Docker is looking for a Senior Sales Enablement Program Manager to design and produce the training and enablement content that powers our Go-To-Market (GTM) team. Reporting to the Head of Sales Enablement, you will work cross-functionally with Product Marketing (PMM), Product, Marketing, technical subject matter experts — including our AI Governance (AIG) overlay team — and GTM leaders to identify content needs, build clear requirements, and produce field-ready content — documents, videos, Mindtickle courses, quizzes, and certifications — that fuels GTM execution, effectiveness, and accuracy.
This role takes real technical understanding: you’ll need to get comfortable with how Docker’s product works — including newer, more technical areas like AI Governance — and translate that technical depth into simple, sales-ready value positioning the field can use with confidence. This isn’t a fully technical role, but it does require the curiosity and aptitude to learn technical features well enough to explain them simply.
This is a hands-on, creative role for someone who loves translating complex technical ideas into clear, engaging learning experiences, and who cares just as much about keeping content easy to find as they do about making it great. If you enjoy partnering across teams, building a single source of truth for enablement content, and making sure the field can always find what they need, this role is for you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Content Needs & Requirements
- Partner with PMM, Product, Marketing, technical subject matter experts, and GTM leaders to identify content needs and translate them into clear requirements.
- Turn input from Sales and cross-functional stakeholders into structured content briefs and production plans.
- Prioritize content requests based on business impact, GTM execution needs, and field urgency.
Content Production
- Write, design, and produce enablement content across formats: documents, playbooks, one-pagers, and decks.
- Build and maintain courses, quizzes, and certifications for onboarding and ongoing training within Mindtickle.
- Develop scripts, storyboards, and recordings for training and demo videos in partnership with subject matter experts.
- Partner with our AI Governance (AIG) overlay team to produce enablement content — feature walkthroughs, FAQs, talk tracks, and battle cards — that translates technical AI Governance capabilities into clear, sales-ready value positioning.
- Build content that reinforces and extends Docker’s Command of the Message sales methodology, ensuring messaging, positioning, and value language stay consistent across all enablement materials.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with PMM, Product, Marketing, and technical subject matter experts to ensure content is accurate, timely, and aligned to launches and positioning.
- Partner with GTM leaders to make sure training collateral supports GTM execution, effectiveness, and accuracy in the field.
- Build a working technical understanding of Docker’s product — including AI Governance and other technical capabilities — directly from teams like AIG, then translate that understanding into content the field can use with confidence.
- Serve as a liaison between Sales and Product, Marketing, and PMM to keep content grounded in what the field actually needs.
Content Governance & Findability
- Own a single source of truth for enablement content, retiring duplicates and outdated material as new content ships.
- Organize and tag content so it’s easy to search and find within Mindtickle and other systems, for both Sales and the broader GTM audience.
- Maintain a consistent voice, structure, and visual standard across all enablement content.
- Use completion data, quiz results, and field feedback to identify what’s working and what needs to be reworked.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- 4+ years of experience creating content in a sales enablement, marketing, instructional design, or training role, ideally in SaaS.
- Strong technical aptitude and curiosity — comfortable building a working understanding of Docker’s product and features (including more technical areas like AI Governance) and translating that understanding into simple, sales-ready value positioning. This role does not require deep engineering expertise, but does require the ability to learn technical concepts and explain them simply.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to turn complex or technical information into clear, engaging content.
- Experience producing video content, from scripting through basic editing.
- Comfort building courses, assessments, or certifications in an LMS (Mindtickle experience a plus).
- Proven ability to manage multiple content projects at once and hit deadlines without sacrificing quality.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills — you can work with PMM, Product, Marketing, technical subject matter experts, and GTM leaders, and manage competing priorities.
- Experience organizing content so it’s easy to search, find, and trust as a single source of truth.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of visual and brand consistency overall.
Strongly Preferred
- Experience creating enablement content for technical, platform, or security/governance-related features (e.g., access controls, compliance, or AI governance).
- Hands-on experience with Mindtickle or a similar sales enablement/LMS platform.
- Experience with video recording/editing tools (e.g., Camtasia, Vidyard, Loom).
- Familiarity with SaaS sales motions and Command of the Message or similar frameworks.
- Experience organizing content libraries or knowledge bases — tagging, taxonomy, and search — in a CMS or LMS.
- Background in graphic design or presentation design.
- Exposure to containerization, DevOps tooling, or developer platforms (Docker experience a significant plus).
WHAT TO EXPECT
We believe in setting people up to win. Here’s what great looks like in this role:
First 30 Days — Learn & Listen
- Ramp on Docker’s products, GTM motion, and existing enablement content library.
- Meet with PMM, Product, Marketing, and GTM leaders to understand current content gaps.
- Get up to speed on Mindtickle and the team’s other content and enablement tools.
First 90 Days — Take Ownership
- Own production of at least one major piece of enablement content, start to finish, in partnership with PMM, Product, or Marketing.
- Ship enablement content for at least one technical feature or launch — potentially in partnership with the AIG overlay team — translating it into clear value positioning.
- Begin organizing the content library so it’s easier to search and find.
First Year — Drive Impact
- Be the go-to owner for enablement content production, trusted by PMM, Product, Marketing, and GTM leaders.
- Maintain a single source of truth for content that’s current, easy to navigate, and consistently used by Sales and the broader GTM audience.
- Use engagement and feedback data to continuously raise the bar on content quality and findability.
Docker does not offer visa sponsorship for this role.
Compensation & Equity
Canada: CA$184,450– CA$263,500 + equity
United States: $133,000 – $190,00 + equity

