About Improvado
Improvado is an AI-powered marketing data platform built for mid-market and enterprise teams. We help companies automate complex marketing data workflows, unify data at scale, and surface insights through BI and AI. Brands like Genentech, T-Mobile, Activision, and H&R Block rely on us to simplify analytics and improve marketing performance.
We’re a fast-growing Series A startup backed by $34M in funding and driven by a team that moves fast, stays curious, and cares about high-quality execution.
About the role
Improvado is a marketing data platform for enterprise brands and agencies. You will own how our revenue runs and how it is measured. That covers Salesforce and the GTM tools, the path from signed contract to paid invoice, the revenue data model, and the reports leadership decides from. You work closely with the analytics team: you don’t have to build the data models yourself, but you must read them, spot what is wrong and say what to change. You work through AI agents daily, doing the work of a bigger team.
What you will do
Salesforce and GTM stack
Own Salesforce configuration, release process and user access, plus the integrations around it (Gong, Clay, Lemlist, enrichment, e-signature, lead routing).
Keep CRM data clean with guardrails that block mistakes. Manage licences and vendor renewals.
Maintain the Salesforce manual and RevOps SOPs, and train new hires.
Contract to cash
Own ARR and bookings logic (new, upsell, downsell, churn, renewals) and keep agreement, opportunity, and invoice consistent.
Run the closed-deals and billing check with Finance. Fix errors at the source and add a control so they don’t repeat.
Audit invoices, track and chase unpaid ones, and prepare quarterly commission and quota reports.
Revenue analytics and data model
Own the quarterly sales analytics pack, the CRO report, the forecast and pipeline coverage (including CS renewal inputs).
Track funnel conversion, explain why deals move, stall or slip, and keep attribution correct with Marketing.
Query ClickHouse daily, trace any number to its source, and write specs for model changes. Give each metric one documented definition and add data quality checks.
Build leadership dashboards, retire unused ones, and end every analysis with a recommendation, a number and an owner.
AI and automation
Use coding agents (Claude Code, Codex) for queries, scripts and Salesforce automation, and always verify their output.
Automate manual work (invoice and payment checks, CRM hygiene, deal-risk alerts, call analysis) and measure hours saved and errors avoided.
Ownership
Be the single RevOps contact for Sales, CS, Marketing, Finance and Product. Turn each request into a task with an owner, date and success metric.
Requirements
4-6+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops or GTM systems in B2B SaaS, with hands-on admin of a live Salesforce org.
Strong SQL and comfort in a modeled warehouse (layers, lineage, one definition per metric). dbt is a plus.
Deep knowledge of the B2B SaaS revenue cycle: funnel, pipeline, forecast, ARR, churn, renewals.
Experience running the money side: contracts, invoicing, collections, kept in sync with the CRM.
Proof you build with AI agents: something you shipped that others use.
Fluent English and clear written updates without being asked.
Nice to have
Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification.
ClickHouse or another columnar warehouse, and any BI tool.
Salesforce development (Apex, triggers, API).
Gong, Clay, Lemlist, or workflow automation tools.
Billing, CPQ, or accounting systems.
HubSpot to Salesforce migration.
Attribution or CS health score data.
Martech or analytics company background.

We are looking for a technical specialist who owns the performance of the Improvado website end to end: how it is found (SEO and GEO), how fast and healthy it is, and how well it converts visitors into pipeline. This is an analytics-driven, hands-on role for someone who is as comfortable in Google Search Console, GA4, and the browser dev tools as in a keyword report. Because the website is our main product-facing marketing surface, you will also shape how the product is presented on it. In practice, the role covers part of what product marketing would otherwise do.
What You Will Do
Technical SEO and GEO
Own the technical health of the site: crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, page speed, structured data and schema, rendering, redirects, internal linking, and site architecture.
Optimize the site for AI search (generative engine optimization): make Improvado understandable, citable, and recommended in ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, and similar engines.
Monitor visibility in both classic and AI search, and turn the findings into prioritized fixes.
Website optimization and conversion
Continuously improve page performance, UX, templates, and key conversion paths (demo requests, sign-ups, high-intent pages).
Plan and run experiments (A/B tests, template and layout changes, messaging tests) and measure their impact on conversions and pipeline.
