ABOUT US
At LangChain, our mission is to make intelligent agents ubiquitous. We build the foundation for agent engineering in the real world, helping developers move from prototypes to production-ready AI agents that teams can rely on. We began as widely adopted open-source tools and have grown to also offer a platform for building, evaluating, deploying, and operating agents at scale.
With $125M raised at Series B from IVP, Sequoia, Benchmark, CapitalG, and Sapphire Ventures, we’re at a stage where we’re continuing to develop new products, growth is accelerating, and all team members have meaningful impact on what we build and how we work together. LangChain is a place where your contributions can shape how this technology shows up in the real world.
Today, our platform includes LangSmith (Observability, Evaluation, Deployment, Fleet, and Sandboxes), our open source frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, and Deep Agents), and the newly launched LangSmith Engine for autonomous agent improvement. We have 100M+ monthly open source downloads, 6,000+ active LangSmith customers, and 5 of the Fortune 10 use LangSmith in production (+ 35% of the Fortune 500 overall), including teams at Klarna, Clay, Coinbase, Workday, Lyft, Cloudflare, Harvey, Rippling, Vanta, LinkedIn, Monday.com, Nvidia, and Bridgewater.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
LangChain has strong technical credibility, a large developer community, and a lot worth saying. What we need now is someone to make sure we're saying it — consistently, strategically, and in ways that land.
We're looking for a Head of Narratives to own how LangChain shows up in the world across communications, brand, social, and design. This is a role for someone who thinks like a media company operator: always-on publishing, sharp editorial judgment, a clear point of view on the themes that matter, and a relentless focus on getting great narratives in front of the right people at the right time.
You'll lead an existing team of rockstars across brand, social, and design — each with deep expertise. Your job is to give the team a shared narrative direction, keep the output sharp and consistent, and make sure LangChain is building an audience that wants to hear from us.
This is a player-coach role. You'll set the direction but you'll also be in the work — shaping editorial, giving creative feedback, and reviewing and writing. The right person is opinionated about what good looks like and hands-on enough to help get there.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Communications
- Define the themes and narratives LangChain is hitting. Spearhead the direction on what LangChain should be known for and translate that into a rolling communications strategy the whole team is working from. This is the backbone of everything else.
- Own press and media relations. Kickstart our comms efforts, building and managing relationships with key journalists and outlets, drive proactive press coverage, and act as the point of contact for inbound media inquiries.
- Shape executive visibility and thought leadership. Identify the moments, platforms, and formats where LangChain's leaders should have a voice, and help them show up with a clear, consistent point of view.
- Lead announcement strategy. Plan and execute communications around major launches, funding, partnerships, and company milestones, working cross-functionally to make sure the story lands with the right audiences at the right time.
- Set and uphold the communications standard. Define LangChain's voice in the outside world and the quality bar for anything that goes out under its name.
Brand
- Shape brand direction in close partnership with the brand lead. The brand lead focuses on brand voice, visual identity, and standards. You'll work closely together to align on where the brand is headed, what it stands for, and how it shows up — with narrative and brand informing each other rather than operating separately.
- Stay close to major brand moments. Bring a point of view on concept and messaging for out-of-home, awareness campaigns, and other brand initiatives. Work with the brand lead to make sure what we're saying and how we're showing up are pulling in the same direction.
- Make sure brand and narrative feel like one thing. The brand should feel like a natural extension of the editorial point of view, and vice versa.
Social & Rich Media
- Partner with the social lead on strategy, themes, and goals. The social lead focuses on growing LangChain's social channels and ways to amplify our content and messaging. Work together to ensure social is amplifying the themes and narratives the broader team is driving.
- Shape LangChain's rich media approach together. Work with the social lead to develop a shared point of view on how video, audio, and other formats fit into the content mix — where they build audience, where they deepen credibility, and how to build the right execution muscle over time.
- Track what's working, what's not, and use it to sharpen direction. Stay close to performance across content, comms, brand, and social to have a better sense on where to focus, what narratives are resonating, and where to double down.
Brand Design
- Lead the creative direction for brand design in close partnership with our brand designer. Own the visual vision for how LangChain looks and feels — and work day-to-day with our brand designer to translate that into execution across campaigns, content, comms, social, and brand moments.
