We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us!
ABOUT THE ROLE.
We’re building the next generation of agentic AI infrastructure at Cohere. This team sits at the intersection of ML systems, distributed infrastructure, and developer experience, creating the platform that powers autonomous AI agents at scale.
You’ll work on hard, forward-looking problems with few established patterns, including secure code execution, agent state management, model routing, identity and authentication, and resource management for long-running agent workflows.
This role is a strong fit for someone who combines systems depth with ML intuition. You should be comfortable building reliable infrastructure, thinking through distributed systems tradeoffs, and understanding how emerging agentic capabilities shape platform design.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON.
- Secure execution environments for agent-generated code
- Identity, authentication, and trust boundaries for agents
- Model routing and orchestration across different model types and environments
- Rate limiting, quotas, and resource management for agent workflows
- State management, memory, and filesystem abstractions for agents.
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- Turn emerging ML research ideas into production-ready infrastructure
- Build core platform capabilities for execution, storage, and state management
- Prototype and evaluate new technologies, then help decide what should move into production
- Partner with research teams to shape infrastructure based on what future agent systems will need
YOU MAY BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU HAVE:
- Experience building production ML infrastructure with strong systems fundamentals
- Hands-on work with agentic systems, multi-agent workflows, or agent development frameworks
- Familiarity with model routing and LLM provider frameworks across different model types and environments
- Experience with scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems and Kubernetes
- A track record of moving quickly on prototypes and making good decisions about productionization.
BONUS
- Experience across on-prem, private cloud, and public cloud environments
- Familiarity with storage systems, embedded databases, or filesystem abstractions
- Experience with code execution sandboxes such as gVisor, Firecracker, Kata, or WASM runtimes
- Interest in emerging ML infrastructure, edge inference, or browser-native models
- Open-source contributions to LLM or agent infrastructure projects
- Experience with identity, workload auth, or capability-based security systems.

Join Azul at a pivotal moment as we expand the market for Java intelligence and observability solutions that help enterprises optimize, secure and modernize their Java environments.
As Principal Product Marketing Manager, Java Intelligence, you will be responsible for market strategy, positioning, messaging, go-to-market execution and commercial success for key areas of Azul’s Java Intelligence portfolio, including Azul Intelligence Cloud, Azul Optimizer Hub and Payara InSight.
You will shape how customers understand the value of these solutions, influence product direction in partnership with Product Management and Engineering and drive measurable business outcomes. This is a highly visible individual contributor role that requires strategic thinking, strong market instincts and the ability to lead through influence, translating complex technical capabilities into compelling business value for developers, architects, operations teams and enterprise decision-makers.
This role will ideally be based in either Prague, Czech Republic or Limassol, Cyprus
Or remotely in Europe or the US.
What You'll Do (aka Responsibilities)
You will be responsible for specific areas across Azul Intelligence Cloud, Azul Optimizer Hub, and Payara InSight, working closely with other product managers and cross-functional partners. You will help shape product strategy, roadmap priorities, pricing and packaging, market positioning, and business performance for your areas. You’ll use customer insight, market data, and business results to recommend direction, build alignment, and drive decisions across product, engineering, sales, and marketing.
The balance of your focus across the three products will evolve as business priorities change. These products are also closely connected to Azul’s Java runtimes: Optimizer Hub ships as part of Azul Prime, while Intelligence Cloud’s JVM Inventory supports Azul Core Oracle migration initiatives. Your work will therefore influence broader product and runtime priorities, and at times may include direct involvement with Azul Core and Azul Prime.
This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports. Success will come through strong product judgment, clarity, data-driven decision making, collaboration, and the ability to influence teams and senior leaders.
Responsibilities:
Drive business and product outcomes.
Define meaningful measures of success for your product areas and use them to guide priorities and decisions. Monitor sales, pipeline, pilot-to-production conversion, adoption, retention, and other relevant product and business metrics. Partner with sales, marketing, engineering, and leadership to understand performance, identify opportunities or risks, and adjust product direction when the data or customer feedback indicates a change is needed.
Shape product strategy.
Develop and recommend the multi-year direction for your areas, including where the products can differentiate, which customer segments and use cases to prioritize, and where Azul should build, partner, or integrate. Ensure your recommendations reflect customer needs, market dynamics, competitive intelligence, technical considerations, and Azul’s broader enterprise and open-source portfolio.
