Location: Austin, in-person Director of Growth Marketing Location: Austin, TX — In Office Department: Marketing Reports To: CRO About inKind inKind is transforming the way restaurants access growth capital and build relationships with their guests. Sitting at the intersection of hospitality, fintech, consumer technology, and loyalty, our platform helps restaurant operators grow while giving consumers a better way to discover, experience, and engage with restaurants. We're entering our next stage of growth, with significant opportunities to improve how we acquire, engage, retain, and monetize customers while building inKind into a recognized consumer brand. We're looking for a Director of Marketing who is a builder and an operator — someone who can turn growth opportunities into working programs, launch new initiatives, optimize existing channels, and create repeatable systems that drive measurable results. The Role The Director of Marketing will lead the execution and optimization of inKind's marketing initiatives across consumer lifecycle, subscriptions, performance marketing, brand, and partner acquisition. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who combines strong marketing instincts with analytical thinking, technical fluency, and a bias toward action. You'll work across Marketing, Product, Engineering, Data, Sales, and Operations to identify growth opportunities, build solutions, launch campaigns, measure performance, and continuously improve results. We are not looking for someone who simply develops strategies, manages agencies, or oversees campaign calendars. We want someone who understands how modern marketing systems work, can get into the details of execution, and knows how to turn ideas into measurable business outcomes. Three immediate priorities will define the role: Transform lifecycle marketing: Move inKind from calendar-driven, ad hoc campaigns to automated, behavior-based customer engagement that increases activation, frequency, retention, and lifetime value. Launch and scale consumer subscriptions: Build and execute the go-to-market, acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention programs needed to establish a successful subscription business. Integrate brand into B2B performance marketing: Evolve inKind's transaction-focused restaurant acquisition channels by incorporating stronger brand storytelling, differentiated positioning, and creative that builds trust while improving commercial performance. Beyond these priorities, you'll continuously identify opportunities to improve marketing efficiency, customer experience, and growth. What You'll Own Build an Automated Lifecycle Marketing Engine Lead the transition from one-off, calendar-driven campaigns to a scalable, automated lifecycle marketing operation. Audit existing customer communications, journeys, segmentation, and engagement performance to identify gaps and opportunities. Build and execute automated customer journeys across onboarding, activation, engagement, repeat usage, retention, and reactivation. Use behavioral data, transaction history, customer preferences, and predictive signals to trigger relevant, personalized communications. Work directly with Braze, Snowflake, and internal teams to improve audience segmentation, orchestration, and campaign automation. Develop testing frameworks across messaging, creative, timing, offers, and channels. Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automated agents to improve personalization, campaign execution, reporting, and optimization. Establish clear performance dashboards and continuously improve conversion, engagement, purchase frequency, and customer lifetime value. The outcome: A lifecycle marketing engine that consistently drives customer behavior and revenue without relying on constant manual campaign creation. Lead the Launch and Growth of Consumer Subscriptions Own the marketing execution behind the introduction and scaling of inKind's consumer subscription offering. Partner with Product, Finance, Data, and Engineering to develop and execute the subscription go-to-market plan. Translate the subscription value proposition into clear positioning, messaging, creative, and customer-facing experiences. Build the acquisition strategy across existing users, paid channels, referrals, restaurant partnerships, and owned media. Develop conversion journeys that move existing inKind customers into paid subscriptions. Execute subscription onboarding, activation, engagement, renewal, and retention programs. Test pricing presentation, promotional offers, trial structures, messaging, and conversion flows in partnership with Product. Develop targeted campaigns for different customer segments based on behavior, frequency, and potential subscription value. Monitor subscriber acquisition cost, conversion, activation, churn, retention, and subscription lifetime value. Identify opportunities to reduce churn and increase subscriber engagement through automated lifecycle programs. The outcome: A successfully launched subscription offering with a repeatable, measurable acquisition and retention engine. Bring Brand Storytelling Into B2B Performance Marketing Evolve inKind's existing restaurant acquisition marketing from primarily transaction-focused messaging into a more differentiated, brand-led growth channel. Evaluate current B2B paid acquisition campaigns, messaging, creative, audiences, and funnel performance. Develop compelling stories that communicate why restaurants partner with inKind, beyond the