About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic's Environments organization builds and maintains the infrastructure that improves Claude’s capabilities through reinforcement learning. That includes the frameworks researchers use to build environments and the infrastructure responsible for running them. The team's mission is to productionize research. You'll embed with research teams, get up to speed on how they work, and design the frameworks and APIs that let them move faster, building systems the team can understand, own, and maintain themselves. Scope also includes keeping production RL runs healthy, maintainable, monitored, and easy to triage.
You'll be a strong fit if you have deep expertise in Python, a refined sense of taste for API and framework design, and good intuition for how complex systems fail, especially silently. It's a bonus if you've built and operated a stateful distributed system, such as a workflow engine, actor framework, or durable-execution runtime, where correctness depends on getting shared state and recovery right. You should be comfortable diving into messy research code, finding the abstractions that matter, and improving them incrementally while researchers continue to build on your work. You should also be comfortable using AI tools to accelerate your own development, but have an impulse towards deep verification.
Key responsibilities
Design widely used APIs, frameworks, and abstractions that other engineers and researchers build on, making correct usage the default and ruling out entire classes of errors structurally
Own the platform layers that sit beneath every environment, including the agent runtime
Build the tooling that lets environment owners understand, debug, and maintain their environments in production without needing an infrastructure engineer in the loop
Embed with research teams on a rotational basis, work directly in their codebases without slowing down the research they support, and transfer ownership when you rotate off
Anticipate silent failure modes and prevent them structurally through type safety, well-designed invariants, targeted testing, and refactors that reduce the room for correctness issues
Drive adoption of new frameworks across the organization, including deprecations and cutovers
Help define the engineering standards, review practices, and design patterns for a new team, and mentor researchers and engineers in adopting them
Minimum qualifications
Deep expertise in Python, including static typing, safe async and concurrency patterns, and writing performant code
Strong taste in API and framework design, the ability to explain why an interface is right or wrong rather than just recognizing it, and a track record of other engineers or teams adopting and building on frameworks you have built
Experience designing or operating stateful concurrent or distributed systems, and reasoning carefully about failure, retries, idempotency, and consistency
A habit of verification: you measure before you conclude, and you build the checks that let a system show it's correct
Experience working productively in large, evolving, or research-style codebases that you didn't originally write
Strong written and verbal communication with collaborators of varied engineering backgrounds, and comfort with ambiguity: able to scope your own work from a loosely defined problem and drive it to a maintainable outcome
Preferred qualifications
Experience building infrastructure, tooling, or frameworks for machine learning research or RL workflows, and familiarity with agentic systems or LLM training pipelines
Experience building agent frameworks, orchestration engines, or multi-agent systems, including checkpoint and restore, replay, and coordination of long-running stateful processes
Experience using AI coding tools on code where correctness matters, with good judgment about what to delegate and how to make the results verifiable
Experience building client libraries or SDKs on top of sandboxed, containerized, or remote execution platforms
Experience with large-scale data processing, dataset lifecycle management, or data lineage systems
Experience designing serialization schemes, plugin systems, or extensible class hierarchies used across an organization
Experience embedding with or consulting for other teams and handing off systems for others to own, or defining code standards adopted across teams, or prior experience as a technical lead
Representative projects
These are examples of the challenges the team tackles:
Design a base RL environment abstraction that can be subclassed to support the large majority of environments built across RL
Redesign the model-tool interface for sandboxed agentic environments so that state is guaranteed to survive serialization, making it structurally impossible to write a tool that silently loses state
Design the state-sharing and recovery model for multi-agent workloads, so that losing a sandbox partway through a task becomes a transparent resume rather than lost work
Define the failure and retry model for a sandboxed execution platform, distinguishing infrastructure faults from genuine task outcomes so that each is handled correctly
Build the tooling that lets an environment owner diagnose why their environment is unhealthy in a production run, and fix it themselves

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.
Come work with us!
Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues.

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.
Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact.
