BUILDING THE FUTURE OF OPEN FINANCE
Payward - the parent company behind Kraken, NinjaTrader, Breakout, xStocks, Payward Services and CF Benchmarks - has spent the last 15 years building one of the most modern and globally accessible financial infrastructure platforms in the industry, built to advance an open, global financial system.
THE TEAM
Founded in 2011, Kraken is one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms, trusted by over 10 million individuals and institutions across the globe. It offers spot trading, margin, futures, staking, and OTC services, with products built for both individual investors and institutional clients.
We're looking for a Head of Exchange Infrastructure to own the layer every Kraken product is built on: the matching engine, core infrastructure, third-party custody, the algo engine and the API engine. Kraken grew up as a set of vertically integrated products, each with its own engine and its own APIs. This role consolidates them into a single exchange stack that serves every product and every interface. You will lead a team of four to five product managers, partnered with an engineering manager. It is a senior, independent team, which means you get leverage quickly and you are expected to stay close to the work.
THE OPPORTUNITY
- Own the product vision and roadmap for the exchange layer: matching engine, core infrastructure, third-party custody, algo engine and API engine
- Lead and grow a team of four to five product managers, and set the bar for product craft across the layer
- Lead the consolidation of multiple matching engines into one, starting with US derivatives, then international derivatives, then spot
- Build interface-agnostic, so every product team and every interface can build on the same platform rather than their own
- Define success metrics (p99 latency, throughput, uptime, resiliency) and hold teams accountable to them
- Partner with engineering leaders across exchange and core infrastructure to sequence the migration without disrupting live markets
- Partner with Risk and Credit Infrastructure so a client can hold one account and trade every product against it
- Anticipate industry shifts and shape our platform to stay ahead
- Align cross-functional teams (product, engineering, risk, compliance) around the exchange strategy
WHAT YOU BRING
- Senior product leader with experience in exchange, trading, or high-performance platforms
- Experience managing and developing product managers, on a team senior enough to run without you in the room
- Happy to be a player-coach. This team is independent, so you will own roadmaps and write specs yourself at times, not only review them
- Proven ability to set product vision and translate it into a long-term roadmap
- Strong understanding of matching engine and market data architecture, and the tradeoffs low latency forces
- Experience building platforms for internal customers, with the judgment to tell a platform from a series of bespoke builds
- Excellent communication skills — can influence technical and non-technical stakeholders
- A passion for crypto markets, market structure, and building the next generation of infrastructure
NICE TO HAVES
- Engineering background before moving into product, so you've built or operated high-performance systems yourself and not just specced them
- Experience across both spot and derivatives venues, with the market structure differences that come with each
- Time at a crypto exchange operating at comparable scale, volume and uptime expectations
- Track record building platform roadmaps that interlock with adjacent product orgs rather than running in isolation
Unless a specific application deadline is stated in the job posting, applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.
We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.
OUR COMMITMENT
Payward is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate the diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions, and unique perspectives that everyone brings to the table. We hire based on merit, seeking out people with the right abilities, knowledge, and skills for the job. We encourage you to apply for roles where you don't fully meet the listed requirements, especially if you're passionate or knowledgeable about crypto.
We may ask candidates to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments as part of our hiring process. These assessments evaluate competencies relevant to the role and are applied consistently across candidates for similar positions. Results are considered alongside experience and interviews, and are not the sole basis for any employment decision.

Candidate Privacy Notice https://www.kraken.com/legal/candidate-privacy-notice
Location: Miami, Florida, USA
Thousands of creators across our partner agencies post about Picsart's AI tools every week, and we're scaling that many times over. In this role, you decide what they make: the concepts, hooks, angles, scripts and briefs. You build rough examples in Picsart's own tools so creators and editors can see the idea instead of reading about it, and you run the tests that show which creative turns a viewer into someone who generates, spends credits and pays. You’ll be working across all our social platforms: TikTok, Meta, Instagram, Youtube, X, and Reddit.
You work through AI, because nobody can watch that much content by hand. You'll use it to read everything the network publishes, to draft briefs and variations for every agency and creator, and to spot winners early, then you make the call and make the example. The best agencies now publish their playbooks; your edge is running that discipline across every agency at once, with the one dataset no agency has: what happens after the click.
How success looks like for this role within a year: conversion per view rising while volume rises, and winning creative replicating across markets in days.
Please note that this is a
Full-Time Contractor (12-month contract) role.