- Be a strong creative partner. Have a real point of view on what looks right, what earns trust with a technical audience, and where the work needs to go further. Give clear direction and help the designer do their best work.
- Keep visual identity consistent across every channel. A media company looks like itself everywhere it shows up. Make sure LangChain does too.
Team Leadership
- Lead by being in it. Develop your team by being close to the work — giving useful feedback, shaping output, and raising the bar through example.
- Build the operating rhythm. Establish the rituals and shared workflows — editorial planning, cross-functional reviews, publishing cadences — that help brand, social, comms, and design operate as a unit.
- Connect narrative to the rest of the business. Translate what marketing, sales, product, and leadership need into a narrative strategy your team can execute — and keep everyone aligned as priorities shift.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Ability to work like a media company operator. You think in publishing cadences, audience development, and narrative arcs — not just campaigns. You know what it takes to build an always-on narrative engine and keep it running at a high standard.
- Player-coach. You've led creative, comms, or content teams and know how to develop people — but you stay close to the work and make it better by being in it.
- Strong narrative instincts. You have a clear point of view on what makes a brand story work and can translate that into real direction across comms, brand, social, and design.
- Analytically grounded. You track what's working, form a view on why, and use that to make better decisions about where to focus. You connect creative work to business outcomes.
- Developer audience instincts. You understand what earns trust with technical audiences and can orient a creative team around that bar.
- Collaborative and clear. You work well with strong practitioners who own their domains — building alignment without stepping on what they own.
Nice to Have
- Experience leading narrative, brand, or comms teams at a developer-focused company
- Background in technical or developer marketing
- Familiarity with the AI/ML ecosystem and the tools developers use to build
- Track record running brand campaigns, including out-of-home or awareness programs

THE ROLE
As Marketing Counsel, you will be an essential legal partner to OnePay’s fast-growing marketing organization — turning ambitious, creative go-to-market ideas into launches that are compliant, ddefensible, and fast. This role will impact OnePay’s vision by providing the legal foundation for a marketing function that is a sophisticated, high-velocity engine for growth and brand awareness.
You will be the go-to counsel across a wide range of subject matters, advising the business in real time while partnering with legal teammates to draft and negotiate the agreements that make marketing run. You will work closely with the Marketing, Brand and Design, Paid Media, and Product teams.
It is well-suited for a strategic legal operator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and can navigate intensity, ambiguity, and imperfect processes with steady judgment.
This role is responsible for
- Advising across the marketing lifecycle. Serve as the primary legal partner to marketing, brand, design, paid media, and product teams, providing practical, real-time counsel that keeps creative and campaigns moving.
- Ad tech, privacy, and consumer data. Guide the responsible use of advertising technology, tracking, and consumer data — advising on the state privacy law patchwork (CCPA/CPRA and beyond), PII, targeting, and required disclosures across the ad stack.
- Social media, creators, and influencers. Structure and paper creator, influencer, and brand-collaboration relationships, advising on FTC endorsement and disclosure rules, usage and content rights, and platform terms.
- Rewards, sweepstakes, contests, and promotions. Design and review rewards programs, sweepstakes, contests, and promotions, including official rules, registration and bonding, and multi-state regulatory compliance.
- Affiliate marketing. Advise on and paper affiliate and partner-marketing programs, including disclosures, tracking, and payout structures.
- Production and content development. Support production and content development end to end — talent and releases, music and licensing, rights clearances, and production and vendor agreements.
- Claim development. Partner with marketing and product on claim development — substantiation, puffery, comparative claims, and disclaimers — to keep messaging both compelling and defensible.
- Scaling with AI and better systems. Bring hands-on fluency with AI tools to accelerate contract review, marketing review workflows, knowledge management, and issue-spotting, while maintaining appropriate controls and confidentiality. Build lightweight, stage-appropriate processes and self-serve guidance that let marketing move fast and stay compliant as volume and complexity grow.
- Additional duties as assigned by your manager.
You bring
- J.D. and active membership in good standing with a U.S. state bar.
- 8+ years of legal experience, including at a leading law firm and/or in-house, with at least 6 years focused on marketing, advertising, and/or ad tech law.
