Are you ready to join our digital revolution journey?
At Aleph, we’re not just part of the digital advertising landscape—we’re shaping its future. Representing the world’s leading platforms, including TikTok, Amazon, Google, and nearly 55 others, we operate in 130+ markets across new and existing geographies.
Our mission is to empower advertisers and brands to unlock the full potential of these platforms' advertising capabilities. By fostering long-lasting partnerships, we create limitless opportunities for people and businesses to advertise effectively at both local and global levels.
With a presence spanning continents, Aleph offers you the chance to be part of a fast-growing, innovative team where your work makes a direct impact. If you’re ambitious, forward-thinking, and eager to thrive in a dynamic, global environment, Aleph is the perfect place to build your career.
At Aleph, we're committed to ensuring that all of our customers' and partners' data is protected and that our work complies with data protection legislation across the markets we operate in — including as AI regulation reshapes that landscape. We're looking for an experienced AI Tech and Data Privacy Associate Manager (or Manager, depending on experience), to join our global team and help manage sensitive information, support contract preparation, carry out data protection assessments, and advise on the growing intersection of AI governance and privacy compliance across our global footprint.
What You Will Do
Advise on and support the practical implementation of legal requirements across all AI risk categories (e.g., under the EU AI Act — prohibited, high-risk, limited-risk, and minimal-risk systems), including risk classification, compliance obligations, and coordination with product and tech teams.
Monitor emerging AI regulations more broadly and advise on their intersection with data protection across our markets.
Advise the business on responsible AI governance and internal AI use policies.
Advise, coordinate, and support colleagues across the business on data protection and privacy compliance issues, including in non-EU markets.
Collaborate on internal audits at Aleph Group level in the field of data protection.
Help prepare reports, presentations, and educational materials on data protection, privacy, and AI compliance topics.
Participate in data protection, privacy, and AI-related legal projects.
Promote a strong culture of data protection and responsible AI compliance across Aleph.
Support AI-related technology projects, including API integrations with third-party AI providers, ensuring data protection, IP, and contractual compliance throughout implementation.
Negotiate and draft agreements related to AI/technology procurement (vendor contracts, API and data-sharing agreements, licensing terms), including IP protection, ownership, and indemnification provisions.
Coordinate with product, tech, and other teams to assess IP, confidentiality, and data protection risks before onboarding new AI tools or vendors.
Organize and maintain data protection records and related documentation at a global level.
Support the preparation of contracts with business partners and other legal documents (for example, internal policies) in the field of data protection and GDPR compliance.
Carry out Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) together with the wider team.
Take on other ad hoc legal and compliance-related tasks as needed.
What We Are Looking For
A degree in Law.
Minimum 4–6 years of hands-on experience in data privacy and compliance, with a strong focus on GDPR — this is not an entry-level role.
Solid expertise in data privacy laws and practices, including a deep understanding of GDPR.
Hands-on experience completing legal/compliance requirements for the implementation of AI systems across all risk categories (e.g., under the EU AI Act), including but not limited to high-risk systems — this is a requirement, not just a plus.
Working knowledge of AI-related legal and regulatory frameworks more broadly.
Demonstrated ability to research and apply data privacy requirements in non-EU markets (LATAM, APAC, and/or MEA), given our global operating footprint.
Proficient English communication skills, written and verbal — this is a must.
A tech-oriented mindset, genuine curiosity about how AI and emerging technologies intersect with privacy law, and strong motivation to continuously learn new legal frameworks and compliance tools.
Experience working in a global or regional setting, with the ability to operate confidently outside a single-market (EU-only) focus.
Practical experience negotiating and drafting technology/AI related agreements (vendor contracts, API and data-sharing agreements, licensing terms), including IP protection, ownership, and indemnification provisions.
Why Join Aleph
Shape data protection and AI governance practice at scale: your work will directly protect the trust of Aleph's customers and partners across a global footprint spanning Europe, LATAM, APAC and MEA.
Apply AI compliance expertise at scale: you'll drive real implementation work across the full spectrum of AI risk categories as regulation matures, not just policy-watching.
Build deep expertise fast: exposure to DPIAs, cross-border data transfers, AI risk assessments, and multi-jurisdictional privacy frameworks gives you a faster path to becoming a recognized privacy expert than most single-market roles.
Join a growing, collaborative legal team based in Warsaw that values mentorship and hands-on learning over hierarchy.
In line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive, we are committed to fair and open compensation practices. The minimum gross annual base salary is EUR 37,000, with the final level (Associate Manager or Manager) and offer reflecting your experience, skills, and scope of the role.
In addition to base salary, this role includes a variable component, paid annually.
Why Join Us?
Aleph is a place of many cultures, perspectives, and talents. We support each other, creating an environment of giving and receiving. We value partnership and communication because we believe it takes a group of people to achieve great things. We are energized by our ever-changing industry, our curiosity keeps us learning and seeking out new opportunities.
We stay flexible and adaptable, and believe in moving with the speed of change. We encourage everyone to strive for more, providing our internal talent with growth opportunities and the ability to learn together.

