Location: Munich
Workplace: Remote
Role Highlights
- Senior R&D Supply Chain Specialist
- Global Supply Chain
- Munich
- Permanent Employment
- Office/On-site based
- Language: German (native) / English (B2 minimum)
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:
We are looking for a highly driven and technically proficient Senior R&D Supply Chain Specialist to join our fast-moving Global Supply Chain Organization in support of engineering. This role sits at the center of rapid hardware development, supporting engineering teams designing and building complex electronic systems under tight, shifting timelines.
You will operate with a startup mindset—moving quickly, removing obstacles, identifying creative sourcing paths, and keeping development builds on track despite evolving designs, supply volatility, and aggressive schedules. You must be comfortable with ambiguity, thrive under pressure, and bring a deep understanding of electronics, PCB manufacturing, and hardware prototyping.

EXPECTED OUTCOMES & RESPONSIBILITIES
HIGH-VELOCITY ENGINEERING SUPPORT
- Serve as the hands-on supply chain counterpart for fast-paced electronics engineering teams working on multiple, rapidly evolving hardware projects.
- Translate early-stage concepts, evolving BOMs, and mid-design changes into actionable sourcing steps with minimal delay.
- Provide engineers with real-time insights on component availability, alternates, obsolescence, and quick-turn manufacturing options.
- Identify supply issues before they become blockers and propose workaround paths immediately.
RAPID SOURCING & PROCUREMENT EXECUTION
- Own sourcing and procurement for electronic components, PCB fabrication, PCBA assembly, connectors, sensors, RF parts, embedded modules, and custom mechanical parts.
- React quickly to BOM updates and design pivots, securing materials that keep prototype and pilot builds moving with minimal downtime.
- Manage relationships with agile suppliers capable of quick-turn, small-batch production.
- Lead efforts to find alternative components or new supply paths within hours—not weeks—when shortages occur.
SUPPLIER INTERACTION & TECHNICAL ENGAGEMENT
- Work closely with electronics suppliers to understand lead time constraints, technical manufacturing capabilities, DFM implications, and opportunities for fast-track builds.
- Support technical capability assessments of PCB/PCBA vendors, machining partners, and component distributors.
- Negotiate accelerated manufacturing slots, expedite shipments, and secure prototypes under extremely compressed timelines.
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL START-UP COLLABORATION
- Coordinate across engineering, manufacturing, program management, and operations to remove obstacles and maintain build readiness.
- Maintain complete visibility into prototype schedules, engineering changes, and material risks—communicating clearly and frequently.
- Operate with a bias for action: if something is unclear, you chase it; if something breaks, you fix it; if something is missing, you find it.
AGILITY, RISK MANAGEMENT & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
- Build and maintain a living view of supply risks across all active programs; proactively propose mitigation actions.
- Keep sourcing documentation, cost tracking, and procurement data updated even under fast-moving conditions.
- Bring an experimentation mindset: test new suppliers, new sourcing channels, new manufacturing partners, and new tools to reduce lead times and cost.
EXPECTED COMPETENCIES & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, Supply Chain, or similar.
- 5+ years of direct experience in electronics sourcing, component procurement, or engineering supply chain roles in fast-moving hardware environments.
- Strong technical understanding of semiconductors, passive components, PCB fabrication, PCBA assembly, embedded electronics, and prototyping flows.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in startup-like conditions—tight deadlines, shifting priorities, and rapid cycles.
- Hands-on experience interpreting electronic schematics, BOMs, AVL requirements, PCB stackups, and manufacturing documentation.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and engineering/project tools.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities.
ADVANTAGEOUS TO HAVE THESE COMPETENCIES
- Experience in hardware startups, deep-tech environments, or fast-paced R&D organizations.
- Existing relationships with PCB/PCBA vendors, distributors, and electronics manufacturing partners.
- Certifications (APICS, PMP, Six Sigma) useful but not required.
