Are you ready to join our digital revolution journey?
At Aleph, we’re not just part of the digital advertising landscape—we’re shaping its future. Representing the world’s leading platforms, including TikTok, Amazon, Google, and nearly 55 others, we operate in 130+ markets across new and existing geographies.
Our mission is to empower advertisers and brands to unlock the full potential of these platforms' advertising capabilities. By fostering long-lasting partnerships, we create limitless opportunities for people and businesses to advertise effectively at both local and global levels.
With a presence spanning continents, Aleph offers you the chance to be part of a fast-growing, innovative team where your work makes a direct impact. If you’re ambitious, forward-thinking, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, global environment, Aleph is the perfect place to build your career.
Aleph is seeking a strategic, high-energy Programmatic Specialist to represent Spotify across the LATAM region. You don't need to be a hands-on trafficker or optimizer, but you do need to speak the language of DSPs, SSPs, and Ad Exchanges fluently enough to sell with real credibility, handle objections, and guide agencies through the offering.
What you'll do
Own revenue targets and pipeline growth for Spotify's programmatic solutions (self-serve, PMPs, always-on activations) across LATAM markets.
Proactively prospect and identify new opportunities, and unblock stalled ones within agencies and brands — finding the right internal contact, the right angle, and the right moment to move a deal forward.
Build and maintain strong relationships with agency programmatic desks, buying, strategy, and digital teams across multiple markets — know how agencies are structured internally and how to navigate them.
Evangelize Spotify's programmatic offering to agencies and clients, driving upsell and always-on activations, and supporting partners with any questions along the way.
Translate campaign performance data into insights and business narratives that resonate with clients at a strategic level.
Train and mentor sales team members on programmatic positioning and talking points.
Stay current on programmatic trends, self-serve platform dynamics, and industry best practices to keep pitches sharp and relevant.
Represent Spotify/Aleph at industry events, building market presence across the region.
Work with third-party vendors and partners to strengthen the offering, and coordinate with internal specialist/operations teams to ensure smooth execution once a deal is won.
What you need for this role
5+ years of experience in advertising sales, business development, or account management within programmatic/digital advertising.
Solid working knowledge of programmatic fundamentals: DSPs, SSPs, Ad Exchanges, and self-serve platforms — enough to sell and defend the offering with authority, even if you're not the one operating it day to day.
Proven track record building agency/client relationships and driving revenue growth across LATAM markets (regional exposure strongly preferred).
Strong understanding of agency internal structures and dynamics — you know who to talk to and how to get in the door.
Comfort with data at a consumption level: able to read dashboards and performance reports and turn them into a compelling client story (Salesforce, Sheets/Slides, Excel).
A genuinely commercial mindset — you love prospecting, relationship-building, and closing; programmatic is your specialty, not just a technical checkbox.
Exceptional storytelling, negotiation, and presentation skills; comfortable holding a room at C-suite level.
Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English.
What will make us really love you
Commercial Drive — You love the chase: prospecting, unblocking, closing.
Enough Data Fluency to Sell — You can read a dashboard and turn it into a story, even if you're not the one building it.
Adaptability — Comfortable moving between a strategic C-suite pitch and a technical programmatic conversation in the same day.
AI-Curious by Default — When a new tool shows up, you test it and fold it into how you sell — briefs, pipeline signals, prospecting — rather than just tolerating it.
Passion for music, audio culture, or the creator economy — You get why audio matters to brands and to people, and that shows up in how you pitch.
Why Join Us?

Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you're brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!
The Figma Research team is hiring an experienced researcher for our Rapid Research program. We're product builders who bring research expertise to the team, working closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to clarify problems, test ideas, and recommend what to change—often in one- to two-week sprints.
You'll rotate across product areas, ramp up quickly, and build relationships as you go, energized by unfamiliar products and ambiguous problems and ready to take initiative rather than wait for a fully scoped brief. You bring strong opinions about what makes a great experience, grounded in the needs of the people using it, spot connections across product areas, and combine deep qualitative and quantitative research expertise with a flexible, resourceful approach to moving quickly without sacrificing rigor. Beyond individual studies, you bring a clear point of view on what to build or change, tailor your communication to your audience, and are willing to challenge assumptions and say the hard thing with care—asking for help when you need it and offering it when others do.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you'll do at Figma:
Scope and run focused research in quick sprints, using sound methods to answer the questions most likely to change a product decision
Turn findings into specific recommendations a designer or PM can act on, working through tradeoffs and helping the team put them into practice
Present product recommendations to cross-functional teams and senior leadership, telling the story behind the data, not just reporting insights
Rotate across product areas and teams as needed, building credibility and relationships quickly without being embedded long-term
Contribute beyond research studies by using our products, joining design reviews, and helping teams recognize when they have enough information to act
Bring clarity to ambiguous problems, challenge assumptions, and adjust the scope or approach as you learn
Experiment with tools, templates, and workflows to make research faster and sharper
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
7+ years of experience in research at high-growth product organizations, UX/design agencies, or strategic consultancies focused on digital experiences
Proficiency in mixed methods research, including qualitative approaches such as interviews and quantitative approaches such as surveys and data analysis
Strong product judgment, with examples of specific recommendations you made and how they shaped the product, backed by strong communication and storytelling skills with a track record of securing executive buy-in
Experience ramping up quickly on new projects and delivering clear recommendations in one- to two-week research sprints, turning ambiguous problems into clear questions and a practical path forward
A scrappy, flexible approach, adapting to changing priorities and tight timelines while maintaining sound research methods, including active use of AI tools to improve speed, quality, or scale
While it's not required, it's an added plus if you also have:
Proficiency in designing and prototyping, ideally within the Figma suite of tools
Familiarity with researching design tools, developer tools, creative software, or other products people use to build things
A background in product design, product management, or engineering
Ability to combine product analytics with qualitative research to inform recommendations
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.

Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role), market demands, and specific work location.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.

ABOUT TENKI
Tenki is cloud infrastructure for code and agents. Sandboxes give AI agents disposable Linux VMs that boot in under a second. Runners make GitHub Actions faster and up to 60% cheaper. Code Reviewer catches more real bugs per pull request than CodeRabbit, Greptile, or Copilot in our benchmark. Hundreds of teams use one or all three.
Tenki was built by the founding team behind Luxor Technology, leading provider of Bitcoin mining and AI infrastructure. Today, Tenki is trusted by teams like Anchor, Omnara, and Naive, with MAU growing ~3.5x since April. We are the infrastructure layer for the next generation of AI companies.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You'll sell to two kinds of teams. Engineering orgs are paying too much for slow CI and drowning in pull requests that AI now writes faster than humans can review. AI companies are building agents that need somewhere safe to run code, browse the web, and use a computer. The first group buys Runners and Code Reviewer. The second buys Sandboxes, often at a scale that turns into a large infrastructure contract.
Every product can be tried in minutes, so proof comes fast. Your job is to turn that proof into committed contracts, sell a customer's second and third product after they start with one, and build a sales process the next hires can repeat.
You'll be our first sales hire, working directly with the founders and engineering team. San Francisco-based, with regular in-office work.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
- 4+ years of closing sales experience
- Strong technical acumen, ideally with a background in DevTools, AI infrastructure, cloud infrastructure, or developer platforms
- Demonstrated ability to run a consultative sale. You've helped customers define a strategy, not just evaluate a product
- Excellent communication skills and comfort with high autonomy in a fast-moving environment
- Based in San Francisco and open to working from the office at least 3 days per week
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own a revenue target across all three products, from prospecting through close and expansion
- Build pipeline in two segments: engineering orgs with heavy CI and review loads, and AI companies building agents that need sandboxed compute
- Turn free-plan, Team-plan, and startup-program customers into enterprise contracts with committed spend
- Sell across products: land with one, then sell the others into the same account
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Has sold AI infrastructure or developer tools, especially in the areas where Tenki competes. For Sandboxes, that's E2B, Daytona, and Modal. For CI Runners, Blacksmith and Depot. For AI Code Review, CodeRabbit and Greptile. Knowing AI-native founders and platform leaders is a plus.
They're equally comfortable talking CI costs with a platform lead and agent infrastructure with an AI startup's CTO.
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation and uncapped commission structure, including meaningful equity
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees and dependents
- Unlimited PTO policy
- Paid parental leave
- Company-facilitated 401(k) with match
- OTE: $250K–$300K
We are building a startup within a startup. Tenki was born within Luxor http://www.luxor.tech/ as we expand our vision from mining compute to generalized compute. Learn more about how we work and our principles here https://luxor.tech/careers.
At Tenki we believe that meaningful contributions can be made by anyone. Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender perception or identity, national origin, age, marital status, protected veteran status, or disability status. Tenki welcomes all!
Tenki does not accept unsolicited headhunter and agency resumes. Tenki will not pay any third-party agency or company that does not have a signed agreement with Tenki.
HOW WE USE AI IN OUR HIRING PROCESS
We use AI tools to support certain parts of our hiring process, and we believe in being transparent about how they’re used.
During your application, AI may assist in reviewing CVs, qualifications, and assignments by providing additional insights, but it does not make decisions, every application is evaluated at each step by a member of our hiring team.
We also use AI to transcribe interviews so our team can stay focused on the conversation rather than note-taking. Any voice recordings are automatically deleted within 15 days.
In addition, AI helps us keep candidates informed about their application status and helps us understand how our process is working so we can improve it over time.
In all cases, AI is used to support efficiency and consistency, not to replace human judgment. If you have any questions about how we use these tools or your data, or if you would prefer to opt out of any of these features, please include them in the dedicated section of the application form, and we’ll follow up accordingly.
