HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐ ALAN PRECISION: WHY THIS EXISTS
Your body knows before you do. The signals are there years before symptoms. And yet, in 2026, the system around us isn't catching them.
50% of non-communicable diseases (cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes, many cancers) are preventable with lifestyle changes, and we're not capturing them. Western countries have seen healthspan flatline for years, meaning we live longer, but not better. 46% of Europeans report mental health issues. The kind of deep, personalised health reading that could change this has been reserved for the few who could afford a 3,000€ check-up, and built for filing reports rather than changing lives.
We don't accept that.
Alan Precision is our bet on advanced prevention as the new norm of care. We combine biology, wearables, medical history, and lifestyle context, read it all as a connected system with AI supervised by physicians, and turn the result into a personalised protocol the member actually executes across sleep, nutrition, movement, stress, and supplementation. Then we retest, learn, and adapt. Health is a moving target. We move with it.
Our ambition: make Alan Precision the reference for advanced prevention in Europe by 2030.
⭐ THE FOUNDING GROWTH OPPORTUNITY
Alan Precision is live, with fast week-over-week growth. Now we need to turn a new category into a habit: hundreds of thousands of customers in the coming years, and a measurable impact on their health. You will be the first growth and go-to-market person on the crew, accountable for two numbers: how many members subscribe to Precision, and how many stay, retest and renew.
The crew was launched by the founding team of ARO, acquired by Alan in 2026, to move fast and apply their learnings from building a preventive health company.
It is a unique playground. You get the means of one of France's biggest scale-ups (1M+ members reachable from day one, an ecosystem of products like Mo, Play and Clinic, and a brand carried by ambassadors like Kylian Mbappé) with the culture and pace of a fast-growing startup: small crew, short loops, everything still to invent.
🔭 SCOPE: THREE GO-TO-MARKET ENGINES
1. Direct-to-member: turn Alan's 1M+ members into Precision subscribers.
Offering paid services that members subscribe to by themselves inside Alan is a pretty new go-to-market for us, and you invent it.
- Build the CRM and lifecycle engine: segments, triggers, sequences, in-app moments.
- Use product data to decide who to push Precision to, when and where: which actions, traits or life moments make it relevant, and which do not.
- Position Precision inside the surfaces of other product crews (Mo, Play, Clinic, Shop), with their teams and push the right message at the right time.
- Own recurrence: activation after the first check-up, retests, renewals, reactivation. Acquisition without retention does not count.
2. B2B: get Alan's client companies to offer Precision to their employees.
Almost everything is to define: business model, offer format, pricing logic, sales motion.
- Work with our B2B Marketing team to understand the constraints of our Sales and Account Management teams, give them the right pitch and materials, and set the right targets with them.
- Meet HR buyers yourself to learn what makes them pay.
3. Beyond Alan: take Precision to the open market.
Once the internal engine runs:
- Apply the full B2C health and e-commerce playbook to acquire users that are not insured by Alan
- Your levers will be numerous, across paid acquisition, influence, partnerships, brand.
Across all three:
- Create demand in a market that is still being created. Talk to members every week, define the value proposition and the messages that make people want advanced prevention, and push for the product changes that go with them.
- Build a brand people want, and explain it simply. Make advanced prevention desirable and easy to understand, with our Brand team, without overpromising.
- Say what can be said. Health communication is regulated: medical biology, health claims, influencer rules, use of health data for targeting. You work with our medical and legal teams and turn these constraints into sharper, more credible messages.
- Measure and decide. Funnels, cohorts, holdouts, channel performance. Pick the next bet, cut what does not work, share what we learned.
- Own it end to end. From the idea of a strategy to the campaign live in production: you design it, write it, build it, ship it and iterate on it yourself. Sharp copywriting is a core part of the job.
⭐ IS IT YOU WE'RE LOOKING FOR?
- Fluent in French and English.
