Collaborate with local influencers to produce creative, high-impact content that connects with our audience.
Activate both organic and paid hyper-local initiatives such as events, guerrilla marketing, and partnerships with community brands.
Partner with the regional marketing team to ensure that local campaigns align with broader business goals and brand guidelines.
Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance — translating insights into actionable improvements.
Support campaign planning for new city or area launches, helping to build excitement and awareness in new markets.

About Vercel:
Vercel is the agentic infrastructure company, freeing people and agents to ship what's next. For more than a decade we've helped builders move from idea to production with speed, security, and exceptional developer experience.
Now we're scaling our products for both agents and people to ship and run software, built in the open and trusted by OpenAI, PayPal, Ramp, Supreme, and millions of developers worldwide.
About the Role:
We’re looking for a Senior Finance Manager, Sales to join our Finance team. You will be a key partner to Sales and RevOps leadership, helping shape metrics-driven decision making across Sales budget and headcount, commissions, SLG bookings, quota planning, capacity, and productivity. This role will have high cross-functional visibility and will be central to building the financial discipline, operating cadence, and scalable reporting needed to support Vercel’s next stage of growth.
What You Will Do:
Serve as the trusted Finance partner for the CRO by delivering actionable insights through forecasting, scenario analysis, business reviews, and resource allocation recommendations
Own Sales budget and headcount planning, including bottoms-up workforce models that connect hiring plans, ramp timing, productivity assumptions, commissions, and compensation costs to bookings and revenue goals
Support SLG bookings and quota planning by partnering with Sales and RevOps on quota capacity, ramp, attainment, coverage, territory design inputs, and productivity assumptions
Support commissions planning, forecasting, and reporting in partnership with Accounting, RevOps, and Sales leadership, including commission expense, accruals, plan changes, and performance insights
Lead Sales BvA reviews and operating cadences, translating financial results into clear variance narratives, risks, opportunities, and recommendations

About You:

Anti-bureaucracy, pro-speed
– You streamline workflows, remove drag, and make decisions with clarity. You believe a 3-bullet Slack post with a clear recommendation is better than a 20-slide deck.
Tech-forward operator
– You go beyond Excel. You use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) to automate, clean, and generate insights. You treat Finance like a product—always shipping improvements.
Detail-obsessed
– You know that a single error in quota capacity, ramp timing, commission logic, or start dates can swing the forecast by millions. You sweat the details so the CFO and Sales leaders don’t have to.
Strong cross-functional partner
– You can build trust with Sales leadership while maintaining financial discipline, communicating tradeoffs clearly, and driving decisions with data.
Benefits & Compensation:
Competitive compensation package, including equity.
Inclusive Healthcare Package.

ABOUT RAMP
Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books.
The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving.

