to step onto a fintech unicorn rocketship!
SD Solutions is a staffing partner operating globally. Contact us to get more details about the benefits we offer.
As an Onboarding Manager, ERP Migrations, you will lead ERP migration projects for existing Tipalti customers who are moving from one ERP system to another (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks Online, Intacct, SAP, Xero). This is a specialized track within Tipalti's Onboarding Manager career path, focused on some of our most complex, highest-visibility implementation work. You'll guide customers end-to-end — from early discovery and scoping through cutover and hypercare — while acting as a trusted advisor to customer Finance and Accounting stakeholders, often including VP-level leaders. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator who keeps customers and internal partners informed at every stage of the project.
Responsibilities:
Leading end-to-end ERP migration projects for existing Tipalti customers, managing the full lifecycle from discovery and scoping through sandbox testing, cutover, and hypercare
Serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for customers' Finance and Accounting stakeholders — including VP-level leaders — with clear, proactive, and professional communication throughout the project
Partnering with Sales, CSM/SAM, and TAM teams during project intake to capture project details, scope requirements, and coordinate Statement of Work (SOW) preparation and pricing
Coordinating integration updates between Tipalti and the customer's new ERP, working closely with internal integration and technical teams
Advising customers on data migration best practices, including vendor data and open bill migration, and use of AP clearing accounts where appropriate
Assessing project complexity (number of entities/instances, transaction volume, additional integrations, regulatory requirements, parallel run requests) to determine the right level of testing and support
Planning and executing cutover activities that minimize downtime, with clear advance communication to customers about timing and expectations
Providing hypercare support after go-live to ensure a smooth transition and quick resolution of any issues
Maintaining timely, proactive communication with customers and internal stakeholders across the project, including planning for coverage during any absences so momentum isn't lost
Overseeing project timelines, tasks, and deliverables, keeping customers on track and exceeding expectations
Contributing to the internal knowledge base, capturing lessons learned and helping colleagues navigate future ERP migration projects
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
4+ years of implementation, project management, consulting, or customer success experience with SaaS applications
Hands-on experience implementing and/or integrating ERP applications such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, Intacct, SAP, or Xero (required)
Excellent project management, written and verbal communication, and problem-solving skills, including experience communicating professionally with senior/executive-level stakeholders
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven start-up environment
Passionate about customer service and proactively identifying solutions
Bonus points if you have:
Accounts Payable and Procurement knowledge
Ability to read, debug, and understand web applications (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, API calls, etc.)
Experience with multi-entity, multi-instance, or cross-border ERP migrations
About the company:
A well-funded fintech unicorn operating a cloud-based global payables automation platform. Enterprises use it to streamline supplier payments, mass payouts, and AP operations across international markets — replacing manual finance processes with automated, audit-ready workflows.

About the role
As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will design, implement, and evolve product capabilities while solving high-scope backend problems and influencing the technical and product direction of our teams. You will move beyond "assigned work" to actively improve the quality, reliability, and performance of our systems. You will work across product, frontend, infrastructure, data, and security boundaries, making sound architectural trade-offs, communicating complex ideas clearly in an asynchronous environment, and helping define the standards for a high-scale, global product.
Why you’ll love this role
High Impact:
You aren't just shipping features; you are shaping the architecture of a global platform used by millions.
Technical Agency:
You will influence team objectives, technical direction, and long-range goals, helping us solve problems of high scope and complexity.
Innovative Culture:
You will get to experiment with and integrate agentic AI into production engineering workflows, moving beyond simple prompt engineering to build resilient, AI-assisted systems.
Autonomy:
You will thrive in our remote-first, asynchronous organization, where clear written communication and self-direction are the pillars of success.
User-Centric Collaboration:
You’ll partner closely with PMs and designers to shape requirements, ensuring every technical decision delivers genuine value to our users.
What you’ll do
Drive Technical Direction:
Design and ship moderate to complex backend features with minimal guidance, making pragmatic choices between modular-monolith code, shared components, or independently operated services.