How You'll Make an Impact
Decide what creators make.
The concepts, hooks and scripts they film each week. Agencies bring local ideas; you pick what the whole network runs.
Write briefs creators can follow.
Not documents they skim, clear direction, plus rough cuts and examples you make in Picsart's own tools, so nobody has to guess what you meant.
Test the creative.
Hook against hook, format against format, market against market. The results decide what runs next, not anyone's taste.
Get content finished.
Work directly with creators and editors to turn concepts into posts, and give feedback specific enough to act on.
Find out what converts.
Look at what thousands of videos actually did, and point the network at the audiences and use cases that bring in paying users.
Spread what wins.
When a hook works in one market, get it into every other market and language fast, and into templates users can remix themselves.
Own launch content.
Every new model and feature goes out through the creator network within days. You decide what day one looks like.
Tell product what to build.
You see what people want from AI tools before product does. Turn that into concrete asks: which presets, templates and models to build or promote next.
Keep it fresh and safe.
Stop the whole network from copying last month's winner. And when a platform changes its rules or a theme crosses a trust-and-safety line, the network hears it from you first.
What You'll Bring
A portfolio, not a résumé:
social accounts you've grown.
Your own or a client's. Send the links and tell us what the numbers did while you ran them.
Creator networks you've directed.
How many creators, what you taught them, what came out of it.
Content you made yourself.
Rough cuts, scripts, hooks, examples, not just feedback on other people's work.
Comment-to-DM and link funnels.
You've set them up, watched them break, and fixed them.
Short-form content that worked in more than one market or language.
You know which hooks travelled and which ones didn't.
Real use of AI creation tools.
You've made things with them, not just read about them.
Creative testing.
You've run hook against hook, format against format, and let the results decide.
Clear writing.
A brief a creator can follow, and a short update an executive can read.
Great communication skills in English.
Any other languages are a plus.

About JetBrains
We create intelligent software development tools for developers and teams. More than 15 million users, over 300,000 companies, and 88 of the Fortune Global Top 100 rely on our products to solve real, complex problems. Our mission is simple: make development teams more productive and AI adoptable at scale.
What you’ll do
Our IDEs are built on a massive scale: a 14 GB monorepo with more than 500 developers committing code every day and hundreds of thousands of automated tests running to keep everything stable. Delivering regular, reliable updates across this ecosystem without blocking engineering teams is a massive infrastructure challenge.
That’s where you come in. You’ll join our infrastructure team as both a technical specialist and process owner for our release infrastructure, building reliable systems that make it possible to ship releases smoothly. You’ll take ownership of the CI/CD pipelines, optimize delivery workflows, and make sure changes flow smoothly from local development all the way to release.That's where you come in. You'll join our infrastructure team as both a technical specialist and process owner for our release infrastructure, building reliable systems that make it possible to ship releases smoothly. You'll take ownership of the CI/CD pipelines, optimize delivery workflows, and work closely with engineering teams to keep changes moving smoothly from local development through to release.
Day to day, you will:
Design, configure, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to keep releases reliable and repeatable.
Manage branching strategies, coordinate code freezes, and handle hotfix releases.
Diagnose pipeline failures and resolve build bottlenecks before they affect delivery.
Automate repetitive release tasks and improve YouTrack workflows for better issue tracking.
Gather requirements from development teams to turn pain points into smooth tooling improvements.
Communicate process changes to stakeholders and support teams through transitions.
Lead retrospectives after incidents to continuously refine our release process.
What you’ll bring
Curiosity and a systematic approach to solving complex infrastructure problems.
Clear communication skills to collaborate with multiple engineering teams.
A strong drive to automate manual tasks and remove friction for fellow developers.
Comfort taking ownership of release decisions and managing trade-offs under deadline constraints.
Pragmatism when prioritizing build stability, release speed, and developer experience.
What you’ll need
Proven hands-on experience building, maintaining, and troubleshooting CI/CD pipelines (e.g., TeamCity, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar).
Fluency in Kotlin or Java.

ABOUT US
Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia.
We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do.
Our co-founders are Bret Taylor https://www.linkedin.com/in/brettaylor/ and Clay Bavor https://www.linkedin.com/in/claybavor/. Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google’s AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
As an Agent Strategist https://sierra.ai/blog/agent-strategist-your-phd-in-applied-ai, you own how Sierra’s AI agents come to life for our customers — from first pilot to a production agent handling thousands of conversations a day. You sit at the intersection of product, building agents and customer-facing work, and stay just as close to the technology as you are to the people you build for. You transform a customer’s thorniest, highest-stakes problems into agents that measurably move their business.
