About the Role
The Growth Lead, Performance will build and scale the acquisition engine for Avoca's growth, focusing initially on paid social and paid search channels. Responsibilities include strategy, execution, creative testing, conversion, measurement, and optimization of paid acquisition channels. The role also involves identifying new growth opportunities, building channels from scratch, and scaling successful experiments. The position reports to the Head of Growth and works on the company's highest-priority channels.
What You'll Do
— Build and scale paid social and paid search into major revenue drivers
— Own paid acquisition end to end: strategy, execution, budget allocation, creative testing, conversion, measurement, optimization
— Build a high-velocity experimentation engine across audiences, messaging, creative, offers, and landing pages
— Translate customer insights and performance data into resonant campaigns
— Set performance targets and allocate investment based on pipeline, CAC, channel efficiency, and revenue
— Partner with Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing for feedback on ICPs, lead quality, SLAs, and pipeline handoff
— Use AI and automation to speed up campaign development, analysis, and experimentation
— Identify, test, and scale growth channels beyond paid acquisition
What You’ll Bring
— 5+ years in performance marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation, preferably in fast-growing B2B tech
— Strong track record building and scaling paid social programs, with deep Meta expertise
— Paid search experience and fluency across acquisition funnel
— Experience managing budgets and making investment decisions based on pipeline quality and growth potential
— History of managing toward qualified pipeline and revenue
— Strong analytical and creative instincts to turn data into campaigns
— Broad growth experience to build, test, and scale channels beyond paid media
— Fluency with AI tools and automation to increase output and learning velocity

Compensation
Expected on target earnings $160,000–$210,000 per year, including base salary, bonus, equity, and benefits. Final compensation based on experience and qualifications determined during interview process.

The company is hiring a Senior Software Engineer for the Product Platform team responsible for the foundational API layer used by all Lithic products. The team focuses on API Gateway, Events Platform, API key management and authorization, audit logging, and API norms and versioning strategy.