Raise the Bar:
Advocate for product quality, security, availability, and performance. You will define backend standards for style, maintainability, testing, APIs, and operational readiness.
Mentor & Lead:
Mentor associate and intermediate engineers, remove technical blockers, and improve team delivery practices through code and design reviews.
Operational Excellence:
Diagnose and prevent performance/reliability issues at scale. Participate in incident response and act as a technical owner where appropriate.
AI Integration:
Use AI in production engineering work to improve outcomes, evaluate its effectiveness, and coach others on responsible, high-judgment use.
What you’ll bring
Deep Backend Expertise:
A strong command of backend architecture, APIs, data systems, and performance tuning in a complex product or service environment.
Adaptability:
Proficiency in modern backend languages and a deep understanding of systems programming. We value the ability to learn and adapt over mastery of a single language.
Architectural Judgment:
Experience designing or evolving modular backend boundaries, bounded contexts, and migration-safe architectures.
Influence:
Ability to lead through influence, technical judgment, and clear written communication, effectively bridging the gap between product needs and technical reality.
Agentic AI Expertise:
Proven experience building or operating agentic systems in production—moving beyond prompt engineering to architecting loops, tool-use, and error-handling strategies that ensure reliability at scale.
Helpful experience
Experience with high-throughput distributed systems, concurrency, or profiling.
Hands-on experience with containerized production operations (e.g., Kubernetes).
Deep database performance knowledge (e.g., PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, schema evolution, partitioning).
Background in large-scale modular monoliths or event-driven systems.
Public technical communication, open-source maintenance, or experience in developer-focused SaaS.

ABOUT AVOCA
Avoca is transforming how home service companies engage with their customers. Our AI-powered conversational agents handle every high-value inbound call, from booking jobs, qualifying leads, and driving higher revenue, all at a speed and consistency unmatched by human call centers.
We're a Series B startup backed by Kleiner Perkins, Meritech Capital, General Catalyst, and other top-tier investors, with $125M raised and a $1B valuation. We grew 10x in 2025 and have scaled to 170+ employees in under two years across our NYC headquarters and Santa Barbara office.
In a $1T+ market where 85% of missed calls go to competitors, we're building the category-defining platform for AI-driven customer engagement, serving the largest brands in home services. With high-energy, in-office teams in both locations, every hire here has an immediate and visible impact.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're hiring a Channel Partner Manager to build one of Avoca's most important revenue engines: partnerships with the HVAC manufacturers, OEMs, and distributors that sit upstream of every contractor. Avoca has established itself as the leading brand and AI partner in the home services industry through partnerships across several channels, and this role owns distribution through the OEM and supplier layer. These partnerships put Avoca in front of thousands of home services operators at once, with the credibility of brands they already know and trust.
You'll own a revenue goal and a portfolio of these relationships, from OEMs like Trane, Daikin, and Carrier to their distribution networks. You'll take partnerships end to end: finding the opportunity, structuring the relationship, and turning it into repeatable pipeline and revenue. This is a small, fast-moving team, so you'll wear many hats and help build the playbook as much as run it.
