Location: Remote Ireland
What We Do:
Cybercrime is growing, and more businesses are getting hit by threats that used to target only the biggest organizations. That pushes defenders like us to operate at the highest level, and it deepens our need for good people who want to make a meaningful impact.
Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress is a remote-first team working to make enterprise-grade cybersecurity accessible to businesses of all sizes. We work closely with security teams and service providers protecting complex environments, often without the time or headcount to handle it all. That’s why we build our technology in-house and back it with a 24/7 human-led Security Operations Center (SOC). As a result, our platform is never disconnected from the experts who manage it, ensuring our customers' protection.
Huntress now secures more than 6M endpoints and 17M identities worldwide. Those numbers keep growing because more businesses rely on us to help carry the load and operate with more confidence. Every day, you can see that commitment in how we stand with our customers and how we show up for each other.
Reports to: Manager, Sales Development - EMEA
Location: Remote Ireland
Compensation Range: €54,000 base with on-target earnings at €72,000 plus equity
What You'll Do:
Huntress is looking for a talented and passionate Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help fuel our continued growth. In this role, you will open doors for the Account Executive team by building relationships with managed service providers (MSPs) and managed security service providers (MSSPs), earning trust quickly, and turning early conversations into qualified meetings that move the pipeline forward. You are outcome-obsessed in how you work, with a clear eye on the right next step, the right partner fit, and the follow-through it takes to create real pipeline impact.
In the daily rhythm of prospecting into the MSP and MSSP space, you bring warrior spirit. You stay steady through rejection, keep your standards high, and come back sharper on the next call. You also give a sh*t about the people on the other end of the phone, leading with honesty, curiosity, and respect as you help prospective partners understand the value Huntress can deliver to their business and their customers.
Responsibilities:
Establish rapport and trust with managed service provider (MSP) and managed security service provider (MSSP) prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn to understand their business and their fit with Huntress.
Set qualified meetings within our ideal customer profile by following best practices and standard processes.
Generate and qualify net-new accounts and work inbound opportunities to create a pipeline for the Account Executive team.
Use clear, value-driven messaging to build interest in Huntress and answer prospect questions with honesty, professionalism, and empathy.
Research accounts, document prospecting activity, and qualification notes in CRM, and maintain strong data hygiene.
Use AI tools with good judgment to support account research, call prep, and message drafting in your day-to-day work.
Keep improving your cold calling, messaging, and pipeline management skills through training, feedback, and repetition.
What You Bring to the Team:
8+ months of experience in a quota-carrying outbound B2B SaaS sales role.
Experience with outbound cold calling.
Strong time management and the ability to prioritize competing tasks.
Comfort working across CRM, prospecting tools, and multiple systems at the same time.
Attention to detail when taking notes, setting meetings, and following the process.
A coachable mindset and a genuine interest in continuing to grow your sales and cybersecurity knowledge.
Curiosity about AI and the judgment to use it in practical ways that help you work faster and smarter in your day-to-day.

100% remote work environment - since our founding in 2015
New starter home office set up allowance (€480)
Generous personal leave entitlements
Digital monthly reimbursement (€111)

That’s why we build our technology in-house and back it with a 24/7 human-led Security Operations Center (SOC). As a result, our platform is never disconnected from the experts who manage it, ensuring our customers' protection.
Huntress now secures more than 6M endpoints and 17M identities worldwide. Those numbers keep growing because more businesses rely on us to help carry the load and operate with more confidence. Every day, you can see that commitment in how we stand with our customers and how we show up for each other.

About Nebius:
Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.
Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.
Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.
The role
We are looking for a Senior Supply Chain Manager to own the hardware pipeline behind our data center buildout. You'll source strategically, negotiate directly with manufacturers, and build the processes and supplier relationships that let us scale. The function is still young — the systems you design now will define how Nebius buys hardware for years.
Your responsibilities will include:
Own hardware sourcing end to end: from requirement and RFQ through negotiation, ordering, and delivery to data center sites in the US.
Manage supplier relationships across distributors, ODMs and manufacturers for servers and GPU racks, network equipment, optics and cables, mechanicals, power,
and other data center IT equipment — and grow our qualified supplier base.
Run quote and total-cost analyses across vendors; drive pricing, lead time, and terms negotiations on high-value programs.
Work daily with engineering, finance, logistics, and data center operations to keep deployments on schedule.
Build the dashboards, tooling, and processes that make the supply chain function scale with the company
We expect you to have:
8+ years in hardware supply chain, procurement, or strategic sourcing, including hands-on sourcing in at least one of: network equipment (switches), optics and cables (transceivers, DAC/AOC), mechanicals (racks, rails, enclosures), or power (rack PDUs, power shelves, busbars).
A track record of negotiating directly with hardware manufacturers or distributors, with an existing supplier network.
Strong analytical skills — you compare quotes apples to apples, model total cost, and back decisions with data.
Comfort with ambiguity and speed: priorities shift, timelines are aggressive, and you'll often be building the process as you run it.
Clear communicator across technical and business teams.
It will be
an added bonus
if you have:
Understanding of Netsuite.
Why it matters:
This is a rare opportunity to step in at a formative moment — to shape the systems and processes that will define how we scale. It’s a high-impact role, visible across the company, and essential to our success.
Key employee benefits in the US:
Health insurance:
100% company-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and families.
401(k) plan:
Up to 4% company match with immediate vesting.
Parental leave:
20 weeks paid for primary caregivers, 12 weeks for secondary caregivers.
Remote work reimbursement:
Up to $85/month for mobile and internet.
Disability & life insurance
: Company-paid short-term, long-term and life insurance coverage.
Compensation
We offer competitive salaries ranging from $115K to $275K OTE, which includes base salary and performance bonus. Equity in the form of RSUs may be available at certain salary grades.
What we offer
Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
Opportunities for professional growth within Nebius.
Hybrid working arrangements.
A dynamic and collaborative work environment that values initiative and innovation.
We’re growing and expanding our products every day. If you’re up to the challenge and are excited about AI and ML as much as we are, join us!
Benefits & Perks:
Competitive compensation
Career growth and learning opportunities
Flexibility and ownership
Collaborative and innovative culture

We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, ancestry, age, disability, genetic information, marital status, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
Applicants must be authorized to work in the country in which they apply and will be required to provide proof of employment eligibility as a condition of hire.
