Phantom https://phantom.com is on a mission to connect the world to the freedom of open markets. Tens of millions of people all over the world use Phantom to access global markets that never close, including perpetuals, prediction markets, tokenized assets, stablecoins and memes. Phantom users are able to discover the markets that matter and the cultural moments that shape them, building conviction through real-time data and the verified performance of top traders. With self-custody and access to open networks at its core, Phantom lets them control their financial moves in the same app they use to safely store or spend money worldwide.
Phantom has reached #1 in Google Play's finance category and consistently ranks in the top 50 apps across all categories. Check out our Forbes Fintech 50 https://www.forbes.com/sites/ninabambysheva/2026/02/23/inside-phantoms-battle-plan-to-win-the-crypto-fueled-superapp-war/ and CNBC and Statista's World's Top Fintech Companies 2026 https://www.cnbc.com/worlds-top-fintech-companies-2026/!
We are around 180 people, fully remote, backed by a $150M Series C investment from a16z, Sequoia Capital and Paradigm.
Our most active users deserve a relationship with Phantom, not a ticket queue. We are launching an invite only VIP program in app messaging with a real person, enhanced support, and exclusive experiences. You will be its first dedicated hire.
As a VIP Account Manager, you are the first point of contact for VIP members inside the app. You will own these relationships end to end: welcoming new members, resolving issues personally, pulling in support and engineering when a case needs them, and staying with it until it is closed. You will help shape the playbook for the team we build around you as the program scales toward round the clock coverage. You will work closely with the VIP program lead, support, marketing, product, and design.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be the personal, named contact for VIP members in our in-app messaging hub
- Own member relationships end to end: onboarding and welcome, proactive check-ins, and follow through on every issue until it is resolved.
- Handle high stakes situations such as compromised wallets, missing funds, and large transactions with urgency, precision, and discretion.
- Triage and escalate: bring in support agents, engineering, or leadership when a case warrants it, and own the communication back to the member.
- Meet members where they are: in-app chat first, plus email, X, Telegram, and Discord.
- Coordinate the moments beyond support: welcome gifts, event experiences, and early access to new features.
- Turn conversations into leverage: channel member feedback to product, build playbooks, and help define the response time and satisfaction standards for the VIP team.
- Help design and scale the program from a small founding cohort to thousands of members, and eventually 24/7 coverage.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years in premium or VIP support, account management, or customer success, ideally at a sports betting platform, crypto exchange, wallet, brokerage, or fintech app.
- Deep crypto fluency: you understand self custody and can navigate multiple chains, reading a block explorer, tracing a transaction, and telling an L2 gas issue apart from a bug.
- Exceptional written communication: warm, concise, and human, even under pressure.
- Absolute discretion: for high value users, privacy and trust are the product.
- Security first instincts: you know the social engineering patterns targeting crypto users, and you would never ask anyone for a seed phrase.
- Comfort with ambiguity and ownership: you are the first hire in a new function and will build much of the process yourself.
- Time zone flexibility: our members are global and markets do not close, so some evening and weekend availability is part of the job.
- Nice to have: experience serving high net worth clients at an exchange or brokerage.
- Nice to have: hands on experience with Zendesk and AI support tooling.
- Nice to have: fluency in more than one language, or an active Phantom user with real on chain history.
The target base salary for this role will range between $75,000 to $100,000 with the addition of equity and benefits. This is determined by a few factors including your skillset, prior relevant experience, quality of interviews and market factors at the point in time of offer.
Why Work With Us
Phantom's journey to becoming a global trading app began with making crypto easier to use. Today, we’re building on that foundation to help people discover the markets that matter, make informed financial moves, and safely store or spend their money worldwide. Joining Phantom means helping shape that next chapter: building products that bring the freedom of open markets to more people.
- Build for global impact: Create products used by tens of millions of people, making innovative financial markets more accessible to users around the world.
- Make complexity feel simple: Solve meaningful challenges across design, engineering, and user experience to make discovering markets and managing money seamless.
- Put users in control: Help build a future where people have greater freedom over their assets and financial decisions, with security and self-custody at the foundation.