- Familiarity with rapid-prototyping suppliers, global component marketplaces, and digital sourcing tools.

Maintaining our start-up spirit, we prioritize thorough research, swift implementation of solutions, and ensuring that every effort we make benefits our users, employees, partners, and, of course, our business.
About the role
Finom is a licensed EMI operating across several EU markets, where information security and compliance are a big part of how we work. We're looking for an Information Security Officer to join our Cyber Security team and take ownership of security compliance and risk management day to day.
You won't be starting from a blank page. We already have a mature, certified ISMS and established processes for risk management, audits, vendor assessments and reporting. Your role is to get to know what we have, keep it running well, spot opportunities to make it better and make sure compliance works in practice, not just on paper.
You'll report directly to the CISO and work closely with our Cyber Security and Engineering teams, as well as Risk, Legal & Compliance, Internal Audit and other teams across the company.
What You Will Be Doing
- Maintain the ISMS and ICT risk management framework records: document and records register, control ownership and evidence repository.
- Perform and refresh information security risk assessments, maintain the risk register, prepare risk treatment plans and track their implementation with control owners.
- Prepare for and go through internal and external audits, certifications and assessments: own the calendar, collect evidence, work directly with auditors and track findings to closure.
- Run periodic checks of control design and operating effectiveness and raise gaps for remediation.
- Draft and maintain information security policies, procedures and guidelines and prepare them for annual review and approval.
- Collect and analyse ISMS KPIs and KRIs and prepare the regular security and risk reporting for management.
- Perform security assessments of new suppliers and periodic reassessments of existing ones together with Risk, Legal and the DPO.
- Prepare responses to security and compliance questionnaires from partners, customers and regulators.
- Review new projects, products and vendors from an information security and compliance perspective.
- Track changes in cybersecurity, ICT risk and privacy regulation and supervisory guidance, assess impact and propose required changes.
- Keep company-wide security awareness and training materials relevant and up to date.
- Automate evidence collection, control checks, questionnaire answering and reporting with templates, scripts and AI tooling.
Who You Are
- 4+ years of experience in information security compliance, ISMS, GRC or related areas.
- Practical experience with ISO/IEC 27001: working with an ISMS and preparing for and going through certification or surveillance audits.
- Experience with information security risk assessments, risk registers and risk treatment plans.
- Experience answering security questionnaires and due diligence requests from partners, customers or regulators.
- Able to translate standards and regulatory requirements into practical controls, procedures and evidence that people actually follow.
- Hands-on and self-driven: you own tasks end to end, work directly with people to solve problems and do not wait for a perfect methodology before acting.
- Open to AI tools and automation and actively use them in day-to-day work.
- Strong written English and clear documentation skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience in banking, payments or an EMI.
- PCI DSS, SWIFT CSP or payment scheme assessments.
- Knowledge of DORA, NIS2 and GDPR, including working with a DPO on RoPA and DPIA.
- Vendor security assessment and third-party risk experience.
- Certifications such as ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor, CISA, CRISC or CISM.

HEALTH CAN’T WAIT.
Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.
Alan exists to end the wait.
Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.
So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.
We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture https://alan.com/en/careers. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.
Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.
🐼 WHO WE ARE
You. Better. With Alan.
Alan's vision is to make prevention the new norm of care for all. Our mission is to help people live in good health to 100 while helping employers feel proud, turning health benefits from a cost center into their most valuable investment.
We're building a vertically integrated health partner that seamlessly unites insurance and smart healthcare delivery into one system.
By connecting all aspects of care - private, public, and direct to consumer - we create the most member-centric healthcare experience. Through deep engagement, we empower everyone to overcome day-to-day health obstacles and live healthier lives.
We partner with 35K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached 770M+ in ARR.
Our team of 700 people (still growing) operates across France 🇫🇷, Spain 🇪🇸, Belgium 🇧🇪, and Canada 🇨🇦.