Work with engineering, design, and external contractors to ship improvements to the website stack (CMS, CDN, caching, tracking).
Analytics and measurement
Build and maintain dashboards that connect organic and on-site behavior to leads, pipeline, and revenue.
Own tracking quality: events, attribution, and data accuracy across GA4, Search Console, and related tools.
Analyze data to find growth opportunities, and report findings in clear, decision-ready form.
Product and messaging input
Use search demand, AI-visibility, and on-site behavior data to guide positioning, messaging, and landing page strategy.
Work with stakeholders so website content reflects ICP needs and the product’s value propositions.
What We Are Looking For
Must have
3+ years in SEO and/or website optimization, with measurable results in organic growth or conversion.
Strong technical SEO skills and a good understanding of how websites are built, served, and rendered.
Ability and willingness to work in the Eastern Time (EST) time zone, with working hours aligned to the US East Coast.
Hands-on experience with GEO or AI search optimization, or a clear, demonstrable track record of working on it.
Strong analytics experience: GA4, Google Search Console, and BI or dashboard tools (Looker Studio, Superset, or similar). You build your own reports and draw conclusions from the data.
Proficiency with SEO tooling (Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, or equivalents).
Ability to work effectively with developers, designers, and marketers in a distributed team.
Nice to have
B2B SaaS or marketing technology background.
Experience with Webflow or a similar CMS, plus basic HTML/CSS and JavaScript.
SQL or advanced spreadsheet skills; experience with AI-assisted or automated workflows.
Experience with CRO and experimentation platforms.
Exposure to product marketing, positioning, or messaging.
You are
Analytical, curious, and driven by measurable outcomes.
Self-directed and comfortable owning a channel without heavy supervision.
A clear communicator across time zones.

What We Offer
Remote-first environment
Strong product/market fit: marketing data product for US-based enterprises
20 working days of PTO per year
US holidays and additional days off
Professional development reimbursement
Location: Costa Rica

We are an AI-native company. Every team member is expected to leverage AI daily, and we evaluate AI fluency as part of our hiring process. Join us and help redefine what's possible. 🚀
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for an experienced Manager to lead and develop our team of Technical Account Managers (TAMs).
You’ll combine people leadership, technical judgment, and commercial accountability to improve adoption, retention, and growth across your team’s portfolio. You’ll coach TAMs on customer strategy and solution delivery, step into complex customer situations, and build the operating practices that help the team scale.
In addition, you'll work closely with our Partner Ecosystem to extend delivery capacity and customer impact. You’ll establish clear ownership across ClickUp, partners, and customers, enabling effective handoffs and consistent delivery quality.
You’ll own your team’s performance while improving how the broader TAM organization works through reusable playbooks and strong partnerships with Sales, Product, Support, CX Operations, and the Partner Ecosystem.
This is a hands-on leadership role built for those with a player/coach mindset.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
LEAD AND DEVELOP A HIGH-PERFORMING TEAM
- Hire, coach, and develop TAMs, setting clear expectations for customer outcomes, technical delivery, and professional growth.
- Run effective coaching, performance, and career-development conversations, building accountability and a strong pipeline of future leaders.
- Coach TAMs on consultative discovery, solution design, executive engagement, and connecting platform adoption to business value.
- Plan team capacity and account coverage, using the Partner Ecosystem to extend capability and capacity while balancing customer needs, delivery commitments, and sustainable workloads.
OWN PORTFOLIO PERFORMANCE
- Own team-level retention, renewal readiness, and expansion outcomes in partnership with Sales, account teams, and relevant partners.
- Use account health, adoption, engagement, and commercial signals to prioritize work, identify risk early, and drive action.
- Maintain a clear, evidence-based view of renewal risk and growth opportunities, incorporating partner insights and ensuring forecasts reflect current customer conditions.
- Lead escalations and recovery plans for complex or high-risk accounts, aligning ClickUp teams, partners, and customer stakeholders around clear owners and next steps.
- Ensure customer engagements produce measurable outcomes, not just completed activities.
SCALE CONSISTENT HIGH-QUALITY DELIVERY
- Establish and improve operating rhythms, playbooks, and quality standards across onboarding, ongoing engagement, technical delivery, and account planning.
