Companies like Mercury, Flex, and Novo rely on Lithic's developer-friendly APIs, direct network connections, and flawless reconciliation to launch and scale card programs in weeks, not years.
We're building a future where access to better financial products materially improves people's lives, free from the constraints of 30-year-old mainframes and legacy processors. We're proud to be backed by world-class investors who share that vision, including Bessemer Venture Partners, Index Ventures, Spark Capital, Stripes, and Mastercard, along with many others.
We're a team of 170+ across 26 states and 7 countries, headquartered in New York City.
Lithic is hiring a
Senior Accountant
to own the annual audit, support AP and AR activity, and drive the month-end close alongside the Accounting Manager. This role is the technical backbone of the accounting team. We encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every requirement below!
What You'll Do
Serve as the day-to-day lead on external audit requests — managing the PBC list, timeline, and fieldwork logistics, preparing schedules, workpapers, and tie-outs, and responding to auditor inquiries.
Own product-level cash reconciliations across network payables, customer receivables, interchange, chargebacks, and fees — ensuring every dollar movement across the card lifecycle ties out between internal ledgers, processor/network reporting, and bank statements.
Investigate reconciliation discrepancies using transaction-level data, document root causes, and partner with Data and Engineering to resolve underlying issues.
Review AP and AR activity — payments, employee reimbursements, card issuance, invoicing, deferred revenue schedules, and credit application.
Prepare and review month-end journal entries — accruals, allocations, reclasses — with adequate support and approval.
Back up the Accounting Manager on monthly close to ensure timely, accurate reporting, including variance analysis and cost-saving opportunities.
Research and document technical accounting positions, and help maintain and enforce company policies and procedures.
Evaluate workflows and procedures, recommending and implementing changes that increase accuracy and efficiency.
Provide guidance and technical review to junior team members, plus support for ad hoc analyses and projects.
What You Bring
BA/BS in Accounting with 4+ years in Big 4 and/or on a startup accounting team.
FinTech experience preferred — familiarity with payments concepts (settlement, interchange, funds flow), or the ability to learn complex transactional data models quickly.
Ability to write basic SQL to retrieve, filter, join, and summarize transactional data, with an investigative mindset to identify and explain discrepancies.
Demonstrated use of AI tools (e.g., Claude) and advanced Excel to work through large, complex data sets — reconciliations, variance analysis, memo drafting, and process documentation.
Experience working directly with auditors on an independent financial statement audit, with working knowledge of GAAP.
Advanced ERP experience (preferably NetSuite) and hands-on AP/AR work, including subledger-to-GL reconciliation.
Customer service-level communication skills with attention to accuracy and detail.
Desire to succeed, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced organization, with an approachable demeanor that inspires trust.
Experience with Salesforce, Ramp, Google Suite, and/or Looker is a plus.
The annual US salary range for this role is $89,000 - $120,000 plus equity. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Lithic and will be narrowed during the interview process based on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
This is a hybrid position. Candidates must be located within a commutable distance to our NYC office in Soho. We do not offer visa sponsorship or assistance.

Company Description
We’re http://checkout.comCheckout.com http://Checkout.com. You might not know our name, but companies like eBay, Spotify, Klarna, Uber, and Sony do, because we’re behind many of the digital experiences you use every day.
We are where the world checks out, enabling over 10 billion transactions yearly for more than one billion global shoppers.
Whether you want to book a holiday, order food, renew a subscription, or check out online, there’s a good chance our tech powers the payments behind the scenes. Our platform helps the most ambitious businesses deliver effortless digital experiences, at scale.
If you want to do career-defining work, you’ve come to the right place. We move fast, think globally, and believe great teams are built by hiring exceptional people with conviction, curiosity, and the desire to make an impact.
With 20 offices across six continents and London as our HQ, we’re shaping the future of fintech – and we’re just getting started.
At Checkout.com http://Checkout.com, we create marketing that moves people to choose our products, builds a brand where great marketers want to work, and fuels the growth of our business.
