About Advantage HQ
Advantage HQ is building the next generation of creator-led growth infrastructure for consumer brands.
We combine creative strategy, creator partnerships, performance content, whitelisting, affiliate distribution, paid media, and proprietary technology into one integrated growth system.
Our team manages more than $850 million in annual media spend and works with a network of more than 400,000 creators across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. Through Meteoric AI, our proprietary intelligence platform, we use data and AI to improve decision-making across creative production, creator selection, customer acquisition, campaign performance, and brand growth.
We work with ambitious consumer brands across health, wellness, beauty, nutrition, personal care, and lifestyle.
The Opportunity
Advantage HQ is looking for a Media Buyer who can take ownership of growth across a portfolio of e-commerce clients.
This is a strategic, client-facing role. You will be responsible for understanding each client's business, developing the paid media strategy, identifying growth opportunities, and working with Media Analysts, Creative Strategists, and other internal teams to turn that strategy into measurable results.
You will be expected to think beyond campaign metrics. The strongest Media Buyers understand how media connects to the broader customer journey, creative, offers, funnel performance, and business economics.
You will have significant ownership over your clients and will be expected to bring recommendations, challenge assumptions, and identify opportunities before the client has to ask.
What You'll Own
Own the paid media strategy
You will develop and lead paid media strategies across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and other relevant channels.
You will determine where to allocate budget, how to structure campaigns, which audiences and creative angles to prioritize, and where additional investment can create profitable growth.
You will balance short-term performance with the longer-term goal of building a scalable acquisition engine.
Drive account performance
You will work closely with Media Analysts to monitor performance, identify trends, diagnose problems, and make decisions that improve efficiency and growth.
You will be accountable for understanding the reasons behind performance changes, not simply reporting what happened.
You will know when to scale, when to test, when to pull back, and when the problem sits outside the media account itself.
Think beyond the media account
You will analyze the broader customer journey and identify opportunities across the funnel.
This may include landing pages, conversion rates, offers, pricing, checkout experience, creative, customer retention, and post-purchase behavior.
You will work with cross-functional teams to turn these insights into practical recommendations for clients.
Lead testing and experimentation
You will develop a structured testing roadmap across audiences, creative, offers, messaging, campaign structures, and other growth levers.
You will evaluate test results based on business impact and use those learnings to inform future strategy.
You will avoid testing for the sake of activity and focus on experiments that can meaningfully improve performance.
Partner with Creative
You will work closely with Creative Strategists to identify creative opportunities based on media performance, customer behavior, and market insights.
You will help translate performance data into clear creative briefs and recommendations and use creative performance to inform future media strategy.
Own client relationships
You will serve as a strategic partner to your clients, building relationships based on trust, expertise, and results.
You will lead strategic conversations, present performance insights, explain recommendations clearly, and help clients understand the decisions behind the strategy.
You will be comfortable challenging a client's assumptions when the data supports a different direction.
Identify growth opportunities
You will continuously look for opportunities to increase client growth and account value.
This could include new channels, new audiences, new offers, creative opportunities, funnel improvements, or changes to the broader acquisition strategy.
You are expected to bring ideas to the table rather than waiting for direction.
Who You Are
You are an experienced performance marketer who understands e-commerce from the perspective of both media and business growth.
You can look at an account and understand not only what the numbers are saying, but what they mean and what should happen next.
You are strategic enough to lead client conversations but hands-on enough to understand campaign mechanics and challenge the details when necessary.
You are commercially minded. You understand that a strong media account is not defined by a good CTR or low CPA alone. You care about profitable growth, customer economics, conversion, retention, and the client's broader business objectives.
You are comfortable working with ambiguity and taking ownership of your accounts. You do not wait for someone else to identify the next opportunity.
You use data, technology, and AI to improve the speed and quality of your decision-making.
Experience We Value
6+ years of experience in paid media, performance marketing, growth marketing, or a related field
Significant experience managing e-commerce clients is required
Strong hands-on experience with Meta, Google, and TikTok, with additional platform experience such as Snapchat or X being valuable
Experience managing significant advertising budgets
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute paid media strategies that drive measurable business growth
Strong understanding of funnel performance, conversion rates, customer acquisition economics, and e-commerce metrics
Experience with creative testing, offer testing, and landing page or funnel optimization
Experience working closely with Creative, Analytics, Growth, or other cross-functional teams
Strong client-facing and presentation skills
Experience creating and presenting strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Why Join Advantage HQ
You will work with ambitious consumer brands and have the opportunity to influence growth beyond the boundaries of a traditional media buying role.
You will have access to experienced media, creative, growth, and technology teams, as well as proprietary data and tools such as Meteoric AI.
You will have meaningful ownership over your clients and the opportunity to test new ideas, identify growth opportunities, and develop strategies across the broader customer acquisition system.
For the right person, this role can also provide a path into media leadership, strategy, or broader growth responsibilities.

ENTERPRISE ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE, TRADFI & WEB3 ENTERPRISE, MED (FRANCE & ITALY)
Our Account Executives help organisations adopt digital assets with confidence by connecting their business needs to Chainalysis's blockchain intelligence solutions. They build trusted customer relationships, develop new business, and grow existing accounts through a consultative sales approach.
We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to cover France, Italy and Malta within our SEMEA team. Your primary focus will be two segments: traditional finance (TradFi), including retail, commercial, private and investment banks, payment and e-money institutions, and asset managers that are launching, supporting or exposed to digital asset activity; and the largest Web3 players, including major exchanges, brokers, custodians, stablecoin issuers and digital asset infrastructure providers operating at scale in France and Italy.
You will own your territory strategy, navigate complex and highly regulated sales cycles, and engage stakeholders across compliance, financial crime, risk, security, procurement, digital assets and executive leadership, from bank CCOs to the compliance and security leaders of large crypto platforms. We measure success through quota attainment, new customer acquisition, and account growth across France and Italy.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU'LL
- Exceed your sales quota by acquiring new customers and growing existing accounts across France and Italy, with a primary focus on TradFi institutions and large Web3 enterprises.
- Develop and execute territory and strategic account plans that reflect each market's banking and digital asset landscape, regulatory environment, and buying processes.
- Build relationships with decision-makers and champions across compliance, AML / financial crime, investigations, risk, security, digital assets teams, and executive leadership, in both TradFi and large Web3 organisations.
- Create and maintain a qualified pipeline through targeted prospecting, local industry relationships, partner collaboration (consultancies, advisory firms, technology partners), and customer referrals.
- Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from discovery through negotiation and close, working with customers' technical, legal, third-party risk, and procurement teams.
- Connect Chainalysis solutions to customer outcomes, including managing exposure to crypto-asset service providers and their customers, meeting AML / CFT and sanctions obligations, supporting the safe launch and scaling of digital asset offerings, and investigating illicit activity.