During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the role
Fivetran + dbt Labs is hiring a Senior Manager to lead the Product Design team responsible for dbt Labs. This role reports to the Director of Product Design.
This is an exciting time to join! As Fivetran and dbt Labs come together, you will help shape a coherent product experience, guide the design team through change, and influence the future of AI-powered data products. You will join a strong and talented design organization whose members care deeply about their craft, the practitioners they serve, and one another.
This is a people management and product leadership role for a design leader who wants to shape technical data products at scale. You will manage and develop a team of product designers, shape the UX strategy for dbt products, and partner with Product and Engineering leaders to define how data teams build, transform, govern, and trust their data. You will lead through strategy, coaching, direction, and cross-functional partnership.
What you'll do
Lead the dbt product design team
You will manage and coach a team of product designers who work across dbt platform and CLI-based products. Designers own the full design process from problem definition and research to UX/UI and partnering with eng/PM through delivery. You will build a culture where designers feel supported, challenged, and empowered to do thoughtful, high-quality work for deeply technical users. You will set clear expectations, give actionable feedback, support career growth, and create the conditions for strong design craft.
Own UX strategy for dbt
You will define and drive UX strategy across dbt’s product experience. You will identify the highest-impact experience opportunities, connect design priorities to product outcomes, and partner with Product and Engineering leadership as a strategic peer in roadmap and product direction conversations.
Provide design direction for technical data products
You will set direction for design work across complex workflows used by technical practitioners. You do not need to be an engineer, but you do need enough technical fluency to understand the domain, evaluate tradeoffs, and partner credibly with engineering leaders. You should be comfortable discussing data workflows, ELT, analytics engineering, developer tools, and infrastructure-oriented product experiences.
Shape AI and agentic product experiences
You will lead design strategy for AI-powered and agentic experiences within dbt. This requires more than adding AI features to existing workflows. You will help the team design systems that make AI assistance understandable, useful, and safe for high-stakes technical work. As dbt builds experiences where both humans and AI agents interact with the same data infrastructure, you will also think about how product surfaces need to work for both personas.
Help integrate Fivetran and dbt Labs design
You will play an important role in co-creating a unified product experience and design culture. This is a change-leadership role. You will partner with the Director of Product Design to merge systems, processes, and culture. You will help designers navigate a new organizational context, build strong cross-functional relationships, and create clarity during a period of product and company evolution.
Build an AI-native design operating model
You will operationalize AI across the design lifecycle (from research synthesis and ideation to prototyping, documentation, and design QA). You will establish shared workflows, quality standards, and review practices that help the team move faster without compromising product quality or consistency. In partnership with the Director of Product Design and Product and Engineering leadership, you will also define cross-functional standards for when AI-generated work requires design review, ensuring clear expectations for human oversight, quality, and continuous improvement.
What we're looking for
Required experience
You have 8+ years of product design experience and at least 5 years managing product designers.
Strong people management skills, including coaching, performance development, direct feedback, and team culture building.
Strong cross-functional leadership with Product, Engineering, Research, Data, Marketing, and executive stakeholders.
Deep care for craft, with a leadership style focused on direction, critique, strategy, and coaching rather than acting as the primary IC designer.
Designing for, or leading teams that design for, technically complex products such as ELT, data infrastructure, analytics engineering, developer tools, cloud platforms, data governance, observability, or adjacent enterprise infrastructure products.
Designing AI-powered or agentic product experiences. You understand the difference between a lightweight AI feature, a copilot, and an agentic workflow.
Experience operationalizing AI workflows for product design teams that goes way beyond AI prototyping. You have defined how designers use AI across the design lifecycle and have established the workflows, standards, review practices, and quality thresholds needed to make AI-assisted work effective at team scale.
Owning UX strategy for a meaningful product area. You can show how your design strategy influenced product direction, not just how your team delivered screens.
Strong technical fluency. You can reason about complex systems, understand engineering constraints, and discuss tradeoffs with Product and Engineering partners.
Experience designing for expert technical users such as data engineers, analytics engineers, software engineers, platform teams, or security teams.

