ABOUT THE ROLE
The Backend Platform team is the backbone of Perplexity’s product reliability, scalability, and performance, enabling every product and AI team to build with confidence.
This high‑impact group builds and maintains critical infrastructure, including backend systems for authentication, authorization, real-time data flows, service orchestration, and sandboxing, to ensure fast, reliable, and secure user experiences. By setting rigorous standards for code quality, uptime and performance, the Platform team ensures everyone at Perplexity can innovate at speed on top of a robust, well-architected foundation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the design and implementation of our sandboxing platform to safely execute untrusted and user‑generated code while meeting strict performance and reliability requirements.
- Define and extend our RBAC and authorization primitives, ensuring they scale with new product capabilities and enterprise controls.
- Own key backend services involved in authentication and encryption flows (including BYOK‑related pieces), partnering with Security and Infra on defense‑in‑depth.
- Set the technical bar for backend platform design and operations, driving best practices in reliability, observability, and incident response for always‑on systems.
- Partner with product and AI teams to define clear platform interfaces, SLAs, and integration patterns so new features can reliably build on shared backend capabilities.
- Provide technical leadership across the backend platform area, mentoring other engineers and making long‑term architectural decisions that keep the foundation simple, secure, and evolvable.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience designing and building backend systems that run in production (typically 4+ years for mid-level, more for senior and staff).
- Strong system design skills, with a track record of creating efficient, reliable, and scalable architectures.
- Hands-on experience with modern infrastructure (for example AWS, Kubernetes, and related cloud technologies).
- Strong proficiency in at least one backend language such as Python, Go, or Rust, and the ability to work effectively in a multi-language environment.
- Collaborative mindset and eagerness to solve challenging technical problems with other experienced engineers.
- Comfort working in security‑sensitive areas (auth, authorization, encryption) and making pragmatic trade-offs between safety, simplicity, and velocity.
If you’re excited about this role, we encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn’t match every qualification listed above.
Location: San Francisco; Palo Alto; London; Berlin; Belgrade; New York City
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Cloud Infrastructure team owns the foundational cloud primitives and deployment models that power Perplexity's products, from multi-tenant public cloud to single-tenant and on-premises solutions for enterprise customers.
As Perplexity grows its Computer and Enterprise products, this team builds and operates the security, isolation, and compliance layers that customers depend on. We provide the deployment topologies, multi‑region infrastructure, and core services that enable Perplexity to run reliably and efficiently for both consumer traffic and large enterprises.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the roadmap and technical strategy for agent-driven cloud infrastructure management.
- Design and operate Perplexity’s cloud networking fabric, including VPC architectures, private connectivity, and peering with hyperscalers and neocloud providers to support low-latency, high-throughput AI workloads.
- Architect and scale compute platforms (Kubernetes/EKS, autoscaling groups, and mixed CPU/GPU fleets) to efficiently serve online request traffic and background workloads across regions.
- Build and maintain secure, isolated deployment topologies for multi-tenant, single-tenant, and customer‑owned cloud (BYOC) environments, including cross-account networking, identity, and policy guardrails.
- Implement and evolve multi-region strategies for availability, failover, and data locality, including traffic routing, regional capacity planning, and disaster recovery playbooks.
- Partner with security to deliver enterprise controls such as BYOK/KMS integrations, network isolation, and auditability required for regulated customers.
- Develop automation, tooling, and runbooks that make day‑2 operations (provisioning, upgrades, incident response) predictable and repeatable for Perplexity products across all environments.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Deep experience designing and operating cloud infrastructure on AWS (VPC design, routing, security groups, load balancing, private connectivity).
- Strong background with Kubernetes/EKS and container orchestration, including multi‑cluster, multi‑region, or multi‑account setups.
- Hands-on experience with cloud networking and peering (VPC peering, Transit Gateway, private link/service endpoints, or similar constructs in neoclouds).
- Experience building or operating secure, isolated environments for enterprise customers (single‑tenant, BYOC, or on‑prem), ideally including BYOK/KMS integrations and compliance constraints.
- Proficiency with infrastructure as code (Terraform) and strong software engineering skills in at least one of Python, Go, or Rust for automation and tooling.
- Strong debugging and incident management skills across distributed systems (networking, compute, and platform layers), with a track record of driving root‑cause analysis and long‑term fixes.
- 7+ years of industry experience building and operating production cloud infrastructure, including leading the design of complex systems or migrations.
If you’re excited about this role, we encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn’t match every qualification listed above.

About The Opportunity
We are looking for a
Senior Growth BI Project Manager
to join our CEO Office. This is a high-impact, end-to-end role that sits at the intersection of data intelligence and execution — covering OKX's key regulated markets globally.
You will own the full loop:
identifying growth problems through data, diagnosing root causes, shaping recommendations, and driving outcomes through cross-functional execution.
Beyond technical and operational skills, what will set you apart is who you are. We are looking for someone with an exceptional ability to learn fast and operate in unfamiliar territory without losing direction. Someone who does not wait to be told what matters — you find it yourself. Someone who genuinely cares about the work and brings energy to problems that others find too messy or too ambiguous to touch.
