LBC Mortgage is hiring an entry-level GEO Specialist!
This is a hands-on, learn-fast role. You don't need years of GEO experience. You need to be obsessed with AI tools, follow a plan, test new ideas every week and track what works. New AI platforms and agents appear every few weeks, and you'll make sure we show up on them.

You’ll follow a clear strategy, use AI tools like ChatGPT to work efficiently, and take ownership of our listings, community presence, and content.
What You’ll Do
Set up, verify, and maintain our business profiles on key platforms, including Google Business Profile, Bing Places, Apple Business Connect, LinkedIn, Yelp, Facebook, Trustpilot, Nextdoor, Foursquare, and YellowPages.
Keep our business name, address, and phone number (NAP) identical across every listing, and audit regularly for inconsistencies.
Write clear, conversational business descriptions and profile content that match how people phrase questions to AI assistants.
Participate genuinely in communities such as Reddit and Quora by answering questions, sharing expertise, and representing the brand transparently.
Encourage and manage customer reviews on platforms like Google, Yelp, and Trustpilot, and respond to reviews professionally.
Use ChatGPT and other AI tools to draft content, research questions people ask, and speed up routine work.
Track where and how our brand appears in AI-generated answers and local search results, and report on progress monthly.
Support basic SEO tasks such as updating website content and keywords as directed.
What We’re Looking For
1+ years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, social media, or content (or a strong portfolio showing similar work).
Excellent written English and the ability to write naturally for different audiences.
Comfort using AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, or Perplexity in daily work.
Strong attention to detail, especially with data consistency across platforms.
Familiarity with Reddit and Quora community norms.
Organized, reliable, and able to follow processes while flagging ideas for improvement.
Nice to Have
Experience with Google Business Profile or local SEO.

ABOUT NIANTIC SPATIAL
AI has learned from almost everything online, but it still struggles with the physical world, where 99.5% of economic activity happens. It doesn’t know where things are, how spaces fit together, or what changes over time.
That’s one of the biggest unsolved problems in AI, and it’s the one we’re solving at Niantic Spatial. We build spatial AI models and services so people and machines can reason, learn and act safely in the physical world. We turn camera imagery, video, sensor data and archives into accurate, AI-readable representations of real places that robots can train in and machines can use to know exactly where they are.
In physical AI, mistakes have real consequences. That’s why we build AI grounded in measured reality, not guesswork, so the people and machines relying on it can trust it to get things right.
Our team built some of the world’s most widely used maps. Now we’re building something bigger: a living, measured record of the real world that machines can query, learn from and use to understand how places change over time. If you want to help AI understand the world we actually live in, come build with us.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for 3D Reconstruction Research Scientist to join our Research Team in London.
Our team researches and builds the 3D reconstruction technology behind Niantic Spatial's platform. These pipelines turn casually captured or domain specific imagery into high-fidelity explorable 3D reconstructions. This entails anything from Structure-from-Motion through to 3D Gaussian Splatting, feed-forward models, and generative models. Our team shipped 360 splatting to consumers and enterprise customers, developed the splatting tech that runs on phones, shipped multiple POCs to enterprise customers, and have innovated on countless AR technologies. Our team has published at top venues (CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, SIGGRAPH); more often than not, our papers end up in production. We're hiring a researcher to work at both ends of that pipeline. You will implement and iterate on the state-of-the-art for both academic publishing and production, regularly working on prototypes with a short turnaround into customer-facing production.
You will work alongside world-class researchers in computer vision, machine learning, graphics, and robotics to develop new approaches for large-scale spatial understanding, localization, reconstruction, scene understanding, and geospatial foundation models.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Conduct original research in computer vision, machine learning, and spatial AI.
- Design, implement, and evaluate novel algorithms for:
- 3D reconstruction
- Neural scene representations
- 3D Gaussian Splatting
- Geometric deep learning
- Structure-from-Motion (SfM)
- Meshing
- Feed-forward models
- Generative models
- Spatial foundation models
- Collaborate with research scientists and engineers to transition promising ideas into future products.
- Develop large-scale experiments and benchmarking frameworks.
- Work directly with the realities of production with real capture conditions, real hardware constraints, and real customers.
- Publish research findings at leading conferences such as CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, or SIGGRAPH.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- PhD in Computer Vision, Robotics, Machine Learning, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field. Exceptionally strong candidates with equivalent experience in industry would be considered.
- A strong research track record in 3D computer vision: reconstruction, depth estimation, novel view synthesis, SfM, SLAM, or closely related areas.
- Strong publication record at top-tier conferences such as CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, SIGGRAPH, NeurIPS, etc.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience in PyTorch.
- Evidence that you can carry an idea from research into something real; that may be a shipped feature, a production pipeline, a widely used open-source release, or similar.
- Ability to independently drive research projects from idea generation through experimentation and publication.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with classical reconstruction tooling (COLMAP or similar).
- C++ or CUDA experience, and a feel for performance and on-device constraints.
- Experience with traditional 3D techniques — meshing, texturing, or bringing modern geometry or generative representations into native 3D.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary: Competitive market rate. Compensation also includes an annual bonus, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package.
LOCATION & WORK MODEL
This role is based in our London office, with three days per week in office.
INCLUSIVE APPLICATION
We know the strongest candidates don’t always tick every box. If you’re excited about this role and believe you could do it well, we encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn’t match every qualification listed — you may be exactly who we’re looking for.

