ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
About the Role
You will serve as a founding Sales Development Representative for Ramp’s Strategic segment. You drive outbound prospecting and pipeline generation within a critical growth segment for Ramp.
You’ll partner with Account Executives, Leadership, Marketing, and Product to drive the Top-of-Funnel strategy and execute against business goals.
What You'll Do

- Own a named book of Strategic Enterprise accounts (5,000+ employees), building durable coverage and pipeline across a smaller, higher-value set.
- Develop account plans with your AE: prioritize accounts, map the buying group, identify the "why now," and align on a path to engagement.
- Research and engage finance leaders through personalized, multi-channel outreach; qualify prospects through consultative discovery.
- Coordinate with AEs, Marketing, Partnerships, and Events to use warm introductions, executive programs, and customer stories effectively.
- Use AI tools thoughtfully to strengthen research, prioritization, and personalization — validating outputs before using them.
- Maintain accurate prospect and activity data in Salesforce; use performance data to improve outreach quality.
What You'll Need
- Proven SDR/BDR, closing, or equivalent quota-carrying experience, with measurable evidence of attainment or overachievement.
- Experience working a named-account or account-based motion — prioritizing accounts and tailoring outreach to senior or complex buyers.
- Proven ability to partner with Account Executives on account strategy, meeting prep, and deal progression.
- Strong discovery, objection-handling, and written/verbal communication skills.
- A builder mindset: diagnose results, form a point of view, adapt, and turn what works into repeatable practice.
- Ability to operate independently in an evolving motion — creating structure, managing ambiguity, and raising issues early.
- Interest in building a long-term sales career and taking on the scope of a Strategic SDR role.
Nice to Haves
- Experience selling into large, complex, or enterprise organizations with multiple stakeholders and longer buying cycles.
- Experience selling into finance, accounting, or operations teams, or familiarity with finance workflows (expense, AP, procurement, ERPs).
- Familiarity with Salesforce, sales engagement platforms, or account research/intent tools.
- Prior experience scaling a new team or motion, or working with partner ecosystems and field events.

If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
About the Role
Ramp is building institutional partnerships with top global strategy consulting firms that shape finance transformation and technology decisions for the CFOs and CEOs we serve. These firms influence clients before a buying process begins, advise on the operating and technology decisions that define transformation programs, and can help clients move from strategy to live operational capability.
Ramp has an opportunity to build relationships that create value for the firm, its clients, and Ramp, across executive engagement, thought leadership, co-sell, and shared client work. This role will own those relationships and turn them into an institutional go-to-market motion: building credibility with firm leadership, identifying the right client and practice wedges, developing firm-specific plans, leveraging Ramp’s data to amplify firms’ thought leadership, and creating repeatable paths to joint client outcomes.
This is a build from the ground up. Ramp's relationships across this ecosystem are early and largely informal today, and this person will be responsible for the relationship, the partnership thesis, and the operating motion that makes a firm a meaningful Ramp partner over time. It is a broader remit than a typical partnerships role.
What You'll Do
- Own Ramp's relationships with a portfolio of top-tier strategy and advisory firms (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG), serving as the primary relationship owner and building credibility with senior firm leadership
- Turn executive introductions into structured partnerships, developing the partnership thesis, relationship map, executive sponsor plan, target practices and client wedge for each firm
- Negotiate and close the first formal agreements between Ramp and these firms
- Build market-facing proof points with Ramp's leadership, marketing and product teams, including executive events, thought leadership and shared client stories
- Coordinate execution across Ramp, bringing the right Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, Product, AI Solutions and executive sponsors into each firm relationship
- Establish and maintain the operating cadence: relationship maps, firm plans, account maps and next steps
What You Need
- 4+ years of experience at a leading strategy consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG)
- Exceptional executive presence. You can hold a room with senior leaders, earn trust quickly, and be trusted to represent Ramp in meetings without support
- Proven ability to run many work streams and complicated stakeholder management
- A builder's instinct. You are energized by an empty page, comfortable without a playbook, and bring structure to ambiguity
- Excellent written and verbal communication, and the judgment to calibrate between an executive conversation and a working session
- Willingness to travel approximately 25% and to be based in a major metro. New York preferred

- Centralized home-office equipment ordering

- Budget for intra-office travel

ABOUT DOCKER
Docker has been one of the most loved brands in developer tooling, trusted by more than 20 million monthly users and over 20 billion container image pulls. From solo founders to the world's largest companies, developers rely on Docker to build, share, and run their applications across our suite of products including Docker Desktop, Docker Hub, and Docker Scout.
