This is a contract/part-time role: 10-20 hrs/week with a rate of $40-50/hr.
NOPE is an AI safety company focused on the proliferation of relationships between humans and AI and their impact on wellbeing and societal fabrics. They measure real conversations and relationships involving AI, track incidents, analyze regulations, and run evaluations on both raw LLMs and deployed AI. Their mission is to hold AI labs and products accountable for harms produced and to foster safe and aligned AI through proper governance and scrutiny.
The Social Comms role involves increasing NOPE's social media presence and becoming an active participant in the global conversation around AI safety and alignment. Responsibilities include taking research and artifacts produced by NOPE and creating a consistent, human presence on social channels by deciding what gets posted, writing content, and engaging with researchers, journalists, builders, and policymakers. The role requires maintaining an authoritative voice without growth-hacking or engagement bait. Work is asynchronous, any timezone, with direct access to the team and unpublished materials.
The person will have significant authorship over NOPE's blog, LinkedIn, other social accounts, public spaces, and private community spaces relevant to their work.

What You’ll Do
Perform daily charge audits, reviewing clinical documentation for accurate CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS code assignment. Verify charges align with payer-specific billing rules and medical necessity requirements before submission. Identify and correct coding discrepancies proactively, before claims go out. Submit clean claims daily through Apero and the clearinghouse. Monitor claim system and clearinghouse rejection queues; research and resolve rejections promptly to avoid timely-filing exposure. Correct and resubmit rejected claims, tracking each through to acceptance. Stay current on coding updates, payer policy changes, and industry regulations. Collaborate with Medical Billing Associates and the Medical Billing Team Lead on recurring coding or rejection patterns.
What You Bring
Minimum 3 years of experience in medical billing and coding within a healthcare setting. Strong understanding of coding standards (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS), claim submission workflows, and clearinghouse rejection handling. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in code assignment. Experience with Apero or similar clearinghouse/practice management software preferred. Experience in Sleep Medicine and/or DME billing strongly preferred. Professional coding certification (CPC, CCS, RHIT, or RHIA) a plus but not required. Genuine interest in sleep, health, and helping people better understand and improve their well-being.

About the role Nebius is building cloud infrastructure and AI platforms used at scale. We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join the Nebius Console team and lead the design of Compute experiences: complex, high-impact workflows used by technical teams to create, configure, monitor, and manage cloud resources. This role is for a designer who enjoys working with complex systems, understands the value of clear interaction models, and can turn technical depth into intuitive, reliable product experiences.
What you'll do
Own end-to-end design for Compute features in Nebius Console, from discovery and problem framing to delivery, launch, and iteration.
Design clear, scalable workflows for complex cloud infrastructure scenarios, including resource creation, configuration, management, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Translate business goals, technical constraints, and user needs into coherent user journeys, information architecture, and interaction models.
Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, UX Researchers, and other stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
Explore and validate design hypotheses through user insights, prototypes, product data, and feedback from internal and external users.
Clearly present design solutions, trade-offs, and rationale to cross-functional teams.
Work closely with engineers during implementation to ensure high-quality execution and consistency.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of the design system, improving consistency, usability, and quality across Nebius Console.
Collaborate within a strong design team through reviews, critiques, shared patterns, and design system contributions.
Required qualifications
6+ years of experience as a Product Designer working on digital products.
Strong product thinking and the ability to approach design through connected user scenarios, product goals, and system constraints.
Experience designing complex B2B, SaaS, developer tools, infrastructure, or admin products.
Ability to balance usability, consistency, technical feasibility, and innovation in complex systems.
Strong systems thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work in a structured, systematic way.
Strong proficiency in Figma, including complex flows, components, variants, and interactive prototypes.
Ability to communicate design decisions clearly and constructively with both product and engineering teams.
Nice to have
Experience designing cloud consoles, infrastructure platforms, developer tools, or other technically complex products.
Familiarity with cloud concepts such as virtual machines, compute resources, networking, storage, quotas, permissions, or monitoring.
Experience with UX research, usability testing, customer interviews, or feedback analysis.
Ability to communicate effectively with engineers using basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript terminology.
Experience working with design systems at scale.