- Define clear responsibilities, handoffs, and escalation paths for ClickUp-led, partner-led, and jointly delivered engagements.
- Use team, partner delivery, and customer data to identify performance gaps, guide coaching, and improve delivery efficiency.
- Balance utilization, capacity, and delivery quality where services commitments apply.
- Turn successful approaches into reusable practices that improve execution across the TAM organization and Partner Ecosystem.
ADVANCE TECHNICAL AND AI CAPABILITY
- Build the team’s capability in workflow design, automation, integrations, and ClickUp AI and Agents.
- Coach TAMs to translate customer business needs into practical, scalable solutions, including agentic workflows and intelligent, task-oriented systems.
- Guide the design, prompting, testing, and refinement of AI Agents, with clear success measures, appropriate human oversight, and reliable customer outcomes.
- Embed AI and automation into internal delivery practices to improve efficiency without compromising quality or customer trust.
- Work with partner teams to align technical approaches and strengthen AI delivery capability across the Partner Ecosystem.
- Translate recurring customer and partner needs and technical blockers into actionable feedback for Product and Engineering.
DRIVE PARTNER-FIRST AND CROSS-FUNCTIONAL IMPACT
- Partner with Sales, Services, Support, Product, CX Operations, and the Partner Ecosystem to align customer strategy, ownership, and execution.
- Identify opportunities for partner-led delivery and specialist expertise, engaging partners early in account and delivery planning.
- Maintain accountability for customer outcomes across partner-supported engagements, addressing gaps in ownership, delivery quality, or communication.
- Lead initiatives that improve customer outcomes and team effectiveness across the TAM organization and Partner Ecosystem.
- Bring clear recommendations to leadership on portfolio trends, capacity, partner delivery dependencies, and improvement opportunities.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- 5+ years in Technical Account Management, Professional Services, Consulting, Customer Success, or a related technical delivery function, with at least 3 years managing high-performing customer-facing or delivery teams in a SaaS environment.
- A proven track record of delivering complex SaaS or technology engagements for SMB, mid-market and enterprise customers, with measurable adoption, retention, or growth outcomes.
- Deep understanding of agentic workflows and AI Agent prompting, with experience designing or guiding the implementation of intelligent, task-oriented systems.
- Practical judgment in evaluating AI output, refining prompts and workflows, and establishing appropriate human review and quality controls.
- Strong technical fluency across configurable SaaS platforms, workflow design, automation, and integrations, with the ability to coach solution decisions.
- Experience working with implementation, consulting, and technology partners, establishing clear ownership and maintaining delivery quality across shared engagements.
- Strong commercial judgment, including renewal planning, risk assessment, forecasting, and expansion identification.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent engagements, customers, partners, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional prioritization, an ownership mindset, and the ability to turn data into clear decisions, coaching priorities, and scalable operating improvements.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, including confidence with executive customers and partner leaders.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with internal teams and the Partner Ecosystem, influencing decisions beyond your direct team.
- The ability to operate at scale, thrive in ambiguity, and create structure in a fast-changing environment.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with ClickUp or similar work-management platforms.
- Experience leading distributed teams and supporting customers across different markets/countries.
- Experience building partner enablement, joint delivery playbooks, or partner-first service models.
- Experience spanning both recurring account management and professional services delivery.
LOCATION
- This role is open to candidates across Australia, with Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane preferred.

OUR ETHOS
We believe in an open and flat structure. You will be able to grow into the role that most aligns with your goals. Our team members at all levels have the freedom to explore ideas and impact the roadmap and vision of our company.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for an IT Manager to own and evolve Rain’s internal technology and security foundation as we scale. Today, Rain is growing quickly with frequent onboarding, expanding tooling, and increasing security requirements. We operate in a sector that is actively targeted by malicious actors so we need someone who can baseline security—bringing structure, best practices, and calm execution to a fast-moving environment.
This role is both hands-on and strategic. You’ll manage day-to-day IT operations while also leading key security initiatives like access controls, device management, MFA, and audits across our internal tools. As Rain scales globally, you’ll design systems and processes that scale with the company.