- Engage customers on how MiCA, the Transfer of Funds Regulation (Travel Rule), DORA, EU AML rules and evolving French and Italian supervisory expectations affect their business needs, working with Chainalysis specialists where appropriate.
- Position Chainalysis as a partner for both worlds: help banks build confidence in digital assets, and help large Web3 players meet the compliance expectations of banks, regulators and institutional counterparties. Coordinate with the wider crypto native coverage to avoid overlap on mid-market and early-stage Web3 accounts.
- Maintain accurate forecasts and clear account plans, with consistent visibility into opportunities, risks, and next steps.
- Work with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, Partnerships, and other teams to develop proposals and support customer adoption.
- Represent Chainalysis at customer meetings and industry events across France and Italy, sharing market feedback to inform regional positioning and messaging.
WE'RE LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES WHO HAVE
- 7+ years of B2B enterprise software or SaaS sales experience, including significant experience selling to banks or other regulated financial institutions (AML / financial crime, risk, compliance, fraud, or cybersecurity solutions) and/or to large crypto native organisations.
- A record of exceeding quota through consultative selling, new business development, and account growth in long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Experience developing enterprise accounts in France and/or Italy, with an understanding of local banking and Web3 market practices, procurement and vendor-onboarding processes.
- A solid understanding of the crypto ecosystem and of the compliance, risk and security challenges facing both banks engaging with digital assets and large exchanges, custodians and infrastructure providers.
- The ability to translate technical capabilities into clear business outcomes for different stakeholders, from compliance officers to CISOs to C-level executives.
- Experience using a structured enterprise sales methodology to qualify opportunities, develop customer champions, and manage complex deals.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to engage senior executives and explain complex concepts clearly.
- Professional fluency in English and either French or Italian, with the ability to sell effectively across both markets.
- The ability to work independently across a defined territory while collaborating with regional and global teams.
- A willingness to travel regularly across France and Italy and occasionally elsewhere in the SEMEA region.
NICE TO HAVE
- Professional fluency in both French and Italian.
- Established relationships within French and Italian banks, payment institutions, large crypto platforms, and financial services associations.
- Experience selling blockchain analytics, financial crime, KYC / transaction monitoring, fraud prevention, cybersecurity, or data analytics solutions to banks.
- Familiarity with MiCA, the Travel Rule, DORA,European AML requirements, and the roles of relevant French and Italian authorities (e.g. ACPR, AMF, TRACFIN, Banca d'Italia, CONSOB, UIF).
- Experience selling to banks launching digital asset services (custody, trading, tokenisation, stablecoins), or to large Web3 players serving institutional clients.
- Experience working with local industry associations, advisory and Big 4 firms, and technology partners to develop a territory.

About Paired
Paired is a global staffing and recruiting agency that specializes in pairing remote work with top-tier talent!
We are dedicated to connecting talented individuals with remarkable companies in need of their skills. Our goal is to create fulfilling job opportunities for professionals around the world.
Our Client
AI powered ecommerce agency. They have worked with 500+ DTC and ecommerce brands, managed $250M+ in media spend and delivered $2B+ in client revenue. They run paid social, paid search, email/SMS, CTV, TikTok Shop, Amazon, UGC and CRO for a portfolio of DTC brands.
Their team is lean and works in pods. Each pod has a pod lead who owns strategy and client relationships, a media buyer who owns execution and performance, content managers, and creative support. They use AI throughout our workflow, from account audits to landing page builds to creative reporting, so one strong media buyer can do the work of three.
This is a fast environment. If you are ambitious and hard-working, it will move your career faster than most agencies can. If you need a lot of structure or prefer a slow pace, it is not the right fit.
The Role
You will be the media buyer in one of our pods, managing Meta campaigns (with TikTok as a secondary channel) across a portfolio of ecommerce accounts. You own the ad accounts: budgets, pacing, structure, launches, testing and optimization. Your pod lead owns the client relationship and overall strategy. You own the numbers and the execution behind them.
The role combines hands-on buying with media buying strategy. You will analyze performance data, find where accounts are leaking (pre-click or post-click), and propose the fix: new creative angles, landing page tests, budget shifts or structure changes. You will also join client calls and present paid social performance alongside your pod lead.
What Success Looks Like
Every account is paced to its monthly budget, with no overspend and no surprises
Spend moves to the highest-leverage products and campaigns, and comes off losers quickly
No ads run on sold-out products, broken links or outdated offers
Accounts are never starved of creative: you flag gaps early and get new assets live fast
Landing page and creative tests launch on schedule and produce clear winners
Your pod lead walks into every client call with accurate numbers and a clear plan from you
Seasonal moments (Prime Day, BFCM, brand sales) launch on time with approved assets
What You’ll Do
Campaign Management
Build, launch and optimize Meta campaigns daily, with secondary management of TikTok Ads
Own daily budgets and monthly pacing per account, and reallocate spend based on performance, frequency and inventory
Manage campaign structure, bidding, audiences, exclusions and frequency controls
Upload and traffic new creative, and run structured creative and angle testing
Run weekly account sweeps: check every live ad for stock availability, link destination, offer accuracy and copy errors, and fix issues the same day
Monitor ROAS, NC-ROAS, MER, CAC and frequency against client targets
Strategy and Analysis
Diagnose performance by separating pre-click problems (creative, audience, fatigue) from post-click problems (landing page, offer, site)
Look past platform ROAS to backend profitability: margins, COGS and blended results
Build landing page test plans and work with our team to get new pages designed, approved and live
Audit ad copy and creative across accounts and recommend what to refresh, cut or scale
Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, including Prime Day, BFCM and client sales
Spot and escalate tracking issues (pixel, CAPI, attribution discrepancies) before they distort decisions
Creative Collaboration
Work with content managers, designers and the creative team to source, brief and review ad creative
Identify winning hooks, formats and angles, and turn them into creative requests
Push for authentic assets (real people, raw clips, UGC) that improve performance
Reporting and Client Communication
Prepare performance reports and creative performance reports for client calls
Join client calls with your pod lead and present paid social results, trends and next steps clearly
Keep internal Slack channels and Jira tickets updated so everyone knows what changed and why
AI and Process
Use AI tools (Claude and others) daily to run account audits, generate landing page concepts, draft copy and build reports
Help turn repeated work into reusable AI workflows that make the whole pod faster
Requirements
Must have
3+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience for ecommerce brands (not lead gen or boosted posts), with at least one account at $100K+/month in spend
A proven record of scaling DTC ecommerce brands through Meta, at an agency or in-house
Deep understanding of Meta campaign structure, auction dynamics, pixel/CAPI tracking and creative performance
Strong command of ecommerce metrics: ROAS, NC-ROAS, MER, CAC, LTV, contribution margin
Precision with budgets: you pace spend to the dollar and catch problems before the client does
Strong ownership: you act without waiting to be told, and you close the loop on every task
Clear, confident communication, written and on calls
Comfort using AI tools in your daily workflow, and curiosity about using them more
Humility to do the detailed work and ambition to grow into a strategist
English C1-C2 fluency for conversation level since this is a client-facing role
Nice to Have
TikTok Ads Manager experience
Triple Whale, Northbeam or other attribution tools
Working knowledge of Shopify and Klaviyo, and how paid and retention channels work together
Experience building or testing landing pages
Background in creative strategy, UGC or performance creative
Experience with Jira or similar task management tools
Benefits
What You’ll Get
Fully remote work; USD payment up to 6k/month
Direct ownership of your ad accounts and the results they produce
Training on AI-powered media buying workflows most agencies do not have yet
Access to Triple Whale, Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo, Claude and more
A clear growth path from media buyer to media buying strategist as the agency grows

WHO ARE WE?
