You’ll create impact for our future by taking ownership, contributing to shared goals and helping shape what comes next, all as part of our enhanced international community of talented, collaborative and passionate teams. The difference you’ll make You’ll sit in the Product Marketing team, reporting to the Head of Product Marketing. You’ll work closely with our international commercial teams alongside Product, Design, Research, and Engineering to champion our international customers, identify what drives their booking choices, and uncover where loveholidays can win. Together, the team will turn customer empathy and market intelligence into high-impact proposition improvements and rapid experimentation that accelerate growth across key international markets, starting with a strong focus on Germany and the Netherlands. The Product Marketing team acts as the critical bridge between local market dynamics and core platform execution. Collectively, the team combines qualitative customer research with deep commercial analytics to evaluate competitor models, diagnose performance gaps across the end-to-end booking journey, and define high-value opportunities that scale effectively across borders. Product Marketing sits within our Platform function, which builds the technology and shared capabilities that power the loveholidays experience. By creating scalable products, systems and tools, Platform helps the wider organisation move faster, work more independently and deliver better outcomes for customers. Your day-to-day: INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER AND COMPETITOR EXPERTISE - Build a deep understanding of customers in each international market: their needs, motivations, booking habits, expectations and barriers to choosing loveholidays. With a specific focus on Germany and the Netherlands. - Get hands-on with customer research, feedback and the end-to-end holiday journey, building real empathy and bringing the international customer’s voice into decisions across the business. - Understand competitor propositions and business models in detail. Experience their products, assess how well they meet local customer needs and identify where we need to close gaps or offer something more compelling. - Share customer and competitor insight broadly, helping teams distinguish between needs shared across markets and differences that require a local approach. MARKET PERFORMANCE AND OPPORTUNITIES - Understand performance by market, customer segment and stage of the journey, working with commercial and analytics teams to connect customer behaviour with conversion, repeat booking, customer satisfaction and commercial outcomes. - Identify where our proposition and experience are strong or weak, combining performance data with customer and competitor evidence to understand why. - Prioritise opportunities with clear recommendations on the customer problem, expected impact and how we will measure success. HANDS-ON EXPERIMENTATION AND IMPROVEMENT - Propose and run tests with international commercial and platform teams, taking opportunities from an initial hypothesis through to execution, measurement and a decision on what happens next. - Test changes to our proposition, messaging and customer experience, from how we explain our value to how customers search, book and manage their holiday. - Use results to refine our approach, stop ideas that do not work and build evidence for wider investment in those that do. A PLATFORM THAT SCALES INTERNATIONALLY - Translate international customer needs and market opportunities into clear proposition and experience requirements for product, design and engineering teams. - Work with platform teams to influence priorities and shape solutions that address local needs while building capabilities we can reuse across markets. - Identify where our platform limits international growth, including gaps in localisation, content, payment options, trust and the post-booking experience, and work with teams to test and address them. - Bring evidence from current markets into future market planning, helping teams understand what can scale, what needs to adapt and what we should validate before launch. Your skillset: - You have significant experience in product marketing, proposition development, growth or a closely related discipline within a consumer-facing digital business, including work across international markets. - You are a customer expert. You go beyond research decks, spend time understanding real behaviour and can explain how needs differ between markets and customer segments. - You understand competition at the proposition level: why customers choose one provider over another, how different businesses deliver value and what that means for our own choices. - You are confident working with data. You can interpret market and customer performance, ask the right questions and combine quantitative and qualitative evidence into a clear point of view. - You have a track record of hands-on experimentation. You can turn an opportunity into a testable hypothesis, work with others to deliver it and use the results to decide what to do next. - You know how to work with product, design and engineering teams, translating customer needs into clear problems and requirements and balancing local relevance with platform scalability. - You communicate clearly and lead through influence. You build momentum across commercial and platform teams and challenge assumptions constructively. - You are comfortable moving between setting direction and doing the work. You bring curiosity, sound judgement and personal ownership of results. - Experience in B2C eCommerce is critical, travel experience is desirable - Fluency in one or more European