About the role n8n is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to own and grow a defined enterprise territory across Northern Europe (UK&I, Nordics & Benelux) building pipeline, landing net-new logos, and expanding strategic accounts. You’ll run a full-cycle, consultative enterprise motion (FTE 2,500+): uncovering technical and business needs, aligning multiple stakeholders, guiding evaluations, and closing high-impact six/seven-figure deals. This role is ideal for someone who can sell to technical buyers (developers are our ICP), thrives in fast-growing environments, and uses a structured methodology (e.g., MEDDIC/MEDDPICC) to drive predictable outcomes. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING 🎯 Own and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets across a defined Northern Europe enterprise territory 🧭 Build pipeline proactively (≥50%+ sourced by you) through outbound prospecting and smart territory/account planning 🔎 Run deep discovery and qualification using MEDDIC/MEDDPICC—uncovering pain, impact, decision process, decision criteria, and confirming real evidence before you forecast 🧱 Manage the full sales cycle end-to-end: discovery, demos, technical validation/evaluation, proposals, procurement, and negotiations 🧠 Translate technical value into business outcomes—aligning n8n’s automation + AI capabilities to measurable efficiency, risk reduction, and speed-to-delivery 🤝 Orchestrate multi-threaded deals across stakeholders (champions, technical evaluators, security, procurement, and economic buyers) to keep momentum and reduce stall risk 📝 Create and drive mutual action plans with customers—clear next steps, milestones, and shared accountability from first meeting to signature 📈 Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene, forecast accuracy, and account notes in CRM (Salesforce) communicating clearly and early about risks and next steps 🔗 Partner tightly with Solutions Engineering, SDRs, Marketing, RevOps, and Customer Success to accelerate deals and ensure strong handoffs for expansion 🌍 Represent n8n at events and in-market—building credibility with technical communities and enterprise leaders across Northern Europe (with customer travel as needed) REQUIREMENTS MUST-HAVES 🏆 Enterprise SaaS sales track record: 5+ years in quota-carrying roles with consistent overachievement in enterprise segments 🌍 Northern Europe market expertise: Existing network and proven success selling into Northern Europe enterprises (plus relevant languages) 🧩 Complex deal leadership: Proven ability to close multi-stakeholder deals with longer cycles, procurement/legal steps, and high scrutiny 🔎 Methodology-driven execution (MEDDIC/MEDDPICC): You use structured qualification to build high-confidence pipeline and accurate forecasts 🗣️ Executive + technical buyer fluency: You can engage C-level stakeholders and also win credibility with technical audiences (DevOps, SecOps, IT Ops etc.) 🧠 Consultative selling: You lead with customer outcomes, ask sharp questions, and tailor your narrative to the customer’s reality—not a generic pitch 📊 Operational discipline: Strong CRM hygiene, forecast rigor, and a habit of using evidence to drive next steps and internal alignment 🤝 Collaboration mindset: You work smoothly with SE/CS/Marketing/RevOps and elevate the whole deal team, not just your own activity NICE-TO-HAVES 🧑💻 Open-source / community experience: You’ve sold in or alongside open-source ecosystems and understand bottoms-up adoption and PLG signals 🧪 Selling technical workflow/automation products: Experience with integration, API-first platforms, DevOps/SecOps/IT Ops, or adjacent categories 🚀 Early-stage / scale-up experience: You’ve helped build pipeline and playbooks in a fast-growing environment where process is evolving n8n is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status. Location: Budapest, Hungary About Wolt At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe. Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life. About the Team Wolt's Shared Service Center in Budapest is home to a team of 40 people who keep our operations running across markets. Ten of them focus on one mission: getting German merchants to live on Wolt quickly and correctly. They own the onboarding journey from the moment a partner signs to the day they start receiving orders. Now we're looking for someone to lead them. As Onboarding Team Lead, you'll be based in Budapest and work closely with our Onboarding Operations team in Germany, reporting to the Global Head of Business Process Outsourcing Management. You'll lead a team of 12 FTE, own the German onboarding pipeline, and make sure every partner gets a smooth, high-quality start on Wolt. The team is experienced and established, and it's ready for a leader who can raise the bar on speed, quality and process, while being its biggest advocate. What you’ll be doing You'll be responsible for how quickly and how well German merchants are onboarded onto Wolt. That means leading the people, owning the pipeline, and keeping a close eye on the numbers. You'll build a solid understanding of the full onboarding landscape, including POS integrations, gear workflows, commission changes and offboarding. You'll also be the go-to person when things get stuck. Day-to-day in this role you’ll: Lead, coach and develop a team of 12 FTE onboarding specialists, support them daily, and spot knowledge gaps and training needs. Own the onboarding pipeline so it always reflects reality. New venues are assigned the same day, follow-ups and on-hold reasons stay up to date, and stalled cases get escalated or offboarded instead of left open. Track the team's key onboarding KPIs, such as time to onboard and new live venues, so you always know where the team stands and can flag deviations early. Work with Sales, Account Management, Product and the Onboarding Operations team in Germany to escalate blockers early and improve how we onboard. Keep data quality high by validating issues yourself before escalating, sharing bug reports daily, and making sure partner information is accurate and complete. Plan team capacity ahead of holidays, business trips and short weeks so no partner is ever left without an owner. Our humble expectations You have at least 2 years of experience leading a team of 8 or more people, including setting clear performance expectations and following up on them. You have 3+ years of experience in operations in a fast-paced environment such as a marketplace, e-commerce or a shared service center. You're fluent in both German and English, written and spoken, because you'll work daily with German partners and stakeholders. You're comfortable working with data and use KPIs and dashboards to understand performance and make decisions. You're structured and detail-oriented, and you keep pipelines, timelines and data accurate without being chased. You take ownership, spot opportunities to improve processes, and drive changes independently. What we offer A key leadership role shaping how merchants in one of Wolt's biggest markets join the platform. A team that's already up and running, so you can focus on raising the bar rather than starting from scratch. Close collaboration with teams across Germany and Budapest, plus visibility across Sales, Account Management and Product. Career growth opportunities in a fast-growing company, backed by comprehensive internal training. Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion We’re committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That’s why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that true innovation happens when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel. Beware of recruitment scams: DoorDash, Deliveroo, and Wolt will never ask you to pay money or share sensitive financial information during hiring — learn more about our legitimate recruiting process at Recruitment Scam Awareness - DoorDash .

