What you’ll be part of
Garner is on a mission to transform the U.S. healthcare system — and we’re the only proven player doing exactly that. We partner with employers to redesign how healthcare works: applying 550+ proprietary clinical metrics across 80+ specialties to a dataset of 320M+ patients to identify the best-performing doctors, then using compelling incentives to steer members to the care that helps them get healthier, faster.
The result is a rare “win win” — better care and lower costs for both members and employers. In just five years, our work has helped over 2.5 million people access higher-quality care and saved $1B in healthcare costs. We recently raised our Series E and have doubled five years running. If you've ever wanted your work to solve a problem that touches every person in this country, this is the opportunity to do exactly that. You'd be joining a team fundamentally reimagining healthcare in the U.S. — and using AI to scale that impact further and faster than anyone else can.
Who we want
This is a role for someone who wants to work on a hard problem, deliver real impact and be pushed to be the best version of themselves. As a Provider Sales Director, you’ll be embedded in Provider Partnerships and report directly to the SVP of Provider.
You will own a critical component of Garner's provider segment as a quota-carrying seller, selling our solutions into hospitals, health systems, ACOs and clinically integrated networks, physician groups, and digital health companies. You will run the full cycle from prospecting through close, using Garner's own data as the centerpiece of the pitch rather than a supporting slide. This is a builder's seat: the segment playbook is still being written, and the person in this role will help write it.
Where you will work:
Garner is headquartered in NYC, but this position is available for individuals who are comfortable with remote work and occasional travel to HQ.
What you will do
Own and advance a provider-segment pipeline end to end, from segmentation and prospecting through close, carrying an individual quota against your assigned budget.
Build and deepen senior relationships across hospitals and health systems, ACOs and clinically integrated networks, physician groups, digital health companies, and healthcare consultants.
Run a data-driven sales motion: use Garner's own data and insights to shape strategy conversations with sophisticated buyers.
Partner with Product, Sales leadership, and Account Management, feeding market signal back into the roadmap and handing off closed accounts cleanly.
Contribute to a repeatable playbook for the segment: messaging, target-account strategy, and objection handling grounded in healthcare economics and provider risk.
Build working fluency across Garner's full product suite and match the right product angle to each buyer.
What we're looking for
5 or more years in fast paced selling environment carrying and consistently exceeding individual quote
Experience as a builder, helping design the selling motion as you go
Experience selling into into hospitals, health systems, or other healthcare provider organizations is preferred; if not, experience selling in other complex B2B SaaS environments
Executive presence: an articulate, compelling presenter who earns trust with senior buyers and sells with data rather than relationship alone.
Demonstrated quota attainment you can name: percentage attainment, President's Club, or marquee logos closed.
Intellectual curiosity and data fluency: you ask probing questions and ramp fast into a new data methodology.
Creativity when a deal stalls: you generate new paths to momentum rather than waiting on the funnel.
Comfort selling while product, pricing, and positioning are still evolving.
The instinct to pull in the right internal partners at the right moment, and to route market signal back to the people who can act on it.
A desire to do work that matters: and to be held to a high standard while doing it. You're energized by a mission with measurable outcomes, not just good intentions. You engage with AI tools as part of how you do your best work, and hold yourself accountable to outcomes that matter beyond your team’s metrics.
Compensation Transparency:
The total compensation range (base and commission) for this position is $230,000 - $250,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including but not limited to: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k), Teladoc Health and more.