Cohere is the leading security-first enterprise AI company. We build cutting-edge foundation AI models and end-to-end products that are designed to solve real-world business problems.
We’re training and deploying frontier models for enterprises who are building AI systems. We believe that our work is instrumental to the widespread adoption of AI and we are looking for folks that want to be part of that.
We obsess over what we build. Each one of us is responsible for contributing to increasing the capabilities of our models and the value they drive for our customers. Cohere is a team of researchers, engineers, designers, and more, who are all passionate about their craft.
We are a global technology company headquartered in Toronto with key offices in London, New York City, San Francisco, Montreal, Paris, Berlin and Seoul. Join us!
ROLE OVERVIEW
We're seeking a senior product leader to own Cohere's Inference as a Service business end to end. The product is sovereign, self-serve inference: a mid-market or enterprise buyer picks a model, a region and a GPU size, and is running the same afternoon with no procurement cycle and no infrastructure of their own. You'll decide which open-weights and first-party models we serve, in which regions and on which hardware, set the rate card they sell at, and carry the revenue and margin that follow from those calls. You own the platform around that endpoint as well, from the console and dashboards a customer administers their deployment through to the catalog of first-party and third-party models behind it.
You'll set the strategy and run the execution, which means choosing where to spend across serving efficiency, the self-serve console and regional capacity when all three want the same budget, and shipping the deployment framework that removes infrastructure barriers while holding the line on data residency, compliance and operational confidence. You'll do that across engineering, serving, finance, legal and GTM without formal authority over most of it, and you'll be accountable for the outcome rather than for the roadmap.
The timing is most of the opportunity. Every serious company is deciding where its models will run and what it costs to keep them running, serving demand is climbing faster than anyone can rack hardware for it, and very few of those buyers are willing to hand their data to an operator who can read it. We are starting this business from a standing start, with the models, the silicon and the encryption already in place and almost no one else able to offer the combination. You would be taking a product to market in the window where that advantage is still ours, building one of Cohere's major revenue lines from its first customer onward, and shaping how a generation of companies buys AI it can actually trust.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the P&L for Inference as a Service: carry the revenue number, set the rate card, and keep blended margin above the floor as the catalog and the fleet grow.
- Own the inference platform itself: the console and dashboards where customers see usage, spend, API keys, access control and attestation, and the value-add tooling that makes a managed endpoint worth more than a raw one.
- Own the model inventory across first-party and third-party models: what enters the catalog, how it is grouped by provenance, what it is priced at, and when something is quantised, replaced or retired.
- Set the roadmap and the investment case across serving efficiency, the self-serve surface and regional capacity, and make the call when those three compete for the same budget.
- Build the commercial motion with GTM from the ground up: self-serve acquisition for the mid-market, a sales-led motion for enterprise, and the partnerships that monetise capacity we would otherwise leave idle.
- Stay close to the market: talk to customers and developers about integration friction and unmet needs, track competitor pricing, catalogs and launches, and follow where models and hardware are heading, then turn that into a clear view of where we should place our bets and what it would take to win.
- Define the metrics that tell us whether this is a business, including revenue, margin, win rate, time to first token and self-serve share, and lead the work that moves them.
- Partner with engineering, research, legal, finance, technical writing and developer relations to ship the platform and clear the licensing, pricing and capacity decisions behind it.
- Represent the business to the executive team with a recommendation, the evidence behind it and the trade-off it implies.
REQUIREMENTS
- 10+ years of product management experience, including meaningful time owning a B2B infrastructure or platform product at the scope of a business rather than a feature area.
- Experience operating in a GM-like capacity: you have carried a revenue line or a P&L, set pricing, and been held to margin as well as to shipping.
- Background at a neocloud such as Together AI, Baseten or Fireworks, or at a hyperscaler such as AWS, Azure, OCI or Google Cloud, with a working view of how inference capacity is priced, packaged and sold, and a point of view on where the segment goes next.
- A track record of thinking about infrastructure as a product, with the ability to translate system-level capabilities into clearly differentiated, customer-facing features.
- Entrepreneurial, with experience taking a new product to market and building the commercial motion around it rather than inheriting one.
- Experience with deployment models such as multi-tenant and dedicated infrastructure, and ownership across the full product lifecycle, from problem definition through launch, iteration and eventual migration or deprecation.
- Analytical by default: you define success metrics before you build, instrument thoughtfully, and use data alongside qualitative feedback to make decisions.
- Able to set direction and earn alignment across engineering, infrastructure, finance, legal and GTM without formal authority, and to put a clear recommendation and its trade-offs in front of an executive audience.
NICE-TO-HAVES
- Experience owning a model serving or inference platform, including self-serve infrastructure and metered inference offerings.
- Exposure to data residency, sovereignty, or regional compliance requirements as they apply to AI or cloud infrastructure products, particularly in the inference-as-a-service context.
- Familiarity with the AI developer ecosystem and open standards, including orchestration frameworks such as LangChain and LlamaIndex, model serving frameworks such as vLLM, and an awareness of de facto interoperability standards and how they shape developer adoption and integration patterns for inference workloads.
- Experience with GPU infrastructure and cloud deployment models across both neocloud and hyperscaler environments.

ABOUT NIANTIC SPATIAL
AI has learned from almost everything online, but it still struggles with the physical world, where 99.5% of economic activity happens. It can't yet reason about real places well enough for robots, field crews and AI agents to rely on it, and closing that gap will change how factories, power grids, cities and defense operations run.
That's one of the biggest unsolved problems in AI, and it's the one we're solving at Niantic Spatial. We build spatial AI models and services so people and machines can reason, learn and act safely in the physical world. We turn camera imagery, video, sensor data and archives into accurate, AI-readable representations of real places that robots can train in and machines can use to know exactly where they are.
In physical AI, mistakes have real consequences. That's why we build AI grounded in measured reality, not guesswork, so the people and machines relying on it can trust it to get things right.
