✨ ONE PLATFORM, A WHOLE WORLD OF OPPORTUNITY
The best jobs have always clustered in a handful of the world's wealthiest cities. But talent is everywhere. Oyster set out to close that gap - building a global employment platform that lets companies hire, pay, and care for brilliant people anywhere.
We're proof that a high-performing culture doesn't need an office. Distributed across 60+ countries since 2020, we've built something the industry keeps noticing:
- Ranked #10 of 250 on TIME and Statista's 2026 list of America's Top WorkTech Companies https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-hr-named-10-of-americas-top-worktech-companies-of-2026-by-time
- Named one of America's Greatest Startup Workplaces 2026 https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-2026-newsweek-award by Newsweek
- A G2 Spring 2026 Leader https://www.oysterhr.com/library/oyster-named-best-roi-for-any-global-employment-platform-for-g2-spring-2026 across Employer of Record, Global Employment, Multi-country Payroll, and HR Compliance
- The only B Corp-certified global employment platform ~ independently verified since 2023
Two of those rankings measured our business impact from the outside. One measured how our own people feel about working here. They landed in the same place ~ because at Oyster, culture and performance aren't separate conversations. They're the same one.
And we're just getting started. If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who care as much as you do, we'd love for you to apply.
Location: While this position is posted in a specific location, all of Oyster’s positions are fully remote and you can work from home. Forever. To create the best experience for our new hire, this role requires at least 3-4 hours of overlap with Central European Time (CET/CEST) business hours to support collaboration with the team.

- Contribute to a highly collaborative, remote-first team culture and help drive continuous improvement across Employment Products.

- Deep expertise in employment law, including hands-on experience with standard employment processes: drafting and reviewing contracts, managing templates and policies, advising across a wide range of employment matters and interpreting local labor regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
- Understanding of the EOR model and ability to anticipate and navigate its unique legal challenges; prior experience working with or within an EOR is preferred.
- Experience managing multi-jurisdictional and/or cross-border employment matters, with the ability to work across diverse legal systems and regulatory environments.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
⭐️ OPERATIONS AT ALAN
The Operations Community’s core responsibilities is to deliver at scale our insurance and health services : we build our platform and operational capabilities and run our processes to guarantee delight and efficiency.
As we anchor our Insurance position, diversify our offering with health and well-being related services in 4 different countries (France, Belgium, Spain and Canada), our operations are increasingly complex and our challenges ahead have never been as exciting!
Being an Ops at Alan means joining a team of 50+ talented, committed and passionate Ops across our countries, with a lot of interactions with Engineering, Product, Care and many other teams at Alan.
We have a mix of Builder profiles, focused on (re)designing and implementing our processes and Operations Experts who deliver those on a daily basis while improving them.

🌍 FOR THIS ROLE, YOU NEED TO BE BASED IN FRANCE, BELGIUM OR SPAIN 🌍
The Operations Expert works on a specific subset of services we deliver (eg. claim reimbursement, fraud, clinic to name a few) .
Their core responsibilities (+- 70/80% of the time) are to:
- Run our Insurance or Health services processes - that's why we call them Ops Runners internally 😉
- Ensure the day-to-day follow up and monitoring of our operations
- Flag risks and opportunities
In details, your missions are:
- Operating our processes: performing tasks like invoicing or claims treatment, growing and managing our network of providers, supporting internal teams (live and through documentation)
- Contributing to the definition & owning the best monitoring scheme to track volumes/efficiency/SLAs, and identify risks and areas of improvement, internally or with our service providers
- Supervising partnerships (e.g. teleconsultation, claim operators), participating in the negotiation rounds, daily communication to ensure business continuity

- Escalating feedback, helping to prioritise and supporting initiatives to make our processes and services more delightful and efficient
Next to running and monitoring our operations, you implement continuous improvements to our processes (+-20/30% of the time). This can be in a variety of ways, e.g. working with product teams to automate certain processes, enhancing our external communication, auditing our processes, automating some process steps using automation tools, …
⭐️ OUR RUN ORGANISATION ⭐️
Our Operations Experts are organized in pools (3-7 runners) who are collectively responsible for running their scope. Examples of topics are:
Alan therapy: members can book a therapy session with psychologists. You maintain smooth relationships with our psychologists, ensure therapy demand matches the supply and contribute to several steps of their lifecycle at Alan (hiring, onboarding, invoicing, supporting booking management etc).