- Deep, hands-on command of the marketing-legal landscape: advertising and consumer-protection law (FTC Act, UDAAP), promotions and sweepstakes, endorsement and influencer rules, affiliate marketing, and advertising-related privacy (CCPA/CPRA, the state privacy patchwork, PII, and ad tech/tracking).
- A demonstrated history of working directly with C-suite and other executive leadership — influencing decisions, earning trust, and communicating clearly at the highest levels.
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills across agency, vendor, talent, and marketing-partnership agreements, with a strong eye for detail.
- AI-forward: proficient with AI tooling and genuinely excited to use it thoughtfully to improve the team’s velocity and quality.
- An act-like-an-owner mentality. We have a bias toward taking action.
- A practical, business-first mindset with the ability to weigh legal risk in the context of product, brand, and commercial realities, and to drive toward creative, business-oriented results in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Clear, concise communication across creative, technical, and non-legal audiences, with the ability to influence decision-making at multiple levels.
- Intellectually curious, comfortable with ambiguity and risk, and energized by dynamic change. Low ego, high ownership, and strong collaborative instincts — no task is too big or too small.
Preferred
- Prior tech, fintech, or financial services experience, and familiarity with marketing in a regulated industry.
- In-house experience at a high-growth consumer brand or platform.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Competitive base salary, stock options, and health benefits from Day 1

- Multi-Cluster Queueing & Resource Allocation: Implement Kubernetes-native custom controllers, CRDs, and queuing systems to dynamically route short-lived evaluation, synthetic data, and agent execution tasks across diverse hardware fleets.
- Isolation, Security & Security Boundary: Ensure strict multi-tenant network and process isolation for untrusted agent code using container/sandboxing runtimes (e.g., gVisor, Firecracker) and default-deny network postures.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain high availability, telemetry, and automated self-healing across millions of transient jobs while participating in on-call rotations for critical agent training and execution pipelines.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 4+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, Distributed Systems, Cloud Infrastructure, or MLOps supporting LLM/RL workloads.
- Data & Pipeline Engineering: Proven experience building high-throughput data processing and generation pipelines for large-scale datasets (e.g., Ray, Spark, custom distributed queues).
- Deep experience with Kubernetes & Container Tech: Strong expertise writing custom K8s operators/controllers, managing Linux cgroups/namespaces, and optimizing Docker image layers and distribution systems.
- High-Performance Software Engineering: Advanced proficiency in Python, Go, C++ or Rust, with a track record of profiling and optimizing high-performance ML or backend systems codebases.
- Sandboxing & Isolation Technologies: Hands-on experience with lightweight virtualization, container runtimes, or WASM (e.g., Docker, gVisor, Firecracker).
- Queueing & Scheduling: Deep familiarity with task queue systems, resource schedulers, and low-latency queuing architectures for high-volume, short-lived workloads.
- Comfort with Ambiguity: Passion for working directly alongside AI researchers to rapidly turn frontier agent ideas into scalable, production-grade infrastructure.

Who You Are:
Galaxy Digital is seeking a Site Development Associate to support data center development activities in and around Waco, Texas. This role is responsible for advancing sites through entitlement and permitting, building and maintaining relationships with municipal and county officials, negotiating with landowners, and coordinating with utilities — all in support of the company's data center development pipeline. This is a hands-on, field-facing role for someone who has been through at least one real estate development from land acquisition to entitlement and is excited to apply that experience to the data center industry.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and support site entitlement efforts, including zoning, platting, land use approvals, and other local governmental approvals required to advance data center sites.
Serve as the company's primary point of contact with municipalities, counties, city councils, county commissioners, and other public officials on assigned projects.
Build and maintain working relationships with mayors, city managers, county judges, and municipal/county staff.
Prepare and deliver presentations to city councils, commissioners' courts, planning and zoning boards, and other public bodies.
Identify, evaluate, and help acquire permits required for site development, including building permits and entrance/access permits, and coordinate with public works and TxDOT/county road authorities as needed.
Coordinate with utility providers (power, water, wastewater, gas, telecom/fiber) to confirm capacity, service availability, and extension requirements for prospective sites.