We’re looking for a GTM Engineer to join Marketing and help transform how we work internally. You’ll design and build AI-assisted workflows, agents and integrations that reduce manual effort, improve how information moves across the team and give marketers more time to focus on high-value work.
Marketing Operations Team owns our marketing technology and tools, and the automation that supports go-to-market execution across our channels. This role works alongside Marketing Operations, with a different starting focus: improving the internal processes, workflows and systems that help Marketing plan and deliver its work. The aim is to 10x our impact.
This is a hands-on technical role in a marketing team. You’ll spend around 70% of your time building: understanding how work gets done, finding where it is manual or breaking down, and shipping practical solutions. You’ll partner closely with Marketing Operations to make sure what you build fits our existing tools and standards.
You’ll work across Marketing, in close partnerships across Marketing Operations, Commercial AI Transformation and the AI Centre of Excellence. You’ll bring a clear technical point of view on what is scalable and reliable, while making sure the systems you build are useful to the people who need them.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT
FIND THE PROBLEMS WORTH SOLVING
Work with teams across Marketing to understand their processes and the work behind their requests. Map workflows, identify manual effort, duplicated work, missing context and avoidable errors, then prioritise opportunities based on their potential value. You’ll use your creativity and judgement rather than simply build to a ticket.
BUILD AI-ASSISTED WORKFLOWS AND INTEGRATIONS
Create and ship agents, automations, skills and integrations that make internal marketing work easier. You might use Claude Enterprise, Copilot Studio, Clay, MCP connectors, coding agents or other tools across our marketing stack. Work with Marketing Operations when a solution involves our marketing technology or channel tools.
MAKE INTERNAL MARKETING WORK MORE EFFICIENT
Build workflows that help teams do the work behind marketing more efficiently, from briefing, research and insight gathering to planning, content development and hand-offs. Connect information and tools so people spend less time on repetitive coordination and more time on work that needs their expertise. Partner with Marketing Operations where workflows touch marketing technology or channel execution.
BUILD SYSTEMS PEOPLE CAN RELY ON
Design beyond the individual task. Consider the data, context, tools, users, hand-offs, controls and feedback loops a workflow needs to work well. Identify where information is missing, where an agent needs better direction or where teams need support to use and improve the system.
HELP MARKETERS BUILD WITH AI
Work alongside marketers to show what is possible and help them use AI with confidence. Create reusable patterns, skills, playbooks and guardrails so teams can solve more problems themselves and repeat good practice.
TEST, LEARN AND IMPROVE
Prototype and test workflows, learn from how people use them, and improve or retire them based on the results. Identify design, security, privacy, brand and scale risks early, and follow our AI governance and review processes.
KEEP UP WITH THE TOOLS
Stay curious about new models, coding tools, connectors and agent patterns. Be able to explain which tools are right for a particular job and why, whether you’re comparing Claude, ChatGPT, coding agents or emerging platforms.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
YOU BUILD THINGS
You’ve made working automations, prototypes, integrations, agents, internal tools or products, and enjoy taking a messy problem through to something people can use. Your job title matters less than what you’ve built and the value it creates.
YOU USE AI HANDS-ON
You use LLMs to get work done, not just to talk about what they could do. You’re comfortable prototyping with AI coding tools, testing different approaches, debugging and improving the result. You can show us something you’ve built with Claude, Codex, ChatGPT or another LLM platform, at work or in your own time.
YOU HAVE SOUND TECHNICAL JUDGEMENT
You can reason about systems, APIs, data flows, permissions and failure modes. You understand the difference between a promising demo and a dependable workflow. You don’t need a traditional software engineering background, but you do need to be comfortable working directly with technical tools and making sensible implementation choices.
YOU UNDERSTAND MARKETING AND GTM
You understand how demand generation, growth, customer marketing, marketing operations, sales and revenue processes connect. You’re familiar with concepts such as campaign briefs, segmentation, ABM, lead scoring, MQLs, MQAs, pipeline, attribution and lifecycle stages. You’re interested in the business outcomes behind the work.