- Develop and execute career-growth and leadership plans for direct reports, including daily 1:1 mentorship and coaching on time management, objection handling, prospecting tactics, active listening, and pipeline creation.
- Coach SDRs on effective multichannel outbound prospecting, including account research, relevant messaging, call execution, and using AI tools to improve efficiency and quality.
- Partner with AEs and Sales and Marketing counterparts on pipeline-generation, territory, and prospecting initiatives that support SMB business objectives.
- Report on team performance, pipeline health, and forecasts to senior leadership.
- Improve team output and efficiency over time by identifying opportunities to optimize systems, processes, enablement, and AI-supported workflows.
- Establish and maintain a library of prospecting resources, best practices, and training materials for the SMB SDR team.
- Represent the SMB Sales Development team cross-functionally with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Product, and other departments.
WHAT YOU NEED

- Minimum of 2 years of experience building and leading sales development teams with a proven track record of exceeding goal

- A passion and excitement for hiring, with a thoughtful approach to team planning and development
- Ability to articulate contractual, technical, and financial value points to customers, including executive leaders
- Proficiency in data analytics tools (ie. Salesforce, Looker, and Excel) and familiarity with email and call automation platforms

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp is scaling the Sales Development org, and we're hiring a Recruiter to help build it. SDR hiring is its own discipline: the bar is high, the volume is real, and the strongest candidates rarely have a track record long enough to read.
You'll work with our Sales Development recruiter, owning full-cycle SDR hiring: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer close. It's a foundational seat with real autonomy. You'll work as a team to build the playbook. The SD team you're hiring for moves fast, with consistent quota beats and frequent promotions.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own pipeline hygiene in Ashby, moving candidates through stages, keeping data clean, and flagging what's stuck.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews across hiring managers, panelists, and candidates.
- Run clear, timely candidate communication and a consistently good candidate experience, even at high volume.
- Keep scorecards and business case materials up to date and consistently applied, so hiring managers test the same way every time.
- Flag process friction early instead of waiting for someone else to catch it.
- Use AI daily for drafting outreach, summarizing notes, and speeding up research.
- Support sourcing and screening using LinkedIn Recruiter, AI tools like Claude, and internal data.
WHAT YOU NEED
- 0 to 2 years in recruiting, sales, or a candidate/client-facing role. SDR/BDR experience is a strong plus.
- A track record of overachieving against a goal or quota, in any context.
- Genuinely good at multitasking, with many candidates and stakeholders in motion at once and nothing slipping.
- High emotional intelligence: reads a room accurately, adapts on the fly, and knows when to push and when to hold back.
- Trustworthy with sensitive comp and candidate information.
- Highly organized, catching what's off before it becomes a problem.
- Strong written communication.
- Low ego, high curiosity, comfortable learning the craft rather than just executing a checklist.
- Genuine interest in using AI as part of daily workflow.

If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
About the Role
The Money Platform, International team builds the infrastructure that powers Ramp's expansion into global markets. We handle international payments, multi-currency operations, and compliance with regional requirements — the foundational platform that enables Ramp to serve customers beyond the US.
International expansion is core to Ramp's growth strategy, and this team directly unlocks it. We work at the intersection of greenfield and scale: launching new markets from 0 to 1 while maturing the systems that already run. The platform we build handles cross-border payments, multi-currency accounting, and integrations with international banking rails — giving every other team a reliable foundation to build on.
What You'll Do
- Build payment infrastructure that works across multiple countries, currencies, and regulatory regimes
- Design multi-currency accounting and reconciliation systems at scale
- Integrate with international banking systems and payment rails (SEPA, BACS, and SWIFT)
- Take on both 0-1 work (launching new markets) and 1-N work (scaling existing ones) simultaneously
- Collaborate cross-functionally with compliance, product, ops, and external partners to navigate complex regional requirements
- Own problems end-to-end — from architecture to production reliability to partner integrations
What You Need
- 5+ years of backend or platform engineering experience in high-scale production environments
- Strong systems design skills — comfortable taking ambiguous requirements and building reliable, maintainable solutions
- Experience working in fast-moving environments with high ambiguity and independent ownership
- Comfort with distributed systems, performance optimization, and production reliability
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
Nice to Have