Benefits (only available to full-time employees)
- Competitive salary and equity
- Comprehensive insurance (medical/dental/vision): base plan 100% covered
- Flexible hours and a long-standing, supportive remote environment
- Unlimited vacation: Take time when you need it (and we really mean it!)
- 401(k) retirement plan
- Wellness stipend
- Weekly meal stipend
- Learning & Development stipend
- Remote / WFH set-up stipend
We strongly encourage candidates of all backgrounds to apply. We believe that our work is stronger with a variety of perspectives, and we’re eager to further diversify our company. If you have a background that you feel would make an impact at Phantom, please consider applying. We’re committed to building an inclusive, supportive place for you to do the best work of your career.
By submitting your resume and application materials, you acknowledge and agree that Phantom Technologies, Inc. ("Phantom") collects and processes your personal information (including application materials, interview records, and related data) to evaluate your candidacy. Phantom may use AI-powered tools and third-party service providers for transcription, note-taking, scheduling, and other administrative tasks. WHY WORK AT HIGGSFIELD AI?
Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $1B in annual revenue run rate, 30M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands.
We're building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn't just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like.
WHAT ORGANIC GROWTH MEANS AT HIGGSFIELD
Organic growth here is the set of channels that convert without media spend: search, AI assistants, and the content ecosystem they pull from. The channel has already brought in $2M in under a month, and conversion keeps climbing.
So this isn't an experiment in the dark. It's a proven channel that nobody has figured out how to scale yet, because the rules are still being written.
Millions of people now ask ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity which tool to use instead of typing it into Google. What those answers say about Higgsfield decides who discovers us and whether they choose us.
An Organic Growth Manager here is a high-agency operator who:
- treats SEO, AEO and GEO as one channel, not three disciplines;
- turns observations into hypotheses, tests them, and scales what moves the number;
- builds systems and automations instead of doing the same research by hand every week;
- moves work through adjacent teams, not just through their own hands;
- owns the line from visibility to sign-ups, not just rankings.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
Visibility across search and AI assistants
- Understand how Higgsfield and competitors appear across Google and across LLMs — and why;
- Map how people actually ask for products in our category, and identify the queries worth winning;
- Find the gaps and the weak spots, including results that currently work against us.
The source ecosystem
- Understand which sites, communities, creators and formats different engines trust and retrieve;
- Shape what information exists about Higgsfield online and how our category gets described;
- Work with content, product and external partners to turn that into things that actually get published.
Measurement and experimentation
- Connect visibility, citations, traffic, sign-ups and revenue — the channel is judged on conversion, not vanity metrics;
- Build lightweight systems (Sheets, APIs, scripts, automation tools) to cut manual work;
- Continuously test new sources, formats and tools as the engines evolve.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We don't require experience in AEO or GEO — almost nobody has it. We care about how you solve unfamiliar problems, and about what you've already delivered somewhere else.
Must-have
- A measurable result you can walk us through. Which metric you moved, by how much, and what part of it was yours;
- You turn data into decisions — and can explain why that decision and not another
- Technically curious: you figure out new tools, systems and data on your own;
- Has built or automated something before, rather than doing the same thing by hand every week;
- Can move work through adjacent teams and external sites, strong cross-functional and partner skills
- Fluent English, and comfortable working with content when needed;
- High ownership: you don't wait for a task list, you understand the goal and figure out how to get there;
Good to have
- Experience in SEO, growth, analytics, content, engineering or automation;
- Familiarity with LLM retrieval, RAG, or technical SEO;
- Your own project, product or business — anything you built without a brief;
- Strong understanding of the GenAI ecosystem.
WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT
- It's not a channel with an existing playbook to execute;
- It's not a role where someone hands you a task list;
- It's not a fit if you prefer strategy over execution, or want predictable 9-to-5 workdays.
THE DEAL
- Competitive salary in USD, reviewed as you grow;
- On-site role in Almaty, Kazakhstan;
- Access to Higgsfield products and the AI tools we use internally;
- Breakfast, lunch and good coffee on us;
Location: Almaty, Kazakhstan

WHY WORK AT HIGGSFIELD AI?