Reporting to the Head of IT, you’ll work cross-functionally to ensure employees have the tools they need to work effectively, without compromising security or compliance. This is a foundational role with significant ownership and the opportunity to shape how IT and security operate at Rain for years to come.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Own IT operations end-to-end
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including laptops, device provisioning, access setup, and troubleshooting.
- Serve as the primary owner of Rain’s IT vendors and tooling (e.g., Deel IT, JumpCloud), ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and clear escalation paths.
- Coordinate device lifecycle management, including MDM enrollment, device returns, replacements, and inventory tracking.
- Support employees with day-to-day IT needs such as access issues, VPN support, and hardware troubleshooting.
Build scalable access and identity management
- Own identity and access management across tools, ensuring users have the right access at the right time.
- Design and maintain role-based access controls across core systems (e.g., Google Workspace, cloud tools, internal SaaS).
- Audit and clean up existing permissions across tools, including 1Password vault access and admin roles.
Raise Rain’s internal security posture
- Manage security configurations across internal tools, including MFA enforcement, device policies, and authentication standards.
- Lead the rollout and management of hardware-based authentication (e.g., YubiKeys).
- Define and document policies around device usage, access, and security best practices.
- Partner with Engineering and Security to identify gaps, improve controls, and prepare for future audits or compliance needs.
Enable scale and automation
- Improve and automate IT workflows using tools like JumpCloud (e.g., preconfigured apps, scripts, policies).
- Ensure enterprise plans, licenses, and seat usage are managed efficiently across tools.
- Continuously evaluate and improve Rain’s internal IT and security stack as the company grows.
Office and vendor coordination
- Support new office setup and office IT needs, coordinating with external partners as needed.
- Act as the point person for IT-related vendor relationships, contracts, and negotiations.
YOU ARE LIKELY TO SUCCEED IF YOU HAVE:
- 5 or more years in IT support, IT systems engineering or automation engineering, ideally at a startup or hypergrowth company and have the ability to build processed and foundations from scratch.
- Hands on Okta administration experience, including SSO, MFA, Group Rules and Universal Directory, with Okta Workflows a strong plus.
- Scripting and automation proficiency in Python and JavaScript for API interaction and system management.
- Familiarity with a modern SaaS and endpoint stack such as Google Workspace, Slack, JumpCloud, CrowdStrike and more.
- Hands on experience with office networking and AV such as UniFi, and comfort supporting onsite infrastructure across multiple offices.
- A working understanding of compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, PCI DSS and GDPR and how IT controls map to them.
- Strong end user support instincts and excellent written and verbal communication.
- Experience as part of a lean IT team (team of 1-2), handling everything from end-user support to systems and infrastructure
- A bias toward action and genuine comfort wearing many hats and filling gaps across corporate IT and security on a small team.
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience in fintech, payments, Web3 or another regulated and high compliance environment.
- Experience with agentic AI tools and building AI powered internal workflows.
- Vendor negotiation and SaaS cost optimization experience.

MinIO is the data and memory foundation for enterprise AI. Built for the speed, scale, and economics that AI and analytics demand, AIStor and MemKV unify every layer of the data stack, from agentic and inference context memory to tables and objects across core, edge, and cloud. Trusted by 77% of the Fortune 100, MinIO is redefining how AI factories, intelligent applications, and autonomous agents secure, persist, and unlock the full value of their data.
You'll own marketing for our channel: the resellers, distributors and global systems integrators who take AIStor to customers. Most of your time goes into building and running joint marketing plans with our global focus partners. The rest goes into the programs that keep every partner informed, engaged and ready to sell. This is a builder role. Some of what's below exists today in early form, and some of it doesn't exist yet. You'll have room to shape it.
What You Will Do:
Focus Partner Marketing Plan
Build joint marketing plans with our top 5 focus partners and run them quarter to quarter, with clear pipeline goals for each.
Work side by side with Partner Managers and AEs so every plan lines up with the partner's business plan and our strategic accounts.
Run co-branded campaigns, webinars, content, and account-based programs that create new, partner-sourced pipeline.
Review results with partners every quarter. Double down on what works and cut what doesn't.
Channel Partner Communications
Keep partners current on product news, launches, competitive moments, and company updates through a regular newsletter and to partner webinars.
Help maintain the partner comms calendar so it lines up with our campaign team's priorities and doesn’t overlap communications with demand gen initiatives.