You'll report directly to the Head of Partnerships and work closely with leadership on our highest-priority partner initiatives.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own a portfolio of partner relationships end to end, from first conversation to signed partnership to revenue
- Build partnerships across HVAC manufacturers, OEMs, distributors, and their territory managers, including the co-op programs that fund and shape how these partnerships work
- Structure partnerships that create real distribution: co-marketing, referral motions, preferred-vendor positioning, joint events, and go-to-market
- Turn relationships into measurable partner-sourced pipeline and ARR, and own those numbers
- Represent Avoca with partners and at industry events, with travel as needed, heavier during conference season
- Work closely with Sales, RevOps, and Marketing to convert partner introductions into closed business
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Direct experience in the home services industry building channel partnerships with HVAC manufacturers and distributors like Trane, Daikin, Carrier, or Ferguson
- Existing relationships you can activate quickly, with manufacturer channel leaders and distributor territory managers, plus an understanding of how co-op works
- Experience with channel, co-marketing, or partner-sourced revenue motions
- 4+ years of professional experience, with 6 to 10 years the ideal range
- A track record of building and closing partnerships or commercial relationships, not just managing existing ones
- Strong commercial instinct and clear communication with both field operators and executives
- High agency and pace: you build the playbook and move at the speed of a high-growth startup, not a legacy player
WHO YOU ARE
- You know the home services world well enough to bring a point of view and a network with you, not build both from scratch
- You're a relationship builder who's equally comfortable in the field and in a boardroom
- You think in systems: you can look at a fragmented landscape and quickly see where the leverage is
- You want to own a book of partnerships, carry a number, and shape what this function becomes
BENEFITS
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
- Company-sponsored 401(k) through Vestwell
- Flexible PTO plus U.S. federal holidays
- Company-wide off-sites
- Monthly wellness stipend
- Daily in-office lunch through Parkday
- Dinner covered when working late
- Commuter benefits and late-night rideshare
- Standing desks and workspace accommodations available on request
- All core tools and software provided
Compensation: The expected base salary for this role is $160,000-$220,000 with final compensation based on experience, skills, and qualifications determined during the interview process. Avoca's total compensation package includes base salary, bonus, equity, and a comprehensive suite of benefits and perks. Our Recruiting team will share the full details as you progress through our hiring process.
WHY AVOCA
At Avoca, you’ll be part of a team that’s building a category-defining company at the center of a massive market opportunity. We’re a fast-moving, collaborative team with a culture designed for builders who thrive on speed, iteration, and impact.
Avoca provides equal employment opportunities to applicants and employees without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability.

From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you're excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!
We're looking for a Design Manager to lead Figma's internal Design Systems and Design Infrastructure as the company transforms and expands. This is a rare opportunity to become the steward of the system behind how Figma designs and builds Figma: the foundations, tokens and variables, component libraries, tooling, governance, and shared infrastructure that help our teams create with quality and coherence at scale. The work will shape every Figma product and, through them, the experience of millions of people.
This is a senior people leadership role with meaningful scope. You'll lead designers across multiple Design work streams, set direction through a complex transformation, and partner deeply with Design, Product, and Engineering to turn strong foundations into greater quality, speed, and leverage across Figma. If you believe the best systems create coherence without limiting the autonomy teams need to do exceptional work, this is the role for you.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
What you’ll do at Figma:
Lead and grow designers across Figma's internal Design Systems foundations, tokens and variables, component libraries, internal tooling, governance, and adoption
Set an ambitious vision and quality bar for how Figma's internal design system evolves, translating the company's transformation into coherent, durable foundations for the product suite
Partner with Design, Product, and Engineering leaders on strategy, resourcing, technical direction, adoption, and execution across a complex organization
Bring clarity and momentum to ambiguous, cross-functional work, balancing system coherence with the autonomy product teams need to solve distinct problems well
Evolve the Design Systems operating model, including governance, contribution paths, critiques and reviews, documentation, feedback loops, and adoption practices
Hire, coach, retain, and develop an exceptional team, helping designers grow their craft, judgment, and leadership across multiple workstreams
Represent the Design Systems perspective in broader organizational decisions and ensure Figma's design infrastructure evolves with its expanding product suite
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
4+ years of design management experience, including direct people leadership across multiple workstreams and a strong track record of hiring, coaching, retaining, and developing designers
Technical fluency with design foundations, tokens and variables, component libraries, internal tooling, and system architecture, plus direct experience applying or leading AI-enabled Design Systems workflows
Experience evolving an internal design system at scale, earning trust across a sizable product organization, and leading the change required to drive meaningful adoption
Deep, hands-on Figma expertise, high agency, end-to-end ownership, and a track record of creating clarity and momentum through organizational change
Experience connecting coded component systems with design libraries and design-to-code workflows
While not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:
Building token pipelines and maintaining reliable synchronization between design foundations and code
Creating internal tooling and automation that improves system maintenance, contribution, and adoption
A track record of building shared platform or infrastructure services that other teams depend on
Leading large-scale system migrations or design-infrastructure transformations across a multi-product organization
At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.