Higgsfield AI is the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $1B in annual revenue run rate, 30M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands.
In 365 days we shipped 305 releases — roughly five years of work at most companies. New models, features and workflows land every week, and each one has to be explained to millions of users in a way that makes them understand it, want to try it, and remember it.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
- Writing about releases, features and updates for our blog, guides and newsletters;
- Translating product context into language users actually understand;
- Working cross-functionally — inside CX, and with the product and marketing teams;
- Shaping how Higgsfield sounds: the words we use about ourselves, how we're read, how we're remembered.
YOUR MUST HAVES
- English C1+ — the language you think in, not the one you translate into;
- Real craft with text in English and Russian: you write from scratch, edit for different audiences, and feel rhythm. You can write simply and you can write densely. You understand structure and know how words move people;
- A nitpicker, in the best sense: you see a weak sentence and can't leave it. You notice where a paragraph sags, where an analogy doesn't hold, where cutting three words makes it stronger;
- A-player mindset: ownership, speed, taste, and genuine interest in AI;
- Comfort with the pace — releases ship weekly and the writing has to keep up.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience writing for a tech, SaaS or AI product;
- Background in product documentation, developer content or technical writing;
- Familiarity with the GenAI landscape and the tools creators actually use;
- Experience working alongside product teams rather than downstream from them.
THE DEAL
- Competitive salary in USD, reviewed as you grow;
- On-site role in our Almaty office;
- Access to Higgsfield products and the AI tools we use internally;
- Breakfast, lunch and good coffee on us;
- Full-time position with high ownership and growth potential.

We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

- Stand up the customer satisfaction measurement system (define, collect, surface) as a core input to value & operational excellence.
Processes, Ways of Working & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Codify delivery playbooks, ways of working, and scaling programs end-to-end across the customer lifecycle
- Partner with Revenue Growth, People Growth, RevOps, CSMs and Product & Engineering to align the operating system with company strategy and fuel the flywheel.
- Ensure our operational processes are followed across geographies, embedding safety, security & compliance into our ways of working.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 4+ years of experience in strategic operations, business operations, or a chief-of-staff role within technical sales or solutions engineering.
- Strong ability to bring structure to ambiguity and drive complex, cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution.
- Proven track record in optimising processes, impacting business KPIs, and aligning resources with business priorities.
- Exceptional negotiation and diplomacy skills: ability to navigate complex stakeholder dynamics and align competing priorities.
- Hands-on, execution-focused mindset with a bias for action in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
- Hands-on builder of internal tools and data workflows; comfortable turning manual processes into scalable systems.
- Strong analytical skills to design ROI and value frameworks, build reporting, and translate data into operational decisions.
- Technical acumen and AI fluency: understanding of AI implementation, use cases, and scaling challenges.
- Native-level fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.

About us
Aave Labs began with a simple question: how do we make financial services like borrowing, saving, and earning more accessible globally?
We built the Aave Protocol, now the world’s largest and most trusted onchain lending market, connecting decentralized finance with individuals, traditional finance, and fintech.
Today, we build trusted, high-quality products that expand access to lending, credit, and savings globally
Our culture
We build trusted products that help people access and discover economic opportunities.
We hold a high bar for quality and craftsmanship. No detail is too small. Trust depends on it.
We’re a global team building products people can actually use, turning complex technology into something simple and reliable.
We stay aligned, move quickly, and think long term, while keeping teams lean and focused on impact.
About the Role
We're hiring a Staff Backend Engineer to build the backend infrastructure behind Aave App, a consumer savings app that makes onchain financial products simple, secure, and intuitive, and the vault products that power it.
The role focuses on the systems between blockchain protocols and the consumer experiences built around them. This includes account and wallet services, transaction orchestration, vault management, monitoring and rebalancing, partner vault integrations, high-reliability blockchain indexing, balances and yield data, funding and withdrawal flows, notifications, and performant, well-documented APIs for mobile and web clients.