Partner with executive leadership.
Report to the VP of Product Management and work closely with the CPO, CEO, CRO, CTO, and other senior leaders. Present product strategies, roadmap recommendations, pricing considerations, customer insights, and business results clearly and credibly. Use evidence to support recommendations, invite constructive challenge, and adapt direction as new information emerges.
Translate strategy into roadmap priorities.
Turn product strategy into clear, sequenced, and achievable roadmap recommendations. Evaluate priorities and trade-offs across products and initiatives, build alignment with engineering, sales, and marketing, and help teams understand both what is being prioritized and why. Communicate roadmap direction effectively to internal stakeholders and customers while balancing customer needs, business opportunity, technical feasibility, and speed of execution.
Develop pricing and packaging recommendations.
Help shape how Intelligence Cloud is priced, packaged, and metered across Java environments of varying sizes and complexity, how Optimizer Hub is positioned and packaged as part of Azul Prime, and how Payara InSight is packaged for Azul Payara customers. Develop and test pricing models, gather feedback from customers and the field, and partner with finance, sales, and leadership to refine and implement recommendations.
Lead inbound product management activities.
Partner closely with engineering throughout the product development lifecycle, from requirements and design reviews through implementation decisions and release readiness. Lead customer discovery and requirements sessions, translate customer problems into clear product needs, and provide direction on UX and UI priorities. For areas involving Optimizer Hub, consider the operator experience of installing, sizing, and running the product on Kubernetes. Contribute to customer-facing technical documentation and knowledge-base content, deliver compelling product demonstrations, and continually evaluate the usability of the product.
Lead outbound product management activities.
Partner with marketing on positioning, product launches, sales enablement, competitive differentiation, and customer-facing content. Participate in customer and prospect conversations, support strategic deals and escalations, and conduct ongoing market and competitive research. Help ensure product messaging resonates with developers, platform teams, technical decision-makers, and executive buyers.
Build technical credibility.
Develop a strong working understanding of the technologies behind the products and engage effectively with engineering teams on product and technical trade-offs. You do not need to be a JVM internals expert, but you should understand JVM architecture and operating principles, including JIT compilation and warm-up, well enough to have substantive conversations with engineering and translate technical capabilities into meaningful customer and business value.
What you bring (aka Experience, Skills)
8+ years experience in product management, including several years owning a product or product line end to end — strategy through launch through revenue.
Track record shipping enterprise SaaS in an adjacent market: application performance monitoring, application security, observability, optimization, systems management, or log analytics.
Fluency with AI tools and experience operating in an AI-first product management organization — you use them in your daily product work and have a view on where they help and where they don't.
Deep technical fluency generally — you can read an architecture diagram, follow an engineering debate, and ask the question that changes the answer.
Demonstrated ownership of pricing and packaging for a technical product, including the messy cross-functional work of getting a model approved and into market.
Understanding of DevOps engineers, platform engineers, and developers as the key influencers in an enterprise sales cycle.
Strong domain knowledge of public cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Kubernetes.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English — equally effective with an engineer and with a Fortune 100 CIO.
Comfortable in a fully remote, async, multi-time-zone setup: self-directed, and a strong writer because writing is how decisions get made here.
Comfortable in a startup-shaped environment where bringing order to chaos is part of the job.
Nice to have
Hands-on software or quality engineering background — you have written code and debugged production systems.
Experience with open source communities.
Familiarity with cloud cost optimization: how compute is provisioned, monitored, and optimized.
Experience taking a new product from early traction to a durable revenue line.
Working knowledge of Java and Java development tooling.
Familiarity with Jakarta EE application servers (Payara, WebLogic, WebSphere, JBoss) and OpenTelemetry.
Experience working across more than one product at once, especially products at different stages or sold through different motions.
Experience with infrastructure software that customers deploy and operate themselves, not just SaaS.

About the Role
We’re hiring a
Direct-Response Video Editor for a fast-growing DTC brand
to work remotely with their team.
The brand runs fast-paced direct-response ad campaigns, mainly on Meta and TikTok, and launches new products and collections often. You’ll edit short-form videos for both paid ads and organic content, mostly b-roll with text overlays and founder UGC (launch announcements and direct-to-camera informative videos). You’ll work closely with a small, friendly marketing team on time-sensitive campaigns where clear communication and quick turnaround matter.