languages, especially German highly desirable The interview journey: - Intro with a member of the Talent Acquisition team - 30 mins - Virtual 1st stage with Hiring Manager - 45 mins - Final stage with key stakeholder/s including a task to present, in office - 2 hours Perks of joining us: - Company pension contributions at 5% - Individualised training budget for you to learn on the job and level yourself up - Discounted holidays for you, your family and friends - 25 days of holidays per annum (plus 8 public holidays) increases by 1 day for every second year of service, up to a maximum 30 days per annum - Ability to buy and sell annual leave - Access to our electric vehicle salary sacrifice scheme - Cycle to work scheme, season ticket loan and eye care vouchers Our commitment to inclusion At loveholidays, we focus on creating an inclusive environment where everyone can contribute, grow and succeed. ABOUT THE ROLE ElevenLabs is scaling fast – new enterprise customers, new products, new markets. The Billing Operations Specialist is the person who makes sure every deal that closes is reflected correctly in our systems. This is an operational ownership role, sitting at the intersection of Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Engineering – responsible for the full billing lifecycle of our enterprise accounts, from provisioning a new customer on day one to cleanly closing out a churned account. You'll resolve discrepancies before customers notice them, catch configuration drift before it becomes a revenue problem, and build the processes that make billing feel invisible to everyone else. You'll also work on projects and programs that evolve the sophistication of our billing processes and our tooling, and help with things like pricing migrations and other critical efforts. The ideal person is someone who is obsessive about accuracy and automation, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and energized (not frustrated) by the complexity of managing billing at scale across thousands of accounts. Provisioning - Translate closed-won deals from Salesforce into correctly configured subscriptions in our billing platforms, such as Stripe – pricing plan, billing interval, contract start date, trial periods, discounts - Own the reconciliation between executed order forms and what's been requested for provisioning; work with Sales and Legal to resolve any gaps - Partner with Engineering to identify automation opportunities and build guardrails that make provisioning faster and more accurate over time Subscription & account management - Process mid-cycle changes and manage renewal mechanics – upgrades, downgrades, seat changes, plan switches, and so on. - Handle offboarding cleanly: close subscriptions, issue final invoices or credits, ensure no residual billing - Resolve invoice discrepancies raised by customers or flagged by the Customer Success team – incorrect amounts, missing credits, misapplied discounts Revenue integrity - Run periodic audits of active subscriptions to verify billing matches contracted terms - Identify and remediate ghost subscriptions, duplicate customers, and orphaned invoices - Support month-end and quarter-end close by reconciling billing platforms with Finance's records - Surface pricing or configuration anomalies to relevant teams. REQUIREMENTS Must-have - 2-5 years in billing operations, revenue operations, finance operations or a similar role supporting B2B or enterprise customers (adjust the range for level) - Hands-on experience with a subscription billing platform, ideally Stripe Billing or similar (Chargebee, Zuora, Recurly), including subscriptions, invoices, credits, coupons and billing intervals - Experience turning closed-won deals and order forms into correct billing configurations (pricing plan, start date, trial, discounts) - Strong attention to detail and a record of catching discrepancies before customers do - Can read a contract or order form and spot gaps against what was requested for provisioning - Experience reconciling billing data to finance records, including supporting month-end or quarter-end close - Comfort working with Salesforce (or another CRM) as the source of truth for deals - Clear written communication and ability to work across Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Legal and Engineering - Comfortable with ambiguity and with managing a high volume of accounts without losing track Strong plus - Experience with usage-based or hybrid pricing - Familiarity with SQL, spreadsheets at scale (pivots, lookups), or BI tools, for audits and reconciliation - Experience building automation or scripts, or partnering with Engineering on guardrails (APIs, webhooks, no-code tools) - Experience running subscription audits, such as finding ghost subscriptions, duplicate customers and orphaned invoices - Experience with pricing migrations or billing-system migrations - Exposure to ASC 606 or revenue recognition basics - Experience with a quote-to-cash stack (CPQ, contract management, ERP such as NetSuite) - Experience at a high-growth SaaS or AI company LOCATION This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere in the United States or Europe. #LI-remote We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses.