Support land acquisition efforts, including sourcing prospective sites, negotiating with landowners, and structuring purchase and option agreements.
Apply working knowledge of Texas oil, gas, and mineral rights to identify and help resolve mineral, surface, and lease issues affecting site control.
Understand and help manage the basics of real estate contracts, title work, and the closing process, coordinating with legal counsel, title companies, and surveyors as needed.
Understand the basics of handling claims that may arise during due diligence, construction, or site development (e.g., title, boundary, or contractor-related claims), and know when and how to escalate them internally.
Communicate regularly and clearly with internal stakeholders — leadership, legal, engineering, and construction teams — on project status, risks, and timelines.
Develop working knowledge of data center development requirements (power, fiber, water, site criteria) and apply that knowledge to site selection and entitlement strategy.
Travel within the Lubbock region and broader Texas market as needed to support site visits, public meetings, and landowner negotiations.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in real estate development, with direct involvement in at least one completed development project from acquisition through entitlement (commercial or residential); OR equivalent experience as a landman.
Demonstrated experience entitling property and working directly with municipalities, city councils, county commissioners, or other public officials.
Comfortable and experienced presenting to public bodies, boards, and internal leadership.
Working understanding of Texas oil, gas, and mineral rights and how they can affect a real estate transaction or site.
Basic understanding of real estate purchase contracts, title, and the closing process.
Experience negotiating with landowners and/or sellers in a land acquisition context.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent the company professionally to external officials and internal stakeholders alike.
Willingness and genuine interest in learning the fundamentals of data center development.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally and regionally as needed.
Bonus Points:
Commercial real estate development experience strongly preferred over residential.
Prior experience acquiring or coordinating utility, building, or entrance permits.
Existing relationships with officials or staff in Waco and surrounding municipalities/counties.
Familiarity with the basics of handling title, boundary, or construction-related claims.
Background in energy, land, or infrastructure-related real estate (landman, oil & gas land experience, utility right-of-way, etc.).
NOTE:
This position is based in Waco, Texas, with regular local travel and periodic travel elsewhere in Texas to support site visits, public meetings, and landowner negotiations.

We are an AI-native company. Every team member is expected to leverage AI daily, and we evaluate AI fluency as part of our hiring process. Join us and help redefine what's possible. 🚀
We're looking for a Staff Analyst, GTM Revenue to help our go-to-market leaders make sharper, faster decisions across revenue-critical motions. In this role, you'll partner across Sales, Customer Success, and adjacent customer-facing teams to turn complex data into practical insight, improve how teams operate, and identify where AI and automation can create real leverage.
This is a high-impact opportunity for an analytically rigorous operator who can move comfortably between deep analysis, business partnership, and hands-on execution. You'll help leaders understand what's working, where friction is slowing growth, and how to translate data into better decisions around pipeline, segmentation, productivity, retention, and overall GTM performance.
Mission
Drive clearer, faster, and more scalable GTM decision-making by turning data into actionable insight, operational improvements, and AI-enabled workflows that improve revenue performance and customer outcomes.
The Role
- Partner with GTM leaders to frame business questions, prioritize high-impact analyses, and translate findings into practical recommendations.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reporting layers, and analytical workflows that give stakeholders clear visibility into performance across Sales, Customer Success, and related customer-facing motions.
- Analyze pipeline health, segmentation, conversion, retention, and productivity trends to identify opportunities for growth, efficiency, and better resource allocation.
- Develop forecasting, scenario-planning, and decision-support models that help leaders understand performance drivers and act with confidence.
- Use SQL, Python, and modern analytics tooling to extract, shape, and analyze large datasets from multiple systems.
- Identify repetitive or manual workflows that can be improved through automation or AI-assisted analysis, and help bring those solutions into day-to-day GTM operations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with partners in Finance, Operations, Systems, and customer-facing teams to ensure data definitions, reporting logic, and recommendations are aligned to business needs.
- Present insights in a concise, executive-ready way, tailoring the level of detail to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in analytics, strategy & operations, revenue operations, business intelligence, or a similar role supporting go-to-market teams.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python, with strong judgment around how to use each for analysis, automation, and scalable reporting.