As our Cloud Hyperscaler Readiness Lead, you’ll build scalable programs to set our cloud partners (AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure) up for success. You will support the global sales teams across our cloud partners with content, training, and programming, working closely with Anthropic’s Product Marketing,Partner Enablement, and Cloud Partnership teams. Your job is to develop and curate the right material on a rapid cadence, and to tailor content for each audience, ensuring that the messages, formats, and channels each cloud uses to upskill their sellers and solutions architects can position and deploy Claude with confidence. You’ll stay close to our GTM teams, using what our co-sellers are hearing in the field to sharpen what you build and how it lands. This role is the connective tissue that helps diverse audiences across all our cloud partners understand not just what Claude does but also why it matters to the customers they serve.
Responsibilities
Land our mission and differentiation.
You'll make sure Anthropic's mission and our approach to safe, responsible frontier AI show up accurately and consistently wherever cloud sellers encounter us, so the case for Anthropic as the enterprise's trusted AI partner is clear. When positioning changes, you'll get the update into the right channels quickly and retire what's out of date.
Ensure internal and external readiness.
You'll shape our certifications and scaled training for the way each cloud learns and upskills its people. You won’t simply rinse-and-repeat known patterns; instead, you’ll shape programs that fit each provider's world and map to how its marketplace and co-sell mechanics actually work. Internally, you'll enable Anthropic’s field team to be aware of products and programs and effectively engage CSP partners.
Connect the field to the content.
You'll pair internal assets with what our GTM team are hearing in customer conversations, and turn that traction into co-sell plays and assets the next hundred sellers can use without anyone from our team in the room.
Measuring Impact.
You'll define the signals that connect this work to partner-sourced pipeline, deal velocity, and seller engagement, watch what's actually changing seller behavior, and adjust based on what you see.
You may be a good fit if you have
A working understanding of how Cloud Service Providers go to market
Deep understanding of what motivates sellers, and how to land a message so it gets retained
A track record of taking a narrative or asset to scale through channels you don't own, and showing what changed because of it
Excellent program management skills, a systems mindset, and comfort operating in ambiguity against a fast launch cadence
Experience pairing marketing and enablement content with field feedback to build plays, assets, and/or repeatable programs for internal and external teams
A background in product marketing, partner or channel marketing, sales enablement, or co-sell program management. (We’re also very happy to hear from you if you come from a non-traditional background!)
The ability to make safety and responsibility a credible, compelling part of a commercial story, and genuine interest in Anthropic's mission
Strong presence in front of an audience, from a live seller call to a room of technical and commercial people at once
The ability to influence people you don't manage, across Anthropic and inside large partner organizations
Willingness to dive in and figure out what needs to be done, often without concrete guidance or a large supporting team
Strong candidates may also have
Experience with marketplace and/or reseller motions
Experience shaping positioning and differentiation for enterprise buyers
Experience launching technical products or platform capabilities through a channel or partner ecosystem
Hands-on familiarity with LLM and AI developer tooling, or a demonstrated ability to get technical quickly in a new domain
Experience using AI in your own day-to-day workflows to extend your scale and reach
Familiarity with LMS and partner portal platforms

We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification.

WHO ARE WE?
Cohere is the leading security-first enterprise AI company. We build cutting-edge foundation AI models and end-to-end products that are designed to solve real-world business problems.
We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that.
We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft.
We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us!
Why this role?
We are on a mission to build machines that understand the world and make them safely accessible to all. Data quality is foundational to this process. Machines (or Large Language Models, to be exact) learn in similar ways to humans, by way of feedback. By labelling, ranking, auditing, and correcting model output, you will improve Large Language Models' performance for iterations to come, thus having a lasting impact on Cohere's technology. We are hiring Generalist professionals with broad backgrounds that span multiple consumer-facing or personal domains.