Make sure partners hear about big announcements before or alongside customers, not after.
Channel Partner Field Events
Plan and support partner field events and regional moments globally, from customer roundtables to partner-hosted sessions at larger shows.
Run events through our partner event request process so each one has agreed commitments up front: leads, meetings, co-investment, and follow-up.
Track every event in Salesforce and report pipeline and ROI afterward. Help us stop funding events that don't perform.
Coordinate with our corporate events team so partner presence at major shows is planned.
To-Partner Digital Marketing
Run always-on digital programs aimed at partner sellers, so they know why MinIO wins and remember us when the right deal comes up.
Partner with our digital and campaign teams on targeting, creative, and measurement.
Your Skills and Experience:
10+ years in B2B marketing, with at least 5 in channel or partner marketing at an infrastructure software, storage, data or cloud company
Hands-on experience marketing with and through VARs and distributors. GSI experience is a strong plus.
A track record of building joint marketing plans that produced pipeline you can point to.
Experience running partner field events and managing MDF.
Comfort in Salesforce: campaigns, attribution, and reporting.
The ability to say no: partners and partner managers will ask for a lot, and part of this job is picking what matters.
Clear writing and the confidence to present to partner executives and our own leadership
Willingness to travel.
Experience with a PRM or through-channel marketing platform such as Salesforce PRM, Impartner, Unifyr or ZINFI.
Background in AI infrastructure, data platforms or object storage.
Experience building a partner program from an early stage.
Experience using reporting tools like Omni Analytics.
What We Offer:
Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)
401K with 3% Contribution
Pre-IPO Stock Options
At least 12 Public Holidays
Flexible Time Off
Equal Opportunity Policy (EEO)
MinIO is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and an affirmative action employer. We review applications for employment without regard to their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, age, veteran status, genetic information, physical or mental disability, medical condition, marital status, or any other basis prohibited by law.

1Password is growing. We’ve surpassed $500M in ARR and we’re continuing to accelerate, earning a spot on the Forbes Cloud 100 for four years in a row and teaming up with iconic partners like Oracle Red Bull Racing.
About 1Password
At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.
If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
As a Senior IT Engineer on the IT Engineering team, you’ll shape how identity and access work across 1Password. You’ll lead Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives, improve our Okta environment, and help expand Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled workflows across IT. Your work will make secure access simpler and more reliable, helping advance 1Password’s mission to create a safer, simpler digital future for everyone.
How we’re using AI today
Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What we're looking for:
• Bring substantial experience in a technical IT role, including experience in IT engineering or systems administration.
• Administer Okta or a comparable Identity Provider (IdP), such as Microsoft Entra ID, in a production environment.
• Apply identity protocols including Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML), OpenID Connect (OIDC), and System for Cross-domain Identity Management (SCIM) to connect applications.
• Build integrations and automation using Representational State Transfer (REST) APIs and scripting languages such as Python and Bash.
• Use infrastructure or configuration as code with Git-based workflows, including pull requests and code review.
• Demonstrate experience applying AI to accelerate or replace team workflows, while managing project timelines, risks, stakeholder communication, and organizational change.
• Bring experience managing an IdP with Terraform, using 1Password Enterprise and Device Trust, or supporting Service Organization Control 2 (SOC 2), Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), or ISO 27001 audits.
What you can expect:
• Operate and improve Okta, including tenant configuration, policies, lifecycle management, and complex identity issues.
• Lead IAM initiatives from concept through rollout, including role-based access control, access reviews, and onboarding and offboarding automation.
• Build safeguards that make identity and access changes safer to deploy and easier to audit.
• Design durable application integrations using SAML, OIDC, SCIM, and custom API work where needed.
• Simplify access requests and employee lifecycle processes so secure workflows are also efficient workflows.
• Partner with IT, Security, and Device Infrastructure teams to plan rollouts, manage risk, establish identity practices, and support audit and compliance work.
• Participate in the on-call rotation and provide clear guidance on identity and access questions across 1Password.
USA-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $117,000 USD and $164,000 USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
Canada-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $103,000 CAD and $144,000 CAD, plus immediate participation in 1Password’s generous benefits program (health, dental, RRSP and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs.