We are a globally distributed, remote-first team building the tools that define how software gets built and delivered. As AI agents redefine software development, Docker is at the center of that shift, providing the sandboxed environments, verified images, and secure infrastructure that make autonomous workflows trustworthy by default.
_______________________________________________________________________
THE ROLE
Docker's Product-Led Growth (PLG) team owns turning product usage into revenue across the full Platform: the Container business (Docker Desktop, Docker Hub, Docker Build Cloud, Docker Scout) and the AI business (Sandboxes, AI Governance, Model Runner, MCP Toolkit, MCP Catalog). Lifecycle marketing is one of the fastest-scaling parts of that team: it already owns user and admin nurtures, renewal automation, and first-touch outreach for PQLs and inbound leads, running against a marketable base in the tens of millions.
As Senior Lifecycle Marketer, you'll report directly to the VP of PLG and partner closely with our existing lifecycle marketing lead. You'll take ownership of assigned products, audiences, and lifecycle stages, with real input into shaping the approach for what you own, not just shipping someone else's plan, and you'll help turn a fast-growing list of priorities into a structured, scalable lifecycle engine.
_______________________________________________________________________
WHAT MAKES SOMEONE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE
- Lifecycle Fluency: You think in full user journeys, not campaigns. You've done lifecycle marketing specifically, not just growth or demand gen, and you know how nurture, activation, retention, and renewal connect across a product's full lifecycle.
- Builder's Mindset: You'd rather own a program end to end, strategy, build, QA, and send, than hand pieces of it off. You bring structure to ambiguity: turning a fast-growing list of priorities into themes, a build queue, and a sequenced roadmap.
- Audience & Signal Validation: You know how to validate an audience and its underlying signal before it ships: spot-checking record-level data, sanity-checking targeting logic, and catching a bad segment before it reaches users. You don't need to write SQL yourself, but you can work directly with data teams to confirm a list is right.
- Cross-Functional Operator: You operate well across marketing, sales (BDR and renewals), data, and design/agency partners, and you know how to keep programs moving even when you don't own every dependency.
- Marketing Automation Execution: You've personally built campaigns in Marketo or an equivalent platform, not just briefed them: audience builds, suppressions and contact governance, pre-send QA and live proofs, and launch monitoring, including troubleshooting a broken data sync in the moment.
- Technical Translation: You can take a technical product or a raw usage signal, a feature adoption event, a usage threshold, a new capability, and turn it into messaging that reads credible to a developer or admin, not generic marketing copy.
_______________________________________________________________________
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build the Lifecycle Engine: Own and build lifecycle campaigns (email and in-product messaging) across Docker's Container and AI Platform products, including Sandboxes and AI Governance, for both end users and admins.
- Scale Programmatic Sends: Design and run large-scale programmatic sends, such as recurring account health checks, to a base in the tens of millions, working within the team's marketing automation stack (currently Marketo and Mailgun; expect a platform transition in the next 6–12 months).
- Automate Lead and Renewal Motions: Stand up and run automated first-touch flows for PQLs and inbound leads, in partnership with BDR and renewals stakeholders.
- Validate Audiences & Signals: Partner with data and growth engineering to pull the usage signals campaigns depend on (Snowflake and internal data tools), and validate that an audience and its underlying signal are correct before every send.
- Manage Suppressions & Contact Governance: Own suppression lists and contact governance rules so campaigns stay compliant and don't over-message or reach the wrong audience.
- QA, Launch Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Run pre-send QA and live proofs on every campaign, monitor launches as they go out, and troubleshoot issues in real time, including broken data syncs.
- Translate Signals into Messaging: Turn technical product usage and adoption signals into messaging that reads credible and useful to developers and admins, not generic marketing copy.
- Shape and Sequence Strategy: Take a fast-growing list of priorities and turn it into a concrete build queue: itemize the work, sequence it, and flag capacity or dependency issues early.
- Coordinate Design & Agency Partners: Work with design and agency partners to keep campaign quality and turnaround on track.