Our team built some of the world's most widely used maps. Now we're building something bigger: a living, measured record of the real world that machines can query, learn from and use to understand how places change over time. If you want to help AI understand the world we actually live in, come build with us.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Large Geospatial Model is Niantic Spatial's foundation model of the physical world. It learns from years of real-world captures of millions of places, and people, robots and AI agents use it to find out where they are, what is around them and what has changed. Each step up in scale has given the model capabilities it did not have before. The next problems are some of the hardest in AI: filling in the parts of a place no camera saw while marking what was inferred, measuring what changed between visits, and predicting what will change next.
Customers already use the model in production. Energy companies use it to guide field crews to equipment on large industrial sites, defense partners use it for positioning where GPS is jammed or unavailable, and robotics companies train robots in metric-scale copies of the real sites they will work in.
You will be the first product leader for the model and the data it learns from, reporting to the Chief Product Officer. You decide which capabilities it gains and in what order, the bar each release has to clear, and what data Niantic Spatial collects, licenses or partners for to get there. You set those priorities directly with the Chief Scientist and the London research team who train the model.
If you have shipped a frontier language model, most of the job will be familiar: evals, data mix and release decisions. The job differs in two ways. Every output of this model can be scored against a measured real place, so its evals rest on ground truth. And its data is collected in the physical world, so choosing what to capture next is a product decision with a real cost. Experience in 3D or mapping is welcome but not required.
By the end of your first year, research, engineering and the product leads for industrial, defense, robotics and platform customers work from one model roadmap that you own, each release ships against evals you wrote, and the model's newest capabilities are in customers' hands.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the Model Roadmap - Decide the order in which the Large Geospatial Model gains its next capabilities, from filling in unseen parts of a site to measuring and predicting change, based on what industrial, defense, robotics and platform customers will pay for. Turn customer problems into specific research requirements, and bring new research results to the product leads who sell into each market.
- Set the Release Bar - Define the evals and acceptance criteria for each capability with the Real-World Test Lab, which measures model output against ground truth in real places. Decide whether each release ships or goes back for more data or training.
- Own the Data Plan - Decide what data Niantic Spatial collects, buys, licenses or gets through partners, and set the product terms of those deals with Legal and Business Development. Set the curation, labeling, consent, privacy and training-rights requirements every dataset has to meet, and keep a record of which data went into each model version.
- Turn Capabilities into Products - Decide when a new model capability is ready to become something customers buy, what it promises them, and how it reaches them through Niantic Spatial's products and platform.
- Set the Long-Term Direction - Decide where the model goes over the next several years, as it moves from describing places as they are to tracking how they change and anticipating what comes next, and make the case for the research and data investment that takes.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 8+ years in product management, including at least three years shipping a large model to users or customers.
- Experience writing evals for a model and using them to decide when a release was ready.
- Direct work on training data, such as setting a data mix, running labeling or human-feedback programs, or negotiating data licenses.
- Enough depth in how large models are trained, post-trained and evaluated that researchers bring you into their technical decisions. Many strong candidates for this role were ML engineers or researchers before they moved into product.
- Experience setting direction for research and engineering teams that did not report to you.
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in 3D computer vision, reconstruction, localization, mapping, geospatial data, robotics or autonomous systems.
- An advanced degree in machine learning, computer vision, robotics, or a related field.
- Experience with Gaussian splatting, neural fields or visual positioning systems.
- Experience with government or defense requirements for data provenance and security.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary: Competitive market rate. Compensation also includes an annual bonus, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package.
LOCATION & WORK MODEL
This role is based in our London office, with three days per week in office.
INCLUSIVE APPLICATION
We know the strongest candidates don't always tick every box. If you're excited about this role and believe you could do it well, we encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't match every qualification listed - you may be exactly who we're looking for.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for an experienced, motivated Enterprise Account Executive to drive ElevenLabs’ growth across the telecommunications industry - including wireless carriers, broadband providers, cable companies, and other communications service providers.
Telecommunications companies support millions of customer interactions every day across service, sales, billing, technical support, retention, and field operations. Voice is already central to how these businesses engage with customers, creating a significant opportunity for conversational AI to improve customer experience, increase efficiency, and unlock new revenue.
Our ideal candidate is passionate about the transformative potential of AI voice technology and eager to act as a strategic partner, helping leading telecommunications companies reimagine how they serve, support, and communicate with their customers.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL
- Build and manage a growing portfolio of enterprise telecommunications accounts to help ElevenLabs achieve its revenue goals
- Identify opportunities where conversational AI can drive growth, automation, or cost efficiency across customer-facing and internal workflows - including customer care, technical support, sales, retention, billing, collections, field service, employee enablement, and multilingual communications
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the telecommunications and conversational AI landscapes, including customer priorities, competitive solutions, emerging technologies, and evolving customer expectations
- Demonstrate expertise around how ElevenLabs’ voice technology can create value across contact centers, virtual agents, in-app assistants, outbound communications, branded voice experiences, and creative content
- Develop and execute account strategies across the full buying group - including Customer Experience, Care and Operations, Digital and Product, IT and Engineering, Marketing, and Procurement - landing with one high-impact use case and expanding across business units, customer journeys, and markets
- Navigate complex telecommunications environments and identify opportunities to integrate ElevenLabs with existing contact center, CCaaS, CRM, and operational technology ecosystems
- Partner closely with Forward Deployed Engineers to design high-impact solutions, manage successful Proofs of Value with customers, and establish a path to scaled production deployment
- Serve as a trusted advisor by educating customers on generative AI and voice while helping shape ElevenLabs’ telecommunications playbook, including our ICP, messaging, use cases, and customer references
REQUIREMENTS
- 7+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience in SaaS or technology, ideally with exposure to AI, generative AI, LLM-based products, or API-driven platforms
- Experience selling to telecommunications companies - including wireless carriers, broadband providers, cable companies, or other communications service providers
- An established network and strong relationships across the telecommunications industry
- Proven success closing seven figure deals and managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Experience selling to both technical buyers - such as Product, Engineering, IT, and Architecture, and business buyers across Customer Experience, Care, Operations, Digital, and Marketing
- Ability to understand a customer’s business, operational environment, and requirements for success, then translate ElevenLabs’ capabilities into solutions that deliver measurable value
- Proficiency navigating enterprise procurement, security, legal, and technical validation processes, with the ability to operate autonomously and partner effectively across functions
- Strong executive presence, the ability to build relationships at the C-suite and senior leadership level, and a willingness to travel frequently for onsite customer meetings and industry events
- Comfort operating in an early-stage, high-growth environment where ambiguity is the norm and priorities evolve quickly
- Passion for voice and audio AI and its potential to transform customer experience across the telecommunications industry
LOCATION
This role is remote-first and can be based anywhere in the United States; however, the ability to operate across EST, CST, or PST time zones is required. We have a preference for candidates based in New York or San Francisco, with the option to work from one of our offices.
#LI-remote
We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses.
