We are looking for a
Team Lead Software Engineer
(.NET)
.
Your main tasks will be:
Own delivery of the monolith-to-microservices modernization end-to-end — from legacy analysis through production release — with full visibility into pipeline status and risk.
Partner with Product and Architecture to review specs, map legacy dependencies, and turn that into estimates the team can actually hit.
Guide architectural decisions across .NET Core services, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and frontend integrations, and be the go-to for the hardest backend, data migration, and production incident calls.
Sharpen how the team works day-to-day — tighter task tracking in Jira, more accurate estimation, and a QA partnership that keeps bugs resolved fast and production stable.
Run regular 1-on-1s tied to real career goals, and drive the feedback and process changes that keep the team improving and engaged.
We expect from you:
Solid
.NET engineering background
with deep expertise in C#, .NET 8, and ASP.NET Core.
Deep understanding of web application architecture, REST APIs, the microservices pattern, message brokers (RabbitMQ), and
database design (PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server, Redis).
Practical experience with legacy system modernization, monorepo-to-microservices refactoring, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Ability to act as the technical escalation point for complex implementation, data migration, or performance issues.
Proven experience managing engineering teams — running 1-on-1s, performance reviews, and objective evaluations.
Strong track record in delivery management: task tracking in Jira, process discipline, and hitting internal deadlines with predictable releases.
Experience reviewing business specs, assessing technical feasibility, and providing high-level estimates — partnering closely with PM and product to keep engineering output aligned with product goals.

Who We Are
At OKX, we believe that the future will be reshaped by crypto, and ultimately contribute to every individual's freedom. OKX is a leading crypto exchange, and the developer of OKX Wallet, giving millions access to crypto trading and decentralized crypto applications (dApps). OKX is also a trusted brand by hundreds of large institutions seeking access to crypto markets. We are safe and reliable, backed by our Proof of Reserves. Across our multiple offices globally, we are united by our core principles:
We Before Me
,
Do the Right Thing
, and
Get Things Done
. These shared values drive our culture, shape our processes, and foster a friendly, rewarding, and diverse environment for every OK-er. OKX is part of OKG, a group that brings the value of Blockchain to users around the world, through our leading products OKX, OKX Wallet, OKLink and more.
About the Opportunity
We’re looking for a Senior Visual Designer to join the Visual System Team, the team responsible for how OKX looks and feels across every product surface, including mobile and web. You’ll work at the intersection of brand expression and product design, crafting the visual layer that makes OKX products feel distinctive, coherent, and trusted.
This isn’t a role where you receive a finalized wireframe and simply apply a visual layer. You’ll be involved early, shaping how features are visually conceived, how brand moments are integrated into product flows, and how visual systems scale across an ecosystem of products used by millions.
You’ll work within OKX’s Visual Systems infrastructure alongside the Design System and Content System teams, contributing to scalable visual frameworks including illustration guidelines, motion principles, iconography standards, and brand-in-product patterns that raise quality across the entire product.
What You’ll Be Doing
Design product visual experiences.
Create high-quality visual and UI designs for OKX products across trading, wallet, payments, and social features. Own the visual execution of key product surfaces, from concept through to pixel-perfect delivery. Balance beauty with clarity in a domain where trust and usability are non-negotiable.
Contribute to visual systems.
Work within and contribute to OKX’s visual systems, including shared illustration styles, motion tokens, color systems, iconography, layout patterns, UI components, and design tokens. Your work should strengthen the system, not create one-off exceptions. Think in terms of reusable, scalable assets and patterns, not just individual
Bridge brand and product.
Translate brand direction into in-product visual experiences. Work with the Brand Design team to ensure that visual identity is consistent from marketing to core product, while adapting it thoughtfully to product goals, user needs, and performance metrics. You’ll help create room for the product’s own visual expression without going off-brand.
Design product campaigns and key moments.
Create engaging visual experiences for in-product campaigns, launches, and feature moments. These should feel distinctive and expressive while remaining native to the product experience and aligned with the broader brand.
Use AI tools in your design workflow.
Actively integrate AI into your daily practice using generative tools for ideation, exploration, variation, prototyping, and asset production. You’re expected to experiment with AI-assisted workflows and bring what works back to the team. This is a core part of how we work, not an optional extra.
Collaborate cross-functionally.
Partner with product designers, engineers, and product managers to ensure visual design decisions are grounded in user needs and technically feasible. Participate in design reviews, give and receive critique constructively, and communicate your rationale clearly.
Pitch and present.
Propose creative concepts to team leads and stakeholders. Articulate the reasoning behind visual choices, not just what you designed, but why it is the right solution for the user and the brand.