About Nebius:
Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.
Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.
Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.
The Role
We're looking for a
Lead Software Engineer
to build software that makes network operations safe, scalable, and boring, as we launch new data centers in APAC and expand fast. This is not a "write scripts for configs" role: you'll build the tooling and services that sit between the network core (switches/ports/VLANs, traffic processors) and the cloud platform on top, using open source where it fits and building the missing pieces where it doesn't. At this stage of our APAC growth you will be hands-on: writing code, making architectural decisions and owning your area end to end, with real autonomy. Then you will grow the local engineering team around you.
Your responsibilities will include:
Build and maintain services and tooling that automate the network lifecycle: day-0 provisioning, day-N changes, drift detection, and operational verification
Make network changes safe and transparent: CI/CD workflows, diff/review tooling, staged rollouts/rollbacks, audit trails, and guardrails
Develop observability systems that scale across many sites: telemetry pipelines, signal quality, and tooling that shortens incident investigations
Close "last mile" gaps between the network and the platform: integrate source-of-truth data, expose APIs, and build reliable automation around it
Own architecture and technical decisions for your area in APAC, and align them with the European teams
Collaborate closely with network engineers and SREs to turn real operational pain into product-quality tooling
Hire and onboard the first engineers in the region, set code quality and engineering standards, and mentor the team
We expect you to have:
7+ years of professional software engineering experience (or equivalent practical background), including experience as a tech lead or team lead with broad ownership
Strong coding skills and ownership mindset: you can ship and operate reliable services
Proficiency in
Go
or readiness to switch;
Python
is also welcome (other languages can be useful for OSS debugging/fixes)
Ability to work autonomously in an early-stage environment, make decisions with incomplete information, and build processes from scratch
Willingness to stay hands-on while leading and growing a team
You don't have to be a Network expert
, but we expect you to have interest in infrastructure and/or network
It will be an added bonus if you have:
Background in networking (ex-network engineer, CCNP/education, DC networking exposure) or strong interest and proven ability to learn fast
Experience building automation/infra tooling: CI/CD, IaC, testing/staging environments, or "network-as-code" style workflows
Low-level networking / datapath experience: eBPF/XDP, DPDK, kernel networking, traffic processing systems
Experience designing high-load services and observability platforms (metrics/logs/traces, alerting, regression detection)
Contributions to open source or experience extending/debugging OSS components in production environments
Experience building an engineering team from scratch or launching a new engineering hub
We expect Engineers to:
Manage large-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders across regions
Break down complex tasks and guide both their own work and that of more junior colleagues
Be experts in specific technologies and write high-quality code that can serve as a reference
Assess task priority and focus on high-impact work, avoiding low-value efforts
Have strong architectural thinking and contribute to system design
Lead hiring in the region: define the profile, run interviews, and make hiring decisions
Share knowledge and mentor others
Benefits & Perks:
Competitive compensation
Career growth and learning opportunities
Flexibility and ownership
Collaborative and innovative culture
Opportunity to work on impactful AI projects
International environment and talented teams
What's it like to work at Nebius:
Fast moving - Bold thinking - Constant growth - Meaningful impact - Trust and real ownership - Opportunity to shape the future of AI
Equal Opportunity Statement:
Nebius is an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace and to providing equal employment opportunities in all aspects of employment. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, ancestry, age, disability, genetic information, marital status, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
Applicants must be authorized to work in the country in which they apply and will be required to provide proof of employment eligibility as a condition of hire.
If you need accommodations during the application process, please let us know.
-5+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering. -4+ years of hands-on experience with GCP, Terraform, and Terragrunt.