Location: United States of America
What We Do:
Cybercrime is growing, and more businesses are getting hit by threats that used to target only the biggest organizations. That pushes defenders like us to operate at the highest level, and it deepens our need for good people who want to make a meaningful impact.
Founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators, Huntress is a remote-first team working to make enterprise-grade cybersecurity accessible to businesses of all sizes. We work closely with security teams and service providers protecting complex environments, often without the time or headcount to handle it all. That’s why we build our technology in-house and back it with a 24/7 human-led Security Operations Center (SOC). As a result, our platform is never disconnected from the experts who manage it, ensuring our customers' protection.
Huntress now secures more than 6M endpoints and 17M identities worldwide. Those numbers keep growing because more businesses rely on us to help carry the load and operate with more confidence. Every day, you can see that commitment in how we stand with our customers and how we show up for each other.
Reports to: Sr. Director, Demand Integration
Location: Remote US
Compensation Range: $142,000 to $152,000 base plus bonus and equity
What You'll Do:
You own the lifecycle operating model for customer and partner growth, turning signals into plays that improve cross-sell performance, recover closed-lost opportunities, and identify where automation can change how the work gets done. On the Demand Integration team within Revenue Operations, you set priorities, make tradeoffs, and turn ambiguous opportunities into clear paths from marketing handoff through CAM execution. You shape the requirements, operating rhythms, and success measures that keep teams aligned, while the Customer Campaigns and Product Marketing teams own broader campaign strategy, content, and channel plans.
You are Give a $h*t in the way you identify gaps, take ownership of the operating model, and make the motion work instead of sending another one-off list to the field. You are Outcome-Obsessed about the measurable impact of lifecycle programs, from qualified expansion opportunities to recovered pipeline and efficient rep follow-up. Perfect Imperfection shows up in how you use data and feedback to make informed tradeoffs, improve the system, and raise the quality of each iteration. You lead through influence by building stakeholder buy-in, incorporating feedback from CAMs and partner teams, and keeping cross-functional decisions moving.
Responsibilities:
Set and own the lifecycle operating model for customers and partners from marketing handoff through Account Management (CAM) execution, securing stakeholder buy-in, incorporating feedback from customer-facing teams, and aligning cross-functional priorities to improve expansion outcomes.
Identify, prioritize, and lead high-value automation opportunities across lifecycle execution by diagnosing process gaps, defining requirements, aligning stakeholders, and implementing scalable workflows, routing, and handoffs across go-to-market platforms.
Own the strategy and execution of re-engagement plays for delayed, stalled, and closed-lost cross-sell and expansion opportunities by defining recovery hypotheses, eligibility criteria, audience logic, sequence structure, automation, rep handoff, and measures of recovered pipeline and rep follow-through.
Establish the handoff experience for Account Management and other customer-facing roles so reps know who to engage, why the opportunity is relevant, and what action is expected, then improve the supporting follow-up based on field feedback and results.
Apply consent, opt-in and opt-out, suppression, contact governance, and other communication requirements while coordinating timing to reduce conflicting or excessive outreach.
Use approved AI tools to work faster on research, documentation, analysis, and workflow preparation while applying sound judgment and validating outputs before execution.
Establish the measurement framework for lifecycle performance, including engagement, rep follow-through, conversion, recovered pipeline, and influenced pipeline, then use the findings to set priorities and improve the operating model.
What You Bring to the Team:
You have experience shaping lifecycle strategy and operating models while staying close enough to the systems to build or improve sequences, workflows, routing, and automation.
You have experience designing targeted lifecycle motions across marketing automation, email, CRM, and sales engagement platforms, including the audience segmentation required to support them.
You understand customer lifecycle, cross-sell, expansion, closed-lost recovery, install-base, or partner motions and can translate business goals into practical programs.
You have working knowledge of email compliance, consent and opt-out requirements, suppression logic, and contact governance.
You are comfortable working with customer, opportunity, product, and engagement data to build accurate audiences and evaluate play performance.
You bring strong strategic judgment, systems thinking, and ownership, with the ability to turn an ambiguous business opportunity into a prioritized, scalable plan and lead cross-functional teams toward a measurable outcome without relying on formal authority.
You use AI to work faster and smarter in day-to-day research, documentation, analysis, and workflow tasks while applying good judgment about accuracy, privacy, and appropriate application.
What We Offer:
100% remote work environment - since our founding in 2015
Generous paid time off policy, including vacation, sick time, and paid holidays
12 weeks of paid parental leave
Highly competitive and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits plans

About Anthropic
Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems.
About the role
Nonprofits, universities and other mission-driven organizations do some of the hardest work in the world, usually with small teams and little technical capacity. As a Scaled Account Manager in Beneficial Deployments, you will be the person a named book of these organizations can rely on. You will own each customer relationship after the first conversation, including commercials, activation and the conversations that turn a new deployment into everyday use.
This role sits on the Scaled Sales team within Beneficial Deployments, the part of Anthropic that brings Claude to mission-driven organizations sooner and further than the market would on its own. You will work with little to no dedicated Customer Success support, so you are both the seller and the person who helps a customer get real value.
That is only possible if you work differently. You will use Claude to take on the short-horizon tasks that consume a book like this, and spend your time on strategic conversations. The role will also change. As we automate more of this work, the book will take less of your time, and that time moves to growth: deeper work with your highest-potential accounts, launches, events and programs that reach many more organizations. We are hiring someone who wants that: someone who will automate parts of their own job and move on to the next hard problem.
What you'll do
Own a named book of nonprofit and education customers.
Take over existing relationships and run them end to end: retention, seat growth, plan moves and new contacts inside each organization.
Drive activation yourself.
Help priority customers in the segment go from purchased seats to weekly use, starting with where staff lose the most time: fundraising, grant writing, reporting and program operations at nonprofits, or research support, teaching and administration in higher ed.
Automate your own work.
Use Claude to handle account research, follow-ups, usage reviews and routine questions, then share what works so the whole team can use it.
Spend your time on strategic conversations.
Work with executive directors, operations leads, and IT and academic leaders at universities to find the use cases that matter to their mission and agree what success looks like.
Spot who is ready for more.
Identify customers moving from individual productivity toward redesigned workflows, build the case, and bring in Applied AI or other specialists when they qualify for deeper support.
Build programs, not one-offs.
When ten customers have the same problem, create a playbook, webinar or cohort that solves it once.
Be the voice of your book.
Bring what you hear to Product, Marketing, Support and Operations, and work across those teams to get customer problems fixed.
Where your time goes as we automate
The role starts mostly account-facing. Over roughly the first six months, we expect Claude to take on much of the routine work, and your time shifts toward growth. Examples of where it goes:
Deeper with priority accounts.
Spend real time with the 10 to 15% of your book that can move from individual productivity to redesigned workflows, and get them there.
Quarterly launches.