- Own the Agent Development Life Cycle https://sierra.ai/blog/agent-development-life-cycle. Take agents from initial scope through conversation design, tooling, and evaluation, to launch and continuous iteration in production — translating business goals into an agent that outperforms, and tuning relentlessly until it’s the best version of itself in the real world. You’ll have real ownership and autonomy over the outcome.
- Be the trusted strategic advisor to enterprise leaders. Sit shoulder-to-shoulder with our customers’ executives, understand what success actually means to their business, and shape the AI strategy that gets them there.
- Partner with the customer’s working teams day to day. Run working sessions, troubleshoot the agent as issues come up, and make the calls that keep the build on track for launch.
- Directly impact product. Surface unmet needs from your customer work, and feed them back to research and platform to shape where Sierra goes next.
EXAMPLE PROJECTS
These are the kinds of projects that strategists on our team have worked on recently:
- Scope and launch a subscription-retention agent for a large telecommunications or media company that consistently outperforms human agents at saving at-risk customers.
- Stand up an agent for a commerce customer that troubleshoots a broken device end-to-end and personalizes product recommendations in the same conversation.
- Redesign the conversation flows for a financial services agent so it can handle complex, regulated interactions — and convert a pilot into a multi-team production deployment. See our financial services blog https://sierra.ai/blog/five-ways-to-use-ai-agents-financial-services for examples.
- Partner with product on a net-new capability — a new agent architecture or self-service tooling — using a live customer as the design partner.
- Define the evaluation and quality bar for a new agent, then use those metrics to drive a measurable lift in outcome https://sierra.ai/blog/outcome-based-pricing-for-ai-agents week over week.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Customer obsession. Genuine energy being in front of customers — understanding their business and needs, thriving in complex organizations, and building trusted relationships.
- Communication. Clear, direct, and persuasive across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strategic problem-solving in ambiguity. Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to break down complex problems, spot risks early, and adapt as things change fast.
- Technical aptitude. Comfortable engaging directly with technical concepts - reading API documentation, understanding data models and system architecture, and following engineering tradeoffs in a design discussion.
- Ownership and delivery. A track record of running multiple complex, high-visibility projects at once and driving them to outcomes.
- Genuine interest in Financial Services and improving the end customer experience. Experience in financial technology, implementations at financial institutions, working inside of these institutions or familiarity with financial services security and compliance requirements (fair lending, PII handling, etc.) are a strong plus.
EVEN BETTER...
- Experience building or deploying AI/LLM agents in production — hands-on with the tools behind them (eval frameworks, agent tooling, RAG, prompt engineering) — working closely with technical counterparts.
- You’ve been a founder, founding team member, or operator — you know how to balance craft, ownership, and speed.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience — and/or an MBA or comparable experience at the intersection of technology and business.
OUR VALUES
- Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
- Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers’ business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
- Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn’t right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
- Intensity: We know we don’t have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn’t, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
- Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other’s personal and professional achievements.
WHAT WE OFFER
We want our benefits to reflect our values and offer the following to full-time employees:
- Flexible (unlimited) paid time off
- Medical, dental, and vision benefits for you and your family
- Life insurance and disability benefits
- Retirement plan dependent on country of employment
- Parental leave
- Fertility and family building benefits through Carrot
- Lunch, as well as delicious snacks and coffee to keep you energized
- Discretionary benefit stipend giving people the ability to spend where it matters most
- Free alphorn lessons
These benefits are further detailed in Sierra's policies, may vary by region, and are subject to change at any time, consistent with the terms of any applicable compensation or benefits plans. Eligible full-time employees can participate in Sierra's equity plans subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
BE YOU, WITH US
We're working to bring the transformative power of AI to every organization in the world. To do so, it is important to us that the diversity of our employees represents the diversity of our customers. We believe that our work and culture are better when we encourage, support, and respect different skills and experiences represented within our team. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't precisely match the job description. We strive to evaluate all applicants consistently without regard to race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, pregnancy, gender expression or identity, sexual orientation, citizenship, or any other legally protected class.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.
We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
About the Role
You will serve as a front-line manager for a team of Sales Development Representatives, responsible for outbound prospecting and pipeline generation across Ramp’s SMB segment.
