Founding GTM Engineering Lead (GrowthBricks)
Are you someone who likes to build GTM systems from the ground up? Have you built sales automations, signal-based workflows, account intelligence systems, or AI-powered GTM solutions yourself?
We’re looking for a
Founding GTM Engineering Lead
to build GrowthBricks with us, turning real GTM problems into working systems and using what we learn to shape the product itself.
About JetBrains
We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 rely on our products to solve real, complex problems.
JetMinds is a new JetBrains-backed venture focused on AI-native GTM tools, and GrowthBricks is one of its new projects, designed to give GTM teams and AI agents a shared business brain. It brings together business context that’s usually fragmented across CRMs, calls, documents, dashboards, and other tools, giving people and AI agents the context they need to make better decisions and execute effectively across the sales and marketing stack.
What you’ll do
You will own our early customer implementations and help the founding team shape the product around what actually works.
Working directly with customers, you'll figure out their GTM operations, identify where agentic automations can help, and build solutions around those needs. Alongside the product and technical founders, you’ll use what you learn from these implementations to shape GrowthBricks itself.
Day to day, you will:
Work directly with customers to understand their GTM workflows, systems, data, and bottlenecks.
Turn ambiguous business problems into working GTM systems.
Help build signal pipelines, account intelligence systems, enrichment and qualification workflows, outbound and CRM automation, and agentic workflows using GrowthBricks.
Work hands-on with tools such as CRMs, enrichment platforms, sales engagement tools, APIs, automation platforms, and AI agents.
Connect GrowthBricks to customers’ existing GTM stack rather than rebuilding it.
Identify patterns across customers and turn them into reusable product capabilities.
Work closely with the product founder and engineering team to shape GrowthBricks, including building and shipping features yourself.
What you’ll bring
Clear communication across roles. You can work effectively with founders, sales and marketing teams, RevOps specialists, and engineers.
Comfort with ambiguity. You can take an unclear business problem and work toward a concrete solution.
Strong product instinct. You can recognize which customer problems should become part of the product.
A practical mindset. You value working systems over unnecessary complexity.
What you’ll need
A strong, practical understanding of modern B2B GTM operations.
Experience building sales automation, enrichment workflows, signal-based GTM systems, or similar infrastructure.
Hands-on experience with modern GTM tooling such as Clay, TheirStack, or FullEnrich.
Experience connecting multiple systems using APIs, webhooks, scripts, or custom integrations.
Practical experience using LLMs or agents for GTM research, qualification, personalization, and automation.
Experience implementing GTM systems across multiple teams or customers.
The technical ability to build and modify product features and working solutions yourself, rather than just specifying what others should build.
What success looks like
In your first six months, you will have taken several customer problems from discovery to working production workflows.
You will also have helped us understand where GrowthBricks creates the most value, identified patterns that repeat across customers, and turned those patterns into reusable product capabilities.
Success means building systems that customers actually use, producing measurable GTM outcomes, and making the product materially better with every implementation.

About the job
As a member of our AI research team, you will drive innovation in model compression and efficient deployment for advanced multimodal AI systems, including large language models (LLMs) and vision-language models (VLMs). Your work will focus on reducing model footprint and computational cost while preserving accuracy, enabling high-performance AI to run efficiently across resource-constrained edge devices. You will apply and advance compression techniques such as quantization, knowledge distillation, and pruning to streamline complex multimodal architectures that integrate text, images, and audio.
We expect you to have deep expertise in model compression methods and a strong background in multimodal model architectures. You will adopt a hands-on, research-driven approach to develop, test, and implement novel compression strategies that balance model size, latency, throughput, and accuracy. Your responsibilities include building robust compression pipelines, establishing performance and fidelity metrics, and addressing bottlenecks in production inference. The ultimate goal is to deliver scalable, low-memory, low-latency AI systems on edge devices (i.e., smartphones) that maintain high fidelity and tangible real-world value.
Responsibilities
Apply low-bit quantization to reduce model size and inference latency for generative AI models (LLMs, VLMs, multimodal) while maintaining accuracy and output quality.
Leverage knowledge distillation to transfer capabilities from larger teacher models to smaller student models, enabling efficient multimodal reasoning across text, image, and audio inputs.
Implement pruning techniques to remove redundant parameters and attention heads, reducing computational overhead without sacrificing task performance.
Analyze trade-offs between model efficiency (size, latency, memory) and accuracy across quantization, distillation, and pruning methods; propose improvements based on empirical findings.
Research and apply mixed-precision quantization and other advanced compression strategies (e.g., adaptive pruning schedules, distillation with intermediate feature matching) to optimize the accuracy–performance balance.
Stay current with the latest research in model compression, including emerging techniques for multimodal and generative architectures.
Document methodologies, experiments, and results clearly to support reproducibility, internal collaboration, and stakeholder communication.
Author technical papers and publish findings in top-tier conferences (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, CVPR, ACL, AAAI) to advance the field of model compression for multimodal AI.
List the qualifications, certifications, and experience needed for the role. You can split this into mandatory and preferred sections if needed.
A degree in Computer Science or related field. Ideally PhD in NLP, Machine Learning, or a related field, complemented by a solid track record in AI R&D (with good publications in A* conferences).
Experience with PyTorch deep learning frameworks or equivalent frameworks
Hands-on experience with model quantization including both Quantization-Aware Training (QAT) and Post-Training Quantization (PTQ).
Research and hands-on experience with knowledge distillation for compressing large models into smaller, efficient ones.
Research and hands-on experience with model pruning for compressing large models into smaller, efficient ones.
Solid understanding of neural network architectures and training processes – Including transformers (e.g., LLMs, VLMs), backpropagation, optimization, and fine-tuning techniques.
Familiarity with C++ is a plus (especially for implementing low-level quantization kernels or inference optimizations).