YOU’VE WORKED ACROSS MARKETING OR REVOPS TOOLS
You’ve built or supported workflows across platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Asana, Clay or similar tools. You can think across a stack rather than optimise one tool in isolation, and you’re comfortable with connectors, APIs, webhooks or MCP-style integrations.
YOU KNOW HOW TO DESIGN USEFUL WORKFLOWS AND AGENTS
You can give a workflow the context it needs, choose the right tools, define hand-offs, involve people at the right points and make outputs easy to review. You understand that an agent’s performance depends on its data and operating environment as well as the model.
YOU PRIORITISE FOR VALUE
You can judge which problems are worth solving, which should remain manual and where a simpler answer will work better. You balance speed, quality, risk, maintainability and commercial impact, and can make a clear case for what to build next.
YOU MEASURE AND IMPROVE YOUR WORK
You’re comfortable defining success measures, tracking usage and output, and deciding what to improve, stop or scale. You care about measurable gains in productivity, quality, speed or business impact.
YOU THINK IN SYSTEMS
You look for the process behind the immediate pain point. When a spreadsheet is difficult to use, for example, you’re curious about the data, decisions and hand-offs that created it, and what would make the process work better. You can hold the bigger picture while working through the details needed to ship.
YOU COMMUNICATE CLEARLY AND BRING PEOPLE WITH YOU
You can explain technical ideas to marketers, commercial leaders, Product, Engineering, Security, IT and Operations in a way that helps them make decisions. You listen well, communicate simply and influence through your work and judgement.
YOU’RE CURIOUS AND SELF-STARTING
You’re comfortable with ambiguity and motivated to learn. You’ve taught yourself new tools, built something outside your formal remit or pursued a technical interest in your own time. A personal project, prototype, automation, community contribution or other example could show us how you learn.
YOU USE AI RESPONSIBLY
You understand that marketing systems need to be accurate, secure, explainable and aligned with our brand and company standards. You know when people need to review an output, when data should not be used and when an experiment is not ready to scale.
You might come from marketing technology, marketing operations, growth engineering, RevOps, automation engineering, product, full-stack engineering or another technical role close to commercial teams. What matters most is your curiosity about marketing, your judgement about what is worth improving and your ability to build practical solutions.

Provectus is a Premier AWS partner and an Anthropic Strategic Partner, helping enterprises across Financial Services and Life Sciences design, build, and operate production AI systems. Our Forward Deployed Engineering model lets us embed with clients and deliver AI outcomes, not just advice. With offices in North America, LATAM, and EMEA, we partner with clients worldwide and are obsessed with reimagining how they operate and compete.
We are looking for a Business Development & Partner Manager to own two complementary revenue motions simultaneously: converting partner-sourced leads into Provectus clients, and building a self-sourced pipeline from scratch.
The first motion sits at the heart of our Anthropic and AWS partnership. They share qualified enterprise leads with us. Your job is to receive those leads, run the full sales cycle, and close them — making Provectus the AI implementation partner of choice for Anthropic's enterprise accounts. Beyond converting inbound leads, you will actively grow the relationship: joint pipeline reviews, co-marketing, partner tier maintenance, and expanding the number of Anthropic field reps who think of Provectus first when they have an implementation need.
The second motion is yours to own. You will prospect independently, build relationships, and close deals with enterprise accounts in Financial Services and Life Sciences without a partner assist — operating as a true full-cycle business developer.
Responsibilities:
New logo hunting
Prospect independently into enterprise accounts in target verticals (FSI, Life Sciences) using outbound, networking, events, and referrals.
Run the full sales cycle: discovery, solution scoping, proposal, negotiation, close.
Build and maintain a personal network of enterprise decision-makers and economic buyers on the East Coast.
Partner motion — Anthropic channel
Act as Provectus's primary point of contact with Anthropic's partner and field sales teams.
Receive, qualify, and own enterprise leads shared by Anthropic; act as the primary point of contact from first conversation to signed SOW.
Identify new co-sell and joint go-to-market opportunities within Anthropic's product and field motion.