- Operationalize Reporting: Own naming, tracking, and reporting on programs so the rest of the team has visibility into what's live, what's next, and what it's driving.
_______________________________________________________________________
QUALIFICATIONS
- Lifecycle Marketing Experience: A background specifically in lifecycle marketing, not pure growth or demand gen, ideally inside a PLG or self-serve motion.
- Proven Program Ownership: A track record of owning campaigns end to end (strategy, build, QA, send) and shipping programs that moved a real metric: activation, retention, or renewal conversion.
- Marketing Automation Build Experience: Hands-on build experience in Marketo or an equivalent marketing automation platform: audience builds, program/campaign setup, suppressions and contact governance, pre-send QA and live proofs, and launch monitoring.
- Data & Targeting Validation: Comfortable working directly with data teams to validate record-level data and targeting logic, for example auditing who's actually in a segment or spot-checking a list against expectations. Writing SQL yourself is a plus, not a requirement.
- Technical-to-Message Translation: A track record of turning a technical product or a raw usage signal into messaging that reads credible to a developer or admin audience, not generic marketing copy.
- Technical Familiarity: Comfort navigating developer ecosystems, cloud infrastructure, or complex multi-product software platforms.
- Independent Ownership: Senior-level judgment and ownership as an individual contributor: you can run with ambiguity and drive a program without every step spelled out, and you collaborate well with another senior peer on the team.
_______________________________________________________________________
WHAT TO EXPECT
FIRST 30 DAYS
- Immerse & Align: Get up to speed on Docker's PLG motion, product surface area (Container and AI), and the programs lifecycle already owns. Build a working relationship with data, BDR, renewals, and design/agency partners.
- Program & Tooling Audit: Audit the current state of user and admin nurtures, renewal automation, and PQL/lead outreach, and get familiar with the Marketo/Mailgun stack and its upcoming transition.
- Roadmap Calibration: Work with the lifecycle team to turn the current priority list into themes, a build queue, and a sequenced roadmap.
FIRST 90 DAYS
- Ship Owned Campaigns: Take ownership of at least one full program, such as an admin nurture flow or a PQL first-touch sequence, from build through send.
- Contribute to Renewal Automation: Stand up a first version of automated renewal outreach in partnership with the renewals team.
- Build the Reporting Cadence: Put in place naming, tracking, and reporting so the team has clear visibility into what's live and what it's driving.
ONE YEAR OUTLOOK
- Own a Mature Program Set: Own a mature, scaled set of lifecycle programs across your assigned products, audiences, and lifecycle stages.
- Prove Impact: Show measurable lift in activation, retention, or renewal conversion tied directly to your programs.
- Scale the Function: Help lifecycle marketing operate as a predictable, automated engine rather than a set of one-off campaigns, as scope keeps expanding across the Platform.
Visa sponsorship: Not available for this role.

What the Role Is
As the CS Enablement Program Manager, you’ll be the business owner of the systems that make both our human agents and AI agents effective, starting with the quality and integrity of the knowledge they rely on. As a highly autonomous, high-judgment IC, you’ll build and continuously improve the knowledge base, SOPs, training, and AI-powered workflows that underpin Customer Support across Babylist and Babylist Health. You’ll bring deep operational rigor and a strong understanding of how AI is changing customer support—using the technology in your own work while designing systems that make it more effective across the organization. This is a greenfield opportunity to build the CS Enablement function at a tech-first consumer company: identifying where knowledge, policies, and workflows break down, and partnering across CS, BizOps Tech, Product, and Analytics to build a support system that gets smarter and more reliable as we scale.
Who You Are
Deep expertise in Support Operations, Enablement, or Knowledge Management
: you've owned documentation, workflows, and operational strategy in high-volume environments.
Can build and manage a knowledge base from scratch
(Zendesk, Gladly, Help Scout, Notion, Guru, or similar), organizing content and maintaining accuracy at scale so both humans and AI systems can use it effectively.
Can design for a hybrid AI-agent and human-agent support organization
: structuring content for AI consumption, writing effective prompts, evaluating output quality, and calling the line between what's automated and what stays human-owned.
Can write clear, usable SOPs
for complex, multi-step, or edge-case scenarios, and know when to automate them instead.
Can build and deliver training that actually changes how people work
: onboarding, process rollouts, tool adoption, AI workflow enablement.