immediate financial transaction. Build campaigns that highlight restaurant success stories, operator experiences, hospitality expertise, and the broader value of the inKind platform. Work with Sales and Business Development to understand restaurant decision-making, objections, and buying motivations. Introduce brand-led creative and messaging into existing paid channels without sacrificing lead generation performance. Develop and execute structured tests comparing transactional, educational, and brand-led messaging. Build content and creative that can be reused across paid acquisition, landing pages, email, sales enablement, and partner communications. Improve conversion through stronger positioning, creative testing, audience targeting, and landing-page optimization. Measure the impact of brand-led marketing on lead quality, acquisition efficiency, conversion, and partner engagement. The outcome: A more differentiated and effective B2B acquisition engine that strengthens inKind's brand while continuing to deliver measurable commercial results. Drive Consumer Growth and Marketing Performance Own the continuous improvement of inKind's consumer acquisition and engagement programs. Identify opportunities to improve acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention across the customer journey. Build and optimize campaigns across paid, organic, referral, partnership, and owned channels. Analyze customer behavior, funnel performance, and cohort data to identify growth opportunities. Develop and execute experiments across audiences, offers, creative, messaging, and conversion experiences. Work with Product to improve customer journeys and reduce friction in the app and purchase experience. Identify opportunities to use inKind's restaurant network as an acquisition and engagement channel. Allocate marketing resources toward initiatives demonstrating the strongest incremental impact. Maintain clear accountability for customer acquisition cost, conversion, frequency, retention, and lifetime value. Build Scalable Marketing Systems and Automation Help modernize how Marketing operates by reducing manual processes and improving the speed and effectiveness of execution. Identify repetitive marketing activities that can be automated or simplified. Leverage Braze, Snowflake, AI tools, and other technologies to improve campaign execution and decision-making. Partner with Engineering and Data to improve the availability and use of customer data. Develop reusable campaign frameworks, audience segments, reporting dashboards, and experimentation processes. Introduce AI-driven workflows where they can meaningfully improve productivity, personalization, or performance. Create processes that allow the marketing function to execute more effectively as the business scales. Lead Marketing Execution and Cross-Functional Delivery Take ownership of delivering marketing initiatives from initial concept through execution and optimization. Translate business priorities into clear marketing initiatives with defined owners, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics. Lead and develop marketing team members while remaining directly involved in execution. Work closely with Product, Engineering, Data, Sales, and Operations to remove blockers and deliver results. Manage agencies, creative resources, vendors, and marketing technology partners where appropriate. Establish clear operating rhythms for campaign planning, execution, experimentation, and performance reviews. Maintain visibility into what is working, what is not, and where the team should focus next. Balance longer-term marketing improvements with immediate commercial priorities. Qualifications 7+ years of marketing experience, including experience owning and executing growth initiatives. Experience within a high-growth consumer technology, marketplace, fintech, hospitality, loyalty, subscription, or e-commerce business. Demonstrated success building and optimizing automated lifecycle marketing programs. Strong experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms, ideally Braze or similar. Experience launching or scaling consumer products, subscription offerings, membership programs, or recurring-revenue initiatives. Strong understanding of paid acquisition, conversion optimization, customer segmentation, retention, and LTV. Ability to use data and analytics tools to evaluate customer behavior and marketing performance. Experience working closely with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to implement marketing initiatives. Demonstrated ability to develop and test brand-led creative within performance marketing channels. Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing marketing resources. Strong communication, prioritization, and project execution skills. Familiarity with SQL, Snowflake, AI-powered marketing workflows, or other technical marketing capabilities is a plus. Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates Workplace: on-site About Deluxe Holiday Homes Deluxe Holiday Homes is a leading holiday-home and property management company based in Dubai, UAE, managing a portfolio of 800+ premium short-term rental properties across the emirate. The Deluxe Homes Group operates with ~230 people across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Fujairah, and Armenia, and includes Deluxe Homes Real Estate, our brokerage and long-term property management arm. We use a modern technology stack to run operations, serve guests and tenants, and protect owner returns. Role Overview We are looking for an organized, reliable Office & Listings Coordinator to run the front desk of our Al Barsha head office and, once trained, to own three back-office streams: long-term tenancy administration for Deluxe Homes Real Estate (our own tenancy contracts and those of our landlord clients), property listings on local portals and OTAs, and office supplies. You are the one-stop contact for our property management clients: when a landlord or tenant calls, you answer, resolve the routine, and chase the rest. You will spend part of the day at the desk and part of the day on tenancy files and listings. This is an ownership role, not a wait-to-be-told role. We will train you from zero on tenancy paperwork, listings and our systems, but we need someone who notices what is missing and fixes it: an expired tenancy nobody flagged, a listing with the wrong price, a landlord waiting two days for a call-back. You make routine decisions inside your remit and report after — you do not wait to be asked. If a landlord client calls about their Ejari renewal, you know the answer or you find it the same day. Note: This role does not include site visits, property inspections or guest check-ins. Those are handled by the operations and field teams. Tenancy work in this role covers long-term (Ejari) tenancies only, not short-stay guest bookings. Key Responsibilities 1. Front Desk & Visitors • Run the front desk during office hours: greet visitors, landlords, tenants and guests, and route them to the right person within minutes, not after a wait. • Answer and route the main office line and WhatsApp; take accurate messages and follow up so nothing is lost. • Receive and log couriers, documents and keys; keep a clean handover record. • Keep the reception and meeting rooms presentable; book rooms and keep the visitor log. • Coordinate desk cover with the Office Manager so the desk is never empty during your tenancy and listing blocks. 2. Long-Term Tenancy Administration & Client Calls (Deluxe Homes Real Estate) • Be the first point of contact for property management clients: answer landlord and tenant calls and messages, resolve routine questions yourself (rent dates, renewals, notices, documents) and escalate only the exceptions. • Prepare, issue and file tenancy contracts for company-held units and for landlord clients using approved templates. • Register and renew Ejari contracts on time; keep a renewal calendar and flag every expiry at least 60 days ahead. • Collect and verify tenant documents (Emirates ID, passport, visa) and cheques; record PDCs and hand them to Finance the same day. • Track rent due dates and late or bounced payments, and send the first reminder without being asked. • Keep every tenancy file complete and audit-ready in the company system. 3. Property Listings (Portals & OTAs) • Create and update listings on local portals (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle) and OTAs (Airbnb, Booking.com) from the approved listing brief and photo set. • Check every listing for correct price, availability, photos, amenities and permit number before it goes live. • Refresh and re-rank listings on a set schedule so they stay visible; pause units that are no longer available. • Spot and fix listing errors within 24 hours; keep a simple log of what changed and why. • Report weekly on listings added, updated and paused. 4. Office Supplies & Administration • Monitor stationery, pantry, printer and cleaning supplies; reorder before they run out, inside the agreed monthly budget. • Keep a supplier list with prices and lead times; compare quotes once a year and cut cost where you can. • Log office maintenance issues (AC, printers, internet) and chase vendors until they are closed. • Support the Office Manager with filing, scanning, document runs and ad-hoc admin. • Where you have the skill, prepare simple social media posts and stories from approved content and photos. Required Qualifications • 0–2 years in a front desk, admin, real estate or hospitality role. Fresh graduates welcome. • Fluent English, spoken and written; clear and polite on the phone and on WhatsApp. • Comfortable with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, and able to learn Ejari, portal back-ends and our property system within 4 weeks. • Accurate with details — you catch the wrong date on a contract or the wrong price on a listing before it goes out. • Decisive operator — you make routine calls inside your remit and report after. We will reference-check this with previous managers or lecturers. • Already living in the UAE and able to start within 30 days. Preferred Qualifications • UAE residence visa sponsored by a family member (spouse or parent) — preferred. • UAE university graduate or 4+ years living in the UAE. • Experience with Ejari, DLD/REST, Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, Airbnb or Booking.com. • Social media posting skills (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) — a plus, not a must. • Arabic, Russian or another second language.