What You'll Be Doing
Growth Analytics & Insight
Monitor core growth metrics across regulated markets, proactively identifying anomalies, trends, and emerging opportunities.
Conduct structured root-cause analysis on growth performance — moving beyond data description to diagnosis: why did this happen, and what should we do about it.
Translate analytical findings into clear, prioritized recommendations for senior leadership and local market growth teams.
Build and maintain analytical frameworks and dashboards that give leadership a clear, real-time view of market health and growth efficiency.
Program Management & Execution
Own the end-to-end execution of key growth initiatives: from scoping and planning through to delivery and outcome tracking.
Drive cross-functional coordination across growth, product, engineering, and operations teams — ensuring alignment, accountability, and on-time delivery.
Define measurable success criteria for each initiative and close the loop on results.
AI-Augmented Ways of Working
Actively apply AI tools and automation to accelerate analysis, reporting cycles, and operational workflows.
Champion AI-native practices within the team and demonstrate productivity gains through concrete examples.
What We Look For In You
At least 4 years of experience in growth analytics, business intelligence, strategy, or program management — ideally from a top internet company, fintech, Web3 firm, or management consulting background.
Exceptional learning agility — able to rapidly absorb new domains, connect the dots across unfamiliar data, and develop informed views in areas where you had no prior expertise.
Strong logical and quantitative thinking — you break complex problems into structured components and form conclusions grounded in evidence, not assumption.
Extreme self-motivation and ownership — you take full accountability for your workstreams, set your own direction, and are not satisfied until you see measurable outcomes. A genuine drive and passion for the work — you thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments, and find clarity and momentum where others find friction.
Excellent communication skills; able to adapt between technical and non-technical audiences, and comfortable presenting to senior leadership.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese is preferred to work with stakeholders in Mandarin-speaking markets.
Nice to Haves
Prior experience in the Web3 or crypto industry, or as a user of crypto products — genuine familiarity with the space is a meaningful advantage.
Hands-on experience building AI agent systems or complex workflows, beyond general tool usage.
Experience working within international or multinational organizations, with cross-regional stakeholder exposure.
Solid track record in growth analytics or channel analysis — comfortable working with acquisition, retention, and channel performance data, and experience translating analytical work into growth decisions.
Perks & Benefits
Competitive total compensation package
L&D programs and Education subsidy for employees' growth and development
Various team building programs and company events
Wellness and meal allowances
Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
More that we love to tell you along the process!

Carazo Group is a luxury distribution business operating across 10+ countries. We work with premium brands and build long-term trade partnerships across international markets.
As we expand our international reach, we are looking for a B2B Trade Development Specialist to identify and develop new distributor and wholesale relationships across assigned territories. This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role for someone who is genuinely good at prospecting — someone who builds pipelines from scratch, not someone who manages inbound leads.
You will work directly with the Head of Sales and report to senior leadership, with real visibility and impact from day one.
What you will own:
Prospecting & Business Development
– Identify and approach new distributors and wholesalers through digital research, LinkedIn outreach, and cold outreach campaigns
– Build and manage a structured pipeline of qualified prospects using CRM tools
– Convert prospect relationships into active trade partnerships
Relationship Management
– Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with existing and new trade partners
– Present and promote the premium product portfolio to potential and current clients
– Manage ongoing communication and commercial development of your partner accounts
Market Coverage & Reporting
– Monitor territory performance and report on sales activity, pipeline status, and market trends
– Identify market opportunities, competitor activity, and emerging trends within the territory
– Attend international trade fairs and industry events to represent the company and develop leads
Internal Collaboration
– Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and compliance teams to ensure smooth partner onboarding and servicing
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
Minimum 2 years of B2B sales or business development experience, preferably in FMCG, tobacco, or a related trade industry
Proven prospecting skills — confident working through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and CRM tools without relying on inbound or a support team
Experience building and managing relationships with distributors or wholesalers
Strong negotiation and closing skills, with experience handling commercial agreements
Comfortable tracking KPIs, pipeline health, and territory performance
Fluent English, minimum C1 level (written and verbal)
Comfortable working fully on-site in Belgrade
Good to haves:
Previous international B2B sales experience across multiple countries or regions
Willingness to travel occasionally for trade fairs and client visits
Knowledge of German or Spanish
Experience with premium goods, luxury products, or tobacco
What Success Looks Like
A growing pipeline of qualified distributor and wholesale prospects from day one
New trade partnerships signed and successfully onboarded
Consistent CRM hygiene and accurate territory reporting
Expanding territory performance over the first 6–12 months
This role is not the right fit for you if your experience is exclusively in B2C or retail and you have never sold to distributors, or if you rely on inbound leads, a support team, or a lead generation function to fill your pipeline.
Benefits
We offer:
International Exposure
Work with trade partners and stakeholders across multiple countries, with real visibility into how a premium international distribution business operates.