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Anthropic's Business Risk & Insurance (BRI) team, part of Treasury, safeguards the company's balance sheet, people and physical assets. We are the financial and operational safety net for a company building some of the world's most advanced AI systems, from large-scale compute and data center infrastructure to our offices and the products we put in customers' hands. The team is scaling quickly as Anthropic grows.
As a Risk & Insurance Specialist, you'll build operational excellence across contracts, claims, and day-to-day insurance operations, using AI and automation to streamline processes wherever you can. You'll work closely with Compute, Engineering, Finance, Legal, Security, Product and Payroll to spot emerging risks early, help structure global insurance programs, support our risk-financing strategy and drive loss prevention. This is a rare chance to insure one of the fastest-growing companies, where parts of the risk landscape are still being defined, and to help Anthropic pursue its mission boldly by keeping our operations resilient and protected.
Key responsibilities
Insurance review of contracts: Review insurance and indemnity requirements in customer, vendor, lease, and compute agreements, and advise Legal and business partners on compliant, practical positions.
Insurance operations: Manage claims intake and tracking, certificates of insurance, broker coordination, and policy administration. Build a data warehouse / repository and repeatable processes as volume scales.
Data gathering and reporting: Collect and maintain exposure data (property values, payroll, revenue, headcount, etc.) for renewals, audits, and underwriting submissions.
Actuarial and quantitative analysis: Support limit-adequacy, loss, and retention analyses to inform program structure and decisions.
Captive operations: Support captive formation and ongoing operations, including fronting and reinsurance coordination.
Automation: Identify and implement ways to automate manual insurance workflows using AI and workflow tools.
Cross-functional support: Partner with Compute, Finance, Legal, and Payroll on insurance questions across the business.
Minimum qualifications
Experience in insurance, corporate risk management, brokerage, underwriting, or risk consulting.
Hands-on experience supporting a multi-line commercial insurance program (property, casualty, cyber/tech E&O, D&O/management liability, and similar).
Preferred qualifications
8–12 years in insurance, corporate risk management, brokerage, underwriting, or risk consulting
At least 4 years on the corporate (buyer) side, or in a broker or carrier role serving corporate clients
Experience at, or insuring, a technology company or other fast-growing, complex organization
Property insurance experience, including large or complex property, construction, or data center exposures
Captive insurance experience (formation, management, fronting, or reinsurance)
Experience insuring emerging technology risks, such as AI or technology liability and cyber
Background at a major broker, carrier, or large technology company risk team
Actuarial training or credentials, or experience with actuarial analysis
Familiarity with insurance management systems, SQL or Python, or building workflow automation
Experience building processes from scratch in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.

Anthropic is growing fast, and our SOX program needs to keep up. Many of the controls that matter for financial reporting run on engineering systems: who can access production and financial systems, how code changes are reviewed and deployed, and how usage is metered and billed.
We’re hiring a Technical Program Manager to own the technology side of our SOX program. You'll work across engineering, security, GRC, Finance, and Internal Audit to design and run IT controls, drive gaps to closure, and make compliance lighter for engineering teams. You’ll also use Claude to automate evidence collection and control testing, so the program scales without more manual work.
Responsibilities
Own the technology side of the SOX program end-to-end, from planning and control design through evidence, testing, remediation, and year-end reporting
Work with engineering teams to design and roll out IT general controls and IT application controls
Work with engineering teams to build Claude-based workflows, tools, and dashboards to automate evidence collection, control testing, and monitoring that warns engineering teams about compliance issues before an audit finds them
Lead large SOX projects, such as bringing new systems into scope, with clear success criteria, dependencies, and delivery dates
Turn control requirements into concrete engineering work with clear scope, owners, and deadlines, and a design that fits how our teams already build and ship
Build processes to evaluate new products, systems, and major engineering changes for SOX impact before they ship, so the right controls are in place from the start
Build strong working relationships with engineering control owners, help them understand what their controls require, and support them in producing evidence for auditor requests
Investigate control failures down to root cause, and drive engineering teams to fix them in time for the fix to be tested
Help keep an up-to-date list of the systems, apps, and infrastructure in SOX scope, with an owner named for each control
Track system migrations and scope changes, and make sure controls are updated as systems move
Build metrics and dashboards on control health, open findings, and remediation progress
Give regular updates on program status, risks, and remediation to technical leadership
Keep improving the program: simplify control processes, remove manual steps, and raise the share of controls that run cleanly
You may be a good fit if you
Have 7+ years of experience in technical program management, IT audit, or technology compliance, with a focus on SOX and IT general controls
Have run or supported a SOX program at a public or pre-IPO company
Have used automation or AI tools to make compliance work faster and more reliable
Know IT general controls and IT application controls in depth, including access management, change management, and application controls, and how they support financial reporting
Have worked closely with external auditors
Understand cloud infrastructure and engineering workflows, such as code review, CI/CD, and cloud access, well enough to work through a control design with an engineer
Can explain technical risks and control gaps clearly to executives and other non-technical audiences
Are comfortable driving outcomes across engineering, finance, and audit teams that don't report to you
Strong candidates may also have
A background in software, systems, or security engineering
Hands-on experience building with Claude Code or other AI tools
Experience with automated controls in revenue or order-to-cash systems, such as billing and usage metering
Experience with financial systems such as ERP and billing platforms, and the controls around them
Experience building or rebuilding a SOX program at a fast-growing company
Familiarity with other security and IT frameworks, such as NIST or ISO 27001