You'll own a broad technical area with high ownership and turn ambiguous product goals into reliable production systems. Correctness, security, and operability are critical: the services you build will support customer transactions, sensitive account flows, user funds, and financial data across both onchain and offchain infrastructure.
You'll also work closely with Quant Engineers, who own the financial models, assumptions, and calibration behind vault allocation and rebalancing, and with smart contract engineers, who own onchain integration and enforcement. Backend owns the production systems, data pipelines, and services that run those models.
How you can make an impact:
Design, build, and operate backend services for Aave App across onboarding, funding, savings, vaults, withdrawals, portfolio data, and customer communications
Build vault management, monitoring, and rebalancing systems, including partner vault integrations, and work with Quant Engineers to turn reviewed allocation models into reliable production services
Build transaction-orchestration and high-throughput indexing services that safely prepare, submit, monitor, and reconcile onchain activity across its full lifecycle
Integrate with smart contracts, RPC providers, account infrastructure, payment partners, and other external services, designing for degraded dependencies and partial failure
Lead technical reviews for high-value systems and improve testing, observability, alerting, incident response, and deployment practices across the backend codebase
Work closely with mobile, web, product, design, protocol, smart contract, quant, security, data, and operations teams to deliver coherent consumer experiences
Raise the engineering standard through hands-on delivery, pragmatic architecture, clear documentation, and review that helps other engineers grow
Let's connect if you have:
6+ years of backend engineering experience, including ownership of complex production systems
Strong backend programming skills. Production experience with Rust is highly desirable, but we'll also consider strong systems experience in Go, C++, Zig, or Java
Experience building distributed, event-driven, or data-intensive systems with clear reliability and performance requirements
Strong knowledge of API/GraphQL design, PostgreSQL or another relational database, caching, queues, and observability
Experience with blockchain systems or other financial infrastructure involving real capital, particularly transaction signing, private-key or key-management flows, wallet infrastructure, and onchain transaction lifecycles, is highly desirable
Strong judgement around threat modelling, sensitive data, permissions, and the operational risks of systems handling financial value
Nice to haves:
Experience reading smart contracts and integrating with EVM-compatible networks, smart accounts, account abstraction, bridges, vaults, or DeFi protocols
Experience designing constraint, optimization, solver, or allocation systems
Experience building consumer fintech, savings, wallet, exchange, or payments products at meaningful scale
Experience with cross-chain indexing, large-scale data ingestion, Kafka, ClickHouse, or similar infrastructure
Haven’t quite met all the criteria? Let’s not miss out on the chance to speak. Whilst you might not meet every single requirement, you might bring other, more exciting skills to the companies!
Equal opportunities statement:
Aave Labs celebrates diversity and views each and every team member as a separate individual with their own unique identity. No matter your race, religion, gender, ethnicity, age, disability, sexual orientation or even the wallet you use, we welcome you at Aave Labs. As an equal opportunities employer, we take accountability and believe in everyone's potential to build, create and inspire changes. With a mission to build a diverse workforce, we are proud to foster a working environment in which everyone can feel safe and valued for who they are.
Our team is developing a payment gateway for accepting funds from users on behalf of merchants, as well as sending funds from merchants to users. The system involves storing user payment data and is subject to PCI DSS compliance. It contains multiple integrations with payment systems, providers, and other gateways and processors, including 3DS.
We are looking for a Head of Commercial to lead the company’s Sales and Marketing organisation and build the commercial engine for our next stage of growth. Reporting to the CEO, you will own commercial strategy, GTM, pipeline, enterprise sales, marketing and revenue performance. The company has a strong enterprise sales capability and a track record of winning significant merchants. — Clear ICP, GTM strategy and commercial priorities.
— Stronger, more predictable pipeline and forecasting.
— Multiple salespeople consistently delivering against targets.
— Sales and Marketing operating as one effective GTM organisation.
— Repeatable sales processes and strong commercial enablement.
— Measurable Marketing contribution to pipeline and revenue.

