- Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact - beyond your immediate role and responsibilities.

- Social travel: We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose.
- Annual team offsite: Each year, we bring your entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia, Italy and Cancún
- Co-working: If you’re not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for an experienced AI Safety Engineer to drive the deployment and operationalization of automated moderation and guardrail systems that protect our platform and users across a multimodal space, with a particular focus on detecting and preventing abuse of ElevenLabs' free tiers. You'll work alongside a team of ML and full stack engineers to build production-grade safety infrastructure from the ground up.
This is a product ownership role where you'll be responsible for end-to-end technical execution of our safety systems, from architecture to deployment and monitoring. You'll bridge the gap between ML research and production-grade systems, ensuring our safety infrastructure is robust, observable, and scalable.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Design and build scalable backend infrastructure for abuse detection, deploying AI/ML models into production systems
- Architect robust APIs, data pipelines, and service architectures supporting real-time and batch moderation workflows
- Implement comprehensive monitoring, alerting, and observability systems; establish SLIs, SLOs, and performance benchmarks
- Partner with ML engineers to translate research models into production-ready systems and integrate them across our product suite
- Drive technical decisions and contribute vision to the safety roadmap on how the next generation of platform guardrails should be built for scale and precision.
REQUIREMENTS
- Direct experience tackling free-tier abuse, fraud detection, or fake-account / bot farming at scale
- 6+ years of backend software engineering experience building production systems at scale
- Strong production backend experience: distributed systems, APIs, data pipelines, and Python expertise (asynchronous Python, backend frameworks)
- Infrastructure & DevOps proficiency: cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), containerization (Docker/K8s), CI/CD pipelines
- Observability mindset with experience in monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana) and building observable systems
- Track record of taking products or systems from 0→1 with measurable impact, including deploying or working alongside ML/AI systems in production
Bonus:
- Trust & Safety, Content Moderation, or Integrity engineering experience
- MLOps experience: deployment, monitoring, and versioning of ML models
- Experience with SQL, data analysis tools, real-time streaming systems (Kafka, Redis), or event-driven architectures
- Familiarity with React or modern frontend frameworks
LOCATION
This role is remote and can be executed globally. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in London, New York, San Francisco, and Warsaw.

This includes maintaining and improving the capitalization and depreciation policy for bikes, batteries, and spare parts, managing the fixed asset register, accounting for disposals and write-offs, and reconciling operational inventory records against the general ledger.
Budgeting and financial model. Maintain the company's financial model for internal planning purposes. Build the annual and quarterly budgets with department heads, track actual performance against plan, and variances with recommended corrective action.
Financial control. Build the financial control function: approval and authorization procedures, spend controls, segregation of duties, and regular controls over cash, receivables, and payables.
Team and external partners. Manage in-house accountants and the outsourced accounting firm, define the division of work between them, and hold both to agreed deadlines and quality standards.
Compliance and operations. Oversee payroll, multi-state tax registrations and filings, statutory reporting, and audit readiness. Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections, and payment processing operations.
Cross-functional Work

Experience with inventory and fixed asset accounting in a physical business.
Multi-state payroll and tax compliance experience.

Experience assessing vulnerabilities across several technology domains, such as operating systems, networks, cloud services, applications, endpoints, containers, databases, or hybrid infrastructure.
Experience with vulnerability discovery, assessment, validation, or exposure-management platforms and their supporting integrations.

ABOUT BASETEN
Baseten powers mission-critical inference for the world's most dynamic AI companies, like Cursor, Notion, OpenEvidence, Abridge, Clay, Gamma, and Writer. By uniting applied AI research, flexible infrastructure, and seamless developer tooling, we enable companies operating at the frontier of AI to bring cutting-edge models into production. We're growing quickly and recently raised our $1.5B Series F https://www.baseten.co/blog/announcing-our-series-f/, led by Altimeter Capital, Conviction Partners, and Spark Capital. Join us and help build the platform engineers turn to ship AI products.
THE ROLE
We're looking for a Solutions Product Marketing Manager to define and own Baseten's up-market, enterprise, and industries go-to-market strategy. You'll build the playbook that helps Baseten win large, complex deals and the vertical go-to-market strategies that let us compete in Financial Services, and Health & Life Sciences, and the use cases that scale across all of them.
This is a highly cross-functional, largely greenfield role. You'll partner closely with the Industries sales team, product marketing, demand gen, and executive leadership to build on our enterprise go to market motion.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Enterprise Deal Playbook & Buyer Enablement
- Build the enterprise deal playbook and full bill of materials (BOM) — pricing guides, one-pagers, TCO/ROI guides, landing pages, and event/field collateral — mapped to every stage of the buyer's journey
- Build the system for keeping every sales asset current — clear ownership, last-updated dates, and a refresh cadence
- Develop industry-specific event concepts featuring anchor customers and AI-native accounts to build credibility with target executive audiences
Vertical GTM & Industry Go-to-Market Kits
- Build vertical sales kits and ICP/positioning frameworks for priority industries
- Own industry-specific landing pages, messaging, and TCO guides, extrapolating from early AI-native accounts to larger enterprise targets
- Design and help launch ABM experiments in partnership with demand gen
Industries AE Enablement & Onboarding
- Design role-specific onboarding for Industries AEs, including certifications, customer-grounded scenarios, and async, refreshable content
- Build sales playbooks tied to real customer examples, and package assets into an AE-ready enablement motion (first call, competitive deals, legal/finance/procurement, TCO/ROI, self-hosted)
- Become a trusted partner to the industries team so onboarding and enablement stay grounded in what sellers actually need
REQUIREMENTS
- 6+ years in product marketing, solutions marketing, or a related GTM function, ideally at a technical or infrastructure company
- Experience building enterprise or vertical go-to-market motions — ICP definition, buyer journey mapping, and full-funnel sales collateral
- Comfort translating technical, infrastructure-heavy concepts (inference, self-hosted deployment, TCO/ROI) into narratives for both technical buyers and non-technical stakeholders like legal, finance, and procurement
- Track record designing and running sales enablement or onboarding programs for technical sellers
- Strong cross-functional coordination skills — you can pull together sales, customer marketing, demand gen, and executives around a shared plan
- Comfortable owning execution as well as strategy: landing pages, decks, one-pagers, and written content, not just frameworks
- Thrives in ambiguity — this role is about building the enterprise motion from a fairly blank slate
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in (or a fast ability to ramp on) financial services, manufacturing/industrial, or health/life sciences
- Experience running or contributing to a Customer Advisory Board or executive champion program
- Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure, inference, or developer tools
- Experience partnering with technology partners on co-marketing or joint events
BENEFITS
- Competitive compensation, including meaningful equity
- (U.S. only) 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employee and dependents
- Flexible PTO policy including company wide Winter Break (our offices are closed from Christmas Eve to New Year's Day!)
- Paid parental leave
- Fertility and family-building stipend through Carrot
- (U.S. only) Company-facilitated 401(k)
- Exposure to a variety of ML startups, offering unparalleled learning and networking opportunities.
Apply now to embark on a rewarding journey in shaping the future of AI! If you are a motivated individual with a passion for machine learning and a desire to be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team, we would love to hear from you.
At Baseten, we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or veteran status.
We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable law (by example, the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, where applicable).