The Role
We're looking for a
Lead Site Reliability Engineer
to build and run the fundamental part of Nebius in APAC: the Network, the infrastructure everything else depends on. We are at the early stage of our APAC expansion, so this is a hands-on role. You will define reliability targets, write automation and handle incidents yourself, with a high degree of independence from the European teams. As the region grows, you will build and lead the local SRE team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Define and own reliability goals for network services and critical paths in the region (SLIs/SLOs, availability targets, error budgets where it makes sense)
Drive reliability improvements across the whole APAC network: not only services, but also site readiness, inter-site connectivity (DCI), and operational standards for new data centers
Own incident response for your areas, lead investigations/postmortems, and turn failures into durable fixes (not repeated firefighting); set up on-call and incident management practices for the region
Build and evolve observability: actionable metrics/logs/traces, alerting, and faster debug loops during and after incidents
Design safer change workflows: automation, CI/CD, test/staging environments, canarying, rollbacks, and auditability for network changes
Work closely with network engineers and platform teams in APAC and Europe to embed operability into designs and keep operations practical and fast
Hire, onboard and mentor the first SREs in the region and set the engineering bar for the team
Coordinate with European teams on handoffs and coverage across time zones
We expect you to have:
7+ years of experience in SRE / infrastructure engineering, including experience leading a team or acting as a technical lead with broad ownership of production systems
Strong production Linux fundamentals and a structured approach to debugging complex systems
Solid understanding of networking basics and how real networks fail (control plane vs data plane, latency/loss, failure domains, etc.)
Hands-on experience operating high-availability systems and improving them over time (not just "keeping lights on")
Ability to write and maintain software/automation (Go is common for us; Python is also welcome)
Experience with modern infrastructure tooling (e.g., IaC, CI/CD, container platforms) and comfort automating operational workflows
Ability to work independently in an early-stage environment and to build processes and a team from scratch
Willingness to stay hands-on while leading and growing a team
It will be an added bonus if you have:
Experience with high-throughput traffic processing: load balancers, tunneling/decap, NAT64, or similar datapath-heavy systems
Low-level networking performance/debug background (eBPF/XDP, DPDK, perf/ftrace, kernel networking internals)
Experience building network-safe delivery pipelines (testing labs, staged rollouts, automated verification, drift detection)
Background with large-scale network observability/telemetry (routing/flow telemetry, regression detection at scale)
Knowledge of the APAC network landscape (carriers, IX, regional connectivity and regulatory specifics)

The role
THE ROLE
We are hiring a
Senior Backend Engineer
for two platform products:
Xsolla ID
is the identity and authentication platform behind sign-in, account management and SSO across Xsolla products.
Xsolla ZK
is Web3 wallet infrastructure: smart wallets and account abstraction on a zkSync-based L2.
Both products sit on users' most sensitive flows, logging in and signing transactions, and other Xsolla teams build on top of them.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
The backend services of your product area end to end: design, implementation, release and production operation, including on-call
Architecture across services: service boundaries, integration contracts and data ownership. You make these decisions and justify them in writing
Reliability and security of critical flows: SLOs, failure handling, protection of user data and credentials
Service performance and cost under load
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Design and build services and APIs (REST, gRPC) for authentication, account management and wallet operations
Define service boundaries and integration contracts with other Xsolla teams
Design data models and storage; optimize schemas and queries
Build event-driven and asynchronous workflows
Own observability: metrics, logs, tracing and alerting, and act on what production tells you
Take part in on-call, incident response and post-mortems
Improve the engineering environment: CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, testing
Review code
Set up and maintain AI tooling in the repositories (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor: rules, context, harness) so the team uses it effectively
Responsibilities
Language and platform
5+ years of commercial backend development
Go: idiomatic code, concurrency (goroutines, channels, context and cancellation), memory and performance profiling (pprof)
Data
Relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL): schema design, indexes, query plans, transactions and isolation levels, safe migrations
Caching (Redis): when to cache, invalidation, consistency trade-offs
Distributed systems
Service architecture and distributed-systems trade-offs: consistency, availability, idempotency, retries, failure modes
Asynchronous messaging and event-driven design (Kafka, RabbitMQ or NATS): delivery guarantees, ordering, reprocessing
APIs
Designing REST and gRPC APIs: versioning, backward compatibility, contract documentation (OpenAPI / Swagger, Protobuf)
Security and identity
Application security: common vulnerability classes (OWASP Top 10), secrets management, safe handling of user data
OAuth 2.0 / OIDC from the server side: flows, tokens, sessions
Operations
Containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) at the level of deploying and debugging your own services
Observability (we use Datadog; experience with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK / Graylog or OpenTelemetry also counts): metrics, logs, tracing and alerting; diagnosing incidents in production
Engineering practices
Testing: unit, integration, contract
Git, CI/CD (GitLab CI or similar)
AI-assisted engineering
Daily hands-on use of AI coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) for development and review, including configuring them for a repository
English
Reading technical documentation in English
Nice to Have
Web3 backend experience: blockchain integration, wallet infrastructure, account abstraction
High-load systems
Cloud platforms (GCP, AWS or Azure) and infrastructure-as-code
NoSQL databases (MongoDB or similar)
Domain experience in gaming, e-commerce, fintech or payments
HOW WE WORK
Decisions in writing.
Significant technical decisions are written up as an RFC or ADR that lays out the options and trade-offs. We discuss the document, not a blank whiteboard.
AI is part of everyday engineering.
We use AI coding tools for development and review, and we treat configuring them for a codebase as real engineering work.
HOW WE HIRE
Intro call.
Your background, your motivation and the role.
Technical interview.
Built directly on the