🚀 WHAT YOU'LL BUILD AND WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
You would join the product team that builds the AI agents answering our 1M+ members' questions about their health insurance - reimbursements, coverage, claims, account changes and more - instantly and without waiting for a human.
Our AI agents already fully resolve more than 50% of members' questions. Your mission is to push that number further, increase the quality of answers and the trust members place in them, and make our agents work with the other AI agents at Alan, such as Mo our health companion.
Concretely, you will:
- Design and ship LLM-powered agents that understand a member's request, reason over their contract, claims and history, and take real actions on their behalf - building the tools, retrieval and context pipelines that give them the right information at the right moment
- Make our agents interoperate with other AI agents across Alan, such as Mo: handing off conversations, sharing context and calling each other's capabilities, so members get one seamless experience
- Bring automated resolution to new channels, starting with AI phone support: real-time voice conversations with the same quality bar as written ones
- Own evaluation: build datasets, automated evals and quality monitoring so we know an agent is right before members see it
- Measure and improve resolution rate, answer quality and member satisfaction in production, iterating fast on prompts, models and architecture
- Work hand in hand with care experts and product to identify the next topics the AI can fully resolve
⚡ WHY THIS ROLE IS SPECIAL
- Direct Impact: Every point of automated resolution means members get help instantly, when they need it the most - and directly drives Alan's scaling, growth and profitability.
- Applied AI at scale: You won't build demos. You'll ship AI agents that handle hundreds of thousands of real conversations per month in a regulated, high-stakes domain, where accuracy truly matters.
- Frontier problems: Agentic workflows, tool use, evaluation, safety and guardrails, cost and latency trade-offs - you'll tackle the hardest open questions in production LLM systems.
- Ownership & Growth: Influence product direction, mentor other engineers, and lead technical initiatives that shape the future of healthcare access.
🔍 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Technical Requirements:
- 5+ years building scalable software systems
- Strong backend experience (Python is a plus)
- Hands-on experience building products with LLMs (agents, tool calling, RAG, prompt engineering, evaluation) - ideally shipped to production
- An evaluation mindset: you know how to measure whether an AI system is actually good, and how to make it better
What we value:
- You love turning complex problems into elegant solutions
- You care about the "why" behind what you build, not just the "how"
- You stay on top of a fast-moving AI landscape and are pragmatic about what really works
- Humble and still willing to grow (no matter your seniority)
Mission Alignment:
- Healthcare technology excites you
- You understand that insurance isn't just about money - it's about access to care
But above all, we are looking for high potential and curiosity: make sure to show us this when you apply! Everything else is a bonus.

ROLE HIGHLIGHTS:
- Rotational Product Manager
- Location: Espoo, Finland, with frequent travel
- Working type: Hybrid (3 days / in office per week)
- Department: Product Management
- Employment type: Permanent
- Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO, where required)
WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT
Few people get to start their product career in space. You will.
ICEYE's Rotational Product Manager program develops early-career talent into product leaders in the space industry. You don't need product management experience to apply. We're looking for people with an outstanding academic record, ideally in a technical field, and a track record of standing out at work, who are deeply curious and learn fast.
Over 24 months, you'll work in two product teams on our hardware or software products. In each one, you'll own a product end to end, from understanding the customer's problem to deciding what gets built and shipping it. Your work will shape how our customers use satellite data to make decisions that matter.
A senior product leader will mentor you through each rotation, and you'll go through the program with a cohort of peers. You'll work closely with engineers, scientists and senior leaders, and you'll travel to meet customers and our local teams, working on some of their toughest problems.
This program is fast and demanding, and it will stretch you. It may also be the most rewarding experience of your early career. When the program ends, you will have the opportunity to move into a permanent product manager role, or to explore roles in other domains at ICEYE.
Spots are limited, and we review applications on a rolling basis, so apply today!