At 1Password, we approach each individual's compensation with a promise of fair market value and internal equity commensurate with experience and specific skill set.
This posting is for an existing vacancy.
Our culture
At 1Password, we prioritize collaboration, clear and transparent communication, receptiveness to feedback, and alignment with our core values: keep it simple, lead with honesty, and put people first.
You’ll be part of a team that challenges the status quo, and is excited to experiment and iterate in search of the best solution. That said, 1Password is not for everyone https://blog.1password.com/inside-the-culture-powering-1passwords-next-chapter/. Our work is demanding, we strive for excellence, and the pace is fast. We need people who are keen to take on challenging problems, who seek feedback to grow, and who are driven to make an impact. If you're looking for a place where you can settle into a comfortable routine, this might not be the right fit for you. We’re looking for individuals who are proven experts in their fields, as well as those who are highly adaptable, can thrive in ambiguity and through change, are curious, and above all deliver results.
How we work with AI
We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password.
This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others.
Our approach to remote work
We believe in the power of remote work, but recognize that in-person connection is important to help us achieve our mission. While we are a remote-first company, travel for in-person engagement is a part of almost all roles, and we require our employees to be ready and willing to take part. Frequency will depend on role and responsibilities, and may include, but is not limited to: annual department-wide offsites, team meetings, and customer/industry events.
What we offer
We believe in working hard, and rewarding that hard work through our benefits. While not an exhaustive list, here is a glance at what we currently offer:
Health and wellbeing
👶 Maternity and parental leave top-up programs
🩺 Competitive health benefits
🏝 Generous PTO policy
Growth and future
📈 RSU program for most employees
💸 Retirement matching program

🏆 Peer-to-peer recognition through Bonusly
🌎 Remote-first work environment
*Some roles in our GTM team are currently being hired for in-person hybrid work in Toronto and Austin. These roles will specify on the posting.

As a Commercial Account Executive, you will own a focused territory of strategic target accounts and existing customers with 500-2,500 employees, with an emphasis on Fortune 1000 and high growth organizations. Your mandate is to create new executive relationships, build qualified pipeline, win complex, six-figure, multi-product, platform opportunities, and expand 1Password’s strategic footprint across an existing book of business.
This is not a transactional or single-product sales role. You will lead an enterprise-wide security conversation, starting with a customer’s most urgent problem and building the strategic case for Unified Access across humans, AI agents, and machines. You will engage and multi-thread with CISOs, CIOs, IT and security leaders, IAM teams, DevOps and platform teams, engineering leaders, security architects, finance, procurement, and other executive stakeholders.
This is a remote, field-based opportunity. Candidates must be based in the New York City metro area or New England area and should expect regular in-person customer meetings, industry events, and travel throughout the territory, about 30-40%.
How we’re using AI today
Across GTM, we’re transforming the way we work with AI. We expect every seller, CSM, and team member to become a power user, using it daily to work smarter and move faster. AI is already embedded in how we operate – from real-time coaching that sharpens how we sell and interact with customers, to surfacing insights that help us anticipate needs – creating more time for meaningful customer engagement. If you’re excited to reshape how you think, make decisions, and drive growth with AI, you’ll feel right at home here.
Note: All go-to market roles will have an in-person onboarding in Toronto.
What we're looking for:
- 4+ years experience selling to Fortune 1000 organizations and high growth companies spanning 500+ employees, with 1+ year of substantial cybersecurity sales experience.
- A consistent record of exceeding $1M+ annual quotas, including experience carrying quotas in the $1M-2M range and closing complex, multi-product opportunities.
- Multiple years of elite sales performance and company recognition, such as President’s Club or equivalent top-performer awards.
- Demonstrated success selling enterprise platforms and multi-product solutions, and not just transactional or stand-alone point products.
- Clear methodology for maintaining 2.5x pipeline coverage at all times through territory tiering, account planning, outreach cadence, and cold calling efforts.
- Experience selling identity, Zero Trust, cloud security, endpoint security, privileged access, developer security, or adjacent cybersecurity platforms.
- Proven ability to engage IAM, IT security, DevOps, platform engineering, and engineering leaders and connect their technical priorities to an executive business case.