Location: UK, London
Workplace: OnSite
Here at Humanoid, we believe in a future where robots amplify human potential. That’s why we’ve set out on a mission to build the world’s most capable, commercially-scalable, and safe humanoid robots. We’re bringing that mission to life with HMND‑01 - our rapidly developed humanoid platform being deployed in real industrial environments - and we’re growing the team to take it even further.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re hiring a Senior Group Accountant to join our Finance team in London. Reporting to the Global Financial Controller, you will be responsible for monthly and statutory reporting and group consolidation across our global entities, and will help build the reporting, close and audit processes that carry Humanoid from high-growth startup to public-company standards. This is a hands-on role for a technically strong, audit-trained accountant who wants their work to become the foundation of a global finance function.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Reporting, Close and Consolidation
- Run the month-end and year-end close to the group close calendar, including journals, accruals, prepayments, fixed assets and payroll postings, and own full balance sheet reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly management reporting and support the wider reporting pack for internal and external stakeholders, including leadership, investors, lenders and auditors.
- Operate and improve the group consolidation across all entities, including intercompany reconciliation and eliminations, and multi-currency translation.
- Prepare group cash flow reporting and supporting schedules, working with FP&A and Treasury as the function grows.
Technical Accounting
- Own technical accounting assessments and prepare accounting papers and memos on judgemental areas and complex transactions.
- Develop accounting policies across revenue, inventory, R&D, leases and share-based payments as the business scales.
- Lead the accounting for inventory and manufacturing costs as we move from R&D and prototypes into production, including standard costing, cost of sales and stock provisioning.
- Support the transition of group reporting from FRS 102 to IFRS.
Statutory Reporting and Audit
- Prepare UK statutory financial statements and support local filings across our other jurisdictions alongside external advisors.
- Own the external audit process end to end, including PBC lists, auditor relationships and technical position papers.
Controls, Systems and Process
- Build and document internal controls as the group scales, ensuring we stay compliant and are ready for the reporting standards expected of a public company.
- Document processes and controls as you build them, and play a central role in our ERP build-out and finance systems integrations.
- Use AI and modern workflow tooling to accelerate the close, automate reconciliation and reporting, and find efficiencies across the function.
- Collaborate end to end across the finance team and the wider business, including tax, FP&A, finance operations, supply chain and people teams, picking up work that falls outside the standard remit as an early-stage company.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- ACA or ACCA qualified (CIMA considered), ideally audit-firm trained, with 4+ years’ relevant post-qualified or equivalent accounting experience across multi-entity, multi-currency groups, ideally including US entities.
- Strong technical knowledge of FRS 102 and IFRS, with experience preparing statutory accounts, drafting technical papers and managing external audits end to end.
- Hands-on close and consolidation experience, comfortable owning journals, reconciliations, intercompany and eliminations rather than only reviewing them.
- Experience with inventory and cost accounting, standard costing or cost centre reporting in a manufacturing, physical goods or high-volume environment.
- A builder’s mindset, with experience in a high-growth environment where process, controls and documentation still need to be created.
- Comfortable in a modern finance stack, using AI and automation to speed up close and reporting; ERP implementation experience (SAP, NetSuite or similar) is a plus.
- Experience in a venture-backed startup or scale-up, ideally hardware, robotics or deep tech, is a plus.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive equity: stock options with meaningful upside as we scale.
- 30+ paid days off, including 23 days of annual leave, all UK bank holidays, and additional company closure days (including Christmas to New Year shutdown).
- Private healthcare, including virtual and in-person care.
- Pension scheme with 8% total contribution (5% employee, 3% employer) on full earnings.
- Free daily breakfast, catered lunch, and snacks in-office.
- Work at the frontier: collaborate daily with world-class engineers, researchers, and product experts building the next generation of AI and humanoid robotics.
- Real ownership: direct access to leadership, meaningful input, and the ability to drive key initiatives from day one.

About Nebius:
Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.
Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.
Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.
About the role
You own the company's identity provider: who signs in, from where, with which factors, into which applications — and how that access is granted, reviewed, and revoked.