Direct Access to Leadership
Work closely with the Head of Sales and senior leadership, with your results directly reflected in the company's growth.
Compensation
Competitive package based on experience and performance based commission.
Environment
International business exposure across 10+ markets
Structured, performance-driven culture
Opportunity to shape your territory and grow with the role
Location: United States; United Kingdom; Romania; Poland; Georgia; Spain

ABOUT YOU
We're looking for an entrepreneurial commercial leader to build Xsolla's brand partnerships business from the ground up.
This is not a traditional sales role. We're seeking someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys creating new revenue streams, and has experience bringing innovative advertising, commerce, loyalty, identity, and consumer engagement products to market.
You will work at the intersection of gaming, commerce, advertising, identity, and consumer engagement to help leading brands connect with millions of gamers through Xsolla's ecosystem.
The ideal candidate has experience selling into brands, agencies, loyalty teams, media buyers, retail marketers, and commerce organizations. They understand how to translate product capabilities into compelling business outcomes and are comfortable helping define both go-to-market strategy and product direction.
This role will be responsible for establishing Xsolla's brand-side commercial motion, identifying early lighthouse customers, developing strategic partnerships, and helping shape the next generation of Xsolla advertising and consumer products.
If you're excited about building a new business rather than inheriting one, we'd love to hear from you.
ABOUT US
Xsolla is a global commerce company with robust tools and services designed to help developers solve the inherent challenges of the video game industry. From indie to AAA, companies partner with Xsolla to help fund, distribute, market, and monetize their games.
Today, Xsolla powers commerce, payments, rewards, advertising, loyalty, identity, and engagement experiences for game developers worldwide. As we expand our consumer platform capabilities, we see a significant opportunity to help brands engage gaming audiences through meaningful value exchange, loyalty, rewards, identity, and commerce experiences.
Responsibilities:
Build Xsolla's Brand Commercial Business
Develop and execute Xsolla's brand-side commercial strategy.
Establish and scale a repeatable sales motion for brand partnerships.
Identify, prioritize, and close early lighthouse partnerships.
Build relationships with brands, agencies, loyalty platforms, retailers, and financial services companies.
Create scalable partnership frameworks that can grow into a global business.
Own Brand, Agency, Loyalty, and Consumer Partnerships
Serve as Xsolla's commercial leader for non-gaming and non-performance marketing demand partnerships.
Build relationships across brand marketing, media, CRM, loyalty, growth, and innovation teams.
Develop partnerships that drive value across Xsolla's advertising, rewards, identity, and commerce ecosystem.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
The Computer Use team teaches Claude to see and operate computer interfaces, and builds the agent harness and end-user products that turn that capability into real tools. The team sits inside Anthropic's research organization and closes the loop between product and model.
As a Product Engineer on this team, you'll own end-to-end delivery of our computer-use and browser-control product surfaces. You'll build across the full stack, from the user interface to the agent runtime to the backend services behind it. You'll work directly alongside researchers, with no layers between you and the model or the user.
This is a dynamic role in which priorities evolve frequently. Success depends on a high tolerance for ambiguity, the adaptability to shift focus as needs change, and the agility and discernment to continuously prioritize the highest impact work.
Key responsibilities
Own end-to-end delivery of computer-use and browser-control product surfaces: scope, build, ship, measure, and iterate
Diagnose and resolve reliability and robustness issues in the computer-use agent harness that block real-world usage
Partner with computer-use researchers
Partner with the Claude Cowork team on shared surfaces, integrations, and knowledge-worker workflows
Instrument products and use usage data to drive prioritization and measure progress
Translate fuzzy user pain points into concrete, shippable features for knowledge workers
Minimum qualifications
Experience building and shipping a product from zero to one with end-to-end ownership, as a founding or early engineer at a startup or with equivalent ownership inside a larger company
Strong full-stack engineering skills, including production web frontend and backend development
Hands-on experience building with LLM APIs, prompting, or agent frameworks
A track record of shipping to external users and iterating based on their feedback
Preferred qualifications
Strong product design instincts and the ability to produce a clean, usable interface without a dedicated designer
Experience with browser automation, desktop automation, or robotic process automation systems
Experience building evals or quality harnesses for machine learning systems
Comfort with lightweight data analysis, such as SQL, notebooks, and defining and tracking product metrics
Experience designing agent loops, tool integrations, or guardrails for LLM-based systems
Representative projects
Own and resolve the top reliability and robustness issues on the computer-control and browser-control product surfaces, with measurable improvement in task success rate
Take a net-new computer-use powered workflow from concept to external users, including instrumentation and a readout on usage
The annual compensation range for this role is listed below.

Logistics
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
Required field of study:
A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
Minimum years of experience:
Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position
Location-based hybrid policy:
Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices.
Visa sponsorship:
We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
For roles performing work in California:
We will consider for employment all qualified applicants, including those with arrest or conviction records or criminal histories, in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable state and local laws, including the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, the City of Los Angeles’ Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring Ordinance, the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers, and the California Fair Chance Act.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.
Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.
