Perplexity is seeking an Enterprise Product Growth Manager to own the full nurture and engagement engine for our enterprise and business buyers — from the first outbound touch through closed-won and into expansion. You will partner closely with Demand Generation, Sales, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations to move accounts through every stage of the funnel, and you will build the AI-native tooling that makes those programs run.
We are not looking for someone to operate yesterday's marketing stack. If you are the kind of marketer who writes their own SQL, prototypes their own agents, and treats every flow as something to automate rather than execute by hand — this role was written for you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and own Perplexity's end-to-end enterprise lifecycle user states — outbound nurture, MQL-to-SQL conversion, opportunity acceleration, post-sale activation, expansion, and renewal — with direct accountability for pipeline created, pipeline progressed, and revenue retained.
- Build and operate AI-native lifecycle tooling — agents that segment audiences from the warehouse, personalize copy at the account and persona level, choose channel and send time, QA before send, and read out results — replacing manual work in our stack wherever it appears.
- Design and run multi-channel nurture across email, in-product, notifications, Slack, and emerging surfaces, tailored to enterprise personas with content tied to where each account sits in the funnel.
- Partner with Demand Generation and Sales on top-of-funnel outbound: turn cold and intent-signaled accounts into engaged conversations, and instrument the handoffs that move them to opportunity.
- Own post-sale lifecycle: admin onboarding, end-user activation, feature adoption, at-risk intervention, and expansion plays that grow seats and ARR inside existing accounts.
- Run every program as an experiment. Define the hypothesis, the control, the primary metric, and the readout. Kill what doesn't work, double down on what does.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- 7+ years in product growth, lifecycle, or growth marketing at a fast-paced startup, with a proven track record of moving activation, retention, and revenue metrics — including enterprise pipeline.
- Experience owning growth end-to-end across the full user journey — from first touch and activation through expansion, monetization, and win-back. You've built growth loops and lifecycle programs that turn signups into engaged users and engaged users into revenue.
- Deep understanding of audience segmentation. You think natively in personas, behavioral triggers, lifecycle stages, and product signals, and you know how to translate that into journeys, experiments, and in-product experiences that actually convert.
- Great taste. You know how to craft copy and experiences that resonate across email, push, and in-product surfaces — for end users, admins, and executives alike — and you can tell the difference between a polished experience and a generic one at a glance.
- Experience and deep interest in building homegrown AI-driven growth engines — programmatic personalization, agentic workflows, and rapid experimentation platforms to scale yourself.
- Builder mentality toward tooling. You don't just operate the modern growth stack (Omni, HubSpot, Loops, Intercom, or equivalents) — you extend it. You've built your own internal tools, scripts, and automated systems to close gaps off-the-shelf software can't, and you'd rather automate a workflow than run it manually twice.
- Comfortable with SQL. You can pull your own cohorts, validate your own segments, and read a dashboard without waiting on a data analyst.
- Operates at high velocity. You ship daily, iterate weekly, and thrive in fast-paced, early-stage environments where processes are still being defined. Urgency is a default setting, not a mode you switch into.