About the Team
Netlify is a product-led growth company, and Revenue Operations owns the systems, data, and infrastructure that turn that growth into revenue. With a large volume of people discovering and signing up for Netlify every day, Marketing Operations is critical to understanding those users, connecting activity across our systems, and creating scalable ways to engage them throughout their journey.
As Senior Marketing Operations Manager, you’ll own the operational foundation behind that work. You’ll connect HubSpot, Salesforce, product data, and analytics, build the systems and lifecycle infrastructure that turn signals into action, and give Marketing and our GTM partners trusted visibility into performance. Reporting to the Senior Director of Revenue Operations, you’ll translate the Marketing Operations vision into a roadmap and independently drive it forward while partnering closely with Growth, RevOps, Data, Product, and other GTM teams.
What You’ll Do
Execute on the Marketing Operations roadmap, translating broader Marketing and GTM priorities into scalable systems, processes, and programs.
Own our marketing automation platform end to end, including workflows, lifecycle stages, segmentation, forms, lists, email operations, data hygiene, deliverability, governance, and documentation.
Build and maintain the connection between marketing automation, Salesforce, product data, and analytics so we can understand and engage users throughout the customer journey.
Establish reliable attribution and measurement across marketing and product-led journeys, including UTM governance and connections between campaigns, signups, activation, conversion, and revenue.
Build reporting and self-service dashboards that give Marketing and GTM partners a trusted view of performance and support weekly, monthly, and executive-level decision-making.
Partner with Growth to operationalize lifecycle programs across email, in-product experiences, and sales-assist triggers, turning customer and product signals into scalable journeys from signup through activation and conversion.
Build experimentation infrastructure that allows marketers to launch, measure, and learn from tests without requiring engineering support for every experiment.
Own the operational health of the MarTech stack, including integrations, data flows, governance, vendor relationships, and periodic assessments of what we should keep, retire, consolidate, or integrate.
Establish scalable practices for high-volume email operations, including audience management, domain and inbox health, deliverability, and safeguards that protect the customer experience.
Turn large and sometimes ambiguous datasets into actionable recommendations, identifying points of friction or drop-off and partnering with Marketing, Growth, Product, Data, and RevOps on opportunities to improve conversion.
Own the Marketing Operations portion of the broader Marketing budget and evaluate technology investments based on business value, scalability, and ROI.
Explore emerging capabilities in AI-enabled marketing operations and AI visibility measurement, helping the team establish useful workflows and baselines as the space develops.
What You’ll Bring
7+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or a closely related discipline, with experience operating independently in a complex B2B SaaS or product-led growth environment.
Deep experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems such as HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua, and Salesforce, including lifecycle stages, campaign architecture, attribution, lead or account routing, and data governance.
Experience working with high-volume customer or prospect datasets and designing segmentation, lifecycle, and operational approaches that remain reliable at scale.
Significant experience operating high-volume email programs, with a practical understanding of deliverability, domain and inbox reputation, audience management, warming strategies, and the risks that emerge at large sending volumes.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to investigate complex datasets, identify meaningful patterns, question the quality of the underlying data, and turn findings into recommendations.
Experience building or operating lifecycle, nurture, or in-product engagement programs tied to measurable activation or conversion outcomes.
Systems thinking and experience designing integrations across marketing automation, CRM, product, analytics, and data systems.
Experience building measurement and experimentation infrastructure that enables other teams to operate and learn independently.
Strong GTM fluency and an understanding of how Marketing Operations, Growth, Sales, RevOps, Product, and Customer Success connect to customer experience and revenue.
Comfort using AI-enabled tools and workflows to accelerate your work while applying judgment to validate outputs and determine where automation is (and isn’t) appropriate.
Familiarity with product analytics tools such as Amplitude and experience with emerging AEO or AI-visibility tooling is helpful.
Experience working with contractors, agencies, or distributed partners is helpful but not required.
Familiarity with developer tools, web platforms, or another high-volume PLG business is useful, but we value relevant operating experience over category-specific expertise.
This Role Is a Great Fit If
You enjoy building the foundation, not just operating what someone else has already built. You’re energized by taking an imperfect system and creating something scalable, measurable, and trusted.
You’re comfortable moving between architecture and execution. You can define how a system should work and then get into the details yourself when necessary to make it work.
You thrive with significant autonomy. Given a goal and context, you investigate the problem, weigh tradeoffs, make a recommendation, and drive the work forward without needing a detailed playbook.
You genuinely enjoy data. Large, messy datasets make you curious, and you’re willing to dig until you understand what is happening and what the business should do about it.
You care deeply about operational quality. Data integrity, attribution, documentation, audience segmentation, and email deliverability aren’t afterthoughts—they’re part of building a trustworthy growth engine.
You balance speed with judgment. You know when to move quickly, when a shortcut creates unacceptable downstream risk, and when to challenge an approach that won’t scale.
You see AI as a way to amplify good judgment and increase leverage rather than a substitute for understanding the work.
You communicate clearly in an async, distributed environment and can build alignment across Marketing, Growth, Product, Sales, RevOps, and Data without relying on organizational authority.