Beneficial Deployments brings new offerings to the nonprofit and education community each quarter. Help drive them: coordinate across Marketing, Comms and partner teams, and make sure your customers benefit.
Events.
Help shape and run the events, local and eventually international, that become a core part of how we reach new organizations.
New signups and scaled partnerships.
Contribute to the motions that bring new organizations onto Claude, including partner channels and programs for segments we don't yet serve well.
The exact mix will change, and you will help decide it. Part of the job is working out which tasks should be automated and which still deserve a person's time.
You may be a good fit if you have
3+ years of account management or customer success experience with nonprofit or higher education customers, with a proven track record of growing retention and driving adoption of new technology
Have owned customer relationships in an account management or customer success role, and can point to accounts you grew, retained or turned around
Use AI in your own work today, and can show a workflow you built that gave you real time back
Bring structure to unfamiliar problems, and can move from a messy situation to a clear plan quickly
Have run multi-step programs or projects with several stakeholders and kept them on track
Have got things done through people you did not manage, across teams in a larger organization
Stay effective when your job changes, and would see automating part of your role as a win
Can explain AI plainly to people who are skeptical, busy or new to it
Care about the mission of nonprofits and educational institutions, and about AI being developed and deployed safely
Strong candidates may also
Have built something from zero, such as a company, a product, a sales motion or a new program, or been an early employee at a startup
Have a consulting background, with experience across many sectors and problem types
Have worked at an AI-native company or sold AI products, or moved from business development into owning accounts
Have worked in or with nonprofits, foundations, Universities or other mission-driven organizations
Understand how nonprofits and universities buy, including boards, funders, procurement cycles and tight budgets
Have used usage data to prioritize a large book of accounts

How we're different
We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills.
The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences.

We’re building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn’t just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like.
Who we are looking for
Everyone at Higgsfield is an A-player. We're looking for teammates who bring:
- High energy, strong commercial instincts, and flawless execution.
- Ownership and accountability to drive deals end-to-end.
- The ability to build trusted relationships with partners, agencies, and enterprise clients.
- Resilience in high-pressure situations and an always-on mindset.
- A balance of sharp analytical skills and natural people intuition.
- Hunger to win and the grit to scale a B2B SaaS business globally.
About the role
This is the GTM Account Executive role for Asia-Pacific (excluding Japan, which has its own dedicated lead). APAC is a crucial region for Higgsfield, and this role turns its creator and agency demand into agency, brand and enterprise revenue: sourcing and closing the region's first deals yourself and owning the accounts after signature. You work with our Almaty-based GTM team, our US-based Enterprise team, and directly with company leadership.
What you will work on
- End-to-end sales execution: identify, pitch, negotiate, and close deals with APAC agencies, brands and B2B partners, adapting to how each market buys.
- Open the market: build a named-account plan across the region's most ready markets and work it, starting with advertising and creative agencies, consumer brands, production companies, broadcasters and streamers, K-content, gaming and sports media.
- Convert platform demand: turn high-usage APAC creators, teams and agencies already on Higgsfield into team and enterprise accounts.
- Account management: own relationships post-sale, ensuring adoption, expansion, and long-term success.
- Partner routes to market: identify and activate the regional agency networks, telcos and platforms, studios and resellers that are the primary route in across Asia.
- Customer success: act as the voice of the APAC customer internally, ensuring feedback flows into product and engineering.
- Processes at scale: build the repeatable playbook that the next APAC hires will follow.
Your must haves
(You don't need to meet every single requirement to be a strong candidate. If you're excellent in a few of these areas and eager to grow, we'd still love to hear from you.)
- Revenue track record: demonstrable history of consistently achieving and exceeding multi-million dollar revenue targets, with deals you sourced and closed yourself.
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales and/or account management with measurable results.
- Multi-country APAC experience: you have sold creative, marketing or AI technology in at least three APAC markets with distinct buying cultures.
- An existing network of senior buyers in APAC agencies, brands, media or entertainment companies.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken. Korean, Mandarin, Cantonese, Bahasa or Thai is a strong plus.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage sales data and metrics for decision-making.
- Ability to work in a high-growth startup environment.
Nice to haves
- Big3/Big4 consulting experience or equivalent top-tier professional background is a strong plus.
- Experience selling AI, GenAI, or ML products.
- Experience in early-stage, fast-scaling startups.
- Exposure to upselling, cross-selling, and customer success strategies.
- Relationships in K-content, gaming, or broadcaster and streamer ecosystems in Asia.
- Existing network of enterprise clients or partners in SaaS/AI ecosystems.
The deal
- Competitive base salary in USD.
- Equity participation through the company's stock option program.
- Based in Almaty (on-site; we sponsor and process your work permit, cover your flights, and provide temporary housing while you settle in) or remote in an APAC country, with regular travel across the region and to Almaty.
- Our GTM team works six days a week and overlaps with US hours. Expect the same pace wherever you are based.
- Full-time position.
- Opportunity to become the cornerstone of Higgsfield's APAC sales engine.

Procurement Operations is the front door for buying at Anthropic. We sit inside Finance Operations and own the path from "I need to buy something" to a signed agreement, an accurate purchase order, and clean spend data at month end.
We are hiring a Procurement Operations Business Partner to own that path for the teams that keep Anthropic's offices, people, and physical spaces running. Workplace covers real estate, office build outs and leases, furniture and equipment, facilities services, maintenance, and food and beverage. Security covers physical security: guard services, access control and badging, cameras, and security consulting that protect our offices and people. People covers recruiting agencies and recruiting operations, HR systems, benefits and Total Rewards vendors, and training and development.
You will be the person who makes all of it feel simple to the teams who depend on it and reliable to the Finance stakeholders behind it.
This is a high volume role with an accounting core. You ensure every purchase in your portfolio is coded, dated, received, and accrued correctly, so spend is right in the books every month. Expect a steady queue of requests, statements of work, change orders, and renewals, and expect to be the person Accounting trusts on all of it.
We use Claude as part of our daily workflow and are looking for someone who wants to help define what an AI native procurement operations function looks like, including how AI changes intake, document review, vendor coordination, and requester support.
Responsibilities
Own the purchasing process
Manage a high volume of purchase requests, statements of work, change orders, and renewals each month across Workplace, Security, and People, keeping speed and accuracy high at the same time.
Serve as the primary procurement partner by guiding requesters from initial request to signed agreement and issued purchase order.
Review every purchase request for the things that matter downstream: the right vendor record and contracting entity, complete commercial documents, correct spend categorization and service dates, and the approvals the purchase actually needs.
Determine what each request requires before it can move, whether that is a statement of work, an amendment, a lease review, a privacy review, or a third party risk assessment, and route it to the right reviewers the first time.
Partner with Privacy, Security, and Third Party Risk on vendors that handle employee or candidate data or have physical access to our offices, such as badging and camera systems, background check providers, and on site service staff. Hold the line that nothing goes live without the review it needs.