* создание новых методологий оценки качества
* участие в разработке и развитии передовых банковских и российских бенчмарков (MERA, POLLUX и др.)
* адаптация передовых мировых бенчмарков под специфику банковских кейсов
* и многое другое
* **Умение проводить технический и научный ресерч**: находить и критически разбирать актуальные статьи, бенчмарки, модели и реализации; переводить ресерч в конкретные идеи для тестирования и развития внутренних подходов.
* **Статистика и дизайн эксперимента:** доверительные интервалы, размер выборки, проверка гипотез, поправки на множественные сравнения
* **Понимание современных AI-агентов и агентных систем**: понимать, чем агент отличается от обычного вызова LLM; знать основные компоненты агентной системы: роли, инструменты, контекст, память и оркестрация;
* **Понимаете, как устроены генеративным модели изнутри:** трансформер и механизм внимания, диффузии, токенизация, параметры генерации, этапы обучения
* **Опыт с генеративными моделями и понимание, как их оценивают:** метрики, бенчмарки, human evaluation, Model-as-a-judge и его ограничения
* **Продуктовое мышление**: связывать тестирование с реальными пользовательскими сценариями и понимать, какие ошибки критичны для продукта, понимать влияние результатов на релиз и дальнейшее развитие модели.
* **Python на продакшн-уровне:** чистый код по PEP 8, ООП и типовые паттерны проектирования, аннотации типов, привычка к линтерам и статическому анализу (ruff, mypy). Создаете и поддерживаете production-код eval-пайплайнов, читаете и ревьюите чужой.
AI-assisted coding
**Стек:** Python, pandas, NumPy, PyTorch, HuggingFace (transformers, datasets), vLLM, SGLang, инференс-API, S3, Git, Docker, CI/CD, Linux, Bash.

Location: Santa Clara, CA
Workplace: onsite
Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to own the systems that power a large-scale data collection operation, including the collection platform, operator tooling, data pipeline, and fleet infrastructure.
This is an engineering role. Day-to-day teleoperation is performed by a dedicated operator team that you direct — you build what they run on, and you own what comes out of it.
Project Details
Location: 100% Onsite (Santa Clara, CA, US)
Employment: Full-time W-2, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Duration: 12-month contract with possibility of extension
Rate: $105/hour
What You’ll Do
Design, build, and maintain the software behind our data collection stations — teleoperation stack, multi-camera recording, and session tooling.
Deploy and upgrade that stack across the fleet without stopping collection; keep workstations, containers, and networking healthy.
Own the data pipeline end to end: automated validation, conversion into our dataset format, upload, metadata, and versioning.
Build the QA tooling that catches dropped frames, stream desync, bad calibration, and mislabeled episodes before data reaches training.
Direct a team of teleoperators — define task protocols and SOPs, onboard them on new tasks and embodiments, review session quality, and unblock them daily.
Own fleet reliability: calibration and firmware pipelines, sensor and end-effector integration, root-cause analysis of recurring faults, and vendor escalation.
Bring up new stations and new embodiments; report throughput, yield, and data health to the research team.
What we need to see
MS in CS, Robotics, EE/ME, or a related field (or BS with equivalent hands-on experience).
3+ years building software for real robot systems — not simulation only.
A system you designed and shipped that other people depended on daily, and that you kept running.
Strong Python and Linux; Docker, git, CI, and SSH-based fleet administration.
Robot middleware and real-time multi-sensor recording — ROS 2 or equivalent vendor SDKs.
Experience supporting a data collection or teleoperation operation: you have built the tools operators depend on and owned throughput and quality numbers.
Comfortable around robot hardware — arms or humanoids, dexterous hands, RGB-D cameras, and the calibration that keeps them honest.
Able to lead operators without formal authority: you write clear SOPs, train people, and communicate status without being asked.
Ways to stand out from the crowd
Humanoid or bimanual platforms (Unitree, Fourier, ALOHA/ARX-class rigs) and dexterous hands.
XR teleoperation: Quest / PICO / Vision Pro, motion-capture gloves, whole-body retargeting.
Imitation-learning data tooling — LeRobot, HDF5/Zarr episode stores, dataset versioning, S3 at TB–PB scale.
Built internal dashboards or tooling for a production line or high-throughput lab.
Open-source contributions to robotics data or teleoperation tooling.

Salmon is a technology-driven financial company building a banking and lending platform across Southeast Asia, starting in the Philippines.
We combine global fintech expertise with deep local market knowledge to make financial services simple, accessible, and useful for millions of people across the region.
7M+ app downloads. 2M+ monthly active users. 10,000+ partner stores. US$310M+ raised from leading global investors.
Manila-based, globally distributed, and hybrid-first — our team spans 45+ countries.
If you want to solve complex problems at scale and impact how millions of people access and manage money, come build with us.
Southeast Asia's fintech moment starts here.