How we’re using AI today
Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups. We approach AI the same way we approach security: with clear principles, human accountability at every consequential decision point, and rigorous evaluation before anything ships to customers.
This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US.
What we're looking for:
Required qualifications
• 8+ years of Product Management experience, including ownership of security, Identity and Access Management (IAM), endpoint, or access-control products.

• The ability to communicate complex security and product concepts clearly with technical and non-technical audiences, including senior customer stakeholders.
• A customer-centered approach to prioritization that combines qualitative insight with quantitative data.
Preferred qualifications
• Experience with endpoint security, device management, zero-trust, least-privilege architectures, or related security technologies.
• Familiarity with Mobile Device Management (MDM) or Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) tools.
• Experience working with enterprise administration consoles and IT buyer or administrator personas.
• Experience taking AI or machine-learning products from concept to initial launch.
• Experience prototyping with AI-enabled developer tools and curiosity about how AI agents operate.
• Familiarity with device compliance frameworks, endpoint telemetry platforms, or related security systems.
What you can expect:
Own and evolve the Device Security product roadmap, partnering with engineering leadership to define priorities and deliver key capabilities.
• Shape the role of Device Security within 1Password Unified Access and contribute to cross-company product strategy.
• Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly prioritization, balancing near-term delivery with an 18–24 month product vision.
• Represent the customer perspective through discovery, feedback loops, recorded and live demos, and structured product artifacts such as Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and Product Requirements/FAQs (PR/FAQs).
• Collaborate with Product Managers (PMs) across adjacent product areas, as well as Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Product Marketing.
• Establish success metrics that connect customer outcomes and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) contribution to product progress.

ABOUT DOCKER
Docker has been one of the most loved brands in developer tooling, trusted by more than 20 million monthly users and over 20 billion container image pulls. From solo founders to the world's largest companies, developers rely on Docker to build, share, and run their applications across our suite of products including Docker Desktop, Docker Hub, and Docker Scout.
We are a globally distributed, remote-first team building the tools that define how software gets built and delivered. As AI agents redefine software development, Docker is at the center of that shift, providing the sandboxed environments, verified images, and secure infrastructure that make autonomous workflows trustworthy by default.
_______________________________________________________________________
THE ROLE
The Developer Experience team builds the backend systems and product capabilities that help developers understand, secure and ship software with confidence. The team powers important parts of Docker Scout, Docker Hardened Images and the workflows that turn supply-chain data into useful developer experiences.
Our systems are deliberately polyglot. Today that includes Clojure and Go services, event-driven workflows, Kafka, legacy Datomic components and newer Spanner-backed services. We will keep evolving the stack as the product and business change. We are looking for an adaptable backend engineer who can become effective in an unfamiliar codebase, choose technology pragmatically and help other engineers do the same. Clojure experience is useful, but it is not a requirement and this is not a Clojure-specialist role.
We make extensive use of AI-assisted engineering tools. We expect engineers to use them thoughtfully, validate their output and remain accountable for the quality, security and operability of what ships. At Staff level, you will also help the team turn good individual practice into repeatable workflows, controls and shared standards.
As a Staff Software Engineer, you will lead ambiguous, cross-team work from problem definition through measurable outcomes. You will remain hands-on in code while shaping architecture, raising operational standards and creating enough clarity for several engineers and partner teams to move quickly. Work may span developer-facing features, build and artefact workflows, data and event pipelines, platform evolution and integrations with Docker's build and security systems.
SUCCESS IN THIS ROLE LOOKS LIKE
You will succeed by finding the highest-leverage problem, creating momentum before every detail is known and bringing people with you. Within your first year, teams should be delivering more confidently because you have made system boundaries clearer, reduced operational risk, connected technical choices to customer outcomes and helped senior engineers take on larger work.