LangChain is a place where your contributions can shape how this technology shows up in the real world.
Today, our platform includes LangSmith (Observability, Evaluation, Deployment, Fleet, and Sandboxes), our open source frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, and Deep Agents), and the newly launched LangSmith Engine for autonomous agent improvement. We have 100M+ monthly open source downloads, 6,000+ active LangSmith customers, and 5 of the Fortune 10 use LangSmith in production (+ 35% of the Fortune 500 overall), including teams at Klarna, Clay, Coinbase, Workday, Lyft, Cloudflare, Harvey, Rippling, Vanta, LinkedIn, Monday.com, Nvidia, and Bridgewater.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We're looking for a Deployed Engineer to join our Professional Services team, working directly with enterprise customers to build reliable, production agents. You'll translate vague enterprise workflows into concrete software specs and guide engineering teams through the resulting solution, or build it for them. You might spend a week designing a customer's agent architecture, a few weeks co-building their evaluation pipeline, or a quarter embedded inside their team shipping alongside their engineers. You are someone who's built real AI systems for production and can defend the technical tradeoffs within them.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Advising: Agent architecture design, evaluation strategy review, and best-practice production guidance.
- Building: Co-build with the customer's engineering team across the full Agent Development Lifecycle (ADLC) in outcome-scoped engagements.
- Embedding: Serve as a deployed engineer inside the customer's team for extended engagements, operating as a de facto member of their org to ship agent systems directly.
- Agent Engineering: ADLC end-to-end, architecture design, orchestration patterns, evals, custom conversational UIs, and production deployment.
- Applied AI: Post-training, supervised fine-tuning, harness engineering, trace mining, model selection and evaluation methodology.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 4+ years of software engineering experience with deep expertise in Python. TypeScript/JavaScript a plus.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience building and shipping production agent systems.
- Strong client-facing communication skills, with the ability to confidently articulate architectural decisions to technical stakeholders (engineers, architects, CTOs).
- Strong experience with LangChain/LangGraph/Deep Agents or comparable frameworks, including multi-agent patterns and state management (short and long-term memory).
- Deep familiarity designing and implementing evaluation methodologies for non-deterministic AI systems.
- Comfortable operating across the full spectrum from advisory to embedded delivery.
- Willing to travel up to 20% of the time.
NICE TO HAVE:
- Exposure to dataset curation and post-training techniques (SFT, DPO, RLHF) on open-weight models using tools like Axolotl, Unsloth, Hugging Face transformers, or TRL.
- Experience with trace mining to drive continuous improvement loops
COMPENSATION:
$185,000-$260,000 base salary + equity
Location:
- Singapore
- Remote with up to 25% travel

ABOUT THE ROLE:
We're hiring our first Demand Generation Lead for EMEA, Middle East and Emerging Markets. You'll own how LangSmith shows up in the region and how that turns into pipeline from partnering with performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, integrated campaigns and webinars to build a localized campaigns.
You'll be deciding what works in the region, run the experiments to prove it, and then scale what works into a repeatable regional playbook. You’ll be a builder with central support from our US demand gen, product marketing, and marketing ops teams.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN:
REGIONAL DEMAND STRATEGY AND PIPELINE:
- Build the EMEA demand plan: which markets, which segments, which channels, and what each is expected to return
- Own an EMEA pipeline target and report against it sourced and influenced, by channel and by market
- Decide how the regional demand budget gets allocated for localized programs.
FULL-FUNNEL PROGRAM EXECUTION:
You'll own the whole mix for the region and be hands-on in all of it:
- Paid digital: partner with performance marketing to support localized 3rd party promotion, paid search, paid social, and retargeting strategy, including account-level and contact-level targeting to give sellers air cover in named accounts
- Webinars: run a regional cadence across live demos, thought leadership webinars, technical workshops, and customer stories, in local time zones with local speakers where it helps
- Integrated campaigns: adapt global LangSmith narratives and build region-first campaigns when the market needs something different
- Lifecycle: build segmented nurtures and post-event follow-up for regional leads, with attention to language and time zone.
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL PARTNERSHIP:
- Work directly with EMEA AEs and SDRs to understand what converts in-region and co-design follow-up plays that drive pipeline.
- Partner closely with Field Marketing to build joint regional plans, align priorities, and create a coordinated interface into the sales team.
- Support new-hire ramp by identifying warm signals, share campaign hand-off details, marketing programs, and proven outreach plays reps can use in their first 90 days.
- Collaborate with RevOps on targeting, routing, campaign tracking, and reporting to improve regional execution and pipeline visibility.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- 7+ years in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or integrated campaigns, ideally in developer tools, infrastructure, or technical SaaS
- Track record of building demand programs in EMEA across multiple countries, with a clear view of where localization matters and where it doesn't
- You've personally run paid, webinars, lifecycle, and ABM
- You write the copy, build the landing page, pull the report, and launch the campaign
- Comfortable with a technical product and a technical audience. You don't need to write code, but you should be able to hold a conversation about agents, evals, and observability without a script
- Strong partner to Sales. You've worked shoulder to shoulder with AEs and SDRs and you're comfortable with a pipeline number
- Fluent in the numbers: funnel conversion, CPL, cost per SQO, pipeline contribution, and attribution's real limits
- Working command of a modern stack, Hubspot, Influ2, Qualified, Goldcast, Zoom Webinar, Zapier, SFDC, Reo.dev http://Reo.dev, and Clay
- Comfortable with ambiguity and true ownership

£95,000-£125,000 base salary + equity