A strong new-business acquisition background, with a clear hunter mentality. Confidence and experience in cold calling, outbound prospecting, and proactive lead generation. We’ve surpassed $500M in ARR and we’re continuing to accelerate, earning a spot on the Forbes Cloud 100 for four years in a row and teaming up with iconic partners like Oracle Red Bull Racing. About 1Password At 1Password, we’re building the foundation for a safe, productive digital future. Our mission is to unleash employee productivity without compromising security by ensuring every identity is authentic, every application sign-in is secure, and every device is trusted. We innovated the market-leading enterprise password manager and pioneered Unified Access Management, a new cybersecurity category built for the way people and AI agents work today. As one of the most loved brands in cybersecurity, we take a human-centric approach in everything from product strategy to user experience. Over 180,000 businesses, from Fortune 100 leaders to the world’s most innovative AI companies, trust 1Password to help their teams securely adopt the SaaS and AI tools they need to do their best work. If you're excited about the opportunity to contribute to the digital safety of millions, to work alongside a team of curious, driven individuals, and to solve hard problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, then we want to hear from you. Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future. Reporting to the Manager, Senior Counsel - Commercial, the Legal Counsel, Commercial will support 1Password on a broad range of commercial matters. In this role, you'll work closely with our Go-to-Market (GTM) team to negotiate and close customer agreements, and you'll support procurement, partnership and product teams across the business. The work is varied and high-profile: you'll negotiate with some of the largest companies in the world, help launch new products and AI features, and support sports marketing partnerships with world-class sports teams. We're looking for a practical, deal-focused commercial lawyer who enjoys negotiating and wants to help drive the growth of a leading SaaS company. How we’re using AI today On the Legal team, AI helps us move faster without sacrificing quality. We use it to draft and review commercial agreements, implement negotiation playbooks, and prepare the groundwork for legal review. AI also helps us stay on top of regulatory developments, synthesize research across jurisdictions, and identify risks in novel situations like new product launches or partnership structures. The result is a team that can operate at higher volume with greater consistency, while creating more time for the judgment calls, collaboration, and meaningful decisions that matter most. This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US. What we're looking for: - A Juris Doctor or equivalent law degree, and membership in good standing with a Canadian provincial or US state bar - 3 to 5 years of practice as a commercial transactional lawyer, gained at an established law firm with a strong commercial or technology practice, or as part of an in-house legal team at a mid-size or larger tech company - Experience supporting sales teams by drafting and negotiating customer agreements such as MSAs, Order Forms, DPAs, NDAs, and Statements of Work - Experience reviewing and negotiating procurement agreements across a range of vendor types, such as software, professional services, sponsorships, physical goods and hospitality - A working knowledge of privacy laws, including GDPR, and how they apply to customer and vendor agreements, especially DPAs - A strong interest in AI from two angles: the legal side (such as AI terms in contracts and emerging AI regulation) and the practical side, with a high level of comfort using AI tools in your day-to-day legal work - A track record of closing deals on tight timelines, including end-of-quarter pressure, while keeping risk under control - The ability to turn complex legal issues into clear, plain-language advice that sales, procurement and product teams can act on - A solutions-first approach: you bring workable options and fallback positions, not just a list of risks - A sales-focused mindset: you see Legal as a partner in closing deals and growing the business, and you're motivated to help get deals across the finish line - A genuine enjoyment of negotiating, with strong drafting skills and close attention to detail Bonus points for: - Experience with contract lifecycle management and procurement tools, especially Ironclad and Zip - Deeper privacy experience with GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, PIPEDA or other privacy laws, or a privacy certification (e.g., CIPP/E, CIPP/US, CIPP/C) - Experience negotiating partnership, reseller and distributor agreements What you can expect: - Partner closely with GTM to draft, review and negotiate customer agreements, including MSAs, Order Forms, DPAs, and SOWs, helping keep deals moving through end-of-quarter pushes - Review and negotiate a wide variety of procurement agreements, from SaaS vendors and professional services to sponsorships, physical goods, and hospitality and event contracts - Negotiate larger and more strategic partnership, reseller and distributor agreements that support 1Password's growth into new markets - Give product counseling, including reviewing new products and features and drafting and maintaining product terms and conditions - Advise on privacy and data protection terms in customer and vendor agreements, working with the privacy team as needed - Advise on AI-related legal issues in customer, vendor and product contexts, and use AI tools to build and improve legal processes and workflows - Build and maintain internal playbooks, templates and guidance that help the business move faster and handle routine issues with confidence - Take on bespoke and one-off commercial matters across the business, so no two weeks look quite the same