You will lead and evolve the SMB sales development motion by providing 1:1 coaching, onboarding, training, and mentorship; setting team strategy; and partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Executive Leadership to drive pipeline and business outcomes.
As a member of the Sales Leadership team, you will play a critical role in developing SDR talent, scaling effective outbound practices, and continuously refining Ramp’s SMB go-to-market motion.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and scale the SMB SDR function by evolving team operating rhythms, playbooks, coaching standards, and processes for an open-territory outbound motion.
- Set and maintain a high-performing culture by overseeing daily SDR activity, pipeline generation, and quota performance to ensure key performance metrics are met.
- Hire, onboard, and train new SDRs on Ramp’s products, buyer personas, competitive landscape, prospecting strategy, and tools through hands-on methods including role-plays.
- Develop and execute career-growth and leadership plans for direct reports, including daily 1:1 mentorship and coaching on time management, objection handling, prospecting tactics, active listening, and pipeline creation.
- Coach SDRs on effective multichannel outbound prospecting, including account research, relevant messaging, call execution, and using AI tools to improve efficiency and quality.
- Partner with AEs and Sales and Marketing counterparts on pipeline-generation, territory, and prospecting initiatives that support SMB business objectives.
- Report on team performance, pipeline health, and forecasts to senior leadership.
- Improve team output and efficiency over time by identifying opportunities to optimize systems, processes, enablement, and AI-supported workflows.
- Establish and maintain a library of prospecting resources, best practices, and training materials for the SMB SDR team.
- Represent the SMB Sales Development team cross-functionally with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Product, and other departments.
WHAT YOU NEED
- Minimum of 2 years of quota-carrying sales experience as an individual contributor, with a proven, consistent track record exceeding goals
- Minimum of 2 years of experience building and leading sales development teams with a proven track record of exceeding goal
- Prior demonstrated success in fast-paced, results-oriented GTM environments, ideally at SaaS companies, and history of consistently performing above quota in an outbound sales environment
- A passion and excitement for hiring, with a thoughtful approach to team planning and development
- Ability to articulate contractual, technical, and financial value points to customers, including executive leaders
- Proficiency in data analytics tools (ie. Salesforce, Looker, and Excel) and familiarity with email and call automation platforms
- High proficiency with AI tools (Claude, OpenAI, etc.), with the ability to incorporate tooling into prospecting, coaching, team workflows, and process improvement to drive greater SDR productivity
- Ability to leverage data to drive decisions, create systems, and identify process improvements to improve efficiency

— Полный цикл исследований по краткосрочной микроструктуре, LP/хеджированию, исполнению, межплощадочным сигналам, распределению риска и смежным задачам crypto/DeFi;
— Дизайн исследования: гипотеза, target/разметка, baseline, метрики, причинно корректная OOS-проверка, анализ режимов и явные критерии GO/NO-GO;
— Работа с данными: поиск источников, выравнивание времени, контроль качества, построение признаков и воспроизводимые контракты данных;
— ML/DL по структуре задачи; RL или другие методы последовательного управления - только когда они действительно оправданы;
— Реалистичная симуляция и торговая экономика: комиссии, проскальзывание, ликвидность, задержки, adverse selection, impact, fill assumptions, хеджирование и синхронизация DEX/CEX;
— Paper/shadow-стратегии, анализ sim-to-real и совместная работа с quant developer при переносе доказанных решений в production;
— Инженерный стандарт исследования: воспроизводимые эксперименты, чистый Python, критичные проверки, мониторинг и дисциплинированное использование LLM/агентов.
Ожидания от кандидата:
— Проверяемый опыт 2-3 Quant/ML проектов, где вы лично отвечали за существенную часть цепочки от постановки задачи и данных до проверки, кода и решения о внедрении либо GO/NO-GO;
— Отличный Python и сильная инженерная база: вы сами пишете, отлаживаете и ревьюите исследовательский код;
— Сильную статистику, вероятность, оптимизацию и работу с временными рядами: временную зависимость, leakage, selection bias, uncertainty и честную OOS-проверку;

— Сильное практическое владение ML/DL для последовательных финансовых данных и способность отличать реальный сигнал от оптимизации метрики;
— Высокую самостоятельность: структурировать неясную проблему, выбирать наиболее информативный эксперимент, быстро останавливать слабые гипотезы и принимать решения на основании доказательств;
— Рабочее понимание структуры crypto-рынка. Прямой опыт DeFi/DEX будет плюсом, но сильный CEX/microstructure опыт может его компенсировать при быстрой адаптации.