_______________________________________________________________________
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Set technical direction for major backend and developer-experience initiatives across Clojure, Go and adjacent systems.
- Turn ambiguous product or platform problems into clear plans, staged decisions and measurable outcomes.
- Design, build and operate distributed services, event pipelines, databases and APIs with strong security and reliability characteristics.
- Lead cross-team delivery, surface risks early and remove technical or organisational blockers without waiting for formal authority.
- Make pragmatic recommendations about when to retain, evolve or replace existing components, including the continued reduction of legacy Datomic dependencies.
- Partner with Product, Design, Security and other engineering teams to connect technical investment to developer and business outcomes.
- Improve observability, incident readiness, performance and service ownership across the Developer Experience estate.
- Improve engineering leverage through appropriate automation, AI-assisted workflows and controls that preserve human accountability.
- Mentor senior engineers, raise the quality of design and code reviews and create reusable patterns that multiply the team.
- Stay hands-on through implementation, debugging and the team's paid on-call rotation.
- Communicate decisions and trade-offs clearly in a remote, async-first environment.
_______________________________________________________________________
QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, with demonstrated technical leadership on production systems at scale.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Deep experience designing, building and operating production backend or platform systems.
- Strong programming ability in at least one production language, with evidence of becoming effective in unfamiliar languages and codebases.
- Experience with distributed systems, event-driven architectures, APIs, relational or distributed databases and cloud-native infrastructure.
- A track record of leading complex initiatives that crossed team or organisational boundaries.
- Strong technical and product judgement, including the ability to explain constraints, alternatives, customer outcomes and business trade-offs.
- Evidence of influencing without authority and improving the effectiveness of other experienced engineers.
- An operational mindset that treats observability, resilience, incident response and on-call ownership as part of engineering.
- Comfort using AI-assisted engineering tools critically while retaining ownership of the result.
- Clear written and spoken communication suited to a remote, async-first company.
HELPFUL, BUT NOT REQUIRED
- Production experience with Go, Clojure or both.
- Experience with Spanner, Datomic, Kafka or other distributed data and streaming platforms.
- Experience with build systems, containers, artefact workflows or developer tooling.
- Experience evolving a platform, database or language strategy without disrupting product delivery.
- Experience building security or software supply-chain products.
_______________________________________________________________________
WHAT TO EXPECT
FIRST 30 DAYS
- Build context on Developer Experience products, customers, architecture and current priorities.

- Understand the operational profile of the team's services, including on-call and recurring failure modes.
- Build working relationships with Product, Design, Security and adjacent engineering teams.
- Learn the team's AI-assisted engineering practices and identify where shared controls or workflows would improve them.
FIRST 90 DAYS
- Lead the technical framing and delivery plan for one significant team or cross-team problem.
- Contribute production code in the parts of the stack needed to move that work forward.
- Identify and begin addressing a material reliability, observability, data or architectural weakness.
- Establish a mentoring and design-review cadence that helps other engineers own larger decisions.
ONE YEAR OUTLOOK (FIRST YEAR)
- Be a trusted technical leader for Developer Experience and a sought-after partner across Docker.
- Deliver at least one material product or platform outcome spanning multiple teams or systems.
- Improve the reliability, clarity and delivery speed of the backend and data estate.
- Shape pragmatic evolution across Clojure, Go, Datomic, Spanner and future technologies without turning technology choice into the goal.
- Grow other senior engineers into broader ownership and reduce the number of decisions that depend on a small set of people.
Visa sponsorship: Docker considers visa sponsorship on a case-by-case basis based on business needs.

_______________________________________________________________________
THE ROLE
The Secure Build team builds and operates the infrastructure behind Docker's container builds. The team owns Docker Build Cloud and Auto Builds while developing the next generation of trusted build and CI capabilities.