- You have grown a B2C product from its early days. Ideally as the first growth or go-to-market person, on a subscription in health, wellbeing or e-commerce. You can tell us which channels you picked, which ones you cut, and why.
- A creative Swiss army knife who prioritises. You can do a bit of everything and you find channels and angles nobody has thought of yet. You know the job is to pick the right one, execute it, measure it and move to the next.
- Lifecycle and CRM at scale. Customer.io http://Customer.io, Braze or equivalent: segmentation, behavioural triggers, in-app moments.
- Analytical rigour. You read a funnel, build a cohort, set up a holdout and call a result. You measure success in subscribers, retention and revenue.
- Hands-on, and a great writer. You love taking an idea all the way to production yourself: the strategy, the copy, the campaign, the dashboard. You write well and fast, and you turn a complex medical topic into a clear, desirable promise.
- Customer-obsessed. You talk to members every week and you are just as comfortable in front of an HR director.
- Fluent with AI. You build with AI every day: assets, copy variants, segments, analyses and even building your own tools. You use it to go faster, and you keep your judgment on what ships.
- Driven by health, and rigorous about it. Health matters to you, and when something blocks, you find a way. You make people want to act with messages that hold up in front of a physician.
Nice to haves
- Experience with regulated health communication (claims, health data, medical services).
- B2B2C, employee benefits or HR tech.
- Paid acquisition and influencer marketing in B2C.
- Pricing and packaging of subscription offers.
- You own your own health: Whoop, Oura, blood tests, supplements are no secret for you.

An overview of this role
As the
Manager, Professional Services Engineers
, you will manage a team that works directly with customers to deliver installation, migration, training, and advisory services across the full GitLab platform. In this role, you will be accountable for the performance, development, and day-to-day management of a team of Professional Services Engineers based across Europe, helping them deliver high-quality outcomes in a remote, asynchronous environment.
You will partner closely with Technical Architects and Professional Services management to enable consistent delivery across implementation projects, migrations, and statement of work engagements. This is a people-first role with meaningful technical depth. You will step in hands-on with your team when needed while also building the operating rhythm, team culture, and delivery approach that help the broader practice scale. You will also work closely with cross-functional partners to improve utilization, customer satisfaction, and delivery execution.
In your first year, you will help strengthen team capability, improve delivery consistency, and create the conditions for a high-performing services team across the region. This is an opportunity to manage a team doing technically complex, customer-facing work that directly helps customers realize value from GitLab.
Some examples of our projects:
Leading a team of Professional Services Engineers through end-to-end GitLab implementation and migration engagements for enterprise customers across Europe
Partnering with Sales, Customer Success, and Technical Architects to support statement of work scoping and align the right technical resources to customer needs
What you’ll do
Lead and manage a team of Professional Services Engineers, supporting their growth, performance, and day-to-day delivery across customer engagements.
Develop team members through regular 1:1s, coaching, feedback, and career conversations that help them grow their technical and consulting skills.
Own delivery outcomes across your team’s portfolio, including implementations, migrations, advisory services, and statement of work engagements.
Monitor project health, identify delivery risks early, and step in directly or escalate when needed to keep customer work on track.
Partner with Technical Architects, Engagement Managers, Sales, and Customer Success to plan, scope, resource, and support successful services engagements.
Track team utilization, customer satisfaction, and escalation trends, and use those insights to improve team performance and operational effectiveness.
Act as a senior escalation point for complex customer situations, helping guide resolution while maintaining a high bar for service quality.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of Professional Services processes, tooling, knowledge sharing, and delivery standards across the broader organization.
What you’ll bring
Significant experience leading and developing high-performing technical teams in a customer-facing environment.
A strong technical foundation in software delivery, DevSecOps, platform engineering, or a related area, with the ability to engage credibly in technical discussions.
Experience managing or supporting professional services, implementation delivery, migration programs, or technical consulting engagements for enterprise customers.
Proven ability to navigate customer escalations, balance competing priorities, and drive clear outcomes in complex situations.