Условия и возможности:
— Полная занятость, 5/2, гибридный/удаленный формат, офис в центре Москвы;
— Работа с реальным капиталом, где качество исследования, реалистичность исполнения и риск-контроль имеют прямое значение;
— Прямая работа с Quant/ML, разработкой и руководством компании, высокая самостоятельность и короткий цикл обратной связи;
— Небольшая команда, где сильное исследование может стать production-системой, а не закончиться презентацией;
— Компенсация всех необходимых инструменты и ПО для работы.

OUR STORY:
Every year millions of people are either filing their taxes in fear or giving up on their tax refund altogether. We're working on fixing that. Our intuitive app enables anyone, regardless of education or background, to file their taxes with newfound confidence.
Spread across Germany, Spain and the UK, the team at Taxfix Group with its brands Taxfix and Steuerbot, is a compassionate group of solution-finders. We speak our minds openly, and with over 400 professionals, including tax experts, developers, and IT security experts, we're rich in ideas and voices. The group has facilitated more than 3.5 billion euros in tax refunds for its customers since its founding in 2016.
THE OPPORTUNITY:
Taxfix is building a portfolio of AI-native, SaaS-oriented businesses across different stages of maturity — from established profit pools to scaling businesses and earlier-stage growth bets.
We are looking for senior commercial leaders who can take ownership of one of these business areas and build it into a focused, repeatable, and durable growth engine.
This role is for high-agency commercial builders who combine strong revenue ownership, sharp customer understanding, and disciplined execution with the ability to operate in ambiguity, experiment quickly, and make clear strategic choices.
You will report to the COO or a designated business line leader and work closely with a senior product counterpart in a joint business-building setup. You will own the commercial side of the business while shaping shared priorities across product, monetization, and growth.
You will partner closely with Product, Marketing/Growth, Sales, Partnerships, Operations/Service Delivery, Finance, Legal, Data/Analytics, and People. The initial focus is Germany, with potential to support expansion into additional markets.
The exact scope will depend on your experience spike and where we see the strongest fit.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Own commercial strategy and outcomes. Define growth ambition, profitability targets, commercial priorities, and the execution roadmap for a major business area.
Make key commercial choices. Shape ICP, segmentation, positioning, value proposition, pricing, packaging, channels, and customer lifecycle.
Build repeatable growth loops. Improve acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, expansion, and win-back through disciplined experimentation.
Lead revenue generation. Build or scale the right commercial motion — product-led, sales-assisted, partner-led, account-based, lifecycle-driven, or hybrid.
Partner closely with Product. Work with a senior product counterpart on roadmap implications, monetization priorities, and business-critical product choices.
Establish performance discipline. Define KPIs, forecasting, dashboards, review rituals, and accountability mechanisms.
Build strong teams. Hire, coach, and raise the bar for commercial talent while creating clear ownership and leadership capacity.
Manage complexity. Anticipate regulatory, operational, data, partner, and compliance risks and create practical guardrails.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:
Success depends on the maturity and economics of the business you lead.
In more mature businesses, success may mean sharper focus, stronger pricing and commercial discipline, better profitability, healthier cash generation, and durable growth.
In scaling or earlier-stage businesses, success may mean clearer ICP and positioning, stronger conversion and retention, validated propositions and channels, healthier unit economics, and repeatable growth loops.
Across all cases, success means stronger commercial judgment, faster learning, better execution, and tight alignment between product direction, monetization, and business outcomes.
YOUR PROFILE:
- 10+ years of experience in commercial, sales, GTM, strategy, or general management roles; experience in SaaS, subscriptions, platforms, marketplaces, fintech, or B2B services is strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to build or scale a commercial engine, including sales motion, segmentation, pricing, packaging, channels, lifecycle, and operating cadence.
- Strong sales background with hands-on ownership of revenue outcomes, pipeline quality, conversion, forecasting, and commercial performance.
- Strong P&L and unit economics orientation, including CAC, payback, retention, expansion, margin trade-offs, service cost, and cash implications.
- Strong product-commercial judgment and ability to work closely with Product without relying on hierarchy.
- High ownership, structured execution, and comfort operating in ambiguity.
- Data-driven and experiment-minded, using evidence, customer signals, and fast learning loops to improve performance.
- Talent multiplier with experience hiring, coaching, delegating, and developing strong leaders.
- Fluent in English; German is a strong plus.