Software is being changed faster than ever, but CI remains a bottleneck and a major trust boundary. Developers and software agents need to run build and test work quickly without exposing secrets, losing local-to-cloud parity or accepting an unverifiable result. Our direction is to make Docker the trusted place CI runs and turn that constraint into an accelerator.
The technical work spans Go services, container and build technology, cloud infrastructure, isolated execution and software supply-chain security. It also requires disciplined operation of the production systems customers rely on today. Docker Build Cloud and Auto Builds will need targeted reliability and operational improvements while useful capabilities evolve towards a coherent Secure Build platform.
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will turn these problems into practical product and technical outcomes. You will own substantial work from discovery and design through production, make sound security and reliability trade-offs, and stay close to the experience of developers and the agents they delegate work to.
We make extensive use of AI-assisted engineering tools. We expect engineers to use them thoughtfully, validate their output and remain accountable for the quality and security of what ships.
SUCCESS IN THIS ROLE LOOKS LIKE
You will succeed by becoming an end-to-end owner for secure, reliable build infrastructure. Within your first year, you should have delivered a material secure-build or CI capability, reduced operational risk in Docker Build Cloud or Auto Builds, and become a trusted partner to the teams and customers that consume the platform.
_______________________________________________________________________
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Turn developer, agent and security problems into clear requirements, staged technical decisions and measurable outcomes.

- Design for a clear developer experience, including workflows initiated or consumed by software agents.
- Partner with Product, Security, Developer Experience, Registry and other platform teams on end-to-end customer workflows.
- Participate in the team's paid on-call rotation and drive improvements from incidents and recurring operational work.
- Communicate decisions, risks and progress clearly in a remote, async-first environment.
_______________________________________________________________________
QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED
- 6+ years of software engineering experience, with demonstrated technical leadership on production systems at scale.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong backend engineering experience building and operating distributed systems in production.

- Working knowledge of security boundaries, identity, secrets and common software supply-chain risks.
- A strong product mindset and care for developer workflows, including experiences used by software agents.
- Clear written and spoken communication suited to a remote, async-first company.
HELPFUL, BUT NOT REQUIRED
- Experience with Kubernetes.
- Experience with SLSA, in-toto, SBOM, VEX, Sigstore, cosign, provenance or artefact signing.
- Experience with sandboxing, microVMs, untrusted workload execution or multi-tenant infrastructure.
- Experience building hosted CI runners, remote builders or developer-platform infrastructure.
- Experience with agentic development workflows or building systems used programmatically by software agents.

ABOUT US
At LangChain, our mission is to make intelligent agents ubiquitous. We build the foundation for agent engineering in the real world, helping developers move from prototypes to production-ready AI agents that teams can rely on. We began as widely adopted open-source tools and have grown to also offer a platform for building, evaluating, deploying, and operating agents at scale.
With $125M raised at Series B from IVP, Sequoia, Benchmark, CapitalG, and Sapphire Ventures, we’re at a stage where we’re continuing to develop new products, growth is accelerating, and all team members have meaningful impact on what we build and how we work together. LangChain is a place where your contributions can shape how this technology shows up in the real world.
Today, our platform includes LangSmith (Observability, Evaluation, Deployment, Fleet, and Sandboxes), our open source frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, and Deep Agents), and the newly launched LangSmith Engine for autonomous agent improvement. We have 100M+ monthly open source downloads, 6,000+ active LangSmith customers, and 5 of the Fortune 10 use LangSmith in production (+ 35% of the Fortune 500 overall), including teams at Klarna, Clay, Coinbase, Workday, Lyft, Cloudflare, Harvey, Rippling, Vanta, LinkedIn, Monday.com, Nvidia, and Bridgewater.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Cloud providers and Systems Integrators help LangChain reach customers that our direct sales and customer engineering teams can't reach on their own. This role is the technical foundation behind that ecosystem.