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a member of the Corporate Finance team, you'll own the consolidated view of Notion's financial performance — the corporate model, the monthly close-to-reporting cycle, and the numbers that reach our executive team, Board of Directors, and investors. You'll immediately take ownership of core corporate FP&A workstreams, which include the consolidated P&L forecast, the monthly budget-vs-actual and reforecast cycles, and the planning systems that produce them.
This role is based San Francisco. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Own the consolidated corporate model and the monthly reporting cadence — close actuals, budget-vs-actual, and the rolling reforecast — and connect reported performance to the revenue, headcount, and spend drivers behind it
- Maintain and evolve Notion's planning system, primarily Pigment: maintain the corporate model structure, run the monthly data loads and scenario snapshots, reconcile the P&L, headcount, and departmental views, and build new models and views as the business changes
- Assist in preparing and delivering presentations that effectively communicate Notion's financial performance and outlook to Notion's executive team, Board of Directors, and investors
- Raise the quality and scalability of our reporting infrastructure, using AI, automation, and stronger data workflows to reduce manual work, improve accuracy, and surface insights faster — challenging existing processes and data inconsistencies that get in the way
- Work cross-functionally across Accounting, BizTech, People, and our Business Partnership (BP) Finance team to keep source data, mappings, and the chart of accounts aligned as operating complexity grows — tightening the handoffs between close and forecast along the way
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- 2-5 years of experience across Investment Banking, Private Equity, Big 4, or corporate FP&A / Strategic Finance at a high-growth SaaS technology company
- Demonstrated ability to build and own rigorous financial models, ideally a three-statement or consolidated operating model for a recurring-revenue or SaaS business
- Hands-on experience with an enterprise planning tool (Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive, Vena) or a clear track record of becoming fluent in new systems quickly
- Strong analytical judgment and the ability to move from detailed data to a clear point of view on performance, risks, and opportunities
- Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments and communicate clearly with both financial and non-financial audiences
- Ability to build finance processes from scratch and improve existing ones with a lens on long-term scalability and sustainability
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco, the estimated base salary range for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per year.

A NOTE ON AI
You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.
EQUAL OPPORTUNITY & ACCOMMODATIONS
We hire talented people from a wide range of backgrounds. If you’re excited about this role but don’t meet every bullet, we still encourage you to apply. Notion is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of any legally protected characteristic. Consistent with applicable law, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records. Notion provides reasonable accommodations during the application process; if you need one, please let your recruiter know.

We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome.
The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same.
If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Ramp is looking for an experienced Solutions Architect, Procurement (Pre-Sales, Enterprise) to serve as the technical and functional expert for Procurement and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) within our Solutions organization. This role is designed for someone who brings deep procurement domain expertise, technical implementation knowledge, and architect-level solution design skills to accelerate Ramp’s most complex, high-value enterprise evaluations.
You will support enterprise Account Executives and Solutions Consultants in running sophisticated procurement cycles end-to-end — leading deep discovery, validating technical requirements, designing future-state workflows, and creating pre-sale implementation plans that ensure a seamless handoff to onboarding. You will act as Ramp’s primary procurement SME in the sales cycle and will partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Post-Sales Solutions to influence roadmap and shape how Ramp’s procurement offering evolves.
This is a highly visible, customer-facing role ideal for former P2P implementers, procurement architects, or senior-level SCs with technical depth.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
LEAD TECHNICAL DISCOVERY AND SOLUTION DESIGN
- Conduct deep-dive discovery sessions on procurement workflows, vendor management, sourcing, approvals, catalog strategy, and 3-way match requirements
- Map customer procurement requirements to Ramp’s capabilities, identifying gaps and designing scalable workarounds
- Analyze ERP configurations and data structures (Vendor Master, PO, Invoice, Receipt) to ensure compatibility with Ramp’s deployment patterns
DRIVE TECHNICAL VALIDATION AND PRE-SALE IMPLEMENTATION PLANNING
- Build pre-sale implementation plans (phases, timelines, dependencies) to eliminate re-discovery during onboarding
- Conduct integration assessments, including API workflow validation, SFTP/data exchange requirements, and security/permissions modeling
- Create workflow prototypes, configurations, and proof-of-concepts when needed to accelerate technical validation
PARTNER WITH SALES TO WIN COMPLEX ENTERPRISE DEALS
- Operate as the procurement technical lead in enterprise opportunities
- Join high-value and complex P2P evaluations as the primary procurement SME, either as an overlay or as the lead SC for procurement-first deals
- Quantify customer pain, run gap analyses, and translate procurement challenges into measurable ROI and value propositions
INFLUENCE PRODUCT AND GTM STRATEGY
- Provide structured feedback to Product on gaps, customer needs, and market trends
- Help shape Ramp’s procurement roadmap and competitive positioning
- Maintain a bird’s-eye view of the procurement technology landscape to inform strategic decisions
ENSURE SEAMLESS HANDOFF TO ONBOARDING
- Document all procurement requirements, decisions, and implementation guidance in a standardized format
- Partner closely with Implementation and Technical Consulting teams to ensure they begin activation without additional discovery
- Maintain consultative availability throughout onboarding when complex escalations arise
TRAVEL
- Travel up to 30%+ for onsite discovery workshops, executive briefings, and solution validation sessions
WHAT YOU NEED
- 8+ years of experience in Procurement, P2P, ERP, or similar technical implementation roles
- Deep understanding of end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, procurement operations, vendor management, AP, bill pay, and contract workflows
- Hands-on experience designing or implementing P2P solutions (Coupa, Ariba, Zip, Ivalua, Workday, NetSuite, etc.)
- Strong technical acumen — API experience required, plus familiarity with SFTP, integrations, data migration, SCIM/SAML, and ERP financial objects
- Experience running enterprise evaluations with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex workflows into clear solutions
- Ability to design future-state workflows and build pre-sale implementation plans
NICE TO HAVE
- Certifications in Coupa, Ariba, Workday, or other ERP/P2P platforms
- SQL or scripting familiarity
- Experience working closely with Product teams to influence roadmap
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)