Docker is looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist to support the day-to-day enablement needs of our Go-To-Market (GTM) organization. Reporting to the Head of Sales Enablement, you will manage core enablement systems, run role-specific new hire onboarding, organize and execute trainings, build the reporting that shows how enablement is landing with the field, and help keep the enablement team operating smoothly.
This is a great role for an enablement practitioner who enjoys variety — one day you’re pulling a Gong and Mindtickle report — translating data to strategic action, the next you’re running a live onboarding session with new hires, and the next you’re partnering with Marketing on a launch. If you’re organized, resourceful, and energized by helping the sales team succeed, this role is for you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Systems & Administration
- Own day-to-day administration of Mindtickle and other enablement systems: content, users, assignments, and reporting.
- Keep enablement systems organized, up to date, and easy for the field to navigate.
- Troubleshoot access and content issues, and act as the go-to point of contact for tool support.
New Hire Onboarding & Ramp
- Build and run role-specific onboarding programs for new Sales and GTM hires, from curriculum design through live facilitation.
- Meet regularly with new hires throughout ramp to check progress, answer questions, and be their go-to guide through onboarding.
- Directly train new hires on core systems and processes (e.g., Salesforce, Mindtickle, Gong, and sales workflows) as part of onboarding.
- Arrange and coordinate subject matter experts from Sales, Product, and other teams to support onboarding training and education needs.
- Maintain onboarding curricula and materials, updating them as products, tools, and processes evolve.
- Track new hire progress and readiness, flagging gaps to managers and enablement leadership.
Sales Insights & Reporting
- Build, monitor, and maintain reporting on enablement program participation, completion, and effectiveness across Mindtickle and other systems.
- Partner with Sales leadership to translate Gong call analytics and other field data into actionable insights on rep performance, messaging adoption, and skill gaps.
- Use enablement and conversation intelligence data to identify where the GTM team needs more support, and recommend enablement programs to close the gaps.
- Present reporting and insights to enablement and Sales leadership to inform program priorities.
Training & Program Execution
- Organize and execute ongoing sales enablement trainings, workshops, and certifications for the field.
- Handle logistics for enablement programs: scheduling, communications, materials, and follow-up.
- Create sales enablement content as needed — quick-reference guides, updates, and job aids.
Cross-Functional Support & Operations
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and other stakeholders to support enablement needs.
- Support the operational backbone of the Enablement team: calendars, budgets, and program tracking.
- Gather feedback data to help the team continuously improve programs.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- 2+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, learning & development, or a related role, ideally in SaaS.
- Hands-on experience administering an LMS or sales enablement platform (Mindtickle strongly preferred).
- Experience supporting or running onboarding programs for a sales or GTM team, including live facilitation.
- Experience building or interpreting reporting on enablement participation, completion, and program effectiveness.
- Familiarity with conversation intelligence platforms such as Gong (or similar), and using call data to surface coaching and enablement insights.
- Strong organizational and project management skills — you can juggle multiple programs and deadlines.
- Comfortable creating content, including documents, guides, and presentations.
- Excellent communication skills and a service-minded, “how can I help” approach to the field.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Sales leadership.
Strongly Preferred
- Direct experience administering Mindtickle and Gong (or a similar sales engagement/conversation intelligence platform).
- Experience designing or facilitating live or virtual sales training sessions.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies such as Command of the Message or similar frameworks.
- Comfort working with reporting or BI tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, Sigma) to build enablement dashboards.
- Exposure to containerization, DevOps tooling, or developer platforms (Docker experience a significant plus).
WHAT TO EXPECT
We believe in setting people up to win. Here’s what great looks like in this role:
FIRST 30 DAYS — LEARN & LISTEN
- Ramp on Docker’s products, GTM motion, and current enablement programs and systems.
- Shadow onboarding sessions and get hands-on in Mindtickle and Gong.
- Build relationships across Sales, Marketing, Product, and the Enablement team.
FIRST 90 DAYS — TAKE OWNERSHIP
- Own day-to-day Mindtickle administration and at least one full onboarding cohort, including live sessions and 1:1s with new hires.
- Stand up an initial enablement reporting view covering participation, completion, and Gong-based insights.
- Independently execute a training or certification program for the field.
FIRST YEAR — DRIVE IMPACT
- Be the trusted owner of enablement systems, onboarding, and reporting, with new hires ramping faster and leadership relying on your insights.
- Run trainings and programs independently and be seen as a dependable Enablement partner.
- Use enablement and Gong data to proactively recommend where the GTM team needs more support.
Docker does not offer visa sponsorship for this role.
Compensation & Equity
Canada: CA$135,100– CA$193,000 + equity
United States: $97,300 – $139,00 + equity