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners such as Sales, Customer Success, and Technical Architects.
A delivery mindset focused on accountability, quality, and measurable results rather than activity alone.
Comfort working in a fully remote, asynchronous organization with strong written communication and organizational skills.
Alignment with GitLab’s values and the ability to lead with transparency, trust, and a focus on team development.
On the
Professional Services
team at GitLab, we help customers adopt the platform in ways that fit their technical goals and operating environment through technical delivery, guidance, and enablement.
As part of this organization, we focus on hands-on delivery work across customer engagements across EMEA. We work closely with a sister team of
Technical Architects
, along with cross-functional partners across the business, to support strong project execution and customer outcomes. We are building a high-quality services practice grounded in technical excellence, customer focus, and continuous improvement. This is a good fit for someone who enjoys leading experienced technical practitioners, improving how services are delivered, and helping customers succeed through meaningful, complex work.

Implement a consistent T-shirt sizing framework (effort, complexity, risk) across all tasks to prioritise the operational backlog, plan team capacity, and measure FTE hours returned.

Hands-on experience designing or governing AI-enabled and agentic workflows, including setting quality benchmarks and identifying critical human-in-the-loop checkpoints.
Proven ability to design ticketing and case management workflows (ideally in Jira) and influence cross-functional stakeholders across HR, technology, and compliance without direct authority.
Nice to have:
Hands-on experience configuring Jira Service Management or Workday.
Formal training or practical application in Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
Experience writing prompt evaluations, structured decision trees, or knowledge architectures for LLM-powered tools.
Exposure to EMEA employment compliance, payroll handoffs, and operational change management.

Why Join Exadel
We're an AI-first global tech company with 25+ years of engineering leadership, 2,000+ team members, and 500+ active projects powering Fortune 500 clients, including HBO, Microsoft, Google, and Starbucks.
From strategic advisory and AI solutions to digital transformation, we partner with enterprise leaders to solve complex business challenges, unlock opportunities, and build what's next.
What powers it all? Our people are ambitious, collaborative, curious, and constantly evolving.
About the Role
You will be joining the growing UK arm (London-based) of our US-based Advisory business, where you will help shape the direction of the practice and execute our ambitious plans to scale our strategy consulting capabilities.
As a Lead Strategy Consultant, you will act as a trusted advisor and front door to Exadel, where you'll work directly with senior client leaders, often at the C-suite level, helping them clarify their business goals, uncover opportunities, challenge assumptions, and define the outcomes that matter most. We believe great consulting doesn't begin with a predefined problem or solution. It begins with curiosity, asking the right questions, understanding what keeps clients up at night, and looking beyond their initial requests to determine what they are ultimately trying to achieve.
You'll help clients set strategies that evaluate the right combination of people, processes, operating models, experiences, data, and technology to achieve their goals. This may involve improving business performance, developing new capabilities, addressing operational challenges, or enabling broader transformation.
And once the strategy is defined, you won't simply hand it off. You'll work alongside our broader delivery teams to help turn strategic direction into tangible outcomes, ensuring solutions work for the people and organizations they are intended to serve.