Claims: We provide a best-in-class claims experience, including our own optic care service. You treat claims and assist in decisions regarding our coverage. Additionally, you monitor the performance of external service providers to meet SLAs & perform quality controls. You ensure glasses get delivered on time, member satisfaction is high, our frame collection is attractive, collaboration with opticians is smooth and efficient, ….
Fraud: We run checks on claims submitted by our members, and build new ways of preventing fraud attempts. You investigate suspicious claims, prevent fraudulent payments or recover when we paid fraudulent claims.
Set up: We provide best-in-class experience to our Customers : a smooth on/offboarding of their employees and a seamless invoicing or billing. To do so, we continuously control & improve the quality of our processes : ensuring we have consistent information for invoicing, unlocking employee invite/removals in case of issue and supporting admin in case of payment issue or bankruptcy.
Note: We look for profiles able to embrace any challenge and jump in any pool ! Depending on Alan needs (and personal interests), an Operations Expert will join in a pool and can change and explore new scopes after some time. Do not hesitate to ask more concrete examples to the Operations Team Members you’ll meet during the process so they can share about their own scope.

- Worked in Support functions (Customer Support, People Operations etc)
- Had a Customer facing Commercial experience, e.g. account manager or Customer Success Communications, such as Social Media, Internal/ External Communications
- Handled event coordination
⭐️ SKILLS ⭐️

The 1Password Sales Engineering team is a valuable resource to our customers and fellow Go-to-Market team members. Our Sales Engineers are well known and respected as experts on the product, trusted advisors to our sales teams and customers, and a sought-after resource for various types of customer calls. The team collaborates with Product, Marketing, Enablement, and Support to create resources, provide training opportunities, and elevate the overall understanding of 1Password. We are a kind, curious, approachable, and customer-focused team on a mission to drive the vision of 1Password forward.
As a Sales Engineer for the SMB segment, you will be a trusted technical advisor, driving revenue growth, improving win rates, and accelerating deal velocity through strategic technical guidance. Partnering closely with Account Executives, you will demonstrate and position Enterprise Password Management (EPM), 1Password Privileged access, Software as a service (SaaS) Manager and device trust as an integrated solution that helps reduce risk across users, applications and devices.
You will navigate high-volume, fast-paced SMB sales cycles, uncovering opportunities to position the full product suite and applying frameworks like MEDDPICC to qualify opportunities, address requirements, and influence decision-makers. You will also support customers with compliance needs by responding to security questionnaires, RFPs/RFIs, and vendor registration requirements.
You will bring credibility with both security and technical buyers, including those evaluating or transitioning from developer-centric secrets management tools. As 1Password's portfolio evolves toward Unified Access, your ability to bridge human identity (EPM), application access (SaaS Manager), and endpoint trust (Device Trust) with the emerging machine identity and secrets automation narrative will be a differentiator in every deal.
As a subject matter expert across all 1Password products, you will collaborate with Sales Enablement, Product, Marketing, and Customer Experience to create resources, enablement materials, and customer-facing content that drive adoption, improve close rates, and deliver measurable business impact.
How we’re using AI today
Across GTM, we’re transforming the way we work with AI. We expect every seller, CSM, and team member to become a power user, using it daily to work smarter and move faster. AI is already embedded in how we operate – from real-time coaching that sharpens how we sell and interact with customers, to surfacing insights that help us anticipate needs – creating more time for meaningful customer engagement. If you’re excited to reshape how you think, make decisions, and drive growth with AI, you’ll feel right at home here.
Expectations of this role
This is a hybrid role. You will be expected to work from 1Password's London office 3 days per week, with the flexibility to work from the office up to 5 days based on business needs.
Note: All go-to-market roles will have an in-person onboarding in Toronto.
What we're looking for:
- At least 4 years of experience in a technical customer-facing role (B2B SaaS, preferably in the SMB segment or similar).
- Ability to communicate in French fluently
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly and confidently to a wide range of audiences, including non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong presentation, communication, and storytelling skills, making complex information sound simple and relevant.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and commitment to quality, even in high-volume environments.
- Enthusiasm for learning, testing, and problem-solving. You are curious and dig in when a customer has a challenge.
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to effectively prioritize competing tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, transactional sales environment.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote-first team.
- Open to learning and able to adapt quickly, working across multiple products and shifting priorities with a flexible and proactive mindset.
- Experience in or strong familiarity with the security and identity space, including credential management, privileged access, or secrets management. Prior exposure to tools such as HashiCorp Vault, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea, or similar PAM and secrets platforms is a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with relevant compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR) is strongly preferred.