PARTICULARLY RELEVANT EXPERIENCE SPIKES
We are hiring across several priority business lines and do not expect every candidate to cover all of them. We are especially interested in profiles with one or more of the following spikes:
Consumer SaaS / self-service
Experience scaling consumer SaaS, subscription, or product-led growth businesses with high-volume digital funnels, including conversion, lifecycle, retention, pricing, experimentation, and efficient acquisition.
Consumer SaaS / expert-assisted services
Experience scaling SaaS subscription businesses where software and service delivery are deeply connected, including expert support, operations, quality control, capacity planning, and service economics.
SaaS for self-employed professionals
Experience building and scaling Business SaaS solutions for self-employed professionals, SMEs, accountants, or similar B2B ecosystems, including sales-led or partner-led GTM, onboarding, retention, expansion, and platform monetization.
WHY TAXFIX?
- A chance to do meaningful, people-centric work with an international team of passionate professionals.

About Nebius:
Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.
Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.
Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.
The role
Nebius is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to work alongside Physical AI customers, shape our core infrastructure products, and test ideas for what we should build next.
You will work with enterprises, ISVs, and digital-native companies running training, simulation, synthetic data, evaluation, and model serving workloads. By understanding their systems and helping them reach production, you will uncover requirements that inform our Cloud, Serverless, and Token Factory teams. The goal is to connect needs across Physical AI industries with product decisions, including improvements that benefit enterprise customers more broadly.
You will also investigate opportunities for new Nebius products. You will develop hypotheses about unmet needs, examine demand and existing alternatives, and build prototypes to test with customers. Your findings will help determine which opportunities deserve investment and what an initial product should deliver.
The work is hands-on. You will write code, deploy and benchmark models, build agents, and troubleshoot infrastructure alongside customer engineers.
The position is part of the Physical AI go-to-market team, with close collaboration across customers, NVIDIA, Product, and Engineering.
What you will do
Work with customer engineers to understand their workloads, infrastructure constraints, and production requirements.
Translate Physical AI use cases into requirements that Cloud, Serverless, and Token Factory teams can use, backed by measurements and customer evidence.
Identify enterprise adoption barriers and common needs across industries. Work with Product and Engineering to assess gaps and test improvements with customers.
Build agents that set up, run, and debug Physical AI workloads, connecting them to clusters, schedulers, storage, and model servers.
Deploy and benchmark open-weight models with serving stacks such as vLLM or SGLang, then tune them for customer workloads.
Build prototypes and run technical evaluations to answer specific questions about performance, reliability, and product fit.
Assess demand and existing alternatives for opportunities outside current product teams’ scope, then build where there is a clear market.
Debug across Python, agents, model servers, Kubernetes, GPUs, networking, and storage. Turn successful setups into reusable scripts, deployments, and short guides.
What we are looking for
Three or more years in software engineering, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, ML infrastructure, or similar, including ownership of a production service, cluster, or platform.
Experience working directly with customers or external engineers to scope problems, run evaluations, and explain technical tradeoffs.
Ability to turn an unfamiliar customer problem into concrete infrastructure requirements.
Practical experience building with LLMs or agents, at work or independently, with an understanding of their internals (e.g., transformers, KV caching, or tool calling) and how to evaluate their outputs.
Familiarity with enterprise infrastructure requirements, including identity and access management, network isolation, security, monitoring, and reliability.
Strong Python and Linux skills: you can read unfamiliar code, automate a setup, and debug from logs and metrics.
Practical experience with containers and Kubernetes, including configuration, networking, storage, and scheduling.
A record of getting useful software working with incomplete requirements, measuring results, and following through with the people using it.
Helpful experience
Enterprise customer engineering, solutions architecture, consulting, or taking a new product from an initial customer problem to adoption.
Distributed compute such as Ray, Slurm, Spark, or multi-GPU jobs.
NVIDIA GPU workloads, including memory management, drivers, CUDA, NCCL, and monitoring.
Model serving with vLLM, SGLang, TensorRT-LLM, or TGI.
Robotics, simulation, synthetic data, reinforcement learning, world models, or tools such as Isaac Sim, Isaac Lab, Omniverse, and Cosmos.
Infrastructure automation and enterprise integrations, including Terraform, CI/CD, private connectivity, and identity federation.
Benefits & Perks:
Competitive compensation
Career growth and learning opportunities
Flexibility and ownership
Collaborative and innovative culture
Opportunity to work on impactful AI projects
International environment and talented teams