About the role
Salmon’s content — marketing, product, and support — is written in English first. Tagalog and Cebuano (Bisaya) versions still depend on ad hoc help. You’d own that layer end-to-end and become our go-to expert on how Salmon sounds in both languages
This is a senior role, not a file-in, file-out translation job. You set the quality bar, build the glossaries and style guides for Tagalog and Cebuano from scratch, and make the calls yourself rather than follow someone else’s rulebook. Done well, this could grow into its own small localization function
What you’ll do
- Write and localize marketing, website, product, and in-app copy in Tagalog and Cebuano. You decide when to translate, when to rewrite from scratch, and what stays in English. Cebuano work will grow as the product expands into new regions, but native-level fluency is required from day one
- Build the style guides and glossaries for both languages: voice and register, financial terminology, formatting, and how to handle regional variation. Keep them current as the product grows
- Adapt tone for regional audiences and advise teams early: flag campaign concepts, humor, or messaging that may not land before production starts
- Handle financial content with precision: explain fees, interest, and repayment terms clearly without changing their meaning, and know when to take wording to Legal or Compliance
- Review copy before publication, including as backup reviewer for other authors. Check it in the actual app or customer journey, and decide what must be fixed: an error that could mislead a customer versus a stylistic preference
- Work with Marketing, Content, and Product: take briefs, challenge unclear briefs and English source copy, suggest alternatives, work through conflicting feedback, and deliver on schedule
- Spot recurring language problems across teams and fix them at the source, through guidelines and training, instead of correcting the same issues again
What you’ll own
- The quality bar for all Tagalog and Cebuano content, including improving what’s already published
- The glossaries and style guides, from first draft to adoption across teams, aligned with brand voice
- Final approval of Tagalog and Cebuano content: you approve it or send it back for revision
- The team’s go-to expertise on regional-audience nuance
What makes you a strong fit
- Native or near-native fluency in Tagalog and Cebuano (Bisaya). You write in both, not only translate
- Strong English: you read our briefs and spot what won’t work in Filipino
- 5+ years of professional writing, editing, or localization in Tagalog or Cebuano for commercial clients, or an equivalent track record, including full ownership of a localization workflow from intake and translation through review, release, and quality control
- Published work you can walk us through: what you decided and why
- Experience building glossaries, style guides, or tone-of-voice guidelines from scratch
- Strong editorial judgment: you evaluate quality, decide on your own, give authors clear feedback, and defend your decisions to stakeholders
- Understanding of how Filipinos use financial products and apps. We value product intuition as much as language skill
- Experience with localization/TMS tools (Lokalise, Phrase, Smartling, Crowdin) and Figma is a plus

The role and it’s impact
You'll help shape the technical direction of our Front End Platform, working across multiple teams to deliver the shared tools, systems and standards that make front end development at Xero faster, safer and more consistent. This is a role for someone who enjoys tackling open-ended, multi-team problems, and who can move comfortably between hands-on technical work and broader strategic influence.
You'll build deep relationships across engineering, product and design, breaking down silos and helping teams reach the best outcome regardless of level or title. You'll guide technical design, identify the technical gaps holding teams back, and champion modern front end practices, all while coaching engineers toward their next level.
The team and how how they connect
The Front End Platform team builds and maintains the shared foundations, from component libraries and design systems to developer tooling, that product engineering teams across Xero rely on daily.
We work in close partnership with design, product engineering and infrastructure teams to keep what we build genuinely useful and well adopted. It's a team that thinks in multi-year horizons while staying grounded in the everyday realities of the teams we support.
Initially, you will focus on
- Leading the technical direction of Xero’s front end
- Guiding a modern front end stack (React, TypeScript, and associated tooling) across multiple teams
- Influencing CI/CD and delivery pipeline improvements at a platform level
- Shaping the longer term roadmap for front end performance, accessibility and developer experience
- Leveraging Harness Engineering to moderise legacy front end pages and components
Where and how you can work
This role can be either hybrid or fully remote anywhere across the East Coast of Australia.
For those that are looking for a hybrid role, we have beautiful offices in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane. We come together in the office for connection, collaboration and our regular boost days, with flexibility to work from home the rest of the time.
Here are some of the things we're looking for, for this role
- Deep expertise in front end engineering, with the ability to pick up new languages and tools as needed
- Proven experience and genuine interest in large scale shared platforms and developer experience
- Solid grounding in CI/CD concepts, automated testing and TDD, and enjoy helping others build good habits around them
- Skilled at designing secure, scalable and maintainable systems, including distributed architectures
- You'll bring a track record of influencing roadmaps and technical direction across multiple teams, not just your own
- Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on problem solving when a team needs it
- Experience coaching and mentoring engineers, with a genuine interest in helping others grow toward senior roles
- A collaborative approach to disagreement, able to work through different viewpoints to reach the best outcome for the wider team
- A track record of using AI tools and principles to work more efficiently and solve problems within a development team
Apply even if your experience isn't a perfect match! At Xero, we hire based on your skills, passion, and the unique perspective you can bring to enhance our culture and team.