Strong analytical instincts
: you can read support data (ticket trends, contact drivers, resolution times) and turn it into decisions about what to fix, automate, or rebuild.
Comfortable being the first person to do this job.
This space doesn't have an established playbook in customer support yet, you'll be creating it.
Effective cross-functional partner
who can work with BizOps, Product, Analytics, and engineering-adjacent teams to drive real change, not just executing within your own lane.
Demonstrated track record of using AI to do your own work better
. At Babylist every team uses AI daily. You're already using it daily to move faster and improve your output, and have real opinions about when it works and when it doesn't.
How You Will Make An Impact
Build the CS Enablement program from the ground up: create the systems that keep agents (human and AI) current on knowledge base, training, and copilot content as product changes accelerate.
Move support operations from AI-assisted to AI-native: rebuild workflows, documentation, and training so AI is the default operating model.
Build and maintain the knowledge base that serves as the source of truth for both AI systems and human agents, structured for AI consumption and kept accurate as products and policies evolve.
Close existing content gaps and continuously identify how to reduce unnecessary escalations and drive meaningful improvement in chatbot coverage and resolution rate.
Lead the implementation of an AI copilot and bring usage to 90%+ of agent interactions by making the copilot genuinely useful (better source material, better prompt design).
Build agent confidence through scalable training that teaches people when to trust AI, when to override it, and how to give feedback that improves it.
Create SOPs for complex scenarios so cases get handled consistently, audit and streamline fragmented workflows, and design new processes with AI built in from the start.
Partner with the CS Analyst to identify top contact drivers and documentation gaps, then act on them.
Establish feedback loops with frontline agents so the system keeps improving instead of just when someone notices a problem.
Why This Role
You'd be defining a role that doesn't have a template yet.
"AI-native CS enablement" isn't an established discipline in customer support. You won't be applying someone else's playbook, you'll be writing it.
The foundation is still forming, and that's the opportunity.
Most of the knowledge base, SOPs, and AI workflows don't exist yet, so the systems you build become how the org operates for years.
You'll have real influence on the roadmap, not just execution against it.
You're setting the agenda with BizOps Tech, Product, and Analytics on what gets fixed, automated, and rebuilt next.
Your success is directly visible in the numbers that matter to the business
: chatbot deflection, copilot adoption, CSAT. This isn't a support role in the background, it's core to how CS scales.
About Compensation
We use a market-based approach to compensation. The starting salary range for this role is:
$140,000 to $170,000
Your starting salary will be based on your location, experience, and qualifications, with increases over time tied to performance, role growth, and internal pay equity.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

Are you ready to join our digital revolution journey?
At Aleph, we’re not just part of the digital advertising landscape—we’re shaping its future. Representing the world’s leading platforms, including TikTok, Amazon, Google, and nearly 55 others, we operate in 130+ markets across new and existing geographies.
Our mission is to empower advertisers and brands to unlock the full potential of these platforms' advertising capabilities. By fostering long-lasting partnerships, we create limitless opportunities for people and businesses to advertise effectively at both local and global levels.
With a presence spanning continents, Aleph offers you the chance to be part of a fast-growing, innovative team where your work makes a direct impact. If you’re ambitious, forward-thinking, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, global environment, Aleph is the perfect place to build your career.
We’re looking for Senior Product Manager & Product Sales Lead in Madrid!
This is a rare mandate: full product ownership and commercial ownership and sales leadership of a global card issuing, working capital and embedded finance solution — with P&L accountability and a clear path to scale from Europe into the Middle East, APAC and beyond. You won't just build the roadmap; you'll own the revenue outcome and lead how it's sold into two very different buyer worlds: Treasury & Finance, and Media & Marketing.
If you want a senior PM seat where product strategy and commercial performance are the same job, not two separate ones, this is built for that.
What is AlephPay?
AlephPay is the business card built for digital advertising and designed to become your primary card for all business spend. It combines flexible credit, reliable payments, spend control, and rewards in one solution, covering everything from media spend to everyday expenses, so your campaigns keep running without interruption.
You can create dedicated virtual cards for clients, campaigns, teams, or other business needs while keeping full visibility and control over company spending. AlephPay also simplifies expense management and reconciliation, making it easier for finance teams to manage all business spend in one place.