- A record of winning net-new strategic logos and expanding existing accounts through cross-sell, upsell, and multi-year platform agreements.
- Strong executive presence and the ability to communicate credibly with C-suite leaders and deeply technical audiences.
- Rigorous account planning, pipeline creation, opportunity management, forecasting, and negotiation skills.
Bonus points for:
- You lead with curiosity and strong discovery, uncovering the broader security and business problem rather than stopping at the initial product request.
- You create a compelling platform narrative while keeping the customer’s priorities, maturity, and path to value at the center.
- You combine strategic thinking with operating rigor; your account plans, pipeline, forecasts, and close plans are current, specific, and dependable.
- You are resilient, accountable, collaborative, and motivated by ambitious targets and complex opportunities.
- You hunt daily for new opportunities and consistently hit pipeline generation targets.
- You leverage AI daily to expedite your administrative work and identify strategic opportunities across your book.
- You are coachable, apply feedback quickly, and continuously improve your craft.
- You thrive in a remote, field-based environment and prioritize meaningful in-person customer engagement.
What you can expect:
Own and grow a strategic commercial territory
- Develop and execute sophisticated account and territory plans for a focused portfolio of high-value prospects and customers.
- Create new executive relationships with CISOs, CIOs, identity leaders, security architects, and other senior technology buyers to accelerate access and credibility.
- Identify whitespace, competitive displacement opportunities, and compelling events across identity security, AI adoption, privileged access, SaaS governance, developer workflows, and device security.
- Build and maintain the pipeline coverage, account engagement, and deal velocity required to consistently achieve or exceed a significant annual quota.
- Cultivate relationships in the channel through innovative account mapping techniques and in-person co-selling opportunities.
Sell the full platform story
- Elevate conversations from an individual point-product need to a strategic Unified Access vision spanning people, AI agents, and machines.
- Connect 1Password’s capabilities to measurable outcomes, including reducing credential and access risk, eliminating standing privilege, governing SaaS and shadow AI, protecting developer and machine workflows, strengthening device trust, and improving auditability.
- Land with the customer’s most urgent use case, then build an executive-backed roadmap for adoption and expansion across Enterprise Password Manager, SaaS Manager, Credential Broker, Device Trust, and Privileged Access.
- Translate complex identity, access, cloud, endpoint, developer, and AI-security concepts into clear business value for executive and deeply technical audiences.
Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Orchestrate 4-6 month sales cycles involving security, IAM, IT, DevOps, platform engineering, application engineering, finance, legal, procurement, and executive sponsors.
- Build consensus across large buying groups and establish clear business, technical, economic, and decision criteria.
- Lead executive presentations, discovery sessions, workshops, business-value assessments, commercial negotiations, and close plans.
- Create and maintain mutual action plans and apply MEDDPPICC or a comparable enterprise qualification methodology with discipline.
- Structure and negotiate complex, multi-year, multi-product agreements, org-wide solutions with material ARR and platform expansion potential.
Expand strategic customer relationships
- Build broad, durable relationships throughout customer organizations rather than relying on a single champion.
- Uncover business and security priorities beyond the initial use case and turn them into platform expansion opportunities.
- Partner with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, product specialists, and services teams to create adoption and expansion plans tied to measurable outcomes.
Operate as one team
- Collaborate closely with BDR, Solutions Engineering, Channels, Alliances, Customer Success, Onboarding, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Deal Desk.
- Co-sell with strategic partners, cloud alliances, channel teams, and systems integrators where they can expand reach or accelerate a decision.
- Represent 1Password at executive briefings, customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
- Maintain accurate opportunity data, next steps, forecasts, and account plans in Salesforce.
- Use AI and modern selling tools thoughtfully to improve research, preparation, coaching, and execution while creating more time for customer engagement.
How you work:
- Knowledge of identity and access management, privileged access management, credential security, machine identities, agentic AI security, SaaS governance, device trust, or secrets management.
- Experience competing and winning against major enterprise identity and cybersecurity platform providers.
- Proficiency with MEDDPPICC, Salesforce, Slack, Zoom, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, and AI-enabled sales tools.
- Demonstrated ownership of full cycle sales from initial cold outbound to close to expansion.
- Experience developing opportunities through channel partners, cloud alliances, systems integrators, or technology partners.