What You'll Do
Lead client engagements, shaping opportunities, Problems & Solutions
Own consulting workstreams and engagements end-to-end, accountable for quality, timelines, budgets, and client outcomes
Lead workshops, asking thoughtful, sometimes challenging questions to uncover what clients are truly trying to achieve, rather than simply accepting their initial problem statement or proposed solution
Identify underlying challenges, root causes, and opportunities that may not be immediately apparent, helping clients focus on the outcomes that will create the greatest value
Help clients define what success looks like and translate their goals into strategic priorities, actionable recommendations, and practical roadmaps
Develop Executable Strategies
Develop client strategies and own strategic roadmaps grounded in business realities and focused on measurable outcomes, including revenue growth, customer experience, operational efficiency, risk reduction, and business performance
Evaluate strategic options across people, processes, operating models, experiences, data, and technology, including AI where it can deliver meaningful value
Lead business case development, quantify opportunities, and confidently present investment recommendations to client leadership and finance teams
Work with Exadel's broader advisory, design, data, AI, and engineering teams to ensure strategies can be translated into tangible solutions
Build Client Relationships & Grow the Business
Build trusted relationships with senior client decision-makers, developing a deep understanding of their business, priorities, and evolving needs
Recognize emerging challenges and opportunities where Exadel can deliver additional value, helping shape new engagements and long-term partnerships
Support proposals, pitches, business cases, and solution development for new opportunities
Contribute to thought leadership that helps organizations navigate evolving business challenges, strategic opportunities, and the role of emerging technologies
Help Shape Our Consulting Practice
Contribute to the development and evolution of consulting frameworks, methodologies, and reusable approaches that strengthen our ability to deliver client value
Help build and scale our strategy consulting capabilities, influencing how we engage clients, shape opportunities, and deliver outcomes
Mentor and coach other consultants, strengthening their strategic thinking, problem-solving, and client leadership skills
What You Bring
Strong consulting experience:
Extensive experience in strategy, management, business, or technology consulting, with a proven track record of leading client engagements and influencing senior stakeholders
Strategic leadership and opportunity shaping:
The ability to enter client conversations without a predefined problem or solution, uncover opportunities, challenge assumptions, and guide clients toward the right strategic direction and business outcomes
Intellectual curiosity and critical thinking:
A natural instinct to ask questions, dig beneath the surface, investigate root causes, and understand what truly matters to clients. You're comfortable respectfully challenging their thinking when it leads to better outcomes
Executive presence and stakeholder leadership:
Confidence engaging directly with senior executives, including C-suite leaders, building trust, navigating complex stakeholder environments, and influencing strategic decisions
Commercial and business acumen:
The ability to connect business goals to financial and operational outcomes, quantify opportunities, build credible business cases, and confidently discuss revenue, margin, cost, risk, and return on investment
Human-centered thinking:
Strong empathy, creativity, judgment, and an understanding of how people, organizations, and technology interact. You recognize that successful strategies must work for the people they affect
AI and technology fluency:
Curiosity about emerging technologies and hands-on experience using AI to enhance your own work. You understand where AI can create value, recognize its limitations, and are comfortable collaborating with technical teams without needing to be an engineer yourself
Strategy through execution:
Experience translating strategic direction into practical roadmaps, actionable recommendations, and measurable outcomes. You understand how to connect business strategy with delivery
Builder mindset:
Comfortable moving beyond presentations to test ideas, validate assumptions, and develop tangible proof. You thrive in ambiguity, work at pace, and balance hands-on contribution with leading from the front

Experience assessing organizational capabilities, business processes, governance, and operating models, with the ability to recommend changes where they support client goals
People leadership:
Experience managing, mentoring, or coaching consultants, with a genuine interest in helping others develop

As a Lead Strategy Consultant, you will act as a trusted advisor, where you'll work directly with senior client leaders, often at the C-suite level, helping them clarify their business goals, uncover opportunities, challenge assumptions, and define the outcomes that matter most.
Business and operating model understanding:
Experience assessing organizational capabilities, business processes, governance, and operating models, with the ability to recommend changes where they support client goals
People leadership:
Experience managing, mentoring, or coaching consultants, with a genuine interest in helping others develop
Exceptional communication:
The ability to distill complex business challenges into clear, compelling narratives and communicate recommendations persuasively, both in writing and in the room

A commitment to intellectual rigor, accuracy, quality, and delivering thoughtful recommendations that create meaningful client value

Product Marketing turns Chainalysis innovation into customer value. We position our intelligence as solutions customers can understand and consume through our platform, shape how we commercialize them, and give GTM the stories and strategic assets to win.