- Comfortable navigating developer-centric conversations, including how teams manage secrets in CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, CircleCI), container environments (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure). You don't need to write the code, but you should understand the workflow and the risks.
- Familiarity with DevSecOps principles and how engineering teams embed security into their development lifecycle. Able to engage confidently with DevOps leads, platform engineers, and CISOs on the risks of secrets sprawl, hardcoded credentials, and over-privileged service accounts.
- Working knowledge of identity concepts including SSO, SCIM provisioning, and OAuth/OIDC, and how SaaS application access is managed across growing teams. Familiarity with MDM or endpoint management tools (e.g., Jamf, Intune, CrowdStrike) is a bonus.
- Awareness of the growing challenge of non-human identity: service accounts, API tokens, bot credentials, and the security risks they introduce as teams scale AI and automation workflows. Ability to position this as a near-term customer pain, even in SMB accounts.
- Working knowledge of modern sales qualification frameworks (e.g., MEDDPICC) is preferred. Training and enablement will be provided as part of ongoing development.
- A growth mindset and a genuine curiosity about the evolving identity and security landscape.
- Bonus: hands-on experience integrating 1Password or a secrets manager with a developer workflow, CI/CD tool, or automation platform (e.g., GitHub Actions, Zapier, n8n, Make, or similar).
What you can expect:
- Serve as the primary technical advisor for SMB sales opportunities within the Go-to-Market team.
- Partner with Account Executives to deliver scalable, impactful technical support throughout the sales cycle.
- Confidently position and demo all three core products, EPM, SaaS Manager, and Device Trust, as an integrated solution, articulating how they work together to reduce risk across users, apps, and devices. Connect these to the broader Unified Access vision for forward-looking customers.
- Support fast-paced, high-volume sales cycles with concise, effective technical guidance.
- Recommend and position tailored product solutions that align with SMB customer needs, goals, and common use cases.
- Run technical discovery with a range of stakeholders, from IT admins and security leads to developers and DevOps engineers, uncovering use cases around privileged access, SaaS shadow IT, unmanaged endpoints, and secrets for automation and AI workflows.
- Handle competitive situations involving PAM vendors (e.g., CyberArk, BeyondTrust), secrets management tools (e.g., HashiCorp Vault, AWS Secrets Manager), and SaaS security platforms. Articulate 1Password's differentiated value for SMB teams who need enterprise-grade capabilities without enterprise-grade complexity.
- Partner with SMB reps to build their confidence in discussing product capabilities and navigating technical conversations.
- Proactively identify potential technical risks in deals and collaborate with Product and Support teams to resolve them.
- Uncover and qualify AI-related use cases during discovery, including how customers are managing secrets for developer tooling, automation workflows, and emerging AI agent infrastructure.
- Support proof-of-concept engagements that validate Secrets Automation use cases, including scenarios where customers are securing credentials for AI pipelines, developer environments, or cloud-native workloads.
- Collaborate with Sales Enablement and Product Marketing to create and improve internal resources such as objection handling guides, demo frameworks, and playbooks.
- Deliver product education to customers focusing on accessibility for non-technical or resource-constrained teams.
- Respond to vendor/risk assessments, RFPs/RFIs, security questionnaires, and other technical documentation requests as needed.
- Represent the team at select industry events and company/team offsites. Some travel may be required.

Who We Are
At OKX, we believe that the future will be reshaped by crypto, and ultimately contribute to every individual's freedom.
OKX is a leading crypto exchange, and the developer of OKX Wallet, giving millions access to crypto trading and decentralized crypto applications (dApps). OKX is also a trusted brand by hundreds of large institutions seeking access to crypto markets. We are safe and reliable, backed by our Proof of Reserves.
Across our multiple offices globally, we are united by our core principles:
We Before Me
,
Do the Right Thing
, and
Get Things Done
. These shared values drive our culture, shape our processes, and foster a friendly, rewarding, and diverse environment for every OK-er.
About the Opportunity
This is not a traditional GRC hire. The Tech G
overnance
Office is looking for someone who combines the governance judgment of a seasoned compliance professional with the drive of a forward-deployed engineer — someone who closes gaps by shipping solutions, navigates ambiguity without hand-holding, and operates with the urgency of a startup and the rigour of a regulated financial institution.
You will own complex cross-functional workstreams independently — coordinating across Engineering, Legal, Product, and Finance — while managing external auditors and regulators. Strong written and verbal communication in both English and Mandarin is a meaningful advantage in this role. AI tooling is not optional; it is how you work.
