Collaborate directly with the founder to develop and test new ad creatives, hooks, and messaging angles.
Monitor budgets, pacing, and delivery to ensure optimal scaling and client ROI.
Document and systemize processes to ensure internal scalability and quality control.
Proactively identify underperforming accounts and implement solutions before they are flagged by leadership.

Proven experience managing $30k–$100k+ in monthly Meta ad spend across multiple accounts.
Extensive experience in the home services, home improvement, or contractor verticals.
Deep understanding of high-ticket, considered-purchase sales cycles and how to drive qualified inspections/applications.
Demonstrated ability to scale Meta campaigns profitably with a structured testing methodology.

Prior experience specifically within the insulation industry.
Advanced knowledge of funnel building and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Ability to stay ahead of Meta platform changes and implement shifts before they impact client performance.