Maintain a healthy joint pipeline with Anthropic's partner and sales teams; lead quarterly business reviews and co-sell planning sessions.
Translate Anthropic's product roadmap and partnership incentives into compelling client propositions.
Represent Provectus at Anthropic partner events, executive briefings, and ecosystem calls.
Drive partner tier maintenance and upgrade — certifications, co-marketing activations, case study production.
Cross-functional collaboration
Work with Provectus delivery leads and Architects to scope proposals accurately — you are selling consulting engagements, not software licenses.
Feed market intelligence — buyer objections, competitive dynamics, vertical patterns — back to leadership and marketing.
What You Need to Succeed:
3-7 years of experience in business development, partner/alliance management — with at least part of that in a consulting firm.
Experience converting partner-sourced leads through a full enterprise sales cycle (discovery to signed SOW).
Demonstrated ability to run a full sales cycle independently: prospecting through close, without dedicated BDR support.
Experience selling complex, multi-month consulting engagements (statement-of-work deals, not SaaS subscriptions).
Excellent executive-level communication skills — written, verbal, and in-room presence at C-suite and VP level.
Experience in Financial Services (banking, insurance, capital markets) or Life Sciences (pharma, biotech).
Experience in selling AI/ML services, LLM-based products, or cloud data.
Willingness to travel (up to 30%) for customer meetings, executive briefings, onsite workshops, conferences, and other business development activities.
Proven track record managing an Anthropic, AWS, or GCP partner relationship — co-selling, joint pipeline, MDF, or co-marketing would be a plus.

At Provectus, we value innovation, ownership, and collaboration — and we are looking for people who want to grow with us and make an impact.

About the role:
At Provectus, you don’t prototype in a sandbox and hand a client a slide deck. You embed inside a bank, an insurer, or a health system, learn the work, and ship a Claude + AWS system into their real, regulated production — then you watch the business number move. We’re an Anthropic and AWS Partner with 150+ certified architects. That means the newest models, real budgets, and problems that matter — without the layers, politics, and years-to-impact of a hundred-thousand-person firm. 350+ builders, 100+ customers in production, founder-led since 2010, offices across North America, LATAM, and EMEA.
Why Provectus
Frontier access
— Anthropic Preferred Partner: newest Claude models, real budgets, real problems.
Real tasks (not scope), real deployment.
You go where the operating problem is and ship production code to real users, not slide decks that sit in a drive.
Embedded, not engaged.
You are part of the customer’s team and inside their process — not a vendor running a project alongside it. Embedded is not staff-augmented.
Autonomous.
You own the work from framing through to production, visible to clients and founders. You own the method; nobody hands you a ticket.
Your experience stays portable.
Every engagement is a new problem, often in a new industry, so your skills compound instead of narrowing to one product. No legacy-maintenance grind, not a single stack.
Craft & growth
— build beside senior FDEs on a Claude-certified team; a real platform (talks, OSS) to grow your name.
We give you a stage:
Claude certification, conference talks, open-source contributions, published work under your own name.
What we look for:
Typically 7+ years building software, a substantial share of it writing production code you were accountable for. You are hands-on today and intend to stay that way.
Genuinely willing to spend time understanding someone else’s job before writing code; demonstrated ability to become conversant in an unfamiliar business function quickly.
Shipped GenAI/LLM systems to production — not demos, not notebooks. You’ve handled the parts that get hard after the prototype works.
You evaluate. You have built or owned an eval suite for a non-deterministic system, and you can explain what you measured and why.
Strong engineering fundamentals — dropped into an unfamiliar codebase or language, you’re productive. Python and/or TypeScript proficiency; depth matters more than stack.
Cloud-native delivery on AWS (GCP/Azure a plus), including the operational reality of a system someone else inherits.
Pre-sales experience. Credible with senior stakeholders — you can hold a redesign conversation with a BU head and a scoping conversation with a CTO without losing either room.
Comfort with ambiguity and ownership. Engagements start underspecified by design. Closing that gap is the job.
Hands-on experience with Claude, Claude Code, and Cowork (skills, workflows, MCP, integrations, connectors, custom harnesses).