You'll build the reference architectures, integration patterns, and enablement programs that make partner motions work technically: co-sell with cloud hyperscalers, and independent delivery capability at systems integrators and global systems integrators (GSIs). You build with and for a partner, whose technical team then takes what you built to dozens of their own clients.
About the role
AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure help LangChain reach customers that our direct sales and customer engineering teams can't reach on their own. This role is the technical foundation behind those cloud alliances.
You'll build the reference architectures, integration patterns, and co-sell assets that make our cloud motions work technically. That covers marketplace listings and private offers, joint solutions with cloud field teams, and technical wins on named accounts. You build with and for each cloud provider, and their partner and field teams then take what you built to many of their own customers. When a cloud deal involves a services partner, you make sure that partner can deliver on LangChain.
Key responsibilities
Cloud partner engineering (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Own the technical relationship with partner and field teams at AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure
- Build reference architectures and integration patterns for running LangChain, LangGraph, DeepAgents and LangSmith on each cloud, including integrations with each provider's native AI and data services (for example Amazon Bedrock, Gemini Enterprise, AzureAI)
- Support the technical side of co-sell: joint solution briefs, deployment guides, and validated architectures that cloud sellers can bring to their customers
- Partner with cloud account teams on solutioning for named accounts, from discovery through technical win
- Keep our marketplace listings, deployment options, and co-sell technical assets current as the product evolves
- Enable cloud field and partner teams through workshops, demos, and technical briefings so they can position LangChain without pulling in our engineers for every deal
- Build and maintain joint technical plans with each cloud provider, turning shared account and industry priorities into a concrete set of reference assets
Marketplace motions with services partners
- Support systems integrators and resellers when they're part of a cloud deal, such as marketplace private offers transacted through a channel partner or joint deployments on a customer's cloud
- Give those partners the technical assets they need to scope and deliver LangChain on AWS, GCP, or Azure, using existing reference architectures and implementation guides rather than a standalone enablement program
Partner technical evangelism and feedback
- Serve as a technical escalation point for complex deployments sourced through cloud partners
- Represent LangChain at cloud provider events, summits, and joint webinars
- Gather feedback from cloud partners and the field, and route it back to product and engineering
What we're looking for
7+ years of experience in a technical, partner-facing or customer-facing role such as Partner Engineer, Partner Solutions Architect, Solutions Architect, or Sales Engineer. Experience at or alongside a hyperscaler is a strong plus. We also like former founders and technical leaders, so if you have an unusual background but the right skill set, you're welcome to apply.
Cloud and partner experience
- Track record of working with AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure partner and field teams to drive co-sell, from joint solution design through technical win
- Familiarity with cloud marketplace mechanics such as listings, private offers, and channel partner offers, and with hyperscaler co-sell programs
- Experience enabling a partner's field or technical teams so they can position and deploy a product without depending on you for every deal
- Comfortable working across engineering, partnerships, and sales at the same time
- Strong presentation and technical communication skills, able to translate between technical and business stakeholders, including C-suite executives
Agent engineering and development
- Hands-on experience building with LLM frameworks such as langchain, langgraph, or similar, including RAG patterns and agent architecture
- Experience designing evaluation frameworks and iterating on prompts and agent behavior based on results
- Strong Python skills
Cloud architecture and integration
- Deep working knowledge of at least one of AWS, GCP, or Azure, and familiarity with the other two. Strong background in GCP or Azure preferred.
- Hands-on experience with cloud AI platforms and managed model services
- Experience designing integrations, sample repositories, or reference architectures that other teams can pick up and reuse
- Familiarity with vector stores, tool integration, and API design in agentic systems
Key attributes
- You build credibility with a cloud provider's technical and field teams and act as their trusted advisor on LangChain
- Building and evangelizing are both part of the job. You're equally comfortable writing an integration and presenting it at a cloud summit
- You build assets that scale. A reference architecture should work across every cloud account team, not only the one in front of you
- You're comfortable with variety. AWS, GCP, and Azure each have their own programs, sellers, and ways of working, and switching between them doesn't throw you off
