ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.

- ESOP
Every team member receives ESOP (equity ownership) in the company. We want everyone to share in the upside of what we’re building together.
- Tech Allowance
Use this budget to set up your ideal work environment—laptop, monitor, headphones, or whatever helps you do your best work.
- Health Benefits
Supabase covers 100% of health insurance for employees and 80% for dependents, wherever you are. Your wellbeing and your family’s health are important to us.
- Annual Off-Sites
Once a year, the entire company gathers in a new city for a week of connection, collaboration, and fun. It’s a highlight of our year.
- Flexible Work
We operate asynchronously and trust you to manage your own time. You know what needs to be done and when.
- Professional Development
Every team member receives an annual education allowance to spend on learning—courses, books, conferences, or anything that supports your growth.

ROLE OVERVIEW
Welocalize is looking for a native-level Swedish speaker to join a confidential, large-scale AI and consumer technology programme for a major global technology and communications client.
It's a hands-on, on-site role that combines two things: evaluating a pre-release AI model in your language, and testing how the product actually performs on a client-supplied device — a smartphone and a next-generation smart glass. If you enjoy noticing the detail other people miss, this is work you'll find satisfying.

It's a hands-on, on-site role that combines two things: evaluating a pre-release AI model in your language, and testing how it performs on a real device. You'll be among the first people to see this technology in Swedish, and your judgement shapes how well it works before anyone else uses it.
If you enjoy noticing the detail other people miss, this is work you'll find satisfying.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Review pre-release AI model output in Swedish and judge it on accuracy, naturalness, appropriateness, and overall quality — would a native speaker really say it this way? This includes fact-checking each response against the source material.