Nice to have
Containers and orchestration (Kubernetes/ECS) and CI/CD in production.
IaC depth: AWS CDK, CloudFormation, Terraform.
Open-source contributions or public writing on applied AI.
What you’ll do:
Spend the first weeks of each engagement in the operator’s seat, learning the constraints from the inside, then rebuild the function from first principles alongside the client and a Forward Deployed Executive — and you are the one who builds it.
Be part of the customer’s team, inside their process; work on real tasks, not scoped deliverables, and own the method autonomously.
You won’t start from zero. Provectus builds industry Blueprints — working systems that have already shipped for a customer in your industry. Your engagement starts from that baseline, and what you learn in the field goes back into it.
Deliver across Cowork Activation, Agentic SDLC, and Blueprint Activations in Financial Services and Healthcare.
Help shape how leading enterprises adopt AI, from strategy through first deployment; help build the tooling and frameworks of a growing AI delivery practice.
What We Offer:
Full-time.
On-site visits to client’s facilities and our office in NYC 1/week
Unlimited Vacation policy.
Generous health, vision, and dental insurance.
401(K) matching plan.
Base salary $180k–$200k + bonuses; OTE up to $250k. The salary range is determined through interviews and a review of the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, and alignment with market data.
We’re real:
A person reads your application.
We filter out AI-generated and fraudulent submissions automatically. Every application that clears that filter is read by someone on our team.
We may ask for a quick ID verification.
Fraudulent applications are common, and this protects real candidates.
You’ll meet the people you’d work with.
We host AI engineering events in New York and San Francisco. We'd be happy to talk in person. Your interviews are with Pavel Borobov, Solutions Architect, and Stepan Pushkarev, Co-Founder & CEO.
How we hire:
Recruitment interview.
Tech interview with our FDE (30 min).
A live engineering building session (1.5 hours). We hand you a business function and the constraints. You have to understand the job and rebuild it — then say what you’d build and how you’d know it worked.
Use AI the way you normally would; we expect AI-generated code. What we look at is how you used AI, the judgment behind your choices, and what you researched beyond what any LLM already knows.
4. Soft skills interview.
5. Offer discussion.

Role overview | Context
Checkout.com http://Checkout.com built its name serving the world's largest enterprises. We're now growing into many more types of customer: businesses of every size, including self-serve, startups integrating straight from our docs, and platforms (software companies, payfacs and marketplaces) that onboard thousands of sellers through our APIs. As our product range grows, that takes us from thousands of customers to millions.
At that scale, the decision about who we work with, and on what terms, can't be a manual review at the end of a sales process. It has to be a product. It decides how quickly a good business goes live, how much it costs us to serve them, and how confident our regulators and scheme partners are in us. We're looking for a senior Engineering leader to own that decision.
This team decides which businesses we can work with and on what terms. It covers business verification, screening, underwriting, ongoing monitoring and financial crime. It's a shared platform that serves every one of our businesses. Its users are our customers (directly, or through the platforms they sign up with) and, internally, our Risk, Compliance and Financial Crime teams and the analysts who run reviews and investigations.
Much of what we have today was built segment by segment and market by market, for a smaller number of large customers. The next chapter is one opinionated, configurable decisioning platform. Enterprise, platform and SMB customers should all run on the same foundations, with the right depth of checks and the right terms for each. That way a new product, segment or market doesn't mean rebuilding our controls, and this team isn't on the critical path for every launch.
ROLE OVERVIEW | RISK, VERIFICATION & COMPLIANCE
The remit covers:
- Risk decisioning: underwriting, risk tiering, exposure limits, reserves and settlement terms, and when to restrict or offboard, re-assessed across the customer lifecycle.
- Business verification: company, ownership, document, bank account and website checks, run once for every segment.
- Financial crime: sanctions and PEP screening, AML and transaction monitoring, and the controls, audit trails and reporting behind our regulatory obligations.
- Decisioning platform: the shared infrastructure that runs these checks automatically for every market and customer type.