What you’ll be part of
Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system — and we’re the only proven player doing exactly that. We partner with employers to redesign how healthcare works: applying 550+ proprietary clinical metrics across 80+ specialties to a dataset of 320M+ patients to identify the best-performing doctors, then using compelling incentives to steer members to the care that helps them get healthier, faster.
The result is a rare “win win” — better care and lower costs for both members and employers. In just five years, our work has helped over 2.5 million people access higher-quality care and saved $1B in healthcare costs. We recently raised our Series E and have doubled five years running. If you've ever wanted your work to solve a problem that touches every person in this country, this is the opportunity to do exactly that. You'd be joining a team fundamentally reimagining healthcare in the U.S. — and using AI to scale that impact further and faster than anyone else can.
About the role:
We are seeking an exceptional Product Manager to join our Incentive Experience team. This role will report to the Product Lead for Incentive Experience. This team owns the member-facing experience for paying for healthcare and being reimbursed for care by Garner. In this role, you’ll be given wide-ranging responsibility to shape how Garner incentivizes members to visit top-performing providers, and how we improve the affordability and convenience of paying for healthcare for patients.
Where you will work:
This role will be based in our New York City office (in the Financial District). You must be willing to work in the office 3 days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
What you will do:
Develop the roadmap for Incentive Experience, shaping our strategy and developing new ways to make Garner the most compelling and convenient way to pay for your healthcare
Build the operational engine and applications that will enable us to pay $100m+ in reimbursements in 2026 while scaling rapidly and maintaining exceptional quality of service
Embed deeply with members, employers, and operational teams to understand their pain points and develop product ideas
Drive new product and feature development from ideation to launch
Define success metrics for every initiative, ensuring we have the data in place to measure outcomes and rallying the team around what winning looks like and how we get there
The ideal candidate has:
3+ years of Product Management experience with at least one role that involved owning and shipping a consumer-facing product or features from discovery through launch and iteration
Strong consumer product intuition, with a deep understanding of what drives exceptional user experiences
Experience building tools for operational teams at scale, with with a clear-eyed understanding of what makes internal products succeed
Exceptional written communication, with the ability to communicate decisions and strategy clearly and concisely to your team, stakeholders, and executive team
A desire to be a part of a high-performing, mission-driven team that operates with intense urgency, a strong sense of individual accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedback
This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company in a transformative role, helping shape the future of healthcare.
Please note: we are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa at this time.
What you’ll get here:
You’ll work on problems that matter, at a company working to change healthcare at scale. You’ll work at the intersection of AI and systemic healthcare reform, where the problems we solve are as interesting and compelling as the mission.
At Garner, you’ll take on real, ambitious problems with real ownership and autonomy, alongside exceptional, principles-based people who genuinely want you to win. It’s demanding by design. You’ll be challenged to stretch beyond what you thought possible and receive consistent coaching to help you grow and do the best work of your career. This isn't the right fit for everyone, and that's intentional. The people here are driven by what's at stake for real people, and that's what gives our intensity its purpose.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic is hiring a Field Marketing Lead dedicated to the Public Sector Industry — one of the fastest-growing customer segments we serve, and one we believe will define how the next generation of AI-native companies adopts and builds with Claude. You will own the field marketing strategy and end-to-end execution for Public Sector audiences in the US, partnering closely with our Public Sector Sales teams.
This is a builder role. Field Marketing at Anthropic is a small, scrappy team and the Public Sector is an area of growth for the business — there is no existing playbook for you to inherit. You will design the event calendar, build the integrated digital programs, develop the necessary partnerships, and create the playbooks that scale across our Public Sector motion.
Responsibilities
Develop and activate the US Public Sector field marketing strategy end-to-end — planning, calendar, execution, and measurement.
Design and run public-sector-appropriate event formats — agency roundtables, mission-focused briefings, tech demo days, industry days, and executive breakfasts — that comply with government ethics and gift rules while building trusted relationships with program and procurement stakeholders
Plan the field calendar around the government fiscal year — building demand programs that peak ahead of federal year-end (September 30) and state budget cycles, and capitalize on use-it-or-lose-it spending windows
Own presence at anchor public sector events — from sponsorship strategy to speaker placement and on-site execution
Build co-marketing programs with the public sector channel ecosystem — distributors, resellers, systems integrators, and contract-vehicle holders — including joint events, teaming-oriented content, and partner-sourced pipeline
Partner closely with Public Sector Sales and BDRs on pre-event targeting, during-event engagement, and post-event follow-up to convert attention into pipeline
Build operational playbooks (Demo Day activation kit, hackathon kit) that the Field Marketing team can scale across regions and segments
Establish baseline metrics, dashboards, and ROI reporting for all Public Sector field programs
Be the face of Anthropic in the Public Sector ecosystem — credible with strategic partners and agencies
Minimum qualifications
Direct Public Sector-segment experience — you have built and run programs targeting the Public Sector as your primary audience, not as an enterprise field marketer who occasionally touches Public Sector
End-to-end ownership of field marketing events and programs, hands on in both strategy and execution - this is a 0-1 building role with very little foundation in place
Repeat success across multiple companies — we are looking for a pattern of impact, scaling field or demand generation programs in different environments, not a single-company tour (however strong the brand)
0-to-1 builder DNA — you've built a field marketing motion from scratch (or rebuilt one), and you also have scaled-company tenure that grounds you operationally
Tight sales alignment — you've worked shoulder-to-shoulder with AEs and BDRs on account targeting, pre-event outreach, and post-event follow-up
Operational rigor — you can stand up vendor management, registration, follow-up workflows, and ROI dashboards without being asked
Technical credibility — you can review technical event content, brief technical speakers, and hold your own with founder/CTO audiences
Preferred qualifications
10+ years across Field Marketing, Demand Generation, ABM, and Events at B2B technology companies
Experience working inside of a Public Sector organization that went through a rapid growth phase, or a blend of Public Sectors and scaled technology companies.
AI/ML field marketing experience
Existing relationships with public sector associations and research institutions
Visible thought leadership in the Public Sector ecosystem or developer ecosystem

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

About Nebius:
Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.
Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.
Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.
The role
We’re building Nebius Token Factory, an AI inference platform for high-performance, cost-efficient workloads at scale, serving both developers and managed enterprise customers. As a Senior/Principal Product Manager, Inference Platform, you’ll join a team of PMs under the Inference Platform lead and own a core platform stream end to end, from strategy and roadmap to launch and adoption. The scope evolves quickly with the market (new models, modalities, hardware and customer needs), with a strong emphasis on scalability and reliability.
Your responsibilities will include:
Own the roadmap and outcomes for a part of the inference platform, aligning several cross-functional engineering teams across public API, routing, performance, reliability and enterprise enablement features.
Work with engineering and research to make inference more scalable, reliable and cost-efficient, and turn that into capabilities customers can depend on.
Stay close to customers through research, interviews and hands-on PoCs, especially in managed enterprise.

We expect you to have:
Experience shipping technical platform products, with the seniority to lead work across multiple engineering teams.
Real technical depth in how AI inference works, including model serving, distributed systems and production infrastructure. You think problems through yourself rather than relying on engineers to define them.
Strong communication and expectations management across engineering, research, sales, support and leadership. You write crisp PRDs, RFCs and release notes.
B2B/enterprise experience with technical buyers.
Comfort with ambiguity and shifting scope.