Launch and track contract review with Legal and outside counsel, keep it moving, and confirm the executed agreement supports the purchase order before it is issued.
Structure purchase orders so they match how the vendor bills (fixed fee, milestone or progress billing, time and materials, per placement, per head, or recurring monthly service) and how Accounting needs to see the spend, with the right GL account, cost center, and service period on every line. Manage change orders, renewals, and closures over the life of each agreement.
Handle the mechanics that come with physical work and goods: multi line quotes, deposits, lead times, receiving, and asset handoffs for furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
Know where a purchase belongs. Not everything in these categories should run through a purchase order, and you help requesters tell the difference between a contract that needs Procurement and spend that belongs on a card.
Financial completeness and accuracy
Code every purchase order correctly at creation, including GL account, spend category, cost center, and service period, and understand how each choice lands in the financials: capitalized build out and equipment versus operating spend, deposits and prepaids versus expense, and lease versus non lease costs.
Work the hard cases with Accounting: progress billed construction, retainage, partially delivered milestones, guard services billed in arrears against changing staffing schedules, placement fees tied to start dates and guarantee periods, credits and true ups, and change orders that land mid month.
Understand what a contract actually commits us to, including term, termination for convenience, and notice periods, so firm commitment reporting reflects the real exposure.
Own the open purchase order book: receipts recorded against actual delivery, periodic reviews, stale line cleanup, coding corrections, and timely closures, so PO, receipt, and invoice agree.
Serve as the first line reviewer for month end accruals on your portfolio, gathering estimates from vendors and budget owners for variable spend and confirming or correcting proposed amounts so Accounting can close on time.
Partner with Accounts Payable to resolve invoice holds, PO mismatches, and receiving questions so vendors are paid on time and spend lands where it belongs.
Support audit and reporting requests that touch your portfolio, including commitment schedules and control evidence, with data you can stand behind.
Be the front door
Be visible and responsive in your teams' Slack channels and office hours; answer routine purchasing questions quickly and escalate real blockers with context.
Apply purchasing policy consistently and explain the why, including approval thresholds, signature authority, and when an exception is and is not available.
Translate procurement, legal, privacy, and finance requirements into plain language for Workplace, Security, and People teams, and carry their operating reality back to those teams so controls fit the work. An office opening date, a guard post that has to be staffed tonight, or a recruiting search that has to start this week are real constraints, and you plan around them.
Keep a regular check in with your highest volume teams so upcoming office projects, renewals, staffing changes, and searches are visible early and nothing urgent arrives as a surprise.
Continuous improvement
Maintain the playbooks, intake guidance, and standard operating procedures for your portfolio so the path is repeatable and does not live in one person's head.
Identify manual steps, repeat questions, and failure points and fix them, including where Claude and workflow automation can take work off requesters and the team.
Minimum qualifications
5 to 7+ years of procurement operations, purchasing, or vendor operations, including time supporting Workplace or Facilities, Security, or People teams.
Proven track record of owning a high volume purchasing portfolio end to end in a procure to pay and intake platform.
Solid working knowledge of accrual accounting as it applies to purchasing: accruals and reversals, service period and cutoff, prepaid versus expense, capital versus operating spend, and GL and cost center coding. You can explain how a purchase order becomes an entry in the general ledger.
Experience managing services vendors on master agreements with statements of work and change orders, where scope moves and the contract, the PO, and the invoice have to stay in sync.
Experience with facilities, real estate, or construction purchasing, including milestone or progress billing and receiving against physical delivery.
Working knowledge of how contract review, privacy and security review, and financial controls fit together in a purchase, and the judgment to know when to push a request through and when to slow it down.
Preferred qualifications
Experience with office build outs, leases, or fixed asset purchasing, including furniture, fixtures, and equipment, and working alongside Lease Accounting or Fixed Assets.
Experience buying physical security services or systems, such as guard services, access control, or video surveillance.
Experience with recruiting agencies, contingent workforce, or HR and benefits vendors, including the privacy review that comes with employee and candidate data.
Background in accounting, accounts payable, or a month end close process.
Direct experience with Zip, Workday Financials, and Ironclad.
Prior ownership of month end accrual review or open PO reconciliation for a large, variable spend portfolio.
Experience designing tiered intake or approval frameworks that sped up low risk purchases without weakening controls.

Revit is one of the brands in the Belkins group of companies. In 3 years, we’ve grown to a team of 25+ people located all over the world, and so far we’ve made a positive impact on more than 150 clients who trusted our team with their growth and outbound (emails, LinkedIn, cold calling).
At Revit, we show up every day because we love selling ideas, creating new business relationships, solving challenges that might seem impossible, and getting results where others couldn’t — so that like-minded clients who trust us with their outbound and growth can become our years-long partners.
With more extensive support from the other companies in the Belkins group, our 2027 goal is to grow 2x in size and find a way to keep scaling while keeping quality high across the board — from having the best people on the team to onboarding the right clients who match our values and value proposition.
Back in 2017, Belkins started as an appointment-setting agency with just one service offering. Fast forward to today, and we’ve transformed into Belkins Group — a vibrant ecosystem of services and products that define the cutting-edge landscape of the SalesTech and MarTech industries. Among our successes are ambitious start-ups like Revit, which have evolved into standalone powerhouses, as well as innovative products such as Folderly.
This is not a place for everyone, but if you’re looking for a world-class culture and an opportunity to grow, build your career, and make an impact, you’re likely to enjoy being part of Revit and building the future together with us!
What you’ll do:
Making 3 AEs better every week.
You’ll do call reviews, give feedback, sit in on deals, and jump in to close when it matters.
Owning the number.
You’ll handle MRR, forecasts, and monthly plans, and know where we stand and why before anyone asks.
Building the system.
You’ll build a sales process that’s clear enough for a new AE to follow, with data that shows exactly where deals get stuck.
Growing the close rate.
You’ll find where we lose deals between the first call and the signature, and fix it.
Designing KPIs and incentives
that reward the results we actually want.
Being marketing’s closest partner.
You’ll shape ICPs and messaging together, so a bigger pipeline turns into revenue, not just a fuller calendar.
Scaling the team
as we grow, including bringing in fractional AEs when it makes sense.
What you bring:
A sales leader who wants to own our growth. You’re still hands-on and still on calls, and you can build a team and a process around you.
Sales leadership:
1–2+ years leading a team of 3–4+ people, with numbers that show what changed while you led it.
Digital marketing services:
agency-side experience, not a SaaS/product or software development company.
US market:
you’ve sold to US clients and know how they buy.
Close rate:
ideally 15%+, or a clear story behind your numbers.
Revenue ownership:
planning, forecasting, and explaining MRR.
Sales process:
you’ve built or run a structured process and improved it with data.