WHO WE ARE
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space. We deliver persistent monitoring capabilities to detect and respond to changes in any location on Earth.
ICEYE owns the world's largest and most advanced SAR (synthetic aperture radar) satellite constellation. To our customers we provide intelligence with unmatched quality, latency and revisit times, in any weather, day or night. To governments who choose to operate their own constellation we provide this proven capability as a sovereign system.
ICEYE-built constellations serve customers in defence and intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance and emergency management. We enable fast decisions that contribute to a safer future.
Founded and headquartered in Finland, ICEYE operates globally with over 1000 employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
Your day-to-day responsibilities
- Own the roadmap for a product area in each rotation, and decide what the team builds next and why
- Talk to customers, users and internal experts to understand their problems, and turn what you learn into clear requirements
- Work with engineers and designers from defining a problem through to shipping and measuring the result
- Use data to set priorities and make decisions, and explain the tradeoffs behind them
- Work with sales, solutions, operations and other teams to get what you build into customers’ hands
- Present your findings and plans to your team and to product leadership
- Learn the technical domain of each team, from satellites and ground systems to the software customers run
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Must haves:
- An outstanding academic record, ideally in a technical field such as engineering, computer science or physics
- Technical work experience through internships or a first full-time role, where you stood out
- You can break down a problem, design an analysis and test your assumptions with data
- You learn fast and are comfortable digging into how complex systems work with engineers
- You take ownership and can move a team forward without formal authority
- Fluent written and spoken English, and happy to travel frequently
Nice to haves:
- Business exposure, for example an internship or short role in consulting, a startup or a product team
- Some exposure to product work, for example as an engineer, analyst or designer working closely with a product team
- Experience with SQL, Python or other data tools
- Interest in space, defence or other mission-critical industries
Application Process
- Applications close on 8th November 2026 at 23:59 (Finnish time). We review applications on a rolling basis, so apply early
- Recruiter interview

1. ROLE PURPOSE
The Vice President – International Business Development is responsible for growing AHS Properties' portfolio and presence in the UAE and international markets. The role identifies and secures new investment opportunities, acquires land for new developments, executes bulk buying and selling deals, builds positive long-term relationships with investors around the world, and drives overseas sales and strategic partnerships, positioning the brand among high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth buyers, family offices, institutional investors and international brokerage networks.
The VP owns the investment pipeline and the international revenue plan end to end — from market selection and channel strategy through to deal closure in partnership with the Sales, Marketing, Finance and Legal functions — while ensuring every transaction is conducted in full compliance with UAE and target-market regulations.
2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
2.1 Investment Opportunities – UAE and International
• Identify, source and evaluate real estate investment opportunities inside and outside the UAE and in selected international markets, in line with AHS Properties' investment strategy and risk appetite.
• Screen opportunities across asset classes (residential, branded residences, hospitality, mixed-use and commercial) and present a qualified pipeline to the CEO / Investment Committee.
• Lead initial feasibility, market studies and financial modelling (IRR, ROI, payback, sensitivity analysis) in coordination with Finance.
• Coordinate commercial, legal, tax and technical due diligence with internal teams and external advisers, including country, currency, regulatory and political risk for overseas investments.
• Structure and negotiate investment deals, including acquisitions, joint ventures, co-investments and partnerships, within the approved delegation of authority.
• Monitor the performance of approved investments against the original business case and report to senior management.
2.2 Land Acquisition and New Developments
• Source and secure land plots and development sites in the UAE and abroad through government master developers, landowners, brokers and auctions.
• Conduct land appraisal and highest-and-best-use studies, including zoning, permitted GFA/BUA, plot ratios, infrastructure and access.
• Prepare development business cases covering concept, product mix, cost estimates, sales pricing, phasing and projected returns for management approval.
• Negotiate land purchase agreements, development agreements, land swaps and JV / land-partnership structures with Legal and Finance.