Microsoft Entra ID is the primary identity plane and the center of gravity for the role. Google Workspace, Cloud Identity, and Google Cloud IAM form a secondary domain. Microsoft 365 is in scope for tenant, licensing, and access administration.
You are the escalation point for identity incidents from operations, security, service desk, and application teams — expected to resolve them, not route them onward.
What you'll own
Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365
– Users, dynamic and assigned groups, administrative units, directory roles, service principals, workload identities.
– Conditional Access design and rollout: named locations, client app and platform conditions, session controls, sign-in frequency, break-glass exclusions, report-only staging.
– Authentication methods policy and phishing-resistant factors.
– Application onboarding over SAML 2.0 (NameID, claims mapping, signing certificate rollover, encrypted assertions) and OIDC / OAuth 2.0 (authorization code with PKCE, client credentials, device code).
– App registrations: redirect URIs, permissions, admin consent workflow, secret and certificate lifecycle.
– SCIM 2.0 provisioning: attribute mappings, scoping filters, expression transformations, quarantined jobs, drift reconciliation.
– Tenant consent settings, OAuth grant review, remediation of over-permissioned and stale applications; defensible controls for SaaS without SSO or SCIM support.
– Joiner-mover-leaver as an automated pipeline: provisioning, group-based licensing, revocation with session and refresh token invalidation.
– Least privilege for admin access: scoped role assignments, RBAC, PIM, access reviews, entitlement management access packages.
– Service account and workload identity governance: ownership, credential rotation, permission scoping, decommissioning.
– Microsoft 365 tenant settings, licensing, admin roles; access and permission issues in Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Power Platform.
– Diagnostics from sign-in, audit, and provisioning logs, with diagnostic settings routed to Log Analytics and KQL queries.
– Cross-tenant access settings and B2B external collaboration.
Automation
– PowerShell tooling on the Microsoft Graph PowerShell SDK and Graph REST API: lifecycle, licensing, access reporting, recertification.
– Google-side automation through the Admin SDK Directory API, Cloud Identity API, and gcloud.
– Scheduled and event-driven workflows in Azure Automation Runbooks, Azure Logic Apps, or Power Automate.
– Unattended execution on managed identities and narrowly scoped app registrations, with credential rotation, structured logging, error handling, and retries.
– Automation treated as production code: version control, peer review, documented rollback.
What you'll bring
We care about what you can do, not which products appear on your CV. Concretely, you can:
– Decode a SAML assertion or JWT and pinpoint the failure — audience mismatch, NameID format, expired signing certificate, missing claim — without escalating to the vendor.
– Diagnose a failing SCIM job and tell scoping from attribute mapping, transformation expressions, or target schema.
– Replace a manual lifecycle process with automation that logs, retries, and can be handed to someone else to run.
Experience we expect
– 3+ years administering Microsoft Entra ID in production as a primary responsibility.
– Microsoft 365 tenant: settings, licensing, admin roles, Service Health
– Exchange Online: mailbox permissions, groups, mail flow, SPF/DKIM/DMARC
– Microsoft Defender: threat policies, quarantine, message trace
– Power Platform: environments, DLP connector policies, maker access
– PowerShell: Exchange Online module, Microsoft Graph SDK
– Enterprise applications, app registrations, consent and permission models, automated provisioning.
– Azure Automation Runbooks, Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, or comparable platforms.
– Least privilege, secure administration, change management, and the discipline to leave configurations documented.
– Written and spoken English at B2 or higher.
Nice to haves
– SC-300, MS-102, or SC-401 — or equivalent demonstrable expertise.
– Microsoft Entra ID Governance: entitlement management, lifecycle workflows, Privileged Identity Management.
– Microsoft Purview (DLP, retention, eDiscovery), Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps, or Microsoft Sentinel.
– Google Cloud IAM: projects, roles and policies, service accounts, API access, OAuth credentials.
– Google Cloud workload identity federation, custom roles, organization policy constraints.
– Git, CI/CD practices, Pester, Bicep, or Terraform.
– Access evidence for SOC 2, ISO 27001, or comparable audit cycles.