- Strong experience building dashboards, analytical models, and KPI frameworks that influence business decisions.
- Demonstrated success supporting Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, or comparable GTM functions in a SaaS or other fast-moving technology environment.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect data trends to customer, commercial, and operational outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex analysis and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work independently in ambiguous environments, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality work with speed and reliability.
Desirable
- Experience applying AI or machine learning to business problems such as segmentation, prioritization, forecasting support, or workflow automation.
- Familiarity with modern BI and visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Experience working in a high-growth, multi-motion SaaS business where GTM teams need both strategic insight and operational rigor.
- Comfort partnering with senior leaders on ambiguous questions that require both analytical depth and strong business judgment.

Hi, I'm Paul, VP of Engineering at
Customer.io
. We're always looking for thoughtful, driven Engineering Managers to add to our org. Some of our teams are building customer-facing product and workflows; others keep our distributed systems reliable, observable, and ready to scale. Whichever kind of problem energizes you, if you lead people well, hold a high technical bar, and drive work to completion without waiting to be handed a plan, we want to hear from you.
About
Customer.io
Over 9,000 companies—from scrappy startups to global brands—use our platform to send billions of emails, push notifications, in-app messages, and SMS every day.
Customer.io
powers automated communication that people actually want to receive.
We help teams send smarter, more relevant messages using real-time behavioral data—what people do or don't do inside a web or mobile app. Under the hood: Go, React, and AI help us ship fast and scale with confidence.
What we value
Ownership.
You set direction and see initiatives through. You create clarity when things are murky and set the path forward rather than waiting for one to be defined, and you're motivated by impact—not just intention. You hold yourself and your team accountable to shipping, not just staying busy.
Leaders who can do both.
You operate at the strategic level and stay close to the technical work. You can align stakeholders on a plan and earn your engineers' respect in the same day—you don't choose between vision and execution, you hold both.
A drive to execute through resistance.
Competing priorities, skeptical stakeholders, tired teams—you've moved work forward anyway. You name the resistance, make the call, and own the milestones and the misses.
An AI-first mindset.
AI is central to how you build and how you lead your team to build. You have a real, concrete point of view on AI-native development, you use agentic tooling yourself, and you bring it into how your squad operates.
A healthy skepticism for "the way things are done."
You bring rigor and pragmatism. Best practices matter—but never more than forward motion. You know when to build, when to buy, and when to wait—and you're comfortable making the call with incomplete information, then adjusting as you learn.
What you'll do
Care deeply about our customers and their outcomes
Lead your squad to deliver real customer value by owning projects end to end—from planning through delivery, quality, and follow-through
Drive execution: set milestones, keep work moving through ambiguity and competing priorities, and
ship in small, observable increments rather than waiting for a release window
Make confident decisions when the path isn't obvious, and lead your team through them
Set the operating rhythm that helps your team move fastest, rather than defaulting to ceremony for its own sake
Ensure your squad's solutions are scalable, architecturally sound, flexible, and secure, with strong peer-review, QA, documentation, deployment, logging, and monitoring practices
Stay close to the work—jump into design reviews, architecture calls, and incidents rather than watching from a distance
Provide direct, timely, and specific coaching, and create meaningful development opportunities for your direct reports
Participate in an on-call rotation as required, supporting the reliability of the systems you build
Hire, onboard, and manage performance so the right people are in place to hit your squad's goals
Bring an AI-native perspective—use AI tools to accelerate the team's velocity and help everyone prototype faster and ship smarter
Partner across engineering and other departments to align efforts with customer success, and reach higher when our customers are having a bad day
What we're looking for
3+ years managing engineers at a SaaS company (B2B or B2C), ideally early-to-mid-stage
A track record of driving execution—concrete delivery outcomes with milestones, dates, and "I drove" ownership, especially in complex or fast-moving environments
A strong technical background—you can hold your own in architecture conversations and design reviews, represent your squad's technical choices across the company, and you've shipped real work recently enough to stay credible
Comfort operating with high autonomy and little prescribed structure—you create your own clarity and make difficult tradeoffs between competing priorities
Demonstrated AI-native leadership—not just personal fluency, but bringing AI-first practices into how your team builds
Experience building high-performing, inclusive, and collaborative teams
Clear, concise, and direct communication, both verbal and written
Compensation & Benefits
We believe in transparency. Starting salary for this role is $185,000-$215,000 USD (or equivalent in local currency) depending on experience and subject to market rate adjustment. In addition to base salary, this role includes an equity grant in the form of stock options, so you share in the success you help build.