The public sector is a priority growth segment for Chainalysis, spanning law enforcement, intelligence agencies, regulators and tax authorities. As digital assets become more integrated into the financial system, these organizations need the intelligence, tools and tradecraft to advance their missions—from shaping policy and enforcing the rules to disrupting illicit networks and protecting national security. This role connects Chainalysis capabilities to those mission priorities, with a clear, compelling story for agency leaders and operational teams.
As Senior Product Marketing Manager for the Public Sector, you will own how Chainalysis shows up in the market for these buyers. You will shape our intelligence, data, products, AI capabilities, and services into a differentiated customer story—one that connects to real workflows, urgent problems, and mission outcomes.
This is a role for a strong marketer and an exceptional writer. You can take a complex capability, a shifting market, or a fuzzy customer problem and shape it into a sharp point of view, a persuasive narrative, and practical tools that sellers and customers actually use. You will work closely with Product, Sales, Marketing & Communications, subject-matter experts, and GTM Solutions & Readiness teams to make the story land in the market.
In this role, you’ll:
Position the value
- Define and evolve the public sector value narrative: what Chainalysis enables, why it matters, and why we are meaningfully different.
- Build messaging for priority buyer and user personas, from agency leaders to investigators, intelligence analysts, regulators and tax specialists.
- Create the narratives, proof points, and strategic assets that help sellers communicate differentiated value with conviction.
- Own public-sector competitive intelligence, translating market moves into clear offensive and defensive positioning for deal teams.
Turn value into solutions
- Partner with Product, R&D, Marketing & Communications, and subject-matter experts to translate innovation into compelling industry solutions, use cases, and sales plays.
- Lead go-to-market planning for launches, major releases, platform capabilities, and commercial offerings.
- Shape customer-facing value narratives for pricing, packaging, and usage-based commercial models, including business cases, operational value and mission impact.
- Bring a customer lens to product and market decisions: explain not only what a capability does, but how it advances the customer’s mission.
Win and learn in market
- Produce the strategic content that moves government opportunities forward: first-call decks, solution briefs, talk tracks, discovery frameworks, proof points, and sales plays.
- Partner with Product, Product Marketing, GTM & Enablement teams to scale the strongest narratives into field tools and enablement.
- Bring customer, field, partner, and competitive insight back into the work — sharpening positioning, converting market evidence into credible stories, and building repeatable use cases.
We’re looking for candidates who have:
- 5–8 years in product, solutions, industry, or B2B enterprise technology marketing, with experience marketing to public-sector customers across law enforcement, intelligence, regulatory or tax functions.
- A demonstrated ability to build positioning and messaging that changes how customers and sellers see a problem—not simply content that fills a library.
- Exceptional writing and editorial judgment. You can write crisp headlines, persuasive narratives, practical sales content, and executive-level messaging; you know the difference between jargon and precision.
- Strong understanding of public-sector buying journeys, decision-making processes and mission-oriented sales motions.
- The ability to connect technical capabilities to mission and operational value for both executive buyers and hands-on users.
- A collaborative self-starter, comfortable working across R&D, Sales, technical and revenue teams, and senior leaders to drive ambiguous, multi-stakeholder work forward independently.
Nice to have experience:
- Experience with blockchain, digital assets, or crypto-native financial infrastructure.
- Experience marketing AI-powered products, data platforms, intelligence products, cybersecurity, or risk and compliance technology.
- Familiarity with consumption- or usage-based pricing and packaging.
- Familiarity with investigative, intelligence, national-security, regulatory or tax use cases for intelligence and technology, and the policy developments shaping digital-asset markets.
You’ll thrive here if:
You can shape complexity into a story people remember and a sales conversation people can use. You write with precision, bring sound judgment to ambiguous problems, build for repeatability rather than one-off requests, and care about the quality of what reaches customers and the field.
AI at Chainalysis
AI is not a feature at Chainalysis - it is a new way of working. One that turns instructions into work done, and helps us move faster than the threats we're built to counter, and we expect our employees to take ownership of the output and ensure quality. As the world's most trusted blockchain analytics platform, Chainalysis sits at a rare intersection of proprietary data, regulatory relationships and crypto expertise that makes it uniquely placed to shape and lead the next era of AI-driven intelligence - and we expect everyone here, regardless of role, to be an active part of it.