We’re now looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to make sure our GTM team scales just as fast - and just as effectively. 🎯 Your main goal will be to enable GTM teams to close more deals faster by providing the knowledge, resources, and training they need to succeed at every stage of the buyer journey. You’ll be helping us build on early-stage existing foundations (onboarding, certifications, tooling) and take it to the next level as we scale. This is a high-impact, hands-on role with a direct line to revenue outcomes. 🚀 BUILD ONBOARDING THAT SHORTENS RAMP TIME AND BOOSTS IMPACT - Design and deliver world-class onboarding for new GTM team members across Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineering. - Track and continuously improve ramp time through tailored strategies and performance feedback loops. - Collaborate with leadership to define what “great” looks like across roles and build onboarding paths accordingly. 📚 CREATE SCALABLE ENABLEMENT PROGRAMS THAT DRIVE REVENUE - Translate product updates, GTM strategies, and technical concepts into clear, actionable content. - Identify knowledge gaps and build role-specific enablement initiatives to address them. - Design certifications and training frameworks (e.g. demo, discovery, technical proficiency) to ensure consistency and quality across the field. 🎤 RUN HIGH-IMPACT ENABLEMENT EVENTS AND INTERNAL COMMS - Support the planning and execution of team-wide enablement moments like SKOs, regional kickoffs, and quarterly readiness sessions, partnering closely with sales and revenue leadership on strategy and messaging. - Act as the voice of enablement for GTM teams, making sure they have the right information at the right time, through the right channels. - Partner closely with Product, Product Marketing, and RevOps to sync launches, messaging, and process changes. 📊 MEASURE WHAT MATTERS AND MAKE ENABLEMENT A GROWTH DRIVER - Define and track KPIs to demonstrate enablement’s impact on sales productivity, pipeline velocity, and deal size. - Build a competency scorecard with GTM managers to support coaching and performance management. - Use insights from sales calls, Gong data, and product usage to continuously refine your programs. REQUIREMENTS MUST-HAVES - 📍 Based in the states where we can currently hire: you are currently located on the East Coast in one of the states where we can hire (Massachusetts, Virginia, New York, New Jersey or Florida). - 🧠 Sales enablement experience in PLG SaaS: You have 4+ years of enablement experience at fast-growing SaaS companies, ideally building enablement from scratch in a PLG environment. - 💼 Deal complexity experience: You've enabled teams selling mid-market to enterprise deals (6 to low-7 figures). - 🧑💻 Technical buyer fluency: You understand how to sell to technical personas (CTOs, engineering managers) and can translate that into training that resonates with a technical AE audience. - 📚 Learning program design: You’ve built high-quality, scalable training programs tailored to different GTM roles and seniority levels. - 🗣️ Strong communicator: You excel at turning complex technical concepts into clear, compelling, and actionable content for sales teams. - 🧘 Organized and proactive: You’re structured, self-directed, and take ownership without needing hand-holding. - 🤝 Customer-first mindset: You focus on enabling the team to better articulate our value and deliver better buyer experiences. NICE-TO-HAVES - 🤖 Passion for automation and AI: You’re excited by the space we’re building in — and it shows. - 🔧 Familiarity with n8n: You’ve used the product (or are eager to start). WHY JOIN US? This is your chance to build something from the ground up: a high-leverage enablement function in a high-growth company, with a direct line to revenue impact. You'll be joining a supportive, fast-moving, and collaborative team where enablement is viewed as a strategic lever, not a support function. Help us scale our product, our message, and our people. AGENTIC ENGINEERING PLATFORM ENGINEER Developer Productivity · AI Coding Agents · Developer Platform 🎯 Your main goal will be to keep n8n operating as an AI-native engineering organization where agents are embedded across the development cycle; helping teams plan, build, test, review, learn, and improve. You’ll do this by maintaining and evolving the platform foundations, tools, guardrails, and team processes that make agentic development safe, measurable, and sustainable. Working with Developer Platform, Security, AI/Agents, Architecture, and product engineering teams, you’ll help teams continuously adopt what works from frontier AI and make success visible through faster feedback loops, better quality, stronger resilience, and more learning from what we ship: BUILD THE PAVED ROAD FOR AGENTIC DEVELOPMENT - Define safe task categories for autonomous agents, including what they can attempt, what they should never touch, and where additional review is required. - Design and implement isolated execution environments where agents can work without exposing secrets or accessing sensitive systems unnecessarily. - Build pilot workflows that allow selected Linear issues to be picked up by agents, tested, and converted