Government agencies are moving voice and conversational AI from pilots into production for citizen services, contact centers, accessibility, training, and mission operations. You'll own how ElevenLabs shows up in that market, from strategy and pipeline through to the team that delivers the revenue. We don't use traditional job titles at ElevenLabs. This role is equivalent in scope and seniority to a Vice President of Public Sector, with ownership of the vertical, authority to hire and structure the team, and direct access to the executive team. You'll work closely with the executive team, Product, Engineering, Legal, and Security. You'll set the vision for how ElevenLabs serves the government, decide how the team is structured and staffed, and stay close to the largest pursuits. This is a player-coach role.