AI fluency is tied directly to how we measure performance and how we plan to win. There is no substitute for your own curiosity. We provide the tools, workflows, and space to experiment - but the expectation is that you develop these capabilities yourself, bring ideas, and collaborate across teams to reinvent the way work gets done. We are not using AI to do less. We are using it to do what was never possible before.

If you want to do career-defining work, you’ve come to the right place. We move fast, think globally, and believe great teams are built by hiring exceptional people with conviction, curiosity, and the desire to make an impact.
With 20 offices across six continents and London as our HQ, we’re shaping the future of fintech – and we’re just getting started.
Purpose of the role
This person will be Checkout.com http://Checkout.com's only IT Operations engineer in the Americas. They'll own workplace technology across five growing offices (New York, Atlanta, San Francisco, Mexico City and Brazil) and support remote employees. They solve what can be solved locally. When something needs a central Technology team, mostly based in the UK and five hours ahead, they escalate with evidence. They turn recurring problems into documented fixes that scale. They give the CEO and the newest joiner the same standard of service, and they keep users informed until each issue is closed.
Key responsibilities
- Be the senior IT point of contact for Americas offices and remote employees, including executives in the New York Office.
- Own complex issues through to resolution, or hand them to the owning team with a clear escalation. That covers end-user devices, endpoints, identity, meeting-room AV, office technology and basic-to-intermediate networking.
- Run Americas onboarding and offboarding, including the onboarding sessions and hardware logistics.
- Support office openings, moves and events across the region, traveling as needed (up to 25%).
- Manage vendor relationships, local inventory and procurement, and follow through on each.
- Log all work in Jira Service Management queues so it's auditable and colleagues can step in during absences.
- Spot recurring issues and fix them at scale through automation, scripting, AI tools, documentation or process change, then measure the impact.
- Build working relationships with office leaders, HR, Workplace Experience, Facilities, Engineering, Operations and the service desk teams.
- Take an active part in the wider, mostly UK-based IT team: present in meetings, contributing, not working in isolation.
- Mentor colleagues and share knowledge. As the Americas team grows, help bring new hires up to speed.
Essential requirements
1. Regional autonomy: has been the sole or primary IT presence for an office or region, working independently while the central teams sat in other time zones. Knows when to fix locally and when to escalate.
2. Operational improvement: has spotted recurring problems, fixed them at scale and stopped them coming back, and can state the measured impact.
3. Technical depth and breadth: across macOS and Windows devices, identity, collaboration tools, meeting-room AV and networking fundamentals.
4. Independent service ownership: has owned a service, project or operational area end to end, and stayed accountable through diagnosis, recovery, root cause and prevention.
Also essential:
- Experience with each category of the core tooling: device management, identity, collaboration suite and IT ticketing. The exact products aren't required. A candidate with neither the tool nor the domain is not a fit.
- Gives executives and junior employees the same standard of service.
- Communicates openly. Can talk users through fixes remotely and sends updates without being chased.
- Drives their own learning rather than waiting to be trained.
- Able to travel up to 25%.
Desirable
- Checkout's stack: Google Workspace, Slack, Okta, Jamf (macOS), Intune (Windows), Jira Service Management, Google Meet (Zoom experience is fine), and Poly room/Logitech hardware.
- In-house corporate IT background, preferred over managed service provider (outsourced IT) experience.
- Practical AI use, such as building workflows in Claude, and helping others adopt it.
- Scripting in any language.
- Technical lead or mentoring experience, and real interest in moving into first-line supervision.
Not required
- Deep network architecture expertise.
- Formal people management.
- Experience with every Checkout tool.
- A specific scripting language. This is not a DevOps role.
Salary Range: $112,800 - $141,000