High pace:
you get things done and are driven by results.
Good communicator:
you listen well, give specific answers, and build relationships quickly.
Curious:
you ask a lot of questions about the buyer, the market, and the product.
Proactive:
you spot patterns and problems, and suggest ideas without being told what to do.
English:
C1/C2.
Bonus points:
Experience with or inside an outbound / lead generation agency.
You’ve led 2x growth before.
At Belkins Group, we care deeply about our team members, and we prove it through:
Competitive Pay: Your dedication deserves more than recognition; it deserves compensation that matches your expertise.
Remote-First Flexibility: We’ve transitioned to a fully remote environment so you can work where you’re most productive. Our flexible hours help you stay agile and focused.
Professional Growth: We’re a launchpad for your career. Through regular feedback, 1:1s, internal mobility, and knowledge-sharing, your growth is enabled and celebrated. We also maintain an internal wiki for insights and a library of the latest business books to keep you sharp.
Well-being focus: Your mental health is a priority. We offer mental health lectures and support for your overall well-being.
Recharge Time: We prioritize your rest with 20 paid vacation days, parental leave, fully covered sick days, and unlimited days off for unexpected needs.
Global Sync: We align with U.S. holidays to keep our global teams in sync.

From Fivetran’s founding until now, our mission has remained the same: to make access to data as simple and reliable as electricity. With Fivetran, customer data arrives in their warehouses, canonical and ready to query, with no engineering or maintenance required. We’re proud that more organizations continue to leverage our technology every day to become truly data-driven.
About Us
Fivetran and dbt Labs are bringing together two industry-leading companies with a shared mission: helping organizations unlock the full value of their data.
Together, we’re delivering the data infrastructure layer that helps organizations move, transform, and trust their data — from the moment data moves, through every transformation, to the context teams and AI systems rely on.
Fivetran helps organizations automate data movement across the systems, clouds, engines, and tools they rely on. dbt Labs pioneered analytics engineering, helping teams transform data into reliable, governed insights. Together, we support thousands of organizations as they build a trusted foundation for analytics, AI, and better business decisions.
As we bring our teams and technology together, we’re building on the strengths of both companies while continuing to deliver the products and experiences our customers know and trust. It’s an exciting time to join us: we’re creating a company with the scale, talent, and technology to help more organizations put their data to work with greater speed, confidence, and impact.
During this transition period, you may see references to both Fivetran and dbt Labs throughout our recruiting process as we integrate our teams, systems, and career sites.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Staff Software Engineer to join
Cloud Signals
, the team behind the systems that measure, bill, and talk to our customers across the dbt platform and, more and more, the combined Fivetran + dbt product.
Cloud Signals owns:
Billing and usage metering:
turning product activity into accurate, auditable usage and billing data, and leading the integration of Fivetran and dbt billing into one consolidated system.
Vortex, our telemetry and event pipeline:
high-volume event ingestion that feeds the warehouse, product analytics, and downstream systems.
The Notification System:
the shared service that sends transactional and product notifications (email, in-app, Slack) for teams across the platform.
Usage and admin reporting:
giving customers clear visibility into consumption as we move toward consumption-based pricing.
These systems are on the critical path for revenue and customer trust. As a Staff engineer you’ll set technical direction across them, take on the hardest cross-team problems, and help raise the bar for engineering across the area.
This is a full-time remote position.
Technologies You’ll Use
Python and TypeScript for backend services and APIs (Rust, Go, or Java experience also welcome)
Relational databases (PostgreSQL) and cloud data warehouses (Snowflake)
Event streaming and messaging systems (Kafka or similar) for high-throughput telemetry and usage pipelines
AWS (plus exposure to GCP or Azure), Docker, and Kubernetes
Terraform for infrastructure as code
Datadog for observability, alerting, and on-call
Third-party billing and payment platforms, plus internal and public REST APIs
AI coding assistants and agents (e.g., Claude Code) as part of everyday development
What You’ll Do
Own the technical direction for Cloud Signals’ systems: set architecture, write and socialize design docs, and turn ambiguous business goals (consolidated billing, consumption pricing, telemetry expansion) into clear, staged technical plans.
Lead the design and delivery of the Fivetran + dbt billing integration: data models, usage pipelines, reconciliation, and migration strategy, so that every customer is billed correctly and on time.
Evolve Vortex into a reliable, cost-efficient, scalable event platform: onboard new event types, cut operational dependencies and cost, and make sure data lands in the warehouse correctly and observably.
Grow the Notification System into a dependable shared service that other teams can adopt easily.
Work closely with Product, Finance, RevOps, Data, and partner engineering teams across both companies, often filling gaps in specs and prototyping to test ideas before you commit to a direction.
Raise operational excellence: define SLOs, improve alerting and runbooks, take part in on-call, and lead incident response and blameless postmortems for business-critical systems.
Mentor engineers at every level, give thoughtful code and design reviews, and set an example for engineering practices, including effective, responsible use of AI tools in the SDLC.
Work across teams, departments, and time zones as a technical partner to engineering leadership on roadmap, staffing, and build-vs-buy decisions.
Skills We’re Looking For
8+ years building and operating production software, with a track record of technical leadership on large, cross-team projects
Deep experience designing distributed systems and backend services, with a strong focus on correctness, idempotency, and data integrity
Hands-on experience with event-driven architectures and streaming or messaging systems (e.g., Kafka) at high volume
Strong knowledge of relational databases and data modeling, plus experience with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake
Proven ability to design, build, and consume APIs and integrate with third-party systems
Production experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS preferred), containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code (Terraform)
A strong operational mindset: observability (Datadog or similar), SLOs, on-call, incident management, and leading systems through migrations without downtime
The ability to spot design flaws in existing systems and lead incremental improvements while still shipping
Excellent written and verbal communication: you write clear design docs, align stakeholders with different priorities, and explain technical trade-offs to non-technical partners
Fluency with AI code assistants and coding agents for building features, fixing bugs, testing, and investigation, and with conversational AI (Claude, ChatGPT, internal chatbots) for researching, writing, and reviewing SDLC artifacts like TDDs, PRDs, postmortems, test plans, and proposals
Bonus Skills
Experience with billing, metering, or usage-based pricing systems (e.g., Metronome, Stripe, or in-house rating and invoicing)
Experience building telemetry or analytics pipelines (e.g., Snowplow, Iceberg, lakehouse architectures)
Experience building notification or messaging platforms (email, in-app, webhooks) at scale
Experience with data processing (ETL/ELT), dbt, or other modern data stack tools
Experience leading platform consolidation or system integration after a merger or acquisition
Perks and Benefits
100% employer-paid medical insurance
*
Generous paid time away from work, including paid vacation or flexible/unlimited vacation depending on role and country, plus paid sick time, inclusive parental leave, paid holidays, including a year-end Global Week of Rest, and volunteer days off.
