Evaluation, communication, and judgment: You design held-out tests, run controlled comparisons, find leakage and confounds, and report results with appropriate uncertainty. You separate evidence from belief, state what remains unknown, and reduce broad research questions to testable work.
- Strong preference - Computer Vision: We are particularly interested in candidates who combine deep expertise in Transformer architectures with a strong background in computer vision. Relevant experience may include visual representation learning, vision-language models (VLMs), video and temporal modelling, object detection, segmentation, tracking, multi-view and egocentric vision, 3D and spatial reasoning, pose estimation, calibration, localisation, sensor fusion, or real-time vision systems.
- Education: A PhD in machine learning, computer vision, robotics, computer science or a related field is valuable but not required. An equivalent record of original model work, technical leadership, and real-system delivery is sufficient. We care more about what you personally designed, trained, tested, and deployed than about a specific degree or number of years.
NICE-TO-HAVE:
- Technical expertise: Experience with VLA or robotic foundation models, action generation, diffusion or flow-matching policies, imitation learning, reinforcement learning, world models, robotic manipulation, cross-embodiment training, sim-to-real transfer, distributed training, ROS 2, or safety-critical systems.
- Additional experience: Research publications, open-source contributions, early-stage company experience, or direct collaboration with technical customers and research partners.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive equity: stock options with meaningful upside as we scale.
- 30+ paid days off, including 23 days of annual leave, all UK bank holidays, and additional company closure days (including Christmas–New Year shutdown).
- Private healthcare, including virtual and in-person care.
- Pension scheme with 8% total contribution (5% employee, 3% employer) on full earnings.
- Free daily breakfast, catered lunch, and snacks in-office.
- Work at the frontier - collaborate daily with world-class engineers, researchers, and product experts building the next generation of AI and humanoid robotics.
- Real ownership - direct access to founding leadership, meaningful input on product direction, and the ability to drive key initiatives from day one.