What We Look For In You
4–6 years of experience in visual design, UI design, a digital-focused role within a brand team, or a related discipline, with a portfolio demonstrating strong craft, modern taste, and attention to detail.
Experience taking product experiences from wireframes to polished, production-ready UI. You understand how visual design supports usability, hierarchy, trust, product goals, and measurable outcomes, not just aesthetics.
Strong UI and digital design fundamentals across product, responsive web, and mobile experiences. Mobile-first experience is essential.
Exceptional visual craft across typography, color, composition, layout, interaction, and detail. You have a clear point of view, make thoughtful design decisions, and care about the polish that separates good from great.
Experience creating or contributing to scalable design systems. You understand tokens, components, patterns, and how to create a coherent visual language across a product.
Comfortable working at the intersection of brand and product. You can translate brand direction into product experiences that meet user and business needs while leaving room for distinctive product expression.
AI-forward in your practice. You actively use generative tools for ideation, exploration, prototyping, and production, and are excited to experiment with new workflows. You use AI with strong creative judgment, refining outputs rather than relying on unedited generated assets, and look for ways to make visual work more scalable.
A clear, collaborative communicator who can articulate design rationale and work effectively with product designers, engineers, product managers, and Brand Design.
Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools, with the ability to communicate interaction and motion intent through high-fidelity prototypes.
Experience creating light animation is a strong plus. Experience with 3D software or a genuine willingness to learn is also highly valued.
What Sets You Apart
Experience designing for fintech, crypto, or trading platforms — you understand the visual language of trust, precision, and data density.
Strong visual. illustration and interaction idea skills — you can create original visual assets, not just compose them.
An exceptional eye for layout, composition, and hierarchy. You can turn ideas into clear, high-quality visual solutions quickly and decisively.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, balancing speed with a high bar for craft and attention to detail.
Experience working with globally distributed teams across offices and time zones.
Familiarity with how visual design integrates with front-end implementation. You understand CSS, design tokens, and component architecture well enough to collaborate effectively with engineers.

Company Description
We’re http://checkout.comCheckout.com http://Checkout.com. You might not know our name, but companies like eBay, Spotify, Klarna, Uber, and Sony do, because we’re behind many of the digital experiences you use every day.
We are where the world checks out, enabling over 10 billion transactions yearly for more than one billion global shoppers.
Whether you want to book a holiday, order food, renew a subscription, or check out online, there’s a good chance our tech powers the payments behind the scenes. Our platform helps the most ambitious businesses deliver effortless digital experiences, at scale.
If you want to do career-defining work, you’ve come to the right place. We move fast, think globally, and believe great teams are built by hiring exceptional people with conviction, curiosity, and the desire to make an impact.
With 20 offices across six continents and London as our HQ, we’re shaping the future of fintech – and we’re just getting started.
Checkout.com http://Checkout.com is looking for an ambitious Senior Engineering Manager to join our Disputes team. Our mission is to build the tools, services, and models that help merchants manage and win disputes at scale - reducing the cost and operational burden of chargebacks while protecting revenue for our merchants and our business.
Disputes sit at the intersection of merchant-facing products, complex scheme and regulatory processes, and data-driven decisioning. Our team owns the full stack, anchored by a .NET back end that manages the dispute lifecycle and integrates with card schemes, alongside the front-end experiences merchants use to track and respond to disputes and the machine learning models that predict outcomes and recommend the best action on every case.
We're building for scale, and that scale brings ambiguity, shifting priorities, and the occasional setback - so we're looking for a resilient leader who has built and sustained high-performing teams, learned from failure, and come back stronger. Above all, you'll be someone who drives predictable delivery and operational efficiency: shipping consistently, running systems reliably, and continuously improving how the team works. The ideal candidate has operated across both enterprise and scale-up environments and has a proven track record of driving growth within large, complex, regulated organisations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team centred on a .NET back end, with front-end and machine learning components, helping engineers establish and validate their understanding of technical architecture and design end-user-centric systems and tools.
- Own predictable, high-velocity delivery — establishing healthy engineering practices, sensible estimation, and a smooth path from idea to production so the team ships consistently and sustainably.
- Drive operational efficiency and reliability by automating processes — including monitoring and alerting — meeting SLAs/SLOs, reducing operational cost, and minimising toil to keep the team focused on high-value work rather t
- Continuously improve delivery and operational metrics (e.g. cycle time, deployment frequency, change failure rate, and incident response), using data to identify bottlenecks and raises the bar over time.
- Manage team engineers across various seniority levels and disciplines while staying hands-on when needed. Cultivate an inclusive environment where every team member feels they belong, and mentors them in both their career development and interpersonal skills. Make a good team great, and keep it great..
- Oversee quarterly execution of roadmap delivery, ensuring the team stays focused on the right priorities and manages efficiently through dependencies and cross-functional hurdles.