We deliver results that exceed expectations and we win together! Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without sponsorship. We are unable to provide sponsorship for work visas of any kind at the time of hire, or at any point during employment. This includes, but is not limited to: F1-OPT, F1-CPT, H-1B, TN, J-1, etc Your Role: The Senior Manager, Technical Excellence & Escalations leads the two teams that sit between Technical Support and the rest of the business: the global Technical Excellence team, staffed by our Technical Leads, and the global Escalations Engineering team. Both produce Tenable's earliest and clearest signal about product supportability and customer risk. Both have historically produced that signal faster than the organization could act on it. This role exists to close that gap. This is not a queue-management job. The Senior Manager is accountable for two outcomes: turning Technical Lead expertise and escalation findings into tracked change with Product and Engineering, and running one escalations practice that behaves identically in AMER, EMEA, and APJ. The role sits within Operations & Scale and works in close partnership with the Sr. Director, who sets overall strategy and carries the executive narrative. The Senior Manager owns the operating model, the day-to-day practice, and the working-level relationships with Product and Engineering that make change actually happen. They lead senior individual contributors who are already force multipliers — which makes this a job about influence and orchestration, not direction. Who You Are An orchestrator, not a bottleneck. You create the conditions for senior experts to influence the organization instead of routing their work through yourself. Technically credible. You have the depth to earn respect from Principal-level engineers and to challenge an Engineering assessment that doesn't hold up. A clear communicator under pressure. You can hold a room containing both a frustrated customer and an Engineering lead, and translate technical detail into business consequence. A systems thinker. You are drawn to the pattern behind the escalation. You would rather fix the class of problem than win the individual case. Comfortable influencing without authority. Much of what this role must accomplish depends on teams you don't own. Effective remotely. You build trust and hold a team together without relying on being in the room, and you communicate in writing well enough that distance isn't a handicap. A developer of senior talent. You are energized by growing people who are already very good, and you give direct feedback. Your Opportunity: Technical Excellence Team Run the operating model and product coverage plan for the global Technical Excellence team — every strategic product has clear lead ownership, defined authority, and no coverage gaps across theaters. Set the team's working agenda: what leads work on, what they own, and how their time splits between reactive escalation support and proactive supportability work. Turn Technical Lead findings — defect patterns, supportability gaps, documentation failures, recurring friction — into one prioritized, evidence-backed agenda, not a stream of individual product complaints. Position Technical Leads as credible partners in Product and Engineering forums, with the data, framing, and support they need to influence rather than escalate. Contribute to the Technical Lead career path with the Education & Enablement Manager, and apply it consistently — progression from Technical Lead through Senior and Principal, and the competencies that separate each grade. Global Escalations Practice Own the global escalations practice day to day: process design, entry and exit criteria, severity definitions, roles, communication standards, and adherence. Drive it to a single global standard. One model, consistently applied and measured across all theaters, with regional variance only where legally or operationally required. Operate and enforce the working agreement with Product Engineering — SLA adherence for escalated defects, prioritization criteria, update cadence, and follow-through on resolution commitments. Escalate structural breakdowns to the Sr. Director. Own the quality of post-escalation output. Every RCA and post-incident report produces a tracked action, not a filed document. Build the prevention agenda: analyze root cause patterns and drive the upstream product, process, tooling, or enablement changes that reduce escalation volume and re-escalation rate. Act as the Technical Support point of contact for high-severity customer situations — providing assurance and coordination without displacing the assigned Escalations Engineer. Driving Change Across the Organization Represent Technical Support in roadmap, release readiness, and quality forums at the Product Management and Engineering Manager level, making the supportability and escalation-risk case with data. Run the working-level feedback loop into Product and Engineering: defined cadence, shared prioritization, visible tracking from support signal to shipped change. Assemble the evidence behind supportability investment — ticket volume, escalation cost, re-escalation overhead — and partner with the Sr. Director to convert it into a business case that earns engineering capacity. Partner with Engineering on release quality gates so Technical Support has meaningful input before GA, not remediation duty after it. Represent both teams in cross-functional work with Customer Success, Sales Engineering, and Professional Services where escalation or account risk is in scope. Produce the regular supportability and escalation readout for the Sr. Director: narrative, trend, and recommendation — not raw metrics. Present directly to senior leadership as requested. Work with the Operations Manager to instrument escalation and Technical Lead activity in TSO reporting, so the teams' signal is visible without manual pulls. Leadership & People Development Lead and develop a senior, highly autonomous, globally distributed team, including the Principal Technical Lead as a technical partner and strategic extension of the function. Operate as a player-coach: hold the operating cadence