sections above. We won't ask about anything this posting doesn't promise.
Bar raiser.
An engineer from outside the hiring team checks that you raise the overall engineering bar.
THE TEAM
You will work alongside product managers, designers, backend and frontend engineers, QA and DevOps.
BENEFITS
We are passionate about fostering a supportive environment for our team, so we prioritize the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our employees and their families through a comprehensive Benefits Program. ABOUT THE ROLE
Notion is shaping the future of Go-To-Market, and as a Solutions Consultant (SC), you’ll bring that future to life by building alongside customers and turning their biggest challenges into measurable outcomes. As a customer-facing, quota-carrying SC, you’ll bring together technical fluency and commercial ownership to grow your book of business. You’ll build pipeline with BDRs, engage key stakeholders, lead discovery, co-build workflow solutions live with customers, and guide opportunities through close. You’ll connect each solution to a clear business case and stay engaged through adoption, expansion, and renewal so customers realize the value of what they buy.
You’ll partner with BDRs, Outcomes Architects, and technical or product specialists while maintaining clear ownership of customer relationships, opportunity momentum, and next steps. If you’re a builder who loves to sell—and want to work at the intersection of AI, productivity, and enterprise—this is the role.
WHAT YOU’LL ACHIEVE
- Create pipeline across your book of business. Build target-account plans with BDRs and initiate outreach to priority stakeholders to generate qualified opportunities, alongside BDR-sourced pipeline.

Navigate commercial sizing, proposal construction, procurement, legal, and security review to close deals with the right scope, credits, and implementation path.

What is Restaurant Software?
Restaurants and other merchants use various software systems such as Point of Sale (POS), Reservations, Kitchen Display Systems (KDS), Payments, Inventory, Staffing, and the list goes on. These systems all need to speak to each other which they frequently don’t. It’s a mess, and we are fixing it.
From buying a croissant at a cafe to having dinner with friends, it’s a €4 Trillion+ global market and a critical part of everyday life in today's economy.
How we use AI at Tebi
We use AI the way our merchants use Tebi, to cut out the friction and get to what matters faster. We believe in a world where AI increases quality, efficiency and speed.
At Tebi, AI isn't a policy or a checkbox, it's just part of how we work. It helps us write, analyse, build, and improve but doesn’t make the last call. If there's a smarter way to do something, we want to find it.

About the Role
We're looking for an ambitious Sales Development Representative to join our team. You’ll be at the heart of our growth engine - managing the beginning of our sales cycle, directly driving our business and revenue growth by bringing in new customers.
In this role, you’ll blend your people and communication skills with passion to make hospitality businesses more smooth in their operations. You will act as the first point of contact for the new merchants, working collaboratively with internal departments to ensure we are not just winning business, but building long-term value and market share.
What You’ll Do
Our sales are not your typical SaaS or office sales. We meet our customers where they operate. In this role you will:
- Own top of the funnel activity for a dedicated region.
- Hit conversion targets across the stages of the funnel that are in your responsibility.
- Communicate our value and mission to our prospective partners, build trusted relationships with the hospitality network in the region.
- Do market research and competition analysis to identify opportunities within your region.
- Collaborate with Ops, Product, and Leadership to remove bottlenecks and improve scaling.
- Ensure smooth handoff to Success following close to drive activation and ongoing performance.
- Maintain high CRM hygiene to enable the best handover to the sales and success team.
What You’ll Need
- 0-1 years of experience in Sales, Sales Operations or Customer-facing roles ideally within SaaS/ Tech/ Hospitality or Startup space.
- Passion for the hospitality industry and customer-facing activities is a strong plus.
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and “Leave your ego at the door” mentality
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: you thrive in fast-moving environments, love building from scratch, and bias toward action.
- The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Italian