And because it's built around advertising, AlephPay rewards the way you already spend: eligible ad spend earns media rewards you can reinvest into your campaigns, while everyday business purchases unlock additional benefits that help your business grow.
What You’ll Do
Strategy & Expansion
Own product strategy, roadmap, value proposition and lifecycle
Shape expansion strategy and evaluate build, partner or hybrid models by capability, market and region
Develop card-based embedded finance propositions across spend management, T&E, corporate spend, working capital and financing
Lead international expansion across Europe, Middle East, APAC and other priority markets
P&L & Commercial
Own product P&L, business cases, revenue targets and commercial performance
Define and optimise pricing, revenue streams and product economics
Lead the Product Sales Specialist team and align product revenue execution with Media Sales
Monitor key performance drivers and act to improve revenue and margin
Sales & GTM
Act as senior SME for card issuing and embedded finance in strategic account discussions with Treasury, Finance, Media and Marketing stakeholders
Develop sales toolkits, value propositions, use cases and competitive positioning
Lead GTM coordination across Sales, Marketing, Treasury, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Technology and external partners
Own strategic relationships with issuers, processors and embedded finance partners
What You Need For This Role
Strong experience in card issuing, commercial cards and/or embedded finance.
Product management and commercialisation of payment or financial products with P&L responsibility.
Experience with working capital or financing solutions linked to B2B payments.
Strong knowledge of issuing ecosystems, payment flows, pricing, interchange, FX and corporate payment processes.
International market expansion and complex partner management experience.
Experience in digital media, advertising, adtech or media buying is a strong plus.
What Will Make Us Really Love You
You bring a track record of success in a similar role, with hands-on experience.
You’re not afraid to challenge the status quo and bring fresh, out-of-the-box ideas to the table.
You anticipate challenges before they arise and take initiative to find effective solutions.
You have an eye for detail.
You thrive on teamwork but also bring a driven, goal-oriented spirit.
You’re genuinely enthusiastic about advertising, ad-tech, and staying ahead of industry trends.
You have the ability to engage and communicate with internal and external stakeholders in a positive and approachable way.
What You’ll Love About Us
We care about your individuality by giving you freedom to grow and create within the company, regardless of your position
Learn from the best: Our state of the art workshops guarantee the latest insights into digital advertising
Be part of a company with a truly global footprint, working with leading brands, platforms, and publishers across 90+ markets.
We foster a dynamic environment where creativity, collaboration, and bold ideas are encouraged and celebrated.
Join a diverse, multicultural team that values and embraces different perspectives, experiences, and talents.
At Aleph, your work directly contributes to connecting brands and consumers in meaningful ways, shaping the future of digital advertising.
In line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive, we are committed to fair and open compensation practices. For this role, the minimum gross annual base salary is EUR 72,000. In addition to base salary, this role includes a variable component, paid annually. The final offer will reflect your experience, skills, and the scope of the role.

adjoe builds the technologies behind mobile app growth and monetization, challenging the status quo of adtech by redefining how apps acquire users and generate revenue. Our two products, Playtime Arcade and adjoe Ads, sit at opposite ends of the mobile advertising spectrum: rewarded engagement and programmatic in-app advertising. Together they run on 13% of the world's smartphones, connecting advertisers, publishers, and hundreds of millions of users, with one goal: making mobile advertising work better for everyone in the ecosystem.
Next-Gen Machine Intelligence for Scalable Discovery & Engagement
The Data Science Research team builds foundational ML representations and advanced AI capabilities that enhance both Playtime and adjoe Ads. Operating as a horizontal deep-tech layer, the team leverages advanced AI and deep learning approaches—specifically generative approaches —to deliver critical systems such as high-dimensional user embeddings, general content understanding and sequential recommendation. These frameworks scale adjoe's products beyond standard industry limitations, utilizing behavioral and transactional data from over 770 million users.
The team operates at the intersection of bleeding-edge R&D and high-scale production engineering, acting as the company’s internal science bar raiser and primary consulting layer for complex ML bottlenecks. The stack is optimized for deep learning and heavy data throughput: PyTorch and [Ray/Hugging Face] for training and fine-tuning foundation models, Trino and Athena for querying massive user-behavior data lakes, and dedicated GPU infrastructure for heavy workloads. The full lifecycle of these AI capabilities is owned by the team—from academic paper translation and offline prototyping to deploying core algorithmic frameworks built to sustain high-throughput, realtime production environments.