• Work with the Projects / Development team, design consultants and contractors on concept, master planning and initial approvals, and hand over approved projects for delivery.
• Ensure land and project acquisitions comply with Dubai Land Department, RERA, master developer and local planning requirements, and with foreign-ownership and investment rules in overseas jurisdictions.
2.3 Bulk Deals – Acquisition and Disposal
• Originate, negotiate and close bulk purchase and bulk sale transactions (multiple units, full floors, buildings or portfolios) in the UAE and internationally.
• Identify bulk-buy opportunities from developers, banks, funds and distressed sellers that offer value below market, and bulk-sale opportunities to institutional buyers, funds and investor groups.
• Prepare deal valuations, pricing, payment structures and exit strategies, supported by independent valuations, for approval under the delegation of authority.
• Coordinate SPAs, bulk transfer procedures and registration with Legal, Finance and the Dubai Land Department, and ensure enhanced KYC, source-of-funds and AML checks on every counterparty.
2.4 International Strategy & Market Expansion
• Develop and execute the international business development strategy aligned with AHS Properties' corporate objectives and project launch pipeline.
• Identify, evaluate and prioritise target countries and buyer segments based on market data, demand trends, currency movements and regulatory conditions.
• Prepare annual and quarterly international sales targets, budgets and go-to-market plans for approval by senior management.
• Assess opportunities for representative offices, sales galleries or agency arrangements abroad and present business cases to management.
2.5 Revenue Generation & Sales Leadership
• Own the international Bulk sales pipeline and deliver agreed revenue, unit and collection targets across AHS projects.
• Lead negotiations on high-value and multi-unit transactions, block sales and bespoke purchase structures, within approved delegation of authority.
2.6 Global Investor Relations
• Build, develop and maintain strong, long-term and positive relationships with investors around the world, acting as a trusted point of contact on behalf of AHS Properties.
• Develop an investor relations plan covering target investor groups, engagement calendar, communication standards and regular updates on AHS projects and performance.
• Represent AHS Properties in investor meetings, conferences and forums abroad, and organise investor visits to the UAE.
• Maintain an accurate investor database and relationship records in the company CRM, in line with data-protection requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong network of HNWI and UHNWI clients, family offices, private banks, wealth managers and institutional investors.
• Act as the senior relationship owner for key international clients, providing a discreet, high-touch experience throughout the buying journey.
• Host and coordinate visits of international investors to Dubai, including site tours, show apartments and meetings with senior leadership.
2.7 Channel Partnerships & Broker Network
• Recruit, onboard and manage a network of international real estate agencies, wealth advisers and introducers in target markets.
• Negotiate and manage international agency and referral agreements, commission structures and performance terms, in coordination with Legal and Finance.
2.8 Strategic Alliances & Joint Ventures
• Identify and develop strategic alliances, co-branding opportunities and joint venture or land partnership opportunities with international developers, brands, funds and investors.
• Support due diligence, feasibility discussions and term-sheet negotiation for strategic partnerships, together with the Finance, Legal and Projects teams.
2.9 Representation at International and National Events
• Represent AHS Properties at all international and national events, including exhibitions, conferences, investor forums, government and industry events, and private launches.
2.10 Market Intelligence & Reporting
• Monitor global real estate, capital-flow and competitor activity, and provide regular market intelligence to the executive team.
• Deliver monthly and quarterly performance reports covering sales, pipeline, partner performance, marketing ROI and spend.
2.11 Team Leadership & Development
• Promote collaboration between the international team and the local Sales, Marketing, Customer Relations and Finance functions.
2.12 Governance, Compliance & Risk
• Ensure all international sales activities comply with UAE law, Dubai Land Department / RERA regulations, and UAE anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing (AML/CFT) requirements, including KYC and source-of-funds checks.
• Ensure marketing, agency and sales activities in each target market comply with local licensing, advertising, data-protection and financial-promotion rules; seek legal advice before entering a new jurisdiction.