As a member of Ramp’s Financial Crimes Compliance Team, you will play a key role in executing Ramp’s Anti–money laundering (AML) and sanctions compliance program. You will be responsible for conducting investigations, preparing unusual and suspicious activity reports (UARs, SARs), driving process improvement, and supporting AI and automation initiatives for the AML program.
This role is primarily focused on comprehensive investigations arising from escalated transaction-monitoring alerts and internal referrals. You will evaluate the customer relationship and relevant activity holistically, document clear and defensible risk conclusions, and prepare high-quality SARs and UARs when appropriate. You will flex into other Financial Crimes Compliance workflows as business needs evolve, including sanctions, politically exposed persons (PEPs), and enhanced due diligence reviews.
You will also help strengthen how Financial Crimes Compliance operates. This is an opportunity for someone who combines rigorous risk-based judgment with a builder mindset: improving review workflows, quality standards, and procedures while partnering with Product, Engineering, Design, Data (PEDD) to develop the tooling, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities that will allow Ramp to scale responsibly.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced fintech environment, has strong analytical and investigative skills, and is excited about building scalable processes to support Ramp’s growth.
What You’ll Do
- Lead comprehensive investigations of escalated transaction-monitoring alerts and internal referrals, maintaining appropriate case documentation, making defensible risk-based decisions, and meeting regulatory reporting obligations.
- Recommend account actions or restrictions based on financial crimes risk, and present findings and recommendations to the Account Review Board.
- Draft and file SARs and prepare applicable partner reporting, ensuring narratives are clear, evidence-based, timely, and confidential.
- Conduct secondary and peer reviews of investigations and filings, strengthening quality, consistency, and investigator judgment.
- Identify and drive practical improvements to investigation workflows, procedures, quality standards, tooling, and training.
- Partner with Compliance, Risk, PEDD, and Operations to build scalable workflows, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities.
- Flex into other Financial Crimes Compliance work, including sanctions, PEPs, customer due diligence, and enhanced due diligence reviews, as program needs require.
What You Need
- Minimum 5 years of experience in BSA/AML advisory or operations teams, with at least 2 years in BSA/AML investigations
- Demonstrated experience drafting and filing SARs and making recommendations to leadership on account actions such as offboarding or risk acceptance
- At least 1 year of experience conducting secondary or peer reviews of financial-crimes investigations
- Deep knowledge of money-laundering and terrorist-financing typologies, with the ability to apply that knowledge to Ramp’s products, payment flows, and business-customer risk.
- Demonstrated experience improving financial-crimes processes, procedures, controls, tooling, training, or quality standards.
- AI fluency, including the ability to design repeatable, validated multi-step AI-assisted workflows with clear inputs, outputs, review checkpoints, and defined processes to identify, correct, and improve unreliable results.
- Prior Fintech experience
Nice to Haves
- Experience working with bank partners, card issuers, payment partners, or other regulated financial-services partners, including diligence requests, audits, reporting, or operational escalations.
- ACAMS certification or an equivalent qualification.
- Experience delivering automation or AI-assisted workflow improvements in a regulated compliance environment.
BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO ALL FULL-TIME RAMP EMPLOYEES (GLOBAL)
- Flexible PTO
- Centralized home-office equipment ordering
- Health and wellness stipend
- Budget for intra-office travel
- Weekly coffee stipend