USA-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $155,000 USD and $217,000 USD, plus immediate participation in 1Password's benefits program (health, dental, 401k and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs. Canada-based roles only: The annual base salary for this role is between $125,000 CAD and $175,000 CAD, plus immediate participation in 1Password’s generous benefits program (health, dental, RRSP and many others), utilization of our generous paid time off, an equity grant and, where applicable, participation in our incentive programs. At 1Password, we approach each individual's compensation with a promise of fair market value and internal equity commensurate with experience and specific skill set. This posting is for an existing vacancy. Our culture At 1Password, we prioritize collaboration, clear and transparent communication, receptiveness to feedback, and alignment with our core values: keep it simple, lead with honesty, and put people first. You’ll be part of a team that challenges the status quo, and is excited to experiment and iterate in search of the best solution. That said, 1Password is not for everyone https://blog.1password.com/inside-the-culture-powering-1passwords-next-chapter/. Our work is demanding, we strive for excellence, and the pace is fast. We need people who are keen to take on challenging problems, who seek feedback to grow, and who are driven to make an impact. If you're looking for a place where you can settle into a comfortable routine, this might not be the right fit for you. We’re looking for individuals who are proven experts in their fields, as well as those who are highly adaptable, can thrive in ambiguity and through change, are curious, and above all deliver results. How we work with AI We are committed to leveraging cutting-edge technology—including AI—to achieve our mission. We also understand that thinking critically about AI in its current forms will help us create better solutions for our customers and ourselves with its future forms, which will help us continue to close the gap between security and privacy and achieve our mission. We want team members at all levels to take the approach of actively learning AI best practices, identifying opportunities to apply AI in meaningful ways, and driving innovative solutions in their daily work. Embracing the future of AI isn't just encouraged—it's an essential part of how we will be successful at 1Password. This approach extends to our hiring process—candidates are welcome to use AI tools responsibly and thoughtfully during the application process. To us, this means we do ask that you join live interviews without using AI tools so we can get to know how you communicate, solve problems, and collaborate with others. Our approach to remote work We believe in the power of remote work, but recognize that in-person connection is important to help us achieve our mission. While we are a remote-first company, travel for in-person engagement is a part of almost all roles, and we require our employees to be ready and willing to take part. Frequency will depend on role and responsibilities, and may include, but is not limited to: annual department-wide offsites, team meetings, and customer/industry events. What we offer We believe in working hard, and rewarding that hard work through our benefits. While not an exhaustive list, here is a glance at what we currently offer: Health and wellbeing 👶 Maternity and parental leave top-up programs 🩺 Competitive health benefits 🏝 Generous PTO policy Growth and future 📈 RSU program for most employees 💸 Retirement matching program 🔑 Free 1Password account Community 🤝 Paid volunteer days 🏆 Peer-to-peer recognition through Bonusly 🌎 Remote-first work environment *Some roles in our GTM team are currently being hired for in-person hybrid work in Toronto and Austin. These roles will specify on the posting. You belong here. 1Password is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to fostering an inclusive, diverse and equitable workplace that is built on trust, support and respect. We welcome all individuals and do not discriminate on the basis of gender identity and expression, race, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, colour, religion, creed, gender, national origin, age, marital status, pregnancy, sex, citizenship, education, languages spoken or veteran status. Be yourself, find your people and share the things you love. Accommodation is available upon request at any point during our recruitment process. If you require an accommodation, please speak to your talent acquisition partner or email us at nextbit@agilebits.com and we’ll work to meet your needs. Remote work is a part of our DNA. Given that our company was founded remotely in 2005, we can safely say we're experts at building remote culture. That said, remote work at 1Password does mean working from your home country. If you've got questions or concerns about this, your talent partner would be happy to address them with you. Successful applicants will be required to complete a background check that may consist of prior employment verification, reference checks, education confirmation, criminal background, publicly available social media, credit history, or other information, as permitted by local law. 1Password uses artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) technologies, including natural language processing and predictive analytics, to assist in the initial screening of employment applications and improve our recruitment process.