Who You Are
Self-directed driver
— You run cross-functional workstreams without being managed. Ambiguity is a starting point, not a blocker.
AI-native operator
— You already use AI to do more, faster — and you raise the floor for the teams around you.
Clear communicator
— You earn trust across regulators, auditors, and C-suite through precision and consistency — in any room.
Culture Fit
Pace
Standards
Startup velocity
— Decisions move fast. Priorities shift. You ship, iterate, and adapt — without waiting for perfect conditions or top-down direction.
Financial institution rigour
— Audit trails matter. Regulators scrutinise. The bar for accuracy, documentation, and accountability is institutional-grade — always.
> The tension between these two is not a bug — it is the job. We are looking for someone who holds both without compromise.
What You’ll Be Doing
Independently lead audit remediation programmes — assess gaps, develop structured plans, and drive verified closure across engineering, product, legal, and operations without escalation dependency.
Own cross-functional governance workstreams — set milestones, coordinate accountability, and remove blockers across departments with limited management oversight.
Conduct IT security and architecture governance reviews — assess whether systems and processes meet applicable standards, and issue findings with clear ownership and remediation timelines.
Build and maintain the policy estate — draft, refine, and operationalise IT governance policies and procedures; translate regulatory requirements into implementation-ready guidance for first-line teams.
Lead regulator and auditor engagement — serve as the primary coordination interface for external audit and regulatory correspondence, representing the Tech G
overnance
Office with credibility and precision.
Deploy AI to accelerate compliance operations — prototype and scale AI-assisted workflows for evidence collection, control monitoring, audit response, and policy generation; drive team-wide adoption.
Deliver Tech G
overnance
-level reporting — produce governance dashboards and executive briefs on remediation status, risk exposure, and regulatory posture, independently and to publication standard.
Track the regulatory horizon — monitor evolving requirements across active jurisdictions, translate changes into prioritised internal action, and brief senior leadership proactively.
What We Look For In You
AI Adoption & Application — Must Have
Active daily use of AI tools to accelerate compliance and governance work — demonstrated practice with measurable output impact, not theoretical awareness.
Ability to identify, build, and scale AI-assisted workflows within a Tech G
overnance
office context — evidence automation, policy generation, audit response, or control monitoring.
Working knowledge of AI governance and risk — sufficient to contribute to internal AI oversight frameworks and assess AI-related compliance obligations.
Independent Cross-Functional Leadership — Must Have
Demonstrated ability to own and drive complex, multi-stakeholder workstreams independently — setting direction, coordinating accountability, and delivering outcomes without management escalation.
Track record of influencing without authority across engineering, legal, finance, and operations in a fast-moving environment.
Comfortable operating under ambiguity and shifting priorities while maintaining institutional-grade standards for accuracy and documentation.
Experience
8+ years in IT audit, risk management, compliance, or security governance
3+ years leading governance programmes at a large-scale internet, financial services, or crypto firm
Exposure to IPO-readiness or high-scrutiny regulatory examination programmes preferred
Frameworks & Standards
ISO 27001, SOC 1/2, PCI-DSS, COBIT, NIST — deep working knowledge
GDPR and APAC data protection regimes
Crypto and blockchain-specific compliance risk awareness a strong asset
Engineering Sensibility
Able to read and interpret code, architecture diagrams, and technical design documents without engineer-translation dependency
Familiarity with cloud environments (Alibaba Cloud, AWS, GCP) and associated security tooling
Communication
Executive-level written and verbal communication in English — board-ready governance briefs, regulator responses, and Tech G
overnance
-level reporting produced independently
Proficiency in Mandarin (written and verbal) is a strong advantage for APAC regulatory and stakeholder engagement
Preferred Qualifications
Professional security or governance certification:
CISA · CISSP · CRISC · CISM · CCISO · Agentic AI
Experience building AI-powered compliance tooling — audit automation, continuous control monitoring, or policy-to-control mapping
Prior involvement in SOX ITGC, SEC Reg S-K Item 106, or equivalent listing-authority tech governance programmes
Crypto-native compliance exposure — Proof of Reserves, SAB 121, Travel Rule, AML/CFT programme governance
Active regulatory footprint across MAS, VARA, FCA, HKMA/SFC, or equivalent
Why This Role
OKX operates across 50+ jurisdictions with live regulatory programmes. The Tech G
overnance
Office is building infrastructure-grade compliance capability — not checkbox compliance. This is a rare opportunity to shape how that work gets done: independently, at pace, and with AI at the centre of the method.
Perks &
Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
More that we love to tell you along the process!