This is a judgment-driven role, not passive data entry. You will review, assess, and provide structured feedback across a broad and evolving range of tasks, evaluating, stress-testing, and improving our models on English-language data spanning multiple modalities (text, image, and structured formats such as JSON, CSV/TSV, and Markdown). This is a great opportunity for professionals with strong analytical skills to contribute to high-impact annotation projects.
Please Note: This is a part-time independent contractor position available within Canada only. We seek candidates who can commit to 16 hours per week at a CAD $30/hour contract rate. This role is BYOD 💻 (Bring Your Own Device, laptop). This position is remote.
As an Data Annotation Specialist, you will:
- Evaluate and rank model outputs: Complete preference and comparison tasks, assessing which responses best conform to project guidelines for accuracy, helpfulness, tone, and safety, and writing clear justifications for your judgments.
- Stress-test and break models: Probe models adversarially to surface failure modes, unsafe behavior, and capability gaps, and document reproducible cases that engineering and research teams can act on.
- Create datasets: Author high-quality prompts, responses, and exemplars to build training and evaluation datasets, following detailed specifications and editing machine-written or human-written outputs to standard.
- Build and apply rubrics and taxonomies: Contribute to the design of grading criteria and rubrics, then apply them consistently to produce structured, high-quality annotations across task types.
- Annotate and correct multimodal data: Label, audit, and rectify inaccuracies across text, image, and structured data, maintaining a high standard of data integrity and accuracy.
- Calibrate and maintain consistency: Participate in calibration exercises and inter-annotator agreement checks to align on standards, and flag ambiguous or uncovered edge cases rather than guessing, since a single misjudgment replicated at scale degrades a model.
- Adapt to experimental work: Take on new and evolving task types as project needs shift, applying sound judgment in areas where guidelines are still being developed.
- Report on model performance: Surface and communicate quality and performance trends in model and agent behavior, giving cross-functional partners clear, well-evidenced feedback on where models succeed, fail, and degrade.
You may be a good fit if you have:
- 1+ years of experience in AI data annotation, LLM evaluation, content moderation, research, or a related analytical role, with exposure to quality assurance, and/or preference ranking.
- Experience applying detailed guidelines to complex and often ambiguous content, with strong contextual and sociocultural judgment, sensitivity to nuance, tone, and register, and the ability to reason well in cases where there is no single correct answer.
- Comfort with ambiguity: a willingness to flag unclear or uncovered edge cases rather than guess, and to work productively on novel, experimental tasks whose definitions are still evolving.
- A sharp, curious eye for inconsistencies, subtle errors, and model failure modes, including the instinct to probe models adversarially and surface where they break. Familiarity with how large language models behave, such as hallucination, sycophancy, and instruction-following gaps, is a plus.
- Excellent command of written English and strong reading comprehension, with the ability to clearly justify your evaluations, including why an output is correct or incorrect, high-quality or low-quality, and to write clear prompts and exemplars that explain your reasoning. Bonus points if you are fluent in another language!
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, with the ability to maintain consistency across high-volume and monotonous tasks.
- Comfort working with annotation platforms and structured formats such as JSON, CSV/TSV, Markdown, XML, and YAML.
- Strong execution in a remote environment, including good time management, comfort using new tools, and the ability to work independently in a global, asynchronous team.
Candidate Journey
- Initial Screening: Our Talent Team will review your application.
- First Assessment: If selected to move forward, you’ll receive a multiple-choice assessment by email.
- Second Assessment: Candidates who achieve a passing score will be contacted by a member of our team to complete a more comprehensive assessment focused on their area of expertise.
- Video Screen: If selected to move forward, you’ll have a short video call with a member of our Operations Team.
- Final: Selected candidates will receive an Independent Contractor Agreement.
As an independent contractor, you maintain control over how you complete your work and may work with multiple clients simultaneously, although we ask you to declare if any of these are with a direct competitor of Cohere and maintain IP confidentiality of the Cohere project. Independent contractors are not eligible for health benefits or other benefits provided to employees. Compensation for services is provided to contractors by contractors invoicing for services provided pursuant to the terms of our agreement with the contractor.