and coach the team, and step personally into a live critical escalation or a difficult Engineering conversation when it matters. Build succession depth in both teams and eliminate single-person dependency on strategic products and accounts. Partner with the Education & Enablement Manager — a peer in the same function — to close skill gaps in both populations and feed field learnings into broader Technical Support enablement and certification. Set goals, performance expectations, and measurement for both teams in line with global Technical Support objectives. Drive AI adoption within Technical Lead and Escalations workflows under the Support AI governance framework, acting as the proving ground for capability the wider TSO will inherit. What You'll Need: 8+ years in Technical Support, Escalation Management, or customer-facing engineering in enterprise software, with recent focus on security or vulnerability management. 3+ years managing technical teams — ideally senior individual contributors, technical leads, or escalation engineers. Experience managing remote and globally distributed teams strongly preferred. Hands-on experience running an escalation practice or program, including process design and cross-functional coordination. Demonstrated ability to influence product and engineering priorities using support and escalation data. Experience operating within Support–Engineering agreements, including SLA adherence for defect resolution. Comfort with support metrics and the analysis behind them — escalation volume, re-escalation rate, time-to-resolution, ticket volume reduction — and the ability to build the evidence case for investment. Strong understanding of Tenable's product portfolio and security best practices, or the demonstrated ability to reach it quickly. Technical foundation across networking, authentication, operating systems, and cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) sufficient to lead technical discussions credibly. Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable with senior stakeholders and with customers at any level. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience. Able to work in a hybrid/on-site capacity at our office in Columbia MD. Available to provide leadership coverage for critical escalations outside standard business hours as needed, and to work across AMER, EMEA, and APJ time zones to support globally distributed teams. Occasional travel as required for team, customer, and cross-functional engagements. Flexibility to perform other duties as deemed necessary by management. And Ideally: Cybersecurity or adjacent enterprise security SaaS experience. Prior time as a Technical Lead, Principal Engineer, or Escalations Engineer — credibility earned in the seat. Product Management or program management exposure. Familiarity with AI-assisted support workflows and their governance. Experience supporting FedRAMP or other regulated environments. #LI-Hybrid #LI-MM1 This is the base pay range for this position. Chainguard is venture-backed by leading investors, including Amplify, IVP, Kleiner Perkins, Lightspeed Venture Partners, Mantis VC, Redpoint Ventures, Sequoia Capital, and Spark Capital. This role, in a nutshell: Our international business has moved past the proving stage. The teams, the sales motion and the early wins are in place across EMEA, but still very much being built out in META (Middle East and Africa) and APJ. The operational foundation now needs to scale with them. We are hiring a Senior Revenue Operations Manager to be the hands-on operator behind planning, forecasting, territory design, reporting and process quality for these regions. This is an individual contributor role with a broad remit. You will work directly with regional sales leadership, report into the Senior Director of Revenue Operations EMEA, and apply global standards and systems to the realities of selling across multiple countries, segments and time zones. You will also be the person who raises it when a global standard does not fit a region, with a proposal for what to do about it. What you will do Planning and territory design Support annual and in-year territory design for EMEA, META and APJ, using account potential, segment, language, legal entity and market maturity to build territories that are equitable and defensible. Support capacity and coverage modeling: headcount plans, ramp assumptions, quota allocation and productivity targets tied to the company financial plan. Set different assumptions for markets at different stages, such as an established EMEA business and an earlier-stage APJ business. Support sales compensation execution with global Sales Operations and Finance, including plan rollout, quota letters and accurate, on-time attainment reporting. Forecasting and reporting Support in running the forecast cadence for the regions you support: weekly pipeline inspection, forecast calls, roll-up accuracy and the written narrative for global sales and finance leadership. Drive the operating reporting rhythm: weekly performance, monthly business reviews, QBRs and regional inputs to Board materials. Own pipeline health and funnel analytics, including conversion by stage, segment, region and country, source and campaign contribution, and win/loss patterns. Identify what is driving each result and recommend what to change. Partnership with regional leadership Act as the revenue operations partner to regional sales leaders and their teams, joining leadership meetings and QBRs with data and recommendations that support fast decisions. Support leaders at different levels of business maturity and with different priorities, and give each the same standard of analysis and attention. Serve as one of the EMEA, META and