Key responsibilities:
— Prospecting and acquiring new high-risk merchants in international markets via both inbound leads and outbound efforts
— Conducting negotiations and presentations, preparing commercial proposals, agreeing on partnership terms (fees, limits, GEO), and managing clients throughout the entire sales cycle
— Managing deals in the CRM and keeping the client database up to date
— Meeting individual KPIs and sales targets
— Participating in international conferences
— Gathering client feedback and collaborating with internal teams to improve products and services

Job Summary:
As Director of Product Marketing, you will shape product positioning, launch, and growth in the US, UK, and EMEA markets. - Product Positioning & Messaging: Own and evolve core messaging and value proposition across audiences; direct customer, market, and competitive research; ensure messaging consistency across channels.
- Go-To-Market Strategy & Execution: Own GTM strategy for product launches; define rollout strategies; set launch toolkits standards; establish measurement frameworks.
- Sales Enablement & Sales Plays: Build sales playbook aligned to product capabilities and customer pain points; equip revenue teams with content; partner with sales leadership; use data to prioritize enablement.
- Analyst & Review Site Strategy: Lead analyst relations strategy; orchestrate briefing cycles; manage presence on review platforms; monitor and respond to reviews.
- Website & CRO Performance: Partner with marketing and web teams to ensure clear product positioning; prioritize CRO initiatives; define messaging strategy and success metrics; direct testing and optimization.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire the Product Marketing team; set structure and priorities; coach on messaging and technical fluency; foster ownership and learning culture; develop growth plans; ensure collaboration across teams.
Education and Experience:
- 8+ years in Product Marketing with 2+ years in leadership.
- Proven experience in fast-growing B2B SaaS.
- Strong understanding of PLG motions, SaaS business models, and product lifecycle.
- Success in GTM execution, analyst engagement, and pricing strategy.
- Exceptional communication and executive presence.
- Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder influence.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketing Automation, G2, and PMM platforms (e.g., Klue) is a plus.
- AI literacy to leverage AI tools effectively.
Location: U.S.
Salary Range: $184,200 - $250,000 per year.