It is important to understand that as an independent contractor, continuous work is not guaranteed. The client-contractor relationship is fundamentally project-based, meaning engagements may be temporary, periodic, or intermittent based on our organizational needs and project availability. As an independent contractor, you should anticipate fluctuations in workflow and, therefore, compensation for services when Cohere does not require as many hours of services in a week.
Prospective candidates, please be advised: this role involves working with human-generated and model-generated tasks that may involve exposure to not safe for work (NSFW) text content as part of data annotation tasks, including explicit, offensive, or other inappropriate material.

COMPANY DESCRIPTION
Today, when you go to your doctor and get referred to a specialist, your doctor sends out a referral and tells you, “They’ll be in touch soon.” So you wait. And wait. Sometimes days, weeks, or even months. Why? Because too often providers are overwhelmed with the painstakingly tedious work required to get paid by insurance companies. Powered by proprietary models, Tennr handles the complex paperwork that gets patients through the door and providers paid, helping operators get patients the right care, at the right time, in the right setting.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As an Enterprise Solutions Engineer, you’ll lead the design, delivery, and ongoing optimization of automation solutions for Tennr’s most complex customers — large-scale health systems, national provider groups, and enterprise partners. This is a highly technical, strategic, and customer-facing role that demands deep domain fluency, executive presence, and strong systems thinking.
You’ll own enterprise-scale implementations end-to-end: from pre-sale discovery and business case alignment to go-live and expansion. You’ll act as both a trusted technical advisor and a project lead, working closely with senior customer stakeholders and cross-functional teams at Tennr to ensure lasting success.
This role sits within a high-performance implementation pod and directly influences Tennr’s go-to-market and product strategy.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead end-to-end enterprise implementations, from discovery to post-go-live
- Align cross-functional teams and manage project delivery, risks, and change
- Conduct operational audits to identify workflow gaps and automation opportunities
- Design scalable, configurable solutions using Tennr’s platform and APIs
- Reimagine processes with automation best practices, not just replicate legacy systems
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales to shape solutions and delivery scope
- Maintain documentation, enable knowledge transfer, and improve internal delivery tools
- Support sales strategy, mentor junior team members, and influence product roadmap
QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS delivery or solution design
- A degree or minor in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of APIs, systems integration, and technical architecture
- Proven ability to lead complex technical engagements with large enterprise customers
- Skilled at communicating technical concepts to both executive and technical audiences
- Experience navigating complex org structures and aligning cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on strategic, scalable solutions
- Business acumen and domain fluency — ideally in healthcare or similarly complex industries
- Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced, unstructured environments
- Demonstrated ability to mentor others and contribute to team-wide best practices
- High ownership mindset and urgency — proactive, resourceful, and impact-driven
Nice to Haves
- Familiarity with workflow automation, RPA, or enterprise integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Workato)
- Background in consulting, solution architecture, or technical customer success
- Experience in startup environments or scaling delivery functions
WHY TENNR?
- Drive Impact: one of our company values is Cowboy, meaning you set the pace. You won’t just talk about things, you’ll get them done. And feel the impact.
- Develop Operational Expertise: learn the inner workings of scaling systems, tools, and infrastructure
- Innovate with Purpose: we’re not just doing this for fun (although we do have a lot of fun). At Tennr, you’ll join a high-caliber team maniacally focused on reducing patient delays across the U.S. healthcare system.
- Build Relationships: collaborate and connect with like-minded, driven individuals in our Hudson Square office 4 days/week
- Free lunch! Plus a pantry full of snacks.
BENEFITS
- Beautiful new office at 345 Hudson Street

About Nebius:
Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.
Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.
Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.
The role
We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help us build Nebius Serverless AI — our GPU-native platform for deploying inference endpoints, batch jobs, and AI workloads without managing infrastructure. Customers run production AI on it today; the mission now is to make it the fastest, cheapest, most reliable place to ship GPU workloads on the planet.