APJ voices within global Revenue Operations, and keep regional requirements visible in global planning. Systems, data and process Maintain data integrity in Salesforce and the wider GTM stack, including account ownership, hierarchy, segmentation and the reporting fields that executive reporting depends on. Work with global GTM Operations on system and process changes, making sure regional needs are represented without fragmenting the global architecture. Maintain rules of engagement across regions, segments and teams, and resolve coverage and credit questions fairly and promptly. Bring region-specific requirements into process and reporting design, including data residency, GDPR and APAC privacy regimes, and local entity and currency considerations, working with Legal and Finance. Partner with Marketing, BDR, Customer Success, Finance and Legal to remove friction from the regional go-to-market process. What we are looking for Required 7+ years of Sales, Revenue or GTM Operations experience in high-growth Enterprise B2B SaaS. Experience with multi-country territory design, quota allocation and capacity planning. EMEA experience is essential, and exposure to META or APJ is a strong plus. Expert-level Salesforce skills, including reporting, data models and process design, and sound judgment about what belongs in the CRM and what does not. A record of running a forecast process that sales leaders trust, with measurable improvement in forecast accuracy. A strong analytical foundation: you can break an ambiguous problem into its parts and reach a recommendation you can defend. Clear communication across levels, from a front-line manager's pipeline question to an executive summary, without changing the underlying facts. Experience as a trusted operations partner to senior revenue leaders, including giving them unwelcome news when the numbers call for it. Comfort working inside a globally managed function: adopting global standards, pushing back where they do not fit, and avoiding regional fragmentation. Working knowledge of the modern GTM stack (for example Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, HubSpot, CPQ, and Sigma, Tableau or Looker) and the ability to learn new tools quickly. Comfort with international complexity: multiple currencies, legal entities, languages and privacy regimes, and a working day that spans several time zones. Willingness to travel across the regions and to the US for QBRs and planning cycles (1 - 2x per quarter) Nice to have Experience supporting public sector or regulated-industry go-to-market teams. SQL skills or experience building data models directly. Experience mentoring or informally leading analysts or junior operations staff. How success is measured Forecast accuracy improves and leadership relies on the regional roll-up. Territories and quotas are in place on time each planning cycle, with few disputes after launch. Regional leaders get reporting and recommendations without having to ask for them. Salesforce data in the regions meets agreed hygiene standards. Regional requirements are reflected in global system and process decisions. Location: Berlin, Germany; London, United Kingdom About Wolt At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe. Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life. We are looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager to join our EMEA Growth & Engagement team, which owns the growth and engagement of Wolt+ and Deliveroo Plus across 40+ markets in Europe and the Middle East and is working to build the best local commerce membership programs in the markets we operate in. You will join our Engagement pod, which focuses on understanding what turns a subscriber into a healthy, engaged and long-term member. You will be responsible for i) identifying and prioritising the largest opportunities to improve our member experience and subscription health, ii) understanding how customer needs and behaviours evolve across different stages of the Plus lifecycle, and iii) driving the highest-priority opportunities from strategy through experimentation and execution to tangible business results. To get the job done, you’ll work closely with our wider subscription team and cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Data Science & Analytics, Marketing, Commercial and Finance, while taking full ownership of driving your initiatives to fruition and, most importantly, measurable results. Our team is responsible for driving the growth and long-term health of our subscription programs. Your exact problem space may evolve as our priorities change, but in practice you will: Build a clear view of the largest opportunities to improve member engagement and subscription health across EMEA. Use customer behaviour, market performance and economics to size opportunities and prioritise the areas most likely to materially move our business results. Understand the member lifecycle end to end, identifying where customers struggle to onboard, build habit, discover value or remain engaged, and translate those insights into practical interventions that improve customer and business outcomes. Own initiatives from initial problem definition through to execution and results, working closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science & Analytics, Marketing, Commercial and Finance. Build and run an experimentation roadmap against the highest-priority opportunities. Translate business problems into clear hypotheses, design A/B tests or other appropriate experiments, analyse the results and make decisions on whether initiatives should be scaled, iterated or stopped. Track and own the key performance indicators relevant to your problem space and, where necessary, drive