Job Responsibilities
Day to Day
Brainstorm ad and content ideas with the marketing team.
Edit short-form videos for Meta and TikTok, for both paid ads and organic content.
Deliver finished, clean videos with captions, on-screen text and royalty-free music.
Build strong hooks, keep viewers watching, and highlight the CTA to drive conversions.
Apply feedback from review rounds and re-submit without delays.
Track ad performance data and use it to guide future edits.
Follow brand guidelines and approved wording in all on-screen text and captions.
What We’re Looking For
Someone who understands proper hooks, viewer retention and how to drive conversions with a clear CTA.
Willingness to learn the brand’s community, including its mindset and needs. The audience is the community, and every ad is tailored to what they expect.
Respect for brand compliance. For example, the brand talks about the
resistance
its tools offer, not
magnet strength
, and avoids restricted terms and wording that lacks empathy.
Experience with founder-led or UGC-style content is a plus.
Requirements
Proven experience editing direct-response or performance video ads.
Full proficiency in professional editing software.
Strong English: scripts, videos and all team communication are in English, so you need to catch any wording, spelling or grammar mistakes.
Close attention to detail in short, fast-paced videos, even with multiple review rounds in place.
Ability to work quickly and reliably on time-critical launches.
Benefits
Competitive base salary. The base range is $1,500–$2,500 USD per month. Where you land depends on your experience and portfolio.
It's a creative-ownership role, with room to grow into scaling larger-budget campaigns.
100% remote work flexibility from anywhere.
Dynamic, fast-paced team culture focused on innovation and high-impact growth.
Collaborate with ambitious creators and e-commerce growth experts.

How we’re using AI today
Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.

You will build internal AI products that help Figmates understand our customers and their needs. These products will scale customer intimacy across Figma and inform product and business decisions.
You enjoy figuring things out by making them. You own products from the first idea through design, building, evaluation, and adoption. Design clear, compelling experiences that help employees find customer evidence, understand needs, and make informed decisions

Build and shipped impactful products by turning ambitious ideas into working solutions using AI tools, demonstrating significant hands-on contributions, strong execution, and sustained value beyond initial prototypes
Applied deep AI fluency to build sophisticated workflows that connect models, data, and tools, troubleshoot failures across prompts and integrations, and translate emerging capabilities into effective products
Exercised strong product judgment by identifying unmet user needs, translating complex customer information into intuitive experiences, and making thoughtful tradeoffs across scope, quality, and speed
While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Hold an academic background in design, interaction design, or human-computer interaction
Bring a track record in customer research or in building research platforms and tools that help employees explore customer evidence
Align teams around product priorities, communicate a clear point of view, and drive adoption by resolving competing needs with clear tradeoffs
Build evaluations based on realistic tasks to verify the accuracy, evidence quality, and usability of AI-powered products
Demonstrate familiarity with Figma’s products
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. 1Password is growing. We’ve surpassed $500M in ARR and we’re continuing to accelerate, earning a spot on the Forbes Cloud 100 for four years in a row and teaming up with iconic partners like Oracle Red Bull Racing.
About 1Password
At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work.
If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future.
Product Marketing and Enablement connects 1Password’s product strategy to the customer conversations that drive growth. In this Senior Staff individual contributor role, you’ll own the product-to-field motion for Unified Access, Software as a Service (SaaS) Manager, and multi-product expansion, helping Account Executives (AEs), Sales Engineers (SEs), and Customer Success Managers (CSMs) connect the needs of Information Technology (IT), security, finance, and executive buyers to the right solutions. Through clear cross-product storytelling, sales guidance, and close partnership with Product and Sales, you’ll help 1Password advance its mission to unleash employee productivity without compromising security. Reporting to the Director, Product Marketing and Enablement, this role is remote across the United States and Canada.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What we’re looking for:
• A track record of bringing complex technical Business-to-Business (B2B) products, new use cases, or emerging categories to market, with the ability to build product motions spanning discovery, evaluation, technical validation, purchase, adoption, and expansion.
• Familiarity with sales-led enterprise organizations, including complex buying cycles, Account Executives (AEs), Sales Engineers (SEs), technical buyers, and multi-threaded customer opportunities.