This is a senior, high-ownership position on a fast-evolving service. You'll set the technical bar: own the architecture of the parts you ship, drive the hard design decisions, and raise the standard of everything around you through code reviews, design reviews, and the way you operate. The work is end-to-end — from cold-start latency in the runtime to the API contract customers integrate against.
You'll work from our office in Amsterdam or London, hybrid.
In this position, your responsibility will be to:
Design and build core components of the Serverless platform — the control plane, scheduler, runtime, autoscaler, and the APIs customers integrate against.
Own the hardest engineering problems on the service: cold-start latency, GPU scheduling under contention, multi-tenant isolation, fair-share quotas, request routing at the edge.
Set the technical direction for the areas you own — drive architecture decisions, write the design docs, and align the team behind the chosen approach.
Raise the engineering bar across the team through code reviews, design reviews, and example — the kind of senior presence that compounds.
Run the service like an SRE: define SLOs, build observability, lead incident response, and make sure every postmortem changes the platform, not just the runbook.
Work directly with customers on architecture reviews, performance escalations, and the production problems that don't fit a ticket template.
Partner closely with Product, GTM, and infrastructure teams to translate customer needs into a coherent technical roadmap.
We expect you to have:
7+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a track record of shipping production distributed systems at scale.
Excellent knowledge of Golang, or you are ready to quickly switch to it.
Deep experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration — you've operated it in anger, not just deployed it.
Strong distributed-systems instincts: consistency vs. availability trade-offs, queueing, backpressure, retries, idempotency, multi-tenancy.
Experience designing and operating high-throughput, low-latency services — you know where the milliseconds go and how to get them back.
A history of being the engineer others look to on hard problems — driving design discussions, unblocking teammates, and shipping the thing nobody else wanted to touch.
Ability to write reliable code and dig into complex problems.
Teamwork-oriented approach.
It would be an added bonus if you had:
Experience building serverless or function-as-a-service platforms (Knative, AWS Lambda, GCP Cloud Run, Cloudflare Workers, Modal, Replicate, Together, Fireworks, Anyscale, or similar).
GPU scheduling experience — Kubernetes device plugins, MIG, MPS, time-slicing, NVIDIA GPU Operator.
ML inference experience — vLLM, TensorRT-LLM, Triton Inference Server, SGLang, model loading and warm-pool strategies.
Cold-start optimization at the runtime, image, or snapshot level (FireCracker, gVisor, checkpoint/restore, image streaming).
Experience writing Kubernetes operators (Go + controller-runtime / kubebuilder).
Contributions to relevant open-source projects in the serverless, scheduling, or inference ecosystems.
We conduct coding interviews as part of the process.

Defining and executing the human-led Sales strategy, from first contact to closing, to reach your revenue objective. Lead generation stays out of your scope.
Leading, mentoring, and growing a team of 4 Sales Managers, setting clear objectives aligned with company goals and building a culture of accountability, constant feedback, and raising the bar.
Ensuring the quality and delivery of recruitment by collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team.

Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to collaborate effectively with Tech, Marketing, and Business teams while minimising dependencies.

The Infrastructure Acquisition Group
The Infrastructure Acquisition Group secures the land, power, and data center capacity that enables the Nebius AI Cloud. We identify where Nebius should grow next, structure the commercial agreements that make that growth possible, and partner across engineering, energy, finance, legal, and development to bring new AI infrastructure online.
We're a small, founding team building this function from the ground up across the Americas, leading the acquisition of colocation, build-to-suit, powered land, and other strategic infrastructure opportunities as one of the world's fastest-growing AI cloud platforms scales.
Examples of Problems We're Solving
Transform acquisitions into data center-ready projects.
A signed agreement is only the beginning. You'll lead development planning, utility coordination, permitting, consultant management, and infrastructure planning to prepare projects for successful delivery.
Keep development ahead of construction.
Coordinate engineering, utilities, municipalities, and development partners so projects remain ready for execution while commercial negotiations conclude and infrastructure requirements evolve.
Build a repeatable development program.