corrective actions. This may mean pulling shorter-term lifecycle levers or shaping longer-term Product and Engineering solutions to address underlying drivers. Collaborate closely with local and regional teams to ensure our strategies reflect customer needs and market context, and turn successful approaches into repeatable playbooks that can scale across Wolt+ and Deliveroo Plus. Keep a close eye on our customer experience and identify opportunities to make Plus easier to understand, use and get value from throughout the membership lifecycle. The Engagement pod works across a broad range of customer problems. Examples could include improving the first 30–60 days of membership, onboarding and early order progression, benefit discovery and adoption, lifecycle and CRM journeys, programs that drive incremental order frequency and activity, and initiatives that improve longer-term member engagement and retention. Our humble expectations 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in i) strategy & operations, consumer growth or engagement at a leading consumer technology / platform company, ii) subscriptions, loyalty or membership businesses, or iii) management consulting with subsequent operating experience. Problem-solving and prioritisation skills: our team is in the business of solving hard problems and developing new solutions. There is rarely a ready-made playbook to follow, so you’ll need to be comfortable structuring ambiguous problems, getting into the details and identifying which opportunities are most likely to move the needle. Analytical and experimentation skills: you’ll work with data every day and need to be comfortable identifying and sizing opportunities, designing and interpreting A/B tests and making decisions based on the results. Strong spreadsheet skills are a must-have and SQL experience is useful. Customer and lifecycle judgement: you are able to understand how customer behaviour and needs evolve across the membership journey, identify the moments that matter most and translate those insights into practical ways to improve onboarding, engagement and retention. Business ownership and independence: you have experience owning measurable business results and can demonstrate how you have taken a problem from initial analysis through to execution and impact. You’ll be given significant responsibility and freedom, so you need to be comfortable operating without a predefined roadmap. People and project management skills: you’ll need to be able to inspire and persuade colleagues from a broad spectrum of backgrounds and seniority levels and get cross-functional teams working towards one goal in a coordinated and efficient way. AI fluency: AI is increasingly part of how we work at Wolt day to day. You should already be comfortable using AI tools in your work, or be excited to quickly become so, and continuously look for ways to use them to work faster and solve problems better. Business acumen and eye for superb user experience: you’ll need to be able to see the forest for the trees and have good intuition about what works best for customers while understanding the economics and trade-offs behind business decisions. Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion We’re committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That’s why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that true innovation happens when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel. Beware of recruitment scams: DoorDash, Deliveroo, and Wolt will never ask you to pay money or share sensitive financial information during hiring — learn more about our legitimate recruiting process at Recruitment Scam Awareness - DoorDash .
Location: Toronto; Canada; United States Workplace: Remote WHO ARE WE? Cohere is the leading security-first enterprise AI company. We build cutting-edge foundation AI models and end-to-end products that are designed to solve real-world business problems. We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that. We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft. We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us! ROLE OVERVIEW We're seeking a senior product leader to own Cohere's Inference as a Service business end to end. The product is sovereign, self-serve inference: a mid-market or enterprise buyer picks a model, a region and a GPU size, and is running the same afternoon with no procurement cycle and no infrastructure of their own. You'll decide which open-weights and first-party models we serve, in which regions and on which hardware, set the rate card they sell at, and carry the revenue and margin that follow from those calls. You own the platform around that endpoint as well, from the console and dashboards a customer administers their deployment through to the catalog of first-party and third-party models behind it. You'll set the strategy and run the execution, which means choosing where to spend across serving efficiency, the self-serve console and regional capacity when all three want the same budget, and shipping the deployment framework that removes infrastructure barriers while holding the line on data residency, compliance and operational confidence. You'll do that across engineering, serving, finance, legal and GTM without formal authority over most of it, and you'll be accountable for the outcome rather than for the roadmap. The timing is most of the opportunity. Every serious company is deciding where its models will run and what it costs to keep them running, serving demand is climbing faster than anyone can rack hardware for it, and very few of those buyers are willing to hand their data to an operator who can read it. We are starting this business from a standing start, with the