We know our people are what make us great, and we're committed to taking great care of them. Our inclusive benefits package supports your well-being and growth, including
100% coverage of medical, dental, vision, mental health, and supplemental insurance premiums for you and your family
. We also offer

WHO WE ARE
Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkpYpWfEK5s. We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion.
Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn’t to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business’s system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life’s work.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
This early-career Notino Experience Program Manager role is for a builder who thrives in ambiguity and turns it into momentum. You’ll wear many hats across the People team, but your core job is to jump in, chart the path, and drive high-impact projects based on business priorities—bringing clarity, aligning cross-functional partners, and executing quickly so the team can deliver meaningful employee experiences across EMEA and APAC.
You’ll succeed here if you’re deeply curious, eager to grow, and excited to hone your craft in People. This is a launchpad opportunity to learn from strong leaders, build expertise across the full spectrum of People work, and help shape moments that matter—bringing energy, optimism, and genuine care for people while helping build a workplace where everyone can do the best work of their careers.
As the regional anchor for how Notion’s global people & environment programs come to life outside the U.S., you’ll sit at the intersection of global vision and local execution. Based in Dublin and reporting to the Notino Experience & Environment Lead for APAC & EMEA, you’ll partner closely with the Global Experience Programs team in AMER and environment teams across Dublin, Sydney, Tokyo, Seoul, and Hyderabad—translating global programs into locally relevant, high-quality experiences and building the operational infrastructure to deliver them consistently at scale.
We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:
- Own regional program operations. Take end-to-end ownership of key people programs across EMEA and APAC — from onboarding and performance cycles to engagement surveys and talent retention initiatives. You'll research, plan, launch, and iterate.
- Bridge global and local. Act as the connective layer between the Global Experience Programs team and on-the-ground environment teams. You'll translate global frameworks into locally relevant experiences.
- Build the infrastructure. Create processes, playbooks, and agents that make local execution easier and more consistent across markets. Think onboarding workflows, program calendars, and repeatable delivery frameworks.
- Elevate Affinity Groups. Partner with Affinity Group leads across the region to strengthen their programmes, provide operational support, and help surface retention and engagement insights from within those communities.
- Use data to drive decisions. Build and maintain dashboards that track program health, adoption, and outcomes. Use what you learn to run experiments, course-correct quickly, and demonstrate ROI.
- Partner cross-functionally. Work closely with People Partners, NoE , Recruitment and business leaders to align people programs with organisational goals and ensure an inclusive, well-supported employee experience.
- Champion the Notion Experience. Help craft and bring to life a more distinct Notino Experience brand across EMEA and APAC — reimagining how we work, how we connect, and what it feels like to be a Notino in your region.
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED TO BRING:
- Programatic: experience running people programs end-to-end, across multiple markets & time zones.
- AI-native mindset: you’re “AI‑pilled” in the best way: you proactively use AI tools to speed up research, ops, and communication, and you’re excited to build AI agents/playbooks.
- Project management: strong skills and the ability to hold many moving pieces.
- Stakeholder trust: you build trust naturally across levels, from team members to executive partners.
- Bias toward action: you’re resourceful, scrappy when needed, and energised by a fast-moving environment.
- Change management: experience driving change at a high-growth company — you know how to bring people along, not just roll things out.
- Executive presence: you’re comfortable presenting to and partnering with senior leaders.
NICE TO HAVES:
- Familiarity with or enthusiasm for Notion
- Experience working across APAC and EMEA markets, with an understanding of cultural nuance in employee experience.
Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role's scope and complexity, and the candidate's experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. The estimated range for total on target earnings (including base salary and on target incentive pay) for this role is €45,000 - €70,000 per year.

You don’t need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that’s the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don’t treat AI as a novelty. They use it to think better, and make their work easier for others to build on.