Your Mission & Who We Are Looking For:
- PhD or equivalent research depth, with a production track record. You have a PhD in CS, Statistics, Math, or Physics, or an MSc with extensive industry research, and publications in top-tier venues like SIGIR, KDD, NeurIPS, or ICLR. You've spent 4+ years building large-scale recommender systems in high-throughput environments: AdTech, e-commerce, or social.
- You translate research into production, not just prototypes. You distill SOTA research into robust, production-ready code optimized for sub-millisecond latency. At adjoe, that means architecting multi-stage recommendation pipelines, Generative Retrieval, Deep Ranking, and Re-ranking, serving millions of requests across a stack built on 770 million users' behavioral data.
- Deep expertise in PyTorch and large-scale model optimization. You have hands-on experience with high-concurrency optimization, model quantization, and distillation, the engineering side of getting large generative models to run under extreme production constraints, not just in research environments.
- Content understanding and embeddings are core to your work. You research and develop information-rich user and ad embeddings using unsupervised and generative approaches, directly improving the quality of predictions across both Playtime and adjoe Ads.
- Raises the technical bar around them. You lead architectural debates, mentor junior scientists, and drive the team's research direction without needing a roadmap handed to you.
🌎 We welcome applications from talent worldwide and provide relocation support to Hamburg, Germany for those ready to join our team.
What’s in It for You?
At adjoe, you’re not here to just close JIRA tickets, you’re helping build the infrastructure behind one of the most impactful platforms in adtech. The systems you work on will reach hundreds of millions of users and power billions of decisions every day.
- Go Big. Own projects with impact on 770M users and push adtech boundaries.
- Move Fast. Ship solutions multiple times a day, learn from results, and keep momentum.
- Be Direct. Solve problems openly and collaborate across teams.
- Thrive Together. Grow with a diverse, global team of people from over 40 different countries that learn from each other.
- Have Fun. Celebrate wins, enjoy daily victories, and bring your energy.
We welcome applications from people who will contribute to the diversity of our company.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Claude is available to enterprises through Microsoft Foundry, and the Microsoft partnership has become one of our most important paths to market. Many of the largest enterprises in financial services, healthcare and life sciences, and the public sector buy Microsoft first, and we want Claude to be the obvious choice when they do.
As Partner Manager for Microsoft Co-Sell, you will turn that partnership into pipeline and closed revenue. You will build and run joint sales plays with Microsoft's field organization, connect Anthropic account executives with their Microsoft counterparts on shared target accounts, and make sure deals that start in a co-sell conversation actually close through Azure Marketplace. You will own your work end to end, from the details of a single stuck deal to the executive readout on how the partnership is performing.
Key responsibilities
Own the co-sell engine day to day: design joint sales plays with Microsoft around the strongest enterprise use cases, run account mapping with Microsoft sellers, and turn introductions into working groups and joint opportunities that show up as pipeline
Keep deals moving through Azure Marketplace, including private offers, billing setup, and partner attribution; track every opportunity through that process, know where it is stuck and who needs to act, and work with both sides until it closes
Run the regular pipeline and escalation rhythm with Microsoft
Give Anthropic and Microsoft leaders a clear view of what is working and what is blocked
Bring field insight back to our product and go-to-market teams
Own at least one major joint initiative with Microsoft, such as a flagship event, a product workstream, or deal operations
Minimum qualifications
Experience owning a revenue or pipeline number through a partner or co-sell motion, with results you can point to
Working knowledge of how enterprise deals transact through a cloud marketplace, including hands-on experience unblocking stuck deals
Strong attention to detail and operational rigor, with the ability to turn that detail into a clear, concise story for executives
A record of taking full ownership of your work: closing loops and keeping stakeholders informed proactively
Ability to keep a stalled deal or program moving through repeated blockers until it is resolved
Ability to build trust across a large, matrixed partner organization, with field sellers and their leaders alike
Preferred qualifications
Experience selling or partnering around AI, ML, or developer platform products
Direct experience with Microsoft's partner ecosystem, such as Partner Center, Azure Marketplace, and the co-sell program
Experience selling into financial services, healthcare and life sciences, or the public sector
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.
For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
Annual Salary:
$215,000
—
$300,000 USD
Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
Your safety matters to us.
To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