- Collaborate across Engineering, Product, and Operations to deliver solutions for merchant and internal dispute use cases.
- Build and strengthen relationships with engineers, managers, and people leads across multiple teams.
- Operating in a highly regulated financial space, ensure compliance with a range of control frameworks — from internal stakeholders such as InfoSec and Internal
- Audit, to external auditors, card schemes, and regulators.
- Oversee the responsible use of machine learning and AI in dispute decisioning, leading the team to develop the infrastructure, tooling, and governance required to run models safely and at scale in production.
About You
- A resilient leader who has learned from setbacks and failures and consistently comes back stronger, keeping teams steady and delivering through periods of change and ambiguity.
- You thrive on pace. You're energised by a high-growth environment, comfortable making decisions with imperfect information, and you keep the team moving and shipping when priorities shift under you.
- A proven track record of driving predictable delivery and operational efficiency — improving throughput, reliability, and the team's cost of operation, and using metrics to back it up.
- Proven experience building, growing, and sustaining high-performing engineering teams over time — not just standing them up.
- Experience across both enterprise and scale-up environments, with a demonstrated track record of driving growth and delivery within large, complex, regulated organisations.
- A strong back-end engineering background, ideally in .NET / C#, leading teams building scalable, event-driven services and APIs. Comfortable also overseeing front-end and machine learning work, able to earn credibility and make sound trade-offs across disciplines even where you aren't the deepest expert.
- Able to partner with Product Management to assess technical feasibility, provide capacity estimates, and balance new features against architectural health.
- Excellent time management and proactive problem-solving skills.
Technologies we work with
- Back end (primary): .NET / C#, REST APIs, event-driven and microservice architectures.
- Front end: React, TypeScript.
- Machine learning: Python, model training and serving, and the infrastructure to run models in production.
- Data & platform: SQL, plus experience designing batch and stream data-processing systems.
- Cloud & tooling: AWS and/or GCP, Docker, Terraform, and observability tooling such as Datadog.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes, Kafka, and CI/CD pipelines is highly beneficial.

The Role
We’re looking for a highly meticulous
UI Technical Artist
who bridges the gap between UI/UX design and Unity implementation, with an uncompromising commitment to visual precision.
In this role, you’ll bring user interfaces to life through flawless technical setup, UI motion design, and polished micro-interactions.
We need a candidate who truly aims for pixel-perfect fidelity. Someone who cares deeply about aligning margins, font rendering, anchoring, and visual feedback down to the exact pixel, while maintaining a strong animation sense and high visual polish.
What You'll Do
Pixel-Perfect UI Implementation in Unity:
Translate 2D design layouts into Unity UI with relentless accuracy, ensuring exact spacing, scale, typography, and responsiveness across varying resolutions.
UI Motion & Animation Design:
Design, animate, and fine-tune UI transitions, dynamic menus, and micro-interactions using Unity Timeline, Animator, Spine 2D, or tweening packages, with a sharp eye for weight, timing, and easing.
Visual Feedback:
Elevate the player experience by crafting crisp visual feedback using lightweight shaders (Shader Graph), UI particle systems, and subtle motion effects that feel satisfying and responsive.
Precision Asset Management & Optimization:
Set up dynamic anchoring, Sprite Atlases, text rendering (TextMeshPro), and UI prefabs to maintain visual perfection without compromising game performance or draw call limits.
Design & Engineering Alignment:
Serve as the visual quality gatekeeper by collaborating closely with UI/UX designers to honor their visual vision and working with engineers to tie UI elements into game logic seamlessly.
Maintain High UI Standards:
Establish robust, scalable UI structures, prefabs, and workflow guidelines that ensure consistency and visual rigor across our entire game portfolio.
What We're Looking For
Uncompromising Eye for Precision:
A relentless commitment to pixel perfection, sharp detail, and visual accuracy when translating static or prototype designs into live, in-engine UI.
Solid Unity UI Implementation Skills:
Proven hands-on experience building, structuring, and optimizing UI Canvas setups in Unity.
Strong Animation & Motion Sense:
Deep understanding of timing, curve dynamics, and movement principles tailored specifically to menu transitions, UI states, and player feedback.
Technical UI Asset Knowledge:
Expertise in preparing UI assets, slice/9-grid setups, Sprite Atlases, TextMeshPro configurations, and clean prefab architecture.
UI FX Capabilities:
Practical experience creating UI feedback effects using particle systems, shaders (Shader Graph), or vector-based UI techniques.
Nice to Have
Basic scripting knowledge in C# to trigger UI animations or prototype layout behavior independently.
We Offer
Competitive compensation package.
Flexible working hours and vacation policy.
Product-driven culture that treasures talents and individual growth.