You'll partner closely with the teams that own onboarding and identity verification.
ROLE OVERVIEW | REMIT AND RESPONSIBILITIES
You'll be comfortable building and scaling critical platforms in a regulated environment, where correctness, auditability and availability matter as much as speed. You'll balance two goals that are often in tension: making it fast and easy for good businesses to work with us, and keeping bad actors out and the business compliant.
This is a change role. You'll assess what we have, set a clear direction, and move us from segment-specific, analyst-led processes to an automated decisioning platform, without pausing the business while you do it. You'll do this in close partnership with Product, Risk, Compliance, Financial Crime and Legal, and with the leaders of the businesses that depend on the platform.
You'll directly lead an established team of engineers and managers of varying seniorities. Amongst other duties, you'll have impact across:
- Setting the technical vision and strategy for Risk, Verification & Compliance. That includes deciding what we build once and share, and what each segment, product or market configures.
- Building a decisioning platform that automates the decisions that don't need a human, safely, and sends the rest to the right analyst with the context they need. Our automation rate sets our cost to onboard and to serve.
- Making risk dynamic across the customer lifecycle. New businesses start on terms that match the signals we see: limits, reserves and settlement speed. Those terms relax automatically as the business trades well, and we act quickly when the signals change. This starts with simple rules and evolves into machine learning.
- Making decisions explainable, so that customers, partners and our own analysts understand why a decision was made and what happens next.
- Giving Risk and Compliance the dials. Acceptance criteria, early-life controls and policy should be configuration that can be changed, tested and measured by cohort, not a code change.
- Keeping our financial crime controls ahead of growth. Screening and monitoring have to scale from large enterprises to a very large base of smaller businesses, through new channels, payment methods and products.
- Leading the design and delivery of verification, screening, underwriting and monitoring systems that are accurate, auditable and highly available.
- Representing Engineering in regulatory, audit, scheme and partner conversations where needed.
- Managing and developing a high-performing team of individual contributor (IC) Engineers and Engineering Managers, providing guidance, support and career development.
- Striving for best practice on hiring, coaching and enablement, and being a magnet for top talent.
ROLE OVERVIEW | DESIRED BACKGROUND, CORE COMPETENCIES
The ideal candidate for the role will bring:
- Experience leading multi-level engineering organisations (EMs and ICs) through growth and change, with a track record of developing leaders, not just hiring them.
- A record of transforming critical platforms while the business kept running: multi-year re-architecture, migrations, or consolidating several systems into one.
- Experience building and operating mission-critical decisioning or rules platforms at scale. Ideally these served several customer segments, products or markets from a shared foundation.
- Experience in a regulated environment (financial services, payments or similar), where compliance, auditability and risk are part of the engineering problem.
- Deep technical understanding of cloud-native, distributed and data-heavy systems, including how to run ML models safely in production.
- Exceptional collaboration skills, with a proven ability to partner with senior cross-functional stakeholders, particularly in Risk, Compliance, Financial Crime and Legal, and to make clear trade-offs in a complex stakeholder landscape.
- Ideally, domain knowledge in KYB, AML and financial crime, underwriting, fraud or merchant risk. Experience with self-serve or high-volume onboarding, or with platforms and their sub-merchants, is a strong plus.
- Humility, low ego and an ideal ambassador for our mission, values and operating principles.
If you feel that you don't meet all the requirements but think you might still be right for the role, please consider continuing in the process. We're always keen to build relationships with leaders who resonate with our mission and values.

About tabby
Tabby is on a mission to give people power over their money. For too long, financial systems have worked for the institutions that built them, not the people using them. Runaway interest, fine print and limited access have left many behind, feeling shut out of a system that wasn't setting them up for success.
We're building a different kind of system—in a complete money app to send, spend and save. One that's clear, flexible and puts people and businesses in control. Founded in 2019, we serve customers and businesses across Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Kuwait. Millions of customers and 65,000 global brands, government services and small businesses rely on us today.
What began as a better way to pay at checkout has grown into a financial system working the way it should have all along.