• Cross-functional leadership across Product, Engineering, Product Marketing, Sales, and Go-to-Market (GTM) Enablement, with credibility among Information Technology (IT), security, finance, and executive audiences.
• Deep fluency in multi-product enterprise software, Software as a Service (SaaS) management, or platform narratives, along with working knowledge of enterprise IT, cross-sell motions, and value-based selling.
• The ability to translate technical product behavior into clear enablement content that addresses customer problems, key use cases, and business value; collaborate effectively with Product and Engineering subject-matter experts; and earn the trust of SEs and technical buyers.
• Strategic leadership with limited supervision, including shaping portfolio priorities, readiness roadmaps, operating practices, and measurement approaches; influencing senior leaders without formal authority; and making thoughtful trade-offs in ambiguous environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication across technical, commercial, and executive audiences, including the ability to explain complex products in plain English, develop compelling narratives, maintain a clear point of view, and update recommendations when the evidence changes. You also use artificial intelligence (AI) thoughtfully to accelerate research, analysis, and content development while retaining ownership of strategy, judgment, and quality.
Preferred qualifications:
• Exposure to launching products, categories, or sales motions in SaaS management, enterprise platforms, cross-sell, or related markets; working with cross-functional buying groups and multi-threaded enterprise deals; using field data, call insights, win-loss feedback, or seller research to prioritize execution; or holding security certifications or equivalent technical training.
What you can expect:
• Own the product enablement plan for Unified Access, SaaS Manager, and multi-product expansion, prioritizing readiness work based on business impact, customer needs, launches, and field evidence.
• Own the Unified Access field narrative, master deck, pitch decks, talk tracks, qualification questions, discovery guidance, and product training that help sellers tell one connected story.
• Adapt the Unified Access and SaaS Manager stories for IT, security, finance, and executive buyers, translating product capabilities into clear customer and business value.
• Define how the products fit into cross-sell, upmarket, and multi-product sales plays, including expansion from the Enterprise Password Manager base and strategies for multi-threading opportunities.
• Act as an escalation point for strategic opportunities, join live customer conversations, support discovery and demos, and coach sellers through complex technical questions and objections.
• Equip CSMs with the stories and guidance they need to drive cross-sell, adoption, and expansion across the portfolio.
• Partner with Technical Marketing and Demo Engineering to map demos to sales plays, then use field feedback, win-loss analysis, and customer insights to improve product decisions, messaging, launches, and enablement.

About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the Role:
We are looking for an Internal Communications Manager to scale how Vercel gives every employee the context to make good decisions without waiting to be told. You’ll shape how the company hears from its leaders and from one another, so everyone at Vercel knows what we’re building, why it matters, and how their work moves our mission forward. You’ll oversee the channels, moments, and cadence that carry company news, and make sure what employees hear matches what the world hears.
This role is for someone who can build, run, and grow programs with rigor while continually bringing creative ideas to the table. You'll work closely with our communications leadership and cross-functionally with People, Finance, Legal, Design, and executives to ensure shared understanding among employees, so a company of builders can move as one.
You will report to our Head of Communications and will be located in our SF office with in-office anchor days on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday.
