LEAP Program Description
Global Solutions Ventures (GSV) – a joint-venture partnership between ZemiTek, LLC and Dexis Consulting Group – is implementing the Long-term Exceptional Technical Assistance Project (LEAP Global), a mechanism originally used by USAID to battle against infectious diseases such as malaria, HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, neglected tropical diseases, and pandemic influenza. As of July 1, 2025, LEAP Global transitioned to the U.S. Department of State (DOS). This initiative aims to address the complex human resource challenges faced by national infectious disease programs in the USA-supported countries.
The intervention of this project is to hire and embed technical expert advisors and subject matter experts within government entities. By directly embedding the technical expertise within the national programs, LEAP provides long-term, sustainable lifesaving support to empower host governments to lead and manage key aspects of their infectious disease portfolios and improve coordination between the U.S. Government and the host country.

to lead inVision’s art activations: public installations, exhibitions, live events and cultural partnerships that carry our initiatives’ messages to a mass audience. The role sits in the Media, Art and Narrative Domain, inVision’s in-house marketing, content and storytelling engine, which turns each initiative’s mission into campaign strategy, content, art and distribution that change how people think and act across the Global South. Together with each initiative, the role decides where art is the strongest tool, takes every activation from first idea to the moment the audience meets the work and designs it to travel beyond the room through press, social, out-of-home and the inDrive app, with impact goals set before launch. It also builds the network of artists, venues and cultural partners that lets inVision repeat and grow this work.
Key Responsibilities
Build the art activations approach across the initiatives: where art adds the most value, which formats to use, and how it fits each comms plan and budget.
Deliver activations end to end: artist selection, commissioning, production, logistics, installation and on-site delivery.
Hire and manage contractors (fabricators, AV and build teams) and hold them to a high standard of finish.
Manage budgets, timelines, suppliers and venues for every activation.
Plan earned media and content from the start, so each activation reaches press, social and out-of-home.
Agree impact goals before launch, then work with Project Managers and research partners to show how the work shifted the audience.
Build and steward a network of artists, galleries, cultural institutions, festivals, local partners and funders.
Protect brand, dignity and careful imagery on sensitive subjects, check every venue and partner before committing, and secure artists’ rights to film, photograph and use the work across inVision’s channels.

A background in art, design, architecture, film, live events or media production is an advantage.

7+ years producing complex projects from idea to delivery (art, live events, exhibitions, media production or similar), running the production yourself. International or cross-country project experience is an advantage.
People management:
Strong experience leading external contractors, suppliers and artists is required.

Languages:
English (Advanced, C1)
Key Competencies
Ownership: sees what needs doing and drives it to the end without waiting to be asked
High standards of execution and attention to detail

Qualifications
Must have
Experience in B2B sales, business or commercial roles, with a track record of closing complex deals you personally sourced and ran.
Direct experience in AI/ML data, data annotation and labelling services, data licensing, or a closely adjacent technical services market.

The Agency Sales Lead – MENA is a senior commercial position responsible for securing holding-level media agreements with the Big 5 agency holding groups (Omnicom including IPG, WPP, Publicis Groupe, Dentsu and Havas) and converting them into committed, long-term budgets for inDrive Ads. Operating from Dubai, you will use your inside knowledge of how the holdings plan, negotiate and allocate client investment, together with existing senior relationships across their investment, trading and planning teams, to secure inDrive a place on the media plans of top global and regional brands.
As the first commercial lead for agency holdings in the region, you will own each agreement from initial conversation through negotiation, signature and activation, collaborating with internal Legal, Finance, Accounting, and Procurement teams to build the contracting framework the holdings require. Agreements secured in MENA are the starting point: once proven, you will extend them with the holdings' regional and global teams into other inDrive markets. Additionally, you will serve as a primary intelligence channel, gathering holding requirements to directly inform global product and feature roadmaps.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver against quarterly and annual revenue targets tied to committed budgets under holding agreements and the regional sales bonus structure.
Negotiate and execute annual and multi-year media agreements with the Big 5 holdings and their investment and trading units (trading agreements, joint business plans, preferred partner deals), covering budget commitments, pricing, incentives and inventory access.
Build and maintain direct relationships with the decision-makers who allocate advertiser budgets: heads of media investment and trading, heads of planning and buying, and client leads on top global and regional brand accounts.
Secure inDrive's inclusion on holding preferred partner lists and on the annual media plans of top global brands, and grow committed spend year on year.
Extend successful MENA agreements to the holdings' regional and global teams to unlock budgets across other inDrive markets.
Manage end-to-end contract execution by partnering with internal Legal, Finance, Procurement, and Accounting teams to establish contracting, billing and compliance workflows that meet holding requirements.
Run joint business planning and quarterly business reviews with each holding, tracking committed versus delivered spend.
Gather structured holding feedback on measurement, data, formats and trading requirements, synthesizing it into recommendations that inform global Product team feature development and roadmap prioritization.
Execute seamless commercial handoffs of signed agreements and campaign briefs to central Account Management and AdOps teams for setup, execution and retention, while remaining accountable for delivery against commitments.
Maintain accurate agreement status, pipeline tracking, and revenue forecasting within the CRM system.

Qualifications

Established, active relationships with heads of media investment, trading and planning at a minimum of 3 Big 5 holdings in Dubai and across MENA.
In-depth understanding of how holdings allocate client budgets: annual planning cycles, preferred partner selection, trading terms and incentives, and internal approval processes.
Demonstrated ability to navigate internal corporate matrix environments to shepherd contracts, legal reviews, and financial approvals through to execution.
Proven capability to translate market demands and client feedback into structured recommendations for Product and Engineering teams.