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s.
Notion’s Data Foundations team builds and operates the batch and streaming infrastructure behind our product features, analytics, search, and AI experiences. We’re looking for a hands-on technical leader to shape the next generation of this platform as Notion serves larger customers, expands globally, and supports more data-intensive products. You’ll identify the highest-leverage problems, set direction, build and develop a high-performing team, and lead multi-quarter initiatives across our data lake, streaming, distributed-compute, governance, and reliability systems. You’ll stay close to critical technical decisions while creating clear ownership, growing engineers and technical leaders, and helping the team execute as one—partnering closely with Data Engineering, Data Product, Search, AI, Infrastructure, and Security.
This role can be based in either San Francisco or New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Set the direction for Data Foundations. Turn ambiguous company and customer needs into a clear multi-quarter strategy across the data lake, streaming, distributed compute, governance, and platform reliability—and align engineers and partner teams around it.
- Build and develop a high-performing team. Attract strong engineers, set clear expectations, grow technical leaders, and create an environment of ownership, direct feedback, and accountability.
- Lead the team’s hardest initiatives from idea to operation. Ensure complex work has strong technical ownership, de-risk architectures through prototypes, break work into shippable milestones, and coordinate execution across engineers and teams.
- Make Notion’s data platform enterprise-ready. Guide the team toward durable foundations for external key management, data residency, access controls, lifecycle management, and governance without creating separate systems for every requirement.
- Raise reliability, simplicity, and cost efficiency. Identify systemic risks and architectural gaps, establish clear service ownership, and lead migrations that make Kafka, Debezium, S3/Iceberg, Spark, EMR, Athena, and related systems easier to operate at scale.
- Multiply the engineering organization. Establish reusable abstractions and paved paths, delegate meaningful ownership, raise the quality of technical decisions, and scale expertise through coaching, documentation, tooling, design reviews, and direct collaboration.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Deep data-platform expertise. You have designed and operated large-scale batch and streaming systems and can reason across storage, compute, ingestion, orchestration, serving, governance, and production operations.
- Direction-setting leadership. You have led a Data Platform or infrastructure team through multi-quarter work—finding the right problems, defining a strategy, sequencing execution, and driving decisions with long-term consequences.
- Team-building and talent development. You have attracted strong engineers, grown people across career stages, developed technical leaders, and created clarity when expectations or performance needed to change.
- Hands-on engineering judgment. You stay close to critical systems and designs and know when to prototype, simplify, buy, build, or migrate. You can go deep while preserving ownership for the engineers leading the work.
- Platform-product thinking. You understand the needs behind partner requests and turn repeated patterns into safe, ergonomic, self-serve capabilities rather than accumulating bespoke solutions.
- Organizational influence. You create clarity across team boundaries, surface uncomfortable technical or organizational risks early, and help engineers do their best work through strong context, delegation, feedback, and coaching.
- You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, move faster, and build more creatively.
THE SYSTEMS AND PROBLEMS YOU MAY LEAD
- Evolving Notion’s data lake toward an S3 + Iceberg lakehouse with stronger governance, discoverability, schema evolution, and lifecycle controls
- Scaling Kafka and Debezium-based streaming infrastructure that powers real-time product, analytics, and AI use cases
- Improving Spark and distributed-compute performance, workload isolation, developer experience, and cost efficiency
- Designing EKM, data residency, and compliant processing capabilities across Notion’s data estate
- Creating clear platform interfaces and self-serve primitives for Data Engineering, Search, AI, and product teams
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS
Notion’s data infrastructure is no longer only an internal analytics layer. It increasingly powers customer-facing features, AI systems, enterprise controls, and high-volume product workflows. The team needs a leader who can see across these systems, build the technical leadership and operating culture required for that responsibility, and find the problems that matter before they become roadmap blockers. Success means Data Foundations has a strong, growing team with clear direction and dependable execution—and teams across Notion can build ambitious data-powered products faster without compromising customer trust.
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in San Francisco, the estimated base salary range for this role is $281,000 - $334,000 per year.
By clicking “Submit Application”, I understand and agree that Notion and its affiliates and subsidiaries will collect and process my information in accordance with Notion’s Global Recruiting Privacy Policy https://notion.notion.site/Notion-Global-Recruiting-Privacy-Policy-fc3eb4e829354a26a2bb6fd5e289b550. https://dev.notion.so/a3ce416456924276a59de91bca740028?pvs=21