into useful draft PRs. MAKE N8N'S MONOREPO AGENT-READY - Create and maintain repo instructions, agent playbooks, ownership metadata, coding guidelines, and documentation that improve agent performance. - Continuously improve developer workflows, repo structure, testability, and documentation based on where agents succeed, fail, or create reviewer friction. - Partner with Architecture and senior engineers to define boundaries, dependencies, and areas where agents need more context or tighter constraints. INTEGRATE AGENTS INTO ENGINEERING WORKFLOWS - Integrate agentic workflows with Linear, GitHub, CI, test infrastructure, and developer review processes. - Design PR evidence templates that help reviewers understand what changed, why, what tests ran, what risks remain, and where human judgment is needed. - Partner with Security, AI/Agents, Developer Platform, and product engineering teams to define guardrails for sensitive areas like auth, billing, permissions, and data handling. MEASURE QUALITY, SAFETY, AND ADOPTION - Create benchmarks from real historical engineering tasks to evaluate agent output quality, failure modes, test pass rates, review burden, and production risk. - Define quality signals and adoption metrics such as draft PR usefulness rate, reviewer acceptance rate, CI pass rate, rework rate, and developer satisfaction. - Use data and feedback from pilot teams to improve agent workflows, reduce unsafe attempts, and build trust across engineering. REQUIREMENTS MUST-HAVES - 🧠 Autonomous coding agents: You have experience with autonomous coding agents, AI coding platforms, agent orchestration systems, or internal AI developer tooling. - 🤖 Agentic development experience: You have practical experience building, deploying, or operating AI-assisted or agentic software development workflows that work with developers not besides them. - 🛠️ Strong engineering foundations: You have a strong software engineering background, ideally in platform engineering, developer experience, infrastructure, tooling, CI/CD, or engineering productivity. - 🧭 Ambiguity leadership: You’re comfortable leading a first-of-a-kind technical initiative from problem definition through pilot, adoption, measurement, and iteration. - 🔁 Modern engineering workflows: You deeply understand GitHub, CI, testing strategies, code review, monorepos, issue tracking, developer environments, and release risk. - 🔐 Safety-first judgment: You have strong judgment around permissions, secrets, sandboxing, sensitive code paths, and human-in-the-loop review. - 📊 Measurable systems thinking: You know how to design benchmarks, quality signals, failure-mode tracking, and adoption metrics. - ✍️ Clear written communication: You’re strong at writing repo instructions, playbooks, PR evidence templates, technical proposals, and alignment documents. - 🤝 Cross-functional influence: You have credibility with senior engineers and can influence across Platform, Product Engineering, AI, Security, and Architecture without formal authority. NICE-TO-HAVES - 📦 TypeScript monorepos: You have worked in a large TypeScript, Node.js, or JavaScript monorepo. - ⚙️ Developer platforms: You have experience with GitHub Actions, Linear, automated testing infrastructure, preview environments, or internal developer platforms. - 🛡️ Security-aware platform engineering: You have worked on sandboxing, secrets management, least-privilege access, or sensitive code ownership. - 📏 AI evaluation: You have created evaluation frameworks, benchmarks, or quality metrics for AI-generated code or automation systems. - 🌍 Open-source communities: You have experience contributing to open-source or source-available projects with active developer communities. - 🏢 B2B SaaS context: You understand environments where reliability, permissions, data handling, and customer trust are central. - 🔗 Workflow automation: You’re familiar with workflow automation, integration platforms, AI orchestration, or developer-facing products. Why join us? At n8n, you’ll help define how autonomous AI agents become a trusted part of engineering inside one of Europe’s fastest-growing AI-native infrastructure companies. Your work will shape the platform foundations, safety model, evaluation framework, and developer workflows that determine whether agents can contribute meaningfully to production engineering without lowering the quality bar. You’ll join a remote-first team with high autonomy, high visibility, and a strong builder mindset. Because this is a first-of-a-kind role, you’ll have the opportunity to set direction, influence engineering culture, and create learnings that may inform both internal engineering productivity and n8n’s external product thinking. Why join us? At n8n, you won’t be stepping into a fully defined territory and simply running an existing playbook. You’ll have the opportunity to build your market, create your own pipeline, win technical customers, and directly influence how we scale our Mid-Market sales motion in the US. You’ll join a fast-growing, product-led company at an exciting stage of its journey, working closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams while having the autonomy to experiment, learn, and shape how we grow.