What You Will Do:
Build the operating system
Design and run the internal communications processes and calendar: All Hands, leadership updates, and team-level cadences, with a clear owner and format for each
Decide what belongs in Slack, email, Notion, and video, document it, and get the company to follow it
Stand up an internal comms metrics baseline (reach, read rates, All Hands attendance, pulse-survey sentiment) and report on it quarterly
Land major company moments
Co-lead major announcements and organizational changes, owning defined workstreams and flagging sensitive issues, dependencies, and decisions that need leadership input
Build the internal plan for company milestones: what employees hear, when, and from whom
Write and edit content across internal channels, including leadership and org updates, Slack posts, FAQs, explainers, and All Hands materials
Partner with Legal, People, and Finance on confidentiality guidelines for anyone who talks to the outside world
Incubate new programs
Design and launch creative programs that educate and engage employees beyond the standard cadence
Create structured opportunities for cross-department collaboration
Train employees to be Vercel ambassadors: how to talk about the company, share our work, and represent us at events and online
Use agents to surface the opportunities and news employees would otherwise miss: open roles, speaking slots, product launches, customer wins, and community moments
Measure what lands, double down on it, and retire what doesn’t
Keep internal and external comms aligned
Sit on the communications team’s approval processes so internal messages are reviewed to the same standard as external ones
Make sure what employees are told matches what customers, press, and partners are told, in substance and in timing
Partner with the People team on employer brand, onboarding content, and culture programs where comms is the lever
Use employee questions and feedback to identify gaps in understanding and improve communication
About You:
Have 5+ years of experience in internal communications, ideally with exposure to technical teams
Bring strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with an emphasis on clarity, accuracy, and making information useful to the audience
Have independently managed communications projects from planning through delivery, coordinating stakeholders and balancing competing deadlines
Are curious about AI, research, and product development, and comfortable asking questions until you understand a topic well enough to explain it
Build strong working relationships and can gather input, offer editorial guidance, and keep projects moving with busy partners
Exercise sound judgment with sensitive information and ambiguity, and know when to make a decision independently or seek guidance
Enjoy creating practical, repeatable processes that improve the quality and consistency of communications
Respond well to feedback and adapt as priorities change
Bonus If You:
Interest in and proficiency with using agents in your workflow.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.
Learn and Grow - we provide mentorship and send you to events that help you build your network and skills.
Flexible Time Off.
We will provide you the gear you need to do your role, and a WFH budget for you to outfit your space as needed.
The San Francisco, CA base pay range for this role is $198,000 - $297,000. Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Compensation outside of San Francisco may be adjusted based on employee location. The Developer Relations team builds developer tooling and creates awareness through events, social channels, and community activity. In this hands-on role, you’ll turn that attention into active users by owning the journey from first touch through signup, installation, first success, and continued engagement, while also owning the Developer Hub as the main conversion surface. By helping more developers discover and adopt 1Password’s developer tooling, you’ll contribute to the company’s mission and growth.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What we're looking for:
• 4+ years of experience in developer marketing, lifecycle or customer relationship management (CRM) marketing, or growth marketing for a technical or developer-facing product.
• Proven experience building lifecycle programs that improved activation and retention, with measurable results.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation and lifecycle tools such as Customer.io http://Customer.io, HubSpot, Braze, or Iterable, as well as product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or PostHog.
• Experience owning or substantially improving website conversion performance, including A/B testing.
• Strong writing skills, with an instinct for what developers find useful and credible.
• Comfort working with engineers and developer advocates and with technical concepts such as application programming interfaces (APIs), command-line interfaces (CLIs), software development kits (SDKs), and documentation. You do not need to be a developer, but you should be able to try the product yourself.
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly in a remote, async-friendly team. Preferred: Experience with product-led growth, free-to-paid conversion, open source adoption, event and community programs, Structured Query Language (SQL), Hypertext Markup Language (HTML), Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), scripting, search engine optimization (SEO), docs-led growth, or developer communities such as GitHub, Discord, Reddit, Hacker News, X, or LinkedIn.
What you can expect:
• Build capture-to-activation flows for leads from conferences, meetups, hackathons, webinars, and social channels, including QR codes, event-specific landing pages, follow-up sequences, and starter kits.
• Work with Developer Relations teammates so every event, talk, and social moment has a clear call to action, tracking, and post-event nurture plan.
• Turn social engagement, including launches, threads, demos, and community moments, into measurable traffic and signups through the right landing pages and offers.
• Design and run lifecycle programs across onboarding, activation, adoption, re-engagement, and expansion using email, in-product messaging, and community channels.
• Define activation for the product, build programs around milestones such as a first application programming interface (API) call, successful build, or integration, and segment messaging by behavior, role, language, technology stack, and source.
• Own the Developer Hub’s strategy, messaging, and conversion across its homepage, product pages, community pages, and events pages. Run continuous testing across copy, calls to action, page structure, and signup flows, and partner with Design, Engineering, and Documentation to improve time-to-first-value.
• Write or direct tutorials, quickstarts, sample applications, changelogs, and email content; build reporting from first touch through activation and retention; and share findings that help shape the roadmap and messaging. Early success will include auditing the funnel, launching event follow-up and onboarding programs, and improving signup-to-activation, event-to-user, and Developer Hub conversion.