Help establish the standards, development governance, readiness gates, and project controls that will support AI infrastructure development across the Americas.
About the Role
As a Development Manager, you'll lead the development of AI infrastructure projects across the Americas from executed agreement through construction readiness. Working within the Infrastructure Acquisition Group, you'll partner with Site Selection, Technical Due Diligence, Engineering, Energy, Finance, Legal, and Delivery to transform acquisitions into fully defined, development-ready projects.
This is a build-phase role on a build-phase team. Many of the development standards, governance processes, readiness gates, and project controls you'll use are still being written—in some cases, you'll help write them. We're looking for someone who can independently lead complex infrastructure developments while helping build the systems that make every future project faster, more predictable, and more scalable.
What You'll Own
Lead the development of AI infrastructure projects from executed agreement through construction readiness.
Own integrated development roadmaps, schedules, budgets, milestones, and the pre-construction risk register.
Coordinate permitting, entitlement, utility planning, infrastructure planning, and owner obligations.
Recommend Go / No-Go decisions as projects advance through key development milestones.
Deliver development-ready projects to the Delivery organization with complete documentation and minimized risk.
Development Planning & Governance
Lead development activities from executed agreement through construction readiness.
Develop and manage integrated development roadmaps, schedules, budgets, and key milestones.
Own the development budget, schedule, assumptions, and risk register throughout the pre-construction lifecycle.
Lead weekly development reviews and executive readiness meetings, and recommend Go / No-Go decisions as projects advance through key milestones.
Infrastructure & Utility Coordination
Coordinate infrastructure planning for electrical service, substations, fiber, water, sewer, stormwater, and transportation access.
Coordinate permitting, utility planning, entitlement activities, infrastructure planning, and owner obligations.
Partner with utility providers, municipalities, engineering teams, and consultants to validate executable development plans.
Ensure infrastructure assumptions are fully integrated into project budgets and schedules.
Construction Readiness
Establish development readiness criteria and project handoff standards.
Verify permits, utility agreements, infrastructure planning, owner deliverables, and development obligations are complete before turnover.
Deliver projects to the Delivery organization with complete documentation, defined scope, and minimized development risk.
Identify and resolve development risks before they impact construction.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Serve as the primary development interface across Site Selection, Technical Due Diligence, Engineering, Energy, Finance, Legal, and Delivery.
Coordinate architects, civil engineers, environmental consultants, surveyors, permitting specialists, and other external partners.
Align internal stakeholders and external consultants to prevent scope, schedule, and cost drift throughout development.
What Success Looks Like
Transform acquisitions into data center-ready development projects.
Deliver predictable development schedules, budgets, and readiness milestones.
Identify and resolve development risks before they impact construction.
Build trusted relationships with utilities, municipalities, consultants, and development partners.
Help build the standards and processes the Infrastructure Acquisition Group runs on as it scales.
What You'll Bring
You're comfortable operating in ambiguity and building processes where none exist. You know how to independently lead complex infrastructure developments while helping define how future projects should be executed.
8+ years of experience in data center development, industrial development, infrastructure development, land development, or mission-critical projects.
Experience managing permitting, entitlement, utility coordination, consultant management, and development planning activities.
Strong understanding of infrastructure development, owner's budgeting, development scheduling, risk management, and pre-construction planning.
Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams across engineering, utilities, design, legal, and construction.
Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Real Estate Development, Urban Planning, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting hyperscale data center or AI infrastructure development.
Experience with utility coordination, entitlement strategy, infrastructure planning, and owner's representation.
Experience with self-development or joint venture delivery models.
Professional Engineer (PE), PMP, or similar professional certification.
Why Join Nebius
The infrastructure supporting AI is being built now. This is an opportunity to help define how Nebius transforms acquisitions into development-ready AI infrastructure while helping build the function itself—the governance, development standards, readiness framework, and operating model that will support infrastructure investments across the Americas. You'll work on some of the industry's largest and most complex AI infrastructure developments while helping shape the physical foundation of the global AI economy.