OKX Statement:
OKX is committed to equal employment opportunities regardless of race, color, genetic information, creed, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, lawful alien status, national origin, age, marital status, and non-job related physical or mental disability, or protected veteran status. Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.

You enjoy turning messy signals into clear action. You look at product usage, marketing engagement, and account activity and immediately start thinking about what should happen next.
You care about building systems that help teams move faster, make better decisions, and focus on the opportunities that matter most. If you like connecting data, processes, and people to create measurable business impact, this role is for you.
About JetBrains
We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 companies rely on our products to solve real, complex problems. Our mission is simple: make development teams more productive and AI adoptable at scale.
About the role
We're building an AI-native platform for software development that connects developer workflows, team collaboration, and organizational governance into a single system. It will serve as the execution and control layer for AI-driven software development and is a key part of how we see the future of the industry.
As adoption grows, we're looking for someone to own the systems that connect product and marketing signals with commercial action. The goal is simple: help the right users and accounts reach the right people at the right time.
You'll own the workflow that turns product usage, marketing engagement, account activity, and buying signals into qualified opportunities. You'll work across product, marketing, sales, analytics, and operations teams to build the processes, automation, and feedback loops that help us learn faster and improve conversion over time.
This is a hands-on role with plenty of ownership. You'll help define how our commercial engine works as we build a new business around one of JetBrains' most strategic investments.
Your day-to-day
Own the end-to-end process that turns product, marketing, and account signals into qualified sales opportunities.
Define and improve qualification criteria using product usage, engagement, intent, and commercial data.
Build and maintain routing rules that connect signals with the right sales and SDR owners.
Improve how quickly and effectively opportunities move from signal detection to commercial engagement.
Maintain high-quality lead and account data through enrichment, segmentation, consolidation, and cleanup processes.
Partner with product, marketing, sales, analytics, and operations teams to improve workflows and automation.
Create feedback loops that connect sales outcomes with product and marketing signals.
Identify bottlenecks in the funnel and fix them through process changes, automation, reporting, or data improvements.
Translate business needs into clear requirements for CRM workflows, integrations, dashboards, and operational tooling.
Measure the effectiveness of qualification, routing, and engagement processes and continuously improve them.
What you'll bring
A strong sense of ownership and a desire to improve systems rather than work around them.
Good commercial judgment and the ability to distinguish genuine buying intent from noise.
An analytical mindset that helps you turn data into practical decisions.
Comfort working independently in environments where not everything is defined yet.
A bias toward action. You like testing ideas, learning from results, and iterating quickly.
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to build trust across different teams and functions.
Attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture.
Curiosity about how product adoption, customer behavior, and commercial outcomes connect.
What you'll need
Experience in growth operations, revenue operations, sales operations, sales strategy, or a similar role in a B2B software or technology company.
A solid understanding of sales and marketing funnels, including qualification, Sales Development Representative workflows, account prioritization, pipeline creation, and conversion tracking.
The ability to define qualification frameworks, routing logic, and operational processes that can be implemented and scaled.
Experience working with CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, sales engagement platforms, enrichment tools, analytics systems, or workflow automation solutions.
Confidence working with product usage, account, marketing, and sales data.
The ability to translate business requirements into operational or technical solutions.
Experience partnering closely with commercial teams and improving the processes they rely on every day.
What success looks like
After your first year, the process for turning product and marketing signals into sales action is faster, clearer, and trusted by the teams using it.
Sales and SDR teams know they're receiving higher-quality opportunities. Product and marketing teams have better visibility into which signals actually predict conversion. Leadership has a clearer view of funnel performance and where to invest.
Most importantly, the system continuously improves because the feedback loops, data quality, and operational foundations are in place.
Why join JetBrains?
Strong base salary. We offer competitive pay that reflects your skills and experience.
Flexible work location. Enjoy the freedom to work from home or from the office.
Remote work. Spend up to 30 days per year working remotely from abroad.
Extra time off. More days to relax, recharge, and do the things you love.
Medical insurance allowance. Enjoy peace of mind for you and your family
Learning and development opportunities. Access to conferences, courses, and language classes.
Relocation support.
We help make your move as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Language classes. Pick up the local language or sharpen your English skills.
Fuel your day. Enjoy a hot meal or receive a lunch allowance on workdays.
Mental health support. To help you feel your best, we provide easy access to professional mental health services.
Sports benefit. Enjoy an on-site gym or sports club stipend.
Internal events. Join company-wide celebrations and team gatherings.
*Some benefits may vary depending on location.