models, the silicon and the encryption already in place and almost no one else able to offer the combination. You would be taking a product to market in the window where that advantage is still ours, building one of Cohere's major revenue lines from its first customer onward, and shaping how a generation of companies buys AI it can actually trust. RESPONSIBILITIES - Own the P&L for Inference as a Service: carry the revenue number, set the rate card, and keep blended margin above the floor as the catalog and the fleet grow. - Own the inference platform itself: the console and dashboards where customers see usage, spend, API keys, access control and attestation, and the value-add tooling that makes a managed endpoint worth more than a raw one. - Own the model inventory across first-party and third-party models: what enters the catalog, how it is grouped by provenance, what it is priced at, and when something is quantised, replaced or retired. - Set the roadmap and the investment case across serving efficiency, the self-serve surface and regional capacity, and make the call when those three compete for the same budget. - Build the commercial motion with GTM from the ground up: self-serve acquisition for the mid-market, a sales-led motion for enterprise, and the partnerships that monetise capacity we would otherwise leave idle. - Stay close to the market: talk to customers and developers about integration friction and unmet needs, track competitor pricing, catalogs and launches, and follow where models and hardware are heading, then turn that into a clear view of where we should place our bets and what it would take to win. - Define the metrics that tell us whether this is a business, including revenue, margin, win rate, time to first token and self-serve share, and lead the work that moves them. - Partner with engineering, research, legal, finance, technical writing and developer relations to ship the platform and clear the licensing, pricing and capacity decisions behind it. - Represent the business to the executive team with a recommendation, the evidence behind it and the trade-off it implies. REQUIREMENTS - 10+ years of product management experience, including meaningful time owning a B2B infrastructure or platform product at the scope of a business rather than a feature area. - Experience operating in a GM-like capacity: you have carried a revenue line or a P&L, set pricing, and been held to margin as well as to shipping. - Background at a neocloud such as Together AI, Baseten or Fireworks, or at a hyperscaler such as AWS, Azure, OCI or Google Cloud, with a working view of how inference capacity is priced, packaged and sold, and a point of view on where the segment goes next. - A track record of thinking about infrastructure as a product, with the ability to translate system-level capabilities into clearly differentiated, customer-facing features. - Entrepreneurial, with experience taking a new product to market and building the commercial motion around it rather than inheriting one. - Experience with deployment models such as multi-tenant and dedicated infrastructure, and ownership across the full product lifecycle, from problem definition through launch, iteration and eventual migration or deprecation. - Analytical by default: you define success metrics before you build, instrument thoughtfully, and use data alongside qualitative feedback to make decisions. - Able to set direction and earn alignment across engineering, infrastructure, finance, legal and GTM without formal authority, and to put a clear recommendation and its trade-offs in front of an executive audience. NICE-TO-HAVES - Experience owning a model serving or inference platform, including self-serve infrastructure and metered inference offerings. - Exposure to data residency, sovereignty, or regional compliance requirements as they apply to AI or cloud infrastructure products, particularly in the inference-as-a-service context. - Familiarity with the AI developer ecosystem and open standards, including orchestration frameworks such as LangChain and LlamaIndex, model serving frameworks such as vLLM, and an awareness of de facto interoperability standards and how they shape developer adoption and integration patterns for inference workloads. - Experience with GPU infrastructure and cloud deployment models across both neocloud and hyperscaler environments. FULL-TIME EMPLOYEES AT COHERE ENJOY THESE PERKS: - A weekly lunch stipend of $75/£75 or equivalent in your local currency for lunch. - Full health and dental benefits, including a separate budget for mental health. - RRSP matching, 401K, Pension Scheme. - 100% Parental Leave top-up for up to 6 months, for either parent. - Annual enrichment benefits: Arts & culture, fitness/wellness, quality time, and a workspace improvement credit. Education & learning stipend for conferences, courses, and coaching. - 6 weeks of paid vacation (30 working days!) - Budget for traveling to other offices if you are remote, plus an annual company offsite. HOW AND WHERE WE WORK: - Cohere is remote-friendly, but we also have offices in Toronto, London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul with more opening soon. - For those in the office: a daily lunch program, plenty of snacks, and regular community and social events. - For those not near an office: a co-working benefit so you can work alongside others in your city. - Everyone receives a $500 home office stipend to set up your workspace properly. If any of the above doesn’t line up exactly with your experience, we still encourage you to apply. We strive to create an inclusive work environment for all; we welcome applicants from all backgrounds and are committed to providing equal opportunities.
